"Chocolate? Never heard of it." He gingerly reaches and takes one, then takes a bite while sitting. "It's pretty good, though. What brings me here? Well, what brought me here was a hovering box-type thing. Other than that...I'm trying to get used to life again...it's kind of odd...I'd always thought that I'd died at the appropriate time...and yet...here I am. My heart beats, and I live, according to Mith, and I'll trust him if no one else on that."

OOC: Basically what I'm saying is, that final part was completely crap. You cannot make that sort of decision without EVERY fact. And you witheld facts from him, making his decision null and void
"Oh, that. Baccob, lesser god of Magick who invented that illusion, had a thing against Wargods. As I understand it, Warfare grew so pissed he threw Baccob into a bubble of Non-existence that he keeps in a safe place at all times.

Baccob deliberatly put that twist in there as an insult to anyone with the War Domain. We've almost managed to make an uninsulting version without the insult, but thus far, their less acccurate." Arianna said.

The carpets fade away. Now its just Enais, and Gypsy.

The young Drow almost fell out of his chair. "Whoa. How did you know? You weren't there at the meeting...I mean...I guess it's part of your business...but you haven't been told yet, have you?"

"I know every current event and most future events occuring." Gypsy said.

"Yeah, I guess you would." He scratches at the back of his head. "I feel sorry for that kid...I wouldn't want a father like that...I don't remember my father, he died before I was born...but that's just not a good person that Anna had to marry. I don't even think she told him yet."

"I can almost promise all of her children will take after their mother. Basically, that gentleman, and I use that term loosely, is really nothing more than breeding stock." Gypsy said.

"Even I know that. And gentleman...well, by blood, he's one of the highest ranking."

After the battle, Arel went back to the soon-to-be preformance house and started working. She had nothing else to do, and it would be awhile before Roy returned.

After five days had passed, Roy returned, decending from the ceiling in a glorious White Light, Wings booming. He landed, and the wings fell off, and became the first thing they touched, dust.

Roy sneezed in regret.

An hour and a half later of walking and twisting and turning and Zigging and zagging and ascending and decending and Costh was out the front Gate. He could see the Paladin house in the distance.

"Bye, maybe I'll see you later." Costh said as he headed toward the paladin's domicile.

The gates closed without answer. Soon, Costh reached the front Gates of the Paladin house. a pair of Paladins guarded the front Gate.

"Hello." Costh said to the paladins.

"My Lady? where are you my Lady?" Roy called.

The Paladins nodded. They weren't blocking the door or anything, just kinda standing there.

Costh has entered the main lobby. A bored squire sits at an information desk, a painting of Warfare hangs on the wall, and a serious looking Paladin patrols the halls.

Costh goes up to the squire. "Hello."

"Hi and welcome to the house of the Paladins, what can I do for you." The Squire says.

"An Amazon from Warfare's house suggested I come see Rahegalhoff, so I've come to see Rahegalhoff." Costh replied

"down the hall to the right."

"Thank you." Costh said as he headed down the indicated corridor.

Rahegalhoff wasn't there

Costh leaves and decides to head to the Arianna's grove.

As he leaves, he sees Rahegalhoff standing outside taking Starfire for a ride.

Seeing him, Costh heads over to say hello.

"Hello, how are you this glorious day?" Rahegalhoff asked.

"I'm fine, how about you?" Costh asked

"Just Fine. you aren't a regular, just visiting are you?"

"You don't remember me do you?" Costh asked, "I wonder if Starfire will." Costh held his hand out for the winged unicorn to sniff.

"Oh no, I remember you full well. I might be old, but I'm not senile. I'm simply sayin that we don't often see you over this way."

Starfire eyed costh in a "You touch me you die." sort of way. No one interupted his Afternoon walks, no one.

"No offence intended." Costh replied "So what have you been doing?"

"Taken Starfire for a walk. Were you here for something in particular, or, just visiting?"

"Just visiting." Costh replied

"Well, take a walk with me."

"Alright, so where do you go on your walks?" Costh asked

"Oh, you know, around." Rahegalhoff says.

"Alright." Costh replied as he walked beside the paladin.

"Taking a few courses." Costh replied

"Magickal theory, magickal practice, PT, and military training." Costh replied

"You think your passing?"

"I think I'm doing alright, depends what the instructors deem passing. If they are looking for a hundred percent mark, then no, I doubt I'm passing. If they are grading on a curve, then I'm not sure where I stand." Costh replied "I am improving regardless of my mark thought."

"That's all that counts." Rahegalhoff said.

"Yes it is. Why don't you stop by the council?" Costh asked "I'm sure any teachings you might have could be beneficial.

The old man made his way towards the Wizard Council walking upon his golden jewel inladen stafff with a mighty diamond as it focus and then coming towards the door to the chamber opened it and waited for the council to acknowledge him to be allowed to speak.

"Because Costh, realisticly, I'm just an old man. Sure I can fight, and fight well, but I am nowhere as skilled as Col. Cougar. In a battle, I can hold my own, to be true, but Fighters like Cougar, be they men or women, are the Key fighters to winning battles. At best, I can distract some opposing forces, long enough for the better fighters like Cougar to slip by, and cut out the heart of the enemy. I have experience yes, I have lessons true, but the Council has the better teacher, for I know, that Cougar has the same lessons, but knows how to teach them better. The only advantage I have over him, is more experience, but if what Warfare tells me is true, even that is matched by the Quality of his experiences. No, I know I have no spot to teach there. At best, I can fill in as head while Warfare is away. I can't even teach basic healing. Every Paladin has basic Curative Magicks, but Healers like Mith and Khalan have the same powers, and then some. Their far more qualified. My place is here, over seeing the training of future paladins." Rahegalhoff said quietly.

"Tell me, why do you hold your beliefs, Costh. What makes you believe what you do?" He asked a minuete of silence later.

"Do you mean why do I think you would be an asset at the council?" Costh asked

"That would be intresting to hear, but, I mean, in general. Why do you hold your beliefs? What motivates you to believe in things?"

I can help you master Peace, Warfare can help you master War, but I don't know any Psionic gods. Perhaps Galvenor Elvarynn at the Wizards Council can help you, or at least direct you to a Psionic deity." Arianna said.

One man can only teach the methods he knows and the styles he uses, where Cougar might advocate a defensive formation, you might suggest a stratigic withdrawl or counter-attack. That is why I think you should go to the council. You, because of your different methods of warring, would have knowladge that Cougar couldn't have gain." Costh replied

He fights with magick, swords, guns, he has expierence in almost every theatre of war! He's done everything from top-level classified black-ops to full out war. Trust me, Cougar is as good a solider as you'll ever meet. Ragelhoff is of course on par with him, if not his superior, and if anything he looks up to Ragelhoff's expierence, as well he should. Don't try and alter the way the Council is run... if you don't like my methods, just say

So, instead of trying to talk to the council which is, in RP terms, on a different planet, you might try talking to Eldrad, which is one of my chars, or you could try and engage in conversation with a random mage (most likely the mage would be kaymirilian).

Wargods on the other hand, are known for being Impatiant angry Warmongers that go off at the slightest thing. I've always thought highly of Warfare for his unusually high Patience, but even that burns quickly.

It'll be intresting to see how your general attitude changes once you master your domains."

The Rangers and Paladins, they patrol regularly and have Magick enhanced powers, allowing them to sense alot.

The Wizards, The Archwizards know the City well, and can sense all Magickal occurances, and your sudden appearence would count.

The Spectral/Ancestral Slivers, (Same things, two diffrent names), Their all over the planet, and share a hive mind. NOTHING sneaks past them, Psionic, Magickal, or otherwise.

The three Gods, Warfare, Arianna, and Gypsy. You couldn't possibly sneak by them if you tried. Warfare owns the planet, and as its part of his domain, he knows everything that happens there. EVERYTHING.

The White Tower on the other hand is on free Land/territory, thus anyone can sneak in.

I don't believe it is needed. We are not copying the White Tower from the series (I have not even read the books).

The origional Thread Starter used the name several thousand posts ago. He is the one who named this.

Remember, Lucas is not going after all the people who type in the words Star Wars, Jedi, Sith, SSD, Light Sabre, ect... Paramount doesn't go after the Star Trek users. Wizards of the Coast doesn't take legal action against anyone who uses the phrase "fireball".

There would have to be a significant resemblence to the Jordan "White Tower" and I also believe it would have to be printed and distributed in some commercial fashion. You will have to check the copyright laws to be sure.

He had the assualt rifle slung over his shoulder, and was still wearing his DPM's (Disruptive Pattern Material), along with combat boots. His hair was short again, but seemed darker than usual, as if dyed with something like ashes or soot.

He walked softly, saying nothing. His face was drawn, his movements lacking their normal fluidity, replaced by near-shuffling. However, the most noticable was the lack of sparkle in his eyes. They were still the same colour as they had always been... and yet there was something different about them. They seemed hollow, devoid of emotion. It stretched into his bond with Rhenna, where she could feel where he was, but it was if his mind was closed to all

She looked at Leviathan, looked at Enais, and smiled.

"Enais, this is the God of Snake Eaters, Leviathan. He jus recently discovered his domains.

Leviathan, this is Prince Enais, Kaymiril VII's brother. He was Resurected at the Temple of Resurection at the same time as Warfare." Arianna said, introducing the two.

Rhenna had just gotten out of class, and went to him. "What's wrong, James?"

He looked up, and smiled, but it wasn't his usual smile,"Nothing. I'm fine, really"

"And here I thought it looked like I was hanging upside down like some sort of simian beast from some other continent. Give me a minute...it's too hard to get up here to not finish the job before coming down."

"It looks diffrent in my eyes, though I would say that Orangutang was closest."

"Sounds about right." Arianna said.

She looked at Enais.

"Well, the Masters are currently busy, so I guess you'll have to meet them another day."

She looked at Leviathan, looked at Enais, and smiled.

Leviathan inclined his head to Enais,"I have heard of you, your Highness. I was not aware that your sister had brought you back to this world"

She looked at Enais.

"Well, the Masters are currently busy, so I guess you'll have to meet them another day."

She looked at Leviathan, looked at Enais, and smiled.

"Peace be with you," the young princeling said with that characteristic slight bow.

He looked up, and smiled, but it wasn't his usual smile,"Nothing. I'm fine, really"

He led her aside, finding somewhere they could talk uninterupted. He sat there, the rifle across his knees, his voice low. He told her about the missions he'd had to go on whilst he was away... all team jobs, but some of the worst he had ever done. SImply because of the enviroment.

"...the village was in ruins when we arrived. The targets had passed through, and killed everyone they saw. Men, women and children. All dead. They torched the buildings, the bodies, everything. The air was rank with the stench of burnt flesh... it brought out memories... memories of a small boy, who could only hide... I never felt so helpless... and for one of the few times in my life, I enjoyed pulling that trigger."

Arianna opens the great gates and waits for Enais.

"This is Warfare's Grnad Castle. A tribe of Amazon women live here. Come on in, your rooms this way."

Enais was standing on a giant flower.
"Oh, and don't worry about the flower, its my Relay system. One seed, planted in the ground, will burrow itself down deeply, and will heed a nature goddess call, and take her whereever she wants."

The Orangutang transforms into a copy of Arel. It helps her clean the ceiling.

That night, Enais at the castle, Costh at the Paladin house, Shan at the hospital, a wonderful event occured.

Those with a link to Warfare, his family, felt his depression lift away, replaced with a bit of happiness.

Warfare reappeared on Riptide, every bit as good as if he had spent 1000 days under Mith's eye.

Warfare was back, and he was ready for the future.

Ephsues

In place of Kajeenith's Fortress-Temple, stood a small life size statue of Kajeenith. It pictured Kajeenith as Warfare remembered him best, a happy carefree God at peace with creation. A smile adorned his face, and he was wearing the same suit of clthes, but no color, for it was a marble statue.
His sword was at his side, and in his hand, was a real Tankered of Dwarven Ale, Kajeenith's favorite Kind.

At its base was an inscription.

Here lies my brother, my friend, my ally, through Thick and thin, good times and bad. Together with a Tankered of Dwarven Ale, we would walk creation.
May his soul finaly find peace from the Nightmares that haunted him.

She takes his hand gently. "Perhaps."

He felt her hand slide around his, and looked down at it for a moment, before looking back at her, and leaning in to kiss her for a moment

She kissed him back, letting it linger for as long as he held it.

He held it for a moment, before breaking it softly and staying close to her

"Welcome home, James."
