How are you planning to deal with the low gravity? If you and your people stay there too long they'll become physically weak in the low gravity and would be crushed if they ever returned to Earth or would at least be immobile and have difficulty breathing. Moonbases, as cool as they sound, really suck when you consider all of the problems with them.
