Why didn't the Patriarch attempy to help Ar'mai? :(

He can't do it at the moment with Inzikai, considering Inzikai is leader of another faction that doesn't get along well with the Order.

If he were to attempt to save her, This would probably incite a riot or something in the Arena, getting the Imperium in the whole debacle. Then when Empress Rimoru comes, she'd laugh and either disappeer or join in the frenzy.

This in turn, would cause a massive war among all the Skizzarish, in which Inzikai would probably win.

LOL I kind of thought through the idea :p ;)

Is it OK if I add another religious leader? The High Mother of the Sisters of the White Rose would be the only living being capable of not only calling Westera's will to heal, but also to destroy. I imagine her playing a role in the last battle, and being aligned with the Patriarch. I think she would be an appropriate character to kill Rimoru, using the powers of an actual god. I think she would be old, wise, and withered. Thoughts, criticisms?

Yea, I kinda envisioned them being our army of healers. Ok, well... You seem to control the majority of world leaders, so would you like to control the High Mother as well? I don't think a "nun" would be at the games, but she might. You decide.

I'm glad my character is just a pawn. This is a lot of story to remember. :)

LoL Currently, the leaders are NPCs..Except for Inzikai and the Patriarch will play a big part in the battle as well as the final battle.

I imagine her being really really nice to everyone, even Inzikai and Rimoru. Still, Inzikai and Rimoru hate everything she stands for. Still, she gives them the benefit of the doubt. I think she should be like a nice, old grandma, until she has to fight for the side of good. Then she calls down Westera to smite people.

Actually, around the audience is just the forcefield which prevents anything from coming in, but letting things come out.

The audience will usually never come out for fear of death inside the arena. Plus there are guards stationed around the pit, to prevent the audience from participating.

So its just the magical window for the booths?

First off, you need to tell me where your character will start out. In your profile you say the foothills of the Durangar mountains, so would you like to end up in the Exe-Duun mountains with the Morgrathiens?

You could probably start just about anywhere, come to think of it. Just tell me where you want your char to go/be and I will give you ideas of how Sejak could arrive there :D

Lorathin noticed that Ar'mai was running short on arrows. Gesturing, he cast a spell to create a bundle of pyro-arrows to appear at her feet. "Hope these help." He called over as he noticed the melee between the guy who jumped down and the others.

A) What are pyro-arrows? Are they immolating arrows or arrows made of fire.

B) Lorathin seems to have a spell for everything...

aye, you could tweak the weaknesses a bit, make him slightly weaker.

Also, Kalzog the Ogre is incredibly strong, you may need to watch out for him if they get in a battle ;)

Speaking of new characters, I was brain-storming the other day and I thought of one of the craziest fantasy races. Wierder than halflings/any other race that doesn't "copy" anyone's races whose last name starts with a "T"... A super intelligent, fire-breathing, half-bear/half-wolf kinda beast. After thinking about it a bit, not that bad...

Didn't seem that drastic a change. It may have made him stronger. Put something else in there, for example:

most of the characters here are mortal, and can be damaged by the other characters. Take away Ergo's extreme durability.

Or, make him more affected to magics done to him, such as fire, water, etx etc

Or come up with another weakness that would make it easier for him to be defeated. We can't have a godly character who fights on a daily basis against those weaker than it.

You may want your guy to fight along Inzikai ;)

Lol Kalzog wouldnt beat you up, unless your guy joins up the evil team. But even then, he'll probably be too distracted with the Demi-god Rothargot.

You can, however, make your guy tougher, in that he can take a few direct hits with a regular sword or stuff, and remain undamaged, but you can't make him invincible to them

The Durangars are the natural border between Lustria and Fandar. Geographically, they are in the southernmost reaches of the Order's lands.

Mental Description (Alignment, Outlook): Andros is chaotic neutral. He has no prior loyalties, except for the one to his older brother. Like his brother, he has no compunction against thievery. He is not fearful of demons and other evil; if anything, it makes him feel more at home, at least more so than any shining halls of good. That said, he is not unwilling to work with either good or evil, as long as they don't impose their beliefs upon him.

Physical Description: Helio valise doesn't look as much like the nimble characteristically elven ranger that most people invision. That said, he is a superb shot with his finely crafted longbow. He is more muscular than his brother, but not at the expense of swiftness. His short brown hair and gleaming smile give him visual qualities of a silvertongued rogue.
On most days Helio wears rather simple clothing that hugs his body as not to disturb his movements. A pair of quivers are strapped to his back, so he has plenty of arrows should he need them, along with a pair of sheathed swords. He tends to carry his bow in hand.

Mental Description (Alignment, Outlook): Helio is a cool, calm man- that is, when he is a man. He doesn't anger quickly, even in tiger/hybrid form, as long as he takes his special potion (see "History" below). By no means is he beyond cheating, thieving or trickery, as he has had to single-handed provide for himself and his brother. He tends to side more with evil, who are less apt to care about his secret (should they find out about it), as compared to "good", who constantly judge.

History: Andros and Helio Valise have a long history with each other, as they should, for they are brothers. As small children, Helio had to provide for his younger, less capable brother, mostly by petty theft. For a long time, the brothers lived on the streets. That is, before they gave up city life, around the age of 10 and 15. Together, they stole away on trade caravans until they reached a small woods town, where they lived most of their later lives.

Upon their first night in the woods, before they had even reached town, a strange beast had bitten Helio, giving the gift and curse of lycanthropy. On his first moon, Helio transformed into a violent tiger-man beast, almost losing sanity completely as his memory was torn into shreds when in beast form. Only the sight of his younger brother, in tears from fear, did he calm enough to prevent real damage.

Caring for each other deeply, they lived a life in the shadows, as they both feared what others might do if they learned of Helio's secret. Because of this, Andros, who by this time, was finding himself adept in magic, began to take interest in herbology and alchemy. After many various trials, some making Helio sick, together then managed to create a potion with easily accessible materials, which would calm Helio in tiger form.

As long as Helio has his potions, which only Andros knows how to make (as far as they know), Helio has complete control of his transformations, as well as control over his body while in transformations. In essence, he is completely himself, even in tiger form.

I will upload pictures if accepted. But, you'd need to be patient, since I'd be drawing them personally.

Your characters are good, but before you get started, I would like to know how you plan on getting you characters into the RP. Also, which team would you prefer to join.

Blastit, I would welcome your suggestions for both team and how to place me into the RP.

Just note:

Sided with Good: The Valise brothers would be quite a bit uneasy, mostly because of Helio's secret. It would make the situation further upsetting (for the characters) if the good characters started imposing their specific morals on the Valises', since thats something both of the brothers hate. (Great RP for a paladin character, lol). Thats not to say that the brothers wouldn't be helpful, they would, but they'd keep their distance, at least for a while.
Overrall: Good side sounds like fun to RP

Sided with Evil: The Valise brothers would be slightly less uneasy, but more suspicious of their comrades. While neither received formal education, both are literate, and neither are stupid. They know the evil normally serves themselves, thus they'd do as the saying goes: "Keep your friends close, but your enemies closer", except the friends could equal enemies.
Overrall: Sounds like a decent RP, but I *think* I'd prefer to be sided with Good

As for incorporating me into the RP, I wouldn't know. I'm not up-to-date on what the sides are doing, so I'm open to suggestions

Race: Human/Dragon; can switch between at will. I forgot what the tech. name for that is.

Eyes/Hair color: Change colors... just about every color/Black hair with one streak of each: red, blue, and green, white, yellow.

Abilities: Martial arts; all of them, proficient with Nihonto, Wakizashi, kunai knives, tongfas, and all other shinobi type weapons. Can also manipulate her chakras so as to perform feats of 'magic', although it is chakra manipulation. (IE: If you have ever seen Naruto, think that kind of jitsu chakra manipulation), can change into a huge black and gold dragon at will.

Occupation: Hired bodyguard, occasional hired assassin... shinobi type, also is dragon

Age: 7,000 years old

Birthplace: Unknown

Weakness: As a human, magical items, until she can turn into her dragon form, and even then, many magical items affect her.

Physical Description: As usual, she's stunningly gorgeous :p , very strong, has dragon tattoo starting at her right hand, winding around her arm, over the shoulder, and the majority of the art is on her back. It is all black and gold. She wears a black and gold kimono, or black jumpsuit with her face covered with a black cloth tied behind her head in a ponytail, her face covered. That is for covert work. Carries all her weapons on a belt around her hips. Her kimono is all black, with gold around the edges, and a gold obi, wrapped around her waist traditionally, but tied in front. Yes, the cleavage shows. :D Small gold Kanji decorate the area above the gold edges, creating another edge. Various dragons in different shades of gold and black/grey decorate the rest of the kimono. She wears an onyx and gold choker with the chakra for 'life' hanging from it. Long gold chandelier earrings. Sometimes her hair is in 50+ braids in a ponytail, sometimes it is up traditionally with stunning ornaments, sometimes she wears it down... to her waist. She wears semi-high heeled boots, covered by her long kimono. They are specifically for fighting. If she is carrying many weapons, she wears the belt around her hips and covers herself with a black and gold cloak, so as not to expose them, otherwise, just a Nihonto thru her obi, and her other weapons in a leather duffle with a strap... she carries this around with her. The weapons are all manner of Japanese shinobi and samurai weapons.

Alignment: Chaotic neutral. Everything depends on the situation. She is wise because of her age.


As a dragon:

Height/weight: 50' tall/weight... a couple tons.

Eyes/Hair Color: Multicolored eyes... they change like a rainbow at times, body is black and gold.

Abilities:Flight, breathe fire, breathe ice, lightening strikes, can spit acid. Can drop gold dust on people as a sign that she is protecting them.

Alignment: Chaotic neutral, leaning toward chaotic good. Is a protector the majority of the time. Very wise.

History: Has experienced all manner of good and evil because of the long life. She has experienced war, peace, changing times, all manner of beings, and never lets on that she is The Black and Gold Dragon. The Black and Gold Dragon is famous for her extreme protection of others against all odds and revered. Those sprinkled with gold dust consider themselves blessed.

This seems like two characters, but they are one in the same. Her dual identity is a secret!

You probably don't have to know FF, but as far as my knowledge goes changing into a dragon is a bit beyond the FF world.

Perhaps, by mistake (Unless you want Karasu to be Relthor's wife), he contacts Karasu instead, leading her to the party, in which she joins up to explore Rimoru's library, perhaps helping to figure out what the Evil guys are going to do...

Karasu was out, hunting prey when she sees the little group. Somewhat angry of people trespassing in her new-found hunting grounds, she descends in human form, ready to try to kill them. After some talking and explaining, she decides to join them, to figure out what exactly they are up to.

The bad guys are going to grab a book from the Library of Rimoru ( Rimoru is a very very powerful, nearly god-like Sorceress), which is believed to be used to bring a deadly god, Valtrox, into the mortal realm.

The good guys are trying to race to the Library to stop them, so they won't have to suffer from the tyrannical rule of Valtrox.

Valtrox sounds like a drug to treat STDs. :D :p
