The problem; the server upon which the game resides has crashed. Furthermore, it is currently the middle of the night or something in Britain. This means that the Jolt staff aren't awake to reboot it.

Hey Layarteb I have a solution I think. Im gonna partition the part of Brazil I have. I've got an example on paint so if you give me an e-mail address I can send you what I've planned. Basically though, I keep the seaboard and roughly 1/2 (though I can go lower) of the land in total. The rest can be allocated to someone else. We should set up a joint intelligence collation centre there as well. Could make it a centre of intelligence gathering for the whole Confederacy. Import the best radar and sattellite technology from the members of the Confederacy and set up a major listening post there. Naval base is a definite though. For starters we should set up a sub pen, get patrols going along the coast, then move into frigates and ultimately carriers. How about a final goal of having a carrier battlegroup from each of our navies stationed there?

Now that I think of it, the bases should be on the north end of Sanibel and on the south side of the adjacent Captiva Island, as that forms a nice "gate" for shipping northrward, and would allow greater coverage of the Gulf of Mexico. In fact, since I control Texas and North Germania Alabama (to my knowledge), we could even turn the northern Gulf into our own little area. Thoughts?

Right.....Binthor is now almost 30 days without a single post on the entirety of the NS forums. I can understand the mitigating circumstances, but he's now had a very large amount of time, said he'd be able to come back, made a post and promised more, and than departed again.

That was a month ago. Now, by Decree 12, I would asume his territories should be up for grabs at this point. No, this is not some type of vendeatta against him and I can understand why he might possibly not be going on the forums. But all this time and not even a single post explaining what's going on? Too much.

Therefore, I wish to request the moderators of Earth II to place him on the inactive nations list, barring an explanatory post by Binthor, and the turning over of Cuba to me once that action is taken. I've waited long and waited hard to finish up the RP I started of invading Binthor's Cuban territory. I would like to see my efforts bear fruit at some point in time.

And I really hope I don't sound too much like a cold-hearted bastard for saying that.

Well, seeing as how I do sort of need the water around the area for shipping into and out of the Caribbean, I might be a little adverse to you turning it into "your own little area." But only if it affects me somehow.

Alright guys I made a huge mistake going for Vermin's European territories. It has come to my reasoning, after lengthy discussion and pondering, that it would be foolish of me to maintain an empire that far away from my home country, especially considering it's size. Kaliningrad and Ireland are both autonomous republics being that they are very small. France & Benelux would constitute another province! And this is very true. It would be foolish of me to try to resupply something so many miles away in the event of a war.

Therefore, after significant discussion with North Germania, the psuedo voice of reason for this situation, I am selling my claim to the territories to him in return for naval resupply base to be my soil. In addition, I pledge not to continue my attack on the territories nor would I make a future claim on the land under any circumstances.

So hereby I defer my claim to Mr. North Germania.

This is confirmed. After lengthy debate, we both agreed that establishing a Layartebian Province in Western Europe would be a risky conquest, even with the support of North Germania.

A naval resupply base in France owned by Layarteb was agreed upon on the grounds that should a future conflict between Layarteb and a nation of Europe arise, the naval efficiency of Layarteb would be greatly increased.

But I do know of at least one way you can get a totally free, no payed university degree here in Norway. All you have to do is to remain in the military for a few years more then the compulsary service. I think its five or seven years.. I think it's something like the Secondary School. All education ends in reality in May. The time in May and June are spent waiting for the exam results, so we goof around, make films and plays and just goof around. Go on trips with the class. Something like go fishing or cinema or something. Its the best and the worst time of the year. Best because we have the most fun in school in the whole year and worst because we're not doing anything "real" (I mean anything that affect the grades), and because we wait for the exam results... Its nervewrecking...

Which, the pirate thing? The situation is pretty much that I'm procecuting them before hanging them. Layarteb helped me catch them, so I need his people to witness in the case. Nothing more serious.

Tons of them. It's basically a pick & choose thing though, as to which ones you want to involve in. I am pretty just though that just about every one of the actives ones are fair game.

I noticed we have quite the interwoven system of alliances here. Regarding myself, I'm allies with Cotland and North Germania, who are also allies with you Layarteb. We're not *technically* allies, but in a way Layarteb I'm allied with you because you have a connection to allies of mine. Other such connections exist as well. It's an interesting development if I might say.

DB is still new to the entire NS thing, let alone Earth II, so I think a bit of leniency is required. I mean, the thread's up there already, so we should let it go. However, in future it should be first come, first served as with Decree 12 territory.

Offsite Earths count too? I mean, I can understand the "no other Earth" policy when it comes to NS, but if you want my humble opinion I think it's a little too far to delete nations for being a part of offsite Earths. Not only is it impossible to enforce due to the volumes of other Sites, it does feel like an invasion, since people should be able to have a separate online life from NS and this doesn't let them. Mind you, I have never ever seen a post from Kroando before in my life, so that would justify their removal.

If I am misunderstanding something let me know. I don't want to say something without any knowledge.
