So, Let me get few questions answred....

Is this a seasonal thing? for example.... Earth is built up and people choose there things and then it explodes into war and ends and another one gets started up and so on.

or is it claim all you want and kill all you like thing. and it goes on forever.

I am not a n00b or a newbie, i am just a Earth newbie ( or something ) been here for quite a while too, and this used to my puppet nation until i realized i use this almost everyday and the other one.... well i forgot and i must go and check on before i lose it.

I am willing to trade or sell the land I hold in Africa, which I think is Mauritania, to the highest bidder in either form. Actually, I'm sure it's Mauritania. And why wouldn't you want some beautiful Mauritanian real estate?

Yes I just finished my revolutions paper. It's on Chechnya and it's revolution in 1991 to 1996 (91 being the declaration of independence). Well let's just say that 7,500 words and 23 full pages is no laughing matter. So now that that is done, the assignments due for this weak are over with and I can see just what is going on with E2.

It also isn't claim all you want, kill all you want, because we have a land-population matrix and a ceiling cap as well as a lot of members who like to meddle in the affairs of others ;). So when you wage war expect war to be waged. Also have patience man you bumped it after less than an hour.

I'll put this as simply as I can, TLS -- as you're behaving in a very myopic and holier-than-thou manner -- you have no idea what Germania is capable of and what you may potentially be dealing with. And if you think for one second that you can defeat North Germania by yourself, well that's a God Mod in itself. Bring along your allies too if you think they'll help much.

Oh, when I said "And when the grown folks talk, close your mouth", I was not referring to the age or size of a nation, but the capabilities and power of such.

And by the way, this isn't RL. Deal with what can be done or do us all a favor and quit now.

Think rationally - if you were to launch nukes at my country of such size as you claim, don't you think that many, many nations would be quite furious with the fact that E2 would turn into nothing but a world soaked with radiation?

I might add from my own experience, throwing around idle threats of nuclear war is an act of fear. Those who hide behind nuclear weapons are afraid. If you cannot defeat me conventionally, don't even bother with such petty warnings. Do not disrespect me or talk down to me and we will have no problems.

Therefore, let's end this now and save the rest of the nations from losing such a fine place to live, and turning you into a hole in the ground. Or do you wish to continue this further? I personally have said all that I will say.

I do not want to turn Earth II into a radioactive pile of dust, but saying that you can stop thousands of ICBM's hitting your territory, and saying that ,I "have no Idea what Germania is capable of." Is not a very good tactic. You do not know what I am capable of. Just because you are a member of the October Alliance, make up the large part of a continent, and are a large(in term of "power and capablity", both of which i have alot of) power, doesn't mean you can suddenly jump into Future Tech. I'm not even sure if we allow Post-modern tech! It's not that I don't wish anti-missile shields to be possible(I'd have one up in a second), but seeing how this is MT, we can't.

I am not hiding behind my nukes, and I am not trying to "talk down" to you. I am just stating things out.

Also, keep in mind...it's a friggen make-believe game!. There is no reason to act all high-and-mighty: all this is is a bunch of writers getting together to write out RP's and have fun, not act like they are king of the universe.

@Layatreb: I hear you had to write a paper on the Chechen rebellion. I had to write the same one last month. Against who was your bias turned? Rebel Chechens or their opponents?

@North Germania: From one of the conversations i had with Laytreb i took it that E2 is happening around the year of 2008-2010 technology wise. As you can see from my speech i mean no disrespect, but purhapse you can keep in mind what year it is and what is expected of technology at that point in time. Having a fail safe anti-nuke shield is of course extremely cool, but very unrealistic. Purhapse if you could switch to a more conventional system which is possible by today's standards we would all be happy and nobody will start chanting "NOOB! GODMOD! IGNORE!" at you then all you want to do is to have a good time RPing.

Pushka: Well my stance on Chechnya sort of is odd. For the First Chechen War I was for them. Their goal of independence, especially in light of what the Czars and Soviets done to them was respectable. However, when they invaded Dagestan and turned to terrorism much more frequently than in the first war, I obviously do not support them. After all, they won de facto independence and blew it by invading Dagestan. To be honest, I wish the Russians were a little better at killing them. I know you guys do a great job but Basayev is just on the loose, albeit so is Osama and they aren't much different. They're both the most evil terrorists for our nations. Reading this I thought we were going to have multiple threads to track each theater in the war. (I.E. European, African, Asian, North American, etc.) Are will still planning on doing this? Otherwise the over-abundance of information will clog the thread.

From now on i would like to be known in E2 as Union of Communist Republics or UCR. I request apropriet changes to be made on the maps and so on.

Binthor is inactive and he has a lot of land yet unclaimed. Most of it is in East Africa I think.

Since Binthor has been inactive for 20 days i would like to claim the parts of Nigeria and Gabon that he owns. As well as Angola.

It's not even that I'm being that detailed, it's just that I spend so much money on the military that I'm having trouble allocating the money to the proper branches and distributing it evenly. That and my knowledge of the military is limited. Think logical. If your nation is an island nation, you have a large navy, moderate to large air force and small army. If you are a landlocked nation, you have no navy, but a moderate to large army and air force. If you have a nation with a relatively large coastline, but also large areas of land, use the easy way and divide your defense budget on three. One third to the army, one third to the navy and one third to the air force. That's just about the best explanation I can give you. I hope it will help you.

It's not even that I'm being that detailed, it's just that I spend so much money on the military that I'm having trouble allocating the money to the proper branches and distributing it evenly. That and my knowledge of the military is limited. All I really care about- at least with logistics- is numbers, and the point of listing what ships, tanks, etc. that you have is to make sure that we know what you have so that when you use it you didn't just "invent" it. 1-4% of total population. The smaller nations (under 500m) usually run about 4%. You would have 12m men total in your armed forces with this percentage. I would split them up among the different branches of service. If you want to focus on more ground forces, put more in the army. If the navy is your thing put more in the navy. So on and so forth. Don't forget logistics they make or break the troops fighting. I would suggest you go to teh ninjas storefront or clan smoke jaguar storefront to check out how to build units. CSM has some links to information about military statistics, logistics, etc. that may help you formulate a military force.

1% to 4% of your military is more like war time military status. Most modern militaries maintain a 1 percent or lower of their population in their military. But if you are in a hostile enviroment and are surrounded by various hostile nations then 1% to 4% of your population in the military sounds about right. (This applies to real life Israel) I'd highly recommend taking a look at Clan Smoke Jaguars threads about economics, military, and military size.

As for your military, first you should get the basics: armoured divisions, infantry divisions, mechanised infantry divisions etc. Then get all of the equipment you have and sort it into these divisions accordingly. I recommend using this: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Military_unit to help you.

Sorry mate, but you're too small for that kind of land.

well this is just Hypothetical at the moment (someone may have it) but We could share the territory "negiotiate" If i get this territory i would relinquish all my african possessions. so they would be up for grabs.....

So I gave his contract to Pelep, along with my old territory in South America, seeing as he was a friend in the region. Figured he could protect my old land with a few million extra infantrymen.

NATO nations are deciding who officially gets what in the Caribbean right now. Hope this all clears up any confusion.

Oh no you're thing was PERFECTLY clear. I still need the other parties to agree to the terms. I can't just give someone something without their approval. And also the NATO guys need to hurry up and decide I can't sit around for weeks waiting for this while they go around and tell people that they can't claim this or that because they'll kill them.

Euroslavia & NTG are often posting at and around the same time. Euroslavia has contributed in the past and at the time of the only 1 Earth rule, he was in another Earth so that's where puppet status came from.

This seems a little ridiculous for a select group of nations to hold a monopoly of land in the carribean. And do you own Cuba right now? Because if you dont I will do my best to claim what I listed as wanting. If a NATO delegate could contact me over negotiations for the territories I listed as wanting that would be great.
