(its locked in by Torian domain and Pushka.) is this a technical bug/ error on someone elses behalf (to polite to say yours :p ) Im going to check who has actual ownership of these territories.. perhaps i could have em if no one else does???? :)

Currently, all of the nation's civilians are allowed to leave and given free passage across our borders, as a number of military forces sweep into the region to secure the Armed Republic's new borders. Once again, the Armed Republic has purchased Kansas and Nebraska from the nation of Psychotika [or their EII nation name].

Good idea. I've seen a few people that are just inactive on NS or Earth II just by skimming the roster. Such as The Cottonmouth, who has had no government activity in 21 days, past the D12 limit. If we got rid of some of the inactives, it would make more room for some more dedicated people to join. I know I really shouldn't be saying this, because I've been inactive on NS in the past 5 or 6 months, but it needs to be done.

Anyone interested in a WW2 game?

The name of this game is "The World War II RPG", and it is obviously a game about WW2, in which you create a character, decide which nation you wish to fight for (currently there are only two [Germany and America]; however, when more people join, there will be another side created).

The game is very fun, and here is a general overview:

1) Register, and choose a character name.

2) Declare which side you want to fight for.

3) Do your basic training [Simply to see whether or not you can RP well].

4) Decide which branch of the military you want to join (Infantry, tank, airbourne, airforce).

5) You are then assigned a rank and sent into combat.

Currently, the Americans are fighting in Italy, and the Germans are fighting in Norway.

We need more members, so join today!

For some odd, inexplicable reason, I have spent the last 4 hours working on an NS wiki article. Yes, 4 hours. And this was 4 hours straight, with 10 minute inbetween for lunch. So I wasted my Saturday afternoon on this.

I edited the article to reflect this (since the historical background- which I find interesting- deals with a lot of things we talked about before). I've also corrected some of the spelling ("Mediterranean" as opposed to "mediterranean") in the article as well. Also, can I ask, which city are you using to depict as "Carthage" (my initial reaction is Seattle, but I could be wrong).

I just added Rome because, well, that's what would happen. Oh, and most of my info WAS taken from the history thinger. I just put in the stuff about you NOT burning my city because, well, that would be counter-productive(how can I be a city that was burned to the ground?) Also, I only made the First Punic War because...I dunno. I just felt like it. And Great Mediterranean War sounds cooler than "Punic War".

Thanks for the spell-check, BTW. I was working on it for 4 hours straight...got a bit tired when I was going over it :p. And the first picture is of Shanghai at night, the second(the downtown) is of Tokyo, the Third(the living area) is Buenos Aires, and the 4th(the Media) is Hong Kong. The Carthage map is a map of Carthage and the Citadel is from Oman I think... Just in case you're wondering, I choose the Eastern Cities because they are usually bigger than their Western Counterparts, and have more of a "Metropolis" feel(More glass, more Iron, less concrete).

Okay, since I'm now on my lonesome for a week, I just want to state a few things:

As Layarteb posted the lists, he's the only one who can edit them. Therefore, don't start complaining at me about any lists not being updated, because I'm unable to do it.

I'll be keeping track of every change that needs to be made and compiling a list so Lay can see everything that's happened without searching through who-knows-how-many posts. I'll do my best, but I just want you all to keep in mind that the manageress of the shop I work at is on holiday this week, so I've got more hours than usual (as in Sunday is my only day off); please take this into account if you think I've forgotten something. I'll be presenting the list of changes to you guys before giving it to Lay so that you can say if I've left anything out.

With this in mind: I've read the post by RomeW about Soanora; I confirm that they discussed the issue of the province before ITD claimed it.

Sorry, I didn't know. I come from UK, and I thought the Aleutians were outlying territories. Nevermind then. I saw he had Alaska, and the Russian side of the Bering Straight, but I didn't see the Aleutians.

NG has already said he will help Cotland with his troops against Huahin if a peace settlement is not reached.
Furthermore, did it neve occur to you that lauching missiles was expensive and may be just as effective as using armed forces.

I agree, Zeeeland bring all you lands to the peace conference and we can RP what goes and stays through it. It makes a nice, neat, tidy package for Layarteb and allows for land exchange to go through the proper channels.

Layarteb- I think we need to make an exception to Decree 8 for Duke Barol, because at least he said he was going to be away. The whole point of Decree 12 and Decree 8 was to make sure that people who make claims here are also active in Earth II and don't just "claim and run", and we have made provisions in the past (if I'm not mistaken) allowing active nations who give fair warning (like DB did) to depart for a little bit and not have to worry about losing their land. Obviously, there needs to be a limit- we can't have people inactive for a year- but certainly 60 days (NS' vacation mode) isn't too extreme considering we've received fair warning of it.
