"Probably mistook a lump of sodium for sugar." He said warming up to Mathieu somewhat. He glanced around as one of the kids left and Mathieu asked the others, "Who knows what our next lesson is?" He asked lightly, hoping to post-pone the inevitable insanity of having his friend teach.
"What kinda tea is that?" Mathieu chuckled at Gee's explanation. He glanced and saw Lucus leave, "Hey guys," he turned to the siblings and Grace, "Should we leave too?"
"May as well,"said Josh, packing up his stuff. Looking over at the two girls, he saw them talking in Ancient, then start laughing.
"Don't ask what they are talking about, cause i don't wanna know,"said Josh, walking out of the class.
"Anyway, i think we have Power Handling next. Man, do i need that class. I feel like i have a nuke inside of me,"said Josh, stretching his arms, which sent some orange sparks flying.
Lucus was able to slip into the arena as he saw a stranger standing with Professor Phoenix. At first he didn't bother to say anything but he wandered over to where the pair were standing before glancing at the enterance. The three were standing in the arena as 367 silently laid so still.
"Hello," greeted Lucus to the stranger.
"Lucus, this is Captain Blackett," introduced Professor Phoenix as Lucus and Blackett shake hands.
"I presumed there was something important you wanted to discuss?" asked Lucus as he gave his attention to Rathma.
"It's about the upcoming simulation," started Rathma as Blackett watched Lucus carefully. "Usually I don't bother about it but I've started to noticed how the students have started to use you for information. This is going to cause problems with the simulations," explained Rathma. "For the next set of simulations, your going to be going through the trails of becoming a Ranger in the Military and you need to do a few. For this..." contiuned Rathma as he handed him an email. "Read this first before it starts," smiled Rathma as Lucus started to read it.

"I hope he doesn't make mistakes like that alot," Mathieu quipped once more, gathering his things along with the others, "C'mon," he told Gee. Mathieu flinched as the sparks flew from Josh's hand.
"Geez," he play-punched his friend's shoulder, "And I thought I had trouble with control," he chuckled, his way of letting him know it was only a joke. Mathieu not-so-discreetly joined himself at Goltia's side as they departed.
ooc: hmm, does she need to be? i was thinking she'd stay a bit...maybe she can have a 'psychic' message and come in...
"Oh shut up. I haven't had a real release of energy in a while,"said Josh, smiling a little."Unlike you, who has a limit of power, my power just keeps generating. Which means if i don't use some of it every once in a while, i start to overcharge. And you don't want that."
"Josh, stop bitching,"said Goltia, which sent Grace into a wave of laughter.

"Who says I have a limit?" Mathieu retorts, sending a small static shock-little more than a zap-to Josh.
"Hey, don't. I'm ticklish,"said Josh, grinning despite himself.
"Yeah. He can destroy a planet, but he can be crippled by tickling," teased Grace, smiling.

Mathieu had a sudden thought; he wondered if Goltia was ticklish too...he decided to ask at a more appropriate time, however, and merely derided his friend instead.
"You serious, dude?"
OOC: That'll do, I was just wondering. Anyhow, I'll wait for everyone to come before I do an IC post.
"Yeap. Take a while, but i could get enough energy to blow up a planet,"said Josh seriously."Thats why I'm not so happy-go-lucky as these two."
"Yeah...Anyway, whats power handling like?"asked Grace as they walked into the arena.

"Well to be quite honest the trick is knowing when and if he's blown something up because he want's to or by accident; either way he tends to find it amusing." He followed the others to their lesson, listening to the exchange between Mathieu, Goltia and Josh. He watched as Mathieu and Josh sent sparks flying between each other, he shuddered slightly. He could generate electricity personally, but he assumed that those two had some mystical supernatural method of doing it, he on the other hand had simply had his DNA scrambled about too much and consequently found the sensation of electrical currents ripping through his body all too painful.
In fact, he mused as he wandered into the arena behind the others, none of Kyzburgs, well, it was Gabriel really but anyway, none of their "improvements" to him were particuarly pleasent. Psycic abilities gave him severe migraines and to be quite honest he wasn't sure that scrambling up his DNA and creating new biological parts in his anatomy were a good thing.

Ken Marcus listened casually, his mind absorbing the information-Josh and Goltia were linked in several ways according to Sareau, and the thought Josh contiinually generated energies was vaguely disturbing on a satellite that may or may not be sturdy enough to handle it.
"I used to do that..." he empathized. "Continually generate cold, I mean-my mom died of hypothermia giving birth, but I didn't really learn to control it until I was twelve-the Sisters helped..."
He bit back the thought of the Sisters-huge shaggy brutes surprisingly gentle, and so perfectly adapted to cold his powers were not lethal as they were with humans. The Xiola Umbari had tended him as long as he could remember, until he found his way to the streets and Omar Shakti. However, the muri-fire trolls-did not want humanity in general knowing of their existance-not yet-and so he remained silent.
"Power Handling is exercises in using your abilities, then?" He formed a tiny dancer of ice in his hand and held it out. "I could always use a refresher, and combat-well, if I lose focus, weird stuff goes down-I can make it cold and make ice, and the Sisters say if I apply myself I could affect local weather, but environmental regs back home make weather control illegal, so I never bothered..."

Sareau emerged in the New England countryside, fresh spring scents wafting towards him with only a hint of sea salt.
Providence was nearby, the small Armitage University his goal. Sometime between the World Wars, a professor here had gotten it in his head that the Great Old Ones and Outer Gods could be controlled or warded against in a meaningful way.
He'd elaborated some nonsense about a war and the Great Old Ones being imprisoned somehow, instead of in a dormant phase of their lifecycles, and attempted to rein their cults in as if humans could harness or control such beings.
Despite his flawed premise, the Armitage libraries contained well-warded sanctums, forgotten and possibly unknown to but a handful of ancient archivists, which held numerous tomes on the Kings of Edom and their ways. Cthaat Aquadingen was here, as well as a partial copy of Olaus Wormius's Latin translation of the Kitab al-Azif, alongside a dozen or so other blasphemous works whose secrets drove men to madness, to power, and to destruction.
Sareau couldn't teleport into the d'Erlette Collection-it was warded specifically against him-but he could break in the old-fashioned way, and he was cat-burgler enough to attempt it...

"Hmm, never tried blowing up planets..." Mathieu replied, "Not like I never tried, though," he chuckled half-heartedly, remembering his ostrication[sic]. "Um, well it's mainly like a battle sim, to get you used to using your powers."(ooc:i'm remembering this correctly, right?) Mathieu told Grace.

"Well," Delphina said to Templar, scanning the now-empty classroom, "You seem to have lost your class..."
OOC: First few classes were like that but it was never meant to be called power harnessing. Personally, I couldn't think a name for the class.
"Sounds relatively interesting professor," started an impressed Lucus as he read the email in the native language of Lynscert Island. "It's amazing how it happened so perfectly..." he whispered as Rathma just smiled at him.
"Yeah..." smiled Rathma as he checked to make sure nobody was ear's dropping onto the conversation. "I want this kept hush hush for now. If I sense the suspecion your aiding them, I will fail you and send you back to the surface automatically," he stated firmly. "This is a very serious operation the students need to conduct and it will effect the overall grades,"
"Ohh crap," exclaimed Lucus as his eyes widened for a moment. "Tell you what, I won't say a word about this sir," swored Lucus honestly as he realisied he may never be able to see Delphina if he spoke about the mission to the others.
"I know about the relationship trouble your in," stated Rathma. "Maverick told me about it when it first appeared. That won't stop me from sending you to the surface. Understood?" Rathma ordered.
"Yes sir," replied Lucus obediantly.
"Excellent, I suggest you prepare yourself and we'll wait for your peers to arrive," ended Professor Phoenix.
"Oh ok,"said Grace, stepping onto the dirt covered ground of the arena. Instantly, there was a noticeable pulse that went through to earth, as if the ground reacted to something. Grace looked around, then smiled:"This is better...." Anyone who looked at her would notice that she seemed less unsure of herself. They would also notice that the dirt was almost trying to move towards her.
Whistling, Josh said:"Should of mentioned, Grace's powers are earth based. Anything that comes from the ground, except metals, she can control."

"Oh well.At least they will get to their next class on time,"said Markus, sighing and leaning back on his chair. He stayed like that for a few minutes, then reached into his suitcase and pulled out a laptop. Opening it, he turned it on, waited for it to load, then checked if he had any messages. Having none, he was about to close it when a video call came through. Starting the call, Markus said:"Speak, Foxxy."
"You call me that one more time, Markus, and I'll have your guts for breakfast,"said the woman in front of the camera. With sandy brown hair and a somewhat angry look to her, she seemed like the type who would work with Templar.
"Anyway, whatcha got for me?" said Templar.
"Nothing major. Just some Pride sightings and reports of a Abyss in the CFUS countryside." replied the woman.
"Abyss, eh? At least its in the CFUS. That way i don't have to leave the country when i do get back,"said Templar.
"Whatever. Look, Its late here, I'm tried and you most likely have another class. Kara, signing out,"said the woman, before the screen went blank. Closing the laptop, Markus said, almost to himself:"Man, the CFUS has more freaking Abyss sightings then anywhere else...Why do i live there?"

Sareau slowly observed the university grounds-it seemed quiet, but it always did. The security system was fairly complex, but certainly within his ability-at least, he thought so. The university relied mostly on locks, and those could be beaten, but an electronic monitor controlled the opening of individual cabinets...
Stepping out of his Sabre-class Fighter craft, Marshall Susanowa slowly walked towards the complex in front of him.
If this can't help me, nothing can.
With a deep sigh, he continued walking.
He went inside and called out, "Hello? Anyone here? I know I'm...er...about 5 weeks late, but..."
He decided to sit down in a corner and meditate, meditate on his troubled past, meditate on his troubled present...
And his troubling future.

"Oh, I see," Delphina smiled. She suddenly perked up, like a dog hearing a high frequency. "Hmm, someone new..." she mused. "Pardon me, Professor," she bowed slightly, stepping out and heading towards the hangar.
She approached quietly, knowing that the person she sought was guarded...elusive. Her steps were deliberately soft, and Delphina noticed the new attendant after a moment, sitting down across from him.
"Welcome," she said softly, noticing that he was meditating. It reminded her of the Sisters in the convent. "Been here long?"

"Pardoned,"said Templar, before pluging in some speakers into his laptop and putting on some Metallica.
Professor Phoenix stood there quietly as he waited for the students to gather in the arena which didn't take too long. Blackett stepped into the background behind the students as he watched the class started. The mood was calm and relaxed as Rathma made one glance before rolling his eyes about something he just thought. He straighten his eyes onto his students as the ring on his right hand twitched a little.
"Alright class," started Rathma as he got their attention. "For the past few lesson's, I've started to noticed a number of you are starting to use your intelliegence when it comes to attempting the simulation. This is a good optioin for awhile but...it won't work all the time," contiuned Rathma as he made sure he wasn't picking on anybody. "However, in the following simulation, I'm going to let you create your own teams. It doesn't matter everyone forms a team or everyone goes out by themselves. Another pointer I should make is the other people in the simulation," Rathma explained. "In pervious ones, they can't see, hear, smell or touch you. In this one, you can interract with them, have a conversation and you can kill or wound them," he added. "However, killing or attracting too much attention to yourself will grant you more attention than you can handle. Especially since it'll be taking in 1990 Glasgow, Capital of the Vamperial Kingdom," Rathma took a deep breathe for a moment as he contiuned. "You'll find yourself in Glasgow, Capital of the Vamperial Kingdom on April 17th, 1990. The Vamperial Kingdom is reigned by King Marcus Kingston or as the public say," 367 pulled up a projection of King Marcus. "King Marcus the Pathetic Asshole," he said with a straight face. "The public however had fear that they'll be taken away by the Secert Police and they were in power for around 18 long years. This lead the Vamperial Kingdom into a recession and King Marcus started to take land, homes and businesses by brute force," the picture then showed a few slides where people were tossed out of their lively hoods and some even killed in broad daylight by the Secert Police. "However, 8 days later, Marcus died from a heart attack. Glasgow suffered a masive riot and the Vamperial Order would assume control for the next few years, led the Vamperial Kingdom into a Goldern Era and crown King Ranakin and King Xiahou as the next monarch," Rathma stopped and looked around. "Now some of you are wondering why I'm going to put you into this," he added. "Marcus was presumed to have died by a heart attack. This is incorrect. Your goal is to identify the assassin/s and identify if there are any other members with the assassin/s," Rathma explained. "Now, don't think: 'We'll look it up on the net while your not looking professor' I hate to rain on your party, but all records indecate that he died from natural causes except the ones printed in Lynscertion*. Don't come asking for the translation because I can't speak it. Don't bother Captain Blackett because he has never set foot in the Vamperial Kingdom, let alone speak the native language," stated Rathma before remembering Lucus. "Also, don't bother asking Lucus or 367 for the translation either. Mainly because both will get into very serious trouble," Rathma glanced at Lucus firmly as Lucus gulped nervously. "Will there be any more questions to something I might've missed?" Professor Phoenix asked.
OOC:
*Lynscertion is only understood by 263 natives on Lynion. The bulk are in the military. Lucus can understand parts of it. 367 can translate and write it.

Gee simply stood there trying to take it all in, he realised that the first lessons he had missed must have had a significant bearing on the proceedings. Seemed as if Lucas, and to be honest he didn't know who 367 was, were an interesting source of information. Shame they weren't allowed to press them for information. Suddenly his left eye twitched involuntarily causing him to jerk momentarily, a spark of pain erupted for a mini-second at the back of his brain as some tiny microchip Kyzburg had stuck in there for reasons unknown to him responded to something in his chemical thoughts. Simply shaking it off he merely awaited for the lesson to begin.
---------
Back in his classroom, having finished rigging his time machine up to a series of panels across the walls for his lesson, Kyzburg was enjoying a well deserved cup of tea; watching whisps of smoke trail across the ceiling. Unexpectedly his electronic eye whirred rapdily for a moment, blinked some internal binary gibberish at him before blacking out. He passed out on the desk, spilling his warm beverage all over his desk.

Speeding along trhough the school was a single radiowave transmission carrying the encrypted data of Drakes two most diametrically opposed personalities, one for the oppertunity, the other to reprimand him; they pinged into existence withen Gee's microchip and commenced wrestling for control of the microscopic silicon pathways; just another day in the life of his subconcious.
"That sounds complicated,"said Goltia.
"That it does,"said Josh, walking up beside Goltia, Grace in tow.
"The simulation will be conducting over the next 8 lesson's with each lesson equalling another day in the simulation," he added as he realised no questions were going to be asked. "I'll give you a clue to head you in one direction. The public don't conduct the assassination, it's the military that does it. Keep your eyes and ears open. The first day is mainly to have the students wander about Glasgow to get a sense of direction and start your investigation," he contiune. "Are there any questions at all?" he asked. "Because, once this starts, no questions can be asked during the simulation," concluded Rathma.

"That is a suggestion and not a rule," replied Professor Phoenix. "You have to find out all the information yourself within the simulation. No outside help is allowed," he contiuned. "If you do however draw attention to yourself, there are Rouge Knights hunting down immergints staying in Glasgow. That's why I suggest you don't draw too much attention and avoid getting into trouble unless its required," he concluded. "Anymore or is that the last one?"

Ken Listened to the professor's instructions-he hoped he'd had time for makeup, but there was a trick to moving through a crowd-his years of pickpocketing had taught him that. First, he would have to cover his bright blue skin-then, it would be simpler.
Of course, really first was finding a team-he looked over his classmates. "I'm kinda new...anyone want to pair up?"

Sareau breathed slowly, clicking the tumblers into place, and being rewarded with a satisfying clunk as the door swung open...
The long halls were filled with statuary from a hundred cultures, for the Kings of Edom had interfered with events on Earth since before the rise of Humanity. Ancient gods leered fron sacrificial altars once drenched in blood, now bearing dust and memories. Placards bore the hypnotheses of fuzzy minded scholars who tied this god to that Old One-Prof. d'Erlette being methodical if misguided.
However, Sareau was not about to engage in some obscure nostalgia regarding "These were my people.." His plans were other-if he could find the library, books would reveal the location of the Staff of Nephren-Ka, the key to the Shining Trapezehedron.
From the condition of the display cases, he assumed that no one had been here since the fifties, when d'Erlette met his end. So it often happened-some academics would decide they were Canute and could command the tides, turning back the cycle of the Edomites. That such operations tended to go to dust with their founders should have some indication of the folly of embarking on them, but these groups often rose up, and were inexplicably forgotten within a generation.
He enjoyed briefly the irony that he was a member of the Brotherhood, an organisation dedicated to much the same thing, but chided himself. The Brotherhood sought not to control nor contain that which could not be controlled or contained, merely to preserve as much humanity as it could from these forces...
The Brotherhood is a folly of it's own echoed in his skull. Never forget that the natural cycle will grind out humanity in time, but Man has a predeliction for jumping the gun on such matters.
Sareau looked around-the thoughts emanated from a containment unit, filled with irridescent, vaguely slimey spheres. "Dad? Is that you? How did they trap you here?"
Trapped? the dry voice sounded like a chuckle. I am coterminous with all time and space. I am not trapped, merely waiting here.
"Waiting? For what?"
I knew you would come, and these little markers they set up help me. The explanation seemed more smug than usual. This odd continuum in which you gestate can be confusing-it is difficult to determine your location at times. When last we spoke, you seemed more capable in your abilities.
Sareau flushed beneath his mask. "I haven't had that conversation yet."
Confusing Yog-Sothoth shifted and suffused the region with light. Much easier if we could do this all at once, but you are not yet at a point to handle that. Your mind is still limited by this odd entelechy.
"Well, you wanted to talk, and wanted to talk now, or you wouldn't be here-what do you want?"
I want to advise you on your army-it is a priority.
"I am adding recruits, but I must be certain of their loyalty, first. I am taking my time, Father."
Time? The thought was openly contemptuous. You are constrained by it-a confounding prison that annoys me intensely. However, bound as you are, it must be endured. You must form your army swiftly-you will have need of it soon.
"Soon?" Sadly, yog-Sothoth's concept of Time was fuzzy at best, being coterminous with past, present, and future-'soon' could be anywhere between ten seconds from now and ten eons.
Pfeh-I will try and tell you what you need without telling you what you must learn
Chilly knowledge dropped straight into his brain, and Yog-Sothoth was gone, his purpose fulfilled...
"Then I wish everyone luck and I'll see you in about 2 hours time," concluded Professor Phoenix as his image faded.
"Battle connection online..." started 367's voice as the arena around them changed. "Standby...Control is online..."
The students, except Lucus, found themselves at the local market place. Hundreds of people stream through the streets buying and selling various goods. In some of the stalls were Humans attempting to buy large amounts of goods. The Human pulled out his wallet but the Lynion behind him started an agurement about the large amounts of goods he took for himself. The store manager looks about and rejects the Human's money and withdraw's the goods. The Human then starts a fight with the Lynion but the fight is brief as the Lynion werewolf is naturally stronger compared to the Human when it came to fights. The Human runs away in fear as several of the natives start to laugh at him. The mood is quiet and if any of the students would glance around, Lucus isn't with them. The natives tend to ignore the newcomers as they stick to their business.
Lucus Location
Lucus blinked once and he found himself standing inside the military installation of Glasgow City. He was with the Rangers that were stationed in Gasglow during the death of King Marcus. Several soldiers marched past by him as an officer came towards him. Lucus looked at him as the officer took a single glance at him.
"Hmm..." the officer looked at a small list. "You must be the new Ranger to be asigned here. My name is Captain Daniel Johnson and I'm the commander of this base. What's your view on King Marcus if you don't mind me asking?" Daniel asked him.
'What was the code?' he thought to himself as he blocked his mind to other mind readers.
"He doesn't know one end of the pencil to the other," replied Lucus as he prayed he said it right. Daniel rubbed his chin for a second and raised an eyebrow as he glanced in his eye.
"Who sent you?" whispered Daniel.
"Mr Edwards sir," replied Lucus while slightly nervous.
"Mr Edwards is having a meeting tomorrow. I want you to be there. In the mean time," he whispered. "Wander around for a bit and think about your choice," Lucus didn't say anything as he hurried off for a moment down to the armoury.

Gee, with a strange tingling sensation in the back of his head, approached Ken after seeing the others get into groups, he was also intrigued as to the fact that his skin was blue; reminded him of his days on Ciscilia... although that was in the future... or past... he couldn't tell.
"Hi there, names Gee." He stuck out a hand, "See your new here as well, fancy pairing up?" He jerked his head towards the others, "Seem's they're pretty used to working in their own little groups; may as well form our own." Gee grinned, "My teacher slash friend teaches is to teach alternative thinking; i'm sure I can come up with a few plans he'd be proud of for us."
Mathieu turned to Grace and Josh.
"How 'bout we both split into teams, and we can both help each other out. That way, we can increase our chances, and each team has backup if needed," he explained. Mathieu glanced at the twins, "Y'all still got that twin-mental thingie, right?"
"Yeap,"said Josh."Goltia, you stay with lover boy here, And me and Grace will look around ourselves."
Goltia, pissed off at Josh's comment, was about to pull a Ancient hex sign at him when the simulation started. Looking around, she then spun on her heel to get bearings of where they were.
"This place seems like a perfect place to meet up again. Goltia, tell me if you find anything, ok?"said Josh, not waiting for an answer and jogging away with Grace beside him.
Sighing, Goltia then said:"Ok, where do we start?"

"I guess we start in the opposite direction...let's begin going straight and just continue to make right turns so we end up back here for starters," Mathieu suggested, "Besides, this is for us to get our bearings, so it's okay to just look around a bit; we can pretend to be tourists or something," he shrugged.
"Sounds good,"said Goltia, smiling and slipping her arm around Mathieu's waist.
"Ahh, Lucus Lingston eh?" smiled the staff sarge as he handed Lucus a new uniform. "I heard your the one that's meant to do a few targets for us?"
"That'll be me," smiled Lucus as he just played along with whatever Professor Phoenix had installed for him.
"There's somebody here to see you if you can wait a sec," stated the Staff Sarge as Lucus nodded carefully and waited for him to return. It didn't take him too long until another man appeared.
The newly arrived man stood around 6 foot 5, had a ponytail, dark red hair, urban camoflagued clothing and a slouch hat with the traditional feather of a wedge-tail eagle. The man looked at him as his skin was fairly tannish and his eyes were a dark hellish red. He glanced at Lucus before going behind the store and bringing back a sports bag for him.
"You must be Lucus Lingston right?" he asked as Lucus nodded. "I'm Captain Rathma Phoenix, 1st Lynion Black Assassin Regiement," Lucus turned from a stun face to somebody who looked like went in for a shock. "You'll be assigned with Sargenet Jaxson Matrix. You'll be doing a number of runs on a few details. Report to him straight away at the firing range," he ordered as he flicked through a few papers before leaving.
"Yes sir," gulped a nervous Lucus.
Lucus was stunned that he met the earlier form of Professor Phoenix let alone have an actuall conversation with him. He tried to put it aside as he found himself with Jaxson. They went over the usual procedures of combat and firing the weapon. Lucus was given the task of doing some runs in the town with Jaxson. Lucus found out he was given a modified M16 rifle and he was going to be actting as Jaxson's spotter. He still didn't understand what he was doing but he figure the assassination had something to do within the military. It was a thought that crossed his mind several times as he walked with Jaxson out of the base and headed to the roof tops of the city. For now, he was going to play along until he could identify the assassin.

Ken took Gee's hand, his grip cool and firm. "Sure-looks like the pup's giving us a distraction-if this were a real crowd, I'd have a dozen wallets by now. Which way to our target?"
There is a trick to moving through a crowd swiftly without attracting notice-for all the werewolf's display drove the crowd into a panic, it really made moving unnoticed more difficult. People remembered the calm, sure movements of someone not panicking and it was harder to feign the sort of hurried move of a stampede.
Ken nodded in the presumed direction, waiting for a yeah or nay...

Sareau stole a single leatherbound book-the Feathertop Grimoire of Mother Rigby, as instructed. For all it was difficult to understand his father, Sareau knew these matters woulds play out as Yog-Sothoth remembered them, no matter what, and it would be best to play it out as close to the instructions as possible.
A construct...interesting-and others collected. Apparently, an army did exist, and would have to be countered soon...

"Sounds good,"said Goltia, smiling and slipping her arm around Mathieu's waist.
Mathieu smiled, and despite the seriousness of their mission, allowed himself a bit of pleasure. After years of being a leaf on the wind, it was nice to feel he had some sort of anchor...somewhere he could claim he belonged. His arm followed suit, curling around Goltia's waist as they began to explore the city.

Sadly, to answer Goltia's question, a group of Secert Police Officers pushed a number of buyers away from a nearby house. A number of homeless people gathered around to watch as the couple were thrown out of the family house as a number of Secert Service Police Officers pinned the family to the ground while the others stormed the house and took whatever was valuable. After awhile, the family was given a beating before the officers walked off. The public crashed the house and took whatever was left over.
Lucus and Jaxson watched helplessly as the Secert Police sat down and demanded alochol as a drink. Jaxson handed Lucus his high powered sniper rifle and told him to stay still for a moment. He noticed his peers were coming up towards the cafe as Jaxson silently slipped down the side of the house. The crowd were quiet and avoided the Secert Police for their sake. He pass by a number of people buying a drink at the cafe before finding the waitress that was bringing out the drinks to the Secert Police. Jaxson pulled her aside for a moment and whispered something into her ear and blushed a bright red as she kissed him on the lips gently. Lucus was a bit curious what he said as he watched through the telescope on the sniper rifle. It didn't take long before the waitress bought the drinks. She didn't hang around for long as Jaxson suddenly appeared next to him.
"What the blazes did you tell her?" whispered Lucus as Jaxson told him to watch.
"I just gotta escort her to her apartment tonight," whispered Jaxson as he avoided giving any hints away to the youngster.
Lucus watched the Secert Police as they greedily drank their beers and started to chock. They got off their seats as they tried to get somebody's attention. Jaxson just smiled as one by one, the Secert Police officers died in the cafe from whatever Jaxson had slipped into their drinks.
"Fungi blood," smiled Jaxson in a whisper. "It kills them from the inside and makes it look like a natural death," he added as Lucus smiled back.
"Got any of that stuff left?" whispered Lucus as the pair retreated back to the military base.
"Nah mate," he replied. "That's the last drop we had in Lynion. It'll be another 3 months before the next batch arrives,"

"Shh-shh," Mathieu said, hugging her to him. He didn't want anyone to overhear Goltia and do something.
Lucus looked about as Jaxson gave him the nod. He quietly slid down the left side of the building as he jumped from one side to the next. It didn't take him too long to reach the bodies of the dead Secert Police. He quickly searched them for documents before noticing Golita further down. There was only one document of interest before he vanished down another alley. The public fled in fear of the Secert Police as another group of Secert Police arrived on the scene. Lucus found himself close to his peers but didn't bother to expose himself just yet. He placed himself behind a house and glanced up as Jaxson had already fled the scene to avoid an arrest. Lucus was holding his M16 with the barrel facing down to the ground. The Secert Police had sighted his peers and were keen to arrest them.
"You realise if you don't move, your off to jail?" Lucus pointed out as a shot echoed as a Secert Service was killed on the spot. "Com'n, we need to get going if we're going to figure out the assassin,"
"Shh-shh," Mathieu said, hugging her to him. He didn't want anyone to overhear Goltia and do something.
Goltia let him hug her as she started to calm down. However, this went out the proverbial window when she saw a policeman chase a child into a alley.
"OI!!! Leave the kid alone!!" she shouted, pushing Mathieu out of the way and chasing after them.
"GOLITA!" shouted Lucus as he raced towards her and grab her arms firmly. "Listen to me. We haven't got times to be dealing with these thugs, we need to go," he stated firmly. "Now listen to me, I got a mate that can buy us some time but we need to get the fuck out of here," he added as another Secert Policeman was shot. Ken spun, hearing Lucus call out Goltia's name. His eyes rolled. Yeah-all the assassins get tied up in public displays...figures.
Of course, he hadn't seen the actions leading up to a shout in the streets, but the Ordo Zorak Zorani had a policy, and as Odro Drakul's military, that policy covered all interactions involving foreigners: everyone comes home. A swift thought put ice blades on his shoes, and lightly coating a skating surface gave speed as well as, if necessary, elevation.
(OOC: Ken Marcus is forming an ice sheet for skating, and elevating over obstacles when needed. His native country is in a tropical environment, so he's used to the ice melting in an hour or so. Since I'm unaware of Lynion's climate, weather, etcetera, I'll remind everyone that he's used to operating on the Mediterranean coast, so his ice formations will have a different durability and such in Lynion's presumably colder climate.)

Sareau pocketed Mother Rigby's Feathertop grimoire, and made his way out of the hidden vaults, removing a few Elder Signs to facilitate his return. Father's warning and advice may have put his quest for the Shining Trapezehedron on hold, but they hadn't dampened his enthusiasm for possessing that hoary artifact.
The Elder God had been vague-his concept of Time being imprecise at best, but he was clear on a few points-Josh and Goltia were pawns in some power-play of their divinities, and must be watched. Executing them was not an option-the gods did not like interference in their schemes, however benign the pantheon.
An army was going to be needed-for what was vague, which would make recruiting difficult and a priority...Join me to face the great threat of I've no idea, Sareau sneered to himself. I'm going to have to study, now-current events and politics, to see what weak-kneed fool fearing for his dictatorship is going after the Empowered.
He hated this-when someone targeted the Empowered, they invariably intended great evil. A madman only smiles when he's done something bad. The grim saying, attributed by many to Kyger Litor, floated up to the forefront of his thoughts unbidden, possibly in relation to all the knowledge he'd been imparted.
He'd have to chat with Papau, but first, he had items to collect-the grimoire was fairly specific. Where would he find fat from a hanged murderer for the candle?

Why? A small voice echoed inside the deep of Gee's subconcious, Is a man holding my hand?
It's not your hand, it's not mine, it's his now get out! Another echoed
----------
Gee looked around momentarily, trying to figure out where the faint voices, which soudned tantilizingly clear, were. He was about to reply to to Ken's indication when what he presumed were the police caused havoc in the streets. He reeled in shock as the street developed into something on the verge of pandemonium, he heard a few of his classmates yell giberish and saw them dash off in different directions. He turned to ask Ken what the hell was happening when his friend shot off, skating it seems on a sheet of ice.
Aware that he was out in the open and more or less alone, he went to move away from the group.
His feet refused to move.
"Ah..." he said idly to himself looking at the inch of ice that had formed around his feet, "Great." He muttered as people dashed around and Ken shot off into the distance.

You're messed up do you know that?
No more so than you, now, what do you suppose we do about this?
The ice or the possible stampede?
Both
Oh fine save the incompetent arse whilst don't you...

Even as Gee yanked at his feet which refused to budge he heard the tiny voices in his mind, suddenly ne of the voices grew louder, a manic hysterical, cpainfully cliche evil laugh. He didn't get enough time to yell in horror as his consciousness was crushed and yanked into the microchip.

Drake Kyzburg was one of the many deranged personlities of Drake Antony Gabriel Dewairt and had casual aspirations of world domination. Unfortunatly as he seized control of Gee's mind and body his manical laughing suddenly turned from mere though to actual sound and he found himself in hysterics in the middle of a crowded street. He took stock of his situation, eyed the disgusting illiterate peons which surrounded his almighty presence and then filtered through Gee's mind to see what goodies his mental companion Steven had left him.
"Ahhh." He said joyfully even as he surely attracted odd looks, "I always wondered how he did this..."
He extended his hand and whilst grinning crazily sent a telekenetic burst at the area surrounding him, smashing the ice and some of the ground around him he took a step forwards before experiencing a sizeable flashing pain through his head.
"And that's why he doesn't" He groaned staggering forwards, knocking a few people out of his way with an absent flick of his finger, although it cleared his path to the ally to which some of the others had been making for he experienced another flash of pain but forged on trying to gain full control of his new host...

Mathieu waited for the answer to, putting his arm around Goltia assuringly.
Lucus had made a run alongside Mathieu and Golitia as they dashed down the streets before taking a sharpe corner and losing the Secert Police behind them. He didn't hear anymore shots and prayed that Jaxson had got away and headed back to the base.
"Whats this lead then?" Golitia asked him.
"I believe, the military pulled off the assassination," answered Lucus. "But it wasn't just generals or officers that did it. It would've being a profession Black Assassin and the thing is, only five platoons were stationed on Lynx Island," he contiuned. "2 were sent to the Colony of Lynx in two days time, 1 was sent overseas, another was deployed in the Colony of Union. The last platoon was split up. Most of it was also sent overseas but there was only one squad stationed on Lynx Island. It was deployed to act as bodyguards to the Royal Family. They were also the first on the scene when King Marcus died,"
"Thats sounds like a good theory,"said Goltia, relaying it to Josh through their link, then waiting as Josh replied."Josh says that it sounds good, but why would they have an motive to kill him?"
"Motive?" Lucus quizzed as he stood up. "The Vamperial Kingdom was going through a recession and looked like the first Depression to hit the Vamperial Kingdom was looming around the corner," he started. "The Vamperial Order, which is our military command, pulled the entire Vamperial Kingdom out of Recession and into a Goldern Era. They wanted to do what was for the best of our species," he contiuned. "King Marcus used the entire budget on palaces around the Vamperial Kingdom and little went back to the people. In the end, the Vamperial Order must've somehow ordered the assassination but even I don't have the foggest clue who or how it happened," he ended.

"Well, looks like now is when we find out" Ken skated down on an ice ramp. "Provided we get out of this-that blue streak was pretty easy to track, and while city types don't look at the sky much, I'd assume we're being followed-not sure of the local customs-do we flee or shoot it out?" An ice spear formed in his hands.

Drake commandeering Gee's body was halfway down the alley when his class mates suddenly dissapeared in a blue blur, a fast streak that went up and over the roofs.
"Oh come on!" He wailed, his head throbbing, he ran his finely tuned mind through every possibility that was avilable to him. He spotted a large dumpster, he rolled his eyes at the incredulity of his plan. He jumped into it shutting the lid, landed in something smelly and disgusting and with a great sweeping motion of his arms that sent an unbelievable sheering pain through his head tossed the dumpster up into the air with him inside it.
---------
Drake, unable to deal with mental pain he was causing himself, dissapeared back into Gee's subconcious, Gee automatically slid back into place and before he realised what had happened he found himself tumbling amongst rubbish with his head in agony.
---------
The dumpster sailed, almost gracefully, in a slow tumbling motion over a number of roofs and subsequent blocks; it was almost comical. It came crashing down on the roof near where Mathieu had landed about thirty seconds after Ken arrived, but tumbled haphazardly down to the other end of the roof. Coming to a stop on it's side the hatch was knocked open and along with a cascade of rubbish Gee emerged utterly bewildered as to how he got there. He spotted his classmates at the other end of the roof, firstly taking out a syringe filled with a potent sedative he cleared his headache with a quick injection; he telekinetically swept all the dirt of himself and repaired his clothes. Resigned to the fact that this lesson was going to be a disaster he wandered back over to them and simply stood glaring irritably at the universe in general and listening in on their conversation.

"Do you think it was one of the members from the groups that left the island?" he asked.
"Wouldn't have time," replied Lucus as he removed his clip and checked it. "Most of the squads were occuiped..." suddenly Lucus stopped for a moment as his mind raced back. "Wait..." he started as he remembered something. "No it couldn't..." he whispered. "Could it?" he went again. "Of course...the perfect crime...it was right in front of me..." he thought about it for a second. "Hmmm...but there was no more supply of the substance... so then our assassin got it..." he looked at the others who must've thought he goen insane as he was talking to himself for quite awhile. "So who's the assassin?" he whispered to himself. "Just wait here guys,"
Lucus went off again as he slip through the crowd unnoticed as he headed towards the cafe to find one of the bodies hadn't being moved. He looked around to make sure no Secert Police Officers were lerking about. The crowds weren't interest in Lucus and mistaken him for a Secert Police Officer the moment he picked up the dead body that was drilled with bullets. He placed it onto his shoulders as he slipped through the crowds and back to his mates for a moment.
"At the cafe, we killed 5 Secert Police Officers and 1 died from natural causes," started Lucus as he dropped the dead body onto the ground. "Why did the most healthiest and fittest officer die from natural causes when the rest of his mates were drilled with bullets?" he asked them as nobody answered him. "He drank a substance..." he started as he opened up the officers jacket for a moment. "...he drank some beer but in the beer was a Fungi drug designed to improve the system but too much and it'll stop the organs and cause a heart attack. Now, this bloke and King Marcus would've died from the same drug. Which answers what the weapon was..." he took a deep breath from all the excitment. "The only people with access to the drug were the Imperial Guardians and the Black Assassin Squad sent to protect the Royal Family. It wouldn't have being the Imperial Guardians because they are loyal to the last drop of blood. So we have a Black Assassin Squad that is suspected for the operation," he smiled as he was excited. "Now...now... oh wait... they ran out of Fungi Blood just recently," suddenly he was unhappy.

"Fungi has blood?" he wondered aloud.
"Beats me as well Mathieu,"said Goltia, gagging slightly at the body.
"Fungi do have blood but they can't have Human blood in their own," answered Lucus. "But the problem with the Fungi blood, it is highly dangerous in Human, Werewolf and Vampire viens. It slowly cuts off blood and oxygen supply to the organs and when it arrives at the organs, it shuts them down, gives a massive heart attack or drowns them from the inside. I'm guessing that it happened like that," he concluded as he noticed the body was fading. "We may have the weapon but we still don't who, how and where they got the weapon," he concluded as the students found themselves in the arena again.
"Nicely done students," smiled Professor Phoenix. "But our time has run out for class. I wish everyone the best of luck in the operation and I hope you got a lead of some kind. Anyhow, I'm not sure what you have next so by what I understand you have free time," he concluded. "I'll allow 367 to replay recordings of the operation if you need to look back but only from your point of view. Gee brushed himself off once the simulation had cleared, a second later realising that the dirt had also been virtual. Having been standing near Lucas and the others before the simulation faded he overheard his brief explantion of Fungi blood. Frowning Gee went up to him and the others and with an incredulous look said, "Fungi have blood? What kind of Fungi do you grow?" He shook his head, "From what you've said it sounds like the Fungi just produce cyanide, I could be wrong but what the hey, i'm no expert on Fungus."
He picked up his laptop from where he had left it and turned to the rest of the class, "I don't know if we have a lesson now but either way i'm going to go and yell at our new Professor over a number of personal reasons. If anyone cares to accompany me maybe we'll find out what lesson we have next."
Striding off with uncharacteristic silent fury he marched off to "Professor Kyzburgs" classroom intent on yelling at him for making a fool of him in their class as well as finding out if he had him next.
----------
The two personalities which had taken a little trip into Gees mind durign his last lesson exited via the micro-chip back to where they had came from. Downloading themselves back into Kyzburgs electric eye thye then made his way back into his brain along with the other miscellaneous lunatics that resided there.
Jolting upright as he suddenly regained conciousness his had ached as he processed the previous hours worth of information he had gained from the other two during Gee's lesson in one second. Muttering darkly to himself and trying to ignore the argument now developing inside his cerebellum he tried to compose himself for Gee's arrival and a possible avalanche of test subj- he caught himself,students, that's right; students.
"Well, that was fun," Mathieu said, staring at the blank classroom again. He turned to Lucus, "Is your country still like that?" he asked as his arm curled around Goltia's waist.
Goltia smiled and curled her arm around Mathieus waist. Meanwhile, Josh and Grace were shaking their heads and working out where they were, before turnng and walking towards Goltia.
"Is the Vamperial Kingdom still like that?" repeated Rathma as he turned to 367. "367, take us to present 2020 Glasgow,"
It didn't take too long and the group, including Professor Phoenix, found themselves watching Glasgow from above. The city was alive and it was around 1600 hours when they arrived. They came down to the streets and looked around as they noticed very few policemen out in force, civilians enjoying their lives and no sense of fear. There was the occasional military personal but they were either heading back to the base or going down to the local pub.
"In 1990, the reign of terror King Marcus bought to the Vamperial Kingdom ended after his death. We rejoiced and the Vamperial Order came into power for two years until King Ranakin and King Xiahou were old enough to come to the thrones. Within two years, the Vamperial Order sent the Vamperial Kingdom from going into Depression into a Golder Era with a massive boom and demand in jobs especially in Union. It happened after the discovery of oil, minerals and other stuff they found. The Secert Police was disbanded, hunted down and charged with crimes against Lynion," explained Rathma as they showed pubs and nightclubs alive with youths and adults. "When Ranakin and Xiahou came to power, they kept the Goldern Era going for several years. It bought a change and hope to the public. The public were given money to help them out and businesses started to re-open and everyone was back in business," concluded Rathma as they went back to the arena.
"So the Goldern Era should thank the assassin," said Lucus as he glanced at Rathma who just laughed to himself.
"You can say that," replied Professor Phoenix as he heard the question from Gee but had little time to respond when he walked out. "He's got a lot of learning to do," muttered Rathma to himself. "Lucus, report back to the arena at 2130 hours tonight,"
"Sure..." replied Lucus nervously as he walked with Mathieu. Lucus pulled out his PDA and he found something he had written up earlier. He tapped the button carefully and watched the 'Send' message appear in Lynionion before turning it off and placing it back into his pocket. "So, what's to do now," he started.

"I guess we can go get something to eat," Mathieu said. "And we can go over the mission...that's allowed, right? To figure out what we know and what we don't."
"The only thing you can't do is get the translation for the article written in Lynscertian," stated Rathma firmly. "Anyhow, enjoy and see you tomorrow," he concluded.

Sareau returned to his room, placing on his table a carefully harvested pumpkin, gathered on Walpurgisnacht in the shadow of Mount Brocken, just as the Feathertop grimoire required-fortunately, Walpurgisnacht was not a wait of months or even days-he'd now need to gather the wood for the frame, then proper clothing, as well as material for the candle....goodness, and his alarm was telling him a new class was starting.
Placing the pumpkin in refrigeration, he hurried to class...

"Oh, well that's cool," Mathieu replied. He turned to Lucus, "So, dinner it is then?" he glanced at the others as well.
"Yeah," replied Lucus as he touched his PDA that sent off an email. "I just need to be careful with time and all," he added with a smile.

RE: Idea
It doesn't take a rocket scientist that one can do things without returning to the surface. For example, take the simulation program that Professor Phoenix has installed in the arena. It can produce a number of real life simulation's and I've got it for tonight as long as I get my lesson over and done with first. It'll take me at least an hour maybe two to complete but I was wandering if we can meet and...well...I was thinking of some star gazing and maybe some classical music.
Interested?
OOC: I've had this idea for awhile. Why didn't I think of it before.
Also, I'm about to post a link to the story that actually details the assassination against King Marcus. You can read it, but you can't use it for your characters because it'll be cheating.

Gee did not hear Professor Phoenix, and probably wouldn't of heard him had he been standing next him; he was unfortunatly too mired in his own thoughts. After a few minutes of walking he arrived outside of Kyzburgs classroom, a plaque had been fixed to the outside simply reading "Prof. Kyzburg. Innovative Studies And Misc." Gee groaned, taking a deep breath he pushed the door open without knocking and marched in; only to stop short in surprise a second later.
As expected his old friends varied and erratic nature had imprinted itself on the room already, the individual desks had been removed and instead replaced with a long table and a bench that ran across the room. Three large chalkboards were fixed to the walls already covered in bizzarre diagrams and Kyzburgs desk was already cluttered in various objects which hummed and ticked.
Apart from the large black stain over the ceiling and the chemistry apparatus that boiled and steamed around the edges of the room the most striking feature was the large cylindrical time machine which stood in the corner of the room; dozens of thick wires trailed from it to the various plugs scattered across the room, it hummed menacingly.
"Drake?" Gee called nervously, suddenly aware that his friend wasn't present, "Gabriel? Kyzburg?" He walked to the center of the room where the middle of the table stretched across the room. He tapped a clockwork model of the solar system that was set on the table with a number of other devices, he took another look around, "Anyone of you will do..." He felt something tap him on the shoulder.
Turning round faster than he thought possible out of shock he saw an umbrella foating in the middle of the air, it waved itself around for a second before smacking Gee across the side of the head. Gee staggered backwards into the desk before he swore he felt two hands grip him by the ankles and him flip him back over the desk. As he crashed to the floor he groaned as he realised what was going on.
"Kyzburg you as-" A second later his lungs were crushed as something heavy landed on his chest, the umbrellas point lit of like a tazer and jabbed at his nose. "Arrghh! Gerrof you prat!" Gee stuck his hand out and sent a burst of telekinetic energy directedly in front of him. There was a muffled "Ommph" as the weight on top of him dissapeared, the nearby solar system went flying across the classroom and the other objects on the table crashed to the floor as it tipped over. There was a bang as something slammed into the wall, Kyzburg materialised, flickering in and out of visibility before landing back on the floor with a thump.
"Ow." He said simply. He continued to flicker, sparks of electricity crackling out of a tear in the back of his trenchcoat. Standing up he glared at Gee, "Firstly don't call me an ass, your british, it's arse, say it right. Secondly your performance was terrible." Gee gaped at him as his errant teacher strode back across the room picking up the various broken bits of machinery that was scattered across the floor. "This was a test?" He said weakly, Kyzburg stood calmly staring at him with his normal eye and his electric whose light was flashing red. "It says Misc does it not? Always expect the unexpected."
At that moment a burst of energy shot out of his electric eye knocking Gee to the other end of the room, collapsing against the back of the board Gee barely got enough time to register where he was before one of the rooms mechanical contraptions wrapped itself around him and held him aloft.
"You don't learn do you? Did I surrender? No. Did you? No. Honestly."
"Fine I surrender." Gee said fed up more than anything, the device put him down, "Still, i'm sure it wouldn't have gone as well if it had been my classmates you jumped."
"Hmmmm yes, let's see. The one called Mathieu has a lady friend called Goltia, just grab her and hold the boy to ransom." Kyzburg clicked his fingers as he put the bits he had picked up back on the desk, a small crane attached to tracks across the ceiling snapped it's gripper menacingly. "The one who covered you in ice, Ken is it?" He paused at the look on Gees face, "Yes I saw it all" Kyzburg said beaming tapping his eye.
"So it wa-"
"Let's not talk about that now shall we, now, why are you here?"
"I thought it was time for our lesson."
"This place doesn't have a timetable that I know of, people go where they please from what I've seen. Isn't it lunch time?"
"I didn't..."
Kyzburg sighed, "Gee, sit down and think of ten different ways that you could have fought me better,then I write down twenty five ways you could have better tried making friends. That should keep you busy untill they come here for a lesson I guess."
"Yes, food,"said the Twins."We're staving!"
Grace shook her head then walked along beside Josh.

Lucus felt on top of the world as he kept it quietly on the outside by on the inside, he was being overjoyed. However, he controlled himself as he stepped alongside Mathieu and walked with him. Lucus went over with the plan for tonight a couple of times. He was going to have something light because he wasn't sure what they would do. They were walking towards the lunchroom or whatever it was called when he noticed the others kept on saying the word: 'Starving'
"Is everyone starving or is it just me?" Lucus asked in a jokingly voice along with a smile.

Sareau materialized in his chair, silently observing the professor from behind his mask, this time a red faceplate of stiffened velvet, partly formed to mold about his face, but featureless save for the eyeholes. Sareau's eyes were a pale silver blue, so light as to make him appear soulless, and his pupils were currently pinpricks. He nodded vaguely to the professor and set his notepad on his desk...
"Just going off topic from our stomachs for a moment," started Lucus. "Why would Professor Phoenix give uas a specific assassination to investigate?" he asked them.

OOC: "Kyzburg" as you know him, being but one of a number of people in the same body, would have to appease about seven different personalities just to kidnap Goltia; this would mean sending her on a six week vacation to Hawai all inclusive just to make his anti-evil sides let him torment Josh and Mathieu with fake holographic pictures of her in agony :p
OOC 2: Because it takes two days for you lot to just decide that you are in fact hungry... read on :P

Kyzburgs electronic eye picked up Sareau's body temperature but nothing aside from that let him know he had entered the room. Without turning around from where he was fiddiling with some chemistry apparatus his electric eye stared at Sareau through the back of his own head.
"So, the first student appears, not including Gee." Kyzburg said, still facing a bubbling concoction that was beginning to smell like pear drops as he distilled it. He turned around to look at him with his real eye, he took in his odd appearence; but Kyzburg wasn't thrown, he'd seen enough in his life and this was relativly normal for him.
"I was under the impression," Kyzburg continued, taking a few steps towards him, "that it was lunch time." Clasping his hands behind his back he smiled pleasently at him, Kyzburg himself was odd, weird and mostly eccentric in appearance. He wore his light blue trenchcoat even when indoors but otherwise managed to look smart depsite combining pin stripe trousers with military grade boots. He was pale, and his fake eye was an improportionatly large metal blue ball covered in silver circuitry, various lights scattered across it pulsed and glowed whilst spinning craizly in his socket. The other one was light blue and mostly normal whilst his hair stuck up in most directions, oddly it was blond but had blue streaks; overall he appeared young yet had a detached air about him.
"Still, perhaps if eatings not your thing then you'd care to talk in the intervening time." He held up a hand, "But if you'd excuse me for a moment." Kyzburg walked off and sat himself down behind the desk, then he floated across the room when it was revealed his chair was a just a legless leather chair that could hover, floating over to where Gee sat and tapping him on the shoulder he led him out of the room, "Be back in a second." Kyzburg called back over his shoulder as he floated out with Gee and shut the door.
A literal second passed and then the large cylinderical device in the corner of the room whined from withen; a door on it's front opened and Kyzburg emerged still in his chair carrying a plate with a jacket potato on it and another with a pizza.
"Time machine." He said casually setting the pizza down in front of Sareau, "Thought you might be hungry, we've got twenty minutes, tis lunch time my good man."
----------
As the other students began entering the Lunch Room. There was a sudden bang and Kyzburg appeared floating in his chair gripping Gee who seemed rather ruffled from being the passenger in a trans-diemensional jump.
"Aha your classmates." Kyzburg said grinning as he drifted towards them with Gee following, "Why hello, I am Professor Kyzburg, and I teach Innovative Studies, not that any of you care i'm sure your more interested in other things." He paused for a moment looking off into the distance with his one good eye as the other stopped spinning haphazardly and fixed it's glowing red iris on each of them in turn. "Anyway, i've been having a peer related chat with Gee here." He said coming back down to earth, "And he would like to say a few things to you all."
"I would?" Gee said surprised.
"Yes, yes would." Kyzburg said apparently beaming at a ceiling tile.
"Errrr... like what?"
"Well let's see." He pulled out a bit of paper, "Twenty five ways that I could have made better friends by Gee aged five-I mean twenty nine sorry-number one, be nicer, number two, present them all with gift baskets, number thr-"
"Alright!" Gee said flushed, he turned to the others and sighed, "Sorry I was a bit off with you all."
"And that you were grumpy."
"Yeah and that."
"And miserable."
"Hmm"
"And and arse."
"Yea- Hay!"
"Oh look jacket potatoes!" Kyzburg cried spotting the traditionally dressed stereotypical friendly elderly dinner lady. There was another bang and he teleported in front of the counter on the other side of the room.
"Yes can I have the..."
Whilst Kyzburg selected his lunch Gee turned to the others smiling slightly, "Well yes, in short, sorry about the last hour or two... you could say I was possessed... somewhat... Anyway, how about we get some lunch?"
Walking over to the counter where Kyzburg had since left the room he looked over the menu which consisted of:
Jacket Potatoes; toppings include beans cheans and chilli concarne.
Pizza; pineapple, salami, cheese ham toppings,
Spaghetti Bolonaise
Rissoto
Fish And Chips
Sandwhiches; varying fillings
Human Blood Soup; freshly donated this morning.
It seemed as if they catered to all their students. Gee selected the Pizza and wandered off to sit at a nearby table, the smiling lunchlady turned round, "Please make your selection my dears."
"Yes, really," Mathieu joked back, tickling Goltia's sides. He smiled at Lucus, "I think all my friends here are borderline mental," he chuckled, hugging Goltia closer.
"heheha....dooon't, I'm ticklish,"said Goltia, before returning Mathieu's hug.
"I dunno, and honestly don't care why he gave us that, what i do care about is that its a class that interests me,"said Josh, answering Lucus' question.

"Really...?" Mathieu teased her, playfully tickling Goltia more.
"What a pair of insane idoits," whispered Lucus to himself as he simply walked towards the food. He took a plate of food which was a Lynion traditional meal that was eaten by the military. Since Lucus was going to join the military, he might as well have a taste of what was to offer.
'Just lovely,' he thought to himself.
On the plate was a bit of rump steak but it wasn't from a cow but from the body of a Mai Haio Bear that lurked in Lynscert Mountain Side. It looked like it was from a cow but it had more flavouring and zero fat. Lucus usually sprinkled a little salt onto the steak to give it a bit of flavouring. He was also careful not to mix the salt with the fired rice next to the meat and of course the potato in a jacket. He sat down by himself as he started to think about what was going to happen tonight.
"Really...?" Mathieu teased her, playfully tickling Goltia more.
"Yesss! hahaha,"said Goltia, before going into a fit of giggles, which of course rebounded across her link with Josh, drawing a smile out of him.

"Just going off topic from our stomachs for a moment," started Lucus. "Why would Professor Phoenix give uas a specific assassination to investigate?" he asked them.
Ken shrugged. "My guess would be that it's a complicated matter that was never resolved proper, or that he wants us to get some insight into the Lynion government.
"It's understandable-assassinations are rarely done for the stated reasons-probably someone the target cuckolded did the job or had it done. I mean, if a leader is hated enough, likely assassinators start with the phone book and add on from there. Besides, any political figure has enough people around him trying to cover their own asses over some minor thing, the big picture gets buried.
"'Course, this is Lynion, and those vampires as run the place have their own view-usually long-sighted in some areas, short-sighted in others. Vampires are a possessive and jealous lot, so it may well have been someone whose drapes the guy insulted a century or so ago."
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Sareau looked at the pizza, then shrugged. If it was lunchtime, he should go to the cafeteria, where his hood was. Gesturing, he sent the pizza to his refrigerator for breakfast-waste not, want not-then sent himself to the cafeteria, leaving his notebook.
Once there, he placed his order, then adjusted his hood, carefully placing his mask to one side before he ate, a fine crab salad cocktail with a dry white wine of indistinct vintage...
"I like the idea Ken," started Lucus. "But just look at it. Professor Phoenix had hundreds of assassinations all pointing to different outcomes. Sure, with King Marcus' death, it bought in a Goldern Era and things got better," he contiuned as he ate his meal. "Hmm... I'm not sure if anyone knows..." he added as he made sure Professor Phoenix wasn't about. "I just had a thought about a few things about the assassination," he contiuned. "When I was taking part in the simulation, I was fighting alongside a bloke name Jaxson and we were at the cafe. He was able to slip into the cafe and pour a substance into one of the Secert Police Officers drinks. At first it didn't occur to me at all but then we heard the officer died and..." he suddenly stopped. "...the officer died from a heart attack. At the time he didn't seem to have trouble and take note, this was taken place 6 days prior to the assassination. 6 days later, King Marcus died from a heat attack. He didn't have any heart problems or blood problem," finished Lucus. "I think the two attacks are related," Lucus concluded as he looked at Ken. "The only real question now is: Who did it?" he said as he sat back. "Just in theory and throwing an idea about, do you think their sons ordered the assassination to claim the throne quicker?" he asked.
Gee looked up from where he had been silently toying with his pizza, the micro chip in his brain fizzing, he looked at Lucas frowning.
"You said back in the simulation," Gee said slowly putting little flashes of insight together, "That the substance which was used on those policeman had run out. But you also suspect that it was used to kill the king." He chewed on his lip prodding a piece of pepperoni trying to grasp the nagging feelings his implant gave him.
"Although you don't know what the real motive was..." He shook his head realising he was going in the wrong direction before starting again in a firm voice as he figured out what he was trying to say.
"You said all the poison ran out. You said it ran out six days before the King was killed. You do not know why exactly he was killed but it doesn't matter, your looking at it the wrong way." He brandished his fork at Lucas, "Ok, so you think he was killed by the Fungus juice of whatever it is, but apparently it's all gone. So, what you need to think about is where they get it from, how long it takes to get it, and who get's it. Guessing blindly at a motive won't help you. What will help you is knowing exactly where they get their weapon of choice, and thankfully it isn't a rock or a gun which are plentiful, but an apparently rare drug, this means theres a thin chain of operation you can follow."
Gee sat back in his chair deciding he wasn't hungry, "Quite how you find that out I don't know, unless theres a library somewhere, internet, or maybe I borrow Kyzburg's time machine and we go look ourselves." He laughed.
"Well, it wouldn't be the first time that's happened, right?" Mathieu added his contribution, taking a pause in teasing Goltia. "I mean, regicide within family's isn't something new."
Of course, Mathieu could only behave for so long. Soon his arm had curled around Goltia's waist once more, idly stroking her side.
-------
In her study, Delphina perked up, turning her head as if she heard something. Her face scrunched up in thought.
Goltia looked down at his arm as she ate, then looked at Mathieu, then shrugged and continued eating.
--------------------------------
"What about the boy, Mathieu?" said the woman, stepping into the light and showing herself. She was wearing a pink and white dress and looked both young and old at the same time.
"He is...Different. I can't put my finger on it. His destiny is tied to Goltias, though,"said the man, stepping into the light and revealing himself. He wore a black shirt, black jeans and a grey overcoat. He's face was world weary, as if he had seen everything and wanted no more.
"They ran out of the stuff in Lynion," stated Lucus as he looked at his PDA for the time. "But they could easily have sent someone to go get some of the crap," he concluded. "I need to go, Professor Phoenix needs me for something," said Lucus as he stood up and left the lunchroom.
Lucus was never sure how much time has passed but he wanted to get the job over and done with. He didn't looked back at his peers as his mind kept wandering about what was going to happen. Then again, it could've being anything. As he walked through the hallways, he came towards the arena where he found Rathma finishing eating what appeared to be Human Flesh on a plate. Lucus just froze in the arena as the door suddenly slammed behind him. Rathma had finished eating the flesh after noticing Lucus had entered the arena about 30 minutes eariler which wasn't like him.
"I wanna get this over and done with sir," stated Lucus as he walked down the stairs and onto the arena.
"So it seems," replied Rathma as he wiped away the blood of the flesh he had just aten. "You know what's going to happen afterwards?"
"Yeah," replied Lucus as he glanced at the floor. "I'll be hunted to the ends of the station and the earth if I say anything. It's just a meeting," Lucus said as he avoided looking Rathma in the eye.
"Maybe it is," muttered Rathma to himself as Lucus waited for a moment. Rathma turned on a high mind block against any mind readers that might attempt to mind read Lucus' thoughts.
Somewhere in the Vamperial Kingdom
Lucus was suddenly thrown into a bunker that was obviously under a military installation somewhere in Lynion but he didn't know where. He glanced about for a moment as he noticed a number of High King Vamp's Death Bringers (Private Military Force) stood at the corners keeping an eye on the guest wh just started to arrive. He knew about the Death Bringers since they were the ones involved in a number of battles alongside Vamperial Forces during domestic wars.
'Why is Vamp's PMF here?' thought Lucus to himself as he realised he was invisible to them. 'What the blazes do I need to be here for?'
Lucus quietly walked over to the table as he noticed a number of high officals he seen at a distance but couldn't name them. However, one looked strangely familiar with his face but couldn't put his finger onto it. There wasn't much talking as they were clearly waiting for somebody else to arrive.
'Why would Vamp's PMF be here?' he thought to himself again as he thought about it for a moment and looked at the people sitting around the table chatting.
Lucus went over to a sertion member that made him think about High King Vamp. He glanced at his uniform and saw no similarities between them in his thoughts. The mood was silently as they waited paitently for a moment before Lucus finally found the figure.
'Of course, he was never pleased with his grandson so he made someone kill him,' thought Lucus to himself as he sat on a cold hard stone bench. 'Wait he never wanted to intervine against his family so why did he do it?'
The answer didn't have to tease before it happened right before him. Lucus looked around again before he saw the half-bred. It was Mavax, Commander of the Imperial Guardians for the Royal Family. Why was he there was another mystery that needed to be cracked. Lucus glanced about before somebody came in looking confused alongside another man.
"Rathma, this is Vamp Edwards," introduced the man as Lucus suddenly dropped his jaw wide open.
“I’m also a contractor for a military force to be used if riots occur,” stated Vamp to Rathma as he avoided eye contact. “Nevertheless, the 12th Mechanised Infantry Division will be able to keep control of the island,”
“We won’t need a Private Military Force (PMF),” stated Mavax as Rathma glanced at him nervously.
“And we’re not mindless zombie’s that take orders from our master!” shouted Mavax back at Rathma as some of the guards made it noticeable they were readying themselves in case a fight broke out. “Nearly one fifth of the population in the Lynion Islands alone have lost jobs, their lively hoods, their family and some have even lost their lives when they spoke out against Marcus,” stated Mavax as he got off his chair and stood in front of Rathma.
“Then...then who will take control until Ranakin and Xiahou ready for the throne?” demanded Rathma. “Who is willing to take full responsibility of this damn assassination?”
“I will,” stated Vamp firmly as he looked around for anybody willing to challenge his leadership. “I was the one that brought all you guys together to do this plot. Sure it’s going to be hard on both our loyalty and the fact we might even break that oath but you know what? If we do this, we can bring in another monarch that can give back to the people. They can bring us out of recession!”
“So Vamp,” started Mavax as he looked at Jian across the table and then Vamp. “If we assassinate him, you’ll produce a capable leader?”
“I will give us a leader,” stated Vamp. “The Vamperial Order will run the Vamperial Kingdom until the prince’s ascend to the throne. We will take the kingdom out of the economic crisis and take into a new golden age,” continued Vamp as his words of inspiration started to rally the officers around him. “We’ll train the prince’s with leadership and they will bring a United Vamperial Kingdom together. The more we hold this off, the more the people will suffer. This is the perfect moment and we will do this. If anybody wants to back out they can and they won’t be seen as a coward,”
“Ok, we have the leader,” started a high ranking military officer as he nodded to Vamp. “The only thing that needs to be discussed, who’s going to do it?” the officer asked as he looked around while Vamp started to say something before Rathma jumped into the discussion. Lucus glanced about as he saw the assassin come forward and it was the biggest shock in his entire life...so far that is!
(OOC: No names are going to be given)
Few moments later...
It was all over for Lucus as he forced himself out of the simulation and came collasping onto the ground in shock. He couldn't believe what he just saw as he prayed there was something being played in his mind. Lucus pulled himself together as he saw Professor Phoenix take 367 away back to his office to sleep it off. Lucus sat against the wall and tried not to cry as he started to wait for Delphina to come to the arena.
Delphina was getting ready, preparing a small meal that wouldn't look conspicuous if someone saw her with it. She suddenly got a strong mental image, Lucus collapsed on the ground, then sitting against a wall...almost sobbing. Not understanding what had happened, she rushed down to the hangar to find him.
Hangar
Her steps were quiet as she walked softly into the hangar, the mental image fresh in her mind as she scanned for Lucus. She found him still against the wall and quickened her pace, kneeling down beside him as she approached.
"Are you okay?" Delphina asked, concerned.
Kyzburg rolled his good eye as the other did a seventy degree turn to look at the bizzarre metronome like contraption on his desk.
*da.da.da.da.da.da.*
"Yes I know I know..." He muttered walking over to it and tapping a clear diamond tube containing a strange multi-couloured liquid that gave off an etheral glow. He gave it the once over frowning at it, it was attuned to the higher plane of existence, measuring fluctuations or some such nonsense. In truth he didn't know how half his contraptions worked, he just assembled them and they worked.
*da.da.da.da.*
A series of small cogs and gears spun round causing a small pendulum to repeatedly hit a steel sheet producing it's perculiar noise. He had spent an hour attuning the accursed thing to the schools own bizzarre frequencies, students up to their necks in extra-diemensional energy were playing havoc with it; when Sareau dissapeared it went wild.
*da.da.da.da.da.da*
"Yes I know!" He moaned to himself, he flicked a switch on a screen connected to it; a white fuzzy pulsing picture appeared on it, like sonar ripples eminated from various points across the school, he frowned, two extra dots had appeared somewhere in the school. Making a note to get a map of sorts he fiddled with a dial to quiet it before turning back to making a few notes on his future lessons.
---------
Gee glanced at Sareau, his microchip pinged for a second, he wondered idly at this new thought if he was a prince of sorts. Shaking his head he finished his meal and looked at the others.
"What now? Do we have a lesson now or is it the evening?" He lifted his wrist to show a thick clunky watch that had stopped working, "I'm afriad I don't know the time."
Goltia returned Mathieu's smile, then finished eating. Josh and Grace waved Lucus off, then put a arm around each other and started humming.
---------------------------------------------------------
"What of the teleporter, Sareau?" said the woman, looking around the hanger.
"He is...I'm not sure what he is. He is somehow related to the Old Ones though, that much is sure," replied the man.
"So he is a threat?"
"I am not sure. Anyway, what about Templar. The man is a paradox."
"Hmm...Yes, he is interesting. He is demonic, that much is known."
"Ok. Lastly, what of Delphina?"
"She has a role to play in the destinies of the Twins. What, though, i cannot say."
As their conversation continued, the signal that people would be drawn to became stronger.
Kyzburg paused what he was writing, flexed his fist, dropped is pen and sat up straight as the metronomes sound drilled it's way anoyingly into his head, he took a deep breath and got up to look at it again.
The sound got louder.
"Is it broken." He said simply flicking it aimlessly.
*da.da.da.da*
"Fine!" He threw his arms up irritably and turned the metronomes sensitivity down. He waited a few seconds, nothing, he turned his back on it.
*da.da.da.da.da.da.*
"Oh come on!" He flicked on the monitor again, the previous time he had looked there had been a few dots here and there, the most powerful ones grouped in the lunchroom, and a few occassional ripples from Templars Demonology classroom. All of those however had dissapeared when he turned down the sensitivity; instead two bright pulses he noticed last time were the only ones pulsing insitently.
He frowned, wondering if the students were doing something illegal, then he wondered if the school had any rules, and if it didn't would it be possible to... He stopped that bizzarre train of thought.
"Right." He said aloud, attempting to keep his thoughts seperate from those of his mental companions. Let's go see what four eyed horn rimmed bespeckled demon the kids have summoned. He hopped into his hover chair, locking his classroom he hovered through the hallways to the source of this strange anomaly.
Mathieu smiled coyly at Goltia as he continued to eat, looking up as Lucus left them.
"Are you okay?" Delphina asked, concerned.
Lucus looked up as he held Delphina's hand tightly with his hand. He wasn't sure what to say as his life hanged on what was going to happen. Lucus blinked a couple of times before wipping the tears away from his eyes as he hugged Delphina gently. So much had happened in two hours and now he felt everything he stood for was being challenged. The mood was quiet as Lucus calmed himself down and turned to Delphina as he took deep breathes.
"I...I just...I'm sorry Delphina but until the classes are over with the professor, I don't wanna risk anything," he said as he smiled. "Besides, I didn't call you here to see me cry or say something stupid," he stated as 367 appeared again fully charged.
"Love is in the air," 367 sang before Lucus discouraged strongly.
"Right, take us to Yirle Cliffs, present time," ordered Lucus. "Also, execute the music when we settle in,"
Lucus and Delphina suddenly found themselves in Lynion. Lucus guided Delphina over to a hammock that was hung up between two oak trees as he waited for her to lay down in it before he joined her. The sky was perfectly clear as several shooting stars rocketed across the night sky. Stars were out shinning to their full abilities. The city below them, Glasgow, had turned off it's power supplies to ensure that the brightness of the night sky could be seen by star gazers which included Delphina and Lucus. To their left was the cliff itself which overlooked a calm sea that was slowly producing very few waves since it was nearly a windless night in Lynion. The moon was full and the night as slightly cold as Lucus turned to Delphina.
"Sure it isn't the real thing but this is happening in Lynion as we speak and nobody is going to crash the party," smiled Lucus as he held her hand gently. "What do you think sweetie?"
"I think it's the sweetest thing anyone's done for me," she admitted, brushing his cheek gently. "Sweetie? Should I call you Snuggle-buns or something?" she teased, kissing his cheek to let him know she was only kidding.
"They have a hanger?"
Kyzburg entered, rather surprised, and evenmore surprised when he saw the various vehicles in the hanger; a quick flick over them with his eye showed that a quite a few of the were capable of FTL. "Fascinating." He said to himself drifting further in. He then spotted an odd glow near one of the shuttles, frowning he approached it leaning forwards in his hover-chair to better concentrate.
Being untuned to the extra-diemension himself but connected to the device back in his classroom he realised that the two people standing by the shuttle were the source of it; and they didn't look like students. He frowned, not quite sure how to proceed, in a place where anyone could summon up a demon at will to do their laundry he felt somewhat less powerful than normal... as much as he loathed to admit it.
So, he stuck to the old stand by, adopting an officious and firmvoice he called across the room whilst approaching them,
"Excuse me, but would you care to tell me whom exactly you are and where you should actually be?"
Ken watched the cuddling with some mild interest, though he definitely came to the conclusion Young Love made him nauseous. "Why don't we check out the official records on this Jaxson character? If we hunt him down, since he has the poison, maybe we can squeeze him for information on where he got it?"
He formed a small scalpel-like dagger in his hand. "I learned a few tricks at Ada Kismessis..." he looked about, suddenly shocked. "I mean, I've been in a few questioning sessions in Istanbul-the Blue Moon can be very effective, and I've picked up a few things from observation..."
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
The nice thing about having a face that killed viewers was the mask hid many of the subtle tells on an ordinary person-otherwise, the cafeteria crowd would have realized Sareau's eyebrows and expression suddenly perked when Gee spoke. Time Machine? he thought, I could buy myself a ton of free time by tampering with Professor Phoenix's Power Handling class, sending them all to the Assassination of King Marcus, giving me plenty of time to build my scarecrow and grant it life. Father did say I'd need an army, and certain of the students would oppose me...
His thoughts were unfathomable, as he attempted to make coherent sense of the packet of telepathic information he'd been imparted at one time. The twins were acting out some sort of divine game their gods were playing, and certain of the others were likewise pinpointed for similar reasons, but the opposition-they would best be sidetracked in Lynion's history.
Had anything of value vanished in that period? Perhaps accompanying them would not be out of the question...he would have to research.

OOC:It was Gee who was speaking, so I've amended it-mea culpa. If I'm going to play a vilain, I do have to consider real corkers now and again-Sareau has contemplated ruining the global economy to qualify for a scholarship, has robbed historic antiquities, and slaughtered several prison guards so far in his schemes-why would hijacking a time machine(actually, just hacking to link it into the holographic system of Prof. Phoenix's class), sending the entire class to meddle in history, then taking his lumps when/if he's caught doing so?
And a point of clarification: there will be only one scarecrow, as I've been trying to assemble an army of Empowered for some time-I just have to post the scarecrow's abilities in the OOC thread before animating it here. I've approached classmates so far, but either get sidetracked or the approached individual drops out of the thread, or I'd be further along on the army thing.

"Oops," Mathieu said sheepishly. He took the brush from her hands and tossed it aside. "Forgive me?" he asked, kissing her again.

"Yes it does," Delphina said, her thoughts straying to the strong psychic feeling she held. It was strong now...close. Looking longingly at Lucus, Delphina wondered if it was something she could protect him from. "Lucus..." she whispered softly, kissing his forehead.
OOC: I must point out that legal consent age in my FT nation is 15. So :P

"Is something wrong?" he asked nervously wandering what Delphina was up too as he stroked her hair gently while he kissed her gently on the lips.
OOC: I'm sending a PM to FUS about something Delphina should expose about Lucus.
As her lips touched his forehead, Delphina had a sudden vision, transported to another place and time. She found herself overlooking Lucus and his platoon wandering through a forest that was once part of Imperial Fungi. Everything seemed to be going smoothly at first, but they eventually ran into a number of Fungi demons who are easily cut down from where they stood. Delphina was disembodied, but could explore the environment. She chased after Lucus.
Her vision is interuppted as she flew through to what seemed to be the future. Delphina was disoriented-she'd never had a true moment of precognition like this. She found Lucus, now appearing to be 25, and working alongside Rathma Phoenix on a mission with four others. However, during the mission they came across a Spider Tank that survived the Fungi War. Lucus is seen walking a vampire-the name Revan invades Delphina's mind. The rest is unclear as the image begins to blur. Lucus goes rouge and kills Revan next to him...before Rathma rips Lucus' head off.
Delphina gasps as the vision ends, knocking her off of the hammock. She lands, her legs splayed, her white hair covering her eyes like a cowl.
"I-I'm sorry, Lucus..." she says softly, "I...must go," Delphina says with a quivering voice, bolting upright to run out of the arena.

His hand caressed her cheek, grasping the hand that held his. He bent down and kissed her once more.
"Oh my, that must of been unpleasant for her,"said the woman, the man standing beside her. Although they were in the school, no one would be able to see them after their close call earlier.
"Doubt you would like that happening to you,"said the man.
"Oh shut up Auron,"said the woman, revealing his name.
OOC: No one can hear them either. And yes, they are two of my gods. And they won't be doing much. If they interfere too much they get stripped of their power.

Ther Revered Thomas Fletcher was finished for the day, a brilliant sermon capping off his Sunday Afternoon Gospel Hour of Power. Cable brought his message to the four corners of the globe, enriching his coffers significantly. Of course, he was a busy man to maintain this media empire, and the few hours after the service as his accountants totted up that week's take was the only free time he had, so he learned to enjoy it.
Light filled his office-so bright as to be blinding. THOMAS FLETCHERthe deep bass rumble shook the office as the source of that light-a figure but vaguely man-shaped with great wings of flame-appeared without warning.BLESSED ART THOU AMONG MEN, FOR LO, I BEAR GLAD TIDINGS
Fletcher held a hand over his eyes-that light was so bright and pure. "Yes, Lord?"
THE TIME IS AT HAND, THOMAS FLETCHER, AND THOU MUST GATHER THE FAITHFUL. The figure gestured, and a paper with a single number written upon it appeared on his desk. THIS MAN WILL BE THY GUIDE. GATHER THE FAITHFUL AND BRING THEM UNTO TOPHET PARK, WHERE THOU SHALT SCOURGE THEM-TEST THEM TO REMOVE THE WHEAT FROM THE CHAFF. THEY GUIDE SHALL HELP THEE IN THIS. THY SHOULDERS BEAR THE SALVATION OF THE WORLD, THOMAS FLETCHER-FAIL NOT IN THY PURPOSE, NOR THY RESOLVE
Fletcher fell to his knees, clasping his hands before him. Tears in his eyes, he gratefully prayed: "No, Lord. Your servant will not fail you-my faith is strong and I will not fail."
When he opened his eyes, he was alone, the paper on his desk the only sign he had received his visitation. With trembling hands, he dialed the number...

"So, Boss-it always like this?" Ken sidled up to the table, sliding his tray opposite Sareau.
"Please-it's usually worse." he snorted. "I'm amazed we haven't had a teen pregnancy yet. However, be careful when you disturb me-I was shaping light from the top of Everest into a required shape across the globe-that sort of concentration, plus projecting and garbling my voice-not good when you interrupt me. I hope that idiot preforms as I require-handling him should be a full-time job..."
Ken smiled and leaned into the hood to whisper: "So, what are you planning?"
Sareau placed a gloved hand on Ken's cheek, stroking him gently. "The less you know, the less you can reveal-allow me my peccadilloes."

"I-I saw, something..." Delphina said, still trying to understand what had happened. "Lucus...died...but-"
OOC: Rathma has the XM8 and Blackett has the M16
IC:
"Lucus died?" muttered Rathma as he glanced at Blackett while taking it as unbelievable.
There was little left to say as 367 suddenly bolted through the door and headed to the opposite side of Rathma, Delphina and Blackett. Rathma took a deep breathe as Lucus suddenly entered through the door but with green eyes not the usual red. He glanced around before noticing Delphina standing with Rathma and Blackett. Rathma was carefully with Lucus as he caught a glimpse of 367 doing something.
"Lucus?" started Rathma. "How you feeling?" he asked as Lucus was taking in deep breathes.
"You extinct my species," started a very deep voice as Rathma leveld his rifle with Lucus' head. "It could've worked with Delphina. We could've started a brand new empire,"
"Why don't you take your true form? Mavis..." asked Rathma firmly as he watched Lucus transformed into a werewolf.
"Because I needed to find a host that'll lead me to a female," Lucus answered as he licked his lips and six tentacles appeared out of his back.
"I'm not going to let you go free," Rathma stated as he removed the safety catch. "Besides, I think 367 has a thing to say about you," pointed out Rathma.
As Lucus/Mavis turned around to face 367 who had a charged up energy ball aimed at him. Lucus/Mavis started to transform into a Fungi Werewolf before a high energy charge went off. It pushed Lucus/Mavis off balance and headed directly back into the arena. Blackett went to the door to the arena and fired a couple of rounds at him after Rathma turned to Delphina.
"I know you love him and Lucus is in love with you," started Rathma as he didn't give Delphina a chance to explain their relationship. "I'm not sure what's going to happen but I'm going to close off this sector of the school by using the blast doors. If you don't hear me within an hour...you may need to evac everyone off the school. Before you leave during the evac, inform the Vamperial Order of what's going on. They should know what to do," explained Rathma as 367 joined with Blackett in the fight. "I don't know if I can save him Delphina but I'll try my best,"

Kyzburg had been making his way back to his classroom, drifting idly across the hallwas in a zig zag manner to amuse himself whilst he pondered his recent extra diemensional experience. Immersed in his own, and others, thoughts his peaceful calm was broken by a demonic voice bellowing something that affronted one of his other personalities.
I say how rude...
And that was?
"Dam students!" Kyzburg yelled to himself and his internal companions as he headed for the source of the commotion, he rounded the corner in time to see an explosion of sorts go off amongst four people; a second later he heard the unmistakable sound of gunfire.
Slipping out of his chair firmly onto his booted feet, unaquainted with the other teachers he assumed that a variety of students had gone one step too far. Striding forwards he started yelling down the corridor,
"That's IT! GET BACK TO YOUR ROO-"
Kyzburg stopped in his tracks as his electronic eye finally finished analysing what it had seen. For half a second he was locked in absoloute denial before his multiple personalities gave him a psycological kick up the backside. Coming back to earth he commenced striding back across the hallway from where he could hear muffled sounds of fighting comign from the arena.
His electronic eye glowing a vivid red as it focused on Delphina and Rathma he pulled his modified umbrella from withen his trench coat, sparking dangerously as it's tip grazed along the floor he pointed an accusing finger at them both; utterly fed up with his day.
"WHAT THE HELLS GOING ON HERE!"
Templar came blazing down the corridor when he heard the explosion, sword in hand.
"What in the name of 12 demon loads is going on here?!" he asked.
Meanwhile, Josh and Grace heard the explosion echo through the school, looked at each other, and started running towards where it came from.
"367, start to close the blast doors," ordered Rathma as he dodged a tentacle that was coming towards him. "Charge up the elecrtic fields so we can fry him,"
"Copy that sir," replied 367 before scattering towards the controls for the blast doors as Professor Kyzburg entered the room.
"WHAT THE HELLS GOING ON HERE!"
"Excellent question," replied Rathma as he noticed the blast doors started to close in order to block the arena from the rest of the school. "The only thing that matters to me is that Lucus has turned into a Fungi of some kind and it needs to be stopped. I'm not even sure if Lucus is in control of his own body," explained Rathma as Blackett ran out of the arena.
"So what's the plan Rathma?" asked Blackett as another tentacle came through the door.
"We're going to give the bugger an eletric fry, knock him out cold, put cuffs on his hands and send him back to Lynion to remove the Fungi infection," explained Rathma as he took out his sword and sliced off the tentacles. "If we can't..." Rathma suddenly stopped, glanced at Delphina before glancing at Blackett. "...we'll have to kill him if we can't capture him," he concluded as he noticed the last of the blast doors closed, the arena isolated and 367 started on charging the eletric fields.
Running towards the blast doors, Josh got to them just as they slammed shut.
"Frak! Whats going on here?" said Josh.
"Wish I knew, kid,"said Templar, standing beside him outside the blast doors.
"Can we cut the chit chat?" asked Blackett as he fired a volly of bullets directly into Lucus/Mavis. "You can't expect me to take the damn thing on my own do you?"
"No," snapped back Rathma as he joined with Blackett on the other side of the door. "Made any dent?"
"Dent?" asked Blackett as he reloaded his rifle with a new clip. "This creature seems to be absorbing the blasted rounds," he stated as Rathma was consumed by his armour.
"Crap," muttered Rathma as he glanced through the doorway.
Lucus/Mavis stood about 7 foot 9 high, was a heavily mutated werewolf and had eight tentacles coming out of his back. His head had bull horns coming out of them and his fur and hair had turned into a liquid slime. Bullets were being absorbed as it lowered its head directly at the door. Rathma could clearly see it was about to charge and placed his rifle over his shoulders. He took a deep breath as Lucus/Mavis started to charge at him. Rathma charged back at him to see who would chicken out first. Lucus/Mavis roared in anger as he charged directly towards Rathma at full pace which caught him strangely off guard. However, it gave him a chance to think.
'No chance of stopping now,' thought Rathma to himself.
He pulled out his longsword and suddenly dropped to one knee. Lucus/Mavis kept charging and on the last second, Rathma thrusted his longsword directly into Lucus/Mavis stomach. Rathma jumped aside and pulled himself up as Lucus/Mavis landed on his side with blood coming out of his stomach. There was nothing to be said at the moment as Rathma lowered his armour and walked over to the body.
Lucus/Mavis' mind was fighting amongest itself as Lucus' soul was trying to regain power back to his body. Mavis kept Lucus at bay as both were trying to gain surpreme control over the body. Lucus was crying as his soul called out to Delphina weakly.
'You said you wouldn't harm her,' stated a crying Lucus soul as he watched Mavis' soul turned to him.
'I lied,' he replied firmly as he glared at Lucus. 'It was meant to be her and I. We will bring in a new era of Fungi Power and start the conversion of man to Fungi. The perfect way of life,'
'You and I know there's no way you can't get off this station,' replied Lucus. 'Even if you killed everyone, the Vamperial Order would send this station into space dust,' he said weakly as his soul was slowly starting to part from his body.
'I would use a shuttle to get off stupid,' yelled Mavis in reply as he sent Lucus' soul away from him. Lucus finally lost all his power to control his body as he was locked away in some part of Mavis memory.
Rathma meanwhile had approched Lucus/Mavis body with care as Blackett fired a few rounds into the body to make sure it was dead. The thought of Lucus dying entered Rathma's mind as he started to wonder how he could ever explain himself to Delphina. What could he say? I'm sorry but it was for the good of everyone else? The thought would have to leave him as he ripped out the sword from the body. Rathma sighed as he bent down and looked for a pulse.
"I can't believe it..." muttered Rathma as he couldn't find a pulse. "Lucus Lingston...KIA, 12th of May..." whispered Rathma as he reached for the dogtags.
"What a way to end a life," muttered Blackett as he knelt next to the body before noticing something wrong with Rathma.

Prof. Whately sauntered up the hall, observing the chaos with a jaundiced, glazed eye. "Prof. Phoenix, it's bad form to kill the students-even if they are host to a megalomanical fungal parasite." His dull gaze passed over the remains as he hmmmmed. "So, do we attempt a resurrection, or just go through his pockets for change?"

Sareau took Ken Marcus's hand. "That alarm bodes not well..."
And they stood in the door of a vast church, where Sareau dipped his hands in the font and splashed water on his face. "We'll go back when things have quieted down enough for them to miss us-say, half an hour, at that bridge?" He nodded towards the west. "Check in on Lord Shilling, then meet me there, all right? I have matters to attend to-shouldn't take long."
Sareau faded as if blown by a soft breeze, and Ken scanned about, taking his bearings. Lord Shilling's arena wasn't far...

The old man sat in his apartment-the number he didn't recognise was calling him again.
"Janos." the soft voice pronounced it YAN-osh, and he turned to see Sareau in his school uniform, mask of stiffened red velvet over his face. "You haven't answered the phone...all to the good, since I've not told you what you'll be doing."
The old man's face twisted into rage and fear commingled. "I am not falling to your Brotherhood, monk." he snarled.
"Certainly not." Sareau's tone was impassive. "I have need of your talents-specifically, the Wenslydale Imperative."
The old man's eyes bulged. "That's only got a 0.0647% success rate."
"Yes, well..." Sareau waved the questions away."There'll be enough volunteers-The Reverend Thomas Fletcher is recruiting. I see he's been calling you."
"That fanatic?" The eyes lit up oddly. "He'll only bring Christians."
"And you'll torture them and kill them in bizarre ways until you produce Empowered." Sareau finished his statement. "Harvesting each soul of the failures. The successes you will bind to me, and you will in no way tamper with Fletcher...he's mine."
"And how would you stop me?" Small glowing spheres energed from Janos Agyar's body to spin about him. "You cannot fight me..."
Sareau strode forward and took Janos by the hand, making the old man's hand smoke and spark. "I am a King of Edom, quite beyond your parlor tricks, Lampagiu...the sooner you learn that, the better. Now, give your word, and I'll release you."
The old man screamed and squirmed, but Sareau's burning grip was unbreakabel. Finally, he collapsed into himself and shuddered. "Very well, Edomite-I agree to your plan."
Sareau released his grip, allowing Janos to fall to the floor."Excellent, little incubus. You will explain the Wensleydale Imperative to Fletcher and begin setting things up. I will contact you for progress reports regularily." Sareau turned and walked towards the door, saying over his shoulder:"Never forget incubus:I own you now."
Janos prepared to curse, but he was alone. The phone rang...

Kyzburg could do nothing more than gag in the short time it took it for Rathma to dispatch the creature before him, watching what had once been Lucas collapse onto the floor was an odd experience for him; he wasn't quite sure what to think or feel. Approaching Lucas/Mavis's dead body besides Rathma he looked down, his electronic eye whizzing rapidly over the body. With Rathma on his right side removing Lucas's dog tags he clenched his fist a few times, swung it back forwards and forwards uncomfortably behind his back before tentativly and shakingly placing a hand on his shoulder. His multiple personalities swapping places continuously in the confusionhe felt he said quietly and softly to him,
"We could always run a sample of his D.N.A through my resurrection chamber." He flicked his other hand in the direction of Whatley who he recognised as a fellow evildoer of sorts, albeit not addled with good loving personalities. "I mean, it would bring his body back... but I don't know the nature of this... fungus... stuff, I don't know if his personalities still floating about somewhere; if it is he'll be brought back, but if not... it'll just be a shell..."
Still with his hand on Rathma's shoulder his eye electronic eye caught Blacketts gaze, "What?" Kyzburg said simply.
"LET! US! IN!" said Josh, having felt Lucus fade from his senses. He banged on the door a few times, then stepped back and started to melt the blast door with a jet of hyper heated energy that would of melted diamond.
"Woh, kid. Give me some warning,"said Templar, stepping back.
It was rather quiet when Rathma removed the dogtags from the body of Lucus/Mavis. The words seemed to have gone on deafen ears as he looked at the wound which was slowly healing. Maybe the creature was baiting for everybody to come and witness the death of Lucus. Rathma glanced up and noticed some of the students had arrived dispite the blast doors. He didn't care about it at the moment. He closed his eyes gently as everything seemed to have faded into nothing.
"Why the hell did he pick Lucus?" whispered Rathma to himself as 367 stood at the door to the arena. "367...bring me the going away gift..." ordered Rathma.
It didn't take 367 long before he came rushing out to Rathma with a brand new clip in his hand. Rathma removed the clip from his rifle as he studied the bullets which came to his conclusion. Non-napalm bullets. His sword was made out of enhanced steel with no traces of napalm. Rathma looked about as he realise what could happen.
"How did you survive the war?" Rathma asked the body as 367 handed him the clip.
"I survive by taking over Lucus body..." the creature said as it healed its wound. Rathma stood back as the creature roared back into life.
"It explains why Lucus was the only survivour," Rathma said to himself as he raised his rifle at him.
"The Fungi always survive," it yelled as it suddenly feared Rathma greatly.
"Too bad, your the last one and here's me saying goodnight," replied an enraged Rathma as he unloaded a full clip into the body's head.
"Rathma NO!" shouted BLackett in protest but was too late.
Mavis/Lucus wailed with fear as the body started to boil over and over. The creature took control of itself before the head exploded into blood and guts across the arena. The lifeless body collasped onto the ground as it started to change. From mutated werewolf to werewolf. From werewolf to Lucus lifeless body. The head was strangely still on the head as Rathma knelt down beside Lucus body.
"(Rest in Peace Lucus)," whispered Rathma in Romainan as he closed the eye lids. "(I hope your soul finds your body and maybe come back to life)," he muttered as he felt he wanted to cry but couldn't. Lucus started to cough violently as some kind of Fungi Spider came out of his mouth. Rathma didn't say a word as he slashed it with his sword killing it instatly. The cold body was rather still as the eye lids open gently.
"NO!" shouted Josh, melting through the door just in time to watch Rathma shot Lucus in the head. Then, in a state of shock, something clicked inside his head. Gone was the reserved Josh that everyone knew. Another Josh had taken his place. A hyper violent Josh. And he was pissed. His energy levels spiked, generating a orange aura around him which blew out all the lights near him.
"What.....are....you....doing?!" said Josh, his hair slowly turning a murderous shade of red.
Before Rathma could even start to explain what had happened, Lucus suddenly opened his eyes widely and gasped for air violently. He tried to catch his breath quickly and calm himself down. Rathma spun around as he glanced at Lucus coming back from the grave.
"F**k!" shouted Lucus loudly as he sat up by himself panting for air. "Did you really have to gut me?" he asked to Rathma.
"I didn't gut you," replied Rathma with a smile as he threw back Lucus' dog tags. "I just put a blade through your stomach,"
"(Err...is...)" mumbled Lucus.
"(She'll be alright)," replied Rathm in Lynsecrtioan.
Lucus panted for air as he sat himself up against the wall. There was nothing more to say between him and Rathma as he just prayed Delphina was ok.
OOC: Where's FUS?"
Josh blinked as Lucus came back, but his anger didn't fade. His anger had been bottled up for too long, and now it simply had taken over his mind. Pulses of energy began to radiate from him, blowing out all the lights in the general area.

Kyzurg nearly fainted, throwing himself away from Lucas/Mavis when it rose up again, keeping his distance now he watched in... surprise, as Lucas came back to life. More or less stunned his senses came back to him; people turning in to werewolves and vomiting spiders wasn't somethign he could handle, but people losing it and causing light bulbs to explode; that he could deal with.
Spinning round to look at Josh as shards of glass rained from above his electronic eye whizzed over Josh, analysing his body language and facial expression he came to a conclusion. Also the fact that he was radiating energy uncontrollably was a big give away; Josh wasn't pleased in the slightest.
Stepping closer to Josh, even with pulses of energy radiating from him, his replacement eye turned violet, projecting a beam of light onto Josh to gain his attention he gestured as him,
"Calm down chap!" He said sounding calm and urgent at the same time, another light bulb popped above him breaking glass, "I know general mayhem is fun but this is a school not the real world. Now just calm it for a few minutes and we'll go somewhere where you can vent in a destructive manner OK?"
"Josh..." coughed Lucus. "Just calm down...I would've done the same...if I was in his shoes..." Lucus said as he was slowly regenerating his wound. "These things...it can't be avoided..."

Professor Whately calmly spoke to Josh:"Mr. Moyle, if you will focus on this--"arcane sigils and formulae spilled into Josh's skull"--you should be able to shunt the excess energy harmlessly outside this station. Breathe in, relax. It's going to do no one any good if you burn off the available oxygen or destroy the platform. Remember, your sister and friends all need this to survive."
As Whately opened the telepathic channel, he simultaneously broadcast on the God Plane-knowing full well if Josh hit critical levels, it would also disrupt the plans of the gods. As the Archimage, he long ago learned that spurring the Divine to action was a matter of invoking the Divine self-interest. Though such cynicism was beneath a magus, it should be remembered that Whately was a Black Magician...

Sareau waited on the bridge, enjoying the sights and smells of London. Marcus was not yet in sight, but there was little to fear-Marcus had been undefeated in Shilling's arena, and few would care to fight the young mutant seeing his matches.
As he waited, a shadow flowed softly under the bridge. Free me
"What?" Sareau looked about, then down:
Free me
"What are you?"
I have done your bidding --The image of a dagger, it's handle showing the bizarre geometries of Edomite manufacture-- Free me
Sareau contemplated the dagger. "Hastur's prison may be shattered by this key...six souls unlock the Vaults of Hali and release the DOOM on Carcosa." The thoughts bubbled up unbidden, his memories revealing the stars were right for this Key over a century ago...this poor spirit must have been trapped in the dagger, sixth soul remaining to give the dagger it's driving force, when the stars were right again and Hastur needed his kick-start.
"I cannot help now...but I can free you from the dagger...eventually from your limbo." He said, certain that the Shining Trapezhehedron would allow him to remove this ragged ghost to it's afterlife.
Free me and I will serve
Sareau reached out with his powers-the dagger was buried under silt and water, out of reach of the spirit, but well within his powers. Once he held it, it interacted with his Edomite physiology, and standing before him was a translucent shade, a suit of Victorian era clothing in purest white that stood without benefit of a visible body.
Thank You
"Here-" Sareau held out the dagger, pommel first."-You'll need this."
Keep it as a token...a reminder of what you still must do and my promise to serve...I do not require it The shade held up an elegant cane, it's ectoplasmic tip sharpening to a blade. I will serve now
Sareau smiled. "Very well-I need a recruiting drive, and you might as well handle it. Are you familiar with the Nameless Bars?"
The two chatted amiably until Marcus arrived to find Sareau waiting, and both returned to the station...

When Drake Von Tony Gabriel Dewairt had arrived at this school the colellective hive of personalities making them up decided on two things, firstly, Drake Kyzburg would provide all the information needed to teach his students about the finer points of evil deeds and good endeavours, on the other hand Drake Kyzburg was a megalomanical sociopath who had virtuall no people skills. So Steven Kyzburg, who had taken in their original personalities traits from their teaching days, had been assigned to teach the students directly.
However, Steven wasn't a fighter, which was why he slunk to the back of their mind and let Drake slip back ino place. Kyzburgs body language changed instantly, his face hardened, his fists clenched and his posture became more imposing.
His eye flared bright violet.
"If theres one thing I can't stand it's a so-called-super-hero whining about his upbringing, if theres somethign even worse than that it's a vigilante who whines about his life!" Kyzburg rose a clenched fist in an overly dramatic manner which was signifiacant for his body language, everything was over-exaggerated, "Stop complaining and seize your destiny! If your going to whine then become alined to the side of evil and channel it into your endeavours! Be productive! Be purposeful! BUT FOR GODS SAKES DONT STAND THERE AND WHINE!"
Drake's eye whizzed around momentarily at the other teachers and students in the vicinity, his lack of care for how he acted more than apparent. He gestured at Whately dramatically,
"My good man those in our position are sensible, those attached to their social conventions and morales are in another. Either way your perfectly right that we can't let him destroy this station with US ON IT. You look like a man knee deep in the realms of power, drop an alternate diemension on his head!"
He turned once more to the other teachers,
"Deal with him before it's too late! We should have restrained the studets pwoers untill they'd actually learnt to control them!"
"Josh, how about you take it all out on me then?" asked Rathma Phoenix as he stood in front of Josh. "I didn't kill him,"

ooc: guys, been sick will respond later, k?
"SHUT UP!" shouted Josh at Kyzburg, before proceeding to blast him with enough energy to blow open a tank, sending Kyzburg flying. Turning to Rathma, Josh said:"Why sure. If you really want to die, be my guest!" He then blasted a ball of energy straight at Rathma's chest...
Which impacted on a wall of solid soil.
"JOSH!!" shouted Grace, standing at the melted doorway."Stop this!"
"Why should I?" said Josh, before sending several energy balls at her. All of which impacting on flying earth. Grace then retaliated with a shockwave that rippled the earth into a wave, knocking Josh off his feet, then knocked the wits out of him with a hardened clump of earth to the head.
Walking up to him, she then said:"Sorry hun, but your out of control."
She then knocked him out with a kick to the temple.
Rathma was sent across the arena and slammed against the brick wall where he collasped onto the ground. At first there was little talk but Lucus pulled all his strength together and staggered over to Prfoessor Phoenix as he checked for a pulse. Blackett couldn't believe what happened as 367 hurried over to Rathma's side. Lucus was craddling Rathma's head in his lap as he started to cry. Blackett knelt down beside Lucus as 367 was trying to unlock Rathma's armour. Lucus had suddenly burst into tears over the loss of a great mentor and father-like figure.
"I...I can't feel a pulse," sobbed Lucus as he looked at Blackett helplessly. "He can't be dead...he..."
"Shh..." whispered Blackett as he allowed Lucus to cry into his shoulder. Blackett kept looking at his younger brother and at a great loss. He only met him just a few hours ago and now he died. Lucus couldn't stop crying and nothing could replace the loss. "Can you pick anything up?" Blackett asked 367.
"The armour has locked the vitual parts of his body down," answered 367 as he pulled out a lock-picking device. "I can sense a heart beat but I'll need to remove most of the armour,"
"We should get him to the medical bay," suggested Blackett as he attempted to pull Rathma onto his shoulder. However, Blackett soon found out that the armour weighed him down so much, he couldn't pick him up. "Can we get some of the armour off?"
"I can try my best," replied 367 as he started to find bits or armour that could be taken off without disturping his life support. Lucus on the other hand couldn't bear the thought and took a few deep breathes.
'Can't believe how much I've lost,' thought Lucus to himself as he could bearly get a grip on reality.

Kyzburg's electronic eye was running on automatic, but despite sending it's own burst of energy to counter Josh's it was too late to send him hurtling across the room like Rathma. Crashing into the brick wall his eyes internal computer registered severe shock, a number of crushed vertabrea, a number of cracked bones and all the symptoms of a person falling into a coma.
Drakes personalities however retreated into the relative security of their electric eye. Half a second after being smashed into the wall he fell back to the ground on his back, more or less laying there utterly immoble his electronic eye spun round manicaly in his socket scanning everything.
Well that was smart! Screamed Steven at Drake inside their mind.
How was I to know the fool would go that far! Intimidation! He replied.
If you've broken our body I swear i'll get a psyciatrist in myself and kill the lot of you! Gabriel roared furisouly.
Now come now gentlemen let's get a bearing on our situationVon Tony chimed in calmly, What's our situation Egadd?
Broken bones, brain and bodies in shock... can't get into the mind... may as well be in a coma.
So what do we do?
Hope that the others here don't decide to perform an assissted suicide on us, get Gee will you Gabriel?
Kyzburgs eye flashed red once before resuming it's scan of the room, Lucas was apparently distraught, Josh was unconcious and Rathma was... difficult to say, his armour blocked most of the scans... he was however unconcious also.
----------
A radio wave from Kyzburgs eye radiated across the school before arriving in the microchip implanted in Gee's brain.
Hi Gee Gabreil said calmly.
"Whah?! Gee spun round from where he'd been sitting in his room, "Whose there?"
In your head numb nuts
"Your not allowed to do that!" Gee yelled to himself.
It's Gabreil, calm down, it's about Kyzburg, well, all of us
"What do you want?"
To Continue living would be quite nice, we are currently laying in the arena with several broken bones, our body in shock and more or less in a coma, If you could please...
"CHRIST!" Gee yelled in panic, flinging himself out of his room he raced through the corridors to the arena.

Prof. Whately bent over Josh, apparently feeling a pulse, but also murmuring a power-dampening spell he'd devised sometime in the 1950s. "Good work-calmed him nicely. Let's get him to sickbay..." He gestured, and a mini-whirlwind gently lifted Josh's form.
With a disdainful glance, Whately ran a hand over Lucus's armor, lifting as he did a fine film of spores from the parasite which he casually wiped off into a plastic bag. "Mr. Lington, let us bring along Professor Phoenix. I think this conversation can be held in the medical area."
He gave a curt nod and walked the small whirlwind bearing Josh to Medical.

Lord Shilling was dipping snuff as two combatants circled the ring-one was possessed of elasticity and had proven to be a crowd favorite as his body stretched or was stretched to the amusement of the crowd. "Ken, old boy--" he rose to shake the blue mutant's hand. "Please tell me you've time for a match or two-the Blizzard of Odd is sorely missed in my arena."
"Wish I could, Your Lordship, but the boss has me riding shotgun right now." he watched them. "Stretcho's too predictable-probably should teach him some wu shu then move to other styles-he'd be a terror with water moves."
"Ah, my boy, still a tactician's analytical mind. What brings you to my neck of the woods?"
Ken shrugged. "Checking up on Kagai, making sure he isn't any trouble for you."
"Not a bit. I could use more, if you've access..." Shilling practically dripped sweetness as he draped his arm over Ken's shoulders. "This is costing me-but death matches-I make enough on one to maintain this falderol. That Super High-the station-are you certain you couldn't kidnap one or two?"
Ken stiffened, and he drew away from Shilling's touch. "Sorry, man-the Boss has his own plans, and unless they involve turning the punks over, I won't do it. Besides, most of them would just be fodder, anyway..."

The Reverend Fletcher was resplendant in his immaculate white suit, tasteful gold accentuating his cuffs and collar, small crosses to show his holiness. "Brothers, sisters-we all know the Last Days are upon us..."
"Amen!" came the response. "Hallelulah!"
"...and the Good Lord, he loves us all, but He bids us be ready-for He shall return like a thief in the night!" He smiled, the dazzling smile that won him the hearts of millions. "We few, the True Believers, must bring the Word of the Lord to the unbelievers-we must bring them to Glory and Salvation!"
"Amen!" "Preach, Reverand!"
"That is why I am forming a new charity-the Soldiers of the Lord-to save those who will not save themselves, to seek out the evildoers and drive them from the flock. We do the Lord's Work, brothers and sisters, and we start tonight..."
There was more, but Sareau turned from the television. "Recruitment is such a bother."
"One wonders why you are using that yammering ape." Janos Agyar sneered. "He has the pomp and ceremony-but none of the True Faith."
"Of course not-if he did, he'd see through us in a heartbeat." Sareau paid for Agyar's plane ticket in cash. "He is a fanatic, devoted largely to himself. If he were truly humble, he could not believe an angel of Light spoke to him-will continue speaking to him, and were he not a fanatic, he would not turn a blind eye to the radiation, the chemicals, the tortures you will inflict on these-what did he call them?-'Soldiers of the Lord'."
"You seem to have it all worked out."
"The Reverend's victims-those few who emerge Empowered rather than dead-will see through him soon enough. I'll begin tweaking the Reverend's messages, driving him along his natural path, emboldened by his divine visitations. I'll soon have collected up a fine assortment of Empowered beings, some of whom will see my points-as the Reverend will have driven them home-and others who at least will not oppose me.
"You just mind your end-mutate those who can be, devour the souls of the rest as payment, and never forget which side of your bread is buttered."
Agyar bowed. "Of course not."

(OOC: A third read of Orions post showed me that Rathma was in fact saved from any blasts from Josh by Grace... don't know what your going to do with that...)
Gee passed Whately on his way to the arena, giving him plenty of room as the comatose Josh was pushed along on a miniture hurricane from the looks of it.
"What happened?" Gee said quietly to himself so that Gabriel would hear as he walked through the melted blast doors.
Let's see... Lucas turned into a monster, died, came backto life, Josh decided to get all self-absorbant, got knocked out by some girl and in the process Kyzburg and Proffessor Rathma got thrown into a wall.
"Right..."
Gee spotted Kyzburg on his back near the wall, and Rathma surrounded by the others, he felt his mouth curl in a malicious grin.
"Not very popular are you?"
Correction, i'm a very nice person, and Kyzburg, both teacher and megalomaniac, don't set much of a good impression.
"Whatever." Gee crounched next to Kyzburg, pinging his electronic eye which was bathing him in a purple light to make them stop. He reached inside Kyzburgs trench coat, removing a large tubular device that was a cross between syringe and a combination lock of sorts. Turning the various cogs he selected a particular chemical and carefully locked it into Kyzburgs fake eye where the liquid was drained away.
Shunting the liquid to various parts of is body Kyzburg's fingers twitched as the pain in his body subsided. A large bulky steel chair was padded seats floated into the arena, controlled by Kyzburg it lowered itseld next to him.
Help us into it Gabreil instructed.
Gee complied, and Kyzburg was soon sitting upright in his hoverchair having regained his consciousness; Gabreil transferred himself back into Kyzburgs eye.
"Let's see... broken bones... internal bleeding and slipped discs... I wish I had health insurance." Kyzburg muttered not moving anything over than his eyes fingers and mouth. He scaned the congregration around Rathma.
"Will he be alright?" Gee asked quietly.
Kyzburg was silent for a moment as he scanned Delphina, "Who gives a dam." He said quietly with a strange malice. "If he dies we can run him through the vitalisation chamber, but i'm in the mood to watch people suffer so what the hell."
Gee was taken aback, but guessed that the malicious Drake was the only one with enough nerve to reside in a pain ridden body.
"Right," Kyzburg said to Grace drifting along in his chair, "Grace I want to see you in my class room in an hour to talk about the exact psyciatric nature of your brother. Gee, go fetch those stem cells in my office, i'd like to be able to move my toes."
"Where are you going?" Gee said incredulously.
"To see Josh and Whateley, at least he knows what he's doing." And with that he whizzed out of the arena heading to the medical bay.
OOC: GOLTIA is josh's sister, Grace is his girlfriend :P.
"Yes professor,"said Gace, before running out of the area and walking with Josh's floating body as they headed towards the med bay. To damn near everyone, it appeared she was talking to herself.
"That went somewhat better then expected...No, i shouldn't have waited...For fraks sake, i wasn't going to stab him...Well, for one thing, we would both be dead....Remind me why I keep you in my head...'Because I'm half of your personality'....I suppose thats a good reason..."
"This isn't the right time to attempt to heal him," stated 367 as he removed parts of the armour. "If we attempt to heal while the armour is in lock down, the armour can smash his vital organs," concluded 367 as he looked up at Blackett. "Pick him up so we can get him to the medical bay,"
"Sure," replied Blackett as he was able to lift Rathma onto his shoulder and carried him off to the medical bay. Lucus picked up the bits of armour on the floor as he turned to Delphina.
"We sorted out the problem I had earlier," explained Lucus wondering if she would ever come back to him.

ooc: so, did she notice all of this, or are we stating she came in post facto?
"May as well,"said Templar, answering Delphina. He had a feeling that something here wasn't completely right, almost as if someone was watching him. Shouldering his sword, he followed Delphina.
"He knows that we are here," said Areith, pacing in the arena.
"So does Delphina, to a point,"said Auron, leaning against the wall. For safety, and paranoias, sake, they were still invisible.
"She might understand. Templar might try to kill us,"said Areith, brushing some of her brown hair off her face.

Kyzburg floated into the medical bay, Gabreil who was the one inclined towards medical procedures downloaded himself into the computer networks of the apparatus; the medical equiptment hummed and whirred to life under "his" control as it set itself up. Kyzburg already knew what was wrong with him and wasted no time in locating a number of metal rods and a few slings.
"Useless.... useless... useless." He muttered as he bypassed the x-ray machines, MRA scanners and various other items of equitpment, frowning as he withdrew the materials required to make a cast he stowed them back into their containers.
When the others entered the medical bay the room would have been alive with the sound of humming diagnostics machienry and the whine of medical apparatus tuning itself; Kyzburg sat in the middle of the room in his hover chair finishing an ancient Greek-Style cast on his left arm and leg fashinoed from four steel rods each; far more effective than the material casts. In the mean time he was waiting for Josh and Whately to arrive and for Gee to bring him the stem cells to enable a rapid recovery.

As he waited, he noticed Professor Kyzburg. "You would seem to have had better days, Professor Kyzburg-I trust your first day has been instructive?"
His attention shifted to the medical scanner, busily examining Josh. "This sort of thing is far too common. We really must institute some precautions before the students blow themselves up..."

Ken saw the pair on the bridge-Sareau speaking with a suit of clothing, whispering low so he couldn't hear and stopping when he was closer. "Ken, it's time we returned-little enough to do down here." Sareau's tone was light as he turned to the apparently empty clothing. "I expect you will stay in touch?"
Of course With a slight bow, the clothing faded back to moonlight and shadow.
"Boss-Lord Shilling wants us to send him some fighters." Ken reported. "I don't know what he's up to..."
"He wants blood for the arena, that's all." Sareau replied. "Each death he broadcasts fills his coffers. I really wish he'd find some espionage to occupy his time. Working for Queen and Country takes his mind off his bank account.
"Our gentleman friend is going to do a bit of scouting and recruiting for us-perhaps we'll toss our rejects Lord Shilling's way, just to satisfy him for a time. Or perhaps I'll cut him in on something big...Shilling will hold, though..."
"I don't think so-he's asking the wrong questions, like he's trying to figure out where the station is."
"It's a good thing I don't leave a trail, then...and that Shilling has no spacecraft." They were on the station, still in lockdown.
Sareau looked about. "Oh, bother..."
Delphina nodded and removed her hand, trotting to catch up with them.
We'll discuss personal things later...right now he's injured and he needs help Delphina told Lucus psychically. A tear rolled down her cheek, however, showing that she was, at the least, emotionally distressed.
"Once he's in the Med Bay, I'll take over, who's going to assist?" she asked in a calm voice that belied her emotional state.
ooc: so, did she notice all of this, or are we stating she came in post facto?
"I'll help Delphina remove the armour," stated 367 as Blackett made sure Lucus wasn't near the medical bay after he layed Rathma onto the bed.
367 stood onto an elevator and was bought to the same level as Rathma's body. It contiune to remove the armour platings. It was strange seeing Rathma's armour being removed. If he was alive, Rathma would be granted a painful death but he was likely he was still knocked out. 367 contiuned to remove bits of the armour before coming to the cybernetic limbs. Then there was the memory card that stored past memories.
"This is truly fascinating," started 367 as he removed another part of the armour. "I heard Rathma had a similar designed compared to the prototype android that was to be created. Unlike the android, Rathma is more werewolf than cyborg," contiuned 367 as he didn't mind Delphina not taking a note of what he was saying. "Delphina...remove that part of armour," pointed out 367 as he pointed to the piece of armour close to her before Blackett came back into the medical room. "Blackett, go into Rathma's foot locker and bring back the prototype armour so we can start to heal him,"
"Sure robo," replied Blackett as he went off to Professor's Phoenix's room.
"Strange," whispered 367 to himself as he removed another part of armour. "I think as the Lynionion's say: 'It's a bugger of a way to go out'. You may not know this Delphina," started 367 as he looked at her. "Rathma isn't the killer that everyone see's him. I mean, just the other day, I heard his wife was pregenet," he added. With the loss of armour, Rathma's werewolf skin was bearly holding onto the muscle, viens, organs and blood. It was a requirement he get the armour as quickly as possible.

Gabreil who was busy operating twelve different systems replied to Whately through the computers speakers in a voice similar to Kyzburgs only lighter and with a more indifferent tone, "Shall do so Prof. Accessing records now... Oooo interesting... running scan now..." A circular device rolled across the ceiling and began flicking across Josh wth a thin red beam as it scanned. Meanwhile a small extendable arm came down from the device, a small syringe which took a blood sample before inserting it into another device across the room.
"Ignore my other self." Kyzburg said to Whately as he indicated the computer, "Just one of my multiple personalities doing what he's good at."
Finishing off the two casts he replied to Whately grinning regardless of the fact that he couldn't move his back, "Instructive? If you consider me discovering that our students could probably snap my back then yes, it was instructive."
Steering his chair over to Josh and Whately he looked down at Josh's comatose form, his electronic eye whizzing over him he nodded at Whately's comment, "Common hmm? Well death was not in the job description." He removed a phenomenally large complex looking syringe half as thick as his own arm, flicking it he sid idly to Whately, "We are here to teach them to control their powers yes? But working on their emotions is something dfferently entirely... better to protect them against themselves don't you think?" Kyzburg positioned the needle casually next to Josh, obviously looking for another fellow peers approval. At that moment however Gabreil's voice sounded across the medical bay.
"Initial blood test complete, no anomalies found..." Gabreils voice trailed off uncertainly as he downloaded a file to Kyzburg; quickly reading it he smiled, looking back at Whately he replaced the syringe in his trenchcoat.
"Nice to see that somethings being done about that." Kyzburg said quietly, he extended a hand in a handshake, "Drake Antony Gabreil Kyzburg, megalomanical, multiple personality evil genius. Your currently speaking to Drake Kyzburg." He grinned, "A pleasure to meet a fellow man of ingenuity."
Gee entered the room holding a vat and a number of syringes, "Errr... stem cells Kyzburg?" Gee offered.
Josh lay on the bed, still unconscious. Although his energy levels had stopped spiking, they were still far too high for his body to process properly. The result? What Josh and Goltia called a Overcharge. When Josh has too much energy for his body to process, it starts to go wherever it could. The energy first went to his hair, turning it white. Then it went to his eyes, changing their colour from blue to bright orange. Finally, it went to his almost always active shield around him, making it visible and turning it a bright orange. The amount of energy in him was so much, even his blood had a slight orange glow to it.
"Don't quote me, but i think something is wrong with the boy,"said Templar, watching Josh's hair turn white.
"Oh frak,"said Grace, watching on in somewhat a shocked state.

Kyzburg frowned at Josh, he thought Whately had dealt with that unfortunate problem, he shook his head and looked over at Templar, "I've had it up to my head with all this magic monsense."
He pulled the thick syringe out from his trenchcoat once more, flicking the right combination he selected the correct chemical, it acted us an anti-interdiemensional fluctuational overlapping agent, or at least that's what Kyzburg called it; nonetheless in essence it activly blocked people from either generating or drawing upon "extradiemensional" power. Kyzburg held it up for all to see for a moment, look at Grace and Templar and simply said, "Best stop this using SCIENCE yes?"
Kyzburgs tuned his electronic eye to a thin laser and punched a hole through Joshs shield, the laser still going, it's energy fading beyond a certain so as not to hurt Josh, he carefully inserted the needle through the hole in the sheild he created; and then dramatically plunged the two inch long needle into an artery in Josh's arm and forced the liquid into his bloodstream.
(OOC: I'm assuming that Josh draws upon a phenomenal amount of power, this drug, for want of a better word, shouldn't be enough to completely block his powers but should at least return him to normal if not temporarily reduce his abilities to moving small lumps of sugar.)
"Don't!"shouted Grace, too late. As soon as the serum entered Josh's bloodstream, he bolted upright.
"FRAK!" he shouted, evidently in pain as his powers were forcibly reduced.
"Get away from him. Now,"said Grace. As she said this, something changed abotu her. Her body language went from someone scared out of their mind for someone, to someone who cared, but not enough to pay any attention. The way she talked changed as well. Her voice become more powerful, almost murderous.
In Goltia's dorm, Goltia suddenly screamed in pain at the same time as Josh, shocking (not really) Mathieu.

Delphina tried to stay with them as they spoke, especially 367. She wanted to make sure her treatment was correct and didn't do more harm than good. Her head perked up though...something in the Arena. She shook her head, Rathma and Josh were her concern now.
-----------------
"Goltia, what's wrong?!" Mathieu asked, alarmed. She'd suddenly screamed in pain, and he went to hold her, his arms hesitating, not knowing if touching her would make it worse or not.
Blackett came into the room and he was carrying a small device that had no same compounds compared to the armour Rathma usually wore. 367 glanced about as he removed the last of the armour exposing a very thin skin tissue across his body (except his limbs).
"Reminds you of those horror zombies you see on the movies," started Blackett as he couldn't bear to watch.
"No," replied 367 as he took the device from Blackett. "It reminds me of the Fungi Wars. When we came across a village, the children would come out wondering who it was. The kids had a thin skin tissue before maturing,"
"What happened to the kids after the war was over?" asked Blackett not knowing what the answer was.
"Kids?" questioned 367 as he looked up at Blackett. "The little buggers wouldn't come to terms so we were forced to extinct every single one of them," concluded 367 as Blackett looked shocked. "Anyhow, we need to start the process of healing Rathma," concluded 367 wondering what Delphina might think about them. 367 placed the device onto Rathma's body as it slowly started to expand across his body. "Delphina, place a hand on his head and start to heal him. While that is happening, we can install the new armour system and bring him back to life," concluded 367 as he waited for her to start.
"What are we going to do about Lucus?" Blackett asked 367 as the thought just crossed his mind. 367 simply turned to Blackett and said something with no sense of emotion.
"Naturally the Vamperial Order would order his execution due to the fact he disobeyed orders," started 367. "However, because Lucus wasn't in control of his body, we'll be required to remove anymore traces of Fungi infection in his body. If we don't, we may risk another attack and one we may not get through,"
"So basically knock the boy out?" asked Blackett making sure he was doing the right thing.
"That is correct," replied 367. "Give him a sleeping dose from one of those needles. It's for everyone's safety,"

Kyzburg swore, but it was expression or irritation more than anything else, he was used to this kind of thing, fond memories of his past human orientated experimentation filling his mind; which he quickly dismissed.
"Gabriel!" Kyzburg said urgently, in response a device used to lift and turn patients over rolled over on the ceiling to Josh, firmly but gently it went to pin his arms to his side and make him lay back. "Personal files please!" He said again, he downloaded the file into his mind and ran through it, distracted only by Grace, he noted her change in voice and body language and didn't like what he was saying. Hoping he wouldn't have another Josh on his case he turned to her and said both authoritivly and caringly,
"In my classroom next to my desk is a brown leather suitcase, it's got everything i'll need to help Josh; could you possible go and get it?"
Resuming his quick scan of the document he made a few "Ahh" and "Ohhh" noises, he changed the combination on the syringe again and injected a powerful pain killer into Josh, either way he knew he'd have to get the previous drug out but the painkiller would alliviate his suffering in the meantime.

Kyzburg printed off a list of medical diagnostics as well as Josh's accompanying description from a slot in his hover chair, he drifted next to Whately and held them more or less directly in front of him, pointing at various parts as he spoke he explained,
"Josh was overloaded so I injected this *He identifies a diagram of a molecular sequence* although I thought that you'd applied of spell of sorts earlier but that didn't work... *Briefly flicks through another sheet before tossing it aside* Anyway, he seems to be one of those more annyoing types of divinely powered people who draw his power from another universe... and it hasn't gone down well with him; hence the screaming."
He tossed the current sheet aside and yanked out another to show Whately, "See, his psycic, telepathic, magical, pixie dust, whatever you want to call it, levels have plummeted compared to his normal levels."
"So, in conclusion my dear man" Kyzburg said showing him a diagram of the pain killer he injected, "His levels are already at a low, this has had an unwanted side effect, and i'm afraid that you trying to suck the last drops of it out of him isn't going to help."
He threw the sedative diagram across the room dissmissivly, "Now, hopefully the sedative will deal with his pain untill I remove the drug. But, obviously we can't suppress his power internally, i'm not sure if it's wise to cut off his power externally, so beyond sedating him and implanting microchips in his brain I'm afraid i'm out of ideas on how to stop him from killing us. Any ideas?"
How about LETTING GO OF ME!!! shouted Josh mentally, pushing his telepathy into Kyzburg's and Whately's minds.Now shut up and listen. Professor Whately, I want you to put up the strongest shield, magical or otherwise, around me. Kyzburg, stop sticking me with needles or I'll melt your skin. Clear?

"Gods....Josh...Somethings wrong,"said Goltia, almost panicking. The pain had lessened but it was still there.

Kyzburg freaked out.
So did the seven other personalities withen his mind.
Externally Kyzburg backed away a foot, flicked on a shimmering one way golden shield around his hover chair and put a hand inside his trenchcoat, intending to withdraw a particular item; however he restrained himself.
Internally however a tumultuous roar developed inside Kyzburgs mind.
Get OUT!
Evidently deranged
Who DO YOU THINK YOU ARE!
Stuck Up Littl-
Self Absorbed!
Most rude!
Horror!
Have we got enough poison left?
Intruder
Any shred of Josh's self that lingered in Kyzburgs mind was immediatly assaulted and grasped by the shards of his personalities; employing the same psycological tricks they'd used against themselves for years they proceeded to try and box up and carve any element of Josh into tiny pieces to be shunted into their subconcious. A few of them even attempted to grab at any telekinetic threads that Josh was projecting into them; if they did manage to do so the result would be them pouring shards of themselves like an ant army into Josh's own mind to wreak vengeful havoc.
Kyzburg of course, being confined to the more concious aspects of his mind for now was unaware of this mental struggle, and instead kept to his more proffessional stance, talking to Josh vocally as opposed to mentally in his own head, which was something he was unable to do.
"YOU are evidently out of your mind, we will not tolerate this kind of errant behaviour; because to be quite honest your actions are enough to have you sectioned and put into an artificial coma! In the very least your entitled to a few psyciatric sessions which I intend to see too."
Kyzburg was aware of the fact that Josh neither knew, or had seen, the fact that virtually the entire left side of his body neck down was verging on paralysis; hence his lack of patience or care on the subject of this particular student. Howeve, he recognised that he would be unable to deal with Josh beyond putting him into a coma... for he had not been bluffing. He turned to Whately,
"Best do as he says."
He turned to address Josh once more;
"One last thing, if you wish to melt my skin, call me a prat or any other insulting adjective you care to think of, please assign me the designation of Professor whilst doing so."
Josh mentally shrugged, then pulled two of Kyzburgs personalities into the mental version of a bear hug, then unlocked a small box of memories in his mind. In the box was all the memories of the year he was in that ICO lab being experimented on. He then poured a years worth of pain, anger, hate, sadness and absolute horror onto the personalities within the space of two seconds, then threw them back at Kyzburg. He then raised his mental barriers, which were like diamond.

Gabreil and Steven had been the ones to receive this rather unsetteling package, recoiling at the first glimpse of it they passed the images of the experimentation onto Egadd and the emotions onto the shard of their original host Drake, who simply soaked it all up and continued wallowing in all his own depression. Otherwise they were unaffected, after all, multiple-personality disorder was a result of exactly this kind of thing. Not possessing any telepathic abilities theselves and so unable to get into Josh's mind, regardless of his barrier, they simply stewed and argued with each other as Steven and Egadd flicked through the book of horrors that Josh ahd given them; they were fine, nothing they'd not seen before, if anything. it gave them an interesting insight into Josh's mindset...

Whately was somewhat amused by the telepathic display going on in Kyzberg's skull, but decided to refrain from participating, not matter how amusing trapping all Kyzberg's personae in their electronic prison and leaving Josh in the Professor's body might seem. Instead, he carefully chalked out a diagram around Josh's body, a shield potent enough to stop the gods themselves-the Circle of Rama, Lord of the Fourth Heaven.
"Dickon, send for Goltia-her presence will make this much easier." Whately ordered his familiar spirit, bending his efforts to the divine geometries of absolute protection that would permit a mere mortal who fasted forty days and nights to become absolute lord and master of his own little slice of Heaven.
Cities had been leveled as the current Lord occasionally took offense at being summarily ousted, but the circle's protection still held. Whately hoped that Josh's condition wouldn't take forty days and nights-apotheosis took many by surprise, and that wouldn't do...
"Ok, Everyone shut their eyes,"said Josh, before bucking in his bed and screaming. Then a absolutely massive amount of energy surrounded him. He held it for a few more moments, then the energy faded, leaving Josh panting.
"Woh, haven't done that in a while,"said Josh, his eyes and hair back to normal.

Kyzburg printed out a medical diagnostic of Josh from his chair and ran over it,
"He seems fine more or less... burnt off the drug as well which is handy." He looked through his shimmering gold shield at Josh and clicked his fingers on his remaining good hand. The various medical apparatus which had been securing Josh retracted from around him; although the sheild and Josh's actions had burnt a substantial amount of the equiptment.
"You should be fine my boy, although you'd better wait here untill your sister arrives so we can brief her... i'll be wanting to talk to her, Grace and yourself; although I'll think you'll need a longer period to get back to your... err... old self."
Kyzburg passed the medical diagnostic to Whately and then preoccupied himself with adjusting the metal rods he was using to secure the right side of his nearly paralysed body.

Whately cast barely a glance at the report. Quite frankly, the biologies of the Empowered varied so radically that there was no baseline. Some of the Empwered were metal or stone to outward appearances, and their medical scans verified this most salient point.
"Have to mind your temper, Mr. Moyle-I'm advocating meditation and ballet classes. You endangered this station and everyone on it. You need some inner peace as well as discipline and control. No arguments--" Whaately raised a mummified finger to forestall complaint--"You and your sister embody far more than typical Empowered, thus have greater responsibilities. I shall set aside meditation time for the class, as well as see if Prof. Davis would care for the role of ballet instructor."
He fumed, then:"Where is Dickon with Goltia?"

Ken was behind him, breathless with an ice spear in his hands. "Heya--guess we're too late."

Kyzburg chuckled, "If theres one way to get the students toes into line it will be ballet. Jokes aside, Prof. Whately if completely correct with regard to your temper, indeed I feel that a number of our students could do with proactive measures to deal with this. The mediation will be useful but personally i'm aiming to give the more relevant students of ours psyciatric sessions."
Says the man with multiple personality disorder...
Spot on my dear fellow.
"Because," Kyzburg continued blissfully unaware of the discussion in his head, "Regardless of how blessed you are in terms of power, what did you say Whately? Empowered? Interesting choice of word... but yes, regardless of this you are a student, you are young, and we don't let adolescents walk around with atomic bombs instead of knives if they don't know how to handle themselves."
Shortly after conducting the transformation, Rathma Phoenix new armour covered his torso and neck while attaching itself to the cybernetic limbs but there was something different compared to eariler. He was still in Human form but it was life risking since his Human skin tissue was so thin compared to his thick werewolf fur and skin. 367 had successfully completed the operation as Rathma started to regain concsious.
"Welcome back sir," started 367 as Rathma sat himself up on the bed. "You seem fine and need to rest a little,"
"What's with the new armour?" Rathma asked as he looked down on his torso noticing the new armour plating.
"It's a rare armour we're using to keep you alive and functioning," answered 367 as Blackett entered the room. "It's light, well armoured, you can survive 9mm rounds and it keeps your body at a temperature of 36 degrees C," explained 367 as Rathma rubbed his eyes gently before noticing Delphina was still in the room.
"What about Lucus?" Rathma asked.
"I've put him to sleep so 367 can remove any traces of Fungi infection," explained Blackett as Rathma sat on the bed. "What's going to happen to him?" Blackett asked Rathma curiously.
"Usually they are sentenced to death because of their defection over to the Fungi," started Rathma. "If the body is courriped, it's the firing squad," he explained as Lucus future looked grimmed. "Then again it's not every day we find a wealthy Lynion Human Family somewhere in the world," he contiuned. "Because of Alex Smith death at the hands of Lucus, we were able to track down a number of Lynion Humans and were arrested before being sent to court. Which means, Lucus will be spared but all traces of Fungi within has to be removed," added Rathma. "We'll have to keep a watchful eye on him but I'm sure it's the last we'll hear of the Fungi,"
"Speaking of Fungi," started 367 as he remembered something. "When Maverick was around, we found a Fungi egg onboard the station. I was able to put it under a safe guard until you got back," he explained as Rathma looked at him.
"We'll need to burn it," said Rathma as he glanced up at Delphina. "How you holding?" he asked as Blackett left the room to go to Lucus' side.

"Out of the way!" said Goltia, charging past Sareau and Ken, Mathieu in tow. She then turned and ran towards the med bay.
"Meditation....Whatever..."said Josh, clearly worn out.
"Won't be as bad as ballet,"said Grace, sitting on his bed.

Kyzburg sighed, reclining in his chair he took the vial of stem cells that Gee had given him, his electronic eye holding still and pointing backwards Kyzburg inserted the vial into a circular slot which revolved to accomodate it and secure it in place; the liquid started to drain off, Kyzburg was the first to admit that he was a dishevelled mess after today, chasing strange phenomena, half his body held striaght by aluminium poles and now a glass tube sticking out of his eye socket.
"I think we'll leave any reeducation untill tommorrow, I don't think anyones in the mood for dispensing or receiving anything; and I can't be asked to get my robot army up and running. Gabreil get out of the machines." With that last rather out of place comment the medical apparatus dimmed and settled back into place.

367 noticed Rathma covering his mouth but pointing to the other room where Lucus was resting. Rathma then placed his index finger over his lips telling 367 to be quiet about it.
"Do a scan," ordered Rathma.
"Scanning," stated 367 as he started to scan the station for lifeforms. "The bulk of the school are in the medical bay, a handful near the dorms and...I've picked up something in the arena,"
"It'll be students,"
"Incorrect," replied 367 as Rathma looked at him.
"Teachers?"
"Nope," replied 367. "We should investigate,"

Josh lay in the Circle of Rama, chided by Whately:"Lay still-you're perfectly safe there-just don't make a habit of it. On the fortieth day, you'll ascend to suzerain of the Fourth Heaven." This was half a joke, since Whately really didn't intend to leave Josh there that long-the current Lord of the Fourth Heaven was actually fairly decent, as divinities went.
"I believe that if Ms. Moyle doesn't arrive soon, I shall send more than Dickon to fetch her." he grumbled, checking his pocketwatch. "And I should probably check on my little firecracker..."

"Yeah...hate to miss the fight if she's this fired up."
"Not everyone is waiting to ambush us, Ken."

"Now if you could restrain your apparent frustration to stage whispers it would be most helpful in aiding Professor Whately concentrate whilst he deals with your brother."

Certainly not... rather, shall we say? Erratic? Von Tony observed.
Perhaps we should be worrying about our students turning into atomic bombs and blowing us back to the space time continuem...
"Well...His powers mutated a while ago...hold on,"said Goltia, before speaking to Josh in a Spanish like language. Nodding, she then said in English:"His kinetic powers, which were basicly a sheild that stop anything about 3 inches off his skin, mutated into telepathy. My powers, ummmm....My atomic energy powers mutated to rather advanced control of light." She demonstrated by waving her hand, leaving behind a trail of aqua coloured light.

He calmly rested his glazed eyes on her face. "Take your time, Ms. Moyle-I don't need a full discourse on your faith, though one would not be ignored. Leave out nothing, and do not feel your own commentary would be unwelcome. Please..."
He cast a glance and a psychic message to Kyzberg:You will forgive an old man this, but I need all of you to pay attention and take notes-Josh's powers hae taken another turn-that energy was not purely kinetic and there are more gods aboard this station than I can explain. Something major is in the works, and it only starts with these two Undercurrents of thought revealed the Dark Curse many of the students bore from their disrespect to the apkallu, as well as Whately's grandfatherly concern for Sareau, and his suspected activities, as well as the fact Whately had pocketed Fungi spores for further study from Lucus' armor. Individually, these were perhaos the private matters of an institution of this nature, but taken together...

"Ken, we'll be attacked soon enough-don't worry." Sareau walked in, his school uniform immaculate, his mask carefully draped over his features. "Prof. Whately, Prof. Kyzberg-may I ask what's menacing us today?"
"Quiet, Mr. Sareau." Whately huffed. "This is a preliminary investigation to determine what actions , if any, we should next take. Interrupt and I shall confine you to your quarters."
Suitably chastised, Sareau stood next to Ken, the pair scanning the room as inconspicuously as they could. Whately noted they did so without any conversation, the pair settling into watch positions almost by instinct....

Although not possessing any psychic powers themselves they were capable of manipulating the psycologcial factors of such things. Grasping onto Whatelys thread of power Kyzburgs various personalities echoed a chorus of affirmitives back to him, ranging from unconcerend to immensly intrigued... On the edges of their mind however they prowled around Whatelys psycic connection ready to jump at the slightest provocation, they were of course the paranoid elements. Not sure if Whately could still hear them or not one of Drakes personalities muttered, seems as if theres at least one person on this station whom we can get along with...
"Burg" Kyzburg said abruptly brining himself back up to the concious level, "Announciate correctly my dear pupil, not Berg, Burg, i'm sure someone of you stature would appreciate such verbal differences." Kyzburg sat up in his chair, pulling out the vial as he did so, his eye spun round and commenced analysing Josh and Goltia, adding a video feed to the audio recording he'd been automatically storing anyway.

Kyzburg turned to look at them with his normal eye, his electronic one now facing out the side of his head, "Essentially the usual occourances of students believing they have a pre-ordained right to destroy the universe. Where may I ask have you two been in the intervening commotion?"
Meanwhile inside Drakes collective mind his personalities were digging themselves deep into an elaborate conversation around the subject of those who had "abilities" and the topic of gods, they also arrived at the conclusion that the strange beings they'd encountered earlier in the hangers must have been gods... images, thoughts, philisophical quotes all flew through their joint mind, like a library in a hurricane.
We'll have to take anticipationary actions one of them concluded.
"Oh gods....Ummmmm..." said Goltia, thinking before turning to Josh.
"Damnit....OK. The Fallen Gods. Auron and Aerith,"said Josh, looking at Goltia before speaking.
"Auron. He is our God of Shadow and Creation. He created humans to spite the Goddess of Light, Mineva. This lead her to try and kill him and the Gods that followed him. They fought, and Auron won, thus earning him the right to control this universe. As for Aerith....Well, she is the Goddess of Life. She is the only one out of our Gods that can create life. And she is, for all intents and purposes, Auron's queen."

He did not take kindly to people spouting out their conception ther their god had created the universe and everyone. "Odd, but dualist faiths tend to operate cooperatively rather than adversarially. I would suspect some hoary old prophecy is involved, poorly worded or not quite translatible, which can be wrenched and pulled until it says whatever the priests want said." Whately fumed. Mathieu stood by Goltia, unsure of what had happened completely, but determined to help out his friends if he could.

"367 go release the blast doors," ordered Rathma as 367 scattered away to the main controls. "Let's go see whose waiting for us,"
Rathma silently walked through the hallways towards the arena. It reminded him when he used to be with the Black Assassin's. It also started to make him miss his old squad. They say people change when they went to war. For Rathma, war was the only thing he ever knew. When he was a child he didn't have any friends and by the time he was 14, he had enlisted himself in the Imperial Guardians. From there, he went through the ranks and never taking any rank higher than major. He could never take a desk job from being in the battlefield for too long. Was it his addicition? He didn't know but he noticed the blast doors had opened again. There was no point in making a thought not knowing if whoever was in there was a mind reader. However, instead of going through the front door, Rathma went through an open door in the back of the arena hoping to suprise them. Sure enough, as he entered through the door there were two figures standing in the arena.
"Hello," smiled Rathma as he kept a hand on his sword which was covered by his cloak. "Who might I be talking to?" he asked carefully.
