The CADS-N-1 system failed to defend important defensive installations as well as elements of the Sulaymaan 1st Fleet, despite liberal deployment, and thus created unnecessary casualties.
Official investigation into the system has proven that the general design of the unit is not at fault, but instead, is the quality of the units individual critical components. Inaccuracies in the targeting system, loose quality control of the systems 30mm cannons, and inability to track and engage more than 6 targets allowed far too many Agrandov missiles to puncture our defensive measures and damage critical systems including the CADS-N-1 system.
The investigation has concluded a joint naval, stationary, and ground CIWS to replace the CADS-N-1 must meet the following specifications;
▪ The system must be easily adaptable to naval deployment (such as on vessels), stationary deployment (as a defensive measure in bases), and on mobile platforms (such as tracked vehicles).
▪ The system must be able to track and engage at minimum 20 targets
