B. Antarctica is basicly the only place I can ever get land. If I could get some real land somewere else in the E2 world Id give all my antartica and for it. But, no nobody wants to trade. So I continue my quest to dominate antartica.

But I would ask you if you ever have any intention of playing Earth II seriously. By seriously, I mean running your nation in a fair facsimile of a RL nation. Because you have heretofore played Earth II as though it was some kind of video game where your off-the-cuff choices have no consequence. Instead, you make empty threats of consequence to others. I don't believe you understand the concept.

1) An invasion - and you used the term correctly, for it is an invasive and offensive foray into my sovereign lands that you're planning - is not something a leader decides over breakfast, or casually in any way. You seems to simply see an invasion as a means to a swift and decisive end. This has never been the case. Ask Germany.

2) You quit the game, however briefly, and your popsicle empire collapsed. How you intend to conduct an invasion with any kind of cohesion after your government fell apart is beyond me and, in my opinion, beyond reason.

3) You're still ignoring the fact that this is all your own fault.

4) Your threatened invasion, and I use that term very lightly, since you have no empire and no armed forces, is a joke (unless you conveniently "forget" you collapsed - Earth II is not an XBox, son...there is no "reset" button or saving your game). You are not Dweladelfia Prime as you were before, and you cannot portray yourself as such. DP fell apart. You may start again in Earth II with whatever lands people see fit to return to you, but that doesn't mean you get a mulligan or a do-over. You get to RP a return.

Maybe in a few weeks when you have rebuilt and reorganized, you can try to invade me. If you haven't fucked yourself out of this second chance Lay has rather generously given you, that is.

The simple fact that I disagree with you doesn't mean I am whining, so stop accusing everyone who disagrees with you of whining. As for ruining the game, now you're just being a drama queen.

All you have to do is get the pilots back in their jets? Are you fucking kidding me? Do you have any concept of what the Soviet Union went through after it collapsed? Do you think Russia and Ukraine and Belarus could just sweep up the equipment and soldier on as usual? They sure as fuck wouldn't be able to invade another country that took up a massive chunk of their former land. Nor do you get any of the equipment from the lands I claimed.

Your economy and government and yes, even your military, do not simply rise from the ashes and continue. Until you RP a decent return, something that realistically addresses these issues, I think I can safely ignore your tantrums.

Personally, I think that this argument is a pointless waste of time. DP, you aren't likely to get your lands back - war or no war. I don't understand how it is that a debate laid out in a fairly logical fashion can be dramatically denounced as whining. Personally, I find that the term is often thrown about entirely too easily by those who cannot deal with the idea of being confronted and disagreed with.

Well I do have to agree that Antartica isnt worth it. I am trying to get some real land in the E2 world. So I proboly wont invade. But I do have to disagre about the me whining part. Havnt seen me whine I'll Ive been saying is I can invade him if I want. But I dont what this to trun into another flame fest, so I'll drop it.

Concerning Huahin: I have always said that people who bring the mods to our thread get tossed from E2 for good and a decision on whether or not he will be allowed back into Earth II will be made after Marimaia and I talk about the subject. I will not act without his opinion and if his opinion differs from mine then we might have a stalemate but either way, a decision is fourthcoming.

For land trades I will not be trading anything I've made a map of (Africa + Bjornoyan mainland and yes that includes Arctic Islands)

All the rest are maybes.

For what I'd be willing to trade for (i.e. stuff I want to get...) in decreasing importance: any African land now in TATO control yet, Medditeranean land, or Indian Ocean territories.

A deal that will please the most people might involve transfers between several nations rather than just 2, but would require more work to sort out.

No, that is an L85 (SA80), not a C8 (Canadian M4). They're Brits.

As you can see, they haven't got any mags in front of the pistol-grip, hence it isn't a M4. With the uniforms and all, it is 95% certain that these are British soldiers.

Those are SA-80's they are holding, its a 100% cert.
Also, the boat they are using, I have seen in numerous pictures of British Soldiers and Marines patrolling in the Southern ports of Iraq, even the shredded tire on the front to cushion the impact when they bump into things. The Danes do use similar uniforms though, DPM, but if you look real close you can tell a Dane from a Brit as the DPM patterns are slightly different.

And yeah Eire use the Steyr-AUG 5.56mm. Have done for a while now. Before that they used the Uzi. Irish Defense Forces are extremely well trained and equipped, they always have been.

The Canadian Forces have, since 1997, worn CADPAT - CAnadian Disruptive PATtern. Though CADPAT was inspired by a retired American officer, it predates the MARPAT.

As far as I know, the British Army has it's own pattern that they wear.

Huahin shall not be allowed to return. It is unfortunate that this had to be done but Marimaia and I are both in agreement that he broke the cardinal rule and was foolish enough to flame a MOD in our thread. Therefore, his land will be available for free claim ON ONE CONDITION. That condition is as such: All claims MUST be RP'd. Also, please keep in mind "new" players.

As much as I would love to have Huahin's Canadian Islands in full, such wouldn't be fair. Therefore I shall only claim the three closest to me:

Well, we mostly go in millions and billions of dollars, but you can buy a territory from someone. Naturally, this depends on the nation selling the territory agreeing to the sale. A tip is to read the front page (charter + decrees) first.

And I think it's better to keep the communication to English here. Easier for people to understand. As for the territory, Layarteb has to confirm it first.

Yay im back, kind of. Turns out it wasnt a vid card problem but rather the monitor itself that was f-ed up if you will. So the nice indian people at Dell are sending me a new one. Should be here in 5 days max. For now im using my pa's work laptop but im not sure how long i will have it. Hopefully until the new screen comes. For now, since i am done school, ill stay up late and catch up on all i missed and hopefully get some posts in.

My 7 year old cousin made her father take a trip just so she could see me and my sis... right after they went to Disneyland, and after today they will be headed to China for vacation, glad I got on the schedule, feel appreciatted. Saddened by the priority though, least I'm more fun than China, but how can I compete with Disneyland?

Plus my prodigal sister has return from Venezuela for the summer... think I'll end up spending much more time with family just FYI. Oh yeah, she teaches uber-rich American kids down their and gets a helluvalot more money and respect than she would teaching in the states... makes me wonder about America's educational system.

I claim it, if what I sent a message to Neuvo Rica about is not ok. Awaiting confirmation. I would very much like some Mexican land if at all possible please. I would ask if I could just have territory number 8 which seems like Colima. But after doing some research (wikipedia :) ) I have decided to ask if I can have some islands which belong to the territory of Colima instead of the mainland.

@Lay & Cymrea: Huahin and I made some random research and development projects involving particle accelerators back in the day (see: BNRF), so Visara would have several 'outposts' in the region. If it is what I think it might be the Beta (scientists) would have no protection from airborne anythings, but a handful of Epsilons (security forces) might have survived and be trying to contact HQ.
I bring it up cuz I am bored as hell, taking over Estonia, or any land is becoming a dull routine, preffer something more intense.

On another note, the island construction for Saint Lazare has begun, and since 6 weeks is probably a long time anyway [I've got to plan ahead], I'll make the island in three weeks [gives me time to fix the map up too...].

Although Afinaganov is my boy, he is great in NHL '06. he is actually on my first line with Vach kozlov and Saku Koviu.

Ryan Miller's 26 and- if he can *ever* perfectly dominate a game from start to finish- he could become a big-name, Stanley Cup winning goaltender. Of course, it's also congruent to the Buffalo Sabres actually landing a proven impact scorer to compliment Daniel Briere- the Sabres were done in by a lack of clutch scoring (you could argue that they were simply unlucky because of their defencemen falling like fleas but I don't buy that- when it mattered most the Hurricanes' clutch players *were* their clutch players and the Sabres had no response). I actually believe that Buffalo's going to be back in the Eastern Conference Finals and against those very Carolina Hurricanes- both teams are smartly run. In fact, I think the East is starting to look a lot like the West did several years ago- we know who the strong teams will be (Buffalo, Carolina, Ottawa, New Jersey and, if luck ever goes their way, Philadelphia) in the East, while the West is literally becoming "pick a name out of a hat, that's who their Stanley Cup Finalist will be" (the Calgary Flames made it as a sixth seed, Edmonton as an eighth, the Anaheim Mighty Ducks in 2003 as a seventh seed. Before 2003, the opposite was true. Of course, I'll be dreaming that the 2007 Final will be Vancouver and Buffalo- that's my dream matchup; and hopefully it will not be forever a dream :(.

Kelly Hrudey said he wasn't a natural goal-scorer and I believe him- although he did score 20 in the regular season. You're right that he needs to make a decision for what it is he wants to do- he probably wastes too much time on the puck because he doesn't know his role yet. It's high time he figures that out- he's 28. No more excuses.

I'd like Patrik Elias going to Ottawa- they need an impact leader like you wouldn't believe. Elias has experience in playing a vital role in New Jersey's Stanley Cup teams and would add that vital element to Ottawa's mostly regular season-heavy superstars. I also don't think Robert Esche is that bad- he did make 50 saves in Game 1 against Buffalo, I think he was more undone by a bad defence. Same thing for Marty Turco, but if next year he craps out again, he should go.

NYC controls world trade, is the home of many international corporations. There's tons of concrete, glass, and iron, and people, but it's not too crowded at all. China is too crowded; India is too crowded; NYC is just right. Boston is definitely miniature but not a miniature NYC because if it were it would have some semblance of greatness. Remember in E2 Boston = Falcon City :). I renamed it hahahahaha!

Well, at least we've ruled out Bognor Regis as world's greatest city.

There are no minerals, no anti-bacterial additives, etc. They're just infested with bacteria and crap plus you won't get anything out of it. Tap water has certain chemicals added to it to kill bacteria and virus' as well as to provide stuff to help your body. NYC waters comes from way north, from the glaciers, thereby being amazing.

Indeed the Hudson is a dirty, disgusting mess. I thank NJ for the most part of that mess, especially from all the runoff created from their factories. Our waters comes from way upstate and is piped down and filtered a ton of times before it gets to the faucets. They built a third pipeline as well.

I think is Spiz's. Just Rockall, Antarctica (part), Roosevelt Island, and Scott Island are left. Cymrea had org. claimed Ant, RI, and SI but needed to ceede them for land area size and allocated them for new people but they're basically "Free Claim."
