"Im going to need to stich your wound closed." He said as he turned back a little spray bottle in his hands. He sprayed her cut with it and set it down.

"Just some local pain killers," He said as he began to stitch her head. After a few minutes he was done and he set the tolls he used aside.

Ryan was laying in the bed A large bandage over his chest, Tubes and wires coming from his body and into varries machined around him.

The hours passed slowly, Ryan same dull expesion stayed on his face.

Slowly he blinked and his hand squeezed Miyus gently

"Once the baby moves away from the wound area she should be fine but this might happen again over the course of the pregnancy"

Suddenly about 300 miles away from the fleet a giant wormhole opened. An Ashen hive ship came out. As soon as it did however a bright green beam lashed out ripping a Galactic Intruder in half.

"Ask the Kagemon if they want us to protect the civilians or head toward the Ashen ship to take it on," Ordered Rotas, "though i pefer a fight head to head..."

Lt Izuko Kasigi had the helm and when the Ashen ship appeared she called for battlestations.

Neither the Admiral or the XO was here so the duty fell on an 19 year old young women.

The reply was sent as the Kirisuban Kurakka class cruiser, NKES Tenchi also went to battle stations and shields and weapons were raised. the Tenchi had a lot more powerful weapons and would give the ashen a hard fight. Captain Keiko Shimada certainly didn't fear battle either.

The klaxon could be heard around the ship as the lights dimmed on the bridge.

The Ashen globe fired agian, beam impacting on the sheild of the Galactic Intruder. It easily broke threw and ripped a giant gash in the side of a Galactic intruder. The ships light cut out and after a few moments the bright lights of escape shutted rockes could be seen.

The two Neoman soldiers with the kirisuban civilians jmped into action by putting face masks on all of them.

Suddenly about 100 miles from the fleet, Two massive ships came into veiw. They dwarfed the GIs twice over.

There was a bright explosion from the guns of them and the rounds smacked into sheilds of the Ashen vessel to no avail.

The drop ship smacked the ground hard and rolled for about 20 feet. A few moments after the Drop ship stopped rolling one of the Neoman soldiers let out a groan. "I think i shit myself," he said jokingly as he hit the large button button on his harness and stood up.

My little fleet can distract the globe since they're annoying little ships which are very hard to hit."

As she spoke the Kirisuban ships appeared again hitting the same co-ordinates as before. The two precise phaser beams of the Kagemon were in complete contrast the the Tenchi's all round phasers and plasma torpedo barrage but both re-cloaked before Famine could get a lock on them.

"We've all had defence force training before the death of our world" she added.

The solder smiled at Miyu as let his hand brush across the top of the grass.

"Reminds me of the farm i grew up on," he said with a chuckle. "Names Andrew,"

Nomi's comms officer heard the signal from the warpriests ship and told Nomi.

"de-cloak and get back behind the Neomans" she ordered, her orders also sent to the Tenchi.

Both cruisers seemed to vanish and made their way to safety.

"Miyu Sato" she replied as she kept an eye out for any company as her women guarded the children that were with them.

She was worried about her lover who was on a hospital ship and if she would see him again.

Rotas saw that on the monitor that the shields dropped on the globe and saw ships of the Allied fleet backing off. He ordered his own ships to back off and told the fighter craft to fire their final missiles at the globe as they backed off.

Chapman rapped his fingers on arm rest of the chair. He weighed his options, if he fired the Anti matter bomb the people on the surface would be in danger, if he didn't he in all likelihoods would lose many ships before they destroyed the vessel. He could live with losing 5 to 10% of the people on the surface.

"Fire," He said coldly

The NNS Crimson glided into view, there was a tiny light that escaped it charged to wards the enemy. Faster and faster it seemed to go as the tension on the bridge became apparent.

It struck the ship and a blinding white light erupted from the globe. It was a horrendous sight as atoms and anti-atoms collided and blinked out of existence.

A few moments passed before the shock wave hit the fleet, the shield lighting up in a cocoon of blues and greens.

The ships rocked violently as Jacob wrapped his arms Around Ari helping her keep her footing.

Sparks flew from the instruments, and then everything went quiet.

The Ashen Globe just as before had a giant spherical hole. the glint of fires, and broken power lines glittered the hole.

Suddenly the nav-com lit up like a Christmas tree, It showed enemy's in red, and friendlies in blue.

"There launching fighters!," on of the ensigns said.

"Launch all fighter, load AA guns," Chapman barked just as he did the Ashen vessel lashed out again with its main weapon and it bounced harmlessly off one of the dreadnoughts.

Chapman stood up and straightened his uniform.

It was bleeding and Lt Kago who was in charge joined the medic.

She spoke firmly in Kirisuban hoping that would bring the woman around but she was out cold as well as having a broken leg.

"We'll need to get Ensign Tzu to a hospital ship" she told the medic before introducing herself.

While the child was helped by Andrew, Miyu helped the soldier to his feet. There was nothing to splint the knee so she told him "lean on me and I'll be able to help you until we get medical help"

On the bridge of the Kagemon and the Tenchi both crews could see the fighters launch and do battle.

The Kagemon had played their part and had to wait until the fighters had finished dog fighting until they could fire again.

They could however beam out pilots of they needed to eject..

Captain Rotas and his commanders on the other ship looked i amazement at the blinding light and the incoming fighter craft. He then turned so fast he almost tripped and starting ordering the fighter craft to turn and attack the incoming craft. He also had his other ships turn and start firing their short range weaponary.

There was a booming of gunfire comming from the cooridor outside the bridge. The doors opened and two marines came threw fireing blindly into the cooridor.

Chapman walked over to the door, and pressed the release button on his cloak. HE was clad in a blue body suit, two short swords lashed to his back.

"And they came before her, tears welled in her eyes as she took out he weapons and charged into the black," He siad as he reached up and gripped his swords.

"Get the ones that get past me," He said.

Captain Rotas knew he had to keep the fighters off the fleet, so he redirected half the fighters to defending the ships of the fleets. He also realized they had help from the Imperial fleet. He also put into motion a dangerous plan: He wanted to send a squad of bomber craft to put two container nukes within the Ashen globe ship. He sent his orders and turned to make his message,

"This is Captain Rotas of the Earabian Fleet to Allied and friendly fleets. I am sending in my elite Obitus Decuria to sent two container nukes. They are not as powerful as a regular nuke, but it is more contained and will do immediate area damage. Please keep your fighters as far back as they can without endangering the fleets."

He turned and nodded to the communications officer.

Andrew almost laughed out loud when he saw Kimiko fighting with a tent. He really diddnt expect her to acutally help, more or less he wanted her close to him so he could keep an eye on her.

After a few hours the tents were up and Andrew walked arodn the camp colecting fire wood.

Captain Rotas knew that it was over, but he felt like giving chase. He wanted that thing dead, he knew how important it was to destroy it. The one(Ashen Globe) that attacked Prime III(one of the main colony planets Earabia runs)returned even damaged and almost destroyed the planet itself, but thankfully the combined efforts of Earabias fleet destroyed it...

He turned and started to make orders to help out the allied pilots and their own.

"Brave Nomi should fear," Dab said suddennly very seriouse. "Ashen have ways to make fear,"

The group ate quietly. Andrew wondered if the civilians knew exactly how screwed they were. Behind enemy lines, no heavy weapons, and no reinforcement. Not to mention the fact that even though most of them have fired a weapon, he knew it wouldn't matter if the Ashen attacked in numbers greater then 10.

He looked at kimiko, She was young and didn't deserve to die like that, if the time came... He would make sure the Ashen didn't use her as a snack.

He sniffed and rubbed the back of his neck. "I'll take the watch tonight," He said to the civilians.

A few women nodded back and Miyu gathered them together as they talked quietly in their own language.

However they would be keeping their weapons with them while they slept.

It wiggled under the blade but still hel onto him.

"Help!," Andrew screamed knowing that the others hear the gun shots.

the Kirisuban ship soon reached the lifepods and was using her tractor beam and transporters to get the Isaians to safety.

Dr Fujiko Abe and her team of nurses were there to greet them as she had other crew members pushing trolleys to the Kagemons sickbay for the most serious cases and minor injuries able to be treated on the spot before the Isaians were escorted to various cargo bays and the mess hall to recover.

Fujiko, Alyssa and Mikiko knew they would be in for a long night..

The rattle of the guns brought Andrew out of his tunnel vision. He looked "Down" and Say Miyu abd another women fireing at the vine.

It let him go and he dropped to the groundm, Scrambling to his feet he picked up his rifle.


Suddenly another vine lashed out and struck Andrew in the chest. Andrew fell to the ground cradaling his ribs as the vine again wrapped itself around him and started to drag him into the underbrush.

The vines retreated into the foliage and the forest became quiet once more. Andrew walked up to Gordon and turned him over, tears welling up in his eyes. "I'm sorry," He whispered softly as he yanked Gordon's dog tags off of his neck.

Soon 3 bundles of clothes including boots and an attached comm badge (the atoms badge symbolising the science division). There was also vests, socks and trousers in Dab's size.

All these were sealed in plastic bags and Nomi handed all 3 small packages to Dab.

"Welcome aboard Ensign Dab" she said to him.

The losses were minimal for our side, but it shows that a combined effort is the right way to go about this, sir." said Rotas.

"But the point is captain, we need to speed this up a little. There is opposition back here at home on whether we should even be allied with these other peoples. And you know how much of late how the Grand Commander takes in account of all citizens...

From the darkness more ghouls exploded forth, The jungle fighters weapons came alive, the sharp cracks of each gun formed into a roar.

I did not know that i had Imperial isa forces on my dropship.
