Just make a thread claiming you intentions to conquer the country and then find someone to Rp some resistance. Resistance has ranged so far from Battles envolving major powers from across the globe, surrender, subversion, all sorts of things. If someone in EFJ will Rp Benin then you are free to invade, or take over via political means should you so desire.

Could do what Israel did and send in assassin squads. Just wipe out their government instead of terrorists.

Alot of it depends on the person who is rping the nation your attacking. Don't do too much in too little time.

VDB: Your factbook needs more information. Like what weapons your military uses, how much money is in your Government Budget and how much of that goes toward your Defense Budget. Because as I've noted, you said your Security Force is upwards of 7 Million, I am infering then that they are basically Militia with AK-47s, because arming them with anything else would cost more then King Midas' Gold.

I retconned the whole of Granatian Involvment. I was going through a tough time in real-life during that point and I couldn't handle it. So anything I said in that thread has not happened. Your assets are not frozen and my citizens, however few of them there are, are not incarserated.
