*Queen Surukai looks astonished at Clara. Then she looks at the spilt cup of PEPSI which just ruined her good mood.*

*Queen Surukai pulls the hardest bitch slap on Clara right then and there.*

"First you say Dante has no reason to love me, then you spill my pepsi. You ought to burn in hell."

*Surukai pries Clara's hands from around her neck and kicks her hard in the shin.*

"Weak? Really?"

///Clara lets go of Surukais neck and grabs the nearest steak knife.

She thrusts the knife at surukai slicing her shoulder.

DONT MOVE! I'LL GET YOU!

She throws the knife at Inferno missing his head barely.

*Goes to get the buckets of mud with Inferno*

"You wanna get the beer?" Jack asked.

"Yep, I will be back in a few!" responded Inferno.

*Surukai grasps her shoulder and writhes in pain. She looks up at Clara and a her face turns to a grimace.*

"You are nothing more than a bitch, Clara. All you have ever done is looked at people with pure jealousy."

*She kicks Clara to her surprize and runs toward the table at full speed. Along the way she grabs up a loves knife and flings it straight into Clara's leg.*

"Hehe"

INFERNO smiles and says thank you he takes him and the guards back they fall to the ground and he grabs one of their guns and jumps back to his feet and points the gun at clara he says back away from queen surukai now.


And the he yells GET ME A DAMN PEPSI NOW!!!!

She grasps her leg and drops to the floor foot sweeping Surukai onto her back.///

Inferno! Go save those two now! You are there, now help them!

*Surukai lands with a thud and starts to kick Clara from the ground.*

///Clara quickly reaches up her dress to pull out two pistols. She aims them at surukai and inferno.

Inferno you stay there. DONT EVEN MOVE OR I SHOOT YOU! I havent spent all this time with Dante for nothing. He thought me ALWAYS to be prepared and I'm pretty DAMN fast so don't try me. DROP IT INFERNO!///

*Surukai takes advantage of Clara's not noticing her for a moment and throws yet another knife at her landing in her shoulder.*

"Pay attention!"

*Queen Surukai pulls out a handgun from one of her many pockets.*

"Don't underestimate me!"

*The gun is now pointing at Clara.*

///Clara holds tightly to the gun and rolls out of the aim of the gun. She dives at surukai knocking the gun out of her hand and surukais hand. She holds the other gun at Inferno and shoots the gun right out of his.

*Surukai slowly jabs another knife into Clara's leg and partially shows her stash of knives at her side.*

"I have plenty more to go Clara!"

Why the heck not INFERNO picke up a knife and throws it into the shoulder opposite of what surukai did perfect it stuck in

*Queen Surukai tries to stand up, however, she can't so she pulls herself to a safe distance.*

"Clara, stop all of this before we kill you!"

*Queen Surukai's eyes pop up a bit realizing her words.*

"Yeah, um, I don't really wish death on you, I think it is wrong that you kill though....."

///Clara stands up. She shoots out the lights and makes for the door. She gets out of it and slams it shut locking it. At that time a guard runs to her and hands her a note.

I will be sooner than I expected.

She reads it over again and again in shock.

OH NO! DAMN YOU DANTE WILL HERE OF THIS SOONER THAN YOU THINK! HE'S COMING HOME SOON. YOU'LL PAY BOTH OF YOU! HE WONT TOLERATE THIS BEHAVIOR FROM GUESTS! CLEAN THAT MESS UP IN THERE BEFORE HE GETS HOME TOMORROW OR YOU'LL BOTH BE SENTENCED TO HIS FAMOUS DEATH SENTENCES!

Clara is carried to her room and a doctor is called.

*Queen Surukai stands up slowly and starts to clean up. She is a major neat freak.*

INFERNO kicks open the door and walks to his room...

First Der Fuhrer, and then Jack Fady, see King Joseph that morning. To each of them he says, "The Doctors tell me that you are ready to be taken off of these machines and can now go home. However, you should be careful, you had some nasty injuries, and it wouldn't do for you to try anything too exerting for the next several weeks."

Hey! Remember me? Can somebody sum up what has happened?

King Joe, Jack Fady, Queenie, Inferno, and Dante met at Dante's base to have a little chat with a drink. Dante Accidently shot himself, and then we saved him. After this, some of us leave, Queenie stays. Dante takes the Queen back to his castle where she finds him activating the COSP-G1 program again. I get orders from DFD to blast those sats out of the sky, and I do. After whch, Queenie and Dante go to one of his bases.

Der Fuhrer, Jack Fady (my character) and Inferno went to Dante's castle to save Queen Surukai from eminent destruction. We enter the building, and we "rescue" Dante and Queen S. Inferno accidently/purposely shoots Dante after we give direct orders not to. I (Jack Fady) get pissed and start a manhunt in the castle while my military squad outside cuts the power. DFD and Queen S tend to Dante as I hunt down Inferno. After which, a million man army suposedly came in and tried to stop the war.

I carpet-bombed the army, Flandern sends a helicopter to pick us up. Der Fuhrer and I go to the hospital, and Queen and Dante remain at another Dante castle with Inferno. Then there is a catfight between the Queen and Dante's ex lover who happens to be his successor.

That brings us up to date, as far as I understand it.

Anyone else have anything else to say? Am I right?

From my knowledge of the overall events this is the sequencial order of events from around the time you last left us.

To begin, after you left Dante obtained my COSP program and had activiated it. He used the COSP against us and was taking our allies out one by one. He failed to destroy the main players though. From what he claims, he wanted a good fight.

However, at a meeting where most attended, and unfortunately I had missed, Dante met with the main national leaders that are most active here. Some of them revealed their past and others wasted themselves away with alcohol. The meeting abruptly ended when Dante shot himself.

Furthermore, Dante lived by the care of all present that remained. He repayed them the favor by turning back to the COSP program and trying to steal my nation. Queen Surukai prevented both by manipulating Dante into handing back my nation and stop working with the COSP.

Meanwhile, Ruhr and I had set up operatives around the building they all were congregating. Queen Surukai unlocked the lock down that Dante issued, which in return gave Ruhr and I the perfect oppurtunity to enter the building. We entered to retrieve the COSP and to take Dante to a proper medical facility where he could be supervised at all hours.

However, an event astonished us all. Inferno stole my sniper rifle while I was lagging behind from a back ache, while Ruhr was giving him over for us to carry, and while Queen Surukai was off guard with her hip pain. He shot Dante in the head , but the wound was superficial.

Dante had just missed his second chance at death. Inferno turned to his natural self defense and fought to keep us from attacking him. He fled and tried to prevent us from attacking him. Ruhr went after Inferno to stop him, Queen Surukai helped me carry Dante to the third floor, which was safe haven, and Inferno hid while Ruhr searched for him.

Inferno surrenders for a moment to give blood to Dante who desperately needed it. Inferno was blood type O negative, which is the universal blood donor. We took a successful chance and preformed a direct blood transfusion, saving Dante's life.

Inferno went to go back into hiding, but Ruhr was too close to his tail and captured him. We remained in this one room, where some unfortunate mistakes where made and we all suffered dearly.

Queen Surukai and I had known a character from before, who happened to excel in assassinations. He had come to our region before to assassinate the former leader Chaos. Snorkles had gained our trust through talking. We had hired him for a job, that due to the change of events could not have taken place. We offered him some activity by coming into this building to search the building for any secretive devices that Dante may have had that would have led to his downfall, which happened to be found. Snorkles, which was also an expert search team, found a biochemical that Dante had appearantly been creating. They brought it to us.

Here is the betryal. Snorkles, who I assume was really agrivated about the calling off of his original operation, turned his back to Queen Surukai and I and fired upon us. He shot Queen Surukai and I both in the shoulder and me in the left hand, while reaching for my assult rifle. We had Ruhr go to stop him, but Snorkles fired upon him, shooting him in the leg. Inferno went to catch the gun that was shot from Ruhr's hand, to find someone had stabbed him with a knife for, after many warnings pf not moving, had moved. Snorkles fled, but was also injured in the attack. It turned out that Snorkles had a split personality of some sort and had a allie behind him who prevented us from persuing them.

Unfortunatley, they fled by helicopters. Ruhr's men shot the helicopter out of the sky in Whitecastle's territory. At that time, Whitecastle moved troops in to try and destroy us all to end the war. No word had yet been heard of Snorkles. I assume Snorkles is still alive. I have already proved that you could live after bring shot down from a helicopter. I assume someone is playing Der Fuhrer here.

On the other hand, great King Joseph led a team of men into the building to evacuate us. We were transferred to a splendid hospital in neutral territory, where Ruhr and I still are to this moment.

However, Inferno working with Queen Surukai and a nine year old boy helped break Dante out of the hospital. They returned to one of Dante's home, if I am correct and are now staying there. Dante, from my understanding, has left and will be returning soon, if I am assuming correctly from that little note. A former aquaintance Lady Clara has come back and, from what it appears, does not like Queen Surukai one bit, and Queen Surukai dislikes this Lady Clara.

I am not sure of the finer details of this later action, so you must ask someone else about it.

I hope that this clarifies matters with you. If you are still interested in this war then I must tell you that it has come to an unofficial end. We are going to be holding war crime trials momentarily, after we find the right people for the cases.

I had originally typed a very lengthy tribute of events that led to this war, why it started, and explinations for the events that have taken place throughout the war, like the elimation of The Red Queen.

I figured that this would not interest you. I can not explain why some matters fell the way they had.

I do not believe that my "breifing" of the war since he left was inncorrect. I may have missed some pieces of information, such as you destroying the satellite system's Network Two, but I was typing so fast and focused on the finer details of the action.

If I had misconstrued some information then please tell me what I have mistaken and I will correct it this instant.

To All,

I leave my hospital room and head straight for Queen Surukai's room. I find that the room is inhabited by another patient. Confused, I leave to find Inferno to ask him where Queen Surukai has gone to. I find that he, too, is gone. I ask the secretary where they have gone, only to find that she is quite agrivated by telling me that they have broken loose from the hospital by a little boy who looked so innocent.

I ponder for a moment and ask for the room number in which Ruhr is in. I go to his room to find his Silver Force will not let me enter. I cross the corridor and sit down waiting for him to exit.

After five minuters, I grow impatient and leave. I go to leave when I realize that I have left my headset here. I ask the security guard to retrieve it for me. I sit down in the waiting room in my black stealth suit, which the hospital was kind enough to wash for me and gives me back my guns, with great hesitation. I do not blame them though. They just had an escape. Handing someone weapons does not seem like a smart idea.

However, I find that they trust me. I borrow Emergency Medical Service luggage to carry my guns in. One of my best Special Operationalists comes to escort me and takes the bag. My right shoulder is bandanged up and my hand is wrapped, but much better. I remain sitting. The officer has yet to return.

I look at the large clock to see that the time is after eight o'clock PM. I quickly stand up and the officer returns with my headset. I quickly snatch it up, thank him, and rush out of the door. In front of my, down the large parking lot, is a Lambourghini Diablo. I open the door and slide in, while my Special Operationalists gets into the passenger seat. He hands me the keys and makes haste to buckle himself, as well as I do.

I turn on the car and set it going. After five minutes of highly illegal traffic violations I speed onto a freeway. The second I hit the freeway, I take the car to its maximum speed of 206 miles per hour. I speed past cars nearly hitting them.

We arrive at an airport where a plane is waiting to take me back to The Dictatorship. My Operationalist hurries in and we set off. Halfway there, I receive a message of a formal invitation from Queen Surukai. I can not pass this oppurtunity. The plane descends and we land and work our way to the place that Queen Surukai has directed us to.

I arrive outside a massive structure beaming with Greek like pillers. I come to a set of doors that is a disgrace to mankind. I know, however, that there is a deeper meaning behind those doors than what it appears.

My escorts for the evening, whom I have met on the plane, are our dear Atticus and our once leader Mathias Bortnainsky. Atticus knocks heavily on the door, while shifting a rather large bag to his other shoulder.

*The girl looks out throught the window, and notices it is a little past 8:00. She looks toward the unfinished decorations, unhappily. You notice the girl is QueenSurukai and try to figure out what she is doing. Well, she is decorating, for a surprize party. In which Der Fuhrer must help. She looks worriedly at the door.*

"Come on!"

*You see the doors open to the room and a few familiar faces come into view. Der Fuhrer, Mathias and Atticus walk through and pick up a few decorations as they set to work.*

Surukai: Good to see you again Der Fuhrer, Atticus, Mathias.

Der Fuhrer: Hello Surukai. I see the decorations are coming along quite nicely.

*They all procede to decorate some more.*

To All,

"I think I will work on the light work. I can not do anything to strenuous with my arms." You see that my one arm is sling and the other's hand, my left hand, is bandaged.

"That is why I have brought these two muscle men. They have the heavy work down. I see that Inferno has been here. The door has been broken. I will see to it that he comes down from his room and does something."

I head upstairs following Queen Surukai's instructions on where to find Inferno's room. I open the door to find him routing through a walk in closet, tapping the walls.

I begin to speak to him, "Inferno, please come down and help. Some of your old friends are here. They are interested in meeting you once again."

Inferno follows me and we head down the massive staircase to find that the decorating is beautiful and almost complete. Some other guests have arrived, including The Almighty Anna. They, too, begin to help finish.

*Queen Surukai looks around at the lovely work they all did. She rubs her shoulder where the knife went in and congratulates Atticus and Mathias on the good job they were doing so far.*

I look at Queen Surukai, "Come here Queen Surukai. That will not due." I grab her good arm with my better arm and pull her upstairs.

Once inside her room, I look through the variety of dresses and garments that there is. I pull out one.

"This is the one. Wear this and hurry. He will be here soon. Here.", I look through the vanity draws and finds a gold necklace with a rather large diamond in it. It is shaped as a heart. I put it on Queen Surukai. Queen Surukai gets into the beautiful long white gown that resembles a wedding dress. I smile, "Perfect. Come on. He will be here soon."

*Queen Surukai scuttles off into another room to spectate on decorations. She continues to wander around, wondering what else she can do to help but finds all jobs are taken. So she wanders back to the main hall and looks at everyone working so hard.*

"Only a little bit longer. That food smells so good....mmm."

*She ventures closer to the kitchen doors to get a taste of the tantalizing smells.*

///The roar of my spirits shake the room while they pass over the building. They land at a airbase that I have located near my "home". I get out and grab my cane and slip my long heavy black cloak over my neatly pressed military uniform. A long black limo is waiting for me and it takes me to the front doors. Yes my children doors and I get out. Making sure my mask is on good I slowly walk up to the door and immediately they are opened flooding the darkness with light. I lift my arm to shield the bright light from my eyes.///

*Queen Surukai notices all the decorating is done just in time. The door is opening and a figure in a ceramic masks is there...*

*whispering*

"Dante........"

*Queen Surukai smiles brightly as he comes to the light.*

I walk around the kitchen and watch all the workers bustling about. They fill large trays with small appetizers. I begin to sample the food. It is, I must admit, delicious.

One of the workers stops and stares at me and breaks into a shrieked whisper, "I know you. You are Der Fuhrer. Oh my God. No, it can not be. You here, in Dante's utopia."

I smile and speak back. "I am not here to start a fight. Queen Surukai had asked if I could try and reconcile the past. I am here to maintain peace. If anything is to happen here tonight, I have brought Atticus and Mathias to keep order. There will be no disturbances."

The worker, a woman, is releaved at this information and offers me to try some of the main courses. I sample mashed potatoes with gravy and ham. I walk around and begin to help them prepare the food.

///I look around and take notice that there are alot of people here. Half that I don't know. I notice Inferno standing by the stairs looking stupidly at the decorations and my Queens smiling at me. Clara runs past Surukai bumping her.

Dante I told her that it wasnt a good idea. I told her that you wouldnt like all this. She wouldnt listen Dante. Oh come here and let my have your cloak. Its so hot in here. Dante dont be mad at me. It was her idea.

I stare. No one could see my face. Its hidden really good behind my mask. I dont want people staring at my forehead! I notice my Queen moving closer to me and Clara limping.

What happend to you?///

"Hello Dante! I see you are doing much better now."

*She smiles once more toward Dante.*

*Surukai takes a quick look to her shoulder and then smiles once again as she fights back a yelp of pain from her shoulder.*

Hungering smells are issued from the kitchen as we finish the last of the dinner. All that is heard within the kitchen are rapidly talking voices sounding with excitement, pots and pans clanging, and rapping of many varities of utensils.

I help make some of the deserts. I add my own Bourbon to the moose and fill a large bowl with Bon Bons.

Finishing The Reich's famous Boubon Moose, I head to work add delicacies to the seafood platters. I work at that added parsley and small spices.

I hear the drawing room has grown adnormally quiet. I assume that Dante has come. I do not know if the others feel comfortable around him. I forget that matter and attend to beatifying the platters.

I lean closer to my Queen to see if I'm correct. Shes so close and I realize that she is wearing the white gown and necklace that cost a fortune to buy. I smile at her.

I grunt and lean back when he looks our way.

Oh I couldnt guess he wants revenge.

Mathias is getting closer and I lean forward and speak to My Queen.

She allows the hungary guests to move in and walks to me and My Queen. So are YOU TWO going to eat? Did you tell him Surukai?

Clara turns and walks away smiling evily back at my Queen.

My Queen....tell me what? Mathais grabs my arm and pulls me back away from My Queen. My cane falls from my grasp and clangs off the hard floor. I turn to him.

Dante we need to talk.

I try and pull my arm away but something in My Queens eyes stop me. She is terrified. She didnt expect this.

///I get up and leave the room. Everyone looks at me and it makes me really mad! Why do they have to stare? I walk up the stairs and to Infernos room. I lean against the wall and lightly tap on the door with my knuckles.///

///My front doors open and a squad of men soaking wet tramp into my home. They stamp their muddy boots and look around at all the decorations in amazement. The scared servent yells

Oh no! He scampers up and runs down to halls. He starts to yell.

Clara stops at hearing heavy thuds down the stairs and goes back down to find some 20 men sopping wet standing looking around. She yells from on top of the stairs.

///I laugh and look at Inferno.

I pause and take my mask off. I toss it onto Infernos bed.

I lean against the wall. The windows curtains are down but you could hear the pounding rain from outside. It begins to thunder and lightning really bad but we both just stand there.///

///I laugh. Typical Inferno! I hear two different people yelling my name from the hall. They're moving closer to us. I walk up to Inferno and stand right next to him opening the door. The two people're almost at the door and I realize that one of them is My Queen.

Then I guess this is impulse too.

I pull out my desert eagle. A bright light flashes and all the lights go out. Between a loud rumble you hear many footsteps shuffling. I grab My Queen from behind and cover her mouth. I gently walk her backwards down the hall and up some stairs before I let her go. The power is still out.///

*As the queen approaches the open door, Dante covers her mouth just as she tries to say his name.*

"Dmph"

*She goes along with Dante in the dark, she assumes the power is out.*

///Clara walks down the stairs and to the screaming dining room. The power was completely cut off so moves quickly to order the servents to light the candles. They begin to move throughout the dining room lighting candle that hung on the walls. The room fills with a dim light. She walks back out and the servents light the outer rooms. The squad of men stand there still.

Where is Dante? a tough and grumpy one growls.///

Well, that was an interesting read. I can hardly wait to find out what happens next.

King Joseph arrives at the castle, just after the lights go out. Puzzled, and not knowing what else to do, he trustingly walks up to the door, that same accursed door from where Brock was shot, and knocks. There is no immidiate response. The driving rain and the sounds of thunder close by are enough to cause King Joseph to decide that prudence IS the better part of valour after all. He opens one of those great doors.

Although the inside of the castle is pitch to his eyes, all who are in the foyer see him brightly lit by a flash of lighting. He is immidiately grabbed by a soldier, and pushed into a nearby chair and told to keep quiet. King Joseph, although a very trusting man, more than a few have called him gullible, is not so trusting as to not take notice of the baseness of the man's manner, nor the rather large and menacing gun pointed at his own chest. Something of the evil sort is afoot. However, having had no special combat training, and not carrying a weapon anyway, King Joseph decides to make the best of it by humming the song "Respect," and chair dancing. His guard trys to maintain his composure, but cannot due to the sheer ridiculousness of the situation. He begins to laugh, and soon King Josephs eyes have adjusted well enough to the lack of light to be able to make out the man's last name: Thomas. Soon King Joseph engages Thomas in a conversation and is able to discern at least some of what has gone on here.

P.S. Der Fuhrer, I leave it up to you to RP King Joseph, so long as I am unable to, and it is within his normal character. Also, Dante may RP him to a lesser degree, seeing as King Joseph is currently his hostage.

a man in a dark coat and ceramic mask walks down the stairs to greet the large group of guest that have arrived and are standing in the doorway. he reaches the bottom of the stairs when what seemed like the leader of the group pulled his weapon out and shot the masked man twice once in the cheast and once in the forehead of the mask the man falls limp to the ground...

This is not a death-penalty, but it is a restriction upon your Role-Play and country. They might put you in jail. It is a risk for you, but it would be really better than this junk.

Queenie....this is what DFD WANTS me to do. He wanted a court, and I assembled the New Collateral World Court, judged and jured by other nations with respectable pasts. This IS an actual court and judging by peers of the First Reich would be very biased.

Ruhr, although I have respect for your tenacity and persistence in securing a trial for us, I will not sign on that line. King Joseph still sits on his chair, talking to the guard. He eagerly awaits a rescuer, but none seems forthcoming. Oh well, he think, as he leans forward a bit, I might as well find out what I can. Talking to the guard, he is able to learn only a little more than he already knows. It seems his unit came with the express purpose of eliminating someone. Just who it is, King Joseph can't say, though he'd be willing to bet that it was Dante. However, on realizing that he gave away his mission, Thomas suddenly becomes very quiet, and much more stern. "We have no orders to harm you, King Joseph, but if you continue to make a nuisance of yourself, we just might have to 'eliminate the opposition' if you know what I mean." King Joseph knew quite well what Thomas meant, and even if he hadn't, that big gun that had once been at the guard's side, was again pointed at his chest. With a silent gulp, King Joseph quietly pray for some kind of deliverence from this mess.

*Queen Surukai slowly walks the last few steps before the staircase. She glances lightly around the corner and notices the group of men down stairs. She begins to decend the stairs, staring down. As she reaches mid point she looks up at everyone, then turns to the drenched men.*

"Why have you come here? You seem to have ruined the entire celebration barging in here like this. Explain yourselves!"

*Queen Surukai taps her foot lightly. The sound echos throught the room as everyone waits for the answer.*

*She continues to look at the men as she refers to Inferno. She continues to decend the stairs and comes to a stop at the bottom. She continues her walk to the large table where everyone is supposedly still eating. While sitting down, she continues to wait for her answer.*

Please update me on the situation. I am trying to follow. I will take care of retreiving King Joseph, but you must take care of doing Dante's biddings. Remember, this determines our fate in The Reich. That is why I came. If I could meet Dante and talk with him then possibly we may be able to correct matters.

Atticus hands me the heavy bag that he was seen carrying into the massive building. I open it and take out my sniper rifle. Quietly, I position myself in the darkest corner that has an easy escape. I strap my assult rifle to my back, as Mathias walks toward us silently. I whisper to him to move to the right, behind and be ready to open fire, while I tell Atticus to move the left and cut off anyone planning to flee from the main entrance.

We are all in position. King Joseph is still sitting there with the itimidating ruffian holding a gun which is too big for him at the King's chest. I take aim.

Queen Surukai talks, which gives me the best oppurtunity to take the shot. I motion to Atticus to grab King Joseph and bring him to us. Atticus stealthy sneaks up behind the men and grabs King Joeseph's arm, motioning him to follow. With great success and without anyone noticing we have managed to free King Joseph.

We head through a back passage and find ourselves in a tiny dark room. I speak to King Joseph, "I am sorry about the delay. I would not have known you were coming, if it was not for the gun shots. I hope that you are well. Let us continue. When they realize that you were taken from under their noses they will be furious. Try and enjoy yourself. We were invited to maintain the peace of The Reich. I was invited to try and rebuild our future. Stay with Mathias. I must see if Queen Surukai and Inferno need help.

I walk out and take my position again. The leader of this group in my sights.

The only thing they do is put restrictions on your country. You said you had a successor anyways, and these World Court sessions are pretty fun, if you are into those John Grisham type novels.

Trade Embargos (Like there really is any), and this and that. They will sentence you to jail (are you really going to RP that though?) And other things. It isn't that bad actually. Au Contrair (SP), we get to settle this by different styles like Ally Macbeal or John Grisham. It is serious, but it is also fun.

You should really watch where you walk and what you walk in. Perhaps, cleaning your boots periodically would help, as well.

I keep my boots nice and clean when I am not in combat. Proper dress should always be worn while in the presence of me. You know that from experience. Queen Surukai and I would like all members in proper dress when around us. The exception being, small events where there is only one or two people staying the night at The Depths of Hell.

I am going to give all participating nations the invitation to join the ranks of NATO.

Our Charter looks something like this:

Article 1
The Parties undertake, as set forth in the Charter of the United Nations, to settle any international dispute in which they may be involved by peaceful means in such a manner that international peace and security and justice are not endangered, and to refrain in their international relations from the threat or use of force in any manner inconsistent with the purposes of the United Nations.

The Parties will contribute toward the further development of peaceful and friendly international relations by strengthening their free institutions, by bringing about a better understanding of the principles upon which these institutions are founded, and by promoting conditions of stability and well-being. · on the territory of any of the Parties in NATO, on the territory of or on the Islands under the jurisdiction of any of the Parties worldwide and in international waters.
· on the forces, vessels, or aircraft of any of the Parties, when in or over these territories or any other area in the world in which occupation forces of any of the Parties were stationed on the date when the Treaty entered into force or the to invited areas.
Article 7
This Treaty does not affect, and shall not be interpreted as affecting in any way the rights and obligations under the Charter of the Parties which are members of the United Nations, or the primary responsibility of the Security Council for the maintenance of international peace and security.
Article 8
Each Party declares that none of the international engagements now in force between it and any other of the Parties or any third State is in conflict with the provisions of this Treaty, and undertakes not to enter into any international engagement in conflict with this Treaty.
Article 9
The Parties hereby establish a Council, on which each of them shall be represented, to consider matters concerning the implementation of this Treaty. The Council shall be so organised as to be able to meet promptly at any time. The Council shall set up such subsidiary bodies as may be necessary; in particular it shall establish immediately a defence committee which shall recommend measures for the implementation of Articles 3 and 5.
Article 10
The Parties may, by unanimous agreement, invite any other \State in a position to further the principles of this Treaty and to contribute to the security of the NATO controlled areas to accede to this Treaty. Any State so invited may become a Party to the Treaty by depositing its instrument of accession with the Government of the Armed Republic of Ruhr. The Government of the Armed Republic of Ruhr will inform each of the Parties of the deposit of each such instrument of accession.
Article 11
This Treaty shall be ratified and its provisions carried out by the Parties in accordance with their respective constitutional processes. The instruments of ratification shall be deposited as soon as possible with the Governing NATO Head Council, which will notify all the other signatories of each deposit. The Treaty shall enter into force between the States which have ratified it as soon as the ratifications of the majority of the signatories, have been deposited and shall come into effect with respect to other States on the date of the deposit of their ratifications.
Article 12
After the Treaty has been in force for ten years, or at any time thereafter, the Parties shall, if any of them so requests, consult together for the purpose of reviewing the Treaty, having regard for the factors then affecting peace and security in the NATO controlled areas, including the development of universal as well as regional arrangements under the Charter of the United Nations for the maintenance of international peace and security.
Article 13
After the Treaty has been in force for twenty years, any Party may cease to be a Party one year after its notice of denunciation has been given to the Head Council of NATO, which will inform the Governments of the other Parties of the deposit of each notice of denunciation.
Article 14
This Treaty, of which all Parties respective texts are equally authentic, shall be deposited in the archives of the Government of the Armed Republic of Ruhr. Duly certified copies will be transmitted by that Government to the Governments of other signatories.

Tell us more about this World Court like how the trials are performed, the length to perform each trial, the strictness of meeting regulations, etc...

I am most concerned with time periods. As you have taken notice, we prolong events in The Reich. Many of us are not on at the same times unless we plan it or sporadically meet each other. If they do these cases on a time line basis that we must meet then many of us will have difficultly being present.

I have taken notice that Inferno is not on during the day, Queen Surukai and Dante are on mostly at night, King Joseph is only on now and then, and I am on during the days. If we must meet a deadline or time period then it is going to be extremely difficult to find a best time for all of us.

Tell us all you could about this World Court and we will decide what trials are placed under it and which should remain within our own region. I need to know by tonight though. I am going away and need all the information regarding the trials tonight. I am currently transferring previously saved data onto Microsoft Word to print and take with me.

Queen Surukai and I will be composing reports. We will get them to you all when we have finished.

Basically, it is very much like this thread.

We go before a judge, in this case it would be Ur an Ass. And then the lawyers will make opening statements, and then we present our cases. The jury decides, the Judge makes the punishment.

I hear a loud crash and stop within my own steps. I listen intently. However, the storm outside is blocking any other noises. I crouch in a corner and pull my night vision googles out of my pants pocket and put them on, waiting for the slightest glimpse of someone.

King Joseph looks out of a bedroom window onto a scene which at once brings him a feeling of retribution, and still a greater feeling of dread. Who are these men who come out of the night with the sole purpose of killing Dante? What are their plans once Dante is dead? Where are the other guests?

King Joseph had been rescued by Mathias just before these vigilantes had seized Dante, Clara, and Surukai. However, looking out the window, the only guest that could be seen was Clara. The rest are either being kept somewhere, or have escaped.

But, this is not a time for thinking. Having found an old hunting rifle hung over a fire place, and the bullets for it conveniently left on said fire place, King Joseph loads the gun. Opening the window as much as he dares, he takes aim on the man who holds the gun to Dante's head.

Although King Joseph had said he was not skilled in the arts of hand to hand fighting, he was an excellent marksman, and practiced for sport. He was also a fine hunter of big game animals. "Just like a deer." King Joseph tries to convince himself, as he pulls the trigger.

BANG! The gun was loud and had quite a kick-back. But the bullet did it's job. The man who had just been threatening Dante, now had a small hole just to the left of center in his chest. With a gurgle he dropped to the ground, dead, his heart ruptured. Practicedly reloading the gun, King Joseph takes aim at the next vigilante, who stands in shocked confusion, not knowing quite what has happened. By the time he figures it out, he himself is on the ground.

Knowing that he has placed himself in terrible danger, the King flees his current room, making sure to carry the box of bullets with him. Soon, he meets back with Mathias, who is currently serving as his body guard. They run a few rooms down the hall, and find a place to hide.

i havnt been checked on in awhile they must be to occupied for them to pay attention to me... i might be able to escape now...
