I do have a question of how we plan to keep the creatures in one place as soon as the turkey shoot begins. I imagine they will try to flee in every direction they can?" he asked.

Meanwhile on the other side of the system(which like the distance of pluto to Earth) Captain Corts is coordinating a landing on the new planet there.

"Sir we do need a name for this planet, what shall we call it?" asked Drake, as he was loading up his weapon on the shuttle bay floor.

"Well, in ancent times we had a group of men that were explorers that fought creatures that look like what we are hunting now. They used to eat the creatures tails thinking they had powers. They called themselves Ouroboros. Well we dont eat these creatures, but it is a fitting name for this place and this system." said Captain Corts.

Samuel expertly took the Drop ship higher into the stratosphere.

"This is...." he looked back at the wing markings "Eco 2-5, Requesting permissions to land" There was a slight pause and the comm came to life. "Permission granted."

Samuel pushed the throttles forward and took up a slot in the massive drop. He followed them in and found a nice clearing to land on.

He opened the back hatch and walked out. The men coming out of the drop ships weren't Jacob's. They were clad in armor like the Mark 6s but it was leaner and on each the them there was a long pole that curved near the top.

"What the hell?" Samuel said

When Koiko returned four men in full battle gear were standing at the door to the med lab and two more in the room. All of them bearing the same penal legion tattoo as Fredericks.

Dr. Greener nodded when Koiko returned "These men are the best i could find, they all served in the same platoon in the penal legion,"

Nomi exited with a slung APBR over her shoulder and she didn't recognise the different armour type.

She was ready to cock the rifle if she needed knowing that something was wrong here.

Koiko nodded and said "Dr Greener, I would still like to be involved and only the Vice-Admiral can order me away from Fredericks side"

She looked determined as she sat by Frederick's bed her plasma pistol on her lap and set to heavy stun.

She had also picked up two security guards and the men took station outside the door.

Samuel walked to the command center, Inside there was a big man standing there giving orders.

"Excuse me," Samuel said.

The big man turned and looked at Samuel and Nomi and raised an eyebrow

"Why didn't anyone notify us that you were going to be dropping troops," Samuel said slightly agitated by the mans arrogance.

"Ah, you must be the Marshals," The man gave Samuel a smile

"Yes, and you didn't answer my question. Why did you land troops on our planet without authorization?" Samuel motioned to wards Nomi and himself.

"Because we didn't need your authorization, we are Procurator Keith's men we only have to answer to him,"

Nomi looked totally relaxed as she said "I hope you understand is a joint colony world. I would want to know what the Procurator has in mind by interfering with this worlds development especially since the war is going in our favour"

The men around them had encircled them all ready to jump Samuel. Samuel would make it so they never would question his authority again. He picked his boot off the man chest and kicked him hard in the ribs, before the men had a chance to jump him he drew his pistol and looked at them.

"The next one to question our authority is going to be shot, so who's first," The men stood for a moment and looked at each other before parting, and making a path for Nomi and Samuel.

Fredrick opened his eyes slowly, His eye sight was fuzzy and his head hurt.

Captain Rotas looked at Ari with disbelief, yet wasnt also surprised, since he believed all nations(planets) have faults at their based and those that would try to take advantage of others.

Samuel landed at the base, As soon as he got out he started barking orders to his men to go Full tactical. He also went to the command bunker and meet with the man who would take over command when he left for orbit.

While Samuel was busy Nomi took what she needed from the tent, got changed into her uniform and left it up knowing she may be back here later.

She took the plasma pistol but kept the APBR slung over her shoulder.

She was now all business as she talked to the 15 security people from the Tenchi that had relieved the Kagemon's people.

The women all listened carefully and nodded to Nomi. They would obey her orders without question since they were Samurai and were wearing their Katanas as well as their plasma rifles and armour.

Commander Drake was just stepping out of his landing shuttle as the other two landing craft was making their landing. He nodded at the landing and reminded himself he needed to talk to the craft pilots on how they needed to upgrade the landing craft too besides the main ships.
He then looked around the landing area and planned out in his head on how he would set up the camp.

"Sir space reports that we have massive unknown movement in the this sector and this one." he said.

"Hmmm, send a recon force between these sectors to keep an eye out on them. Use the cloaking recon force we have." He ordered.

Moments later, a team of 10 specialists dressed in fatigue clothing that looked very light weight walked off into the woods.

Ari replied "Nomi you should be taking a guard with you anytime you leave the ship. I know you feel they get in the way but now they could save your life and you've already had one close call."

In the camp the beginnings of a farm were taking shape. It was small for now but they has selected plots and were weeding them after pulling the plough themselves.

These would grow vegetables for their own use and the fast growing plant strains they had developed on New Kirisubo should do well here.

If these worked out then more plots could be set aside but you had to start small.

They were in separate pens that had straw bedding. Samuel picked one out and opened the cage. The Razormain jumped out and romped around the room for a moment sniffing Samuel and Mari before returning to Samuel. He knelt down and patted the Razormains hard bone carapace and looked at Mari.

"Want to pet her? Shes a sweet heart, just don't move for hand like a small animal. And watch out for these." He lifted one of the long bone bristles around its neck showing a sharp almost serrated blade. The pack of bristles were down and seemed to be part of its carapace, but As Samuel knew they could stand on out and make a main of razors. The Razormaine looked at Mari its tongue hanging out it deep dark eyes staring directly into her.

ooc: Razormaines are about a large dog size, but weight almost twice as much. Beside the bone carapass and main of long bone brisslts they have a tail with a scorion like stingger that does inject a pretty powerful venom

He turned to Shasha and said something in a very thick language. Sha'sha jumped up and trotted to wards Samuel and sat down. Samuel put the Muzzle over her mouth and the collar over her quills. and attached the leash and the tail guard and patted her on her head.

"We mainly use them for recon, intimidating rioters, and hunting... There great animals but it only takes a few words to get them ready for a fight.

Samuel shouted a few words in Gothic and the Sasha's temperament totally changed she stiffened up and the quills began to click together and she growled softly. He spoke a different set of words and she returned to her previous temperament.

"We're ready when you are," Samuel said as he wrapped the leash around his hand a couple times so he could get a good hold on her.

In the night sky, the horizon was very intranceing. Bright flashes, and after a few minitues the sound of the muffled blast reached the base.

An older man walked in the center of the bass carrying a bull horn "Kirisuban civilians, please listen to this anouncement. You a hear by ordered by the Neoman military to evacuate the base and procede to orbit. Please bring only what you can carry, and follow me,"

Just as he finished a Neoman dropship flying low and fast scorched over the base, a second later a missle came chasing after it. The dropship flew up vertically in a fubel attemp to escape. The missle struck it in the right engine and the dropship exploded. sending flaming peices of metal to the ground

He dodged and weaved as the thud of flac could be heard and felt threw walls. Suddenly there was a jarring hit and blood erupted form the man seating next to Miyu.

He screamed out in pain as he looked down at his stomach. There was a fist sized hole, and blood an intrails flowed out. "God damn it," He said before he slumped forward... dead.

He reached down and ripped his dogtags off of his neck and hit a button on the large cargo doors. The came open and he grabbed the body "Sorry buddy, but you'd do the same to me," He said as he pushed him out of the dropship.

He hit the button again and the cargo doors shut, He reached into a cargo hold and pulled out a object that looked a lot like a fire extinguisher.

The hole in the fulelage was small but someone could easily put there arm threw. He pulled a small tab and held down on the trigger. A blue gelatinus fluid shot out and stuck to the hole and hardened. He placed the tool in the cargo hold agian and turned to see a group of stunned faces. "Extra weight," He said bluntly as he sat back down and strapped himself in.

Signals were coming through faster then Commander Dorne could respond to the fighting outside of the base. Suddenly there was a creaking sound comeng from the dropships hull. The Neoman soldiers eyes went wide and he hurridly unstrapped himself and went for the hull sealent.

The sealent around the punctured hull began to crack. "We need to land on the Juggernaut!," He shouted to the piolet before spraying a blast of the sealent at the hull. It was futile as the cracks began to interlock and grow.

Te piolet jammed the thrussters on full, almost topeling the solder to the deck. He regained his balance and began to spray full blast.

"Above your heads there are air masks, put them on!" He bellowed at the Kirisubans

He turned his head and looked at the two.

Ryan's uniform was cut away, The doctor hit him three times with the defibrillator's before cursing in Neoman. He took a saw like tool and began to cut away at Ryans sternum.

He used at tool that looked like a reverse vice and spread Ryan's ribs. He took his gloved hands and reached in Ryan's chest and started doing a heart massage.

As he worked he looked up and saw Miyu "Close that God D--- curtain!," he shouted at a nurse. The curtain was pulled back to its closed position.

"Chapman san, I do have a personal stake in what happens to Mr Boorman. You knows he's engaged to my security chief and it would devastate Koiko if he died.
