the sliced fruit like thing? that's bread fruit. Ancient Hawaiians used that like bread... or kinda like bread.
the Poi is mashed taro root. the lomi salmon is a salad/dressing made up of Diced tomatoes, onions, chives, salmon and other spices.
Well....I've never tried any of that before...but I'm sure I shall have it again....

*he slowly walked through the dense foiliage in the forest, retracing his steps from the few nights earlier. after awhile he came to the clearing, which he then crossed. he stopped in front of the tree which he had flicked the blood on. the few buds had spread, encircling the entire tree in a vine. the tree itself had turned from a healthy brown to a sickly grey. a sort of dark energy radiated from the tree. the energy almost seemed to have a voice about it, emotions even. anger, hate, death; these where the words whispered in the wind around the tree. he closed his eyes and relished in the feeling.*

Yes it is a nice name. I must say you don't look much like your name, although Orchid is a very pretty flower.
Do you have blackberry juice please, apart from fermented elderberry juice that is my favourite.
Mother makes the elderberry juice, when it is fermented for a while it makes you feel really good.
Mother says I shouldn't drink it when it is too fermented though. She can be a spoilsport sometimes.
