Secondly, there shall be no "time freeze" or halting of the game.

My temporary "rule" will not be biased towards my own in-game nation. I personally will not RP any military action until TG6R has recovered or two days, whichever comes first. If TG6R is permantly disabled (ie has the flu) I will give Kopparsberg his place. If Kopparsberg does not want to become moderator, I will retain the position if the general consensus allows it.

OOC: I have no problem with this in general, I just haven't seen any indication that Kopparsberg is failing to fullfill his duties. I'd ask you give him the same 2 days to log on and do something. TGSR is ill based on his posts and I agree that until he is well, someone needs to moderate, but Kopparsberg is 2nd in command and I haven't seen anything that tells me he is unwilling or unable to exercise his "power." OOC: Seeing as Rawlania owns South Korea, how do you get to put your troops there? I don't see anywhere that you have been asked or invited by him to come to his aid. Also, how do you plan to deploy 10,000 tanks, where are they coming from? Jamaica? That's a buttload of tanks that you have to transport all the way around the world. You need to send him a TG and let him know you plan to invade his land in South Korea if he doesn't post something. You might also be able to get him to come here and post and say he is going to abandon his claim there and just give it to you. Either way, A TG to let him know what you intend to do is in order. ONce that is done, RP the conquest if need be.

We will send Gen. Hidinksi to Brisbane for the conference. Meanwhile patrols will be more frequent in S.P.A.M. area and the alarm rate is to 3 (on a scale of 4). The preceding text is a transcript of a digital recording that was found on the body of a dead military Sergeant. The recording goes on for many more hours, during which the sergeant and his team locate and slaughter over thirty individuals, seventeen of which identified themselves as being high-powered members of the former Kazakh Parliment. It is clear that we have proof of the Tenebri Military commiting hundreds of war crimes and with-holding information from the public. Now more than ever, it is clear that the government MUST be overthrown, and the rightful order RESTORED!

Each of the 5 squaderns had 200 planes each, making a total of 1,000 Euro fighters. The planes, having been dispatched from russia, moved in to intercept the enemy suqadern after a tip from a spy revealed the location of the Karond kar.

Blue group fanned out to make a solid wall to fly right into the enemy formation, Air to Air heat seeking missles streaming towards their targets. red group went from behind, in a cluster formation, yet angled to use the maximum amount of missles per launch. Yellow group formed a very loose circle around the closing formations, ready to bring down any lucky straggler. Gopld group dove in from the top, letting fly a huge cloud of missles while silver group yanked their planes upwards, slamming the pilots deep into their seats. They also launched a cloud of missles.

F/A-91 "Savage" Multi-Role Aircraft

Combining the F-57’s sheer speed and agility with the F-71’s awesome weapons payload, the F/A-91 is truly a multi-role fighter to be reckoned with.

Engine

The F/A-91A/B utilizes a single ARSB-developed advanced SB-APDE-ATF-498AXE pulse-detonation/turbofan hybrid engine which gives the F/A-91A/B unmatched speed and maneuverability. The massive engine, coupled with the ARSB's advanced turbine system and the ARSB's Advanced Three-Dimensional AQT-80 Vectored Thrust system which can vector the engine's massive amount of thrust at angles up to 80 degrees and using enough speed to complete a full 160 degree conversion in about three seconds, meaning this aircraft can do full S-maneuvers without losing speed, control, or stability. The engine can put out an amazing 44,000 pounds of thrust which can propel this aircraft to speeds of Mach 3.6. It can supercruise at Mach 2.4.

Design

The F/A-91A/B was designed with aerodynamics, stealth, and control in mind. Her modified wing structure gives her unparalleled lift and control possibilities. Her overall design is of one that creates little resistance, not so much as in the aerodynamic ‘view’ but in the theory of combining air flows, therefore minimizing rearwards turbulence which can negatively affect performance. Her lines and structure create as little turbulence as possible, much less than most modern aircraft.

Another major design feature was stealth. Her body combines curves and angles to create a very small RCS. Combine this with an extensive fourth generation radar-absorbent material coating, and her RCS rivals that of a small insect.


Weaponry

Being chiefly designed to fulfill the multi-role fighter capabilities of the Future Air Force, the F/A-91A/B was primarily developed to maintain and use air to air munitions of medium to close range type along with ground attack weaponry from guided missiles to guided and unguided bombs. It has numerous hard-points for weapons to be mounted on including wingtips, three hard-points underneath each wing, and three hard-points underneath the fuselage. Four more hard-points are located within recessed berths in the aircraft’s fuselage.

To aid in aerodynamics and in stealth, each outer hard-point (except wingtip) can be encased in an angular ‘bubble’ which would cover the weapon and ‘blend’ it into the wing structure, reducing overall RCS (at least improving on what it would have been) and aiding in aerodynamics and flight abilities.

The F/A-91A/B also maintains a single 30mm advanced chain gun which uses a small ALMRS/TTAC-03Mk II firing solution computer to track targets in a small cone in front of the weapon. This cannon system, the ACST-30 System, uses the computer to utilize information from the aircraft's radar and other sensors to track an aircraft in front of the F/A-91A/B in a small cone that radiates outwards. The ACST-30 is mounted in a semi-sealed 'bubble' underneath the aircraft and can maneuver inside this bubble to fire on enemy aircraft. This means that the F/A-91A/B only has to point its nose in a general direction while its cannon moves and locks onto the aircraft then opens fire either on its own or by the pilot's control. [The weapon is mounted internally and can be retracted, it can swing and actuate inside the aircraft to fire on anything in the ‘cone’ in front of the aircraft]

This cannon can also target and fire upon ground units. Another feature is the ability for it to be fired not by itself or by the pilot, but can also be fired by anyone with access to the ARSB’s Global Defense Net (GDN) (this system can be shut down per commanding officer’s request or by the pilot; therefore, it is not always active).


Systems (Avionics and Weapons)

The ARC/MSR-91 is the central targetting, tracking, and firing solution computer and branches out into the following other subsystems:

SB-AIRCST-15S which is the ARSB-developed Infrared Search and Track system. This system scans the entire area and at ranges up to 120 km for any heat signature. When a signature is found, the system tracks the target and provides the weapons computer a firing solution, then a missile can be fired and that missile's own guidance system can take over and steer the missile to its target or it can receive updates from the aircraft's computer.

SB-OLT-91 this is a small ‘passive light sensor’ which detects obstructions (dark spots and at a miniscule scale) during daylight missions and compares it to a known database. It also redirects other systems to the ‘spot’ in order to target and/or identify it. It has multiple settings from very fine (can spot a bird at 5 km) to coarse (basically aiding in visual sight [looking to the rear, above, below, whatever.]).

SB-ALRQ/R90A Is the F/A-91B’s advanced long range composite multi-frequency radar.

SB-AMRQ/R72 This system is the F/A-91A/B's advanced medium range radar.

SB-AMRQ/R14D is the F/A-91A/B’s advanced short range composite ID radar coupled with ASRQ/L11 look-down ground attack radar

SB-AMLQ/RX9 is the F/A-91A/B's multi-dimensional medium range laser detection system. This uses banks of laser emitters to emit laser beams all across the horizon. These beams are invisible (to the naked eye). The banks actuate positions repeatedly, scanning the horizon. An accompanying optical system actuates with the banks and if any laser hits an object, the optical system will target it and the fighter can engage the target. This system can be turned off by the pilot or WSO/NSO depending on the mission.


ARC-597 computer system is the F/A-91A/B’s tracking portion of the ARC/MSR-91 computer package. Using the IRST and the AMRQ/R72 radar (as well as all other radar systems on board), this system can track nearly three-hundred (300) targets at ranges of nearly 350 km. This powerful system can also bring firing solutions on up to 50 targets in a 100km range depending on the range of the missile and can also identify up to 20 of those targets. The ARC-597 can also identify target headings and trajectories at the farthest range and display them inside the pilot's helmet or on the advanced deep HUD.

MSR-91: This portion of the package is the main targetting computer. It can actively target nearly one hundred of the tracked objects that the ARC-597 is tracking and can bring up firing solutions on 60 of them at once and fire on up to six simultaneously. This system also relies on the IRST and the radar to provide up to date target information for it to process and turn into firing solutions.

AHVDS- The Advanced Helmet-mounted Visual Display system is a three-visor system mounted on the pilot and weapon officer's helmets. One visor folds over the left eye and displays target information as well has current speed, heading, weapons selected, a small forward-facing radar screen cut, and altitude. The second visor folds over the right eye and displays weapon information, fuel, ammunition, lock-on variables, displays arrows to show where enemy fighters are and display a chevron over an enemy fighter when its locked on. The third visor covers the entire face and can track targets across the visor, it displays other information the two smaller visors don't. A fourth visor is the basic sun-visor. But, when the sun-visor is down, the three information-displaing visors change brightness to where the information is easy to read in the darker conditions.

ADVSCAD- Advanced Deep Visual Scan Canopy Awareness Display System- This system is a series of projectors located through-out the cockpit that project data onto the canopy in a seemingly ‘deep’ environment. Using known faults in the human eye, the system projects data that seems out in the air surrounding the canopy, when in reality it is on the canopy glass. This system shows targeting information, enemy whereabouts, heading information, aircraft information, battle information, command information, radar information, and others. It is fully configurable and can be modified to suit pilot needs or requests.


AMS/MC-MS3: This system links together the motor controls in the wings, aileroins, tail, canards, and the thrust vectoring into one system. Combined, these control surfaces make the F/A-91A/B so maneuverable it's almost hard to believe. This system also links them with fiber optic cable technology and advanced servo systems to provide smooth, precise handling and quick response to commands, making this fighter so smooth and agile to operate, a trainee who's flown a trainer jet could hop in one of these and seem like he's been flying it for years.

AMGTS/D40-9: This system is the munition guidance system and is composed of three main subsystems. The first is the pod-mounted laser guidance sensor which uses a variable strength laser to guide munitions to their target. And since it's mounted in the pod, the aircraft could be flying far away from the target and still guiding the weapon in. It is coupled with an optical/low-light sensor for optical guidance. Along with this is the secondar laser guidance which can only guide weapons in the forward hemisphere of the aircraft. The third system is an infrared beacon mounted in the rotating 'pod', this can highlight areas for targetting by bombers, ground forces, etc.


Armor

The F/A-91A/B is outfitted with an extensive, lightweight armor underneath the radar-absorbant materials and frame. Most of the armor is provided by using honeycombed kevlar and epoxy resin with a layer of extremely dense plastic threads, capable of stalling some anti-aircraft rounds and absorbing many pieces of shrapnel. This is supplemented with carbon fiber plates which assist in resistance. The aircraft also uses many new alloys and composites including Titanium Carbonate (CO3) and pure titanium to provide tensile strength in extreme maneuvers and/or crashes.


Crew Survivability

The aircraft maintains a single SB-ASEV-41A ejection seats (two in F/A-91B) that meets all ARSB standards for safe operation and has three activation points: between the crewmember's legs, just under the seat; one to the right of the crewmember, next to the seat; and two located behind the crewmember's head.


The cockpit area is armor protected and strengthened. Each crewmember is given the AHAAN protective aerial suit, which is self sealed and has a small back-pack device that contains nearly two hours of oxygen. When the crewmember is sitting in the aircraft's seat, a small nozzle is locked into a reciever unit and oxygen from tanks on the aircraft are diverted into the suit. These suits will protect the crew from NBC threats and are pressurized, they are also G-suits. The entire cockpit is also sealed and pressurized, with heated, breathable air running freely from onboard air tanks. The aircraft can recycle its own air and carries an onboard supply of fourteen hour



Countermeasures/Wave Cancellation

The F/A-91A/B maintains a single electronic countermeasures system (the AFFC/SIRR-12) which is an active radar cancellation system and utilizes a small radar dome underneath the aircraft to locate the incoming radar pulses of a radar-guided missile, it then fires its own radar pulses at a set frequency and size (determined from the missile's radar pulses). This confuses the enemy radar (by canceling out its own waves) and usually causes it to believe that it has reached its target, it then explodes... This system is networked with five panels of radar emitters facing forward, to the right, left, rear, and to the ground and can project the cancellation waves against most radar-emitting sources (it even works on ground radar). It works by canceling out the radar wave, meaning the station that sent the wave will never notice a ‘black spot’ or any type of return as the wave is cancelled out. The small ‘pod’ with the system in it is the active anti-missile portion of the system. The panels are the anti-ground radar portion. The anti-missile portion also doubles as to cancel aircraft radar as well.

The secondary portion of this countermeasures suite is its short computer jamming system which can jam radars at their computer core and infrared systems. This is accomplished by using a localized microwave emitter located in the same ‘pod’. The emitter fires an intense, but short pulse of microwaves which would strike the missile and effectively ‘melt’ the circuitry as well as royally fuck up anything made of metal.

Note: All ships except the subs have "direct beam," targeted, EMP (electro-magnetic pulse) defensive capabilities. In so many words they can direct, similar to a laser, an electro-magnetic pulse at a target. Electronics (such as missile guidance systems, airplane radar systems, etc.) if struck by the beam will completely shut down for up to one full minute, depending on their distance from the beam's origin and shielding. Due to the diffusion capabilities of water, the beam is all but useless on submarines submerged to a depth greater than 100'. Each of the 5 squaderns had 200 planes each, making a total of 1,000 Euro fighters. The planes, having been dispatched from russia, moved in to intercept the enemy suqadern after a tip from a spy revealed the location of the Karond kar.

Blue group fanned out to make a solid wall to fly right into the enemy formation, Air to Air heat seeking missles streaming towards their targets. red group went from behind, in a cluster formation, yet angled to use the maximum amount of missles per launch. Yellow group formed a very loose circle around the closing formations, ready to bring down any lucky straggler. Gopld group dove in from the top, letting fly a huge cloud of missles while silver group yanked their planes upwards, slamming the pilots deep into their seats. They also launched a cloud of missles.

F/A-91 "Savage" Multi-Role Aircraft

Combining the F-57’s sheer speed and agility with the F-71’s awesome weapons payload, the F/A-91 is truly a multi-role fighter to be reckoned with.

Engine

The F/A-91A/B utilizes a single ARSB-developed advanced SB-APDE-ATF-498AXE pulse-detonation/turbofan hybrid engine which gives the F/A-91A/B unmatched speed and maneuverability. The massive engine, coupled with the ARSB's advanced turbine system and the ARSB's Advanced Three-Dimensional AQT-80 Vectored Thrust system which can vector the engine's massive amount of thrust at angles up to 80 degrees and using enough speed to complete a full 160 degree conversion in about three seconds, meaning this aircraft can do full S-maneuvers without losing speed, control, or stability. The engine can put out an amazing 44,000 pounds of thrust which can propel this aircraft to speeds of Mach 3.6. It can supercruise at Mach 2.4.

Design

The F/A-91A/B was designed with aerodynamics, stealth, and control in mind. Her modified wing structure gives her unparalleled lift and control possibilities. Her overall design is of one that creates little resistance, not so much as in the aerodynamic ‘view’ but in the theory of combining air flows, therefore minimizing rearwards turbulence which can negatively affect performance. Her lines and structure create as little turbulence as possible, much less than most modern aircraft.

Another major design feature was stealth. Her body combines curves and angles to create a very small RCS. Combine this with an extensive fourth generation radar-absorbent material coating, and her RCS rivals that of a small insect.


Weaponry

Being chiefly designed to fulfill the multi-role fighter capabilities of the Future Air Force, the F/A-91A/B was primarily developed to maintain and use air to air munitions of medium to close range type along with ground attack weaponry from guided missiles to guided and unguided bombs. It has numerous hard-points for weapons to be mounted on including wingtips, three hard-points underneath each wing, and three hard-points underneath the fuselage. Four more hard-points are located within recessed berths in the aircraft’s fuselage.

To aid in aerodynamics and in stealth, each outer hard-point (except wingtip) can be encased in an angular ‘bubble’ which would cover the weapon and ‘blend’ it into the wing structure, reducing overall RCS (at least improving on what it would have been) and aiding in aerodynamics and flight abilities.

The F/A-91A/B also maintains a single 30mm advanced chain gun which uses a small ALMRS/TTAC-03Mk II firing solution computer to track targets in a small cone in front of the weapon. This cannon system, the ACST-30 System, uses the computer to utilize information from the aircraft's radar and other sensors to track an aircraft in front of the F/A-91A/B in a small cone that radiates outwards. The ACST-30 is mounted in a semi-sealed 'bubble' underneath the aircraft and can maneuver inside this bubble to fire on enemy aircraft. This means that the F/A-91A/B only has to point its nose in a general direction while its cannon moves and locks onto the aircraft then opens fire either on its own or by the pilot's control. [The weapon is mounted internally and can be retracted, it can swing and actuate inside the aircraft to fire on anything in the ‘cone’ in front of the aircraft]

This cannon can also target and fire upon ground units. Another feature is the ability for it to be fired not by itself or by the pilot, but can also be fired by anyone with access to the ARSB’s Global Defense Net (GDN) (this system can be shut down per commanding officer’s request or by the pilot; therefore, it is not always active).


Systems (Avionics and Weapons)

The ARC/MSR-91 is the central targetting, tracking, and firing solution computer and branches out into the following other subsystems:

SB-AIRCST-15S which is the ARSB-developed Infrared Search and Track system. This system scans the entire area and at ranges up to 120 km for any heat signature. When a signature is found, the system tracks the target and provides the weapons computer a firing solution, then a missile can be fired and that missile's own guidance system can take over and steer the missile to its target or it can receive updates from the aircraft's computer.

SB-OLT-91 this is a small ‘passive light sensor’ which detects obstructions (dark spots and at a miniscule scale) during daylight missions and compares it to a known database. It also redirects other systems to the ‘spot’ in order to target and/or identify it. It has multiple settings from very fine (can spot a bird at 5 km) to coarse (basically aiding in visual sight [looking to the rear, above, below, whatever.]).

SB-ALRQ/R90A Is the F/A-91B’s advanced long range composite multi-frequency radar.

SB-AMRQ/R72 This system is the F/A-91A/B's advanced medium range radar.

SB-AMRQ/R14D is the F/A-91A/B’s advanced short range composite ID radar coupled with ASRQ/L11 look-down ground attack radar

SB-AMLQ/RX9 is the F/A-91A/B's multi-dimensional medium range laser detection system. This uses banks of laser emitters to emit laser beams all across the horizon. These beams are invisible (to the naked eye). The banks actuate positions repeatedly, scanning the horizon. An accompanying optical system actuates with the banks and if any laser hits an object, the optical system will target it and the fighter can engage the target. This system can be turned off by the pilot or WSO/NSO depending on the mission.


ARC-597 computer system is the F/A-91A/B’s tracking portion of the ARC/MSR-91 computer package. Using the IRST and the AMRQ/R72 radar (as well as all other radar systems on board), this system can track nearly three-hundred (300) targets at ranges of nearly 350 km. This powerful system can also bring firing solutions on up to 50 targets in a 100km range depending on the range of the missile and can also identify up to 20 of those targets. The ARC-597 can also identify target headings and trajectories at the farthest range and display them inside the pilot's helmet or on the advanced deep HUD.

MSR-91: This portion of the package is the main targetting computer. It can actively target nearly one hundred of the tracked objects that the ARC-597 is tracking and can bring up firing solutions on 60 of them at once and fire on up to six simultaneously. This system also relies on the IRST and the radar to provide up to date target information for it to process and turn into firing solutions.

AHVDS- The Advanced Helmet-mounted Visual Display system is a three-visor system mounted on the pilot and weapon officer's helmets. One visor folds over the left eye and displays target information as well has current speed, heading, weapons selected, a small forward-facing radar screen cut, and altitude. The second visor folds over the right eye and displays weapon information, fuel, ammunition, lock-on variables, displays arrows to show where enemy fighters are and display a chevron over an enemy fighter when its locked on. The third visor covers the entire face and can track targets across the visor, it displays other information the two smaller visors don't. A fourth visor is the basic sun-visor. But, when the sun-visor is down, the three information-displaing visors change brightness to where the information is easy to read in the darker conditions.

ADVSCAD- Advanced Deep Visual Scan Canopy Awareness Display System- This system is a series of projectors located through-out the cockpit that project data onto the canopy in a seemingly ‘deep’ environment. Using known faults in the human eye, the system projects data that seems out in the air surrounding the canopy, when in reality it is on the canopy glass. This system shows targeting information, enemy whereabouts, heading information, aircraft information, battle information, command information, radar information, and others. It is fully configurable and can be modified to suit pilot needs or requests.


AMS/MC-MS3: This system links together the motor controls in the wings, aileroins, tail, canards, and the thrust vectoring into one system. Combined, these control surfaces make the F/A-91A/B so maneuverable it's almost hard to believe. This system also links them with fiber optic cable technology and advanced servo systems to provide smooth, precise handling and quick response to commands, making this fighter so smooth and agile to operate, a trainee who's flown a trainer jet could hop in one of these and seem like he's been flying it for years.

AMGTS/D40-9: This system is the munition guidance system and is composed of three main subsystems. The first is the pod-mounted laser guidance sensor which uses a variable strength laser to guide munitions to their target. And since it's mounted in the pod, the aircraft could be flying far away from the target and still guiding the weapon in. It is coupled with an optical/low-light sensor for optical guidance. Along with this is the secondar laser guidance which can only guide weapons in the forward hemisphere of the aircraft. The third system is an infrared beacon mounted in the rotating 'pod', this can highlight areas for targetting by bombers, ground forces, etc.


Armor

The F/A-91A/B is outfitted with an extensive, lightweight armor underneath the radar-absorbant materials and frame. Most of the armor is provided by using honeycombed kevlar and epoxy resin with a layer of extremely dense plastic threads, capable of stalling some anti-aircraft rounds and absorbing many pieces of shrapnel. This is supplemented with carbon fiber plates which assist in resistance. The aircraft also uses many new alloys and composites including Titanium Carbonate (CO3) and pure titanium to provide tensile strength in extreme maneuvers and/or crashes.


Crew Survivability

The aircraft maintains a single SB-ASEV-41A ejection seats (two in F/A-91B) that meets all ARSB standards for safe operation and has three activation points: between the crewmember's legs, just under the seat; one to the right of the crewmember, next to the seat; and two located behind the crewmember's head.


The cockpit area is armor protected and strengthened. Each crewmember is given the AHAAN protective aerial suit, which is self sealed and has a small back-pack device that contains nearly two hours of oxygen. When the crewmember is sitting in the aircraft's seat, a small nozzle is locked into a reciever unit and oxygen from tanks on the aircraft are diverted into the suit. These suits will protect the crew from NBC threats and are pressurized, they are also G-suits. The entire cockpit is also sealed and pressurized, with heated, breathable air running freely from onboard air tanks. The aircraft can recycle its own air and carries an onboard supply of fourteen hour



Countermeasures/Wave Cancellation

The F/A-91A/B maintains a single electronic countermeasures system (the AFFC/SIRR-12) which is an active radar cancellation system and utilizes a small radar dome underneath the aircraft to locate the incoming radar pulses of a radar-guided missile, it then fires its own radar pulses at a set frequency and size (determined from the missile's radar pulses). This confuses the enemy radar (by canceling out its own waves) and usually causes it to believe that it has reached its target, it then explodes... This system is networked with five panels of radar emitters facing forward, to the right, left, rear, and to the ground and can project the cancellation waves against most radar-emitting sources (it even works on ground radar). It works by canceling out the radar wave, meaning the station that sent the wave will never notice a ‘black spot’ or any type of return as the wave is cancelled out. The small ‘pod’ with the system in it is the active anti-missile portion of the system. The panels are the anti-ground radar portion. The anti-missile portion also doubles as to cancel aircraft radar as well.

The secondary portion of this countermeasures suite is its short computer jamming system which can jam radars at their computer core and infrared systems. This is accomplished by using a localized microwave emitter located in the same ‘pod’. The emitter fires an intense, but short pulse of microwaves which would strike the missile and effectively ‘melt’ the circuitry as well as royally fuck up anything made of metal.


The F/A-91A/B has three types of disposable countermeasures, numbers listed in ( ) :

Note: All ships except the subs have "direct beam," targeted, EMP (electro-magnetic pulse) defensive capabilities. At 0100 hours tommarow, these countries will be invaded. Aruba will be invaded by a Special Forces Group nicknamed "Ludo's Angeles" (Yes, it's a rip-off of "Charlie's Angeles"). The Arctic will be invaded by naval forces consisting mainly of PT boats and destroyers.

25,000 will quickly capture Oranjestad, the rest will spread across the island in teams of 1,000.
Equiped with spacesuits, HALO parachutes, gasmasks, medical supplies, food, drink, and GSR36-C3 assault-rifles.

The Arctic Invasions are still ongoing, but casualties are expected to be non-existant as nobody lives there.

Aruba reports are in:
The forces landed as planned for the most part. Some reports state that a couple of soldiers landed in the ocean, but those are being investigated.
Thirty casualties during minor skirmishes with a local militant group. When they were overpowered by smeer numbers, they started to retreat, but got shot down by the powerful GSR36-C3s.
Ten casualties during a small civilian resistance in the capital.
The citizens were conscerned when a sort poweroutage occured in southern Aruba due to civilian unrest.
Civilian unrest in urban areas occured, but as the government is friendly and concerned about the citizens welfare, the unrest is dieing down.

There are four parts to the suit. The first part, dark green, is a comfort suit. The second part, white knitting, is the pressure suit. The third part is the orange overall that provides fire protection and pockets. The fourth part, in front, is the harness for the parachute and floatation device. On the upper chest are the capewell attachments for the parachute risers.

This is the pressure garment (with white knitting) that protects you from the vacuum of space. Your body would not know the difference between 60,000 feet or 100 miles. You'd be just as dead without this suit at those altitudes.

Here is a fully assembled suit which is also inflated giving the impression of someone inside. This particular suit is used by NASA ER-2 pilots and was on display at an airshow. The bands around the chest are the inflatable life raft. The checklist on the left arm reads:

The picture on the right of the suit says, "At 60,000 feet, this pilot stands alone." This means two things. One is that noboby else flies that high, and two, there is no safe place at that altitude. The suit is essential for a pilot's survival.

Pulmonary Damage to the lungs in rapid or explosive decompression occurs primarily due to pulmonary overpressure, the tremendous pressure differential inside versus outside the lungs. 80 mm Hg is enough to cause pulmonary tears and alveolar rupture (8); pulmonary hemorrhaging, ranging from petechiae to free blood (depending on the magnitude and rate of decompression) is also seen (9). Emphysematous changes are seen especially in the upper lungs, while atelectasis and edema predominate in the lower lungs (10). When we get to the patient, the lungs will be a bloody, ruptured mess.

Cardiovascular: Myocardial damage associated with ebullism is caused by stretching of the myocardium and anoxia (11). Heart rate rises the first 20 seconds (12), then drops to 40% of baseline at sixty seconds (12). By 2 minutes the arterial pressure wave is lost (13), but the cardiac contractility is maintained at least 5-7 minutes (14). Apneic animals resumed spontaneous respirations within 30 seconds of recompression as long as the heart continued to beat, but could not be resuscitated once asystole occurred (15). If our patient has a pulse, we might get him back.

Central Nervous System: In rapid or explosive decompression above 60,000 feet, CNS damage is due to decreased cerebral blood flow and global cerebral anoxia (16). Little evidence of herniation is noted (16), though some damage to cerebral white matter and myelinated spinal cord is seen (13). Cases of accidental rapid and explosive decompression to date have not shown any lasting neurological damage (17, 18), though this includes only 2 cases. Our astronaut-patient may be rehabilitatable.

The Jump is Called a HAHO--common military practice for troop Delivery.
The term is Hypoxia--you do not explode. Hypoxia will only occur if they did not do their prebreath and maintain breathing 100% O2 before the jump--and through out the jump through the masks provided to any military personell who are delivered in HAHO fashion.
The chute would not explode--hence the term HO(High Opening)--the HALO jump which most movie watchers think is the way it is done is more used for supplies and vehicle delivery--HAHO is for troops.

OOC: GSR TGed me about an invasion of Georgia by Tenebricosis, having read what has been wrote by the character himself. I would like to remind him that I own Georgia in Earth V. Since I was given it by GSR a while back, but i've been too busy monitoring Earth II/converting the majority of my Civ to FT/argueing with AMF & cronies and with Real life generally to notice.

The War of the Islands took a significant turn today when the Northern Mariana Islands surrendered, unconditionally, to Mauiwoweean forces. Heavy bombing by our S.P.A.M. ally, Warta Endor on the island of Pagan has been acknowledged as a significant factor in this about face by the natives, but the overwheleming force of Mauiwoweean soldiers and the sinking of the 2 submarines the Mariana's had counted on by the Mauiwoweean navy cannot be discounted either. General Ripper announced from an undisclosed location today that negotiations to admit the Northern Mariana Islands as a state of the constitutional monarchy had begun. Until such time as a treaty is signed and elections are set, the islands remain under martial law. Warta Endor, however, has dispatched units to begin construction of a military base, assumed to be naval, in the islands pursuant to their agreement with King 'Lude in the matter.

In the Marshall Islands, fighting continues with rebel forces holding on to key island strongholds. Knox island is secure as is the former captial of Majuro, however, the compexity of the chain of islands is slowing a full surrender and conquest. The palace indicated today that they expect a full victory, but asked Mauiwoweeans to be patient.

The human toll from the War of the Islands stands at 8,433 dead and 13,487 wounded.

In additional news today, the palace announced today that a 4.5 trillion deal, I repeat "trillion" with a "T", was signed this weekend to supply Karond Kar with Aircraft, naval vessels and other weapons. The palace has refused to confirm or deny reports that the deal includes the transfer of a small number of nuclear weapons. The palace reports, specifically, "we do not comment, officially, in any way, on the extent or deployment of nuclear weapons."

On the other hand, Mauiwowee entered into a deal to purchase 8,800 tanks from the Phoenix Militia for approximately 32 Billion dollars.

In Brazil today, it was revealed that the former Dictator had been granted political Asylum by Mauiwowee and was currently residing in Miami, Florida, under the protection of Norleans and Mauiwowee, in a small compound, formerly occupied by one Pablo Escobar, a former "big deal" in the cocaine trade from Columbia. "Prepare the Veris Wall fortifications to full combat readiness. Instruct the anti-aircraft batteries, microwave laser turrets, SDI batteries, and sensor stations to operate at maximum. We must be prepared for any sneak and surprise missile, bombing, aircraft, or nuclear attack.

Also, deploy all necessary troops towards the costal and land sections of the Veris Wall. Move our military readiness to Sheva-Two. In addition, begin full deployment of all military resources and hardware, including tanks, aircraft, APC's, Mechanized Infantry, Naval vessels, logistics, everything.

We must prepare ourselves for war. We cannot be caught with our pants down."

There was a discernable pause as the Battlemaster processed Rand's request, then the sound of a throat being cleared could be heard.

The Veris Wall will pay off big dividends. I must authorize additional funds towards military projects and the two secret projects, EDEN and GUARDIAN. Sharina Alpha must be protected at all costs, as it is the largest Sharina parallel Earth colony other than Vori.

One puppet is the rule.

Unlimited states is the rule.

A "puppet" is a nation controlled by another nation that has rights to land based on its population.

A "state" is a nation controlled by another nation that DOES NOT have rights to get land. It can only govern land already controlled by the "mother" nation.

The Great Sixth Reich owns all of TG6R Poland and TG6R Scandinavia, (remember the invasions?) BUT they are under a different name because they are "states" which have semi-independece.

Great Romeo has Frigidaqua as his "state" for his one island claim.

That's almost incorrect.

Puppet governments must RP seperately as their "mother" nations and cannot accept or give "gifts" or extremly bad deals that a normal nation would never give/accept.

Puppet governments may help only if there is a sound reason for action, and it better be good as people have to know what nations are puppets.

I never said it was COMPLETLY unnoticed. Infact, the militia battle I meant to use to inferre that in the capital, with a much heavier nightlight than the rural areas, many of the squads were spotted.

We're interrupting this program to bring you an update on the nuclear exchange that occurred late yesterday between Mauiwowee and the country of Vineyard. It is our understanding that king 'Lude II himself will shortly be appearing to issue a statement on the matter and we will take you there live as soon as he appears. In the meantime, the death toll continues to rise in the Marshall Islands as the result of the attack on our forces there by Vineyard. At this time, we can confirm over 73,000 have died, including insurgent forces. Another 15,000 or more are reportedly injured and suffering from radiation burns and sickness. The Mauwiwowee sub Blunt, which was submerged at the time of the attack and escaped unharmed and intact is doing what it can to render aid and search for surviviors. The carrier fleet, headed by the carrier Kharras, which had been part of our forces in the Northern Mariana Islands is sailing at full steam to the Marshall Islands to aid in rescue and aid operations. An additional carrier fleet from Pearl Harbor has also been dispatched to the area and should arrive in the next few days.

In Sidney today, in a hastily called, emergency session of the House of Royals and the House of Peoples, a joint resolution was passed strongly condemning the king for his actions in this regard which led to the death of so many of our military. In the House of Peoples the vote in favor of the resolution was a whopping 195 to 80 with 25 abstentions. In the House of Royals the vote was much closer at 13 to 10 with 7 abstentions. Both houses, however, approved in all but unanimous votes, sufficient to override a palace veto, legislation that would prevent this type of occurrence from every happening again. Specifically, the legislation requires that prior to the use of a nuclear weapon, the king, or queen as the case may be, must obtain the unanimous approval for their use from the chief of staff of all 4 branches of the military as well as the Speaker of the House of Peoples and the President of the House of Royals. The only exception being when a first strike has already been launched at Mauiwowee by another country. Failure to obtain this approval prior to the launch of a first strike by the reigning monarch will result in his or her immediate removal from the throne and the installation of the named heir as the new monarch. Furthermore, in such a situation, the monarch launching the attack shall be subject to being tried on charges of high treason and face the death penalty or life imprisonment.

World wide reaction to the exchange has been slowly trickling in with, as expected, significant condemnation of King 'Lude, but also some minor condemnation of Vineyard, has been received. The final vote in the world court of public opinion is still yet to be tallied however. Additionally we have . . . Oh wait, we're told the king is ready to make his statement. Since the time of the exchange, Vineyard has proclaimed itself to be a "neutral country in neutral waters that was attacked without provocation or warning" and called on the world to come to its aid. While it is true that we attacked without warning, the remainder of Vineyard's proclamation to the world is ludicrous, ridiculous and as false as the sea is salty. We ask those who would condemn our actions to consider first, what was Vineyard doing with two convoys of over 150,000 troops in the Pacific Ocean? He has no holdings here, he is not a member of S.P.A.M. and his application for membership in S.H.I.T. was rejected. These so called innocent and neutral troops came here from Africa and Jamaica and represented a portion of a military force that was, and still is, massing to attack and war on our neighbor in Korea, Karond Kar. As such, these forces represented a threat to the stability of the region and a direct threat to the countries of the Pacific and Mauiwowee. A quick review of Vineyard's history will show it to be a war mongering nation intent on world domination and unable to peacefully co-exist with other countries. As the king of Mauwiwowee, I was not prepared to sit by and just let Vineyard send 150,000 troops into our region of the world and spread his diseased sense of power to our peaceful region or threaten us or our neighbors and allies. I therefore took it upon myself to launch a pre-emptive strike to let Vineyard know we were serious in Oceania that he and his kind were not welcome here under any circumstance. I wanted to make sure the message was heard loud and clear by both Vineyard and the rest of the world. We will not tolerate war monger nations in the Oceania and the Pacific and we denounce countries such as Vineyard who send 150,000 troops and their equipment into a region where they don't belong and claim "neutrality." This claim by Vineyard is clearly hogwash of the vilest sort.

That being said, I do wish to make it clear to Vineyard, our neighbors, allies and the rest of the world, that we have no intention of further escalating the conflict by the use of other nuclear weapons. I understand the risk to the world of nuclear war and will under no circumstance be the cause of such a conflict. We launched a nuclear weapon and Vineyard retaliated by using one. It was a single and, in the grand scheme of warfare, a fair exchange. Absent a first strike on us, no further nuclear weapons will be used. We are currently engaged in talks with our allies in the region on what to do about the Vineyard problem and their threats to Karond Kar. Again, we do not want them here and our first strike was a pre-emptive one that should send them a message. We will defend ourselves by all means neccessary and we are not such fools as to think you have no hostile intentions in this region. We demand at this time that you reconsider your position in this matter and fully withdraw your forces and go home.

We have no problem with Vineyard building its military force to be as big as they want and can reasonably sustain. We doubt their ability to meet the announced, projected 2 year timetable for the competion of the project though and have trouble believing a nation of only 250 million or so can properlty sustain and maintain the huge military force they claim to have, but that remains to be seen, maybe they can. As to the build up being a threat in the Atlantic, that depends on what Vineyard does with this naval force, maybe it will be a threat, maybe it won't, that too remains to be seen. We are monitoring the situation though and will respond appropriately if and when a need arises.

We hope that a peace treaty can be made and end this war. This would help the nation of JeetKuneDo stay neutral and not have to choose sides and not loosing an alliance.

I have rather large oil reserves in Alaska, and I have found some oil deposits off the shore of California (as my nation is in the process of mapping the sea-floor and looking into possible extraction of raw resources from the sea floor).

I don't know how much oil there is in RL Alaska, but my nation doesn't use oil or natural gas. It uses hydrogen fuel cells in cars and such instead.

Gas and oil is still used, but mainly for lubricant and science purposes.

Actually, I did look at a map and it is posted below and they do share a border, it's just not much of one. Check the upper right hand corner though and you'll see where they have a border in common though.

1. I got a strange request from Vineyard yesterday. As you know, a nation is allowed to give up its claim at any time, and then they have the right to suggest a new owner, who if is interested, is given claim of that land. If you went by 10% of your entire population in the military, 25 million... you'll end up with 5 million combat soldiers and 20 million logistics personnel.

If it is 5%, you'll have 2.5 million combat soldiers and 10 million logistics personnel.

Otherwise, if you had 25 million combat ready soldiers, even a well supplied 1 million man army can easily crush the 25 million man army.

Why? Simple.

The 25 million man army will have little to no provisions, starving, lack of ammo for weapons, etc.

The 1 million man army will have plenty of food, ammo, training, support, etc.

If you had been reading the latest posts, my ally, Great Romeo, has sent 10 million troops into my homeland countries, Croatia and the surrounding countries. This is my homeland defence. I under stand all of this, and my military is at only under 7.5 military FIGHTING soldiers. Logistics not included. My form of logistics is very simple. I control enough oil to run My allies and me in the mechanics area of the military. Food? Easy! Why buy food when your citizens are all around you! Simply tax the locals for "Defence tax" which requires that they forfeit 15% of their food to the local soldiers. When in enemy territory, and you don't give a crap about your enemies civilians, simply plunder all of the food. You are so narrow minded, its scary. Food distribution? Combat officers and military personnel can handle that. I have trained my men over a long period of time, and they are all combat veterens; so never fear, they are well trained. Truchkers for the ammo and supplies can easily be conscripted from the local populace. Ehm, they launched their missiles at 1000 Km and got the heck out of there, but before we get 20 posts about godmodding, shooting down planes or not and that kind of stuff. BTW there were 225 missiles, aimed at key government buildings an military posistions. So civillian casualties should be a lot lower than 20000. But, ok:

Totally agree. That's a part of why I ignore Vineyard (and due to that he called me a Idiot because I wanted him to post losses).

He hasn't RP the invasion of SE Russia either. And not Iraq, Kuwait and Jamaica (even though he has given Jamaica to his puppet now). And every other day he posts that "x million troops invented in Russia" without saying how he transported them there. He's transporting million of troops around the world without hassle. That's why I ignore Vineyard.

---Zagreb News--- 500,000 troops have occupied Southern Iraq earlier today. The troops Of JewPowerLand gave up due to their masters orders, yet some muslim resistance is being experienced. Our troops are expected to "clear out' this resistance shortly, due to superior training and overwhelming numbers. Also, 50,000 troops are driving inot Kuait, and have surrounded their capitol (also called Kuwait). The offencive against their small security force is expected to begin shortly.

South East Russia has effectively been subdued after the capture of major cities. The provinces manufacturing capibilities are extremely great, and are a great asset to the nation of Vineyard. No resistance is being felt as troops march into more and more (smaller) cities every day. Also, hundreds of Nuclear weapons are being secured.

Jamica has been easily subdued, all military stationed there having put down their weapons and heading home. No resistance has been encountered.

All soldiers of jew power land have surrendered (except for a few suicidials in Iraq charging concentrated formations of Vineyard troops) and are being reeducated in " re-training camps".

Vineyard, are you reading anyone elses posts? Cmon be realistic. You keep getting troops out of nowhere. You haven't posted where they came from or how they got there. If our economies are going down because of oil, your economy is going down because of a huge army and people dieing of starvation. Don't say your plundering either. What are they equiped with? Additionally, Norleans has invaded and conquered the territory of Louisiana in North America after its government completely collapsed. Louisiana initially resisted Norlean's forces, but when the announcement of the treat with Wolf America and Compy 386 put Louisiana in the postition of being surrounded on all sides by Norleans, they surrendered unconditionally in the late afternoon. With these new holdings, the S.H.I.T. alliance, between Norleans and Sharina, effectively control north and south america's oil and natural gas production facilities and the entire Gulf of Mexico region. The Beltinian government has also encouraged the people of New Zealand to use alternative means of transportation including a newly built state-of-the-art monorail service and the already existing trolley busses, the Beltinian government has also installed several new trolley bus systems to include all the major cities of New Zealand.

I was planning on having a nice war with Wolf America for Texas, because I thought it'd be nice if I could fight a nation my own size 1 vs 1 or something before World War III with Vineyard.

Now Wolf America, Compy, and Green Knights quit. That kind of ruined my near-future RP plans for two reasons.

First, I wanted to annex Montana, Wyoming, Colorado, and New Mexico. I was planning on letting Wolf America keep Texas and push back either Compy or Green Knights back a couple of states. (I was planning this for a week).

Second, I was planning on annexing the land that Wolf America's "supposed" second large puppet would have to give up. For example, if Wolf America decided to stay in Earth V, and keep Compy as his puppet, then I'd go for Green Knights territory, or Compy's territory if Wolf America wanted to keep Green Knights.

I was aiming to unify West USA, except for a few states along the Mississippi River, namely Nebraska, Kansas, the Dakotas, etc. as I don't have interest in Nebraska, Kansas, Okhaloma, or the Dakotas for the time being.

However, I was looking into acquiring New Mexico, Colorado, Montana, and Wyoming. These were my priority states. I'm willing to let Norleans keep everything else (Texas, Kansas, Nebraska, Okalohma, Louisana).

In addition, I noticed that Compy and Green Knights posted for the first time in 2 months just because of our questions about Wolf America. It really leads me to believe that these two are really Wolf America's puippets, not "friends". If it was "friends" then the "friends" would have been active at the same time as Wolf America, even if just to post chit-chat.

I also find it suspicious that they all posted suddenly, instead of a day or two apart. They all posted within 1 - 2 minutes of each other. Take note of this:

This seems to present strong evidence that Compy and Green Knights are Wolf's puppets. Wolf most likely logged out at 11:28 PM then took 2 minutes to relog in as Compy, then 1 minute to type up that post. Then he did the same thing with Green Knights, using 4 minutes to do so.

Sorry about my major nit-picking, but I'm a little upset that my RP plans are now screwed up. Please forgive me.

Vineyard, are you reading anyone elses posts? Cmon be realistic. You keep getting troops out of nowhere. You haven't posted where they came from or how they got there. If our economies are going down because of oil, your economy is going down because of a huge army and people dieing of starvation. Don't say your plundering either. What are they equiped with? You can't just say your pulling ak-47s out of nowhere either. How many territories does he have now? If he really wants the world to himself, I say we just kick him out, and make another Earth just for him lol. I HAVE 7.288 million troops! I have already listed their locations! In a surprise move, UNIverseVERSEian forces arrived in Haiti today. They have established a beachead and are beginning to move towards the capital. The main base on the Keeling Islands is almost complete and plans for the next annexation are well underway.

After an extra 2 time years of being built, the 20 carrier groups are finially finished. The origional projected completion time was 2 years, but with lack of building space, the time required nearly doubled.
