Nomi replies "we couldn't pick them up on scanners before but it should be possible to use our motion detectors along with your scanners.

if theres an area where movement is taking place and its not our forces which can be picked up by scanners then its obviously the enemy. we know theres no other life forms on the planet.

if motion detectors are also given to ground forces they can call in airstrikes once they've pin pointed the enemy"

Samuel shifted "Either way its going to be a hell of a fight.... I dought we will get all of them but we could make areas secure enough to start sending colonists while mop up operations are going on."

"if thats everything I'll send my shuttles ahead to drop motion detectors ahead of the location of our beach head and then we'll continue dropping them ahead of the troops" Ari replies knowing her pilots are ready for the round the clock operation.

their engineering crews had built 30 so far and could build as many again.

The transport ships fired thier payloads.

Threw the balls of fire, The construction drop pods raced toward the hill they had chosen.

within minutes of the pods crashing into the planet they opened reviling panels and construction droids.

The droids hurriedly moved to construct the base

He saw Neoman medics helping the Kirisubans prepare.

He saw Dr. Abe and walked up to her "Have you seen Alyssa anywhere?"

the two shuttles from the Kagemon launched heading to the co-ordinates of the base.

"Alright, have our first air squad ready to head to the surface of the planet fro attack rounds. Have our recon squad head to the sectors around the "beachhead" at a distance further then 100 metre range to scan for movement when our forces start to land. And have our troop crusiers ready to land too, as soon as the first Kagemon ships go down with troops we go in too," ordered Captain Rotas.

About a dozen attack craft started their decent to the atmosphere above the planet. And then minutes later another set of 6 craft launched to head towards the area of the base.

The Galactic Intruder Battle ships took thier positions And blasts of fire came from thier underside as F.E.A.R pods raced out of thier holding bays.

The raced toward the base, easily passing the Earabia drop ships.

The droids were almost complete when the sonic booms of the F.E.A.R pods reached them.

Alyssa smiles again, packs another rolls of sticky bandages and zips the case over slinging it onto her shoulder before leading sickbay with Koiko heading to the transporter room.

she hits her comm badge and gives her team orders in Kirisuban before closing the connection and calling transporter room 2.

she vanishes from that spot in her quarters and reappears in the Juggernaught heading to the gym where she and her team left their power armour.

Now it would be one ship landing long enough to drop its cargo of shock troops and vehicles(including a total of 20 tanks, when i have my whole army down on the surface, however at the moment in the 30 minutes i have like 10 tanks on the ground).
In the first 30 minutes of the first ships droping a total of 3,000 shock troops were running toward the base(basically each ship holds 1,000 troops and 5 vehicles). And Commander Dorne was leading hte way fo his troops towards the base.

"Hi Fredrick," replied Commander Dorne," If you dont mind my men are going to set up pill box type set ups on each of the corners of your base." He walks with Fredrick over to the kirisubans that just beamed down.
"Ladies, good to have you with us." He bows slightly at the waste.

"If you guys dont mind me, i am going to have my men set up the pill boxes and have them start setting up simple trenches on each of the sides of your base, so we can have parimeters for our men to fire at the creatures. I like using several barriers before the base is hit, if it ever is."

You can see men after men that were not on guard duty digging trenches with shovels and earth movers(converted tanks with plows on front). And through all of this Dorne was talking to his other sub-commander direction the operations.

"Nomi, i want you to promise me if we get into some thick sh*t and they are breaching the walls of the base, that you'll leave immediately. Even if it means leaving me on the surface.

I love you, and i would rather die knowing you are safe then dieing unsure whether or not your going to be safe."

Suddenly alarm klaxon's started blaring, The motion sensors had picked up something.

"HERE THEY COME!!!" Someone shouted.

All around the base creatures poured from the forest, they were met by gun fire, claymors, and flame throwers.

Nomi sets her plasma pistol to a kill setting and is joined by Koiko and Alyssa outside the armoury.

"Koiko, you look after Alyssa" she orders "i'll be safe enough"

she contacts the shuttle pilots and orders them to return to the base and strafe the horde of creatures.

"I'll call in ships weapons if its safe too" she tells Samuel

He noticed a weakness in his mens trench system outside the wall and made contact with the sarg. of that region. Thats when he heard the shout of incoming creatures. Thats also when he heard his own men's auto fire from the gatling guns. The ratta tat tat times ten fold went off.
Commander Dorne then lifted his comm pad:

"Fleet squad 2 attack run on the southwest, copy?"

"Roger that Commander." responded the air squad leader.

Dorne then turns and approaches his allied leaders.

"my air borne motion sensors picked up a heavy concentration to the south, west, and east, did your sensors pick that up too? And i sent a air squad to strife the southwest region off the base. So i would warn your troops to not go any further west of their position."

"Understood," replied Dorne as he ran over to one of the machine gun nests one of his men set up. He helped him reload the gun when needed until the other gunner got there from grabbing more ammo. He then turned to his data pad and strategized how he was going to punch a blow to the creatures in the field. Thats when he and everyone else around him heard the sonic boom of sound by the Earabian fighters flying over head and the explosions off to the southwest.

Nomi talked to her pilots as they overflew the area firing their improvised weapons into the rear of the mass of creatures east of the base.

"you have permisson to call in phaser fire" she tells them over the comm line and they do just that giving safe co-ordinates from the base.

the Kagemons main phasers respond and they hit home from orbit decimating the rear ranks of the enemy as the shuttles keep up their firing as well.

they call for another strike the main phasers speak again killing more hostiles that filled the hole left by their departed collegaues.

Nomi smiled and joined her husband in the defence of the base. she was now another soldier as she fired her plasma pistol on its kill setting at the creatures trying to get past the exterior defences and get to the wall.

"sod this" and says and picks up an assault rifle that was dropped firing it into a bunch of creatures still trying to get past the outer defences.

"can't you just die?" she shouts at her enemy.

All along the wall the men with Guass cannons who had been idel waiting for thier orders lept over the wall and hit the ground after a 20m fall.

Thier Guass Cannons Came allive and the shells ripped into the Creatuers sending blood, and limbs flying.

On the Kagemon the Neomans were ready they took the injured men and rushed them into surgery.

The ball of fire encompassed the creature.

The small creatures stopped thier attack and looked confused, they ran back into the forest.

"thats the first victory of the campaign" Nomi replies softly to Samuel " and now we know their function taking those out will make our job easier"

"Wow that was a huge SOB." Said Dorne as he was walking towards the men that were resituating their weapons and preparing the next wave, when it came.

Commander Dorne then walked over to the wall and looked out into the woods. He wondered if that was a sign of weakeness, to show that they were needing the large creature for direction. Commander Dorne then looked at his data pad and then cursed.

Lifting his comm, "Lt. Burg."

"Yessir?"

"Please bring me my laptop with the program on the layout of the continent we are on," ordered Dorne.

"Yessir."

Minutes later, Lt. Burg walked over briskly with a small laptop computer. And hands it to Dorne. Dorne grins and lifts his comm.

"Squad leader two,one,five?" calls Dorne.

"There is a large formation about 300 yards northeast of the base. Fly up there and take some photos and lets see what we have there."

Dorne turns and walks over to the Neomans and the Kirisubons leaders.

"I have sent a fighter/scaner squad about 300 yards to the northeast of the base to investigate a formation that is there. If it is a location where they like to organize or have their "base", it might be worth taking out or a look into figuring out a way to eliminating it," said Dorne, "I am always being sent images of the surrounding area, something i asked Captain Rotas to do for us."

"This here my friends is our massive structure of where at least a large amount of our creature friends hang out. I suggest we either destroy it out right or investigate on how we can make sure it is destroyed and what ever is in it. I have about 2500 troops of ours ready to move out ona moments notice. I was just wanted to share the info we have here, which clearly shows that we have a large amount of creatures around this structure, which might hold more of those large beasts too."

The men walked past the cratered landscape, Some of the creatures were still alive but were soon snuffed by a quick burst form someones rifle.

The men were frosty and ready for anything.

THe creatuers kept comeing but thier numbers were severly depleted.

They met the creatuers with chainswords, lighting hammers, and power axes.

Samuel sliced up into the belly of a creature, the blades on the chainsword cutting it in half effortlessly.

He spun, pistol in hand and shot another creature in the face, it fell to the ground in a pile.

The flailing between the Neomans and creatures was ferocious but the Neomans prevailed.

They were all covered in blood, even Samuel himself was covered in the sticky liquid.

Long story short "Samuel met her at my old house on a poker night.

She was a very tensions person and slept with him that night. They joined the military together and she was placed in his unit under the buddy system.

She used him to raise her standing in the military and then cheated on him with a general who was looking at them for a possible Major command.

Thats why Samuel is still down here with a RAT team instead of where he belongs fighting the enemy as leader of an actual army."

However, even his own men were caught off guard too and many fell as the creature wave first appeared.

Sameul slashed his chain sword in ever direction, with every swing blood, limbs and other no assorted body parts flew into the air.

He was surrounded but he still continued to fight ferociously.

Suddenly one of the creatures jummped on his back. Samuel struggled to get a clean shot with his pistol but the strain was too much.

The creature bite into the overlapping ceramic and titanium plates that made up his Mark 6. one tooth broke threw at the shoulder joint and his right arm fell loosely to the side.

Samuel cried out as more creatures tackled him to the ground and began to beat him senseless as her fruitlessly tried to fight back.

Suddenly bullets ripped threw the creatures that were on top of him, the battle suits had caught up.

They stormed past the fighting Neoman thier arm mounted Gatling guns chopping threw the creatures like a bullet passing threw tissue paper.

One of his men dragged the unconscious Samuel back to the Neoman lines as the battle suits walked forward, mowing down anything that stood in thier path.

He was drug to Alyssa as more and more bodies and wounded were piled up around her.

with Koiko blasting away not far from Alyssa, the medic was furiously working with a medical scanner in one hand and the tools of her trade in the other.

She gave him a shot to stop him going into shock when he woke up and a shot for the pain. after a scan she determined that he would be fine apart from his arm.

As the battle suits marched forward firing to save the troops, a half dozen fighter craft strifed the creature army from behind its lines. Also the Earbian lines stop for a short few minutes to fire an intense burst at the creature line. Plus the random Earabian troop fired a frag nade that exploded taking out another bunch of creatures. Some of the Earabian troops looked briefly at the battle suits in awe. They then would go back to the fighting.

Attention allied and Earabian troops on the front line be aware of the tank movements on your flanks, they are going to move to flank the creatures on both sides while you and the battle suits attack the middle." said Dorne.

Now the tank is considered lightly armored compared to its big brother Birtha. This tanks name is the Squeeler, known for its squeeling missile first it gives off. Both sets of tanks arrived when the battle suits were in the thick of the battle. The Earabian troops cheered as the tanks approached.

The battle raged for another 30 minutes before the combined effort of the Battle suits and the Tanks stemmed the tide.

Samuel awoke slowly, he sat up but his head was still clouded.

His men were standing around, all of them breathing heavily. Night was closing in fast and there was little time to think.

"All right everyone back to the base, were not getting coughed with our pants down at night."

The men nodded and began the slow march back to the base.

"Alyssa, I'm calling in some drop ships to help you transport the wounded,"

within a few minutes the drop ships came down out of the sky and landed in the field strewn with bodies and wounded.

He has the tanks pull up and let them put on the casualties on the vehicles to be brought to the base if needed. And he and the allied troops trudge back to the base.

with the allied casualties being transported to the Kagemon by drop ships, transporter beams and others being ferried to the base for the night Alyssa trudged back to base feeling as if she'd fought the most exhausting battle of her career. still she took time to scan some of the more intact enemy corpses to see what she could find out about their enemy.

Koiko stayed with her as she walked wondering how long this war would take to win..

with the allied casualties being transported to the Kagemon by drop ships, transporter beams and others being ferried to the base for the night Alyssa trudged back to base feeling as if she'd fought the most exhausting battle of her career. still she took time to scan some of the more intact enemy corpses to see what she could find out about their enemy.

Koiko stayed with her as she walked wondering how long this war would take to win..

They trudged away from the giant mound, He knew he had seriously screwed up about the creatuers numbers and overall fighting strength...

But what was he to do?

His thoughts diffted back to his shoulder and how Nomi was going to beat him for messing himself up again...

"Sh*t," he said sofly as he stepped over a log.

Fredrick hadn't spoken to him yet about the Casualtie reports, but he could tell Samuel was depressed so he didn't mention it.

All of a sudden the alarm klaxons hooted wildly as motion was detected coming from the south.

Before the men could mount a proper diffense the creatuers rampaged out of the forest... right into a small mine feild.

Some were blasted apart but most suvived.

With Major Parsons dead Nomi took command by the scruff of its neck.

"man those walls" she shouted "and get back into the fort now while the mine field holds them up"

She looked at what was going on from the south and selected a comm line to her husband.

"Samuel, we've got an attack from the south now. I've taken command of the base for now and all the gunners are ready.

A pair of Neoman fighters on strafing runs heard the bases request for air support hurried to the outpost.

The creatures rushed past the minefeild as the gunners sprayed them, it was aparant that there were two many creatuers for the gunners to stop.

"Be careful, remember your promise Nomi,"

He turned to his men "The outpost is code red, double time!,"

The men sprinted to the outpost but they were far from getting to it.

As soon as the callf or allied air support was called, about a dozen Earabian attack craft swooped in to fire their missiles at the creatures coming out in the open from the forest.

Suddenly massive explosions crashed into the ground, sending dirt into the air.

One man life pods crashed into the ground and the men inside scrambled out and sprinted for the wall. All of them were F.E.A.R members, about 200 in all.

"Sir, hostels are at the wall... thier dead are building a damn ramp... If Your going to do something, do it fast!"

"30 minutes away, just hold them off until we arrive,"

Both Doren and Jefferson saw what the creatures were doing with their dead.

Dorne turned to his comm and made an anouncement.

"Air squad leader, drop fire bomb on enemy targets outside of base, make sure there is distance." ordered Dorne.

Within minutes a squad of attack craft dropped what looked like bombs that didnt explode. And minutes after that Dorne pressed a bunch of keys on his computer. And minutes after that the bombs went off. It went off like napalm. Thousands of creatures died, but they kept coming.

even with them clearing the 'ramps' as fast as they were being built the situatation looked bad.

Nomi was by now blasting with her plasma pistol over the sides of the wall at anything trying to join a pile with the kirisubans not operating the plasma cannon using their their plasma rifles as sniper weapons to try and keep any further creatures away.

Suddenly a battle cry came from the forest from the northeast as Neomans started to spill our from the tree line. Thier weapons came alive almost all at once and they began to cut thier way threw the creatuers.

Suddenly one creatuer that was close to the rim of the wall sunk a claw into his stomach as another lept up and landed on the wall and stared at Nomi fro a second.

Conners hand reached up and grabbed the creature by the neck, he threw himself off the edge takeing the creature with him.

A few moments after they fell of the edge a gernade blast erupted from the ground.

Nomi half stunned by events was slow to realise what had happened but she did.

As she shot creatures that were trying to climb up the latest ramp she whispered in Kirisuban commending Conners soul to his deity.

William and his platoon stood idle at the back of the Neoman lines. They hadn't entered the hand to hand combat.

William looked at Alyssa, he didn't say anything but his eyes asked her if he could get into the frey.

Alyssa looked at William sensing what he was thinking.

"I'll be fine here Wiliiam san" she says "Samuel needs you more than I do"

she already had her plasma pistol out, Koiko blasting away with her plasma rifle using short controlled bursts.

William kissed Alyssa and unstrapped a large battle hammer and charged into the wall of creatures.

Fredrick fired blindly into the mass of creatures, He loaded a gernade in the under barrel loader and blasted a 15m circle of creatures into the afer life.


It was a long and bloddy fight, both sides loseing many. but soon it became apparent that the humans were winning inch by inch, the price though was thier blood.

Nomi blasted the creature about to strike at Lt Jefferson into the next world with her plasma pistol before she looked over the edge and blasted some more trying to climb up the wall of dead.

He opened a small backpack and pulled out a syringe. He bite off the plastic cap around the needle and spit it out. He gave her the shot in the thigh and gave her some morphine.

"Ma'am you need to be evaced right now..." He say as he lifted her uniform and applied a white sticky substance to the wound. It hardened and kept the wound internal

The creatures began to retreat because of Samuel force arriving with such force.

The departed the walls and charged back into the forest leaving the base still secure.

The ground was littered with the bodies of human and creatures, Many were lost but victory had been achieved.

Samuel, William and Fredrick walked into the base with thier men.

Samuel walked along the walls, He noticed Amy's body and his blood went cold.

He opened a comm. "Nomi? Where are you?"

No response came and he panicked

He ran threw the base looking for his wife.

"Nomi!?" he shouted over an over again.

the same medic who gave Nomi her first aid heard the Marshall shouting.

The dropship landed in the Kagemons airlock and Samuel was out of the drioship before the door was fully open.

But lets just say we were lucky that we were able to pull off that counter-attack. And i could say i am also lucky enough to be alive, because of that woman Nomi."

"I hope you have something I could borrow" Alyssa replies smiling "this isn't that comfortable and I'd crush you if I hugged you"

she got dressed in the oversized t-shirt and flip flops and she smiled at William feeling like a woman again.

"What int eh world happened out there? How in the hell did they get so close without us picking them up? And where was our reinforcements, the extra 3k men?" ordered Dorne

"Well sir, we were suprised because our montion sensor craft were being fitted with up to date equiptment, we thought the allies sensors would be just fine to pick up what ever. And as for the troop transports, well one of them was being fixed because it had engine issues. And it was decided by one of the commnaders of that squad to leave behind the troops for rushing to the surface to help evact the injured, sir," responded Jefferson.

"Sigh, well i want this commander to be reporting to me immediately, i need to repremand him for not listening to orders and our regulations," orders Dorne.

He then leaned back in his chair and thought of the rolling plains of Yellow Sandstone Plains back on Earabia.

She ran her scanner and could see the pain in Nomi's face as she whimpered softly.

reaching into her medical bag she gets out a pain killing hypospray and injects her, Nomi finding an escape from her pain.

"Nomi will need a drip to get constant relief and I'll arrange for that to be sent here" she says softly hitting her comm badge and speaking firmly in kirisuban.

A nurse arrives a few minutes later with a drip stand and the appropriate equipment.

Fujiko helps a sleepy Nomi back into bed and connects two drips into her left arm. One is for pain relief and the other is fluid so she dosen't dehydrate.

she also gives Samuel a hypospray.

"this is a knockout spray. If Nomi has another violent nightmare give her this and call me on the comm panel over there. If the drip bags run out i've left a spare of each type here so she has constant help. Basically if you feel you need help you can get me on my comm badge anytime day or night"

Dorne was sitting in his tent listening to both his Lt.'s talk about how to appraoch this situation of eliminating the creature forces. Lt. Jefferson wanted to make use of the sensor craft to find major holdings of the creatures or bases they use to breed and hold the creature troops. While Lt. Geoffery wanted to take the conventional means of use brute force of seek and destroy. Finally Dorne had enough of their ramblings and dismissed them. After about 30 minutes of thinking and looking at layouts of the region he touched his comm pad asking to speak to the Allied armies leader(s).

Meanwhile on the Rodanna, Captains Rotas and Cort were discussing other matters of the sector after talking about the planet missions.

"So i take it the Council thinks it is a good idea to be part of these operations then i take it?" asked Rotas.

"Oh yes. They think it would benifit us all to have good allies in the sector. They also want us to focus on other operations at the same time. They want us to take the other planet in the sector. They want us to take the smaller planet that is inhabital. They are sending another force of 9,000 to 10,000 troops plus the fleet that comes with them. They are in route and should be entering the system at the same time we are in our missions on the surface which the ground commanders are about to discuss soon here."

"Well lets just hope our allies dont take offence to us landing a force onthe other planet for colonizing. Since we are haing major issues with population control on our main world." says Rotas shaking his head.

"Well we wouldnt have any problems if we were to be allowed to build higher into the atmosphere, but alas..." says Corts, "But we have to make proper the idea of resources too though i suppose."

Koiko in her kirisuban uniform was stretching as she got out of her tent in the base. her team had also stayed overnight and two of them relieved the plasma cannon operators who had sat the night watch. The kirisuban security people had their standard kevlar armour on, the red back and chest plates as well as the leg guards and helmet still making them look like women despite the bulk of it.

They walked for what seemed like forever, until they came to a large ovular room. It was tinted a fluorescent green. At the center thier was a humanoid like creature upon a pillow made of organic material.
