As far as I know, no one else has claimed Sakha Republic and Khabarovsk Krai besides me. Neuvo Rica agreed to give up his claim to those area in exchange for permission to operate out of Squornshelan military bases.

Yeah, no one has argued my claim to Primorskiy Kray, and if anyone does, prepare to take on a full Cottish defense district [3 brigades, 5 regiments, 2 RRF, a few CVBGs/AABGs and various support elements, 3 MEUs, an Air Force and an Air Defense Group]. You'd be surprised. In fact, I'd argue a coast with open access like Yemen is beneficial to a Navy since it would allow for better transport of goods.

Pantheaa: Reservations are only for tables at Outback or Joe's Crab Shack. The point Cotland and Hirgy are trying to make to you is that you may be able to claim the land, BUT it is physically impossible for you to send troops to the region because of the land-locked situation of this little nation. The only way you can send peace keepers in is if NG gives you permission to go there via air or land. Its really that simple. No sizeable military force could ever hope to cross the plains of North Germania without permission. You are certainly right that you could send terrorists to the region, but they couldn't possibly hope to organize into an effective fighting force with any size to takeover a government or quell anarchy. So in essence your government that you may choose to establish in Ly. would be in a symbolic nature only. Kinda like some of the current regimes we have in exile today.

E2 is completely seperate from the general NS I.I. so if you have a multi million man army there you can RP having a smaller army here and it won't matter because they're two different worlds.

No, Antarctica and Siberia are very different. Siberia gets covered in snow, and you can melt snow to make water. Antarctica gets hardly any snow. Siberia has animals to hunt, whereas Antarctica has penguins, wingless flies, and microscopic life, and it would take an awful lot of those, and meanwhile everyone hates you for killing penguins or whales to eat. The winds of Antarctica average around 180 km/h. Scientists live there in small numbers, and not permanently. And they have to be totally self-sufficient just to survive.
