You have to knwo the entire back story. They're the grandchildren of demons and have lost most of their demonic abilities. Very few peope still possess them.
Then, there's another race called Leanorians, their story is a little humerous.
And the chars I use in this are in my FT nation. Sharpshot, Bladedancer, and Umbra are Redemption/Crimson, Nightshade, and Shadow respectively.
