IC: Kartion raised an eyebrow, and then got ready to move.

"What would you suggest?" he asked.

"Oh.. you tell me" She said and winked.

Wide awake now, Kasandral glared around the room at all the jedi questioning her and speaking, often all at once. Typical Jedi...always trying to do the "right" thing, yet not realizing it's not "right". The nerve of Michael to betray me and bring me here....it was to be a meeting, no more. Typical....

"No, I don't." Kasandral answered JWolf.

Mike sent Kas a message thru the Force I told you it was a meting, yes. I told you I hated to do it, but what I did was what was needed. I care for you. You should be able to sense it, just as I sense the same in you. Please, give this a chance. If it doesn't work, I'll leave you be. I'll even join you to see Tak if this fails.

"Oh.. you tell me" She said and winked.

"Heh heh okay...follow me, and I'll tell you when we get there." Kartion said, winking. He got up from his chair, and put down a few credits in a tip dish...

"He's not far," Prince Kurt said, running out into the forest. "I can't see what he see's but I can sense him and he is in danger."

"You sense it too, huh?" I asked.

Elsewhere in the forest, Eamonn angrily kicked a rock away.

The rock was the signal, as it landed on one of the whip-triggers. A tentacle whipped out for Eamonn, to try and grab his leg.

"Computer, add user. Name Odcal." David said and pointed to Odcal, "Restricted access. Odcal, I need you to put your hand here and let the sensor test your eyes."

"OW!" Odcal said in shock as the computer pricked him.

"Yeah, that happens. Now speak your name and Jedi ranking."

"Odcal, Padawan." he said. The computer analized his voice and the computer's voice, which Odcal noticed was Mrs. Miles', said, "User added. Access restricted from level three and above explosives."

"Now to access this Odcal, all you do is come in here, put your hand on the pad where it will scan your hand print and DNA. It will then scan your Retina and voice patterns. Once that is all cleared, you will have access to basic grenades all the way up to thermal detonators. You will also have access to blasters and AK-47s and M-16s. That will be all you can get until you reach Jedi Knight, or I hit the emergency button. Also, I will be notified every time you access the store. Video and holo logs are kept as well. So nothing fishy."

"You sense it too, huh?" I asked.

"Yes I do," the prince nodded. "We must hurry, it would have been better if I could see his exact location."

Eamonn looked down as something moving had caught his eye. He lept out of the way when he saw that it was a tentacle.

With predatory glee, more tentacles whipped out at Eamonn to grab him.

"Oh shit," Eamonn swore, bringing out his lightsaber. It was the first time he was actually glad to still have Kuzar's weapon. He began swinging at the approaching tentacles.

Prince Kurt looked over at David. "It is deep in the forest," he told him.

"The very same, old friend." Armas smiled. "You're a sight for sore eyes."

Justin's head appeared to roll from side to side, as if he were not completely focused or in control. He grabbed Armas' arms for support,

Justin: "I am not as young as I used to be..." his concentration waivered slightly and he suddenly appeared concerned, "Where's Daniel... and Eamonn?!!"

"Heh heh okay...follow me, and I'll tell you when we get there." Kartion said, winking. He got up from his chair, and put down a few credits in a tip dish...

OOC: what gun did you take, the heavy repeaters or the rifle? My guy loves firepower, but is also a good sniper, so it doesn't matter to me.

I stopped for a second, feeling the Force ahead of me. "I sense...danger, fear. Eamonn's definitely in trouble!"

I took off at a flat run, heading towards the danger.

Prince Kurt held up the rifle he had taken from David. "Finger holes too small," he remarked. "No matter, I have my own weapon of choice." He then held up a Zat'ni'katel. "Come on, but becareful I have a bad feeling about the danger Eamonn's in."

Eamonn kept at it, but he soon realised he was fighting a losing battle.

"Well shoot. I like that rifle. Take one of the repeaters. There's no trigger guard on it." David said as he recovered his rifle and brandished the repeating blaster, ready for anything.

"Thanks," Prince Kurt said, replacing the rifle with the repeater. He then ran off ahead as fast as he could.

The kraith finally grabbed the boy, and dragged him to a waiting mouth. But the creature decided to toy with him, like a nexu toys with a jungle-rodent, showing him what's in store for him..

Katrina stood up and followed Kartion.

After a few minutes, they reached Kartion's quarters. Kartion produced a keycard, and inserted it into the reader next to the door. Using the Force, the door opened up to Kartion's elaborate room. Kartion grinned and bowed, his hand out.

"After you..." he said.

The kraith finally grabbed the boy, and dragged him to a waiting mouth. But the creature decided to toy with him, like a nexu toys with a jungle-rodent, showing him what's in store for him..

With the lightsaber, Eamonn tried to cut the tentacle holding him to get free.

A tentacle was cut, but the ones holding his legs lifted him up a ways, and he would see the large mouth waiting fo him to drop in. Sharp teeth glistened in the sunlight as the kraith readied its stomach for his next meal.

"Shit!" Eamonn swore.

"Eamonn!" Prince Kurt yelled once he saw the predicament that the young apprentice was in.

"Help me!" he yelled back.

"I sense...a confrontation with danger." Master Elendil looked far away. "Eamonn...trapped by a kraith...Can you stand?"

Justin: "Only with help."

It wasn't the first time that Justin felt weak. He had exerted himselft far too many times. If he had a Doctor, he would have likely torn his own hair out at Justin's stubborn nature. He continually repeated to himself, muttering the same things,

Justin: "Must save Eamonn. Can't let the warlord take Daniel..."

It was clear that Justin was in pain, even if he would never admit it to himself.

OOC: From Friday evening to Monday afternoon (UK time) I will be away from home so I won't be able to post any updates. I will put my characters into a 'waiting' or 'sleeping' mode so that time can pass without anyone else waiting for a response from me. If you choose to initiate any interaction with either Tak'a-Tamen or Justin, you may have to wait until Monday eveing (UK time) for a response.

I will catch up with the story after I get back and when the rest of you are asleep as I'm five/six hours ahead LOL ;)

Looks like it's time to try that new trick... I thought, looking at the tentacled creature. I pulled out my lightsaber, ignited it, aimed at the creature's tentacles holding Eamonn. When the Force whispered the timing was right, I threw it like a boomerang with a shout. "Hah!"

The spinning blade of energy cut through the tentacles, and the creature roared in pain and rage as I tried to grab Eamonn with the Force before he could fall in the mouth. But I wasn't that strong yet...and he fell into the waiting mouth!

Eamonn yelled in horror as he fell toward the gaping mouth. Prince Kurt disappeared into a cloud of purple smoke, the smell of brimstone hung in the air afterwards. More of the purple smoke appeared in the krath's mouth. Moments later, the prince returned behind Daniel in another cloud of purple smoke. A wide-eyed Eamonn safely in his arms, he was clearly in shock.

I heard a funny 'bamf' sound and smelled brimestone. Purple smoke made the kraith cough, and it was angry now, for having been denied a meal! One of it's dozens of eyes stared at me...

"Oh, crap!" I swore as I recalled my lightsaber and dodged what tentacles the kraith had left.

As I dodged the tentacles, I concentrated energy on my right-hand fingers. Once it grew to a respectable size, I waited for the right time as I dodged...

"Eat this!" I shouted as a blast of Force Lightning was sent into it's mouth. It roared as it was shocked by the electricity. "Hah!"

It was stunned...and still angry. But then it decided that kids wielding energy blades and throwing lightning was not the best kind of prey, and slinked away in defeat. I recalled my lightsaber and placed it on my belt.

"Time to get back to the academy I think," Prince Kurt said.

Exhausted by the use of Force Lightning, I nodded. "Yeah, time to go back."

"Can you walk Eamonn?" the prince asked.

Eamonn just nodded and Prince Kurt let him down so he could shakily stand on his own two feet. The prince gave him support as they began walking back to the academy.

"What was that thing anyway?" the prince then asked.

"Holy moley!" was the only thing Kartion could think to say. Grinning, he turned over to look at Katrina. They were both in bed (covered by a plump cover, don't worry!), and very, very tired.

"Man, where did you learn to do...that?" Kartion asked, leaning on his arm.

"What was that thing anyway?" the prince then asked.
"I think that was a Kraith. Rare predator that normally lives deeper in the forests." I said. "Must've been looking for an easy meal."

"Nought easier then an angsty twelve year old boy I guess," Prince Kurt remarked.

The Academy could be seen on our hill, letting us know that this is the last leg.

Kasandral glared at JWolf. Take everything away?! It is all I bloody have! How could he even think of doing such a thing?! Damnable Jedi...
Then she received Michael's thought.

A vampire, one of the darkest types of creature, claiming that darkness was evil, and that evil should be punished. And yet you are no less evil than me. Hypocrite!" Kasandral said, trying to maintain calm, but as she got closer to the end of her little speech, she got louder, until the end, when people in the hall could even hear.

OOC: And no...I'm not cheating by saying that she knows you're a vamp. There used to be vamps in Ybronneb, until they were killed off. So she can recognise one...just so you know.

Apprentices looked at her like she was insane, and wondered why the Council would bring her back.

Master Rydo pursed her lips in dismay as she recognized the girl. Still dark, I see. Perhaps Lord JWolf could help her. If not, she truly is lost.

The prince looked over at the academy, he was glad to see it. "Can't blame him really," he admitted. "That things breath was bad, I don't think I'll ever get the stench out of my fur."

I laughed as Master Soloran came by.

"I see you are all right, my young Padawan." Master Soloran smiled with relief. "Don't know what I'd do if I lost you..."

Eamonn said nothing.

"I think Eamonn needs to be checked over," Prince Kurt said.

Tak'a-Tamen was standing in a deserted town square in the middle settlement. He recalled the servant Kosh's last thoughts about the location of Eamonn Jarlath's family on Tortuga DN. Since he was the rival to the Core throne, it was reasonabe to assume that his family were powerful and had established themselves accordingly.

Perhaps his Mother?... yes a close family member was here. Surely a rival Prince would be as close to his own Mother as any commoner? If that won't bring Eamonn Jarlath and Daniel Masaki, then nothing will.

Tak'a-Tamen sat and meditated. His seclusion was absolute, so no one would find him.

OOC: Unless I have time tomorrow or I think of a better one, this will be Tak'a-Tamen's "pause" until I return. After posting and reading on here a lot, I am postive that none of you will do a 'sneak-up-and-kill-him' move. It's a great thread and I promise to return. I'll be back! :cool:

"Ok. Come to the infirmary with me." Master Soloran said seriously. We followed him to the medical room, where MD droids and a doctor awaited.

Prince Kurt led Eamonn into the medical room, from there a doctor sat the young apprentice down on a medic bed and proceded to check him. A few minutes later, the doctor turned around.

"There are no physical injuries save for a few cuts and bruises," the doctor explained. "However, he has had a very traumatic experiance and he will need reest and lots of it."

"All right." Master Soloran said. "Come on, Daniel. You heard what the doctor said."

"All right. Get well soon, Eamonn." I said.

Eamonn blinked and stared at the floor.

"Come on Eam, I'll take you back to your room," Prince Kurt said, helping the boy up.

Kas. You should know I care about you. I brought you here because I don't want to see you hurt by your so-called master. Look, I would be more than willing to throw away my future so you would be back on the right path. I have seen this path fold out before, and it will only wind out killing you. You know the way of the Sith? When a student is powerful enough, he or she will take on their master in a fight to the death. Tak is too powerful for you to overcome, and I don't want to see you hurt, especially not killed. That is why I am doing this.

Odcal watched as the small group walked back to the academy. He examined each one closely. Huh. I guess Eamonn got in trouble with some creature in the forest. At least he got rescued in time.

With Eamonn safely in his room, Prince Kurt decided that this would be the best time to explore the academy and its surrounding area's. When he had left, Eamonn had already fallen asleep, at last things were peaceful for him as long as he didn't have any nightmares. The prince leaned against the wall and sighed, if he'd known what kind of monsters were out in the forest he wouldn't have allowed Eamonn to go off like that. If he had been eaten like he so nearly had, the prince would never have forgiven himself.

That definitely was a close one. I thought. But Eamonn was pretty shaken up. I hope he gets better soon.

I decided to work on my lightsaber skills, and went to the training rooms and operated a saber droid for practice.

David walks back to his room and sighs a breath of relief, placing all the weapons in his lab on the way back. When he reached the lockup, David said, "Computer, Emergency over. Weapons returned." and heads off to his room. He fell asleep when his head was on the way to the pillow, fully-clothed.

Odcal headed to a training room and activated some remotes. After immobilizing them he destroyed them with the Force. He then practiced his saber skills against a droid.

David wakes up and gets some coffee. He is still dressed so he walks out to the dueling rooms. He sees Odcal training and thinks how he can draw some humor into the situation.
"Odcal, use this!" David exclaims as he hands hid pupil a fighter pilot's helmet with the blast shields down. He then sees a neat stack of remote drones in the corner of the room. He levitates them all and activates them on Odcal.

As Prince Kurt wandered through the halls, he eventually came upon the training rooms. In one he saw Daniel training with his lightsaber. That reminded the prince that his grandfather still had his, it was very unlikely that he would ever get it back.

David wakes up and gets some coffee. He is still dressed so he walks out to the dueling rooms. He sees Odcal training and thinks how he can draw some humor into the situation.
"Odcal, use this!" David exclaims as he hands hid pupil a fighter pilot's helmet with the blast shields down. He then sees a neat stack of remote drones in the corner of the room. He levitates them all and activates them on Odcal.

Odcal puts the drones into the helmet with the Force and then tosses the helmet towards Master Miles. "That wasn't funny master."

On comm-link "My lord, a ship has land and the crew is asking for you." said a crewman of one the WASF ships in the hanger.

"Send them here." said Lord JWolf using the comm-link.

On comm-link "Yes, my lord." then he turn to the men. "Lord JWolf said he to the consul cambers."

The human of the group said "Thanks. Guys, lets move."

After five mins., the group of five have made it to the consul cambers.

"Masters & young ones, meet five fallen Jedis turn back to Jedis by me. Guys, meet the Masters." said Lord JWolf.

"I'm Daniel Freeman. It is good to meet you all." said the human as he bow to the masters.

"I'm Bob Vida & this is my twin brother, Kit Vida." said one of the Twi'leks as they bow to the Masters.

"I'm Bar-stay." said the Klatooinian as he bow to the Masters.

Then this 8 feet tall Wookiee walk in and said in his native tongue "I'm V'Bacca." as he bow.

Justin fell into a deep coma. His mind was racing with the thoughts and images through his vision. In a day when he was a lot younger, a coma that followed a vision wasn't nessessarily a danger as he would literally shut down his conscious self to focus and analyse the dream. It was something he had done regulary during the Jedi reign a thousand years ago, but in his frail old age it could very well kill him.

Armas could tell that Justin would need medical care because of his frailty and because the stubborn sod would still act and behave as though he were still a young man. But of course, nothing lasts forever. One of Justin's weaknesses was to believe he were still capable of anything and wouldn't let his old body stop him.

OOC: This is Justin's 'pause'. I will continue both characters when I get back! :)

Armas decided to care for his old friend and helped him on to a couch. Then, he began to fix some nice hot lemon tea, and added a dash of elven magic so that the tea would be more fulfilling than normal.

"Gah! I just remembered! I need to teach Daniel some more Teras Kasi! Crud!" Kartion said, jumping out of bed. He started to collect his clothes off the floor, while repressing the urge to look at Katrina.

I concluded my training against the droid, and walked out of the training room.

Prince Kurt continued wandering around the academy.

She glanced over at him. He looked terrible...his eyes full of sorrow, but hidden behind a facade of other feelings. Ah hell...he doesn't deserve this. But it was still my choice to join Master Tak'a Tamen...and I have already sacrificed my chance as his apprentice for Mike. I can not...I will not do anymore.
Thinking this to herself, she looked away. She then reached out to him with her thoughts.
I am sorry...it is only that I have already thrown away my life for you...I can not do any more. But you do not deserve my spite...no. If Master Tak'a Tamen has taught me anything, it is to use spite constructively, to channel it at those who I must defeat. Such as this vile master...JWolf. You know nothing of my experiences here. The woman over there ((Kasandral gestures at Rydo))...she was to take me...you know that. And to her I am nothing more than another dark jedi, another failure. Look at any other master...they all think of me the same. Except for my master....Master Tak'a Tamen. But you will never understand.

"No. You will not." Kasandral continued her spiteful glare at the man, wishing for nothing more than a chance to kill him.

"Young one, you don't know my laws do you. If someone is charge with first degree murder, they will be killed. Do you see the five people over there. They were Dark Jedis that lost the way but I show them the light of the Force." said Lord JWolf.

"Kas, do you have a mother or a father? If not, me and Jason would love to have you as our daughter." said Lady Emma Wolf.

OOC: If you want to attack, Lord JWolf will not hurt her.

Having checked up on Eamonn, who was still asleep, Prince Kurt headed off outside.

I passed by, hearing the commotion. "What's wrong here?"

"None of your damn business, boy!" Kasandral snapped at Daniel. Her glare became fixed on him.

"Oh. So you're the girl everyone is talking about." I said, glaring back with disappointment. "Why have you chosen the dark path?"

They would dare to adopt me?! No! Vile creatures....
"No." she said, turning to glare at Emma. "No...I had parents...you will not replace them. I won't let you."

Outside Prince Kurt looked around, he saw a few Jedi's around. They didn't interest him however. He could have gone back to one of the colonies but he decided against it, he wanted to stay here and keep an eye on Eamonn. That way he could make sure he didn't try doing something stupid again like trying to return to Tortuga DN.

Heading to the edge of the forest, the prince climbed up one of the trees. From there he had a good view of the academy. Lazily leaning back against the trunk, he began to think stuff over.

Eamonn slowly opened his eyes, for now everything looked a complete blur. His senses told him that he was in this dorm. He sat up and rubbed his eyes. All he could smell was something rotting and nasty.

As he stood up, it dawned on him what the smell was. It was the smell that had been festering in the monsters moth, the monster that had tried eating him. His eyes widened and he quickly stripped off all of his clothes. Since that alone wouldn't rid him of the stench he went into the shower and turned on the water.

Eamonn stared blankly at him. "Fine, never better," he said in a strangely sterile voice.

Still in shock...this isn't good. I thought. Then I snapped my fingers. "Come with me. I think it's finally time I gave you that duel I promised a while ago."

"I once asked you if you wanted to duel with me." I said, escorting him to dueling room B. "It's time I take up that offer."

"Oh did you?" he replied blinking. "Is this place a training ground for young gladiator hopefuls then?"

I sighed, and sat down on a bench. This is going to take a while...

Eamonn did as he was told as Prince Kurt looked on, this was very worrying for the prince seeing his friend in this state. The doctor manovered something over the boys head.

"This will take a while, you should go and sit down," the doctor said as he tapped into a console.

Odcal followed the prince and Daniel. Eamonn has amnesia huh. Odcal wandered away and went into his room. He went to his chest of treasures and took out his reinforced box. He opened it with the Force and started reading the book on Force inside.

About an hour after they start playing, the vidscreen turns on and its David's wife. She starts to leave a message when she sees Kas, faints and the video feed is cut off. She was heard to say, "What did I do wrong?"

I headed off to my dorm, and decided to pull out my Ancient Book of the Force. I started work on the next Force power, Mind Trick, but there's no one around to test that one...oh well. At least I know the specifics.

I turned the page, and read about a legend that took place a long time ago, in a galaxy far, far away...the legend of Atlantis.

"You should get some more sleep, feel fresh in the morning," the prince told him.

"Why, am I fighting tomorrow?" Eamonn asked.

"Er... yeah you are," the prince said, deciding to play along with Eamonn's amnesia.

Kasandral woke groggily. Ugh...God, what happened?.... Then she remembered the previous nights events. He took it...he took my master...but there is no way I could go back, is there? No...there is not. And Michael....he cares....he truly cares....and yet I almost got him killed. And JWolf...I nearly killed him too....but he came closer to killing me....oh... Kasandral got up out of the strange bed. The sounds of some sort of videogame emitted from another room. She looked around, and finally saw the note on a nightstand. She bent over to read it.

Lord JWolf and Lady Emma Wolf and the knights are in the dining hall. They are playing poker. Poker calms Lord JWolf down.

Kas, is up. That good. thought Lord JWolf.

David, come to the dining hall and have Mike & Kas come. said Lord JWolf to David using the Force.

Prince Kurt entered the dining hall to grab something to eat. Out of the corner of his eye he could see some people playing poker.

Andrew Masaki goes of in search of his old friend Kartion. He really needs to talk to him.

Her collegues are elsewhere, so she will take the report from the Knight.

The house was modest but quiet. Gwyn Jarlath was just finishing some cleaning when she thought about her son. Training to become a Jedi probably wasn't easy for the exiled youngster. Life was simple and she was enjoying the company of her friend Rosh who had delivered a large vase he had collected for her from the local glass trader.

Rosh: "You're thinking about Eamonn again aren't you?"

Gwyn: "Just wondering how he is doing that's all."

Rosh: "I'm sure he's fine. He's probably mastered lightsabre skills already."

Gwyn gave a small smile at the thought of her son dueling with a lightsabre. Her thoughts brought her back to the present when she heard some commotion outside. Rosh got up and went to the window,

Rosh: "Can't see anything. It's probably kids mucking around, I'll go and have a look."

Before she could say anything, Rosh had already opened the front door and stood out onto the front lawn. Gwyn continued to straighten her new vase when she heard Rosh return,

Rosh: "Aaahhh, I can't see anything. If it were kids, they've gone by..."

It was enough to get both their attentions. Gwyn and Rosh swung round and saw a complete stranger dressed all in black standing behind them. Gwyn instinctively moved to the back as Rosh challanged the stranger,

Rosh: "Who are you?! What are you doing here!?"

Unfortunatley he didn't get very far as he was thrown against the wall by an unseen force. Rosh fell on top of the new vase as Gwyn screamed with fear. The stranger moved toward her, his composure was calm and cold.

Gwyn: "KEEP AWAY FROM ME!"

He continued to move forward but was obstructed by a large bottle she had thrown at him. The bottle smashed against his arm as he blocked it and Gwyn ran toward the back door, trying to block her attacker's path...

"Mother!" Eamonn yelled as he snapped awake, he knew that his mother was in trouble. He ran out of his dorm room to go and find Master Soloran.

"Ah. Madam Jarlath." Alex smiled false-kindly as he stood at the other door. "Please don't be alarmed. We only wish to speak with you."

"It's me, old friend." Armas whispered, carrying the finished cup of hot honey tea with a dash of elf magic. "Drink this. It will help you."

He placed the cup onto the table and reached for his satchel. He checked that his canteen of water was full and grabbed this walking stick.

With Gwyn distracted, Tak'a-Tamen crept up behind the unsuspecting woman. She let out a yelp as he grabbed her and pulled her back inside the house.

The warlord threw Gwyn to the floor, his piercing gaze was looking deeply into her eyes.

Gwyn struggled to try and free herself.

I got up from my nap, having felt a subtle change in the Force. Subtle, but dark. I headed out of the dorm room and went down the halls.

"They... they have my m... my mother," Eamonn yelled out and sank to his knees, tears were streaming down his cheeks.

Gwyn could see Rosh being lifted into the air. He was hanging like a puppet tangled on it's strings, choking for air,

Rosh: "#ACK# R...run Gwyn. #ckkkkk# GO!"

Tak'a-Tamen sharply turned to face Rosh. He focused his mind and Rosh screamed for all he could considering his throat was constricting. It was a blood-curdling scream and as such, blood started dripping from his eyes. Rosh felt as though his own eyeballs were being pulled from their sockets as he screamed again. Tak'a-Tamen simply looked at him, his mind focusing on his handywork.

"NOO! Let him go," Gwyn called out.

"They... they have my m... my mother," Eamonn yelled out and sank to his knees, tears were streaming down his cheeks.
"Eamonn..." Master Soloran went down to comfort the boy. "I think it's time...once we get everyone all together here."

Justin was amazed by the sheer size of the academy complex. He had seen if from a distance but had always assumed it was only a small building,

Justin: "I should get out more Armas," he cranked his neck backwards to see the top, "this place is bigger than it looks!"

An explosion of purple smoke and Prince Kurt appeared in the hallway. "Eamonn what's wrong?" he asked. "And why are you in just your boxers?"

Eamonn just looked up at him, tears still streaming down his cheeks. The prince instantly knew what was wrong.

"Shit," he swore.

I heard the call, and so did my father and Kartion, and we headed towards the little-used Assembly.

"Yes, just let him go," she pleaded.

Tak'a-Tamen relaxed and Rosh fell to the floor. He cradled his face in his hands as blood seeped between his fingers. He was banging he feet against the floor in pain as the pressure reduced and his eyes returned to their original positions,

Tak'a-Tamen: "Good, we understand each other."

Gwyn closed her eyes and sobbed.

Prince Kurt took off the t-shirt he wore and handed it over to Eamonn. He didn't want the young apprentice to catch a cold. They both followed Master Eledil to the assembly room.

"Hey Mike, do you sense anything?" David asked.

"Something just seems wrong. Is Kas ready?"
"I'll check..........Yeah, let's go." Mike replied.
"Good." David shuts off the game and heads with Kasandra and Mike to the mess hall. They pass Eamonn and David rushes the two off to the cafeteria and talks with everyone.
"Don't worry bucko. I'll make sure your mother is safe and that no harm comes to her. If you need anything, don't hesitate to contact me." David says right before he leaves. He reaches the Cafeteria and says to the two of them, "Ok, change of plans. We have to go to the Assembly room."
"We heard, let's go." Mike responded, rather upset that he missed his breakfast.
"Mike, you can get some food when we get back. I'm hungry too. I haven't eaten in nearly two days and the same goes for you."
The three leave the cafeteria and reach the assembly in six minutes.

"The Dark Lords have taken a world called Tortuga and from all indications, it is to be a starting point for an invasion upon Republic and Imperial Republic space. It is our perogative that we deal with the Sith now, before they become a bigger problem later."

"Therefore when we head to Tortuga, the apprentices must keep close together at all times and in close contact with the Knights or Masters." He said. "It will not do well for the Dark Lords to catch one of you alone for you will surely fail in a duel."

Lord JWolf, do you wish to travel together on this mission? David sent to JWolf thru the Force, then he sent to V'Bacca Let's talk please. I'm in tha back row.. He then said, "Mike, Kas, I want you two to stick with me every second of this mission. I'll get a buttload of guns and explosives before we leave, so there is a chance we will become a bomber crew. (David laughs a little) We might also have someone helping us, hopefully V'Bacca and Lord JWolf. I know you don't like him Mike, but he's a darn good fighter."

Kurt nervously listened to the conversation. Knowing that Tortuga DN was under sith control was bad enough but the thought that the other colonies could soon follow worried him greatly. Next to him, Eamonn was silent.

"No!" Kasandral exclaimed, staring incredulously at David. Then, realizing she had been so loud, she quiets. "I will not travel with that...that...that worm! I refuse! He tried to kill me for God's sake! We can do it alone, just the three of us. I'll not go with him and his five goons, though!"

Force forgive me...I do realize they may not be ready, but I know they are strong. Master Elendil thought. "We leave in one hour. Pack what you need and head for the hangar. David, Andrew, Katrina, Xavier, Rydo, Justin, JWolf, Konas, and Kartion, stay with me, please. Kasandral, wait here. The rest of you may do what you need in the hour."

I sighed as I headed out, wondering how I am going to defeat the Sith with what I already know...

"Katrina and Rydo, I want you two to watch Kasandral carefully. If she can survive this without darkness, she can return for training."

Annoyed and a little angry at being left in the chambers, Kasandral sat thinking and levitating small objects. They probably think I will turn back to Master Tak'a Tamen again...they don't understand that I can't. If I were to go back, I would be slaughtered for my failure at killing Michael. And killing Michael is no longer an option. So it would seem I am light. But at the same time, I disagree with the jedi and their ways. So I am dark. I am light and dark at the same time, an impossible feat. I suppose I am like Daniel's tutor, Kartion...a shadow warrior; a servant of the light that uses darkness to further the light, to emphasize it. But I am not. I am more the opposite, a servant of the dark that uses the light. But again, that is not true. No...I am a servant of none...of myself only. I am a Me-warrior, who uses the light and dark to further myself. I am like a spider, making beautiful webs, like light, and using them to kill, like the darkness, but only to sustain itself, more a mixture, but more balanced than the shadow warriors. So I am nothing...no more than a mercenary for hire....No! I am more! I can be, will be more!....a pirate....yes. I would be well suited to that life. But I will not be partial to any group. I will refuse to be. I will be an outlaw, then, but not an outlaw. It would fit perfectly...another contradiction to add to the list of them inside of me. Perhaps I will follow that path...perhaps not. Only time will tell......

Justin: "I'm up for anything now my old friend. Let us hope we can defeat Warlord Tak'a-Tamen once and for all."

From time to time, Justin looked back toward Kasandral. He could sense the conflict she felt and equally the darkness that had touched her. If she survived it THAT long, she truly is powerful, he thought to himself. Justin also hoped that Daniel had practiced with the lightsabre he had given him. Even though the Jedi were going to face the Sith, only Daniel Masaki, heir to the Core throne alone could defeat Warlord Tak'a-Tamen.

Tak'a-Tamen: "They are on their way," he chuckled rather unpleasently, "my my, they are coming in droves."

He turned to Alex who also seemed to sense the Jedi's unrest,

Tak'a-Tamen: "Soon they will arrive and the royal rivals will be ours! But let us make sure their arrival is prompt."

He knew that Eamonn would sense his mother's suffering, which would make him angry. He also knew that Eamonn would insist that the Jedi arrive quicker if she were suffering more. He also applied a burst of force lightening toward Gwyn who screamed in agony.

Tak'a-Tamen: "I'm sure your son will avenge your death Lady Jarlath!"

He continued the torture...

Eamonn could feel the torture his mother was suffering. He held his arms and fell to his knees, wincing. Kurt knelt down beside him.

"Eam, whats wrong?" he asked.

But Eamonn found it difficult to say anything.

David meets with V'Bacca for about five minutes and introduces Mike to him.
David introduces the two, "Mike, This is V'Bacca, your new master. Stay with him instead on the mission, this will also help you in your understanding of the Wookies, even though you are a fairly good linguist. V'Bacca, this is my son Mike. He is very dependable and good to have in a tight spot. He knows many forms of martial arts and good with anything that goes BOOM."
Odcal then walked up, "V'Bacca, this is my apprentice Odcal. He's a pretty good guy. Odcal, this is Mike's new Master, V'Bacca. Wookies are such nice folk until you beat them in Pazzak..." David and V'Bacca both laugh and David says something like he was lucky to leave with his arms attached.

"Odcal, stick with me on the mission. I'll meet you there. I might be a little late because of getting some ordinace."

David then turns to Kas, "Ok, I'll arrange something else. Happy?" David can't finish the converstaion because he's called away to the meeting.

"Get explosives? SURE! I'll be a few hours behind, but I'll bring out the GOOD stuff." he replied about his assignment, "Oh, and can someone else take Kas, I'm kinda in a bind and she REALLY wants to go. I can sense she's changed. And Lord knows what Tak'll do to her if she's captured."

David leaves the meeting, goes to his lab and says, "Computer, activate bomb factory. I need 5 dozen AM Claymores, 500 thermal detonators, 3000 grenades of all types except sticky and sonic, 1500 sonic and sticky grenades, and I need it within an hour. Also, load the whole armory and battle droids in The Outrider. I know its a tall order, but I need it done."
"You bet it is! That's all I could do in two hours!" The AI protested.
"I know Cortana [ooc: Yes, HALO Cortana], but you have to do it. Use the droids to help you. If you do, I promise I'll take you with me everywhere for the next month. You'll even see battle."
"Ok, I'll limit the safety precautions. It'll be done in 59 minutes."
"Attagirl! I'll even let you drive this time." David responded

Lord JWolf is still waiting for the other Jedis to come. All of Lord JWolf's Jedi Knights on thier ship. Emma and Erik are on the Wolf One.

OOC: I hope the Outrider has cloak becuase that is all we are sending.

Kurt placed his hands on his friends shoulders. "Eam I know it's hard but you have to block it out," he told him. "If you don't then they will get to you."

Eamonn still winced, but it did appear that he was trying to block it out.

"Cortana, how are we doing?" David asked.
"We need five more minutes. Everything but one Claymore and some grenades are loaded." The AI that looked a lot like his wife said
"Good, we have seven. I'll let you drive too..." David said, in disbelief.

Lord JWolf is still waiting. As he waits, he make sure that all his pistols are loaded and ready to rock and roll. The Beretta 93R automatic pistols are load with hollow point 9x19mm Luger rounds and the Colt Single-action Army Revolvers are load with .45 hollow point rounds. He has two extra clips for 93Rs loaded will the same bullets and 24 .45 hollow point rounds in his duster pockets.

Odcal was growing restless. When are we going? he wondered. He checked to make sure his lightsaber was in his belt at his left side. Then he checked the blaster in the holster on his right side had a full power supply.

"Ok everyone, into the ships now. We board the Meg when we get out of the system!" Andrew said, before heading to his X-wing and taking off.

I headed into Lord JWolf's ship with Kartion and Master Elendil, checking that my blaster and lightsabers (yes, 2) were good to go.

Eamonn and Kurt would go with Master Soloran.

Kas will go with Master Rydo.

OOC: No matter which ships are taken, they will all head to the Star Destroyer, ok?

David is walking to his ship (arms fully loaded with guns and the like) and sees Odcal in his ship.

"Here Odcal, take this as a backup. Just in case." David then hands Odcal his service pistol, a M1911 he used while he was a comabt Marine and four mags, "Its saved my life many a time, may it do the same for you. Its unloaded right now. All I want is for you to come back safly, and that gun to be reapirable." David laughs and continues, "You' left this at the crash site Mike...you might want your pistol back. (David hands his son a Glock) May the Force be with you Odcal and Mike...May the Force be with all of you." he finishes to everyone else in the transport. David finishes loading the weapons and says over his commlink, "Lord Elendil. I'm all loaded and ready to depart. Just give me the word, and I'll punch it."

Mike, glad he got his pistol back after a few weeks, starts to break it down for cleaning. He cleans all the parts and blindfolds himself, putting it all together by just feel. A few of the students are impressed and one even goes so far as to say, "You were the guy shot down and captured but broke out?"
"You could say that. I only got four in the air, but I got a fifth on the ground with a random blaster shot...I'd hate to be that guy in the afterlife...*Mike chuckles*Yeah, I could see it now, everyone makes fun of him because he was shot down by some shot down, run-of-the-mill, teenage pilot who wasn't even trying...That'd be great!"

Odcal takes the gun from Master Miles. "Thank you master. May the Force be with you." He grabbed a rag and started familiarizing himself with the gun and learning to clean and load it while blindfolded with hand and the Force.

Eamonn was eventually able to block as much of the pain out and stood up again. He and Kurt then carried on following Master Soloran.

Lord JWolf walk in the Wolf One and sat his pilot chair.

"Are we ready?" asked Lord JWolf over comm-link.

"We are ready." answer Daniel Freeman.

"Good. Now follow me to the Star Destroyer." said Lord JWolf.

Aboard the Wolf One, Erik, Daniel, Kartion, Master Elendil, Justin, and three other Jedi Knights are in there seat and have their seat belts on.

The Wolf One took off and is followed the Knights' ship.

After a few mins, the two ship land in the hanger of the Star Destroyer.

"We have just landed in a Star Destroyer. If you get out, watch your step. And have a nice day." said Lord JWolf.

OOC: Every Jedis are on both ship but David & Mike. And Daniel has two lightsabers. He looking up to Lord JWolf, right.

Kasandral turns to Master Rydo.
"I'm sorry, but all my weapons were confiscated, and my rapier lost in the crash. Do you have at least a knife or something similar that I can use until I get an oppurtunity to take a blaster off of some stormtrooper's body?"
