Okay, I'm updating for the next version of my map. A lot of people have asked "why haven't I got XYZ, I asked for it!" The universal answer to that question is almost always "someone claimed it before you did" or "I haven't got round to it yet."

I fixed a few errors from the last version already, mainly accidentally adding a part of Equatorial Guinea to Congo-Kinhasa and misspelling Rhaomi. Adding Papua New Guinea and Malaysia to Indonesia was intentional. Cartographer's privilege.
