DMG, I would like help designing a deep water or 'floating' base. Basicly I'm talking a man-made island. Size wise I'm thinking sixteen aircraft carriers placed like so:

The electrified water cannon non-lethal weapon under early research by Jaycor Tactical Systems. In operation, a nozzle ejects high-pressure saline solution through which low current, high-voltage pulses were delivered to the target. The trick is to aim for the less armored parts of the body... there are always weak points. Good aim and larger/explosive rounds will be able to penetrate their armor.

From there we will either sell the production rights to the customer (though keeping them ourselves in case we want to sell the products) or just produce whatever amount they wish.

We are paid the same way we are paid for everything else. We pretty much make up the price based on the product.

It depends on what kind of rescue operation you are attempting. If it is evacuating and moving a lot of people, I would suggest the Chinooks (you could modify them to be more comfortable or 'hospital' ships). However, if you are attempting to rescue people that are trapped in places that are hard to get to (like in a chasm or in a flooded area) I would recommend something like a Blackhawk or Zenith.
