*entering he immediately caught the scent of....gingerbread! Open the shutters for some light...he noticed a Christmas tree and decorations has spruced up the place. Following the aroma in to one of the side rooms..he discovered an entire village made of gingerbread and sugars..jellies.. and who knew what. There were even some cunningly wrought figures of some of rhe regulars.. Breaking off a small piece of building he nibbled at it..hmmmm..tasty and still fresh.

returning to the main room he found a sketch pad, in it were drawings of people..some of whom he recognized.. the style was similar to the drawing he had found the week before...

he put a pot of coffee on and waited, perusing the artwork.

Will drank his coffee and wondered if Jayne was up and about..she was about the only regular who showed up this time of day...he could use the magic word but no, let her stop in when she can. She had seemed to be a bit put out when he had asked to see the tatoo on her arm...

After some heating time, the one slice is flipped on to the other, making a sandwich; a little more time to a golden brown.. placed on a plate....

*returns to grill, splashes some olive oil on a section of the grill, adds some thinly sliced oniions and sweet peppers, lets cook; in a bowl he marinates chunks of chicken in lemon juice, cummen, cilantro, and just a dash of Louisana Lightning-- adds to mixture on grill. Hand rolls some tortillas. browns on grill. Adds mixture to tortillas. places in baking dish, covers with enchilada sauce, sprinkles on cheese. pops in oven... pulls outs serves on platter with some Spanish rice and Refried beans*
