It's cloudy/ cool today. High is 65-69, somewhere around there...nice change from the higher temperatures we have been getting!:p

It was around 80 today, no clouds, no breeze, just straight 80. I've been through worse though...football camp.

That's better than the midnight runs in the middle of winter for wrestling though, think Rocky IV but at night :(

Pretty poor, considering you have a base AC of 10 before you add anything else, abilities, armor etc, below level 10 you probably have between AC 18-30 depending on class/equipment. above lever 10, depends what your using and the rules the DM is using. A friend of mine got his up to 80 before the DM put a limit on some items you could get :p on a level 15 character i have an AC 36 and that's a caster, oddly enough, both combat classes in that campaign have less AC.

I've got the 3.5 edition rules, though i've heard there wasn't much of a differance between v3 and v3.5.

I've not got the older ones so i couldn't answer your question earlier.

Ah, if I read the wiki-article correctly, it appears to come in as AC33 in the 3rd edition. I just don't know how it compares with Dragons and such not.

Also in the 2nd edition rules, you start at AC20 and work your way down, not up.

I think some of the specifics have been changed, Not sure what you mean by wing-buffet or Blade, Dragons still got fear though, Bard class is around.


As far as the cap'n goes... hmmm, lets see, who haven't we heard from in a while, can't be the drawf, he would be slightly conspicuous, The elf from the arena maybe or perhaps Higsthor or whatever he was called, it could even be the Patriarch. Since we haven't been told he is unusually large, it suggests the elf or the Patriarch, you mentioned the Patriarch would show he could hurt Inzikai and he did smile at Sarik, so i'd lean for that. Unless one of those Judges from the arena is going to make an appearence :p. Anywhere close?

Of course, there is always Hebdebza, he's always wearing a cloak, but i somehow doubt he would be there.

The Blade sub-class has improved combat skills(but less efficiant pick-pocket/bard song, and has two special abilities(offencive spin(which jacks up combat skills) and defence spin(which prevents moving, but majorly jacks up AC).

Wing buffet enables the dragon to knock anyone in front of them back.

This all comes from Baldur's Gate II: Shadow of Amn.

If I ever get into the paper game(ie: Find other people who play/are interested) I will, otherwise I'll just let the game handle all the dice rolls and such not.

20 is the worst possible, and appearently -10 is the best(yet somehow I managed to get passed -10.

Not much ever happens for me. No one else posts to me except all of Blastit's chars... :( And we aren't on at the same time most the time, and the posts are really rather needless... it seems. *sigh*

That's how I feel in the NJLU thread right now. I missed a day and next thing I know Enertro's helocopter is under attack then teleported, but still getting shot at...I think. I'm so lost lol.

The main people I interact with seem to have left the RPs, rarely post, or barely post to my char.

This one, it's all NCPs, who have more of a part in the RP than my char.

Nearly all my RPs are dying or the posts are going between two people that do not include me and never will.

I'm getting sick to death of this.

At least you have a REAL character who others even mention when you aren't around. I don't. Karasu is just a useless char, who only communicates with Blastit's NCPS after we discuss something to talk about because I have no part in the plot... and I never will.

and Cade barely says anything to Tera unless he's given an order. The most I can say my guy did so far was beat up a pregnant woman :)

RECENTLY... but the other chars speak of you in the plot... not the same w/Karasu... out of sight out of mind. She plays no PART in the plot, while you do.

My character is going to have very little to do with the end though. His part in the story is pretty much over.

Your char has played a large part all the way through. If it ends at the end... that isn't so bad... at least it isn't a ghost.

I think I'm going to be off for a while... I had to take about 7 different pills and injection and I do not feel so hot. If I don't fall asleep I'll be back on around noon.

After I got offline, I slept pretty much until morning with a break here and there.

I am not good for evenings most nights as Mr. H. is home at that time... unless he's working OT.

Some of those meds I took, I'm never going to take again. Problem was they were just about all sedating and sedating doesn't synergize w/sedating well, as you can imagine.

Today, I can only be on until perhaps 11am... I may be able to check back in the evening. The mothers are coming over... my mo in law's b-day, and we're going out for lunch and then who knows what.

Hope some others get on and we can get some posting in! Wish I could have been on when all of you were... I could have posted some fun stuff... :p

T'zark isn't evil. 'Course, he hasn't done much to show his personality yet, but you'll see that he's actually quite good-natured and friendly. Boliad and Verton have to get him out of the way when they decide it's neccessary to threaten someone; he isn't very good at playing along. T'zark might even be able to get along with Mebbiwik, though I wouldn't bet any money on it.

This reminds me of when my characters first stepped into the inn back in the beginning:
"Oooh! Maybe we could get in a fight with them," Ar'mai hoped. "You know... a word here, a bump there, and then BAM a full blown fight."

On a side note, i finally found out what my name means, it means "book of tears" which actually applies at the moment, hay fever has made my eyes water almost constantly yesterday and today so they have ended up as a friendly shade of a reddy pink.

Lol, for some reason this unkillable Inzi bit reminds me of a film with Jackie Chan in, i don't know the name, saw it in Brazil so it was probably named differantly anyway, but he became almost god-like due to a medallion and he was trying to prove it to his partnr, the partner takes the knife and stabs him, says amazing when he doesn't die, then keeps stabing him to test, was funny.

Static electricity can be quite powerful if near a fuel source, If the things you use to put petrol in your car at a patrol station were made of metal the static electricity caused by the petrol and metal would case a quite lethal explosion.

Most undead don't have a problem with death, it's more of an inconveniance, e.g. Liches or Vampires, Ghosts too. So something to do with that? His unmortal status has been mentioned a few times.

Hmmm, he found Valtrox when he was young, thus he was either born immortal or became immortal after meeting Valtrox. Being born immortal would not instantly reveal itself to Valtrox, so it stands to reason it was afterward, meaning Valtrox made him immortal (Unlikely) or he became immortal.
Being a necromancer as he is, many ways of becoming immortal involve becoming undead, storing his soul somewhere would cause his body to deteriarate, which it hasn't. Undead can be killed anyway, but unless done properly, they will return eventually, that does not seem to be the case with Inzi.

Leaving an outside influence, maybe an artifact or spell of some kind. Or as i said being born with immortality.

So, he's undead, but resistant to Holy. Most undead have specific ways to be killed permenantly. We think he can feel pain, Valtrox proved that back near the beggining, unless he was acting of course, or if the powers Valtrox gave him has made him not feel pain. In the end it's probably gonna be Sarik or The Patriarch to kill him, Sarik will apparently join the evil side, so unless Inzi rebel's, The Patriarch will kill him.

You never did answer if i was right about the captain being The Patriarch or the elf from the arena.

Edit: on deeper consideration about Holiness, Armai or Rothy could kill him, Rothy is a demi-god, can't get more 'Holy' than that without being a God.

Well, i'm running on that assumption. The sword Sarik is (semi) looking for belonged to (or was made from, think its the first one) one of Valtrox's demi-gods who was killed by Ogre Shamens when he first tried to free himself.

Thus, it stands to reason that it is in someway linked to Valtrox, there was Rimoru's dream back on 109 which had Sarik with 3 horns and black scales, there was a dream by Sarik aswell, might have been in the original Lich thread, meaning only a few of us have seen it. :p

I'm also pretty suspicious of that voice speaking in his head when he was near death... I somehow doubt it was Zavers :rolleyes:

The movie music has to coincide with the previous music mentioned. For example, I wouldn't listen to the bad music in a Knight's Tale (I was deeply horrified at the music selection).

My personnal music taste spreads over a lot of things. Basically ignoring most rap and hip-hop, the rest is ok, but my main taste lies in rock i guess, i don't particularly bother with all the labels or classifications.

A lot of games have good songs. I haven't got the Halo soundtrack, friend of mine has. Good songs though, i have Mjolnir Mix lying around somewhere (i think it's that one anyway) and the theme for Halo 2 is Blow My Away by Breaking Benjamin, who are my current favourite band, or at least somewhere in the top 3, i don't particularly have a favourite.

Ever played Planetside? online MMORPG, the music on that was good, matched the game, had a suitably epic feel to them but didn't get annoying. If you ever played Star Wars Galaxies, it almost constantly blared the Star Wars theme so it got quite annoying, your running to town, theme tune, your killing something, theme tune, your standing there afk, theme tune, it was almost once every 5 minutes. My brother recentely dug Planetside out and played it I heard the music and had to dig it out myself, so many fun memories. :p

Sonic Adventure 2 had a few good songs on it, can't remember any songs from the others.
Shadows of the Empire, god, its been ages since i played that, Star Wars tends to have good music though. Heard one of the star wars songs in a parade a while ago on St George's day i think.

Most anime doesn't seem to make it over to TV at UK, I really don't know why. There was a channel than had loads on for few months, then it got taken over and turned into another kids channel with that crap on.

I saw a few episodes of Cowboy Bebop when i was on holiday in France once and a few on the channel i mentioned, looked quite good.

They have made brief appearences on a few channels but don't seem to stick.

There are places you can buy them obviously and order them offline, but they don't seem to appear on TV.

I have one of the original numbered box sets of Bebop... $500.

Trigun a friend of mine has mentioned to me, says i would like it. Seen a few Outlaw Star episodes, looked good, but as i said, the channel one day just stopped and switched to childrens crap, was quite annoying.

Trigun is cool... it's totally goofy, with a dramatic storyline behind it. Some good music as well (have that soundtrack... the first one anyhoo).

That "Sound Life" song that ... Oh that isn't in this thread... the "Wicked" thread... Lup and I both refer to it and my char sings a few lines... it's from Trigun.

Minos is a good guy as far as i can tell, he belonged to the same order as Harlin and they wish to preserve balance according to the original chracter thing. I would have said it's just friendly banter.
