Actually E2 Poland is nothing like RL Poland in terms of history. It was actually previously ruled by a Germanic nation and you don't have to strictly use RL weaponry either. You can use NS or RL or make your own as long as it remains MT. You'll actually be inheriting a lot of advanced technology too because of who ruled you previously.

On a side note concerning NG's former lands and the ILM. I have withdrawn all Layartebian forces from NG's former lands except the following locations, which have permanent bases established in them:

France
Germany
Kazakhstan

No it wasn't really necessary, but you invaded for no reason and then had them surrender. There are no POW rules or Geneva Convention on E2, so you should have known that just because they surrendered didn't mean they'd get treated well.

I have to be honost here, I understand why you would have done this...just im not one of the so-called 'superpowers' of EII and in which you would believe that you'd be held to a higher standard in things like morality. Like i said, whether or not your actions are punishable is up to the other nations to decide...I really have no say seeing the weak state my nation is in right now.

Maybe there should be some sort of convention here, hell this event should usher in better conditions for soldiers in wartime. So I propose an international convention to be held on this, I must thank you Hirg for giving me a good stance at which to pitch this idea.

Classification Levels

Standard: Standard classification is the normal level of encryption. It is equivalent to the standard levels of encryption seen on most secure e-mail clients.

Though anything is crackable, because of the methods employed, this level is often considered "uncrackable" by current capabilities. To ensure revolving protecting, ciphers and encryption algorithms will change unpredictably. This level is sufficient until 2030.

Maximum: Maximum classification is the highest level of classification available. It uses 3072-bit RSA encryption and multiple key ciphers that change unpredictably. It can provide protection past 2030.

Experimental: Currently not a fully recognized level, experimental denotes a category using 15360-bit RSA encryption and multiple key ciphers that change unpredictably. It is not in full operational use as of yet.

Something about the possibility that the UN would grant Insurgent groups rights under the geneva convention. In the bill that was passed, I think it was during the republical rule over congress, Bush said that in the event this were to occur he and his adminitration would be pardoned for any violations of the geneva convention.

So, the core of the question is, how large a population do you want to RP in Earth II with, taking into consideration the size of the territory you're claiming, the food production you can realistically manage to generate, and what kind of internal difficulties you want to RP.

Easy, sailor - thought I put that up. Population of 3-million-and-something, about the real-life equivalent. Allows for plenty of food generation, a small but efficient army, easy policing, etc.

I can appreciate I sound like a dumbass, but when I've put a population up and have been asked again as if the number was irrelavent, one can't help but be confused.

You can always check the land densities of the others to get an idea as well.

Lol...I was just rummaging through the NS general, I am having a very boring day, and found out that George Bush has virtually granted himself and his administration immunity from being charged with war crimes.

Something about the possibility that the UN would grant Insurgent groups rights under the geneva convention. In the bill that was passed, I think it was during the republical rule over congress, Bush said that in the event this were to occur he and his adminitration would be pardoned for any violations of the geneva convention.

Don't you just love how Bush thinks that his presidency over the US means any pardonning he does would be recognized internationally...ah I love stupidity, especially when its running my nation :upyours:

Recent uprisings in what is known as the "lower territories", states previously under the LB rule, have forced the 'peacful' administration of the NRFP [Nerotikan Reform Party] to play their hand in military affairs. The NRFP, which dominates the federal congressional council after the NSP gave up control after Chairman Darinsky left office, has set into action military police to replace the regular police force. The uprising in the lower territories spans from a group that wants their states to be independant once more, away from the CSN which they say has no direct control over them. Although some riots have been peaceful some have ended up in casualties the group claims were direct action of nerotikan police force firing into peacful crowds. Video evidence, however, shows otherwise as several rioters ignighted downtown Grozy in a firestorm and almost began a revolt in the city. Fears that the group, which has called themselves 'Black', could begin to organize into a militia have spanned from reports that armed 'black' members were responsible for the seven Grozny police officers who had been shot (Originally reported to be a friendly fire accedent the affair has gone under investigation with these new claims).

ooc: This spans from paying to much attention to the Kosovo thing...just thought I'de spice things up a bit here, I also had some more things to say but I got bored midway through so left it like this. Basically its a way to give me a new storyline, apart from Loyalty [Which I need to update...alot] and it'll give me something to do in my free time. If anyone wants to throw themselves into this RP, maybe as the Black group or a CSN supporting nation or Black supporting nation, place say something.

EDIT - Basically this is an idea for anyone who wants to RP something, but has no active RP available. I caught it...this week has been a crazy week so I haven't been able to respond.

As far as the name goes, I have no personal issues with it. If you were going for a Greek/Latin name, though, I'm not sure it's correct in either. The word doesn't exist in Latin, not sure about Greek...I do know the Romans themselves never used "Romanica"- it was either "Romanum" or "Romana", with the Byzantines using "Romania", actually.

Just for clarification, we speak Latin but my posts will all be in English...my Latin, actually, isn't that good.

Romanica is actually not a word, rather it's part of a term 'Lingua Romanica'. Lingua Romanica is a language as made up as Esperanto, by that I mean it's meant to be a Latin replacement and is just the combination of the Romantic Languages to make it's own language. I think.. it's all rather confusing, but the only reason why I'm using it is because..well..it sounded nice, :-P.

I've got every C&C game going, and can't wait for Kane's Wrath next month. Have you seen they're releasing a FPS called Tiberium, and Red Alert 3 as well. I'm also one of the biggest Dune fans in existance, and I'm giving as many ideas as possible to a Dune mod for TW which is in production. Something tells me you're a Dune fan as well, with your Duke Leto.

This is basically my claim, I'll open a RP thread for it soon, and I would rather, knowing I won't be dogpiled, start it "from scratch" a la Civilization with a small group of 200,000 refugees from religious persecution or something like that according to convenience, and then the "Expansion". This is basically my claim, I'll open a RP thread for it soon, and I would rather, knowing I won't be dogpiled, start it "from scratch" a la Civilization with a small group of 200,000 refugees from religious persecution or something like that according to convenience, and then the "Expansion". Also, considering the anarchists mentioned in such territory, and the fact they endorse a sort of democracy closer to a direct democracy than usual, they will face a dilemma of having a majority of potential atheists run their country legislature, so it won't work like the NS Prazinia...

You have to post a claim here though. Posting claims in the OOC thread don't count as claims here. Also the Illuminati here are vastly different from any other creation you might have seen. They're a secretive society within the Empire that seek its dissolution and return of the Republic. They're actually throughout the Ride the Lightning thread and are behind all of the most sinister happenings to the Empire since October 2005, when they first began to act. Illuminati mercs are basically paramilitary, elite soldier units that are, in effect, terrorists but they wage war against the Empire. The Illuminati is commanded and ruled by Majestic a consortium of powerful Layartebians [12 + 1] and organize quite a lot of bad things. The Illuminati and Majestic have had a strong hand in a major Venezuelan uprising in April - May 2007. The majority of the Venezuelan rebels were captured or killed and those who survived skirted across the border into Roraima and Amazonas in Brazil. Subsequently, in June 2007, they were invaded and annexed to the Empire. We fought a war in September - October 2007 in Mato Grosso [akin to the 2006 Lebanon War] pushing anarchist and insurgents back to Brasnorte in Mato Grosso, settled an uneasy but persistent truce with the leadership there. Yes the Illuminati and Majestic were major funders of the Venezuelan rebels and corrupted the leadership of Mato Grosso and the Amazonas to, in effect, turn a blind eye to the anarchist forces. Romanica is actually not a word, rather it's part of a term 'Lingua Romanica'. Lingua Romanica is a language as made up as Esperanto, by that I mean it's meant to be a Latin replacement and is just the combination of the Romantic Languages to make it's own language. I think.. it's all rather confusing, but the only reason why I'm using it is because..well..it sounded nice, :-P.

I am happy to announce that the Imperial Layartebian Army has completed its third phase of the AHX Program and adopted both the ACI-39 Bellicus and ACI-37M Corvus to replace its existing AH-94A Stalker attack helicopters. Basically all those territories that arn't apart of my mainland, the ones seperated by Roman territory, have begun to revolt in hopes of forming their own state. The 'Chechen' State, as im thinkin i'll call it, is supported by a large group called "Black" which as of now has yet to conduct armed operations and has just been supporting riots and protests.

So with the first post of the RP the "Black" group is going to get armed and begin fighting the CSN military for control of the states, in response the rebuilding CSN military attempts to stop the revolution but has yet to build the nessisary air force to quell it with one operation. The Chechen state calls on other nations to aide in the revolution while the CSN calls on others to help quell it.

The RP I hope will go down as such, Major nations post military movements (Entire plans and everything) and whoever RPs the revolting side posts their stuff, then they RP the operation from a first person view of either a soldier or a Chechen "Black" member, whichever side they are on. [Instead of RPing the operation from a third person view where everything takes on a sort of "too" professional roll] IDK, if you have any additional ideas for it please note them cause this should be fun.

Well, before I get that RP up and running and all that stuff since you are almost a neighbor (As much as BHR is) would you care to join me pushka and the BHR at the Slavic summit? I don't know if Pushka invited you ealier cause I saw that he invited someone but it would be nice to get you involved in this too.

Unveiling, the memorial to those lost in the CSN's bloody past.

The walls to the left and right of the enterance are lined with the names of those slaughtered by Hirgizstan, that being concidered the single worst act against Nerotikan/Soviet troops in history. In the main building are four branchs, the first branch to the left of entering the building are memorial to the soviet revolutionarys who fought to establish the territories as a single unified state, the next branch is a memorial to the conflicts with Cotland and after that is the memorial to the Nerotikan revolution. The final branch is dedicated to the Kazakhstani affair (As its known here).

Along with the names of those killed are breif summarys of each conflict before you enter the room, engraved into large bronze placcards.

With the revieling of the public memorial comes to unveiling of the Palace memorial which rests on the open brick area infront of the Voldagrad Federal Palace.

This memorial is a single white tomb with a large golden star infront. In the center of the golden star is a single flame which rises two feet from the ground and burns all day and night (Coal is used as the fuel source).

The CSN hearby annouces an invitation to all nations willing to come and pay respects to those lost in the senseless violance that was the Kazakhstani conflict, this invitation is to Everyone even hirg if he chooses so...I'll have a thread up if theres interest in coming

Im thinking i'll use this to start an arms industry, these weapons would be AK like and so easy to mass produce. It has the reliability of an AK and the power of one but with a slightly longer range and the interchangability of ammunition, so you can pick up and go on the battlefield. The weight provides comfort while the RtF provides a killing speed of modern weaponry.

(Note - The clips are much shorter than pictured, obviously I can't just find exactly what I invision for this weapon but you can imagine the clip being sorta AK sized. Also the barrel wouldn't stick out so far, its a bit smaller. The ammo slot is more open as well, its not as bulky either.)
