Official Announcement from the Russian Federation

In light of recent events I have authorized Russian forces to engage in an operation to protect Spizanian lands against Hirgizstanie forces. We will not stand by idly as Hirgizstan is about to commit yet another war crime. We wish this conflict to be resolved and compromise to be reached but until that happens we will do our best to force Hirgizstanies to conduct warfare in an honorable way.

I am not going to perform any sort of preemptive attacks or counteroffensives on your forces. I will protect his mainland from Hirgizstan's attacks against the civilian population and should such attacks continue I will strike against the one responsible. I will also not allow you to invade his mainland. Unless you want this to become a much bloodier conflict than it has to be I suggest all of you get back to the diplomatic table.

I am not involved in actual combat operations. But since we are on the topic of coming to the table are you going to post anything in the summit I set up or what? I thought we were actually heading somewhere with it. LOL, you telling me to get back to the table is about like me telling you what to do. Russian vs. Texan = in hard headedness.

As far as concerned about bloody, I could easily walk across the border in Spiz's middle eastern territories but I won't, I am not interested in territory. I would like for him to explain how he has a 99% kill ratio with his missile defense setup on his fleet. A missile flying at supercruise speeds shouldn't be able to be hit with that kind of accuracy. As I have said many pages back, the RP is at a point where fantasy has taken over for reality. Modern Tech or even PMT doesn't have that kind of accuracy. Nothing is or ever will be that accurate in MT times. I haven't seen any specs on his systems to justify such accuracy. If so, let's see the data to back it up. Sadly pride won't let the RP actually be a good one, for I could see devistating losses on both sides. I pull my line of thinking from a great post listing modern naval warfare by Praetonian awhile back. It discusses how modern combat on the high seas would unfold with typical NS members at war. Its a very good read BTW.

On a side note, Charlton Heston died this morning. It is a sad day indeed.

Im very, very, very sorry for not posting, where have been moments when I was busy, moments when I was lazy and now Im sick. I will try to do my best to put a response up. Why do you and others need to fight a war with him to get him to explain the unrealistic technology involved in the missiles that he is using? That sounds like something that should be discussed in an OOC thread on Lay's forum.

Just to let you guys know, I'm back now, sorry for the absence, I've been ill, and had lots of work etc. Will be back RPing now though. What's going on in the EII world? Finally he completely ignores the Escorts and sends the missiles straight at the capital ships
The Imsdals and "Penguins" were engaged with three missiles each, which actually gives a one-on-one effectiveness rating of approximately 70% Which is well within the capabilites of the missiles available, especially considering how easy a target those missiles are.

Yeah I only use it for my Spetsnaz, I also mentioned BU-2 and BU-3 in some of my RPs but never did the write up (it was never directed against another nation). DNI stuff seems to be unnecessary, better train them how to use buttons plus less of a risk of being called PMT. But whichever way you want to do it.

Well, SB used the DNI thing for them to control their movements etc, I didn't as I thought that was a bit far out. The DNI is used for them to control the suits non-movement functions, like bringing up info on the visors etc.

You see, all my ground military are equipped with Land Warrior (computer, visor, gun-sight so they can shoot around corners) and to access info you have to use a little keypad that wraps around the left or right forearm. In battle it can be kind of tricky but its better than nothing.

However, I wanted the CENTURION Battle Armor to be the ultimate, the best etc. So I thought it would help by taking away fiddly joysticks etc so they could access info while fighting, as thats all they are really supposed to do in these suits. Plus, the DNI is permanent (it is a little box attached to the base of the neck, it connects to the suit when its put on) so the soldiers can talk to each other without saying anything even when the suit is off, very handy!

There's an RP in LOS where I talk about it, maybe on Page 2, not sure. I'm hoping to get another RP into LOS soon where the CBA is used.

Yeah I also use Land Warrior type system for my regular troops, BU-1 just has a lot more features. But yeah, its all good, personally I think I need to do a series of upgrades on my military, lots of ideas floating around in my head, getting hard to arrange them all in a coherent order.

The Swedish military funded it in the early 2000s but withdrew from it, as did the British military. I doubt it'll get adopted by any military (or anyone else), as it uses a very specialized ammunition that has to be introduced with all the hassles and costs that entail.

Wow what a day. Never a dull moment in the Bronx. So get this, psycho ex-g/f of the guy in the top apartment called her friend and told her friend she was going to his house with a gun. Operator jumbled it up and it came out as he had a gun. So whatever, 20+ cops [seriously I lost count] show up, banging on the door, etc. Nobody answers, they can't get in, so they call ESU [NYC's SWAT]. They come in, full bodyarmor and helmet, shield, MP5 [yes I was up close and personal to it as the guy walked up the stairs], and door breeching tools [crowbar, etc]. Lucky for the landlord and the guy, the dude in the front apartment here on the first floor had the key. So they go in, it's clear [he's not here]. Then they get back to the 911 call and straighten out the story, that she said she had a gun, although she called her friend back and said she didn't [fucking alcoholic]. Whatever, all clear and good now but shit what a day!

SUV, a cigarette, and the ability to decide the fate of your fellow citizens, then it should trust you with a drink!

We also don't let the immature 16-year olds drive cars like you do, something which helps on the statistics, and we learn how to drive real cars (i.e. none of that automatic transmission crap you're so addicted to). That, combined with good education and severe punishments (up to 15 000 NOK in fines or up to six months in prison if you can't pay the fine, immediate loss of drivers license and up to five years before you are allowed to take the driver's exam again so you can get the license back). That, combined with the fact that an 18-year old understands better why s/he shouldn't drink and drive than a 16-year old does, even with the hefty punishments and the rather graphical pictures they show us at driving school about what happens when someone drinks and drives. Let's just say that pictures of a mutilated human being who's had a front-to-front collision with another car at 80 km/h because they were driving drunk and got themselves into the other lane with subsequent abrupt stop and face-dive into the asphalt 20 meters away from the collision site isn't pretty... In El Salvador, drunk driving is punishable by execution by firing squad! And people think we americans' laws are crazy.

Actually, Cotland, the drinking age in the USA isn't determined by the Bible Belt losers. It dates back to the early 1980s. Drunk driving incidents were rather high, especially among 18 year olds and what not. Then again, back then, drunk driving had far less of an emphasis than it does today. For states to get aide for their highways, they had to do a number of changes: lower the speed limits to 55 mph and increase the drinking age to 21. The law was officially changed in 1984 from 18 to 21. It was actually opposed by the Conservative Party of New York, the same party that has all those bible-hugging morons.

I personally believe the majority of underage drinking occurs because the kids are not allowed to do it legally, therefore it makes them feel "bad" in a sense. Most of time I drink it's a pretty chill environment, I hate going to high school parties with all those "OC" type kids acting like because they drink they suddenly become adults. Its them who fuck it up, when it becomes legal for a person they no longer see those parties where everyone is gulping down the liquer in a goal to get drunk. With the people I hang out with the goal is to simply have a good time and sure get drunk while at it but its not the original goal, we don't jump the alchohol for a chance to get dizzy. For one of those regular HS kids (Note- I don't go to a regular High school, I go to a sort of community college type high school) they go to get the alch on a quest to get drunk leaving them fucked up and ready to drive after a night of consistant drinking...

In short...I hate those rich fucks who get life handed to them on a silver platter, thank god I don't go to my old school cause by now there would be no Nero I would have already gone columbine style there. Its just this, this school and another one were built at the same time and both have the same look the one I went too was nice, clean and relativly safe whereas the other one in same amount of years went to complete shit. The one I went to was located in what would be concidered the "Rich" part of town, the other one wasn't. Now before you say that you've seen this sort of thing before or whatnot mind you I live in a extremely small city, there is no ghetto or anything here. Basically its not that the rich area provided anything different then the other school its that the image had to look nice to fit in with the area, the other school sits in the middle of large field surrounded by buisinesses and one middle class residential area and yet it looks as though someone just took a metal bat to the place for several days.

If you injure someone it is a mandatory minimum sentence of 25 years to 50 years. If you kill someone you face capital punishment. That's one argument for it and drugs: they do it because it's illegal so if you legalize it the "middle road" people doing it to be cool suddenly will stop. However, I think the actual number of these people are massively lower than what really exists. If you legalize drugs especially you're going to see usage rates go through the roof. You will probably see a large increase in drunk driving related accidents too if it is lowered to 18, especially in the first year but I think that, eventually it will taper off to what it remains now.

Alright, I'll be posting my post in the chechen uprising on saturday...I revised it today but I noticed I flawed some of my new tactics and I want them to read perfectly, I don't want to introduce the new CSN military style without it being right on the money.

Also im looking to anyone who can design the CSN a new fighter/bomber (Say F-22 like). Im not asking the nations, im asking the people in the nations or if someone wants to but doesn't want their country to tie in with it they could take the role of a CSN military designer.

Either way, you'll be creditted to the design (And if you don't want to do the whole thing just a rough draft would do, I can fill in blanks and even present a picture if properly advised on what the persons ideal image of his jet would be). Im just not feeling creative lately...I tried to sit down and design a jet plus tweak and redesign the XM-8 and I just couldn't think.

I don't think it is logical to compare America and Europe when it comes to such things as alcohol consumption, school systems, etc. It is a cultural difference that has been developing for hundreds of years.

Correct me if I am wrong but countries like Germany, France, and Italy bring their kids up drinking wines and such. It is something born into their heritage. So that allows them to better understand it and control themselves.

Not so in the States. You are introduced usually for the first time in any large amounts in late middle school and highschool. Kids develop bad habits and continue to develop bad habits all the way through college. Add the fact that laws are much more lenient here and you have a recipe for disaster.

There is no difference between 16 and 18 except that you get more pimples and a job. Until you're 21 just do us a favor and crash in your friends basement not into an innocent bystander.

Cape May is pretty nice, I was actually down there this past weekend. Took my girlfriend to a bed and breakfast. Nice weather and Jazz Fest, pretty chill. Some nice places to eat. I suggest Zoe's for lunch. Nice little place near the theater, fair prices and large portions (plus a real hot brunette waitress. My girlfriend pointed out while we were eating that her thong was showing...it most certainly was lol)

Man had fun today [sunburn but there was very little sun]. Graduation was outdoors for the CG recruits so it was excellent. Small drill team of recruits only [remember they had been there a maximum of 8 weeks] did a fine job tossing around some M1 Garands with fixed bayonets [two drops but c'mon they're 8 weeks in not the professional teams you see that practice 20 times a day for months]. Anyway yeah graduation was fun and good to see, band was awesome too and of course Cape May is gorgeous. It's cool though my friend's company won every pennant award there was to win and was basically the top company in over a year there so good stuff to them!

The restart of E2 was November '04 and chances are won't be happening again. There is a good bit of land available and, down under, a lot of it is under contestation. A good place to grab some, especially for people @ their land limit.

There is no mandatory thing. You may use your full NS population but most of us reduce it to some number that can feasibly fit in the area.

Fair enough. I would feasibly say that the North Island of New Zealand could hold 20 million maximum. ( RL srilanka has more and it is considerably smaller)

Norfolk Island = Pushka
Chatham Islands = open for grabs [whomever controls NZ but since that's split it's up to you two]
Tokelau = open for grabs [whomever controls NZ but since that's split it's up to you two]

With a unusual load system the pistol is not "cocked" technically and instead is loaded by sliding a small lever back to release the bullet into the chamber. The lever fixes shut and the weapon fires and expells used cartrages with a rifle like eject system. The weapon is combat proven but has been reseved to be produced only to officers of the Nerotikan armed forces as well as police sgt.'s and captains. The left side of the weapon, upon presentation to the reciepiant, has etched into it the date of the weapons presentation as well as a special insignia chosen by the reciever upon promotion to officer. Common choices are Nerotikan family crests, stranger ones have chosen items that resemble nicknames, an ace for someone nicknamed "Ace" and so on.

The weapon has already been sent out to seventy officers who had just graduated out of the officer academy near Voldagrad, the weapons will be presented by Chairwomen Victoria along with a special presentation for her to restart an old Nerotikan tradition of adorning leaders with a special weapon for show. The P-23 designed for the chairwomen is an entirly white body, solid black hand grips and old Nerotikan imperial designs laced in gold covering edges of the weapon's 3d body.

I'm not exactly new to Earth II ( I participated for a while as The Knight Templars) but I've been away for a long, long time. I checked the list and the maps a lot, but I wanted to double check to see if I could claim Slovenia and Hungary - I have a pretty good rp in mind, but I would like to know if it's open before I post

I was just wondering, does everyone agree that my territory borders Prazinia's in Brazil, because it is hard to tell, but from looking at other maps, I think it does. Here's a map which proves it, with Prazinia's territory connected to mine just slightly.

Well smoking weed finally bit me in the ass, although I didn't know police had such a passion of hatred against the plant.

The cop that I had constantly complained that the smell was giving her a headach (After I had been in several classes and not a single person had mentioned a thing) and I wasn't caught for a smell, just assosiation with someone who had been caught. Anyway, as this cop complained she carried on about why it's not fair for me to bring the substance into the school when people with prior convictions arn't allowed to live near the school...wait so am I to assume its not fair that I get to the kids in the school first or something?...I wasn't sure where she was going with that arguement. Then she proceeded to explain, at every given oppertunity, every little detail of something you would here from a propaganda video...ooo now arn't those fun tidbits of fear ads. After awhile of this it was obvious I was bored, by now I agreed with whatever she said...just didn't care anymore...and it all ended. But, the way it began would have to be the funniest, I sat in the office with my principal, a great guy that I was laughing with over a joke about how his job is just to sit on his ass and assure the weather will be ok (He was checking the weather and I had mentioned that his job seemed simple enough) and the officer walks in and immediatly assumes I must be laughing cause im high (Which mind you I wasn't very much) and she bursts angrily at me with "You think this is funny?", a stern look on her face.

Now this officer is a black women, now a white women or man for some reason I can talk to even a black dude you can get along with but she really was taking her job to the max, almost military. Then her phone rang with a ring tone that forced me to use every last strength in my body not to burst into laughter, it was an 80's pop tone...not sure of the title. But mind you when she asked if I thought it was funny I shut up quickly and got confused as fuck, now I understand my principal changing his tone to look more professional but she came in so quick she just seemed to shoot me on the spot and I just looked at her and fumbled over the word "What?" which couldn't of looked good.

But, sure its bad and now I have the system to deal with but in all even after being searched I still escaped with my pipe...took my ciggerettes and my lighter for some reason which I just didn't want to bother with, I had more at home and three other lighters as well. I still think though, $100 bucks im fine with for my fine but I have to go to court because it was possesion so that means I have to pretend to fight to pay them 100 bucks plus the complusory 40 court cost even though it would be easier for me to just say, yes im guilty take my money.
