Easy TLS the straits of Gibraltar are open to your ships. In fact they are open to everyones except Pushkan and Tyrandi vessels. I closed the straits to those two countries for aggression towards Bjorn. I also closed the White Sea Canal to there ships, but yours may freely pass to and fro (minus the toll in the WS Canal) as much as you like. No need to jihad anything. There is a simple way to bypass this whole blockade thing, I know a way around it but I am not gonna tell. See if ya'll can figure it out.

From what I've seen Pushka has tried to close the canal (although TN is showing an economical intuition and charging for passage) to TOA members and myself. However, as I have noted cutting trade would effect not just TOA but everyone in the listed here. Supplies are not being sent from one port in Cotland to another port in Cotland, they are being shipped everywhere in the east. Cutting off the canal would piss of much more than TOA members as other neutral countries will have to wait another month at least for supplies to find alternative routes. Trying to cut-off only Russian or only TOA trade routes will not just hurt their respective countries but everyone (unless a nation is entirelly independent of all outside economic influences in which case we should all follow suit and live in our own little bubbles, hell why have an E2?) What I have outlined is what realistically should happen.

If they cut off Suez, I'm going to re-open it. Forcefully. Suez is the shortest route to Carthaginian Arabia, as well as Carthaginian India. I don't want to have to go around the cape when I could get supplies to Jiddah 1,000 times faster by just going through Suez. Also, remember that my military hasn't been weakened by war, and I have no doubt I could forcefully seize Suez and Gibraltar, thus giving me absolute control over the mediterranean. I closed off the straits way before Pushka even had control of Dibjiouti (I spelled it wrong, I don't care). It's nothing against TOA, or anyone specifically. Everyone has been given the same treatment for passage. Pushka included.

(I forgot what he did) If anyone wants passage through all they have to do is ask. Some may be denied passage due to an aggressive imperialistic foreign policy, but most will be allowed passage. Just as long as you meet all measures, and pay the toll. (all 100 million dollars of it) IMO that's not too much.

This is pretty much so that I can make Carthage a contiguous Empire. Having parts of Carthage all over the world is pretty darn inefficent, if you ask me. Therefore, I'm getting rid of some provinces that aren't really "key" provinces for Carthage (North Africa and Northern India are pretty much my "key" provinces, and while Carthaginian Arabia is important, Makkah and Medinah got owned into dust, and the Caliph moved his seat of power to Carthage, and the holiest city in Islam that hasn't been leveled is Jerusalem. New Makkah is also pretty important, because alot of the medieval Islamic works from Makkah were salvaged and taken to New Makkah, as well as half of the Black Stone(the other half was taken to Neo-Carthage, where it is enshrined in the al-Hajar-ul-Aswad Masjid), and I don't really need Afghanistan or Tajikistan.

I'm also willing to offer non-agression pacts, money, trade rights, etc, because I'd really just like my empire to be big and contiguous.

I suppose we could hash out some sort of Agreement in Africa, maybe bring Bjornoya in on it aswell. A Pan-Africa Trade Alliance or something. What say you?

I've heard raving reviews of 6, wish I had SNES.

Yeah FFIX would have been a lot better if they stayed in Gaia, but they always bring in these unneccessary transcendental/spiritual/otherworldly crap to try and make a 'deeper' storyline. Worked decently in FF7, not 9 at all.

Well Baker is expanding at 1km^2 a day, that rate will keep increasing, i can use the same curve for Howland if we get it. (They will eventually join up, we stop when we reach the planned size :D)
If you set a naval base now it will seriously stunt the growth of the islands because i cant use that space for manufacturing plants.

The funny thing about Bouvet Island is i don't think no knew i had it till i mentioned something about it and then Cotland wanted to purchase it from me. I get the youthful thing too- I shave and all of a sudden I look 19, 20. Not that I mind- going to college nights means that the girls don't want someone who's *too* old, so it's an advantage. I also apparently sound like a girl on the phone- I remember I had to point out to Elections Canada that I was a guy, as they misplaced my file since they thought I was a girl. I've also been referred to as "ma'am" a couple of times on the phone, and it's a shock to the psyche- you know you're male so you don't want to think you sound like a girl.

As far as being confused for a girl in the looks department- nope. I'm not exactly a macho guy (though I think I can take on a few people at least), but everyone I meet knows I'm a guy.

No offense Tyrandis, but how did you construct, store, and equip 1200 ships in a landmass half the size of Texas? Are you constructing and crewing ships in Russian ports? (I am genuinely curious in how this is logistically possible. I have seen your budget numbers and do not question them, I am just trying to understand the logic of such a huge navy)

BTW, I checked your military, and I have to say... your air force numbers are ridiculous. Mind explaining how your ~320 million pop can field (from what I've calculated) 103,400 different aircraft? Standard logistics ratios dictate at least 50:1 for a functional air arm, meaning you've got more than five million troops in your active air force alone.

Dear Sir,

As you are aware, the ancestral homelands of most Cymreans is Wales, a region which now lies firmly within your sovereign borders. It has always been the intention of Cymrea to maintain as open a relationship with The Land of (Our) Fathers as possible. To this end, the Government of Cymrea makes the following offer.

Any and all law-abiding citizens of Hawdawg, born in Wales and bearing Hawdawg passports will be: permitted unfettered entrance into and out of the Dominion of Cymrea; eligible to apply for a Cymrean social insurance number and work in Cymrea; permitted to own land and property in Cymrea; eligible for Cymrean educational loans and enrolment; permitted to serve in the Cymrean Armed Forces; freely permitted immigration and naturalization into Cymrea.

In exchange, the Government of Cymrea asks the following: 1.) That law-abiding citizens of Cymrea, bearing Cymrean passports, be permitted unfettered entrance into and out of Welsh cities and ports in Hawdawg and; 2.) that any Hawdawg citizens born in Wales and wishing to emigrate to Cymrea be permitted to do so without hindrance.

The offer and its concurrent request are, of course, absolutely open to discussion and negotiation. The Government of Cymrea would view any positive response on Hawdawg's part as an extraordinary gesture of fellowship and a profound statement of goodwill; indeed, Cymrea sees the Welsh citizens of Hawdawg as our brothers and sisters.

The Official stance of the Holy Republic has always been to promote brotherhood and kinsmanship among fellow ancestorial tribesmen.
