I hate to say this, but after looking and looking, apparently nothing. Necrons are essentially a combo of undead and machines with the blessings of gods... they're also millions of years old. And they have weapons which can apparently wipe out and entire armada of ships with only a few shots...

Wrong. The propulsion system is also mechanical. Just a little rocket fuel mixed with an oxidizer and lit on fire. The resulting burning creates thrust and moves the rockets. All you did is make them crash from their current positions while heading toward you.
