Peace... Meg is a friend of mine, and she's already been through one rough relationship. I don't want to see her go through that again.

Out on the beach, a speck on the watery horizon resolves itself. Two people, harnessed into a strange watercraft like a large windsurfing board, worked the two sails. As the vessel neared, it became apparent that the craft was constructed of wreckage from some other vehicle, the sails made of thin blankets, the guide ropes of bundled wiring. In the New Exodus tradition, Capt. Sarah Lane and Ensign Oliver Smith had arrived in semi-harrowing circumstances. For them, though, this was business as usual.

Beaching the craft, the two smoothed their soaked khaki clothing and strode ashore.

"Wow! I've never seen a place like this before," Oliver cried in wonder.

Sarah sighed. The young man's enthusiasm had become grating at some point out on the ocean. He was like a child, perpetually surprised by everything. And it didn't help that he was the son of one of Lane's commanding officers. "Okay now, Oli- er, Ensign Smith. Stay close, and keep your eyes open for Mordred."

"Things haven't been the same without you in New Exodus. We have plenty of time, though. This is officially my vacation, to keep prying eyes away from our meeting. Now, lets get a drink."

As he passed Mordred He gave him the bird. outside he wrapped his arms around meg partly because of the wind partly because he had been stupid and forgotten a coat but mostly because he wanted to be as close to her as posible.

ooc common be a little more original in your characters man Oliver sounds just like your cat. they even got the same names.

After paying and thanking the bartender, Sarah sips at her drink, instructing Oliver on how to savor every drop. "Remember, you never want to have more than one drink, because you never know what might happen. Drunk people aren't the most efficient fighters, and they certainly aren't very good runners."

Oliver, for his part seemed content just to stare at the myriad inhabitants of the club.

Sarah glanced up. "So, Mordred, where do we go to get rooms? You're right about the storm."

OOC: Drinks 2x as potent, got it.

"Oh wait I forgot something outside." *runs outside to get the thing and gets caught in the middle of the storm.*

*Wind is too strong and he gets blown into the air. He lands on top of the roof and he falls through. He lays there without moving or making a sound.*

Sarah, who had been about to try to bluff the pirates, dives for cover. She heaves a pool table over to provide a safe place for the club's defenders, then hauls the drunken ensign over to safety. "They don't pay me enough for this!"

Kriege shrugs then holsters the colt and shethes the knife. "Well what should we do until this blows over. and your preformance was magnificent never felt so warm in my life". smiles at her.

*Pet dragon shoots a small flame at one of the pirates as Enu dashes toward the other with his two scimitars.* "Ahhhh. Die!" he said " There goes the theif." one of the pirates said.

she smiled and tingled,

'lets just snuggle till then, i am starting to get cold' she said.

*The pirates shoot and Esu stopped and ran toward cover.* "Is everybody alright?" *mean while his dragon bites the pirate he shot the fire at. the young dragon holds the bite until the pirate shot at the dragon and hit the dragon on an arm.*

*Mordred Laughed as he fired. 50 beowolf shells faling to the floor like rain. the magazine clicked dry. abandoning the aug Mordred draws his two tarus raging bulls chambered in 500 magnun. and begins to fire.*

"We're fine, no thanks to Mordred." A bullet chipped wood beside her ear. "How many of the pirates are there?"

Oye no fair *he yelled after esu. droping the revolvers he draws two wicked looking blades and charges the remaining pirates*

* More pirates walked through the door and started firing their guns.* "Ahh, die you stupid bastards." Esu screamed. *He dashed toward the pirates. He cut off a leg of one pirate. He kept fighting until he was shot and the bullet went straight through his stomach knocking him back.*

With pirates dying left and right, Sarah decides it might be a good idea to have one for questioning. Peeking around the pool table, she spots a smaller, thinner pirate, one who looks more like a weasel than the rest of the burly lot. Setting her PEP pistol to full power, she ducks around, aiming right for his solar plexus. The bolt of energy slams him against the wall, knocking him out and possibly breaking a rib. Satisfied that one of them would be alive after the battle, she returned to her crouching position and let the professionals handle it.

*his eyes closed slowely as he heard the sounds of slicing and guns shooting.*

'me too' she said looking at him, her eyes fixed on his.

"Well i must admt that the company here is better than whats over there.'' He masages her sides and smiles at her. placing his forehead agaianst hers.

*his dragon recovered from the shot and scurried toward his master. The young dragon dragged his master behind a table that has been flipped over. The young dragon proved hisself to be intelligent for he took care of the wound on his master's stomach.*

Die Die Die! *mordred shouted as he charged the pirates. he leped at the nearest one and drop kiked him hard in the chest. the sound of breaking bones could be heard over the tumult. fliping in mid air Mordred landed on his feat and sprung at another pirate sinkng both blades ino his shouldres he lifted the pirate up by the blades and slamed him dow in a german suplex.*

'do you think?' she asked.

*most of the pirates where dead now, only 5 of them left, by the time he recovered. His shirt was bloody and his scimitars had blood all over them.*
"Stop! I said back out of this. this is my fight." he screamed."nevermind. go ahead and kill the rest of them. Without you all i wouldve been dead."

*Leaping foward quickly he slit two of the pirates throughts and tosed the blades into the other two mens chests.* and then there was one. *he stands and grins at the last remainig pirate.*

*Esu jumps and backflip kick one of the pirates. He lands and dashes toward another pirate. He pulls the weapon that he stole from the pirates from the strap on his back and slices the pirate in half. He jumps on a table and jumps off again. He half front flib and sticks both of his weapon into the pirate below him. He continues his flip and swings the pirates off of his weapons sending them flying through a wall.*

"of course I think that. I can't think of anybody i'd rather be stuck out in the cold with." starts masaging her shoulders.

*As the remaining pirates dropped dead another pirate, bigger than usual walked in. Esu charged for it but it knocked him back in one blow. He tried several times and the same thing happened.* "This one will be hard to take down."

'remember, leave the shoulders' she said.

............"I need help!"

"oh sorry I forgot. hey lets dance. theres enough room in here and I got an Ipod with lots of music and a piar of port a speakers. wat do ya say?"

*mordred charged at the brute and lept onto his shouldes* heres a presant for ya.*he slams his foehead into the mans nose and jumps backward and off of the mans shoulders.*

* he and Vista charged at the boss pirate. Vista disstracted it with fire while I went for the legs. It was successful. The pirate dropped to the ground but it turns out a bullet had also hit him at the same time.*

Popping up from cover, Sarah decided she might as well squeeze off another shot. "Hey, ugly!" (it was the best she could think of), and fired her PEP pistol.

OOC: PEP pistols create concussive blasts at the point of impact, so its like being punched, kicked, or hit with a car, depending on power setting.

And so, hit from every side, the pirate goes down.
