Well, I was when I woke up this morning.....but right now I feel as though I'm a part of someones nightmare.

*He eyes keep straying towards the large cat....and she thinks of Nekone and the other two cougars that belong to an old friend.*

Sniper John thinks to himself and he draws his M4A1 and sets it to semi-auto fire mode.

If it can penetrate several inches of steel from about a mile away, then it should pose no problem against knocking him off balance, especially if his arm is unpenetrable, if they go through, then it should just seriously screw him up.

The sniper had no interest in the girl, the only people he was interested in were the two that Valerie had attacked. Looking through his scope, he saw that everything was working as planned, the people that were attacked wouldn't have a clue as to what is going on.

The nano devices in Johns eye registered this new individual and his HUD turned red.

*"hunter" wandered down the stairs, again clad in the long red trenchoat and dark brown jeans, but he lacked the usual undershirt. he cracked his knuckles and looked around. the club was mostly empty, so he descided to take a walk. he grabbed himself a bottle of rum and headed out the door towards the forest*

Seth woke on the sofa, snuggled up close to Noire, who had curled protectively around him in her sleep. His eyes slipped open, huge, empty darknesses, and he wriggled cautiously out from beneath her arms to set his feet on the hard wooden floor. Turning, his deep, blank gaze settled on Noire, who frowned in her sleep. In an almost sadistic manner, Seth lowered his hand to the side of her face almost lovingly. A ghost of a smile flitted across the six-year-old's face, and Noire made a small sound.

The grass rustled in the wind, and her skirt (That's funny; I never wear a skirt...) danced against her bare legs, a lightweight, ivory material. The sky was glaringly blue above her, and her eyes lit happily at the childish sound of laughter fighting its way over the hilltop.

Noire was tackled from the side, and her body met the grass with a thump, breaking a laugh from her throat as she grinned at the man collapsed in the grass beside her. "How goes it?" As if the smile was an infection, he grinned back at her.

"S'all right, I guess... Junior over there," he gestured towards the happy, black-haired head bobbing towards them, "Can throw a mean curve ball. Tires ya out somethin' fierce." The child's steps turned in their direction, and turning into a jouncing run, Seth ran at the pair and jumped on them, pushing air from their lungs in a collective gasp.

The group drew closer to one another, laughing, as the clouds above them slipped unconcernedly past, contemptuously glancing down. Noire's pale eyes met the man's dark ones, and suddenly, the grass burned away, and the two bodies she was snuggled next to exploded into blood and broken flesh. The air stank of death; the sky flared, each individual cloud catching aflame, and the dead man beside her sat up, and grinned, lop-sided, at her before picking up the torn body of the child and slinging it over his shoulder. You know it was preventable, love.

The child with the black eyes removed his hand from his mother's forehead, and dissipated. Noire woke with a gasp, barely able to hold her shriek in. Her lungs heaved in her chest, and she reached a shaking hand up to find her hair soaked with sweat.

Noire shivered despite the sweat broken out on her body, nightmare still feeling far too real. She reached around for Seth, but not finding him, grasped at the sofa cushions instead, as if to reassure herself of reality.

The man started fading into nothingness, but his lingering cackle echoed through the woods. He looked like a chesire cat, his body slowly fading away until he was nothing but a pair of eyes floating around, and then even those dissapeared, leaving nothing but his laugh to echo through the woods.

Valerie and Kreige's body started turning monochrome, like an old timey photograph. Their bodies then started melting as it shifted into the same brownish sludge color. The bullets and the sparks did the same, even though they were harder to see. In the background the dead body of the cougar was starting the same thing. Kriege reappered laying unconcsious on the grassy ground in the woods. The sounds of a helicopter filled the area, and the nice forest scene turned into a desolate wasteland, with nothing other than carnage and destruction filling the area. The sounds of a warzone begane filling the area.

"Mind control," came the man's voice from nowhere, "I can take control of your senses and completely control what you see, hear, taste, smell, and feel. You can't see me, but I'm here. Right now, you can't see me, the helicopter that is somewhere nearby, or the troops that surround you. Vision, that is the only sense I have blocked at the moment. What was done before was a test, hosted by my superiors, to see what I could do. Having someone like me in a mercenary state could make the cost of a war less costly on the mercenary troops. Have fun in the warzone that we the troops have relocated you to. Have fun, and never forget the name Helmut."

Crimson Iris with black veins spidering threw them. slitted pupils with ragged edges. the area where the whites would be were black. "Kom Spiel mit mir! "

kriege walked in. His arm was human again his eyes were hidden by the crimson goggel sunglasses. A Crimson trench coat covered his suit. he also wore a Large crimson hat (Kriege looks kinda like this (http://www.drawmanga.ru/images/char-alukard/1-4.jpg) just with Short hair a diffrent face and not nearly as thin)

The short man in a black trenchoat and a wide-brimmed black hat and with the unseen face, feet, and hands walked in.

She woke slowly, feeling arms wrapped around her waist. Snuggling closer to the apparition, she mumbled something unintelligible to (what would seem to an outsider) be absolutely nothing. Allowing her eyelids to drop open carefully, she smiled up at the man with dark eyes, still hazing in and out of sleep. He looked down at her, and the blackness of his eyes swept in and enveloped her.

The twist happened more suddenly than she'd ever remembered it, though it had never before been with him. Her limbs contorted, and her mouth dropped open, but spiraled along with the rest of her body, which convulsed in the oddest of fashions, as though her bones had melted down to magma within her. The shriek of agony went unheard, and she felt as though she had been screaming for years when the pain stopped. Noire's ridiculously bent body collapsed to stone, and as she looked achingly, bleedingly around her, found herself once more in the center of a maze.

He smiled lovingly down at her, black eyes taking in the scene as his handsome face twisted to reveal something so un-him and un-human underneath as to not be believeable. "Hello again, beautiful."

She woke up screaming.

And your penchant for dark corners. I'm not saying that corners are bad-there are infact many benefits to corners! For example, you can see who comes into the room...well, you probably know them all!
