Nadia called back to Lars. "We're up here in the hot tub," she said.

OOC: Disregard Darren getting off the ship

IC: "Hey Nadia, what's up?"

Turtlecrest strolled out of the loo. His ankle was still a little bit tender, but was essentially healed. It must have been a light sprain.

He spied a couple at the bar who he had not seen the previous day. They were well dressed. He was about to walk over and strike up a conversation when he remembered that he was still wearing the shirt ripped in the plane crash. Turtlecrest rubbed his chin. He supposed that he looked a bit scruffy, too, his small, stylish mutton chops beginning to fade into the growing stubble.

As luck would have it, though, he had been on his way back from a board meeting when his ultralight had ditched. He found in his satchel the shirt he had worn to the meeting. He loathed putting on something he had worn, but not washed, but at least it did not have gashes running down the sides and sleeves. Besides, the board meeting had been a trifle and not made him sweat at all.

Ducking back into the washroom, Turtlecrest changed his shirt. The facial hair would have to wait until he found a shop that stocked razors. Returning to the lounge, he went to the bar and ordered a cocktail. Turtlecrest hoped that his five o'clock shadow would not make him look too much like a ruffian. The man and camera-wearing woman beside him seemed like more of a perpetually-trimmed crowd.

Turtlecrest faced the man. "Good day," He said, "I am Kie Turtlecrest. Are you new in this paradise? I just got here yesterday."

Nadia went back into the hot tub with Rachel. "Not much," she said. "Just talking to Lars. Did you meet my friend here?" She slid into the water next to Rachel, who put an arm around her.

"Well my friend did, and I've seen her round here. Hey how are you? Rachel is it?"

"Yeah," said Rachel. She extended her hand to the man. "What was your name?"

"Darren, you don't remember me?"

"Only saw you for a couple minutes," said Rachel. "I was half drunk and getting this ripped stud at the bar to have sex with me." She looked at Nadia, then casually took off her top and moved over next to Darren.

"Heh, damn, those are nice. Why don't we head into a room on this boat? And we settle down." Darren then took off his shirt, only to reveal how ripped he was.

"Nice," said Rachel. Nadia looked approvingly at him and smiled. She did have a habit of deflecting male attention away from Nadia.

"Would you like to come with me into a more private place, like a room, and I'll, show you what real sex looks like?"

"OK," said Rachel casually. "Ever done it with an older woman before?"

Nadia lowered her head into her hands. Rachel took her hand and smiled. "Why not make a move?"

Nadia smiled in an alluring manner and pushed her hair back, but didn't say anything.

"Never done it with someone over two years of my age. But hell, I'll give it a try."

Rachel stood up. "OK, come to my room." She turned to Nadia. "Well, we can try this again," she said, taking Darren by the hand and leaving her top behind.

"Damn, you got some nice shit right there. Can't wait to stick my head in between those sucka's"

Rachel smiled widely. "Thanks." She dropped her voice conspiratorially. "Can you do something for my friend? She's... well, she's kind of stiff. She's scared of relationships, can't seem to unwind."

"Okay, I'll do something. What do you want me to do for her though?"

"What do you want me to do for her? Have sex? What?"

"I don't know... try to excite her, but don't scare her, she freezes up easily. She acts... frigid, I guess, but she's got to unwind before her stress builds up."

"Well, what should I do? And should it be before or after we do our thing?"

"Later... after we've gotten off," said Rachel. She strolled casually about the deck in nothing but her T-back bottom.

OOC: Is rachel wearing a mini skirt or what?

IC: "Well we're here at your room, are you ready?"

Rachel opened her room door, and sat on the bed in just her bikini bottom. She waited for Darren to make his move...

Darren walked up to the bed, sat down calmly. Then suddenly made his move. He grabbed her legs, wrapped them around him and began licking her from he bikini bottom, to her neck.

"How you like that?" he asked.

"Good," she said softly.

Rachel rolled over on the bed, very relaxed and clearly de-stressed.

Darren then began to eat her out. Then he went upwards and begun to suck on her watermellons. He could tell she was enjoying this. So he continued.

OOC: I thought the point of Kahanistan's post was to not include the graphic parts?

IC: Lars merely shook his head at the two that were walking off. Darren had seemed nice enough, but I guess in the end he was just looking for a quick thrill, nothing more. Lars saw that Nadia was in the hot tub by herself, so he walked over. "It must be hard to be friends with her at times, huh?"

"You know, this feels wrong. I feel bad, and I don't know why I'm doing this. I am hammered drunk after all. I need to stop this."
Darren got off of Rachel and walked outside. He then walked to the hot tub. He just stopped and looked at Lars and Nadia. He couldn't believe what he has just done. Almost doing Nadia's friend. He then walked closer and put his hand on Nadias shoulder.

"I know I just fucked up. I know you probly hate me. And I know that you'll probly get with Lars and forget me. And I'll understand if you do that. But just know that I'm really sorry, and that I'm plowed drunk. When I'm sober again, I know I may not remember what happened today, but know, that I was under the influence. Please please forgive me. I really want to be with you, but if you don't wanna, it's fine. Just remember once again, I'm sorry." said Darren, in a very low voice.

Rachel shrugged. She didn't care much if Darren wanted to do her. She came from a more liberal society.

"Are you angry at me? Please don't be. I really like you. And she tried to take me away, but I came back to you. I'm commited to you. Are we still up for later on?"

Lars shrugged. "I think that decision should be up to you. But I still-" he was cut off as Darren came up and began talking to Nadia. Lars tried not to appear nonchalant, but he really didn't know what to think.

"Oh, sorry about interupting you. Go on"

"Umm... after all that, I'd rather give Nadia the chance to respond. Nadia? Actually, I think I'll just let you two talk it out."

Lars walked back aways, to the spot he had been standing at before.

Nist skittered through the door, hiding behind it and breathing heavily. He wiped the sweat from his face, and allowed his eyes to adjust to the darkness within. Sure that no one had followed him, me made his way to the bar. Practically falling into a stool, his hands shook as he rapped on the counter.

"B-bartender? BARTENDER!"

"hey Nadia lighten up" said David after returning from what he was doing

"I was talking to Darren," Nadia replied. "But whatever... I went into military school at 13, graduated as an officer at 21, I'm just a few weeks short of 34. You're pretty young to be in such a position... at your age I was just a squadron commander."

"i earned my rank by fighting and showing i can lead ,i was a major by the age of eighteen bring the third year of my first war and earn the nickname of Devil by the other side for how i fight,by the end of that war i was made the rank i now have ,when the Colonel was killed in battle"

"Aw, hell I might as well tell you the truth. I only got my money from mainly my weapons company. Well that was the truth, but I am in the military. I didn't wanna tell anyone. Us East Laosians can be secretive about our service.I'm 26 and I've only served in two conflicts. One was our own war, between Belkaros, and one was our own civil war. Against Belkaros, I saw my whole unit killed. I was the only survivor." Darren turned around to reveal a very large scar on his back. When the scar was a huge cut he nearly bled to death. "See this, I got this from a grenade detonating about ten feet away from me. Shrapnel wen all into my back. Then the second occurence, was when I was riding in a small convoy carrying precious missiles, we were ambushed. They had 50 cal. rifles, they had torn our humvees apart. On round had hit me in my leg, near an artery, so I was bleeding half to death, and I couldn't walk. Three of my friends in the humvee with me, they all got out to defend us, and our lives. They were all torn apart by the bullets. I only escaped because I pretended to be dead. After they left, I drove the humvee as far as I could before I passed out from the blood loss. When I woke up I was attached to several machines, the doctor told me I was the only survivor of this kind of injury he'd ever seen. All my friends were killed that day, that's why I can take my loved ones injured, and dead so well.Well now I've told you what really happened. After all that I took over the weapons company at the age of 25. My father died from a stroke. But anyway that's my story."

The escort of the Emperor and Empress of Myakka led them to their rooms while they were whispering lustful messages back and forth between each other in the Myakkan tongue. He did not mind it really because everyone who worked under them knew how much they loved each other and so he let them talk about how they would spice the night up in mutual and pleasurable love. After all, it seemed to be the main thing on everyone else's mind in his opinion; other than that man who seemed really into getting multiple doses of alcohol. He turned sharply when he noticed the Emperor lifting the Empress off the ground and carrying her into the room. "Keep watch, escort! I have work to do and must not be disturbed!"

(An hour passes with the escort sitting in a lotus position on the ground)

Gaspard opened the door with his clothes mostly torn and ruffled while the soft coos and lustful demands of the Empress could be heard from the bed. "Mediating, escort? I never knew you did that. Anywho, keep further watch. If anyone asks for me and/or Laney, tell them that we are....working." Gaspard reeled back into the room and left the escort to simply pace the halls while he waited for Their Majesties to be finished their second bout.

OOC: I'm assuming everyone is on the boat so I'm going to have my guests just have some alone time before they look to see if any people are at the beach house.

"Im all gd thxs" he said, he looked down at Amber, "Can i pick her up?" he asked

Katja bought some bags of various clothes in and dumped them in the kitchen, she rubbed her arm softly,

Mark bent down and picked Amber up, "Looks like i've got a friend in you" he said to Amber, he turned to Milly and said "So have you got any plans for today?"

'not as I know, however I do have to go to the hospital, do you have a car? If I make you dinner will you drive me to there?'

Nadia nodded. "As long as I've known her," she replied. She moved next to Darren.

"Got these in combat," she said. "Get shot down a few times." She showed a bullet scar on her right side and what looked like a bayonet strike to the back.

"Yeah i got a car, its only a little golf, you'll have to give me directions though" he said

"So yeh its a deal with the dinner thing" he smiled

Nadia nodded. "As long as I've known her," she replied

'huh,i hop she not make you bored by going on about last night" David said as his eyes change to yellow for his blue

"Wow, well it seems like a lot of us have been in war before. We're all veterans, and injured. Do you still serve? I am still part of the military, although I'm a reserve now. So I'm not gonna be in any war any time soon. Or so I hope."

"I still serve," said Nadia. She looked over at David. Did his eyes just change colour? She seemed stunned.

"males serve for life"said David as he shows Nadia see his wolfs fangs

"We have to serve until we're 40. Then we can serve until we're 50. Then we can't serve on the front lines unless we're officers." said Darren.

"Did his eyes just change color?" muttered Darren into Nadia's ear.

"We don't make anyone serve for life," said Nadia. "Most people in our military are the ones who want to be there. When we're being invaded, it's not hard to get people to sign up, and we have a big reserve programme."

Rachel came out from her room and slid back in next to Nadia. She picked up her top from the tub. "Someone mind helping me put this back on?"

OOC: Right. I'll edit that.

Lars just looked over at the group, all talking, and shook his head. I've got to admit... he's a better person then I thought... a better man then me anyway... hell, I'm even too scared to try alcohol. Lars glanced over at the unattended mini-bar quickly, but turned back almost instantly. No, what am I thinking? That's not for me. None of this is, really. He looked over at the people again. Nadia seems quite happy with Darren, even if she doesn't realize it yet. Lars walked to the bow of the ship and leaned over the rail, somewhat precariously, as he stared into the waves, lost in thought again.

"let me help you Rachel and we don't make poeple we just want to think Spartans"

Darren noticed out of the corner of his eye Lars looking at them. Then when Lars walked to the bow. He walked over to him and talked to him.

"Hey man, what's wrong now?"

"A good series of bouts, eh?"

Gaspard said with a smile to his wife as they wlaked towards the sea that laid dormantly near the beach house while the other guests had been sailing on that ship the Imperials had brought along. Laney was snapping pictures of her surroundings while Gaspard walked along the shore to contemplate his life and how he was so thankful for everything Fortune had brought him. Yes, Fortune brought him four healthy children, the throne of a nation of billions, and the love of a beautiful woman. There was nothing more he could have wanted. Gaspard looked at the sea and smiled before noticing that Laney was setting up the camera for a picture. "Stand with me, Gaspard, so I can take a picture of us at the sea."

Gaspard nodded and stood with Laney as the sun began to set over the sea with the light illuminating the water beautifully. The camera took the picture after a brief wait of several seconds and then Laney excitedly show her husband the picture she had taken; she just loved it. "This is so going to go in one of my albums."

Gaspard smiled and gave Laney a kiss before they decided to admire the rising of the moon while going for a walk along the shore. With the others gone, they could enjoy some alone time while their escort was at the bar to talk with the bartender over a drink or two.

Darren noticed out of the corner of his eye Lars looking at them. Then when Lars walked to the bow. He walked over to him and talked to him.

"Hey man, what's wrong now?"

Lars shook his head. "Nothing is wrong. Don't worry about me. I'm just seasick, I think. Go back to the others."

"You should come too. We all want you to come over there and hang out with us. We don't wanna leave you out, you should just give it a chance. Loosen up, and party more." said Darren, as he began to walk towards the others.

"Come on man."

Lars moved a bit, but stayed where he was. "No thank you. I really am feeling ill. Perhaps in a bit." He turned back to the water. Besides, I'd just ruin the mood. I usually do.

Damn, he really needs to get out more.

"Sure, whatever you say." Darren then walked back to the others and got into the hot tub.

Darren began to move closer to Nadia, slowly so that she wouldn't notice. He looked out to Lars and saw how hard he was leaning on the railing.

Lars stood there, pondering a lot of things. He thought about Nadia and Darren, and what would become of them. He thought of Lucian and and Katja, and how they were happy together. He thought about the way the water moved against the boat. And lastly, he thought about what would become of him after this vacation, after this cruise, when he returned to work. Same old, I suppose. Lars was thinking of many things, and so its no surprise that the last thing on his mind was the rail, and how it seemed to be leaning forward, ever so slowly...

Tyren and mystrin walked around, trying to find someone.

"hello?" Mystrin called. "Is anyone still in the beach house?"

"Hey," said Lucian back to them. "I'm still here, whadaya need?"

tyren shrugged. "jus trying to find someone," he said. "Is the owner up yet?"

"Not that I know of."

tyren shrugged again. it was a great blanket gesture.

"So who else is around here?"

"Well I think everyone else is either on the boat or asleep. So that makes just us." Lucian said glancing around. "I'm about to head down to the beach and wait for anyone still here to wake up."

"mind if we tag along?" asked Mystrin.

"Not at all. Sitting on a beach is much better with company." Lucian said with a smile. He slowly rose from his seat and faced the beach. "Whenever you're ready."

"Right away," said Tyren, and he and mystrin got ready to follow him.

Lucian gave a small nod and walk towards the beach to find a good spot. He eventually found one under an unocupied umbrella. He took a seat and looked out to the sea.

The roaring helicopter blades whipped sand all around the beach and caused little waves to ripple away from the shore. Moments later, however, the small craft had landed. From it a young man in a pinstripe suit and oval spectacles hopped to the ground. He strode up to the beachouse. It only took him a few moments to locate his quarry: Kie Turtlecrest.

"Sir! When you did not show up after your flight was scheduled to come in, we became worried. Luckily the emergency transponder on your ultralight seems to be in order, although we saw the crash site as we arrived. Anyway, I apologise for taking so long to find you. We can take you back to the Coral Islands now, though."

Turtlecrest eyed the man, someone he knew vaguely from the bank where they worked. Billy...? Leonard...? Turtlecrest could not place the man's face to a name. Giving up the effort, he nodded.

"Why, thank you. It will be great to head back to the office from all this surf, sand, and sun." It was clear that Turtlecrest was being sarcastic. He nodded to the other patrons, and followed the company representative back to the helicopter.

"So long," He called out as he approached the aircraft, "Maybe I will visit again sometime."

The Deatans joined him underneath a separate umbrella. They sat down. Mystrin had come prepared, wearing a bikini top underneath her shirt, which she now removed. Tyren was more concerned with keeping sand out of his shoes.

"So what did you guys come here for? If you don't mind me asking. Just the typical summer vacation?" Lucian said, glancing at Tyren.

"Basically," Mystrin replied, settling in to work on her already sizable tan.

"constantly chasing armed robbers gets old after a while," said Tyren, stretching. "We had time saved up for vacation, and after our last skirmish, we needed it. anyway, why are you here?"

"Skirmish? Chasing robbers? Police or agents I'm assuming... Anyway, I'm here on R&R, airforce essentially decided for me that I needed a vacation and shipped me off." Skirmish... sounds like my line of work.

"you could say we're a bit like that," said Mystrin. "we're in the navy, actually, and we say 'skirmish' because the average pirate can't do anything more than that."

"Mystrin is actually considering joining the Security Service, though," said tyren. "me, I plan to keep on climbing the ranks."

Gaspard and Laney were walking back to the beach house when they noticed the arrival of new guests which intrigued them since it would give them people to talk to instead of resorting to the bartender or the escort who kept a watch on them. The Emperor noticed Lucian with the Deatans and with a smile greeted them with his energetic wife close behind to deliver her own greeting to the two. "It seems we are the only ones here.' Gaspard began to say. "I'm Emperor Gaspard of Myakka; most likely the only monarch here. I thought this would be a nice place for me and my wife to get away from politics and paperwork."

Laney smiled. "...It gets him away from his books. While my husband loves his books, I love my photographs. Just being here has given me plenty of good photos. Our children are back in Myakka with the ministers; although two of them are old enough to take care of themselves."

Gaspard nodded his head. "Have any of you heard about that ship that left the house?"

'hi," said mystrin. 'it's nice to meet you. I'm Mystrin."

"And i'm Tyren," said Tyren. "i believe the ship left just recently. Why don't you join us?"

"Yes, it left awhile ago I believe, I'm not sure. I'm a little glad I didn't go, things are much more peaceful here."

"It is nice to meet you both, Mystrin and Tyren. We'll gladly join you."

Gaspard took his seat on a comfortable beach chair with his wife sitting close beside him on her own. "The weather is just right." Laney said with a smile while Gaspard nodded his head in silent approval. "How's life for you, Mystrin? Tyren?"

Gaspard smiled while Laney was busy taking yet another photograph. "She usually takes photographs when we go out somewhere since she enjoys photography; she's taken a multitude of pictures since childhood. As for myself, I prefer literature. I'm a bibliophile, people tell me."

"Yes, it left awhile ago I believe, I'm not sure. I'm a little glad I didn't go, things are much more peaceful here."

"Indeed. My wife and I enjoy it here. We knew this would be a good choice. I must find the owner of the beach house and shower him or her with compliments."

"You mean Katja, she's... around, though I'm not really sure where." Lucian shrugged before lying down, making sur enothing was behind him.

"The airforce shipped me here because they said I looked like hell with the hours I had to work. And because Greywatch wasn't planning to go into any wars..." Lucian laughed, "Now I'm just waiting for them to come here and drag me back to Greywatch. I'm actually enjoying myself so I know it'll happen eventually."

"We have four children; two sons and two daughters. We could have more but just never really thought about it." Laney said. "My oldest daughter recently gave birth to a child; some days before we left for the beach house. We were so happy for her. Childbirth, though it is painful, is worth it in the end."

"The people always like fancy displays. How many sectors are there in your nation exactly?"

'Four?" siad Mystrin, raising her eyebrows. "Sounds kind of Deatan to me."

Blade walks onto the beach carrying a steel briefcase which he put on his lap after he sat down

"How does it sound Deatan?" Laney asked curiously. "I think we could have more; I don't think my internal systems have grown too old yet but I'm still happy with my four angels. They are back in Myakka; with our oldest, Gaspard, going to become the next Emperor. We are an absolute monarchy."

"Well the border sectors are Dragon's Ridge to the West, Hydra's Bastion to the South, Celestial Reach to the North, and Avian Keep to the East. Prime, would be the middle most sector very close to Greywatch's captial sometimes called Greywatch Prime. Those, of course, are the main military sectors."

"After the great Collapse- basically a huge seres of bad events about 50 years ago," added mystrin, "the nation has been on a bit of a repopulation drive. the birth rate is an avergae 4 children per women, and unlike other countries where this is simply an average, in Deata its almost an average."

"Interesting." Laney said with a smile. "I do know that previous Empresses of Myakka had more than four children but I'm content with just four...but I don't mind having more if Gaspard, my husband, would like another child. Many Myakkan families, to my knowledge, differ on how many kids they'd prefer having if any at all."

Gaspard nodded his head. "We currently have a billion people in Myakka. That must mean something."

Gaspard's cellphone vibrated as he was talking to the others so he politely excused himself before walking off somewhere to leave Laney with the others as she was in a conversation. Gaspard began speaking calmly into the phone and heard the voice of a good friend on it. "Altair, how's life over in Myakka?" Gaspard said with a smile as he looked out towards the sea while thinking about his wife. "Good, good. I wanted to tell you, Your Majesty, that we have not seen any more replies to our message since the Motokatans replied. Hopefully we shall have some successes soon." Altair said calmly while looking over reports at his desk in Marianopolis.

The Emperor sighed. "I am sure we will find more friends. I am sure Mr. Vermon is doing well in Motokata. Please update me with further news, Altair. Anything else?"

He returned to what he was working on. He had a napkin out, and was drawing on it with a pen he had in his pocket. He was working on a formula for an extremely potent knockout gas, a project he had been working on before he came here. I suppose I've nothing better to do, especially now that Wolfy is here. He continued writing, trying to guess which chemicals would mix just right.

Borys choked and spluttered, as he collapsed out of his cheap, crappy rent car. He had no idea was going on. He didn't know that when he tried to start the car's engine, the whole thing was filled with noxious gas, rendering him unconcious for almost two days.

Borys saw more figures in the distance, and tried to get up, again to no avail.

"Nah i think we should leave the screaming thing, just let them get on with it"

he then turned to Milly and said
"So you got any plans?"

Katja smiled.
'well yes...and you werent answering your cell phone'

Milly looked back at him.
'yknow...I havent got any, Amber is staying at my mothers for a few days' she said, she squeezed his thigh and raised an eyebrow.

Borys's loudest cry yet caused him much pain. He couldn't care less about the dangerous documents and the laptop in the car; if the worst came to the worst, he could lie and say that they were planted. Besides, no-one would try and go in the car until the smoke cleared, or in other words, once the car eventually ran out of fuel.

' I do...' she grabbed the first aid kit under the bar and ran out to see where it was coming from, she saw a man on the floor, she rushed to him, she tried to sit him up, she put an oxygen mask on him so he would not inhale any more smoke,.

Lucian followed closely and sighed when he saw what it was. He began helping Katja and attempted to move the man further away from the burning vehicle. "This just keeps happening...."

Katja bathed his skin in cold water and propped him against the rock.
'I need to call 911, this really is turning into a hell hole' she said,

Borys was submerged into a group of dark figures. Suddenly, he felt pure air in his lungs. The sheer pleasure of being able to breath was immense.

Still, the man was totally disorientated. He did not know where he was, and was still attempting to speak in his native language. He felt frustration that people didn't seem to understand.

The emergency services soon arrived via chopper, they put him on the stretcher, the doctor asked Katja a few questions, soon the chaos had calmed down.
Katja went inside and washed her hands.

Lucian let out another sigh, "Well that solves that I suppose. I suppose we should get the fire department in here for the car right?"
