Not with over ten million men. Normally people donate arms, money, or a couple thousand. Ten million is a rather large army.

regardless of how many soldiers he donated you still need to find out who sent them IC to be able to make any credible IC response. You can ask him who and what the troops are OOCly, to make up for the lack of visuals in role-playing, but you can't use OOC information influence the IC world.

You capture on of the Urcean Death Watch soldiers, who is wearing a Death Watch patch and little else, leaving the patch as the only clue about nationality. You torture this soldier, getting no information other than he is working for Death Watch.

The trail ends. You can't say that you know he's Urcean ICly because that would be godmoding in some way.

The soldiers' anonymity is guaranteed. All you know ICly is that they're death watch soldiers, and they have weapons.

In answer to the question asked a way long time ago, New Manth doesn't use much CA weaponry. I think we have 200 Mercury APCs sitting around in storage somewhere, according to my spreadsheet. If any CA members need them, I'd be glad to donate them.

Other than that, New Manth uses Kriegzimmer armor, mechanization and artillery, Doomani personal weapons and navy/air force from a couple different sources.

I doubt Barokin had enough existing airfield to handle all the aircraft I want to send plus what you guys already have there. If you guys could roleplay building an airstrip or two, I'll send in da planes.
