*Shrieking wildly as a flock of gulls suddenly took wing, he grabbed her hand and urged her up the beach, dancing with the ebb and flow of the waves.*

She laughed, and crouched down on the sand so to be on his level. He looked no older than five, maybe six. A sound like someone's voice sounded from the club, but she pushed it aside, and asked curiously, "Is your name Seth?"

Noire raised a hand subconciously to her throat, touching the silver chain woven into the amulet. "Mmm..." a slightly confused look crossed her features. "I'm not sure, bud." She looked back down into his pale blue eyes, shining faintly, and asked, "Is it yours?"

She looked at Orchid, a little puzzled as to her actions, but walked back to the club with her. "Yeah, a little boy. Seth?" She frowned. "You didn't see him?"

*Will watched as Orchid put her arm around Noire and lead her back towards the club. He thank his spirit-brother for his appearance and the hawk winged off to the north and disappeared... He returned to his seat behind the bar.*

Noire laughed aloud. "You think I'm going crazy, don't you?" She chuckled. "I'm feeling fine. I know him from somewhere, I think. I remember him. From something." Shaking her head, she added, "I'm not sure why you couldn't see him... but he was there. He left footprints."

That started when I touched Noire.....

He got up to get a drink.. He stumbled to the bathroom and looked in the mirror and realised that the bad dreams and little sleep had taken it's toll. After splashing some water on his face and getting a drink, he went back to bed. He couldn't face the outside world right now.

Edward quitely slipped in to the bar and sat down in one of the booths.

draws the syringe of opaque blue liquid and stares at it. "What would you do with it edward? would you use it to save people or to increase your own power?"

"power my young friend. power beyound your wildest imagination. this syringe carries a parasite capable of rebuilding dead tissue and revitalizeing the body. it also boost stamina and physical streangth beyond the limits of mortal man and it opens pathway in the mind that grant amzing perception reflexes and other mental powers. not to mention the hightened sences you gain...however it comes at a high cost.

edward thinks for a moment and then replys," i would through it away, no good can come from this" he looked at the syringe.

Noire shifted on the sofa, eyes flitting beneath her eyelids. Drifting through another dream, it took her a few moments to realize that it was impossible to see anything, despite the fact that sounds came to her clearly. She felt the grass beneath her feet, and the comfortable, wrinkled fabric of her skirt between her fingertips. A child's laughter danced on the slight breeze, and she felt her lips tip upward in a smile at the sound. A male hand rested lightly on her shoulder, and she felt her heart swell with her lips as they smiled up in his direction. The sounds faded with the feeling of grass scritching at her legs, and she woke quietly with the fire flickering warmth across her body.

"the mind is a strange thing..... but some times we can frear our selves when really we should be frearing eachother, Raven told me that"

She lifted her head from the sofa, sadness welling in her mind for a reason that she couldn't even remember.

The dream had left her thoughts by the time her eyelids had fluttered open, and now Noire pulled herself to sitting, watching a pale man hold a hushed discussion with Kriege in a booth.

Noire nodded. "Like you're trying to walk on water, and all it seems like you're doing is dragging your feet through maple syrup." She grinned, dark circles encasing her eyes, and black flames licked her fingertips. Taking a sip from the bottle, she gestured with it in his direction, eyes questioning briefly.

She glanced sleepily up at the woman, and nodded to Hunter. A yawn spread itself across her face, and she covered it with her hand, answering his question. "N-not... toda-ay." The bottle in her hand disappeared in a burst of fire, and her flushed face settled back to normal after the yawn. "I think I'm gonna get back to sleeping, though... G'night." No sooner had the words left her lips than her eyelashes fluttered closed to rest on her cheekbones.

" Raven grew up with us, us being my self, my older brother Jasper, Jack, Carol, Evelin and a few others. We are all vampires, well all of us but Raven.
She found us when she was eather 6 or 7 and was not afraid, so we adopted her; befor hand all of us "bloodies" desided that she would never become one of us, this worked untill she was ten.
On her tenth birth day she said," i have a gift for you all." she pulled a bottle of her own blood out of her pocket, it would have been a discrase to refuse her gift. thats how she becam our donor. this worked
quite well and we all devloped a strong bond, especialy Raven and Jasper.

When she got older,about 16, her parents found out about us and that she was our donnor. they flew in to a rage and tryed to force her to marry a man older than her own father, so she ran away... to us. unfourtionatly we had all gotten ahold of some alcohol that night and were all pritty drunk, Jasper was smashed. When she told us what happend.... Jasper fliped out and bit her....right and proper on the jugular. Luckly he was so drunk he pulled back befor he caused serious dammage, or so we thought. Raven is half vampire now, she craves blood but cant get it, she has no fangs and becaes Jasper was so drunk when he bit her, Raven can no longer have alcohol, it will kill her. She was so shocked at what Jasper had done to her she took off.

i have been looking for her for a long time, when i finaly found her she hired me to spy on her parents, she could not pay me in money so she payed me in blood. I failed her and did not compleat on of the tasks that i had swarn under a blood oath to do, so now iam her servant......

Enters quietly.

The dream wove through her mind for the second time.

It took her a few moments to realize that it was impossible to see anything, despite the fact that sounds came to her clearly. She felt the grass beneath her feet, and the comfortable, wrinkled fabric of her skirt between her fingertips. A child's laughter danced on the slight breeze, and she felt her lips tip upward in a smile at the sound. A male hand rested lightly on her shoulder, and she felt her heart swell with her lips as they smiled up in his direction. The sounds faded with the feeling of grass scritching at her legs, and she woke quietly with the fire flickering warmth across her body.
