haha...another inside joke. Quick story time. A story-let if you will.

So I had a spanish teacher in High school. He was insane, always talked about his cat, etc. So he was really strict about being late to class, and would take off points. I was having a bad day, and I got in the door just as the bell rang. So he looked at me, and said "Ah, Raul! Menos puntos!". I looked at him, and said "MENOS TU VIDA!" and sat down like nothing happened.

twas a good class that day. *nod*

Ah - the best part of mine, w/Mr. Olson in Homer ... he was introducing the -se suffix as a self-applying actualization of a verb.
Like, llavarse ...

I, of course, in front of class, blurted "chuparse?"
He didn't think it was funny. The rest of the class hadn't really done any particular verb research.
All i got was a wag of the finger out of it.

haha...the day I learned "mama" means "you suck" if accented wrong was a good day.
Or the day we learned the very "pusay"
or when I randomly told my teacher I was looking at pictures of her.
or the day I wasn't paying attention, and so answered "how are you feeling" with "the monkey in my pants burns with the fire of the devil for the cat with the beer in the oven"
or when I learned my favorite pick up line ever. You coax a girl over with a come-hither finger move. When they get near you, you say "Yo viene con un dedo...Imagina todos cinco.", translated to "I made you come with one finger. Now imagine all 5"

ok ok..

well i remember this one time when i was at school and this kid came up to me.. he told me about how his dog was talking to him when he was high and that the dog used the word "sexy" a lot.. well the next thing i know, im sitting on the couch at the office thinking "what is sexy? what drives someone to think such a thing? why use it in context terms, when things like sexuality and gender are so demeaning to the modern day eye wittness of such things like terrorism and famine?" this really got to me.. i did some research on why people use this aweful word; "sexy"; i pondered at the fact that wiki had fucked me over so many times and that in the end, it helped me here; in this sexified case; an issue; an expression; a little word; why has it effected me so?; wiki had shown me the way. the reason that made reason reason.

it had told me that the word so casually used, so sexified, so small; was about the human mind and that it was meant as an attraction; as if i was to be an object in the mind of an adulterss; i understood that this word was nothing more than a pfrase thrown around with out thought.

so i looked further. what i found was horrifing.

i found that i can believe you're still reading this. you crazy fucks. my god, seriously, its ramndon drible.. crap.. bullshit. stop reading. seriously, you're a loser. still reading? i bet you are. get a god damn life!

and in the end i found that the word "sexy" simply meant "i want to fuck you hard core"

To be fair, it's all going in the same petri dish.
I wouldn't worry about it too much ... everytime i brought up my similarly-oriented youth to people, they'd hang up on terms like "petri" and end up afraid of me. Not so much derision or mockery, but fear. And perhaps respect, but mostly a distinct lack of comfort with my presence.
SO, no worries!

No, Moe wanted his boat painted with the tongue, and both coats have already been applied.
In fact, while La Dame du Spam's been eviscerated, i squeezed her lungs a bunch to help dry the boat quicker.
So no, your tongue won't be needed, so NO WORRIES! :)

First off, I'd like to welcome you all to todays program.

In the many years of scientific study and research; Dr. Straugh, and I, Dr. Rufferto, have 12 years of combined knowledge of Hybrid (disambiguation), and DNA Structuring.

After several meetings and DNA collecting, we had come to the conclusion that an experimental hybrid would be acceptable.
IL Ruffino
27-06-2006, 06:25
I would now like to take this time to explain the processes and procedures we included in our project.

Hybridization is the process of combining complementary, single-stranded nucleic acids into a single molecule. Nucleotides will bind to their complement under normal conditions, so two perfectly complementary strands will bind to each other readily. Conversely, due to the different geometries of the nucleotides, a single inconsistency between the two strands will prevent them from binding. The process can be reversed by heating the molecule.

In biology, hybrid has three meanings.
The first meaning is of crosses between two animals or plants of different taxa. Hybrids between different species within the same genus are sometimes known as interspecific hybrids or crosses. Hybrids between different sub-species within a species are known as intra-specific hybrids. Hybrids between different genera are sometimes known as intergeneric hybrids.
The second meaning of "hybrid" is crosses between populations, breeds or cultivars of a single species. This second meaning is often used in plant and animal breeding.
The third meaning is in molecular biology; see Hybridization (molecular biology).

Ernst Mayr wrote of Gregor Mendel:
"He was uncertain about the nature of the kinds of peas he crossed, and, like most plant breeders, he called heterozygotes "hybrids". When he tried to confirm the laws he had found by using "other hybrids" that were actually real species hybrids, he failed. The use of the same term "hybrid" for two entirely different biological phenomena thwarted his later efforts."

Some dog hybrids (used in sense two, above), are becoming increasingly popular and are being bred selectively. In cats, the erroneous term feral-domestic hybrid is often used to indicate a cross between the domestic cat and a wild cat species (erroneous because a "feral" animal is a domestic animal that has reverted to the wild state).
An example of an intra-specific hybrid is a hybrid between a Bengal tiger and an Amur (Siberian) Tiger.

Plant hybrids, especially, are often stronger than either parent variety, a phenomenon which when present is known as hybrid vigour (heterosis) or heterozygote advantage. Plant breeders make use of a number of techniques to produce hybrids.

The Lonicera fly is the first known animal species that resulted from natural hybridization. Until the discovery of the Lonicera fly, this process was known to occur in nature only among plants.

Interspecific hybrids
Interspecific hybrids are bred by mating two species, normally from within the same genus. The offspring display traits and characteristics of both parents. The offspring of an interspecific cross may be sterile. Sterility is often attributed to the different number of chromosomes the two species have, for example donkeys have 62 chromosomes, while horses have 64 chromosomes, and mules and hinnies have 63 chromosomes. Mules, hinnies, and other normally sterile interspecific hybrids normally cannot produce viable gametes because the extra chromosome cannot make a homologous pair at meiosis, meiosis is disrupted, and viable sperm and eggs are not formed. However, fertility in both female mules and hinnies has been reported with a donkey as the father.

While it is possible to predict the genetic composition of a backcross on average, it is not possible to accurately predict the composition of a particular backcrossed individual, due to random segregation of chromosomes. In a species with two pairs of chromosomes, a twice backcrossed individual would be predicted to contain 12.5% of one species' genome (say, species A). However, it may, in fact, still be a 50% hybrid if the chromosomes from species A were lucky in two successive segregations, and meiotic crossovers happened near the telomeres. The chance of this is fairly high, 1/2^(2×2)=1/16 (where the "two times two" comes about from two rounds of meiosis with two chromosomes); however, this probability declines markedly with chromosome number and so the actual composition of a hybrid will be increasingly closer to the predicted composition.
Hybrids are often named by the portmanteau method, combining the names of the two parent species. For example, a zeedonk is a cross between a zebra and a donkey. Since the traits of hybrid offspring often vary depending on which species was mother and which was father, it is traditional to use the father's species as the first half of the portmanteau. For example, a liger is a cross between a male lion and a female tiger, while a tigon is a cross between a male tiger and a female lion.

Experimental Procedure

Double-stranded DNA helix is heated.

Complementary strands separate.

Sample of single strands is then mixed with another sample of single strands.

Combined sample is then cooled slowly for DNA to reanneal and form a new "hybridized" DNA molecule.

The speed at which hybridization occurs is indicative of genomic similarity between the two samples; percentage genomic similarity and speed of hybridization being directly proportional.

Through processes of DNA Hybridzation analysis, the relative differences and similarities between species can be mapped based on a DNA Difference Score.

Molecular techniques such as FISH and Southern blots use hybridization probes to identify RNA or DNA.

We started off by collecting DNA from eye lashes and other "samples".

Durring the procedure we decided to.. enhance the hybrid.. We included things like spamalanche bile ducts, knee-jerk brain levers, and imported saliva from a third party.

After all of this; we have finished sucessfully.

While we did have one problem, it turned out for the best.

The hybrid's DNA structure had a mutation causing said hybrid's growth to speed up the fetal phase. As shown on the stage below.
