Basically Fluffywuffy is trying to invade DT, and he is an ally, so I sent some battle groups to help him out. Phyrric then appeared out of nowhere saying that all Veritasean diplomats in his country had been arrested. I pointed out that I'd never RPed having any embassy or any diplomats in his country, so he must have arrested his own citizens. He viewed this as cause for war and is invading (although he's not a very good RPer...)

I've seen varying numbers on that. Some sites say $5 billion, others $4.5, and others have a few other numbers. I decided to err on the side of caution and go with $5 billion.

Yeah, but mine have some upgrades (mainly radar and sonar and communication upgrades that allow the ship to completely interface with all other UV ships). I'm trying to upgrade the storefront to be more realistic and such so things will probably be changing on the first page in a little while.

It is and it isn't. I believe its the plan for a future ship, but has yet to be put into production. In fact, they might even have scrapped the plan. The production rights will cost you $20 billion.
