As I have violated none of them, I choose to reject your request to "not talk that way about what (you) have posted". Even if I don't know what has happened outside the forum, I can and have posted based on what I've seen; regardless of what may have happened outside the forum, my post remains valid insofar as it is my opinion and what I thought was a pro-active suggestion. Any nation under Decree 13 for these reasons shall be, in no way, compelled to return to E2 until they see fit. Should their nation be deleted by NS due to inactivity, they would lose their land.

If I updated daily I would agree but I don't. What's the rule of thumb with claimed land? First come first serve and 9 out of 10 times a claim is accepted when it's posted unless some wierd thing exists like you are over land or something. The whole thing about them and multi-earthing was resolved a while back with certain types of Earths that were okay. Nobody ever said you were banned yet either.

Hey, I haven't been taken off D13 yet and I am back, although I do see where you're coming from. I think it would work a lot better if, upon returning, D13 people declare that they're back, so that even if the update doesn't happen that day (which- I am presuming- because of Layarteb's schedule, does not), we at least know they've returned.

(For the record, I did declare I was back- it was RP'ed, though).

My favorite War book I've read is about a German who is half Russian who enlists in Der Wehrmacht as a translator. He is stationed at a trench line that is attacked by the Russians on a full scale. This tank comes rolling at his part of the trench and something goes off sending him into a blackout. He wakes up the next morning under the tank, which broke down right above the trench. He notices a dead Russian soldier, fearing that he will be killed since he's noticed Russian soldiers walking around stabbing German bodies, he manages to swap uniforms with this dead Russian.

So basically, he crawls out in the Russian suit, notices someone is speaking to him so he just speaks back casually. He goes walking by this cement blockhouse, only to be shot by a German officer who thinks he is a Russian soldier.

Bla bla bla, in the hospital, falls in love with a Russian girl, but accidentaly lets her know he is actually a German by cursing really loudly in German when he spills something hot on himself while helping her.

Germany attacks this area, bla bla bla.

If it is part of that thread then I'm not going to honor passing it to anybody, including those involved in the war. At least RP the resistance in those areas and by all means, anyone else, get involved on either side. You can't basically get invaded and give up the disputed land to others just to avoid the people getting them, it's just beyond lame. Now also because few people actually wrote what specific parts they are going after I will have to say that, from the way it looks, Spizania was going for Yemen; Cotland for Kalmykia Republic; NG for who knows what; Hirgizstan for the South territories; Bjornoya for the north maybe; etc. So basically the only thing really not involved is Bouvet Island (disputed between Panth/Cot) and San Marino. So I can upload the claim to San Marino but since that whole Russia area is currently under scrutiny I can't allow you to just give it away to anyone at random, that is extremely in poor taste.

Pantheaa War Situation: Alright here is what I'll do. Any land that wasn't originally involved in the war thread, Operation Dämmerung (http://forums.jolt.co.uk/showthread.php?t=474694), can be transferred out. If it is part of that thread then I'm not going to honor passing it to anybody, including those involved in the war. At least RP the resistance in those areas and by all means, anyone else, get involved on either side. You can't basically get invaded and give up the disputed land to others just to avoid the people getting them, it's just beyond lame. Now also because few people actually wrote what specific parts they are going after I will have to say that, from the way it looks, Spizania was going for Yemen; Cotland for Kalmykia Republic; NG for who knows what; Hirgizstan for the South territories; Bjornoya for the north maybe; etc. So basically the only thing really not involved is Bouvet Island (disputed between Panth/Cot) and San Marino. So I can upload the claim to San Marino but since that whole Russia area is currently under scrutiny I can't allow you to just give it away to anyone at random, that is extremely in poor taste.

My favorite War book I've read is about a German who is half Russian who enlists in Der Wehrmacht as a translator. He is stationed at a trench line that is attacked by the Russians on a full scale. This tank comes rolling at his part of the trench and something goes off sending him into a blackout. He wakes up the next morning under the tank, which broke down right above the trench. He notices a dead Russian soldier, fearing that he will be killed since he's noticed Russian soldiers walking around stabbing German bodies, he manages to swap uniforms with this dead Russian.

So basically, he crawls out in the Russian suit, notices someone is speaking to him so he just speaks back casually. He goes walking by this cement blockhouse, only to be shot by a German officer who thinks he is a Russian soldier.

Bla bla bla, in the hospital, falls in love with a Russian girl, but accidentaly lets her know he is actually a German by cursing really loudly in German when he spills something hot on himself while helping her.

Germany attacks this area, bla bla bla.

Not telling the rest.

Really cool story.

The republic is willing to hire mercenaries to deal with a couple of housekeeping issues within the republic...what better way to support Panthean, get war experience and not worry about getting your nation involved with the war, since mercs claim loyality to no one! Then i got invaded, i got blackmailed out of Slovakias...by North Germania i realized that i needed to be more threaten....so you made me not me. Keep in mind i did nothing wrong to be invaded...and you claimed that you invaded me because you thought that i would form an alliance with Euroslavia...Which makes no sense cause i only held Slovakia back then and i lacked the military cabability to launch a war in NG. Plus, several weeks earlier you sent me a TG saying that you wanted to exhcange something for Slovakia...I said no because i wanted to be in Europe.

So when you invaded under a false PARANOID presumption that i would form an alliance with Euroslavia...i thought will if it takes being a paranoid nation who threatens his neighbers to get land in this game then so be it. And it was a blackmail because i could transfer my Slovakia for your Orenberg Oblast...or be invaded. I accepted of course but felt raped in the end. My new territory became Orenberg
