I have read all their books except for the recent series about the Guild Mages...or something about guilds (I've been on here mostly instead of reading).

I love them! I got some inspiration for Kalzog from Hidegetsu (something like that...massive bloodthirsty ogre who was practically unkillable. Ended up defeating his "All-Powerful Oni" and becoming the god. He was great...lol

All of Scott Mcgough's books were amazing, despite that they were all Medieval Asian culture inspired. Heck, the series with the starting book of "The Assassin's Blade" is one of my favorites!

In one of the magic books I read, there was a little story about Goblins, one team called the Packers, who packed crickets for lunch, and the other team, called the Raiders (because they raided the Packers' lunch). They basically played American Football, but the ball was Goblin Gunpowder bomb (I think they said it was the only ball object they had lol) and occasionally if it hit the ground it may explode.

The funny thing is, the winner would win a bag of crickets...so the game was called Cricket LOL

Well, the Stash can only carry like 150,000, which I had filled. My character was also filled with all the cash he could carry, a whopping 250,000 (I could buy anything in the game and still have money to gamble...which I almost always got gold items lol).

Oh, and great timing you have Blastit, you must have logged on just after my laptop ran out of battery (They claimed to have 20 minutes left though), the charger i was using was dodgy and it stopped working, got a different one though so alls well.

I tried to play Diablo 2 on my PC a few times a while ago, for some reason it wouldn't let me, though my computer has a history of weirdness, Neverwinter Nights claimed my processer was too weak at one point, it thought it was less than 450 or so when it was actually a 3000 so go figure.

Steam won't work either, and I have HL:2 which won't work unless I connect to the Steam servers :(. That makes me really sad.

What anyone should expect from a casual online acquaintance, is not to be slagged. There is nothing foolish about that. You are in about junior high aren't you Reg? It will - Blastit is working on an event right now. Soon after that the final battle will come and then it is onto Part II in which everything can change (including your characters as it is set in the future).

She was one of a set group of elves riding drakes that were near Inzi's ship, he attacked them, killed most of them, but took two captive, Inzi was going to torture one, but Rothy saved her, Caderyn was looking after the other. Not sure which of the two this one is, i think it's the one that Inzi was torturing. i thought i had mentioned it in one of my updates, guess not.

I may be somewhat absent over the next few days, we bought a pool table, which was incredibly heavy (and this was the worst day to do it, hottest day of the year so far in the UK, about the same temperature you lot have been complaining about, if not more), we set it up in a room which is a little too small, so much house moving around in the future to move it into a good place.

Aye, i've been busy, my brother had a party yesterday and our new pool table fell over, one of the legs just slipped out of place, needless to say the bottom broke, spent most of today replacing and fixing it. that's cause he freezes you lol. Even my barbarian with Anti-freeze (he has armor that makes him unable to be frozen) gets frozen.

In my opinion the list of act bosses is as follow, easiest being at top, hardest at bottom.

Duriel

Baal is only harder than Mephisto because my barbarian with one of the most powerful weapons in the game methinks (111-141 damage, but with my skills it was 463-537 or around those areas) couldn't hit him often. But when I did, I took out a good 1/5th of his life lol. He didn't summon his shadow for some reason either...not that it would have mattered.

Also, Baal's minions were harder than him!

Mephisto was...really easy lol.

Diablo and Duriel are really hard though. To compare and to beat. Diablo has his lightning inferno which kills my barbarian if he don't run. But his freeze attack is ineffective against me.

How to hunt uber Baal, uber Mephisto and Pandemonium Diablo
Collect all 3 reagents:

- Diablo's Horn
- Eye of Baal
- Mephisto's Brain.

and mix them with cube in act5. Red portal will open to 'tristram'
with uber monsters + all 3 uber bosses:

- Pandemonium Diablo
- Uber Baal
- Uber mephisto

You must kill all uber bosses (uber mephisto, uber diablo and uber baal) to get the charm.
Last boss you kill will drop the charm and SOH(Standart Of Heroes) x Players in game

Charm stats:
firestorm on striking
+3 skill class
10-20 attributes
10-20 all resistance

Well, the people would know the book is something to do with Valtrox, and now that Inzikai said that Valtrox would come to the mortal plane, they expect he will rise out of Inzikai's palace.

They would also expect demons to come out with Valtrox. They have no idea when Valtrox would come out though, nor the demons.

About the artifact near the mountains that were being unearthed, they believe that to be some sort of ancient building of no important significance to Valtrox.

I think that's mostly what they would expect lol.

Minos was sent to find it with someone, needless to say they didn't find it, i think the other guy met a grisly end somewhere. So Minos revealed this to Harlin a fair while ago and where he suspects the book is.

Side quest is to retrieve the book, in a crystal powered land, advanced technology but no magic users, crystals have nullified the people abilities to use it, but people not sticking around arn't affected too much by it e.g. all of us, it would just makes it harder.

Tempting as that is, no, sounds like the guy from Warcraft 3, i assume he was in the earlier ones too.

He might have a crow or raven as an animal companion though. Not going to be particularly old, depends on the druid powers, some druids can turn into animals, some can't, haven't talked that over with blastit. He had better get the D&D spell to turn berry and nuts into grenade type things though :p

Yea, summoning the whole "evil god who was cast out by the other gods thing" usually means evil, or just mislead, which I believe is the case of so many of the baddies in this RP.

I don't think anyone will be questioning their evil when the hordes of demons enter this world and storm onto the battlefield.

I asked a question a little while ago:

How far is it from Zlatlan to where the rest of the party is now?

If I knew this, I could continue the conversation between Lorathin and Harlin. I'm not really sure how we should be reacting to these "allies" the barbarians who appear to be very surly... Anyway though, Answer me these questions... one.

Dunno if it can be determined by the map on page 9. It is very far. The final battles won't take place there.

About the barbarians, well, how would you react if a horde of angry barbarians started to attack you?

Ok, i'm going to assume you were serious about that.

Lets see, i've been a bit distracted recentely, the whole packing for brazil and flying over here.

They were all in boats near the Zlatlan docks, Lorathin and Harlin took their leave.

The rest covered a vast amount of ground and ended up in the mountains, Ixiar was carrying Armai last i knew, (i assume he dropped her off somewhere before he drew his sword and started fighting.)

They were in the mountains wondering around, looking for Ixiar's friends, who i a am going to call 'The Resistance' for ease of typing. They get attacked by some cultists from Zlatlan. Minos chucks most of them down a freshly created hole, then gets crispified by the captain that kidnapped Armai all the way back at the beggining, then got killed by Inzi and apparently brought back as some unholy undead person. Could jog Armia's memory a bit, a holy blast may be somewhat useful against him,(or at least would have been, he's ran away now, see below)

Then 'The Resistance' (at least i would assume its them) has appeared and are swarming the area with over 100 wolves and a swarm of 'hulking' soldiers, they seem to be indiscrmanately attacking people, the good guys are retreating to a cave, the surviving bad guys are running away.


I think that about covers it. As i said, seeing mister captain person could have jogged Armai's memory a bit, she could also claim a new bow from one of the archers that were killed. She could even start firing it almost as a reflex, it is psychologically possible (i used to do psychology :p), that and she's an elf, their almost born holding bows, not to mention that she's a princess, theres got to be a perk for having royal blood :p


Directed towards Regenious, the whole finding the good guys thing, i would just suggest following Inzi and Rothy, they will probably be heading towards the main cultist camp at the gatewau. when they arrive they will hear some news of fighting with 'The Resistance' and maybe a rough location, then go and find them. It's the logical course of action, and means that Harlin can take them some tactical data and warn them about some things like big evil demons :p

With giant hulking people trying to kill everyone, that might, just possibly, be a good idea. :p
