*Vex stepped behind the bar and filled a frosty glass with Guinness Stout*

*Still feeling somewhat edgy after her dream of a few nights ago, Orchid finally decides to see what might be going on in the bar.
On walking in, it seems deserted as usual, so she walksr ound to the back of the bar and makes a rum and coke with plenty of ice.
She takes her drink and sits in the shadows of one of the booths.*

*Vex takes his glass and wanders over to Orchid's table*

As far as things around here goes.....none of the older patrons have been around much....Ju lost his memory and hasn't been seen since....Gael has been spotted on the odd occasion, and Vaga is back in the guise of someone called Hunter. Megs pregnant (again).

Mailee walked in quietly in a short summery dress, her face a vision of Spring, she looked almost fairy like as she walked in quietly and poured some ice cold water.

He burst into the bar room, eyes happily aglow, sunshine from the outside still loving his hair from the door he'd left open. A pale seashell was clutched tightly in his childish fist; small, exoskeleton-legs protruded from it, scrabbling the air madly in its upside-down position.

Seth proceeded to drop to the floor and set it down, delightfully watching it skitter its shelled body across the floor.

Seth watched the couple interestedly, big, blue eyes watching them speak in low tones in a curious manner.

Deciding he was unconcerned with such silly adult affairs, he returned his gaze to the sea creature he'd discovered, which was making its scraping way towards Orchid's table. He giggled, and followed it at a crawl, imitating its movements.

Kriege sat there oblivious to what was going on around him. he took out a hypo and filled it with some of the blue liquid and put some on to a a slide then slid it under a microscope. he sat there observing the slides contents.

Bored with the crab, which had finally curled up inside its shell at his incessant poking, Seth bounced to standing, pushing his dark hair out of his eyes with one chubby, childish hand.

He turned his open stare back to the couple, and saw the man catch his eye for a moment, then lean over to the lady to say something to her. Wanting to talk, he walked over in what seemed to him a most adult fashion, and asked importantly, "Have you seen Mommy?"

Kriege finshed observing threw the microscope then took the slide and slid into a more complex machine. placing the fingers oh is left hand on the nubs on the machine he minuplated then. small thin metal arms extended into the blue liquid.

A little confused by the strange man's actions, Seth saw him run out the door and pull his shorts off before jumping in the ocean. He giggled at the sight, and pointed after him, looking up at the blonde lady near him. "He's silly!"


Bored, and having lost sight of the crab which was currently crawling down the rug's edge towards the sofa, he caught sight of Squorn sitting at a table and remembering him from the day he was playing with Jayne, bounced over and scrambled up onto a chair, climbing the rungs to reach the high seat. He peered over the edge of the table at the man, watching him with big eyes.

Kriege jumped. he hed been so engrossed with his work he haden't noticed any thing.his fingers slid on the nubs and a horrible grinding sound could be heard. "What the F?!? ah damn" he glared at the now black & smoking contents of the slide.

The small boy sighed in the most adult, frustrated manner he could muster at being left by the adults, and took a long, concentrated sip of the box of apple juice that appeared, flickering darkly, in his hands.

'I fucked up what you were doing...your thing...it went up in smoke' she said.

He watched the lady in the corner, crying, and frowned at the man who was kneeling by her. He must've been making her cry, which was bad, but he was the man who was friends with Jayne, so he couldn't be really bad...

Seth's brows twitched downward, and he pulled on the juicebox as he sat at the table, sucking apple juice through the straw. His eyes shone a pale, blue glow as he focused on the pair, caught up in his thoughts and childish logic. Raising a chubby, child-like hand, he pushed his dark hair out of his eyes again.

Raven sliped out of the club and down to the beach. she walked a short way then dove in to the waves, letting them pull her out to sea, she lay on her back watching the moon light dance on the water around her.

Humming to her self her eyes flashing darkly in the moon light Raven swam back to shore and headed back to the club for dry clothes.
after a shower and dry clothes she sighed softly a smile comming to her face.
carefuly she pulled her clothes out of the wardrobe the filled the far corner of her room once the was compleat she pulled the back panel out, revealing shelf after shelf of knives, dirks and a sword or two. grinning she refamiliarised herself with each one, testing its balance, the way it fit her hand. she wanted the right one for the job, a mistake in the blade could cost her her life and the life of many others. She had to be sure.

Still undesided Raven replaced the piece of paneling and the clothes in the wardrobe. The time would come when the choice must be made but it was not now, she still had some time. The problem with the Inferno right now is that I've spent all afternoon on this packet of questions for it, and it's a hassle because my AP teacher writes them in such a way that I have to analyze the question before I can even think about analyzing the things I need to analyze to answer the question! Ugh.

Raven entered the club, seeing that no one was there she walked down to the beach and went for a swim.

Kriege walked in.

Raven steped out of the ocean and ran up to her room. after showering and pulling on warm dry clothes she grabed a book off her desk and snuggled up on the couch infront of the fire to read.

*Saddened to have had to leave so suddenly yesterday, Orchid returned to the bar to find it empty again.*

meg walked in....and sat down

Kriege walked in balancing his knife by its point on his finger. in his free hand he held the metal suitcase. he whistled "IRON MAN" as he headed to a corner booth and sat down. Flipping his wrist the knife landed point down in the table. opening the suit case he took out another chip similar to the one he had been working on eailier that week but smaller. he placed it on the table and began to tinker with it.

Moya entered the room and looked at the man tinkering with a very small something. Deciding not to disturb him, she passed to the bar and poured herself a glass of cranberry juice and added a slice of orange. She slid into a booth and began to work on a crossword puzzle she pulled from her tote.

Sparks jumped from the chip and Kriege cursed loudly. grabing his knife in iritation he jamed it threw the chip. "Pieace of junk!"

*She looked up and laughed a little*

I suppose it is now-regardless of its state before the knife entered its system...What are you trying to do, sir?

Kriege looked up in suprise. "I am trying to make a smaller version of an N-Chip. But I'm having loads of problems. It just dosent seem possible."

Kriege pulled out another chip and began working on it grumbling to himself.

Meg saw Kreige, sighed and read a letter from Rambo she had recieved that day.

Mailee walked in and something hit her on the shoulder.

'hmmm' she looked over to Kreige.

'what ya doing?' she asked sitting next to him watching intently.

"an N-Chip is a computer chip that is implanted into the body and used to stimulate certian parts of the mind. it has other properties but I won't bother ya with them." Kriege glared at the bits and peices of the most reacently disembowled N-chip.

...well, never mind then..there doesn't appear to be much left of that one, anyway.

"Its what makes me diffrent from everyone else now. he reached into his breaf case and pulled out a chip that was just smaller then a computer diskete. these were planted into my body during my survice in the German military almost 60 years ago."

krieges grin widended. "My turn" he took his goggel sunglasses off. his irisis were a bright crimson with thin black veins running threw them like spiderwebs. his ppils were slited like a snakes but were ragged on the edges. the whites of his eyes were black. "Kinda cool aren't they?"

she had turned back to sweet innocent girl, she gasped and fell off her stool.

He put his glasses back on. "sorry about that."

she got up and sat a little further away.
