No, he's not even close. Was 16 days like like 2 days ago, now he logged on a few hours ago looks like. One of my African neighbors is becoming more active, but I don't think I've seen NJ on since I joined. And Van, I don't think you're close to going over your land limit, you've got a billion and a half people.

LOL I don't even have the $ for a punching bag...I just went into Americas Army last night, picked up the M24 SWS and laid waste to about 15 people for only like 5 deaths. There was no BS shots either on what I shot. I hit him and they died, none of those hit them and they live bullshit. I got a lot of headshots and some pretty awesome shots too. It all manifested quite nicely.

What actually is the "finger" is the bullet hole in the wall. It was a perfect headshot.

I ran up the hill and immediately dropped to prone, identified the target, raised the scope, and fired. The bullet looked like it entered through his eye. Obviously the guy dropped down and the bullet went into the wall. The little black mark, on the wall, is the bullet. With his hand raised like that, it looks like he is giving me the middle finger.

Daft Punk are techno gods, NIN doesn't exist anymore, It's just Trent Reznor and a bunch of studio musicians now. The Offspring are great and Franz Ferdinand is annoying. Rammstein is great.

Huahin, I have yet to hear better techno than what Daft Punk produce (although technically they don't make just techno, they mush together alot of different electronic music styles).

Thats true, dirty bombs don't do jack, heavy water is far too stable for their to be any sort of fission reaction. Of course if you put like an ocean of it in a single spot you might get a critical mass and cause fission but you will need a lot of volume, more then any missile, or plane can carry. Heavy water is used as a coolant on many reactors because of its stability.

If anybody has seen Dirty War, an HBO movie, it will show a lot about Dirty Bombs. The initial explosion may kill a few hundred (depending on the size of it and the location of it) but the effects of a dirty bomb are long-term. The radioactive fallout could make an entire section of land completely unusuable for years and years and years. Imagine one going off in Times Square making everything for a half mile unusuable? The effects would be catastrophic. And yes people would die in the long-term from cancer.

Well no not really. If you just get your hands on a ton of spent nuclear waste or fissile material or something radioactive and detonate it, viola!

True...now what if the alpha and beta get into bottled water and food and other supplies in the area? That was a focal point in the movie, people were walking around with bottled water and they were making announcements not to eat or drink anything because of alpha & beta, which was used in mixing the bomb. First of all im not invading Marino with military force. Im acquiring it through peaceful means.

Second of all, acquiring Marino isn’t imperialism. Because we are freeing the people and their rule will be by the people. Its true democracy at its finest. The Federal government in Orenburg will have very little say at what goes on in Marino, we are more of a confederacy then anything else..No other nation on earth can claim to have a more democratic system of government then that of Panthean. As workers will have unlimited liberty and freedom. We are in the process of devolving the Panthean Republic into the worlds largest confederacy with each state having their own rights and laws.

Finally, we are safe guarding it from other imperialist hands by acquiring it. If we didn't get it who else would. Layer, Germania, Rome. Elepha, Russian Federation. Then the balance of power in the world is upset as one nation suddenly comes more powerful to the others.

Dissents in Marino of Pantheaa will be treated fairly. They will be sent to re education in which they will learn the benefits of our fair system

We are willing to sign a non-aggression pact with Norway. As we consider Norway no threat to the Pantheaa. The new president for life would like to make amends for previous actions. Especially the aggression of Isreal. Which we still rightfully claim ownership to despite what international bodies say. We will be honored to end the past aggression with our two nations, Panthean will also release information about former Norway's territories in Russian to demonstrate that South Russia under Panthean rule is paradise. We also reluctantly welcome the opportunity for free trade despite our negative feelings about capitalism. We will select a number of big cities including Mexico city and make them “capitalist zones.” Trying to get some postal stamps from Marino huh???

Norway will be allowed exclusive rights for panthean oil from Orenburg. But we still set the price per barrel.

Last of all, i will let Norway and the international community know that Pantheans have their ancestory in both Europe and Russian. Our European blood comes from Slovakians refugees fleeing a North Germania ruled Slovakia, while the russian blood comes from former Norway citizens in Russian and russians in Orenburg. So being that Panthean both represents the interest of russian and european ethinc groups we claim full rights to make claims in both areas of the world. Pantheaa-Our logic is that we are bringing Muslims into a nation where they are accepted. Besides, TKT was an ally for most of the time we both existed. But I would say that Elephantum should be considered at least somewhat democratic (its an odd mix between dictatorship and absolute democracy)

Well, I have universal suffrage, extensive civil liberties (including the basic freedoms of choice, expression, religion, mobility, speech, etc.) and every decision-making institution- including the Emperor- is elected by the populace (which technically makes me a republic). I also have the Roman Forum where people can start petitions requesting new laws, which can actually pass if they gain enough support. I'm not sure where that ranks me in terms of Earth II democracies (I believe Norway is one too), but certainly I have a well-developed system.

Yeah, I'm basically what RL Norway is, with a few exceptions. The police and miiltary has more funding, punishments are harsher, and the capital punishment is still in effect. Other than that, I've got universal suffrage (at age 18), extensive civil rights (same as Rome has), elected ruling body (national assembly [Stortinget] and cabinet), etc. Even a consitution (http://odin.dep.no/odin/engelsk/norway/system/032005-990424/) which among others states the rights of every citizen and what I can and cannot do...
