Right, don't worry buddy I got all this figured out. Our troops already within USR territory will cease advancing towards Kirov and return to their previous positions within USR territory. The nation of Cotland will also cease its attacks on the USR. We believe those terms to be reasonable, once they are complied with three party talks between ourselves, the USR and the Reich can be held in a neutral territory such as the Roman Empire, if they wish it, and we can attempt to reach a compromise by peaceful means. I am making an effort now to not look at TOA as a single block but instead treat them as individual nations to a degree. I think I can work with NG, and even though I maybe helping this is the only alternative to preventing him from taking all of Nerotika's land. In any case if the ceasefire works when we can negotiate whats to be further, perhaps I can help Nero to keep all of his land yet.

Primary Armament is 12 34"/62 Mark I Naval Rifles in 3 4-Gun turrets with a secondary armament of 12 Type 332 135mm/75 guns in 6 Mod 2 Twin Mounts, 32 57mm Cannon in four Mark III Twin mounts and 6 Mark IV Quadrouple Mounts. 4 28cm Gatling ASW Mortars, no missiles other than the rather twinky guided weapons fired from the main guns, the 135mm guns and the DART projectiles from the 57mm guns. Which are rather twinky.
Large missiles are for escorts anyway.

All you asked me was what was the limit of what was allowed and I said no superdreads so if it isn't a superdread its okay but otherwise I never saw stats on it but I'm going on good faith here that it isn't a superdread, covering more or less anything under 600m, displacement being a lesser issue because displacement is usually a round about figure to the respective size of the vessel. I wouldn't want to put a displacement cap on it because a 450m aircraft carrier would probably have more displacement than a 600m battleship.

Thats a 558 metre vessel, so i guess its cleared, il work out displacement and power output statistics

Nerotikan Military Request for Ceasefire between German-Nerotikan Forces

The Nerotikan Military hearby requests a ceasefire between armed forces within German territory as of early this morning. Chairman Darinsky issued this request in order to attempt talks to repay for the mistake made in the invasion and attempted imperial attack against the Germans. The Chairman sends his most sincere apology to the German state and its people and request some time to talk about this issue at hand. During this ceasefire the Nerotikan military will be given an order of retreat to back to the border and in-force the border.

Well that's up to you. It isn't required to have someone RP the resistance but it generally adds to an RP but it's up to you.

Alright I didn't realize that I had not finished posting Chapter 4 of Infernal so I ended that and I'm going to see if I can write more than the page and a quarter that I have of Chapter 5.

I'll be posting some stuff in 'Red Star Over the East' soon as well, simply to show what's going on in the UER now that the Eastasian dream is a reality. This may include a new national anthem, designed to represent the unified glory of the Asian peoples (or something like that).

Alright so I may not have ever finished any of my story's before hand but I came up with one recently that I believe will provide that interesting story I need so I dont get caught up in being bored...=-P

Anyway, its called "Loyalty" and although I dont have a full plotline written out I do have a good start, here's a little excerpt.


Rain poured down the windows outside the lounge where an elderly man, late 60's it appeared, sat. His age defined by the mix of black and grey hair combed parted to the left. Stubbles of grey outlined his chin and his posture was that of a relaxed form resting easily in the black leather chair, one of a set that were placed infront of a fireplace with a similar couch to the left across a large window covered in red drapes. His eye's were darting back and forth across the newpaper, an article on the front page in bold letters said "Council Government Takes Office." a note to the fall of the soviet regime. As he read a sudden noise caught his attention, behind him a younger man, with very resimblant features to the older man, entered the room. Although this was the older man's house, a place where no one else lived, and he was not expecting company he seemed unalarmed by the younger man's pressence. The stranger sat down on the couch to the left of the man, he said nothing and waited as he placed a large silvery object on his lap. As the two men sat in the lounge room a calm came over the elderly man, he knew what was about to occur and yet he said nothing and did not protest. The younger man stood up, a good amount of time had passed since the younger man had entered the room and he had waited patiently for the elderly man to finish reading his paper. Now all caught up on the news the man rested back into his chair and closed his eye's awaiting his oncoming demise. The younger man walked behind him, placed the large barrel of the silenced pistol to the back of the man's head and fired a single shot putting the man's face into his own lap. The younger man turned away and left the room without a word.

Basically its about the "New" syndicate which was established in the USR state before the council's took over. The Syndicate was created to organize the state's "illegal" practices which would be selling drugs, weapons and other sorts to outside groups and countries. The syndicate also was ran as the state's secret police, it's leader Igor Petrolovsk was on the verge of disbanding the syndicate under the new government system as it had no purpose anymore, his son however wanted to continue running things even if forced to go underground to do things. The syndicate broke into two factions then, those supporting Igor and those supporting his son and eventually those under Igor left but the information they had was to valuable for them to continue to know and so Igor's son began sending out hitman to eliminate every former member and Igor himself causing the council state to counter the actions and start a "War" against the group.[Igor's son remains nameless throughout most of this story...kinda some suspence]

I've been thinking, and trust me it's sort of popped in my mind a few times plenty this past month or so [and, at times, before] about the whole ordeal that happened and such..and sort of about how awkward it feels to coming onto NS and feeling like something ain't right..so, I thought I would [honestly] post an actual apologize of sorts, and sort of settle this. -

Whenever it was, February or so I think, I was going through a stupid phase. Hell, from when I joined up till about August of 07 I was going through a stupid phase. I was erratic, eccentric, hell even bipolar at times. I would even start talking shit, getting defensive over apparently nothing, and you know the rest. [Well, most of you..the oldies..you..old farts you..] So..I know some of you are still a bit 'scorned' over it, not that I mean you're angry and all hateful over it. No, not that at all..just I know it sits there in your mind somewhere, especially when something like this pops up in the thread.

Sorry it's sort of late..so I'll just get to the point maybe. I was immature, and a lot of what I did and said here was unwarranted. Hell, there's no hiding it even from my self.. I was just being an asshole, a dirty immature child at best. If I could have it any other way, I would. Though, we can't do that..this is real life, so we can't just go to war and say "Oops, my bad..ignore that, please.", but we can at least recognize the faults of our own actions, and learn to be mature about things, admit our mistakes, and apologize. So..

I'm sorry for the hurtful things I've said, and for how I've acted here. I hope that you guys can accept that I was a different person before, and that when you read this that you realize I mean it. I'm not expecting 'some' of you to necessarily forgive me, but I do expect the lot of you to feel a bit better over this. Also, I can't really hide this either, but I hope to someday return to the Community. And, no, not as my old nation. In a way, that was apart of my immaturity. That was apart of a network of psychotic brain farts that lead to the defacing of how decent of a guy I really am in the real world. All I want, really, is just to feel like I can come here and post and talk with my old friends again, without feeling like an outcast. Though, all things are set in paths..and no one person can entirely be sure where that ends.

And, so [and/so are common in this post..heh.], I hope that I can at least clean this crappy image I've left of my self, and to help erase any awkward feelings that may still exist [whether infrequent/passive or not]. Hope the Holidays went well, and the wars plentiful.

So if you will Lay can you change that on the statistics sheet along with uping my pop. by 10 mill...as well as adding the territories I claimed awhile back =-P...whenever you get the time I suppose.

Also I may be permanently moving to Canada this summer and starting fresh on education and job thing if I feel like it, my dad wants to send me in on a recon mission before going where himself. Which means I get a free apartment to myself and enjoy all the benefits that come from the Canadian drinking age which as I understand is lower then 21 plus it will be the first time I will live somewhere that doesn't have between 1 and 200 nukes pointed at it which is fun too.

In other news, shittiest 3 months of my life are about to begin next monday, part-time college/full time job will suck balls. Also I may be permanently moving to Canada this summer and starting fresh on education and job thing if I feel like it, my dad wants to send me in on a recon mission before going where himself. Which means I get a free apartment to myself and enjoy all the benefits that come from the Canadian drinking age which as I understand is lower then 21 plus it will be the first time I will live somewhere that doesn't have between 1 and 200 nukes pointed at it which is fun too.

Well at first I wasnt worried about you invading...but im not so sure about that anymore, and pushka, well...I just dont trust him anymore. Basically I want this thing to end, i've accepted my mistake and I want to go into talks but with NG MIA and Pushka still on my untrustworthy side I feel I need to at least make Grozny a temp capital for the time being, a safe distance away from your bombardments and his military. (I can at least trust OK not to fuck me over for the time being, and are you really mad at me enough to bother him so you can put military there and bombard me from that area?)

Also the other reason has nothing to do with this conflict, im just waiting to see if things go the way they need to in order for the little "Surprise" to reveal itself. Nothing to do with war or anything, just something special.

Im not going to start a OCC Flamefest, but i do note that the first person to use nuclear weapons offensively in a way that the laws of physics allow them to have harmed anyone was Cotland, after he launched an unprovoked strategic attack on my air defence network, (which is considered by most RL strategic planners to be the thing that immediately precedes a strategic strike) and therefore i responded with force that was less than that used against me. When cotland then escalated it to a full scale genocide i responded with the only effective weapon at my disposal.

Which province? The drinking age depends on where you're going to. I'm in Ontario which is 19. Quebec and Manitoba are 18 and I believe so is Saskatchewan but I don't remember that offhand.

heh you wanna talk about weather...lol weirdest shit just happened here in Nebraska. It was snowing this morning, cloudy sky and everything. Suddenly about midway through the sun came out, the snow (Which was pretty thick flakes and was actually staying on the ground for the most part) completely stopped and melted away and it went from really cold to relativly warm all in a matter of two hours. After all that now, suns shining and everything looks nice but now its fucking cold as fuck again....I hate nebraska weather...I hate it sooo much.

But wait I was the one who attacked him at Baker and started that whole thing he did go crazy with nukes though and then TOA decided to move in for no apparent reason and then he took the satellites out...so I guess Spiz is crazy but all of us are responsible for provoking the crazy man holding the gun.

Toronto probably, don't know which province, I think Ontario also no? I've been to Toronto winter break 2006, some parts reminded me of Krilatskie Holmi, its on the outskirts of Moscow where I used to live plus the snow of course. We'll see about this whole moving thing, but at least I got the next three months planned out solid.

Chechnya isn't connected to your mainland in any way, plus in terms of RL such an action would kinda work against all the sides agreeing to the ceasefire. Plus right now its frozen, so my troops are still on the way to your capitol and you are still fighting NG down south, once NG comes back we can get the cease fire going. I am not going to make any RP posts about attacking you at the very least until we see whats up with the ceasefire, basically right now the conflict is frozen in time.

Well, the point of my attack was to play on the element of surprise. You found out that I was planning to attack you simply because I started moving troops, which is also a bit awkward but I let that go already, now however you want to build up your city defensless while my troops are stuck in a time bubble less then a day's journey away from your capitol? heh you wanna talk about weather...lol weirdest shit just happened here in Nebraska. It was snowing this morning, cloudy sky and everything. Suddenly about midway through the sun came out, the snow (Which was pretty thick flakes and was actually staying on the ground for the most part) completely stopped and melted away and it went from really cold to relativly warm all in a matter of two hours. Weather isn't an issue, I've seen it, I've also seen worse back in Russia. I don't know anyone at the moment no but I've been around the world enough to know that you can find people to hang out with almost anywhere. But this is all still too far away to worry about.

Just came back from my first class this semester, you know, I think my brain already awakened a little bit after the sleep it was put in by daily 8 hours of manual labor for the past 7 months (shit it really has been that long). Still have to do the labor but atleast my grey matter is good for something too now, feels good, I actually want to learn this time around. well, ok I thought those forces were there because they were just moving through...see I didn't know you had men in there during the revolution. Anyway, if I can talk things over with you it gets that over with and if you want to be involved in talks with NG (Although I see no reason why as he has no quarrel with you, infact your involvment in this is directed as I see it only toward me...and I also see no public alliance between you and NG) Basically if me and you can agree to stand our forces down against each other I can focus my attention on my real issue which is the conflict I started with NG on my own accord.

I did not go to war with him intending to involve anyone else except him, I did expect the TOA to fall in on me and for some reason I went along with it anyway...to my stupidity...but really I asked you only once to aide me and was going to go along with the offensive with or without your help from the get-go. Well, unfortunately, it looks like NG is D12. I will assume that normal decree rulings apply here. I really hope he comes back in the future, but in the mean-time I will take some of his land. I will give this back to him if he decides to return though.

Naturally I'll be RPing for these if it's required.

Since NG is now D12, I claim Belgium, Denmark, Luxembourg, Montenegro and the Netherlands for the Realm.

I sincerely hope that NG will return in the future, and if he does he'll probably get the lands back. Until then, those areas are getting integrated into the Realm.

I had hoped NG would resurface, too bad he was a good RP'er. Maybe he will return at a later date. In response to the void created from his D12 status, I am laying claim to the strip of southern England that was in his possession as well as Portugal and Spain. I have fleets in the area and will start a conversion to Hawdawgian Territories RP this afternoon after I return home from work. If he returns I will cede lands back to him, if not I wish him well in his endeavours.

To Everyone Part II of Land of Sin is really going to open up. It is going to explain ALOT about my nation and its people and will obviously reveal most of the storyline so hopefully things will become more interesting.

The Empire claims the Azores Islands, where we already have forces. Layartebian forces based in Berlin will help secure the city while Layartebian forces deployed to Kazakhstan will be assisting in the capture of Kazakhstan. Layartebian forces in the following areas: Kyrgyzstan, Moldova, Romania,
Turkmenistan, Ukraine, and Uzbekistan are also on the move to assist in securing these places.

Special Note
While it isn't required, I would like to encourage an actual RP for these lands. NG was a member of E2 since its reopening in Nov '04. I really think we owe that due honor to the place. We should also all decide on a single storyline as to why the NG lands went vacant. Perhaps we can tie in the Portugese rebellion and Spanish succession, the war in Nerotika, and perhaps some sort of other ideas. If not, I guess we can just do as we do.

I would also like to encourage members of the October Alliance to leave as much land as possible open this way we can give others a chance as well as hold some land for newbies. If that is agreeable, I'd like to recommend the Baltics and Balkans for newbies but, again, technically all of this land is open.

Also all those should know the TOA nations have a lot of forces within NG's land and our own. I think it would be adviseable for all of us to share what is what and, with those nations we are not claiming, withdraw our forces properly.

I think for NG's claims, the TOA at least, could have one single thread. And if anyone else wants to join in that would be fine. We could create an off-site topic regarding the back-story of NG's decline and I reckon that would satisfy everyone.

Now IRL, I have no idea what happened to NG. I hope he is alright and I have found a phone number for him in my calls. I called and asked for him but whomever picked up said he wasn't there and hung up, yes I am going to keep trying. NG was a good friend to me and I want to know if he's alright. Yeah I just did some numbers. TOA-nations have 66% of the land and 34% we did not claim [I didn't include Algeria]. You're definitely right Mari. I happened to have been at work at the time and didn't have the luxury of responding too quickly and too often as I would have liked or do numbers.

Im sorry but OK if you com in and claim Kazahkstan your only technically invading me cause if NG is gone then I have military control of the land...first come first serve?...anyway I don't care about the rest of that land just Kazahkstan and the territories that NG owns to my east which I would like to claim concidering my current 'war' against him giving me presidence to invade quickly.

You were basically pushed out of Kazakhstan with a good portion of your forces hurt really bad and we all have forces there so we will simply continue to push you northward. You do not have any sort of control whatsoever at the moment and basically the war is going to continue. The only question is what do NG's force become...
