Introducing the Stg.08, the EII Ak-47

Im thinking i'll use this to start an arms industry, these weapons would be AK like and so easy to mass produce. It has the reliability of an AK and the power of one but with a slightly longer range and the interchangability of ammunition, so you can pick up and go on the battlefield. The weight provides comfort while the RtF provides a killing speed of modern weaponry.

(Note - The clips are much shorter than pictured, obviously I can't just find exactly what I invision for this weapon but you can imagine the clip being sorta AK sized. Also the barrel wouldn't stick out so far, its a bit smaller. The ammo slot is more open as well, its not as bulky either.)

heh, don't worry. The Stg. 8 is just an infantry weapon. Its easily made so I can mass produce them, they have almost perfect accuracy at urban warfare ranges and are really designed mainly for that purpose. With all these nations coming out from the fourth reich the CSN developed this weapon to deploy to revolutionary movements in NG's former territories, as well as send them out along the Nerotikan army infantry. But otherwise I will be needing a weapon for my big hitters, Marines and special forces...but actually it'll be a hard argument over the weapon for them since im already trying to make one myself, if that don't work out then i'll come to you push.

(Also, I have an updatted picture of the Stg. 8...I was pretty bored yesterday but I'll post the new pic as well as stats and everything in the outside forums on the technology area or whatnot.)

Speaking of "junk" orbit, was there ever a cleanup from Spizania's attack? Cause that would make a good first job for an international space group.

I was also wondering if Lay would allow the CSN, as a way to build relations hopfully, to build or if you already have it use a launch pad off florida. Im not sure of other locations although I think it works for mainly central region area's but it allows for an easier travel through the atmosphere or whatnot...you guys know probably more than me about that stuff, im not really a space nut but I watch TV quite a bit =-P. Anyway, I wanted off florida since I have no relations with you Lay and would like to build some now. The launch would be first a peice of a small space station, one that would be available for any international projects to come, and then a second manned launch to secure the station and get it fully operational.

- I got another update for that RP idea, hopfully I can get the idea finished and made into a thread within next month.

In another summery, the "Lower territories" are attempting to revolt againt the CSN union to become their own state but since they have no say in the military installed government that controlles the states at the present moment they are doing it by protesting the CSN's military control. The territories, mainly a large group of rebels, are attempting to unify the territories as the Chechen State and the CSN, who hears cries from the civilian population to get rid of the group, decides to send what remains of its military to the states to quell the uprising. This is the first deployment of the Stg. 8 as well, over 13,000 Infantry from the CSN will be fighting in the mainly ground urban combat whereas an estimated 7,000 chechens are revolting with an evergrowing number of extremist from neighboring nations. I would like to use O.K. in this as well, saying that most extremist are coming from the Eurasian Empire to escape their government and help establish their own in the chechen states....still a work in progress but I think it should be a good thread. One we can all get involved in, and one that won't stop when people arn't posting. (This is also another way to get combat experience for the Stg.8 which was designed primarily for use in urban combat warfare, the way the gun is unloaded and reloaded makes sure its user won't have to really change the weapons position much in order to get a new clip and round into the chamber.)
Also, instead of calling the group "Black" anyone got a better name for it, Black just seems to overdone

German Nazis were followers of Adolf Hitler, who was a German Dictator during the Second World War, who declared war on such countries as Poland, the Soviet Union, and Greece. The Nazis introduced several policies, which took away people's human rights, e.g. the forced internment of people of Jewish origin, disabled people, Roma Gypsies etc. They forced a lot of these people into prisons, concentration camps, forced labour camps, and death camps amongst other things. These people caused the death of millions of people, and were just as bad as the other scum throughout history, such as Al-Quaeda, IRA, Milosevic, Amin, Mugabe etc.

So before you start using such childish insults, have you ever considered whether the insult fits?

And as for your previous post, Prince Harry has done nothing wrong in wanting to serve his country, as every good Royal family member should in some way or another, and he and his brother have done a lot of good for this country, just like their father has.

It was never taken from them, Ulster has belonged to the United Kingdom ever since when the Irish Free State was founded. Thank God they did, as we have had several loyal troops who stood by us during difficult periods, while the rest of Ireland plotted with Nazi Germany, amongst other things.

There are two multinational space stations in development, that's as close as you're going to get. One's by Pushka and Rome (possibly others), the other by Layarteb, myself, Ottoman Khaif (and Cotland I believe signed up as well).

You could sign up to one of the international space station programs. Because there are so many superpowers we regulated it to two stations with international cooperation to keep it from being 30 individual stations in orbit.

Well I had posted interest in Rome's thread about that project, orginally my plan before the space station was a manned mission to the moon (But im assuming its been done and 1st man on moon has been claimed by someone already) and so I decided to get a jumpstart on the space station as an independent project until the group had gathered itself.

Seriously, I was actually thinking we need a Europe-wide conference...we've got A LOT of rebuilding to do after the death of North Germania...just to put it in perspective the death of the Fourth Reich would have the same impact as the (RL) Fall of Rome...one huge system that had operated for so long destroyed in a matter of seconds. Since we all rely on that system we've got to repair it, for our own good.

ah, but that would defeat the purpose of me wanted them. I wanted to unite all those territories down there. Otherwise, unless your still unwilling, i'de trade them all to you for those two territories above me (names of them slip my mind ATM.) After all if I unite those im going to be coming to you, not for those upper lands, but for the ones that would connect that strip to the main of the CSN.

Layarteb/Marimaia: I think we should have a list of all the "available" territories, especially since the newcomers probably don't know E2 well enough to already "know" what isn't taken. It would also make claiming much easier.

GhassanBhutan is mine...if you really, really want it I'd be willing to talk about it but it is claimed. I do believe some Indian land is free to claim, New Zealand is also free and there's some land in Europe as well. Don't have the list offhand, but Bhutan isn't "freely claimable".

Mari and I, in the wake of the NG/Kazak thing, are actually trying to iron out this sort of thing whereby land under contestation becomes in flux due to DEAT or leaving or what not. Decree 16 was meant more to cover the situation of people trying to skirt out of an RP by trading away land to a neutral third party but it's actually something that could be applicable here as well. Due to it being under contestation and there being an RP out, just like happened with Kazak, the RP would continue based on where it left off although Mari and I are still ironing this out for future reference.

Yo, I took the world map and changed it up a bit. I just wanted an opinion on this before I went into bordering it all. Its basically just the world map without territorial lines. So we can have an actual map of our nations without the territorial lines...don't know if we need one, just thought it would be cool and I was really bored.

Mari and I, in the wake of the NG/Kazak thing, are actually trying to iron out this sort of thing whereby land under contestation becomes in flux due to DEAT or leaving or what not. Decree 16 was meant more to cover the situation of people trying to skirt out of an RP by trading away land to a neutral third party but it's actually something that could be applicable here as well. Due to it being under contestation and there being an RP out, just like happened with Kazak, the RP would continue based on where it left off although Mari and I are still ironing this out for future reference.

Now this confuses things, the whole reason for me launching the fleet was to take out a regime that no longer exists, so now this war is about vengeance, pure and simple

Your's is okay, but I can suggest a few things to better it.

1. It needs to be 4th or 5th Gen. composite armor to compete on E2.
2. Most tank guns of 125mm on NS are now Electro-Thermal (ETC) (ARSB's description of ETC- "A powerful electromagnetic force is applied to the metal, which causes its atoms to "switch" directions. This happens so violently that the metal turns to plasma, and this expanding gas then drives the projectile forward.") As far as I know mostly everyone on E2 that uses 120/125mm Main Guns has converted to ETC.
3. Your co-ax weapon should, ideally, be .50cal. This will work as a fail-safe ranging device (should the laser rangefinder fail) as well as being more potent.
4. Engine is powerful enough, but you need to specify what type it is, diesel, gas, petrol or something else? Also, specify the transmission type.
5. You might want to think about cutting out the Loader, your 4th crewman, and including an auto-loader.
6. And finally, just make sure you specify what defense weapons the tank has, i.e. those mounted on the turret cupola's for the Commander and Gunner to use.

If you make some of these changes you'll have an even more potent MBT.

The Imsdaal is coming in flat and true at mach 3.5 and then dives at Mach 7 straight at the target..... apart from the speed its a horribly easy target to shoot down, and since its not bouncing around its not exactly hard even at that excessive velocity. Especially with the air defence assets available to my fleet.

The Imsdaal is coming in flat and true at mach 3.5 and then dives at Mach 7 straight at the target..... apart from the speed its a horribly easy target to shoot down, and since its not bouncing around its not exactly hard even at that excessive velocity. Especially with the air defence assets available to my fleet.
Also last time you were bleeding missiles at me at a rate of somewhere between 1 and 2 per second

Ok, the Imsdaal does come down straight, but my Penguin missile does not. It jinks around on the way down, usually spiralling and can reach Mach 8 if the weather isn't too extreme. Description from the thread: "It first booster climbs to 65,000 ft before commencing a terminal dive to target, completely vertical, achieving a maximum speed of Mach 7-8 depending on weather. When it is aware of AAW's coming to intercept it performs a movement known as 'spiralling', wherein small high-powered air pockets in the sides of missile blow out, forcing the missile into a downward spiral, evading AAW and CIWS fire."

These past two weeks have been hectic, I got 2 exams in a row, did good on the first one last week would like to continue that trend, the second exam is tomorrow, after that I'll have more time and then its spring break.

1984 is a great book. I love all of those Orwellian like novels. I liked F451 a little better though. I actually just got done reading 7 novels (All in one large book) by HG Wells that included: The Time Machine, The Invisible Man, War of the Worlds (one of the greatest books I've ever read, so much better then the movies), The Island of Dr. Morneau, Food of the Gods, In the Days of the Comet, and First Men in the Moon.

If you are into that stuff you should check it out.

Im gunna abandon the "Loyalty" story, I still have interest in it I just havn't updated it in so long and now I would prefer to devote more attention to working out the Chechen rebellion storyline which im thinking might end up like a co-op written story from all the different perspectives and such (Chechen fighters, Nerotikan military and allies of either side). Still workin on that.

But yeah, you can go ahead and delete that out from the threads Lay as well as the Nerotikan factbook which hasn't seen really any change from the first time I declared Independence as the United Soviet Republics.

Note - The International Union of Nation's Summit will begin later tonight, anyone interested in checking it out and maybe getting involved outa prepare themselves. This is not an alliance of any sort only a means to build an international community that would have power over the say of the voice of the TOA, just saying that there should not be only one superpower force guiding the world (Especially one composed of from what i've seen purely dictators or "Leaders for life.").

If a TOA nation has interest in this it would be nice to see one or all of them come, as I said this is no alliance so everyone is welcome. It will be a turn based summit, national leaders or diplomates will make their points to each other as what they would like to see come of this summit and it should take off from there till everyone has had their say.

1984 I did indeed like. I didn't finish F451 because I'm not 100% in love with it either. As for the rest, in due time, especially Dr. Moreau. I loved the movie so I wonder how much better the book will be?

Actually, people are always going on about how 1984 is coming true in some places, like London for example. But I actually find Huxley's A Brave New World to be much more prescient for todays world. I still haven't read F451 but I will. Logan's Run is also supposed to be pretty good, although its more sci-fi than political I think. But yeah, if you like those books definetly get A Brave New World, its a whole other kind of frightening stuff.
