First of all, the Quickbreaker Class Aircraft Carriers you have supplied are us tres excellent! They are extremely rugged, reliable and adaptable. They have been used in various conflicts and have withstood numerous attacks while launching devestating blows to the enemy. I thank you for this.

Secondly, we have 635 Tiger IIs that need to be upgraded to modern standards. The upgrades needed are brand new, state of the art powerplants and a few new weapon mounts. The F-5 is a carrier borne light fighter/interceptor. It's primary role will continue to be an interceptor and it will gain a limited secondary role as a ground attack/anti-shipping aircraft.

The powerplant should be capable of a high speed cruise over a long range, with an even higher top speed for roughly 35 minutes of flight. These specifications will allow us to engage enemy aircraft further from our home and for longer periods, and if need be, to give chase. The powerplant must also be capable of dangerously low speeds for it's limited ground attack/anti-shipping role.

The weapon mounts should include four multi-purpose mounts and four air-to-air missile mounts. The MP mounts should be able to accomodate small guided bombs, AA missiles and AS missile with very little hands on action required. Also, more importantly, four 30mm (or larger) tank-buster cannons must be included, with two being mounted in the nose.

Because the F-5 is the staple aircraft of our Navy, we decided it was important to "shop around" before we made our final picks. We have spoken to another company or two and given them a $5 million cap per aircraft. However, because we are loyal DMI customer's, that cap will be raised to $6.5 million for you, and we will allow you greater flexibility with the deadlines (the other's will be quite strict due to the importance of this aircraft to us).

Onto the next matter, submarines are needed for the Navy of the Commonwealth of Saint Fedski. We have been looking at your Dolphin class, and are quite interested in it. And like all of our other orders, we require some changes. It's rolle will be strictly anti-ship and anti-submarine with no need for attacking land or air targets. Once purchased, the class will be renamed, it will be known as the "Nut Class" because the ten ships in the class will be named after nuts. Production rights will also be purchased because our industry is able to manufacture small vessels in limited numbers.

And finally, the Cabinet has approved initial inquires into a new submarine. This new submarine will probably be needed to be designed from scratch. The niche it is expected to fill is for a guerilla-style vessel. Needed to dash in, launch a couple of missiles (surface to surface, or even surface to air) at once (pretty much it's entire arsenal), then dive to near crush depth as quickly as possible and speed away. Protection does not need to be very great as it's speed/agility and decoys should do most of that. There is no deadline as of yet to when this should be complete, but an order cannot be placed until some funds are allocated to this project. Estimated product cost, somewhere in the range of 3-4 billion (similar to that of the Dolphin class).

If this is too much of a hassle, we can get another company to fulfil one or more of these requests. We hope you can fulfil these orders, just like you have with all the rest. If you have any questions, please ask, these niches need to filled exactly or they won't work at all.

Yes, I can see how it would be a little confusing, I myself don't exactly understand it completely. The original motion in the Naval Council went through many changes and became the mess I sent to you. I will clarify what is required.

High Priority: Modernizing our 635 Carrier borne F-5 Freedom Fighers/Tiger IIs.
--Requires new powerplant - Capable of high cruise speed for a long range and near maximum speed for half an hour of flight.
--Requires new weapon mounts. Four should be multi-purpose, that is to say capable of carrying a variety of missiles and/or bombs. Another 2-4 missile mounts will be used solely for Air to Air missiles.

Unfortunately, we will have to die your order. Our policy is that we only allow diversion of Law and Order funds to pay in cases of equipment that could be used (effectively) by the police. This means side arms and light armored vehicles.

As the Coast Guard is traditionally a part of the military, it does not fall under are allowed categories.

As for discounts for repeat-customers. No. Almost everybody is a repeat customer.
