"If it is any interest to anyone, Maraque is in the process of building a giant underwater city off the coast of Super City." The Empress said, trying to strike conversation.

I don't know the motive behind this venture, but it seems just as a thing for status, as not many underwater cities exist in the world today, let alone ones the size of this planned city of about 25,000 sq mi..." she said, taking a sip of her drink.

"The city is going to be built within a giant bubble type glass casing that will allow for all citizens to wonder outside of the buildings within and look out into the clear waters."

The Sultan walked back down the stairs and emeargem into the club. he yawned deeply and ordered a scotch.

"O thank God, someone to talk to!" The Chancellor said, smiling.

"Hello chancellor, i see the conflict that was raging when i fell asleep has died down to naught but a ripple on the surface of our lives." he said languidly after downing the whole scotch in one gulp.

A bunch of Ri-anese walked into the Club. It was their clothing that was the oddest. The one sure to give the biggest fright, was the Sorceress of fire's robes, which of course, really were on fire, and yet were not. it was a complicated illusion. Nothing, and no one was burned.

The others clothing was odd too.

Somewhere over the course of time, The Aquamarinians had, disappeared. Thus, Sorcerers of Ri-an, the ruling body above all else, except Lady Ri-an herself, came to the club. 8 were the Master Sorcerers, 7 were were apprentices. They spread out.

Tyre looked over at the new entrants and watched as they spread around the room, one looked to be roasted alive but then he didn't hear screaming so he didn't pay a second thought to her.

Blue eyes watched each picking out the ones he thought were the most important, there were eight that he believed to be the ones in charge by the way the others acted around them, the one on fire seemed the most important. However he mused that was just an assumption based on her dress, as it was remarkably more unique then the others. He smiled at the one in flames before turning his chair and picking up a newspaper.

Eyes glanced over the Zamnitian text, he made a mental note to tip the waitress extra for finding it for him, as he absent mindedly swirled a silver spoon about in his cup of coffee.

And so they all sat.

The Sorceress of fire and her student, whose robes only had a sewn on image of fire, that was not moving, meditatated.

The Sorcerer of Wind and Lightning sat listening to everyone's conversation at once. His student was simply trying to stay in one peice, but randomly fell apart, only to reassemble himself. It was the result of a failed experiment. The masters green robes fluttered and blew about, as the blown by a very great tempest indeed. Lightning randomly flashed in his robes, but no thunder was ever heard. The student, only wore green robes with a pic of a thundercloud sewn on.

The Sorceress of water took off her robes, to to reveal an identicale set underneath, spread them on the floor. This was because in her robes, one could see to the depths of the oceans. The sorceress, and her student, who wore a pale blue robe, both whipped out a fishing rod and went fishing in the sorceress robes.

The Sorcerer of Earth was examinging the building itself, pointing out intresting paerts to his student. Their robes both were as fragrent as a garden, and the masters showed a picture of a field full of pretty flowers the likes of which, would mever have been seen by anyone outside of Ri-an His student wore only plain simple robes.

The sorceress of healing and her student both sat discussing the finer points of the human anotomy, quietly of course. Their robes, unlike the others, were Identicale Both had a Red cross over the left breast, and both had the
Rod of Asclepius on their back. The only thing defrentiating the Teacher, was the Gold lining the sleeves.

The Sorceress of Space was a wonder to behold, for her robes very accuratly were a complete Map of all of space. Its image changed depending upon who she was near, to be a complete Live map of the space around the nations of the other dignataeries. Meaning that by looking at her, one could see whatever was goingg on in space at home in one's nation. Her student had as steriotypical a Wizards robe as one could possibly hope fore, for stars and moons were all over it.

The Time sorcerer was quite literally sitting next to everyone at the same time, His robes were always both five years out of date, and five years ahead of fashion. always at the same time. He held a cup of tea in his hand, er, hands. His student, was in a corner next to the space sorcerers, and the original Time sorcerer, both of whom were inventing new ways to be irritating. His student was wearing robes that were up to date with fashion.

The sorcerer of Science was sitting in a corner with his apprentice. Both were giggling in a geeky nerdy manner at the flaws in 20th century technology, for that was the topic of their discussion. The student had only a white Lab Coat with 5 pens, three notebooks, two diffrent calculators, spare glasses, and an inhaler. The Teacher had all that, and many viles of, Stuff, pluse on his back was an eqution that was so complex as to be unsolvable, yet the answer was as ssimple as 2+2.

Finally, sitting alone, watching everyone, was The Grand Sorceress of Ri-an.
Her robes contained an image that completly defied all logic and understanding. She had no apprentice, and watched all the goings ons with an Eagle Eye. She was the high priestess of the Lady Ri-an, and her powers were great indeed.

"Well, chancellor, it seems the company Griffencrest, which resides in your nation I belive, is under some serious proffesional attack." he said after consulting with his Visor about something to talk about.
