Zena returned the sigh. You're pretty well set on this whole "normal life" thing aren't you? Well don't worry, we will meet because I know who your "father" is, but I will keep quiet if you absolutely insist. But should the time come when you're needed in any capacity, I will not be afraid to drop my silence.

Nala laughed. Just being cautious dear Zena. This really isn't the sort of thing you want to screw up.

Just as long as I get to give you birthday gifts, I won't complain. She giggled back. Then with all seriousness, Don't worry, it will only be if there is no other method. Since I cannot change your mind, I will honor your last wish as a goddess.

Thank you. And I expect dolls. And with that, Nala's presence in her mind withdrew.

Zena sighed as Nala's presence withdrew, but left her with a gift she hoped would work. Should ever Nala be in danger beyond what anyone else could do to help, Zena would be called. Of course, this was all providing it wouldn't get erased once Nala was fully human.

Aozora noticed the sigh, and misinterpreting it, put his arm around her, and said, "Dissapointed by God's answer love?"

"Partly, but also by Nala's answers." She replied back, doing what she often did and forgetting that only she had conversed with the goddess.

Aozora, used to Zena by now, passed over that, and said, "Don't you worry about it my turtle dove, it will all be okay." He gave a half joking grin. "The good guys always win remember."

Zena's face turned to a grimace. "But this time, both sides are representing good."

"Now don't you say that." Aozora chided. "Sides, I said nothing about representation. Whatever the claims, and whoever he has backing him, he is evil, we're good, so it'll al work out. Capieche?"

Zena snorted. "I had a feeling that was coming. It's just that, we're facing Tal of all people."

Aozora grimaced. "That one, I'd have to unfortunately agree with you about. However, war is never a good things, and sometimes brother must fight brother, so to speak."

"We're degrading into civil war." Zena muttered. "Brother against brother, friend against friend, and never a winner."

Aozora sighed. "Try not to let it get to you. Sometimes its best to not think of these sort of things, hmm? And hell, maybe he'll come around someday. He at least is well intentioned."

"Even the best of intentions can go against what you want when someone has lied and pulled you into their twisted web."

Aozora smiled sadly. "And we can only hope that he notices the web before the spider sinks in its fangs."

Zena gestured to Tal's sword. "Too late."

Zena forced the message she had received into the minds of her allies. Free reign my fat butt. His ass is dog chow by midnight! It was obvious that Zena's human side was dominating, but she still managed to seal off a dedicated part, one that would try to reach the mind of the unborn Nala. If there was ever a time she owed and apology, it was now. It was also the time she needed advice most. Nala was now in human form, if developing and so could meddle and interfere at her heart's content. At least that was Zena's reasoning when she sent a message. Nala, I'm sorry with all my heart for what has happened, but you alone hold the knowledge that may help us win. With any luck, Nala's spirit and mind were still intact even if she was but a small bundle of stem cells.
Next she turned to her new shadow. I don't suppose you can help at all can you?
And last but not least, she turned to Tal. "I hope you realize your mistake and repent. What he says may make sense, but so did so many of the lies Lucifer spun." This was said with an edge never before heard in her voice, and yet sorrow and fear to the point of suffocation.

Tal had been thinking about all this the whole time, trying to piece everything together. Finally, he took a step forward, followed by another. He continued to slowly pace forward, until he was within an arm's reach of her. He lifted his arm, and for a second it seemed like he would place it on her shoulder. He stopped halfway though, pointing at his sword. "Zena, take my sword and leave. I must walk a separate path from you, and I will do all I can to keep it separate. That sword... I no longer have any business with it. It is yours." Suddenly, Zena would find that Tal's sword was no longer heavy and unbalanced, but perfectly tuned to her arm strength and coordination. "Now, as my last request as your.... friend.... I ask that you leave. I won't... can't... ask again." Tal turned around and headed back to Leon.

Leon patted Tal's back in apparent sympathy. "You did the right thing brother. Sometimes the best of actions cause the most pain to us."

"Zena, I don't even know you. You will always be friends with Captain Tal, but I... I am Tal, the Angel of Death. Remember that." Tal glared at Zena with zero emotion on his face.

"Then so be it." she replied with equal amounts of emotion. "When this is over, I shall have to hold a funeral for Captain Tal, the one nobody thought could be twisted or pulled from the side of God."

Tal didn't even bother to argue with Zena at this point. He knew that she would see he was right in the end, even if it took the rest of eternity. "So then, are we done here? We have more work to do, I believe."

"That is up to them" Leon said. "They have brought much in the way of humans and werewolves, with the intent to kill us I believe."

"I didn't come here with the intent to kill." Zena stated. Joshua was about to speak when she crushed his foot. "And neither did he or Kathy." Josh nodded in pain.

Alehkra growled. "You cannot speak for me, however, Priestess. I have every intention of ripping both of their hearts out."

"You of all people should know that God's word is anything but simple, High Priestess. War is war. It must be fought. Now, this discussion isn't getting us anywhere. What are you going to do? Make up your mind, we've got other business to attend."

"I plan not to make the first move." Zena said as Joshua vanished.
"But she said nothing of me." Joshua had appeared behind Tal and resorted to the dirtiest of tricks: pulling out feathers.

Tal flexed his wings together to hold Josh in place as he kicked backward at Josh's torso.

Joshua vanished, pulling more feathers along with him. Appearing in front of Tal, he took advantage of his being off balance and kicked at Tal's remaining foot.

OOC: And everyone is gone.

Tal caught the foot, pulled Josh in close, yanked out his black knife from Leon, and held it to Josh's throat, all in one fluid motion. "Leave. Now."

Leon smiled at the sight. I think me there is hope for Tal after all. I may not have to kill him after all.

Tal wondered why Leon didn't do anything. Maybe he's testing me? Well, I won't let him down. He stood with his knife at Josh's neck, waiting for an answer.

"Wow, that's entertainment for ya." Said a familiar voice, it was Mirage. It was sitting, floating actually, but in the sitting position. It had a glass of wine with it, but obviously the glass was only for show. Its one red eye looked over the situation, "I've been out of the loop, who here wants to fill in a few blanks? Other than the whole Leon destroying the world and Tal gone wrong thing?"

Leon raised an eyebrow. "And may I ask whom you are, who seems to find enjoyment in two friends ready to kill each other?" I might like this one...

"Oh, ask Tal. He should know me quite well." Mirage said with a bit of happiness in his voice.

Tal didn't even turn his head. "This is Mirage, keeper of the garden of eden. Like his name implies, uses illusions to his advantage, has invisible blades of some sort he uses." Tal was curt and to the point, never turning his attention from Josh.

OOC: Just assume this came after your post, I guess Mer.

Leon then turned to Tal. "Well? Whos is this, whom I suspect is a demon?"

"Well there ya go." Mirage said as the glass in his hand disapeared. He began to float away from them like a leaf on the wind. "I never thought I'd see the day..."

Leon shrugged. "Works for me." He turned back to Mirage. "See what day, if I may be so bold as to ask?"

"Oh nothing. Just me thinking aloud is all." Suddenly Mirage was gone nd was standing next to Leon, "But we all do that from time to time. Right?" His turned his head letting his one eye focus on Leon. Then he was back in the air again, drifting comfortably in the sky.

Leon grinned to himself. Is he trying to intimidate me? Unnerve me at the very least. "Indeed we do. But what do you think of, I wonder."

Tal ignored Mirage, his only concern was Josh at the moment.

"Oh, of things that concern me and no one else, of course." Mirage said calmly, About the usual stuff. Stuff that should really only concern me.

Leon grinned. "Understandably of course. Ones thought should be ones own, wouldn't you agree?"

"I very much doubt that was a question you really felt was neccisary to ask. Unless you're here to make idle chatter." Mirage faded and appeared again on the ground. Except this time he was sitting cross legged a few feet behind Joshua. "So Tal, how are you doing?"

"You know, angel business, the like. But somehow I think that you already know the situation well. Unless this is more of that idle chatter you were talking about?"

"No, I've not been paying attention to the situation as of late. I was away on more imprtant business. I'm asking for a situation update if you will."

Tal sighed. He dropped Josh and stepped back, putting his knife down. "Nala the 'goddess' plans to overthrow God, Leon here needed to kill her followers to stop her, and I decided to help by brother in God. I became an Angel of Death. Not a full one yet, I still have much to do. But I have chosen my path. I think they," he motioned to the group in the room, "are here to try to stop us, and I've been trying to convince them to leave. That's about it."

"Hmm. And of course, you trust Leon more than the others. Right?"

"Why shouldn't I? He is an angel. He can't lie. I tagged along with you people before, but that was only temporary. I am an angel of God first, foremost, and only. We did a lot of good, but now it's time for me to return to serving God, not you people."

Mirage laughed at this, "Angels can't lie. That's funny, Tal. That's really funny. I guess you don't really know too much about your own kind. Wow, anyway, it's been fun." With that Mirage was gone again.

How could Mirage know more about angels then an angel? Tal didn't believe him for a second, but still...

Tal turned back to the others, namely Josh. "Done yet?"

Aozora grinned, pulled away from Zena, and stepped next to Josh. "We ain't done till were dead, Tally 'ol pal."

"I don't like how you phrased that to an Angel of Death." Josh scowled. "Ah well, ready when you are."

Aozora laughed. "If I'm going to die, I'm going out laughing Joshy boy." His upraising with werewolves was showing heavily with his apparent disregard for his own death.

No matter how far he tried to distance himself, he was still sad at the thought of losing them. "But I have no other choice." He voiced this last thought as he grabbed his knife. "If this is how you must go, I am glad it is by my hand." He looked back at Leon, waiting to see if he had anything to say.

"I always figured you'd go kicking and screaming." he jested back. "But if I'm going out, I'm going to finish big." He looked to Tal. "What'cha talkin' 'bout Willace?"

Leon didn't say anything, so Tal turned back to Josh. "This is your last chance. Either leave, or make your move."

Zena's shadow quivered with excitement. Oh, this looks fun!

Tal didn't even flinch. "Is that it? My move." Tal glided up into the air, over Josh, but did nothing else.

"Thanks I think." he said to Mirage. Josh then grinned. "I get it. You're taking the chess appeal." he appeared behind Tal, grabbed on, and before they could hit the snow, they vanished again. This time, Josh had brought just the two of them to an underground ice cavern. "Just a quick chat." he said, holding out his arms to show a lack of a weapon.

Tal held onto his knife. "What do you want to say that you couldn't say before?"

"I just wanted to be away from Zena and that Leon dude. Why do you so blindly trust him? Everything we know points to him using the power he was given against God's will." Joshua said.

Hardey har har har. Zena was dripping with sarcasm.

"And what do you all know? What evidence? Face it, it's your word against a servant of God. I'm an angel. I trust my Lord. And if that means I must stop you, that's how it must be."

Just because I'm a malicious spirit that revels in death and fear, doesn't mean I can't be polite! The voice sounded like it was being serious, it was hard to tell whether or not it was.

"We know that God is merciful and shows his grace to all on Earth, even those unfaithful, by giving them full and plentiful lives as well as every opportunity possible to repent and be saved. It may not always look that way, but that's what happens." Joshua came back. "I may be half demon, but I know enough."

"We know God is a God of vengeance. Psalm 94. And I am the tool of his destruction. I do what I must. That's why I won't let you stop me."

"God is many things. He has fury, anger, love, mercy, and so much more all at once. But it is his mercy that shines through. If it didn't, he would have scrapped Earth after Eve sinned. Instead he promised them a savior, Jesus. You want to help purge all those that don't worship God, condemning so many that could be saved if given the right opportunity."

"I..." Tal stammered, but only for a second. "And what if I don't do this? I'd be condemning so many that could be saved, but Nala wouldn't give them that chance! She'd get rid of God and force all people to follow her into eternal damnation! This is the lesser of two evils."

Josh shook his head. "That's a lie. Nala wanted only for her followers to be happy. Sure she might pull one or two away from God, and for that we should be deeply saddened. But those few do not outweigh the thousands you're condemning. And what happens once you've reduced the world to just his followers? Who would there be to kill? Just people who make the smallest mistakes. At any rate, Nala is going to be human, she cannot possibly harm our efforts as of now."

"And how are you so sure she isn't lying to you? You're taking her word over that of a servant of God? You misunderstand, we're only going for those with Nala, not everybody who doesn't believe in God. We only do what is necessary. Maybe she isn't so harmless? You have no proof she's right, she's simply mislead you. It's not to late to come back to God. It's never too late."

"Go forth baptizing people of all nations." Joshua quoted. "Obviously not the full quote, but enough to get my point across. You're still condemning thousands that might have a chance to be saved. It's interesting how you seem to be ignoring that fact."

"I'm not ignoring it. You don't think that it doesn't bother me? I realize that innocent blood is on my hands. But I will sacrifice the lives of some unbelievers to protect the faith of tens of thousands more. We will renew the world with a baptism of blood."

Joshua shivered at that image. "Isn't that what Jesus did on the cross? Shed his blood for us all? Or do I misunderstand the words 'This is my blood which is poured out for you for the forgiveness of sins.'?"

"Think of it as... a type of communion. Renewing the covenant of Jesus, protecting all that he did so it wasn't in vain. He won't die again, we must protect what he has given humanity."

IC: Aozora scowled at where Joshua had been. "Does he left to leave us here all alone?" He said to noone in particular.

"I'm sure he's got something planned. He usually does." Zena replied. "And we're not alone, Leon's still over there."

Aozora nodded. "True, but he seems to be staying out of it so far."

The fallen angel in question smiled. "This is something of a test for Tal, and I won't interfere."

"So you plan on letting Josh interrogate him?" Zena asked. "I'm sure he's not doing anything physical."

Leon shrugged. "The test is meant to be just as spiritual as physical, if not more. I am making sure he will not fall for your...lies." The last was said with a faint curve to his lips.

"Lies, that's a good one isn't it hun?" Zena asked of Aozora. "oh, but don't worry, I won't try unraveling you. Just getting Tal back is good enough for me."

"There is nothing to renew. One death was enough to last till the end of this Earth. What we need isn't bloodshed, it's patience and time to talk to these people."

"It's a sacrament of sorts. Like I said, similar to communion. More of a reminder of what Jesus did, really. These people have had patience and time, now is the time for action. You're going in circles, unless you have some other points to bring up, I think we're done here." Tal whirled the knife around in his hand, stopping it in an upward fighting position.

Joshua shrugged. "I was hoping that grinding the same spots would reveal the diamond rather than create callouses. Apparently I was wrong. And if you could be turned against the world and everything you once held dear, I fear for the rest of us." He vanished and Tal too would find himself back with the group.

Tal had managed to say one last thing before they disappeared back to the group. "The only things I hold dear are God and his word."

Kathy looked to Josh then Tal. "You two done?" She was twirling a couple wrenches that would have made most men cringe.

Tal simply glared at Kathy.

Somewhere in South America:

Beelzebub stood in the ruins of an ancient Incan pyramid. There were many things that the world didn't know. One of these things was the lost Incan tribe of Henca. They were one of the first people to warship the devil. Beelzebub had only known of this tribe for a couple of centuries. The tribe had of course been exstinced for hundreds of years, but the satanic energy from their demon warship was still strong there. Beelzebub held a jaguar's heart in one hand, and a cup filled with the animal's blood in the other. He drank the blood and ate the heart, and than sang an ancient Hencan prair. There had already been a shadow over him, from a nearby cliff. Beelzebub's flesh began to fade. He walked into the forrest, where the shadows were stronger, and he compleatly disappeared. He had recovered his ability to dissapear in darkness.

OOC: Hey. Sorry for being gone yesterday.

OOC: Not a problem, I was gone too.

IC: Leon looked to Tal. "I assume you have managed to defend yourself from the poison that this group of half-breeds employ?"

Tal glanced back at Leon. "Worry not for me brother, but for them."

OOC: Pretty much, Josh and Tal just had a talk. But I think you were here for that.

Kathy cooed at this. "Awww, look at that. He still cares." She knew she was probably signing her death sentence, but something in her mind told her it had been signed by just coming along.

Leon couldn't help but smile slightly. "I knew I was right to put my faith in you, Tal."

"I'm just sorry there was ever any doubt between us." He turned back to Kathy, obviously not amused by her comment. "Why Kathy, of course I care. That's why I've been trying to convince you to agree, or at least leave. I don't want to shed more blood then I have to." Tal's thoughts went back to how alive he had felt earlier, but he was quick to push it out of his mind.

"I'm pretty well stuck here." She shrugged. "Josh is my ride cause I have doubts that Zena's willing to bring me out of here."

Aozora grinned. "Ya didn't think she'd leave ya, did you Joshy boy?" Knowing that now was perhaps not the time to poke fun at Kathy, (or Josh for that matter) he left it at that.

Tal didn't get how even in the face of death, they were able to joke around like always. He simply placed a hand on his knife, ready for hopefully anything.

"I had a feeling she wouldn't, though I can hope." he replied.
"Hey!" Kathy interjected.
"I don't want to risk the lives of my friends." He snapped. "The wolves I'd rather not have too, but they're Alehkra's job, not mine so I'm not saying anything."

Alehkra grinned. "Whether you leave or not, we will stay and eat these traitors."

Aozora laughed. "You never change, do you Alehkra?"

"Frozen and raw?" Josh joked. "We could head to Hawaii. My aunt is a survivor there and last I talked to her she said they had a volcano that looked pretty angry."

Tal turned around. "Leon, maybe we should leave if they are simply going to talk. I understand we have much to do, and I'd rather not fight them anyway." He took his hand off his knife and began to talk back towards Leon.

Leon nodded. "If that is as you wish, brother." He looked to the group. "Unless you intend to do something other than talk?"

Joshua looked to Aozora and grinned. "You want the first strike?"

Tal fingered his knife, but continued to walk. "I'd think they'd have done something by now, but who knows?"

Aozora grinned right back. "Sure. You got any specific one you want to attack? No prefrence here really."

"Leave Tal be, he's still got a chance to change." He said. "The usual then?"

Aozora nodded pleasently, and drew his katana, and made a direct charge at Leon, which was not normally his style. The strike was blocked easily, and the werewolves all jumped at both of the angels.

Tal jumped back, in front of Leon, knife drawn, and spun around to face the others. "Don't think I'll stand by and let you attack my brother."

Tal kicked back a werewolf, while trying to parry blows from the others. However, he was used to his sword, and the sudden switch to a small knife was apparent as he got a claw mark on his arm.

OOC: Sorry Mer, did you want to control what the werewolves did?

Josh rolled his eyes and lunged forward before vanishing. His momentum carried into his reappearance behind Leon and when Josh's hand grabbed his clothing, it began to constrict on Leon's chest.

OOC: A little of both, I really don't care. Unless I decide to make one do something, go for it. The only one I will actually control most of the time is Alehkra.

Leon smiled slightly, and was behind Josh, his clothing completely back to normal. "Well, that was not very nice, now was it?" And with that, made a slash at Joshua's head with his black sword. I wonder what this will do to half-demons... he thought absently.

Tal was kicking and slashing where he could at the werewolves, but he'd only hit a few so far, and it didn't appear that any had fallen yet. He was doing his best to hold them off of Leon, but once again, his knife was holding him back. He took a few more scratches to the arm, they were starting to cut deeper.

OOC: Fruit aren't allowed to leave!

IC: Joshua's eyes widened in fear, and he vanished with no time to spare. "I don't like that thing." He said as he felt his head. That sword had split a few hairs. The brush with death (or death with the brush, he couldn't tell which) had done something. Something didn't feel quite right.

Tal couldn't help but peek out of the corner of his eye if Josh was still alive, and it almost cost him his neck as a werewolf lunged at him, teeth first. Tal grabbed the werewolf with both hands, ramming his knife through it's heart area. It gurgled a bit of blood out of it's mouth, then fell over dead. That's one, he thought. He didn't have any time to reflect on it as the one he had slain was quickly replaced by three more.

Josh wasn't sure if he wanted the wolves to win or not. On one hand, Tal had turned away from God. On the other, he still hoped Tal could be saved.

OOC: Should we go on without GW or Mer?

OOC: Probably not. I'll just post this then go to bed.

IC: Tal could tell he was quickly losing. He managed to get lucky and kill another werewolf with a slash to the throat, but most of his time was spent on defense, and more werewolves simply popped up, ready to fight. He couldn't maneuver around them, fly, or use his abilities, since it would mean leaving Leon wide open, and he was determined to defend him. However, with each second he was loosing ground, and a lot of it. There's just too many... Leon, please forgive me.

Edit: OOC: I decided to stay a bit longer for the other thread, so yeah. But just a short while.

Zena meanwhile stood with Kathy, torn between helping Josh and helping Tal. On one hand he's forsaken every truth she could think of. On the other, he was one of her closest friends. She gripped the sword, nearing a decision.

OOC: Argh, you people keep leaving me.

Tal got another scratch along his arm, and a gash on his cheekbone. Blood ran down his face, mixing with werewolf blood as he continued to slash where he could, but he couldn't fell another one. There were simply too many to block. He tried to look back at Leon, to tell him he couldn't hold them much longer, but he couldn't get the chance to turn around. Tal's hand on his knife was already scratched up badly enough where it was impossible to tell his blood from that of the werewolves'.

OOC: Meh. Fair enough. I'll be here most of tomorrow, but not in the evening, then back for tomorrow night.

OOC: Hello...nobodies here...sorry for not being on yesterday by the way, but I actually have two viable excuses this time. We switched internet providers, and I fell down the stairs.

IC: Leon grinned, and smoothly decapitated a werewolf that got too near, and appeared behind Josh, slashing at his mid section.

Aozora sighed, as he glanced back at Zena. If she decides to help Tal, guess I'm switching sides...

Alehkra meanwhile, had pushed his way through the other wolves to Tal, and made an overhand strike with a six bladed mace. "Traitor" He growled while doing so.

Tal knew it would come to this, but somehow trading blows with Alehkra made the whole situation suddenly become real to Tal. Tal jumped back to avoid another werewolf while blocking Alehkra's mace. The force of impact sent him spiraling into the air, where he stopped. "I've been on the same side all along, you old misguided fool. God's." Tal swooped down, close to Alehkra, but instead of attacking him spiraled out of the way and slashed the throat of another wolf. Unfortunately, Tal's descent caused him to crash headfirst into a burly werewolf, and Tal had to immediately recover himself and duck to avoid loosing his head. He was back to where he started, surrounded by snarling beasts, only now Alehkra was in the group. Not good...

Alehkra laughed. "Really now? If that helps you sleep at night. Though if you truly serve your God, I am glad I shall return to the moon, rather than the thorny embrace of your Lord." With that, he growled at the other wolves, and they backed away from Tal, most sporting wounds of some sort. This was the Alpha's fight. Alehkra began that by making a leap at Tal, with his mace upraised.

Tal, injured and weary, didn't want to use his special abilities at this point. They might fail, and they took too much effort. "I hope you mean those words. They're going to soon be reality." Tal jumped to the side of Alehkra's attack, then quickly leaped at him, low and under his attack, his knife held out in front of him, twisted so it would slash his calf.

Alehkra grinned, and with surprising agility for one so old, took his leg above the slash, and aimed a kick at Tal's head.

Tal was thrown off by Alehkra's sudden agility. I've never seen him move so fast... If Tal had been fully alert and at prepared for it, he could have easily rolled out of the way. Instead, he put his arms over his head so they took the force of the impact. He still crashed into the ground, leaving an indentation. He got up stiffly, with a small trickle of blood above his brow. He raised the knife, pointed forward, but this time slowly walked toward Alehkra, advancing, but in control.

Alehkra gave a tight smile, and walked just as slowly towards Tal with his mace at the ready, but he couldn't help but think that if he were a couple thousand years younger, he would have shattered even Tal's arms with the kick.

Tal didn't realize it, but he had a small grin in the corner of his mouth. Somehow, after killing a few werewolves, and fighting one excited him. The fact that he was bleeding only made him more gleeful. Normally this would have come to him as a shock, but right now... it didn't seem to matter. Tal twirled his knife to a position so it was slanted backwards, better for slashing.

Alehkra grinned as he saw the smile on Tal's face. He believed it was much more fun to fight when the other person was enjoying themselves. He lashed out with the mace, hard enough to shatter rock.

Tal simply sidestepped the swing while stepping in close. He pushed the knife against the mace's handle, moving in the same direction as it was swinging, so he wasn't blocking it. He slid the knife down the handle, towards Alehkra's hand.

Alehkra didn't risk a cut, as he had no idea what that blade would do to a werewolf. He simply dropped the mace, and as he threw a punch at Tal, he grabbed the wrist of the hand holding the knife with his other hand.

Tal let the momentum of Tal's thrust along with Alehkra's grab carry him forward as he twisted around the fist. He brought his knee up lightning fast at Alehkra's crotch.

OOC:Yes, Tal is fighting dirty. :eek:

Just as fast as Tal, Alehkra twisted around so he got the knee in the back. Ignoring the pain, he pulled the angel over his shoulder and threw him to the ground.

Ready this time, Tal pushed himself off the ground with a handspring/vault over hybrid, so he landed facing Alehkra's back. Without pause, he sprinted toward him, this time his knife held out straight at Alehkra's spine.

Without a pause, Alehkra drew a bastard sword from a sheath on his back, and twisted to strike at Tal, adding momentum from the spin to the downward slash.

I wish I still had my sword. Tal jumped backwards so the blow landed in front of him, then he stepped forward on top of the blade, pinning it down. (Note: Angels are not barefooted, I'd think. Tal has on a leather thong sandals, like from the old days.) He then brought his knife up at Alehkra's face.

Alehkra grinned. This is more fun than I thought it would be. With barely a glance for the blade, he lifted tal with the sword, and threw him upward.

Tal used the momentum, along with his flying ability, to angle himself forward, to only speed up the blade already headed for Alehkra's face. How predictable.

However, as Alehkra was lifting, he slipped underneath Tal, and made another slash at him.

Tal had once again underestimated Alehkra's agility, but at least he was ready. Flipping in air, so he was upside down, he blocked the blow, flying in close with his knife running along Alehkra's blade for the hand on the handle, like before.

This time instead of dropping the blade, Alehkra shoved the knife at Tal's face, using both arms and the strength that only a werewolf could have, if not as much as he'd once had.

Tal simply let the push roll him over, so his upper body went back, the knife and sword going over him, while his feet swung forward in mid-air, rushing at Alehkra's face.

Alehkra took the strike in the face, did a backflip, and landed on his head. However, showing surprising resilience, he stodd up, brished himself off, and grinned at Tal, completely ignoring the broken nose. His eyes were begging to turn yellow, rather than his normal green, and it was getting dark. "You sure you want to continue this, traitor?" He asked.

Tal landed softly, deathly quiet, before looking up at Alehkra's eyes, not impressed by what he saw. "You tell me. I did not wish to fight, but you insisted on attacking me and stopping me. It's up to you, Alehkra."

Alehkra gave a rather crazed laugh. "I think I am going to enjoy eating you. And, should you prove the better, I find comfort in knowing that I will return to the Moon at last."

Tal shook his head, disappointed, as if he were talking to a young child. "You are a formidable opponent, much more so then I could have thought, but I can not afford to lose here. If you are resolute... then this is where you must die." Tal slowly ascended upwards, spreading his wings as far as he could. He began to give off a holy radiance (although not quite as bright as it used to be) as he gazed down at Alehkra.

OOC: I've got this really cool move I've been wanted to have Tal use... the only thing is, it's really strong, hard to avoid, almost god-modishly so... do you want me to ok it with you first?

OOC: Go ahead, Alehkra is going to turn into a werewolf anyways. That, and I was honestly planning on having Alehkra lose.

IC: Alehkra watched in amusement as Tal began to rise. Although thanks to the moons influence it was becoming difficult to think of anything other than eating the angel, he managed, This should be interesting...

OOC: This doesn't have to kill him or anything, but if it works it will do some damage, so here goes...
Edit: OOC: Oh, I had figured you might have had him lose, I wasn't sure if you would do that or have someone intervene on Tal's behalf. But I didn't think you'd kill him.

IC: Tal held out the knife straight in front of him. He gripped it by the blade. Suddenly, his fist contracted, cutting his hand on the edge. He only squeezed harder, as his blood ran along the knife in perfectly straight, and yet jagged lines. Suddenly, the knife shattered. But instead the pieces falling to the ground, they floated in the air, Tal's blood outlining them and glowing white. The pieces floated back into Tal's outstretched wings, embedding themselves between his feathers without cutting him. Tal had made sure that he was facing Alehkra, and Alehkra alone, so everybody else was behind him. "Goodbye... old friend." Tal heaved his wings forward with a might flap. Every single shard of the knife, glowing and glistening with Tal's blood, flew towards Alehkra, spinning and swerving in random directions. It looked as though it were a swarm of mad hornets, rushing towards Alehkra and the entire area around him. The pieces swarmed forward, and would soon embed themselves in Alehkra and the ground surrounding him.

Shanghai, China.

Beelzebub held a Bible. He had been memorizing the Book of Revelations. He threw the book at a fireplace in the room he was in. He cut a pentagram into his left shoulder while repeating the Book of Revelations. The pentagram shaped scar began to glow, and then vanished. He stood up and punched the wall, wich broke down easily. His stength was recovered. Beelzebub ran into the night and vanished into the darkness.

Alehkra's eyes widened in surprise before he was pierced by several of the shards, a couple in his throat, most in his chest. He coughed up blood, and sank to his knees, grabbing his throat. Usually, the rest of the wolves would have torn into Tal, but they were busy Changing. Alehkra to was undergoing the change, but it was even more violent and painful than normal, on account of the shards of knife in him.

Tal looked down at Alehkra. "I gave you the chance to leave. You brought this against yourself." No trace of emotion crossed his face as he said this, only a blank gaze.

Alehkra by then, was now fully a wolf, albeit a wolf as large as your average polar bear. That hurt, I will admit that, murderer. But I am not so easy to kill. The words would appear right in Tal's head. With that, Alehkra sat on his haunches, watching Tal up in the air.

At this Tal frowned. That was supposed to finish him. I though that Leon's knife would do more damage. Hmm. Tal moved his hand forward. The blood sparkled on his hand, even shone for a moment, but other then that, nothing happened. The knife... why isn't it reforming in my hand? Not good.... I should have practiced with it more before using it. Hmm. Tal spread out his arms. "We shall see, I suppose."

Alehkra gave what could only be described as the wolf version of a grin. Only if you ever come down here, traitor.

"Throwing that word around a lot lately, aren't you?" Tal shrugged. "But no matter. It was you who wished to fight me, not vice versa. Why should I come down? Like I said, I wish to have to quarrel with you, only to continue on my way. I see this as unnecessary."

There came a mental laugh. I call you only what you are. Would you prefer Fallen Angel? However, names aside, why should you not? I will only try to kill you at a later time. And aside from that, how could you bear to be such a coward?

"Yes, names aside. Like I said, I don't want bloodshed. Maybe having so violent a nature, you don't understand this, but I fight for a higher purpose then pure violence. I'd rather you think me a coward then be forced to kill you. Then again, I don't care much of what you think anymore. So, once again, why should I come down?"

Alehkra snorted. I am violent, admittably, but you think I fight merely for the sake of fighting? I fight to protect. I fight to protect my honor, my people, my Pack, my mate, my friends. What do you protect? Ask yourself that, traitor. And as for why you should come down, I ask again, why should you not?

"Eternal life for all. God's greatest gift to humanity. That is what I fight for. And I will only say it once more. I don't wish to kill you. If I can run away and leave you alive, that will be good by me." Tal was starting to get riled up though. A part of him wanted to fight, even though every other part of him said NO.

Alehkra laughed. Eternal life under one who would condone the killing of his own people. It sounds more like torture than any kind of gift. People should not fear their God, the God should fear his people.

Tal clenched his fist. He was unarmed. "No. God is all powerful. He giveth, and he taketh away. Much like I must do now." Tal suddenly plummeted to earth, his former grace and carefulness gone. He crashed into the earth with a terrible sound. When the dust settled, there was a small crater in the ground, in the middle of which was Tal. "And I will protect God's gifts from those who would take them away."

He should give life with the expectation that it will be used as the one with life sees fit, Alehkra said even as he leapt at Tal's throat, elsewise he is naught but a petty dictator.

"A dictator who had a master plan and knows what is best for everybody." Tal said with an edge in his voice as Alehkra leaped for his throat. Tal had a deep frown on his face. He was starting to get mad. Suddenly, Tal's fist came up from his side at the bottom of Alehkra's jaw, much faster and stronger then Tal had been before.

Alehkra gave nothing more than a slight wince at the blow, and knocked right into Tal, and began biting down on his shoulder.

Tal grabbed at Alehkra's back and twisted around, throwing him around and over his shoulder. Tal tore up his shoulder very badly doing so, and blood was now running freely down his arm. But Tal wasn't thinking clearly at this point, and he charged at Alehkra, grim intent in his eyes as he made a spinning backhand swing at his nose.

Alehkra simply opened his mouth, and bit down on the hand. And he then suddenly continued the argument. Free will is paramount. Who knows what is better for them than the person themself? And if he gives them no freedom, they have no reason to live. Life with everyone being forced to believe the same, to act the same, to think the same, would be pointless, and without joy.

Tal stopped. He knew Alehkra had him right where he wanted him. So he decided to continue the argument. "The one who made that person, gave them life, designed them, knows more about them then anybody else, and can use this in conjunction with His knowledge of everything else. He knows what is best. God does let people do as they please, but when they need God's help, he answers. It's our job as angels to simply help them along without totally controlling them." Tal stared straight at Alehkra, trying to figure out how to get out of this mess.

Alehkra's stare said all the needed to be said. "I could crush your hand right now". Totally controlling them? How can you possibly make that statement while going about killing innocents simply because they believe differently then you would like?

"Because it's not that simple. Their actions endanger God's plan and grace, something that is unacceptable. I must do this. I won't let everything I-, we have worked for over the past countless years simply crumble into nothing! I won't let the human race be damned to hell for all eternity! I WON'T!" Tal's cut in his hand, the one in Alehkra's mouth, began to glow again. Suddenly, all the pieces of the knife zoomed towards Tal's hand, glowing.

OOC: Are there any shards left in Alehkra's body?

OOC: They're all still they're.

Alehkra gave a pained yelp as several shards exploded from his body where the wounds had healed over. He backed away, eyeing Tal warily, but continued the conversation. People have always worshipped differently. And has your God died yet? No. How could you possibly think that this case is any different?

Tal's face was distorted with anger. "I trust Leon." Tal rushed forward, taking zig-zagging steps, holding his knife at the ready.

Alehkra darted foward, this time taking a swipe with one of his massive paws. Why? Why do you put trust in him to the exclusion of all else? Use your mind, Tal, do not blindly accept what he tells you!

"He is my brother! A fellow angel! I must fight for my God, not my-..." Tal was cut off as he ducked under the outstretched paw, taking a swipe at it as he rolled away.

If you must fight for your God, than use what he gave you! Think! Has he once himself told you that he supports you? No, you go oly by Leon's word. And if you will not trust me, what of Zena? He took a cut on the paw without flinching, only snapped at Tal's face.

OOC: Wait, so he bit at Tal's face, or swung at it? I'll assume swung.

IC: This got enough of a pause out of Tal for the paw to connect with his face, sending him reeling. He didn't move right away, then slowly recovered, glaring up at Alehkra. Tal now had blood-soaked robes, his blood mixed with those of werewolves slain, along with Alehkra's, made for a gruesome sight. "Leon never once raised his weapon against you. You have attacked us. We asked you to leave in peace, and you did not. God doesn't usually give direct orders, usually they come from other angels, higher ranked, who have heard from him. Such as Leon. Now, are you satisfied with my response?" Tal was starting to wonder if this wasn't a loosing battle for him....

OOC2: Anyway, you're making a very convincing case.......

IC: Alehkra growled, and waited for Tal to make the next move. Do you expect us to sit back and wait while you are slaughtering innocent humans? And if you will make the argument that you did not attack us, what of the human blood on your hands? Did they ever raise a hand against you, even when you were cutting down their friends and family? No, I will fight to protect those who cannot protect themselves.

Tal simply stared ahead as he thought of something. Long ago.... or so it seemed .... hadn't he said those near-exact words to Zena? No, he was sure of it, he had! He was sure he had said, 'I will fight to protect those humans who can't protect themselves!'. Has that much really changed since then? "Alehkra, you're right. I'm not better then you. I'm worse. I don't deserve to be called an angel. I've done horrible things. Things that can never be forgiven. But... I must also protect those who can not defend themselves, defend their faith. For me... there is no right and wrong. Only wrong. But..." Tal seemed lost in thought. "No, I don't think I can still join you. I can't risk the fact that you might be right. I must stay with Leon." I'll be lucky if I just die here and make it easier on everybody.

OOC: I don't think Tal ever actually said that to Zena, but oh well.

Surprisingly, Alehkra gave him a somwwhat sympathetic look. A persons faith is their own. They can deffend their faith, by refusing to give it up even when threatened with death. If the mere threat of death is enough to make someone abandon their faith, they do not deserve to have faith in the first place.

"I'm not trying to convert anyone. Just keep the ones who already believe safe. I don't want any of this to happen... I truly am sorry for must what be done." Part of Tal's former self seemed to be showing through in his speech. He raised up his knife to his side, flimsily, as if he might drop it. He was already swaying a bit, more from his injuries then anything else though.

Protect them from what? Peace loving people with flowers in their hair who sit around ina circle and sing?

"The one who misled them and turned them against God, Nala." Tal could feel the effects of the battle wearing on him, but he couldn't afford to stop now. His vision was starting to blur, partly from the blood getting in his eyes. He started to slowly walk toward Alehkra, determined not to give up so easily.

Alehkra silently bared his teeth, but kept on going, If you are going to protect them from her, why do you kill those peace-loving people? Face it Tal, Leon has mislead you.

"I can not accept that. An angel would never do that. Besides, he has no motive. Nothing to gain. No, he gave me everything I have now. I have no reason to trust you." Tal stumbled a bit, but kept moving forward. He was now about five feet from Alehkra, and not stopping.

Alehkra opened his mouth, clearly ready to bite. You want a motive? Search your own feelings. Push aside your shame and admit it to yourself: some part of you enjoyed the killing, enjoyed the thrill it gave you.

Tal stopped walking where he was, but his countenance appeared unchanged. "Enjoyed the killing? Whatever gave you such a preposterous idea? The only thing I enjoy is doing the will of the Lord." Tal wasn't thinking clearly, his mind seemed like it had a fog covering it. "There is no shame in this." He took another step forward.

Alehkra began to give a warning growl. Who are you to speak of prepostrous ideas? Killing innocents in the name of the greater good is prepostrous.

"Disobeying the Creator of all is preposterous. Thinking you can turn me against Him even more so." Tal took another step forward. He was close enough to reach Alehkra with his knife, but he didn't do anything.

If he is a Creator that would condone the killing of innocents, than he is a creator unworthy of my, or anyone elses, worship. Alehkra continued to growl.

Tal took a deep breath. That move was supposed to finish him... I doubt I have much more fight in me. "He does what must be done. Like I must." Tal took another step forward. He lifted his knife quickly, awkwardly, like he was swinging it, but it wasn't even close to hitting Alehkra, and just fell limply back to his side. I'm more tired then I thought... can't even swing a knife decently. Tal took another breath, trying to gather his remaining strength.

Alehkra sighed, and took a swipe with his claws that was almost contemptuous. Explain how the killing must be done.

Zena shook her head while Josh sized up Leon for another attack. "Tal, I recommend stopping before you're dead." Zena said. "Keep going and not only will you tear yourself apart, but Alehkra's wolves will have a good dinner tonight."

Tal lazily threw up his arms to block the attack, taking a few deep gouges on his arm. He didn't flinch. "I won't stop. Not ever. I will never give up on the Lord. Maybe I don't fully understand why this must be done... but I trust the Lord to know that for me." Tal made a decent slash at Alehkra, actually aimed correctly at his head, even if it was much weaker and slower then it should have been.

Zena waved a hand, pushing the blow awry. "Then if you won't stop, I'll stop you." She lifted the sword and her wings appeared.

Alehkra stepped to the side, and gave what appeared to be a sigh. Then you are nothing more than a slave. With that, he jumped at Tal, meaning to tackle him to the ground.

Tal's grip tightened on his knife. He knew he was helpless against Zena's telekinetic powers to stop his attacks right now. "I told you, I will do whatever it takes. If you have turned against the Lord as well... then I will show you no mercy." Tal seemed to straighten a little, but didn't move other then that. Tal simply took the tackle from Alehkra, too tired and distracted to do anything about it.

Zena took off for Tal, her wings aiding her ground speed. She sought out the knife with her mind and attempted to remove his knife from his possession while planning to run him through with the sword. "No Tal, you've turned against him." was all she had to say. She'd lost all remorse in her voice.

Alehkra gave what appeared to be a sigh, and sat back. She was lucky she was a she. His normal instinct at having someone inerrupt his fight would be to tear into them.

Tal felt the knife being wretched out of his hand, but somehow he found the strength to hold on. He wouldn't lose the only thing Leon had trusted him with. "So Zena, you're going to kill me? Isn't this what I've been saying, that sometimes killing is necessary? Even with people who might have been your friends?" Tal turned around with amazing speed, and with even greater strength used the knife to knock the sword, along with Zena, straight up into the air. Tal was using the last remnants of his strength here, but he couldn't afford to lose.

Alehkra laughed. You are ignoring what we say, and trying to implement your own reality. We would kill you to protect innocent humans. You would kill out of some false sense of the greater good.

Zena hadn't expected this, but she countered the move as best she could. Reversing direction, she plummeted toward earth, ignoring Tal's talking the whole time. She reached out one hand with the intent of forcing him against the ground before he could evade the sword.

Tal felt Zena's force push him against the ground. Darn, she's much stronger then I thought. Hell hath no fury like a woman's scorn. He couldn't move from the spot, but he remained standing. With great difficulty, he raised the knife up to block the sword.

Suddenly a katana struck at Tal's head. "I don't like people fighting my wife mate."

"Good timing." Zena tied to pull Tal's feet from under him, she wanted him on his back to make this as quick as possible.

Tal caught himself from hitting the ground with one hand, but still felt the katana's sting as it bit into his shoulder. He used his wing to knock Aozora away while he slowly pushed himself back to his feet, keeping his knife focused on blocking Zena's attack while eying Aozora.

Aozora grinned as he held his katana at the ready. "Be careful what you try doing to Zena Tal." He glanced back at Alehkra. "You wanna join in?" Alehkra shook his head. "It is dishonarable to outnumber a foe.

Zena again pushed the knife away with her powers. "Suit yourself Alehkra." She came down on Tal, elbowing him in the face, intending to pin him to the ground.

Tal lost his knife as it was flung a few feet away, and suddenly his face erupted in pain. He started to black out. But no... I can't give up so easily! I'm still alive, aren't I? "I won't die like this!" Tal grabbed Zena's shoulders and threw her off of him at Aozora. He then rolled/leaped for his knife, grabbing it by the hilt and turning around. He was still on the ground, panting, as he looked at his two foes. But he was still alive.

"I grow weary of this." Zena said, steadying herself in mid air. "Any thoughts?"

Aozora caught Zena, and smiled down at her. "Close call, eh love?"

Suddeny there came a howl of pain from behind. Leon had Alehkra pinned to the ground with his sword. He cast a reproachful look at Tal. "Come now, brother. Should I really have had to step in?"

That seemed to hurt Tal even worse then anything else, the though that he was dead weight to Leon. "No, brother, you shouldn't. I am sorry. I don't know, I've never done all this before, used such a weapon.... but no, I shouldn't make excuses. I truly am sorry." Tal straightened back up, standing. "I don't want to hold you back, Leon. I'll do all I can." Tal suddenly charged at Zena and Aozora. He cloaked himself as he did so, making himself completely invisible. I can't do this for long.... but maybe long enough. He released his cloaking just as he was a couple feet from the pair, stabbing with his knife at Aozora's back.

Aozora was very good at sneaking about, but with shadows, not with simple invisibility, so he took the blade straight in the back. The black metal obviously did something to half demons as well, because he fell to the ground screaming in agony.

Josh seized his opportunity and charged for Leon, drumming up two daggers from the ground as he went. "This ends now!" He called out, ready to drive them deep into Leon and closing fast on the angel.

Zena meanwhile spun around in Aozora's arms, twisting him onto his stomach on out of her way and aiming a kick at Tal's head in one swift motion. "Nobody attacks my husband and expects to get away with it!" Zena was livid now.

Tal took the blow, caught completely off guard. As he flew back in the air, he realized that he had missed Aozora's heart. Odd, I haven't missed like that in a while. Must be because I'm so tired. Tal hit the ground, hard. He strained to get up, but he was having a very hard time doing so. He was only able to lean up, and glance forward.

Leon sighed, pulled the blade from Alehkra, and vanished, only to reapper behind Josh to stab at his neck.

Josh vanished as the knife hit his neck. When he reappeared, a trickle of blood came from the wound, though in his mind, it shouldn't matter. It would be over soon. He warped one arm around Leon's neck and plunged at his heart with his free arm.

Zena meanwhile crafted an illusion to look after Aozora while she gathered up her new sword and flung herself to Aozora. The illusion put pressure on the wound and tried to steady things as best she could, but without more help, it would be a long and bumpy road to recovery. Kathy caught sight of what happened and rushed to Tal, knowing she might be unable to do anything without a field kit.

Leon smiled faintly, and again reappeared somewhere else, this time a few feet away from Joshua. "You do not learn quickly, do you?"

OOC: Kathy rushed to Tal?

IC: Tal sighed. He couldn't feel his body at all at this point. He knew when he was beat. He simply gazed forward as he saw Zena rushing forward, ready to finish him off. I've lived a good life of service. Every angel has his time. I think that Leon can do this without me. No, he obviously can. Tal waited for the calmness of his acceptance of death, but instead, he felt.... fear. He couldn't help it, he was somewhat afraid of death. He tried to fight it back, but it was hard. Ah well...

Leon glanced down at Tal and clicked his tongue in irritation. He appeared in front of Tal, ready to block Zena's strike.

Josh laughed. "I know exactly what I'm doing. The question is: Do you?" he vanished and grabbed Leon again, this time he attempted to vanish and bring Leon into Limbo with him.

OOC: You know what I meant... Anyway, it's corrected. Should have been Aozora.

Tal was angry that Leon had to step in to help him. Tal forced himself to push himself up off the ground. He stood on two wobbly legs, but his face was grim and determined. I won't stop again... not until I'm dead.

Zena charged Tal, aiming to smack him square in the chest with her shoulder. "As said earlier, this ends now."

Leon sighed as he grabbed Zena's shoulders from behind. "You should keep track of all of your enemies, 'Priestess'."

OOC: Mer, Josh tried pulling Leon into Limbo.

OOC: Hehe, I made him blink to the ground before you made that post.

OOC: Yes, but I made Josh appear where Leon was at the time of the post, I didn't specify where that was.

OOC: Heh, okay. You're lucky I don't particuarly feel like arguing the point. I'll just be mean about it.

IC: During the middle of the blink, something seemed to shift, as if Leon was taking charge. They were in Limbo, but it was Leon who brought them there, not Josh. The gaze he directed at Joshua was absolutely evil. "Do you really think you should try this with Death himself, mutt?"

The hybrids in the end were killed viciously by Medunia's werewolves. She glanced at the bodies for a moment then she said to her troops,"Come on, we've got a mission to finish."


Slater meanwhile, kept a eye on the new recruits, who were busy working on a barracks with help from his troops.

OOC: Fine, I'll deal with Zena.

IC: Tal's anger at his own weakness seemed to give him new strength, as he put his shoulder down and hit Zena in the gut, tackling her football-style. He pinned her to the ground, holding the knife in his hand above her head.

OOC2: Are you going to edit, or am I?

Josh didn't like this change of events. "I know it's not the smartest thing I've ever done, but it does what I need it to do." He readied the daggers, knowing he wouldn't be able to teleport while in Limbo like this.

Zena swung the sword for Tal while trying with all her might to force the knife away. It was to the point where the illusion watching over Aozora vanished for a second and Zena's eyes flared with light.

OOC: Craaaaaaaapppppp....

The werewolf who'd led the charge looked to Medunia. "What would you have us do now, 'Alpha'?"

Leon grinned. "Oh, and what do you need it to do, hmm?"

Tal seemed to recognize the apparent light in Zena's eyes for a second, but he dismissed is. He used his free arm to grab Zena's hand on her sword, slowly pushing it back to the ground. He focused as hard as he could on keeping his knife in his hand, while trying to lower it to Zena's face. "Looks like this is it."

Suddenly, the voice in Zena's head popped back to life. Don't you dare die! Not until I'm gone anyway! It laughed as though it had made a joke.

Scream nearly literally scared the shit out of Zena. "DON'T DO THAT!" She bellowed, rolling to the side to avoid the knife which suddenly found it's home inches from her skull. She got up, but left a couple inches of hair behind. "Oh now you've done it."

The werewolf who'd led the charge looked to Medunia. "What would you have us do now, 'Alpha'?"

Leon grinned. "Oh, and what do you need it to do, hmm?"

IC: Joshua laughed. "If I told you it wouldn't work now would it?"

Leon snorted. "Are you so sure it will work anyways?"

"Seems to be so far." He said, shrugging. "You don't know what I'm doing, so obviously I haven't lost that bit of info yet."

Tal glanced down at the knife. Maybe it was because of where he was standing, but it looked like the knife would have gone above Zena's head by an inch, judging by the mark in the ground. I guess she must have been able to deflect it again. That, and she just screamed in my ear. "What? So now that your life is in peril, now you resort to screaming?" Tal stopped. He realized talk was pointless at this point. Besides, he was somewhat confused by what Zena had shouted, then said. He didn't realize that she was talking to Scream. Tal took a step forward, in a fighting stance.

Scream seemed insulted. Sorry. Just seemed like you need a push, that's all. Besides, if you died now, I'd get bored again.

"We go into the city." said Medunia. "And clear out the remaining rogue wolves."

Leon sighed, and shook a finger at Joshua. "I am guessing you wish to distract me long enough for Zena to kill Tal, correct?"

The werewolf grinned, and barked an order at the others. They imeadeatly went through the gates, not ready for the sight of all the people there. The wolf was astonished. He turned to Medunia. "Were there supposed to be this many here?"

I said that out loud didn't I? Zena asked of Scream. "I wasn't talking to you." Zena said, disgruntled at what happened.

Leon sighed, and shook a finger at Joshua. "I am guessing you wish to distract me long enough for Zena to kill Tal, correct?"
"If I told you, it'd take all the fun out of you not knowing now wouldn't it?" He asked with a slight air of superiority. Not that he intended for that, it just kinda happened.

Leon sighed. "Well, I'm going to assume that it is. And, it won't work by the way." He grinned. "Did you think Tal was the only pawn I have?"
