"President Stephens, Titawon's membership in the bullying snake organization of the United Nations for a country of your stature seems.. regrettable. I've always been one to feel that complete sovereignty is a highlight of a nation's character, particularly in the subject of treaties." President Joseph grumbled, grabbing the tie on his suit to relieve the pressure from his neck.

"Excuse me sir, the United Nations is a fine organisation. No where in this pact, not treaty, does it say we can not be members of other pacts, treaties or organisations. If Titawon chooses to be a member of the United Nations then that is our choose. I am suprised a democractic nation as ourselve would have such an opinion as the one you just expressed."

OOC: Once we get the forums going, we can hash out a charter and then their might be rules that we can't be in other treaties, pacts, etc. I find that is highly unlikly though.

"I'm up to the challenge," Emperor Stephen said laughing. He'd most definitely win being in a wheelchair, falling down was impossible.

Magesha just let out a good long laugh.

"Ahhh, I remember back in my youth as a young royal. I used to sneak into the wine cabinet and drink from dusk to dawn. I'd spin around in my wheelchair and get dizzy and bang into things when my parents found me."

Emperor Magesha ordered a drink consisting of various substances found at any bar. When he got it, he mixed in a another he brought from his empire. It turned the entire drink a sick purple, and in fact looked like poison. Then he mixed in a powder from home as well,, covered the glass with his fist, and shook it. It turned red, and when he took his hand off, it burst into flames.

He grined, and without blowing it out, drank all 20 ounces in a single large gulp. Fire crept out of his mouth making him look like a dragon. Then they went out.

The President called over two of his protective agents and stood to the side, conversing, walking slowly around the premises.

Some of the beverage splashed onto his mask, causing the flesh colored makeup to run. "Wait! I could market this as an energy drink!" he exclaimed, wondering if Pero Inist could make some good "cocktails" with this stuff. "What's the purple stuff?" Then noticing the new face, Tufaar peered at Tenarius, through his near black sunglass, asking, "Are you a new member? You should try this stuff."

"Emperor, what are you doing? Excuse me, but I don't think the bar is meant to be destroyed."

"Ya know, you have to pay for that?" the Chancellor said. An Honor Guard stepped from behind the bar. "Give me the weapon sir" he said sternly.

Magesha sighed.

"Only if you tell me what there is to do for pleasure besides drink. That has grown quite boring. Talking of politics feels too much like work. I thought this was a club, not a diplomatic meeting." Magesha said.

Then he went to his room, and sent Kiku out for his swimming attire.

"What in the nine Hells is Golf?" he asked himself outloud.

"Yes, there is a small hunting range behind the golf course. It has numerous duck and a few deer on stock. For more of a challenge, you are more than welcome to have a paintball fight with an Honor Guard in the hunting range as well."

He came out in Red swimming shorts. He had a common t shirt on. His ordinary attire hid it well, but Magesha had a warrior's body. He slipped on his wooden sandels, and both went down to the pool. Kiku sat on the said, in nothing but her Red swimming attire, which nicly complemented her voluptuous body, and of course, her mask.

Magesha swam with great power and speed.

Empress Anna walked into the club and quickly looked around "seems like a nice place"

"Hey, where do you store the firearms?", called Tufaar to a guard, walking past Empress Anna.

"Follow me, sir" the guard said. He lead the Generalissimo down a flight of stairs to a little room, with an attendent sitting behind bullet proof glass. The guard looked over at the attendant, who opened the metal sliding doors in front of them, to reveal a beautiful indoor golf course. They walked across it, to a small metal building. The guard took out a set of keys. "You can find weapons in here, just make sure you return them on your way out, or else you may be seen as a threat" the guard sadi, patting his AR22A3.

Frowning, Tufaar said, "That is a major abuse of power, and an infringement of the publics trust... he was elected right? I have three more questions. Do we get rooms? Do you have the time? And if he can do whatever he wants, does that mean he has access to an arsenal of assorted firearms, for hunting and such?"

On the television above the bar, images of 10 Exponential soldiers stepping off of a plane from Siap came on. The Chancellor was also now on screen, shaking the mens hands. Most of the people did not even realize he left, leaving through a secret passage that took him directly to his helipad. One of the soldiers, wearing a sling on his right arm, was being interviewed.

Just then, another helicopter landed outside. A well dressed man in a suit got out, followed by 8 guards wearing blue armor.Each one carried a pike and a sidearm. The well dreesed man approached an Honor Guard and handed him a black suitcase. He said," Here is 1000$ in Akkars. This should be enough to gain entry." Before he even got inside however, the 8 guards ran about checking for traps and snipers. They gave an all clear signal, and the man stepped inside. The Grand Imperator sat at a table and ordered an ice water. After checking for poison and other chemicals, he took a sip, as his guards took defensive places around him.

President Joseph sat drinking, having a lively conversation with the bartender and two of his protective agents, occasionally laughing loudly.

An Honor Guard stepped from the shadows to the Chancellor, and whispered something to him. Blackhelm dropped his class, which shattered on the floor. "Gentlemen, if you will excuse me, we seem to have a situation in the Campbell Island Group" he said, before rushing out of the building.

"Sir, Valenasjaski, Valenasjaski Island, Northeast Hamburgh, Hamburgh Island, and Ambai are reportedly separating from the empire, what should be done about this?"

"WHAT?" The empeor exclaimed. "Deploy 500,000 Imperial Guard in those lands immediately! No state is allowed separation without my prior approval and I do NOT approve!"

The emperor recieved a phone call....

At this fairly inappropriate time, Tufaar came into the room carrying the AG-3 and four pigeons, two parrots, six crows, and a doberman pincher, slung over his shoulder, "The hunt is on, my boys! They're having a running of the bulls in the Spanish district, in twenty minutes! Is something wrong, Emp.?"

"Emperor. The President is no where to be found, and rioting has just erupted in Valenasjaski. The troop deployment will take 28 hours."

"Damnit. I knew the President was up to this! Why else would he suddenly go missing? Have all the government bank accounts frozen and make sure he has no authorized access!"

"My suggestions are that you arrest the President for treason to the Empire. In the mean time, Polactika's militant and medical resources are prepared to support you if this amounts to hostilities." The President stated sternly, holding his hands behind his back.

Tufaar scoffed at these ideas, "It's not like freezing bank accounts will do any good. Any smart coup'er has men in the banks, and carries a large amount of value on their person, or in their living quarters. And trying him for treason would expose to many high level people, yourself included Emp, to the wrath of the puplic, when your people's wrong doings are exposed. But if you find him, before any else does he can stay 'disappeared'."

"When he is found he will be sent to prison for life... if he's LUCKY!," the Emperor said, noticably frustrated.

"He has got to have people in on this. It's too highly coordinated to have been done alone. The territories that are separating are so far apart getting troops to all their locations will be hard."

General Tufaar was tackled by Honor Guards for the second time while he was here. "Drop the gun!" guards shouted, as he was once again in a circle of men with guns pointed at him.

At this time, the Chancellor walked in, and momentarily spoke with a guard at the door. "Well, Emperor, it seems we both have some pressing issues. If nesesarey, we will deploy 120 elite Honor Guard to assist you soldier and -"
he looked over at Tufaar. "Is that a dog?"

"I will have to be leaving temporarily to attend to this matter. Although there isn't much I can do right now."

"What are you doing? I came in here after I used up all the ammo at the hunting range! The guns you take from me, were are never pointed at anyone. Besides the gardener, but he startled me." Tufaar fumed. "And no this is not a dog. Oh, and were do you keep the spice cabinet? Like they say, a soldier marches on his stomach."

The soldiers took the gun, and backed away. "Sorry about that, just next time try not to walk in here waving a gun around. If you want you can give it to the cook. The kitchen is down the hall next to the bar."

"Well, we have a two fold problem. A peacekeeping mission in the Stovackian peninsula has just erupted into a full blown naval conflict with the H-Town Tejanos, but that I am not too worried about. My main worry is an Indomitable class battleship, the Messiah. It sailed to a small island chain known as the Campbell Island Group to try and procure oil mining rights in the waters off the coast. Well, the leader of the island is apparently paranoid, and believes they are there to conquer the island, and now has the admiral hostage, and is threatening to destroy the ship. It would be at least two days to get reinforcements, and this may be to late."

"good Kami that's terrible. I would offer to help, but currently my forces have no way of getting here, unless I bring them 8 at a time." Magesha said.

at the door was a soldier arm to the teeth more then the colonel. he to was coved in mud,blood and ash like the colonel. with him was two big black sabre wolfs in his hands was his rifle with a blue clear sword bayonet on it which was not the stand blackgreen sword bayonet, on his back is his backpack with a shotgun, a bazooka and in his hipholster was his 50mm automatic handgun.

"Okay people" proclaimed the architect, "We're going to drop the chandeliers and light fixtures on the Isans. You unscrew the main chandelier, you two start hacking at the light fixtures, you two pry the remaining chandeliers, then I'll start riddling. Stations! ooc: actually,there is a term, namely "symphesite", which more accurately describes what the Wiccans do. Symphesites "see" emotions, usually in a color which describes the emotion being felt.

And the Wiccans are not "magicians" in the Hollywood sense. Magic comes from the word "Magi". The Magi were a group, or caste, of Wise Men who have the ability to manipulate the forces of nature. Wicca can be defined as "the ability to use or transform the world of the spirit via the use of natural phenomena."

If you can here what I think, then also here this. there are those with powers like yours, some weak, som just as strong, and some stronger than you.
