So wish me luck with exams!!!

I was wondering if, without it being concidered godmoding, I could place an assasination attempt on the wedding. Of course I know it would fail but the resulting incident would mix things up a bit, somthing like WWI and the assasination on the Austrian delegate (Or whatever he was). Just saying somthing before I go any futher. But Like I said it would only be an attempt obviously I would be caught with how much security is in place here.

Your information is inaccurate though, you are thinking of Syndicate commanders and delagates that go in place of Viliant as he is on almost every watch list in every airport in almost every region. He stays in Japan (Secret ICly) where delegates from the Aazad movement and Russian Liberation Front visit him to talk things over, Viliant may make a visit to Russia in the future but dont expect me to broadcast it to the world in IC.

Nero seems to have sort of simplified the Viliant thing. My only point was, being not so sure what the hell is going on with him either, is that you said you are following Viliant...and he's been sitting in my own nation for quite some time.

I'd just like to offer this as it being December 7 and 65 years ago, today, the Japanese attacked Pearl Harbor, killing 2,335 military individuals and 68 civilians. They would go on to rain havoc in the Pacific Ocean for 7 months. In June 1942, on June 7, exactly 6 months later, the Japanese would lose the Battle of Midway and thenceforth be on the defensive for the remainder of the war. They went to that battle with 4 carriers. They left with none. Three MOHs were given out to sailors on the Arizona, two of which were posthumous. One was to Rear Admiral Kidd, to which three naval destroyers have been named for him.

Yesterday the Japanese Government also launched an attack against Malaya. Last night Japanese forces attacked Hong Kong. Last night Japanese forces attacked Guam. Last night Japanese forces attacked the Philippine Islands. Last night the Japanese attacked Wake Island. And this morning the Japanese attacked Midway Island.

Japan has, therefore, undertaken a surprise offensive extending throughout the Pacific area. The facts of yesterday and today speak for themselves. The people of the United States have already formed their opinions and well understand the implications to the very life and safety of our nation.

As Commander-in-Chief of the Army and Navy, I have directed that all measures be taken for our defense.

But always will our whole nation remember the character of the onslaught against us. No matter how long it may take us to overcome this premeditated invasion, the American people in their righteous might will win through to absolute victory.

I believe that I interpret the will of the Congress and of the people when I assert that we will not only defend ourselves to the uttermost but will make it very certain that this form of treachery shall never again endanger us.

You have to do a lot more than just die to get the MOH.

Lieutenant Commander Fuqua's official Medal of Honor citation reads:

For distinguished conduct in action, outstanding heroism, and utter disregard of his own safety, above and beyond the call of duty during the attack on the Fleet in Pearl Harbor, by Japanese forces on 7 December 1941. Upon the commencement of the attack, Lieutenant Commander Fuqua rushed to the quarterdeck of the U.S.S. Arizona to which he was attached where he was stunned and knocked down by the explosion of a large bomb which hit the quarterdeck, penetrated several decks, and started a severe fire. Upon regaining consciousness, he began to direct the fighting of the fire and the rescue of wounded and injured personnel. Almost immediately there was a tremendous explosion forward, which made the ship appear to rise out of the water, shudder and settle down by the bow rapidly. The whole forward part of the ship was enveloped in flames which were spreading rapidly, and wounded and burned men were pouring out of the ship to the quarterdeck. As I see it, when Lay started...or atleast pulled in this Emperor crap...he couldn't think up a name that sounded menacing, so just stuck with 'Emperor' out of lazyness. Adapted to just saying 'The Emperor' and through the months/years of EII and shortly prior...people just started getting annoyed. Now it's just some sort of 'grab ass' themed game where Lay puts 'The Emperor' on some high altar for all of you to look at and go...

Nope not really. At first I didn't have a name, you are correct but I had a name eventually, not out of lazyness I kept it. It has nothing to do with sounding menacing or a high altar. I've always said that in the Empire titles are more important than names when you get to high office. Sorry but you're wrong.

Tidbits are nothing. The man was a monster. Whether or not he really and truly believed in the whole fanatical whabbi cause remains to be seen and something he took with him to his grave but he was still a terrorist and the biggest in Russia. His death was definitely not a dull mark. He was definitely funded by Al Qaida and he accepted any and all help. If you look at pictures of JFK before the Cuban Missile Crisis and pictures after he looked as if he aged 40 years in just a week. Look at Tony Blair too he's aged a lot and George Pataki is a great example of someone who looks 100 years older, granted he's been in office for 12.
