"I'd be happy to invest. I'll put in 3 Billion, and send 500,000 workers to help. If security is a problem, i'd be happy to send troops as well."

The total cost of this project should be somewhere around the area of 120,000 billion, and you'll recieve a percentage of the revenues based on how much money you invested (so with your donation of 3 billion, you should recieve just under 2.5% of total revenues).

As for lessoning the destruction of the rainforest- that isn't much of an issue right now, so we'll have to decline your services.

His other pockets appeared empty, though this was definatly not the case. He had a great full white beard, and white heair. He wore a blue button up shirt, and a black tie. He had bushy black eyebrows, grey pants, and shiny black shoes.

He walked up to the bar.

The werewolf cowers down like its afraid of Abramelin.

"Why are you afraid of them?" he asks.

He takes another Vial, and pours a drop on the werewolf. The werewolf dissolves. There is no trace of the broken Vial or the werewolf..

"Heck. Their easy to take care of. Vampires are even easier, especially if you use Liquid Sunlight." Abramelin says.

"Ahh, yes. where to start. well, lets go with the largest city, Mainboard. The largest building there is the capitol building, and my private manor, Its where all the decisions are made. Its referred to as the Central Political University, or CPU for short. It stands seven miles tall, and has many curved hallways in towards the top, with the roof ending in great spires. Many columns line the outer parts of the building, but their sank into the ground mostly. Oh, but it really is a grand building. All Information in all of mainboard is routed through the CPU, where it is decided where it goes. ahh, but really, we don't have that much stored, compared to the great world of sea. Warfare, Arianna and four members of the Elite Guard. walked through. All four of them were Female. One had red hair, one had blond, one had brown, and one had blue. They looked to be between 24 and 29 years old. Warfare and Arianna both looked to be 37.

Lady Ri-an only knows that they are strong, and will make excellent sorcerers someday. However, their all stumped, the Apprentices all have serious flaws in their powers, and will continue to do so, until The archwizards awaken." Warfare said.
