Star Wars Theme plays.

Four years after the Shivan War, the IMPERIAL REPUBLIC has recovered from the terrible destruction wrought on it. The Young Heir, Daniel Masaki has grown to a strong 12 year old lad, versed in the Force. Now, the boy enters the JEDI Academy on Yavin IV. Jedi Master Armas Elendil presides over the Academy, taking over after Master Skywalker became one with the Force.

Daniel has much to learn about the ways of the Force, but with new friends and new rivals, he will have a lot of fun along the way. However, on the horizon, the DARK SIDE begins to rear up it's ugly head and reaches out with deadly fingers for the lad...

Camera pans down to a ship, the ROYAL SHUTTLE.

(OOC: Ok, I'll stop. :p )

"We are coming up on the Yavin system, young master." The pilot of the Royal Shuttle said.

“Very well.” A young boy with a mop of brown hair and bright brown eyes said regally. Daniel Masaki is twelve standard years old, and the heir to the Core throne. The youth is wearing his formal Jedi robes, like when he goes on a diplomatic trip with his father. But this time, he is on his own, to train as an apprentice of the Jedi Order.

His bokken, or wooden katana lies on his side in it’s sheath. Carved by only the best woodsmiths in the galaxy, the sword is his only weapon until the boy is sufficiently trained to use a lightsaber.

Danny looks out the window, wondering what new friends he will have, what adventures he will go through, as the streaks of light slow down to starpoints and the shuttle reverts to realspace. The gold-orange of the gas giant Yavin immediately fills the front view as it grows larger. Considerably larger than Jupiter, the gas giant is known for the mining of Corusca gems (emeralds harder than diamonds) and having consumed several ships in it’s life.

There are at least five moons that orbit Yavin, and two of them are large and safe enough to support human life. But it is Yavin IV that is the most important of all, having a long and vibrant history. It was the site of Exar Kun’s last stands, and the site of the destruction of the Death Star long ago. Two Skywalkers and three Solos have known the place, and Luke had called it home for a long time. Many times enemies have tried to destroy the moon, or destroy the Jedi living there, but all attempts have been met with failure. It was only the Yuuzhan Vong that managed to take it from the Jedi, but only for a short time, and the moon was rebuilt soon afterwards.

Now, young Daniel Masaki is about to embark on yet another chapter in the moon’s history, a chapter that is about to be written in the book of history…

Lord JWolf & two Blood Wolf Robots (http://www.freewebs.com/wamechs/WolfAmericaRobots.JPG) walks down the ramp at the back of the ship.

Lord JWolf said to a Jedi Padawan at the landing pad “I’m here to see my godson, Erik Zachary Johnson. I have a gift for him from his father.”

The Jedi Padawan said “Ok but I have a question to ash you. Are Lord JWolf?”

Lord JWolf said “Yes.”

The Jedi Padawan said “When I was a apprentice, I look up to you. You are the best Jedi Knight, I have seen. Follow me, Lord JWolf.”

Lord JWolf said “Thanks.”

Lord JWolf, the Jedi Padawan, and two Blood Wolf Robots start walk down the main hall of Jedi Academy heading where the apprentice are.

All was quiet inside the duelling room. The sunlight spilled throughout the room, warming the stones caught up in the flow of light, and it was so peaceful that if one could look carefully enough, they'd see every bit of dust and what have you floating around in perfect harmony. It was a nice morning. Ever so peaceful…

Two lightsabres ignited…

Two figures stood on an elevated duelling arena, standing completely still…

A cold wind blew through the duelling room…

"Ready E Z?" asked one, dressed in flowing black robes, his red lightsabre staff almost linking with his deep red eyes.

"Ready, Master Elesto." The other responded, it's voice sounding like nails going down an ancient blackboard, with its purple lightsabre humming slowly.

Time seemed to stop…

The Kartion exhaled deeply…

Suddenly, they literally leaped into each other, lightsabres clashing, sending a small resonating shock around the room. Not wasting any time, they both twisted in mid-air, their lightsabres whirring around, clashing again and again, before they both landed. Kartion snapped up his staff, and stabbed out. The other figure leaned out of the way, and counter attacked. Parrying, Kartion jumped away. Landing, he looked up, his eyes analysing his approaching attacker. A strand of jet-black hair went in front of his left eye. He grinned. Suddenly, just as a purple shaft of light came down towards him, Kartion rolled to his right and lashed out, his sabre slicing through E Z's left leg. With a sudden loss of balance, E Z fell over; it's sabre sliding across the floor. E Z cried out angrily, before spinning onto his back…

…With a slight squeal, Kartion's sabre sliced through E Z's neck joint, severing E Z's head completely. Smirking, Kartion deactivated his sabre, and watched E Z's head stop rolling.

"Good fight E Z, if a little too short for my liking." Kartion said.

One might be shocked to see what happened next, but Kartion just watched, watching his own special modification come into play. E Z's left leg slid over to where E Z's 'body' was, and attached itself to the body's empty leg socket. Then, the headless robot rose, and walked over to its head. Picking it up, the body turned to Kartion. After a few seconds, E Z's head was firmly attached to his body.

"Yes Master Elesto. I apologise, but it's been a few weeks since my last oil bath." E Z replied, collecting his sabre. Kartion laughed.

"You stinky, unhygienic servant you! Go and take a long oil bath, and when you're done, start making lunch, I'm feeling a bit peckish." He said. E Z laughed, bowed, and left the duelling room. Shaking his hair, ridding it of sweat, he holstered his sabre staff, before leaping off the arena, and landing in front of the door. Sighing, he opened the door, and walked out.

Another beautiful day…

The shuttle soon broke through the atmosphere of the moon, the air screaming around it like a jet turbine. The shuttle kicked in it’s repulserlifts and lowered it’s landing gear and it slowed down, reaching the landing pad in a short time. The airlock soon opened and the ramp was lowered until it touched the ground.

Daniel grabbed his case full of his tunics and personal equipment and his bokken and then disembarked the shuttle. Master Elendil was waiting.

“Master.” Daniel bowed. Not only is the elf the headmaster of the Academy, he is also on the High Council, a well respected member of the Order.

“Young Daniel. Welcome to Yavin IV.” The Jedi Master smiled. “I trust you had a good trip?"

“Yes, Master, I did.”

“Good. Here is your room number and key. You’ll be bunking with another young man.”

“All right. Thank you.”

Daniel headed into the dormitory temple and searched for his room. It didn’t take long, and he entered the room. It was larger than your average college dorm, as there is a spot for meditation when required. Danny put his bags down on the first bed and got to work unloading his tunics into the drawers and the Jedi robes into the closet.

A couple of hours later...

"That was delicious E Z. Thanks alot." Kartion said, sucking his fingers.

"My pleasure Master Elesto. Is there anything else I need to do?" E Z asked. Kartion shook his head.

"No thanks E Z. Go and update your combat files or de-dust my room. I'm going to see our new arrival." kartion replied, getting up.

"As you wish, Master Elesto. Cya later." E Z said. Giving a two fingered Jedi salute, Kartion left his dining room.

His room was one of the biggest in the Academy, and probably the most expensive. Everywhere there were pieces of arts and craft, and collections of light sabres he'd built. Elesto loved art, but he was more engaged with other duties most of the time. As he walked through the lounge, he stuck his hand out, and called a silver plated light sabre to his hand. Catching it, he thumbed the button, and watched the blue blade shoot out of it.

Grinning, Kartion shut it down, and holstered it next to his sabre staff. Opening his door, Elesto walked out into the main corridor, and then took a turn. Seeing Master Elendil, Kartion jogged up to him.

"Elendil! I heard we had a new arrival...the Emperor's son. Can you tell me where he is?" Kartion asked.

Tiny OOC: my character isn't rich enough to have a ship of her own, so she'll need to tag along with someone else... please let me know who she can bum a ride off of.

I'm also moderatly disturbed that my character is the only female one.... sigh.

"Ahh, Jedi Kartion. Young Daniel is at his dorm, I believe. He should be finished with setting up his new home now."

Daniel was indeed completed with the unpacking and took a walk, wondering what to do now. Classes will start in a day or so.

The Jedi Padawan walk into the dormitory temple and says "Lord JWolf, your godson's room is at the end of the hall."

Lord JWolf said "Thank you. You may go back to what you were doing." Then he turns to his robots and orders "Follow me."

Robots answered "Yes, my lord."

Lord JWolf and his two robots walk to the end of the hall. Lord JWolf knocks on the door.

Erik answer the door and says "Lord JWolf, it is good to see you."

Lord JWolf said "I have gift for your father. Here take this." Give Erik a box.

Erik open the box and "Cool. Now, I have a crystal and it is my favorite color. Tell my father thank you."

Lord JWolf said "I will Erik. I will be going to the dueling room, now. See you later."

Erik said "Ok. I will see you later."

Lord JWolf and his two robots leave the dormitory temple and head for the dueling room.

Most Draconian children his age were sat in school studying for a boring life, that was how Eamonn Jarlath put it anyway, but for Eamonn however, things were different for him. After his father was murdered on orders of Draconis Nightcrawlis’ ruler, he and his mother fled to the colony of Tortuga DN in fear of their lives. There he met a Jedi Master who showed him that he had what it took to be a Jedi himself. Eamonn had been surprised, but admittedly he liked the idea of becoming a Jedi as he had heard a great deal about them.

Now the young boy was to be a Jedi Apprentice at the Jedi Academy on Yavin IV. As the shuttle made its way toward Yavin IV, Eamonn sat back in his seat wondering what it would be like there. He had been about to join the Exetergrecia Academy before his family’s forced exile, but the Jedi Academy was going to be so much better. He looked around to see who else was aboard the shuttle.


OOC: Hop aboard Chardonay :)

"Thanks Elendil!" Kartion said. Mock saluting, he turned, and started to jog away.

After a few minutes, he reached the dormitories. Not seeing him, he reached out with the force, until he sensed him a few corridors down, just walking. Shaking his head, Kartion jogged until he caught sight of Daniel. Taking a deep breath, Kartion walked casually down the corridor, and then cupping one hand around his mouth he shouted:

"Daniel Masaki!"

Daniel turned around to see who called him. He recognized the voice and the figure, though it has been a while.

"Is that you, Kartion?" He called back, walking towards him.

"You better believe it little dude!" Kartion said jogging up to Daniel. Kartion nearly gasped, it'd been so long since he'd seen him, and he was quite tall for his age.

"Well, my man, you've certainly grown since I last saw you. So how's you, and how's Andy?" kartion asked, buzzing with delight. He hadn't seen a friend or a near relative for over two years...

"I'm fine, and my dad's pretty busy these days." Then he lowered his voice dramatically. "I heard from him that there's an increase in pirate activity in recent months. He's getting on their case, but they keep popping up like Terran roaches."

Kartion raised an eyebrow. His eyes turned to a softer red. Seeing as he was a hybrid, even though he didn't look at it this way, his eyes changeg shades and sharpness depending on emotion.

"Well, he should hire a few of us out, it's been a while since I've had an assignment," Kartion replied, a hint of humour in his voice, "Anyway, why don't you come with me to my room? I'm sure you'll like it more than the dorm you've got. Heck, I could get E Z to build you a bed, and you could move in if you want." Kartion added, before turning and pointing.

"This way, my young Jedi." Kartion said in a mock voice of Elendil.

IC: Natalia was not pleased. She missed Coruscant already. From what she heard, Yavin IV was going to be one of the most dull and quiet places in the universe. Not to mention she was going to be surrounded by Jedi (Jedi!... those interfering 'holier than thou' busybodies) and children... well, the kids weren't so bad. She's done some work in Children's Theatre in the lower levels of Coruscant; everyone always focused on the crime and violence in the slums there, but most of the people were honest but born into bad situations, and many were children. Natalia allowed herself a small smile... not that she had actually been honest as such.

Which was the reason for her present difficulties, of course, and why she was NOT looking forward to the Jedi Academy. When she was younger, she had been quite a good little pickpocket and burglar. Pickpocketing was easy, her marks always seemed to get distracted when she went in, and she never had any trouble disappearing into the crowd. Her friends had noticed it and given her the name 'Lucky'... some older kids started bringing her along on burglary expeditions as well... first as a lookout, then as a second story operator (she was always very small) and finally as the leader of the operations. Things went more smoothly when she was around. They grifted a bit too, pulling cons on corrupt officials and richer merchants.

She had gotten out of the business a year ago, when her considerable acting talents had gotten her a job on the stage in the middle levels... but some of her friends got into trouble with a syndicate down below, and pleaded her to do one more job.

There hadn't been much time, so she hit a rich pimp she knew about on the middle levels... It had gone well, until he came home suddenly in the middle of the job. She expected him to turn her over to the New Rep police where she could spend a few years in a comfortable prison, assuming she couldn't charm the jury into acquitting her, but he had required more... personal punishments. Which is why the New Rep police burst in on the room to find her frantically trying to saw through her restraints with a piece of glass and the pimp with a broken bottle sticking out of his eye.

The situation had been confused further by the fact that there was irrefutable forensic evidence that she had broken into his apartment but a Jedi Knight who 'happened' to be along for the ride seemed to take an inordinate interest in her... and not the kind of interest she was used to. He made a deal with her... he would kill the charges against her, and in return she would go to Yavin IV. She had quickly agreed... exile was better than prison, but found the idea that she could be a Jedi candidate laughable... and yet...

She glanced back at the enquiring look of the kid accross the isle - Eon, Eemon, something like that- and forced a smile she hoped looked more genuine than it felt. No point in projecting her worries and thoughts onto the twelve year old.

Eamonn smiled back, it appeared that they were the only two aboard the shuttle, other then the crew of course. He sat back in his seat as the shuttle began its descent onto Yavin IV. Eamonn closed his eyes, he always hated this part as he feared something going wrong and the shuttle crashing. As usual his fear was not recognised as the shuttle safely landed. He could open his eyes again, he looked over at the other passenger before picking up his trunk and disembarked, wondering whom would be there to welcome him.

Kasandral Xeraphen boarded the Wombat, a ship he had stolen a year ago. It was a beauty as ships go...it was a sleek Hunter LX3. It had 4 laser cannons, a cockpit big enough for 4 people, 2 torpedo tubes, and an expensive K45Z hyperspace drive. Kasandral advanced the 20 feet from teh boarding ramp to the cockpit. He hit the button that brought up the ramp, and sat in the leather pilot's seat.
The controls were extremely complex, but Kasandral had them memorized. He quickly keyed in the ignition passcode with practiced fingers and then set his hand on the joystick. He flipped on the repulsors and slowly lifted out of the public spaceport. Then, throwing the throttle forward, he sent the ship shooting into space at several hundred kilometers per hour. Once a sufficient distance from Earth, he toggled the switch to turn on the hyperdrive. It hummed to life. Then he pressed several more buttons, and the Wombat shot into hyperspace.

Seven hours later
The Wombat entered Yavin System with no difficulties. Kasandral carefully guided it towards Yavin Four, where the famed Jedi Academy was based. He then opened a comm channel with the academy hanger bay controller.

"This is the Wombat, to Jedi Academy Control. Requesting permission to dock."

"Wombat, this is Jedi Academy Control. You are cleared for landing in hanger 2-C, docking space 54."

"Thank you."

Kasandral guided the Wombat into the correct hanger and space, then killed the engines once the repulsors were engaged. He waited as robotic arms clamped his ship to hold it in position. He then shut down the repulsors and disembarked. His rapier hung from his hip, in a custom-made sheath.


The hangar was full of people. Teachers, students, techs...they all darted about like insects under a light. Kasandral made his way to a door in the back of the hangar. As he walked through, a padawan stopped him.

"Name?" the padawan inquired.
"Kasandral Xerephen," Kasandral answered.
"You are in dorm 34. That's in hall 3."
"Thank you." Kasandral nodded, then went in search of hall 3.

Lord JWolf walk into the dueling room and saw two Jedi dueling.

Lord JWolf watch the duel and want to join but he didn't.

The duel end after 30 mins. Lord JWolf walk up to the Jedi that won the dual and said "Good job, young Jedi."

The Jedi said "You're Lord JWolf, right."

Lord JWolf answer "Yes."

The Jedi said "Do you know where your room is?"

Lord JWolf answer "No."

The Jedi said "I will show you it. Follow me, Lord JWolf."

The Jedi lead the way as Lord JWolf and his two robots following the Jedi.

After 15 mins, the Jedi show Lord JWolf his room in the guest area on the academy.

Lord JWolf said "Thank you." then turn to his robots and orders "Robots, get my stuff for the Wolf One."

After that he sit at a table in the room.

His name was Kuzar, or as that the Jedi here knew him anyway. He had joined the Jedi some time ago, passing almost completely the phase of apprenticeship, he had become a Padawan with odd ease. Not many before him had been as quick as he was. No one knows where he came from, and no one knows where he is headed to. Anyone who has met him during his days as a Jedi would be left baffled by his strange presence. It was the presence of uncertainty. Of what, who knows?

He walked aimlessly in the corridors of the Academy on what the Jedi seemed to call "Yavin IV". He was thinking, mostly about the base itself. He had seen this place before, in a way. When he had browsed through the ship's ancient databanks. He knew that this place couldn't be the same, since they still were in the same galaxy as the place he had been... Recruited into the Jedi Order. That place the more local humans seemed to call "Earth". And he happened to know that the Galaxy they had left was much further away than this place. It had taken generations for them to come here, and they hadn't exactly turned back at any point, nor were they far enough to have made a full circle.

Are they insane? Who would create a complete replica of a star system?

To anyone who would see him, he would just seem to be... Looking... Around, exploring the parts of the Academy he could go to, doing nothing in particular. He hadn't been trained here. He was just passing by, more or less, and he had no room in the Academy for himself. He was staying at the guest rooms.

And he found something of interest - a dueling room. He thought he'd slash the air for a while to kill time as he entered the room.

He looked around him, and came to the conclusion that no one was there. He grinned as he ignited his lightsaber and began doing complex moves with his saber. Ones one gets to use on a very rare occasion in melee combat, they were more like art than actual battle moves.

He had always liked the sounds of the lightsabers, the hum they made when they were operational, the crackling sounds they made as they hit each other, the smell of burning flesh as they finally hit their target. There was nothing quite like it. But now, he'd have to settle for the contenting hum of the saber.

OOC: You know...you're right. There should be another female. Kasandral is now female. Just ignore wherever I posted as "he" and pretend it says "she." His bio and stats still apply, except, of course, gender.

Kasandral found her room in hall three...
Finally... she thought, as it had taken nearly an hour to find it. She set her fencing equipment on the table, and her luggage on the bed. Then she turned, grabbing her fencing gear on the way out, and went to search for the academy's famous dueling chamber. Perhaps someone there would know how to fence....


She rounded the corner into the dueling arena and stopped. Someone was already there. She watched as the figure performed amazing moves with his lightsaber. When he seemed to slow down, she decided to approach him.

"Hello...those were quite impressive. Do you, by chance, fence?"

He felt someone coming to the room, but he just continued. No point getting distracted by others. He felt a need to keep his mind focused on what he was doing.

And anyway, he was there first. He continued to just slash the air with his saber, causing that pleasant hum. Too bad the color of the saber wasn't exactly of his liking, he had grown attached to that red saber he had had for years and couldn't use here.

He was quite successful in just focusing into his moves, that is... Until that someone actually spoke to him, when he was choosing which move to do next, which caused his pace to slow down a bit. The problem with people asking questions is that they usually want an answer. He shut his lightsaber down and put it back to dangle from his belt. He just looked at the female for a short moment. What did she ask? Does he fence? Wasn't that it?

"I only use the lightsaber. But as far as I know, that's one of the styles we're taught during apprenticeship. Though, it's not quite my specialty."

Yeah, not his specialty. He had forgotten most of it since he had found the style redundant during his training. It wasn't exactly a style you would need in real combat.

"I see...I have fenced since I was very young. It is a combat style, as you say, but also an art. I take it that you no longer do?" Kasandral said.
This man was obviously perturbed at her for interupting him, but oh well! To Tatooine with all these blasted impacient people!

The two robots pushs three carts into Lord JWolf's.

Lord JWolf put his duster on and unloads the Dark Jedi's lightsaber that he took off on them after he kill had them. A total of 15 lightsabers laid on the table in front on him.

"Robots, stay here and guard my room." order Lord JWolf as he was leaving the room.

Lord JWolf had a strange feeling that something was not right here. He was head back to the dueling room.

He got there and saw a Jedi Padawan & an apprentice.

His mind was as calm as the heart of a tornado, it would seem almost impossible to even sense what he is feeling right now. His voice was as calm as his mind was. Almost soothing, even.

"No, I prefer more... Direct combat styles when actually fighting, although, these more artlike styles are quite nice when you're not risking your life."

He felt that someone was coming whilst talking to the woman.

"I don't think it'd be a good idea for me to fence against you. I'm too rusty in it and I don't think I would really give you any challenge. I'm sure there are other people who're more than willing to fence with you..."

He glanced just past the woman. Yes, he was right. Someone was there. A grin appeared on his face for a split second.

"Looks like we've got company."

He nodded his head towards the... Man, in a way to signal to the woman in which direction the person coming to the room was.

"Hey, you! You wouldn't know how to fence, would you?"

"Yeah but I haven't fence since I'm was 13." said Lord JWolf.

Frustrated, Kasandral did well to hide the frustration. "I see. Do you know of any who fence here?"

"Sure! I'm coming." Danny said.

Meanwhile, Master Elendil was in his office, engaged in a conversation with Andrew via hologram.

"Yes. They do seem to make a good match. I'd expect a couple months or so before he's ready to go on missions."

"Yeah. With the recent petty activity popping up, the two will gain good experience together. Chudda the Hutt is a dangerous foe, and they'll need to be ready."

"Mmm. Well, his classes will begin tomarrow. Force studies, then sword combat. Jedi History and Current Events are the next day's activities."

"Good. I hope he does well. I'll be checking on him periodically. May the Force be with you, Armas."

"And with you, Andrew." They both ended the comms and Armas sat back, smiling a bit. Yes. Soon, Kartion and Daniel will become Master and Apprentice.

A Padawan met with Eamonn and Natalia and gave them their room assignments.

Frustrated, Kasandral did well to hide the frustration. "I see. Do you know of any who fence here?"

"No." said Lord JWolf as little starks of blue lighting was coming his right hand. "See yall around." Lord JWolf turns and heading to Master Elendil's office.

Hmm. Someone's coming, feeling frustrated. Master Elendil sensed. He walked purposely out of his office, and met with Lord JWolf. "What seems to be the problem?"

Eamonn took his trunk and placed it it the corner of his assigned room, his home for the next who knows how long. He opened it and took out a picture, it was of him as a nine year old with his mother and father. Placing it on the table next to his bed and sat down. The young boy still felt tired after the shuttle journey and closed his eyes.

"Man this is going to be hard," he sighed.

He scratched his head as the man left. He was kind of rude, and Jedi don't usually go sparky in the hands. That's more like a trait of those on the Dark Side. Looked like he was going to pull a Force Lightning on the room or something, and that almost got Kuzar to use an ability he shouldn't have learned yet. He felt relieved by the fact that the man didn't do it. All this went through his head, but he kept his mind sealed off as tight as he could.

Then he looked at the woman again. She was still there, even if the man had left. And she was obviously going to fence. With whom, no idea, but fence no matter.

"... I think it's time for me to leave, too... Unless you explicitly want to fence with someone who you'd beat with ease."

Hmm. Someone's coming, feeling frustrated. Master Elendil sensed. He walked purposely out of his office, and met with Lord JWolf. "What seems to be the problem?"

"I think we have Dark Jedi or Sith here, Master." said Lord JWolf

Natalia followed the somewhat vague instructions to her room. The Jedi who gave them looked a little harassed and busy… no doubt because he was handling all of the new arrivals. She nodded goodbye to Eamonn as they parted ways and opened her door. The lock was quite good quality, a keycode lock with optional retinal and fingerprint scanning for additional security. She immediately activated both, and keyed them to herself. Not that she didn’t trust the Jedi… but paranoia is a way of life when you’re a thief.

The room was decent enough too. Small, spare, but clean. She’d lived in far worse. She dumped her single bag on the bed (it bounced most awkwardly, and she was expecting bad nights ahead) and left the room to explore.


The first room she glanced in held an exacerbated young woman, a year or two younger than herself carrying a long narrow stabbing sword. “Hello there, my name’s Natalia.”

"Here?" Master Elendil asked. "Interesting. Of course, we do get a couple of those types every so often, but we always try to bring them to the light. Not that I don't see some of the things they use as not useful."

"Just wanted to tell you ,Master." said Lord JWolf "If you need me, I will be in my room."

Lord JWolf bowed and turn to go to his room.

Peace, the calmness of it all, the pleasure it brings, the quietness. All were very good things when concentration was needed, therefore peace is the best thing for concentration, peace with the soul, the heart, the mind, and body. Konas Amst was in that peace, he sat on a small rock, legs crossed indian style. He had his hands on his knees, and his eyes were closed.
He let the force flow through him like a river would run through a straight tunnel, he was totally aware of everything around him. The sound of the grass blowing in the slight cool breeze, the sound of birds in the sky. All were things he was sensing.
All around him rocks floated in the air, held up by the strange and mysterious energy known as the force... everyone was connected with it, but only certain people could use it, those people were Jedi, peacekeepers of the galaxy.
Konas was a Jedi, a Master to be exact, he was thirty six years old. He had rather long bushy dark orange hair, majority of it was back in a pony tail, but some still dangled over his face, going just past his eyebrows . He was handsome, and wise, but energetic. He was also an excellent melee fighter, and was very well trained with his sword. He has lived at the Jedi Academy for the past seventeen years.
Konas was wearing dark blue robes, the cloak laying at the rock's side, he had on knee high boots, and gloves that went halfway between his wrist and elbow. His gloves were black, they were leather, extra padded on the top, and they were also fingerless.
Hanging on his belt was his lightsaber, twice as long as a normal lightsaber, with twice as many buttons, his was able to be double bladed. It was pure white, and appeared to have been made out of stone, but in reality it wasn't, it was one of the more beautiful lightsabers out there.

"Just wanted to tell you ,Master." said Lord JWolf "If you need me, I will be in my room."

Lord JWolf bowed and turn to go to his room.

"Thank you, JWolf." The man left the Master to contemplate the news. Well, hopefully, the dark one won't cause too much trouble here. He'll be an interesting rival for the other apprentices, that's for sure.

He was still there, in the dueling room, waiting for an answer and preparing to leave in his mind. It hadn't been that long, after all.

He felt a presence coming... One rather chaotic in form. It wasn't quite as orderly as that of the Jedi. And soon he saw the cause of it...

It was some girl. No wonder. She kind of interrupted the moment, and he withdrew his offer to fence even if he wasn't all that good in his mind.

He scratched his head again. What's wrong with this place, is this the Academy Center or what? And he had thought he had found a rather peaceful place to just be in... He had been wrong. No peace was to be found there.

"I guess I'll get going now. If you'll excuse me..."

And so he began to walk, and his intention was to leave the room.

OOC: GAH, I just posted in the OOC thread that people shouldn't sence natalia coming because that's one of her main powers.... snarl.


It's ok... you wouldn't have read it yet. You get away with it... this time.

"Initiate landing sequence pilot." Odcal started relaxing. He enjoyed the landing process as it meant getting back to solid ground. He never did trust machinery too much.

"Aolgac requesting permission to land." said the pilot."
Permission granted Aolgac," came the reply. "Welcome to the Academy." Odcal jumped out of the Aolgac the moment it was safe.

"Excuse me," he asked a passing teacher. "Can you tell me where the apprentice dorm rooms are?"

"Right over there." the teacher indicated the hall to the left. Odcal walked in that direction. He found his room was in hall 4 room 2. He dropped his things and wandered out. He found a congregation of apprentices like himself and started making new acquaintances.

David Miles was boarding the shuttle with his son, who wanted to learn in the way of the Jedi as well. He was going to send for his wife and daughter later. They were great people, his family, he would miss them so much. But that was to be necessary when moving to establish a new way of life. He could always recieve the news. As he was walking, a company of Marines made an arch of sabers for him and his sons. He had only served as Commandant for ten years, but he made an impression on his men. He was in the trenches and mud with them, originally being an enlisted man. He had made history, but he didn't want to remember parts of it because of the pain it caused. As they approached the ending, the new Commandant, who had snuck in the archway, said, "You will return, right? We do need your advice. We're going to be drawn into a war soon."
"You'll be fine. I'm too ground based anyways for this newfangled style of ship-to-ship combat. If we keep up our progress, you won't even need my kind of Marine."
"You never know, sir."
"Goodbye Mike. I'll try and contact you as much as possible." With that, the former General and three time Medal of Honor recipient entered the half-mile long ship. They entered and the ship and its four escorts took off, leaving a legacy behind.

"Where to?" The Chief of the Watch asked.
"Yavin four. Maximum speed."
"Yes sir, we should arrive..."
"Sometime in the morning, I know. You must remember, I served on these things for a year as well as going to and from wars this way."

Lord JWolf put all of his stuff in the dresser around the room but the leaves the lightsabers on the table.

He take his duster off and puts by the Dark Jedi Master's robe in his closet.

He walk to the window and look at the landing pads. He saw a helper robots walking around down there. Just use his mind, he pick it up off the gound maybe two feet and then sat it by down.

Then he falls to the floor holding his head. He said to himself "What the f*#@ was that? Something bad is coming here and I don't know what it is."

IC: Kasandral looks up at Natalia. "Hello...I must seem terribly rude but, do you know any proficient fencers here?"

Out through the underbrush, four forms burst into the clearing. Hundreds of feet away were the hanger bay doors.

All the forms were small and green. One carried a weapon though. A yellow flash of light and the saber weilding Jedi turned on the three howlers that thought to use the 'young' Master as prey. The howlers didn't stop though and lept into the air.

Two were thrown back by the Force, but the third crashed into Banak, biting his arm, causing him to lose his grip on his saber. It sparked as it sliced through the ground and rolled to a stop. Banak made no attempt to retrieve it as he got up, instead simply taking a holdout pistol from his robes and shooting the Howler in the face, killing it instantly. He dispatched the other two in seconds, only then using the force to bring his saber back to his hand. "So much for a nice walk in the forest..."

Not bothering to change after a visit to a medical droid, as the blood stain on his robes looked more or less a dark grass stain, Banak made his way down the corridors and into one of the halls, filled with new faces. "Hmmm. Fresh meat." He smirked, walking up to a random apprentice and looking up at them. "Welcome sentient, to the Academy."

Odcal looked up. The first thing he noticed was the deep stain on the newcomers robes. The second thing he noticed was the height. "Er.. Hello there." He tried avoiding the creature's old face and instead focused on the stain. He realized that he had been in a fight and instantly respected him more. "Shouldn't you have that cleaned up? Who are you anyways? I'm Odcal."

Banak looked down at his robes and then back up, shrugging. "I'll change later. The droids applied a medical pack to the wound. You would be wise to not go antagonizing reptiles bigger then you." He chuckled and looked over Odcal and tilted his head. "I am Banak, perhaps you have heard of me?" Seeing as he was an instructer, it was not as vain a question as it sounded.

"Banak... Banak.. where have I heard that name before." He switched his mind to search and find mode. "Ah yes. You're an instructor here aren't you? But I seem to have forgotten what it is you teach..... Why don't you tell me a little about your subject." replied Odcal. This is a perfect chance to get ahead of the other apprentices here, but control yourself. You don't want to get too excited.

Lord JWolf try to sleep but he saw that vision ever time he close his eye.

He got out of his bed and walk to the closet. Then got his duster out and put it on. He walk off the end tables by the bed and put his lightsaber on his belt.

Lord JWolf order the robots "Nobody but me and Erik are to come in here. If they do, shot to stun them."

Lord JWolf walk out of his room and heads for the dueling room.

He walk into the dueling room then push a button from a training droid to come out. The droid comes up a trap door in arena. Then he pull both lightsaber out and active them. The whole room was lit by the blue lightsabers. Then he jumps up the arena and the droid starts fire at him. Lord JWolf moves left then right and jumps at the droid. He hits the droid in the head and the head fly across the room hitting the room blowing up.

Lord JWolf lift the body of the droid up and throw it out of the window. All with his mind. Then turn off his lightsaber and go out to the balcony.

Natalia glanced at the odd man leaving the room, then shook her head and looked up. She had enjoyed fencing, and it was obvious this girl needed someone to spend time with... a few blood blisters were worth an ally. "I'm sorry, I just arrived myself. I've done a little. It wasn't really widely available where I'm from, but when I started acting seriously I got some lessons. For stage fighting; we were putting on a play set on some neobarb world where they were using swords, so I had to learn a bit. I enjoyed it, but I wouldn't say I'm compitent. I'll spar with you if feel like beating up on someone."

OOC I've fenced a little in RL... she has all the basic footwork and parrys/attacks down, but she's not an advanced student. However, her latent force abilities and dance training make her quite good at what she knows... but she won't be a match for Kasandral

A few nods and a smile signified that the apprentice had answered correctly and probably boosted Banak's ego a bit. Not that Jedi had those...

Banak looked around and hmmed. "I teach all the practical parts of being a Jedi, young one. Both in a variety of combat techniques and the more offense and just plain useful force powers." he chuckled. "That and the simple fact that a Jedi should always carry a couple blasters with him... just in case."

"Just in case of what Banak?" Kartion called over to him. Pointing to a room down the hall, and giving Daniel a keycard to get in, he ushered the young boy on. Kartion then casually strode in, walking through a now vacant space that padawans had cleared for him. He stopped a couple of meters short of Banak.

Eamonn left the room having decided to explore the academy. He was interested in finding out what there was on offer at the academy and to meet up with any other apprentices.

Banak's ears perked at the question. "That should be obvious," he sais, turning to look up and up and up at the half human's face. "A lightsaber is one of the best weapons and tools and the galaxy, but it doesn't do an amazingly good job when you have fourty Tusken Raiders shooting at you from fifty feet away..." he grins, remembering some past excursion, probably.

IC:Galcian and his crew members, aboard the Oracle landed within a mile of the Academy. As they found an opening for the ship to land, Galcian began to say goodbye to all of his crew. Not only were they members of his ship, they were also his friends... Galcian gave them all hugs, as they wished him luck, and he walked out of the ship, ready to start a new era in his life. He began to walk, at a good pace, to his new home, the Jedi Academy, when he started to get a bad feeling.

I'm not sure what it is...but I just get a bad vibe from this area...

Galcian began to run at top speed to get to the Academy. He wasn't sure what that was, but it felt horrible. It felt as if someone as horrible as Lucifer, were standing within a few meters of him, watching him as he ran to the Academy.

He reached his new home in a matter of minutes, and walked into the main door. He wasn't exactly sure what to do...but he was gasping for air, and needed to take a rest...

"For you perhaps Banak," Kartion smirked, "You should probably practice deflection if you're having problems with Tuskens. And anyway, using a lightsabre is a more honourable way of something than using a blaster." he added, but he then shook his head.

"Banak, when will you learn..." and with that, he turned on heel, and walked away. He saw Daniel struggling with the keycard. He'd hoped for that, he'd tinkered with it so that it would only open with a certain insertion method. Grinning, he took the card off Daniel.

"You have to put it in like this little buddy. I err...dropped it once, and it only interfaces with the door if you insert it like that. Goddit?" Kartion said, as the door slid open...

Lord JWolf walk by Master Banak & Kartion in the hall and didn't said anything to them.

Lord JWolf put his key in his door then walk in.

Took his duster and shirt off and laid them of the chair by the table where the lightsaber are. Then get in bed and goes to sleep.

"Yeah, thanks." Daniel said. "Whoa! Nice place you got here! I think, maybe I'll move in."

Kartion grinned widely, "Excellent little dude, sit down on that red sofa there," he said pointing, "And make yourself at home. E Z!" Kartion shouted. The modified H-K droid popped it's head out of Kartion's bedroom.

"Yes Master Elesto?" E Z asked. Kartion gestured for him to come to the doorway, and he did so.

"E Z, go outside and collect all the materials you need to make a master single bed. We've got a new room mate." Kartion said, nodding towards. E Z looked over, and turned back to Kartion.

"I'm on it sir, but what about his stuff?" E Z asked, starting to leave.

"That, E Z, you can leave to me." Kartion replied. The droid nodded, and then jogged away. Walking into the room, Kartion grinned at Daniel, and then sat cross-legged on the floor.

"Prepare to see the force at work little dude!" Kartion said, before closing his eyes. Lapsing into deep thought, his mind suddenly made the image of the corridor outside. Grunting, Kartion started to make the image move through the academy, going through people and closed doors, until he reached Daniels dorm.

Sighing, the image reverted into Daniel's room, and saw all his stuff. Gritting his teeth, he focused on everything there. Within seconds a blue outline appeared around every object, slowly absorbing it. Grunting, he pushed on, and watched the items fade slowly. After a few seconds, the image changed to the guest quarters, and Kartion grinned.

It worked.

Opening his eyes, Kartion got up and looked at Daniel.

"Follow me little dude, and tell me what you think of your new room..." he said, walking over to a door, and opening it...

Daniel's eyes went wide and his jaws dropped as he saw all his stuff there. "H-how did you do that? Can you teach me? What's that move called? Wow!"

Kartion grinned, "It's called Teleporkenisis. Weird name, it's basically the ability to teleport any object from one place to another. And don't worry, I will teach you it, but you can't learn now, you need to learn how to master the force before you can even think of doing something like that." he said, before his comlink beeped. Getting it out of his pocket, he pressed the stud on the side.

"Elesto here." Kartion said into the comlink.

"Master Elesto, this is E Z! I've made the bed!" E Z replied. Grinning, Kartion pressed the stud again.

"Copy that, make your way back here, I'll move the bed."

"Yes sir."

Shaking his head, Elesto replaced the comlink, and then pointed to the vacant space in the middle of the room.

"Watch that space very closely little dude." Kartion said, patting him on the back, and then sitting again on the floor. Squeezing his eyes shut, he sighed, and then lapsed into deep thought yet again. A few seconds later, a ghostly outline of a bed appeared, and slowly, it started to materialise...

"Yeah, I do need to learn a lot." Daniel said as the bed appeared before him. "Thanks for showing me all that, Kartion. I'm going out now, see if I can make a couple new friends."

An old man walked slowly towards the academy from the docking bay, gliding smoothly over the worn stone of Yavin 4. Wearing a beautiful, long woven brown robe that covered his face and his entire body, the man stopped at the entrance of the Jedi Academy. With deliberate slowness, the man slowly pulled back the hood that had covered his face, revealing an old, worn face, rimmed by a chaotically braided white hair that seemed to defy everything along with a small beard that covered the lower portion of his face.

After years of travel, Azara Telas had finally returned to Yavin 4. With a weary shake of his head, Azara entered the academy, continuing to glide smoothly over the stone. Stopping in the center of the entrance chamber, Azara gazed fondly at the beautiful, worn stones first erected by the Massassi. With a bright, wry smile, Azara lowered his head, gazing serenely to either side of him, his sparkling black eyes eating in the details. I, Master Azara Telas have finally returned home...

"Cya little dude...oh wait! I almost forgot!" Kartion said hurridley, getting out the lightsabre he'd remove from it's stand earlier. It was a beautiful lightsabre, like all his others, perfectly hand crafted, right in size, and devoid of any buttons. He held it out for Daniel to take.

"This is like every other lightsabre I've ever made, except this one is special. This one Daniel, I made especially for you. It's got a silver blade, thanks to a rare Arca jem I discovered a while ago. It's plated in 21K Silver, and the sabre is fully adjustable." he finished.

"Thanks! But why aren't there any buttons?" He wondered.

Kartion grinned wider, "My trademark, and it's a failsafe. To use the sabre, Daniel, you must use the force. Everything is in there, ready, but what I've done ensures that you can't use the sabre until you're ready, when you've got the force as your ally." he said, grinning.

"Anyway, the more proficient you get at using the force, the more you can do with your sabre. That way, it keeps everything nice and balanced, and it'll make you look good in the process. Now run along my young friend, meet some friends, and be back before sundown, because E Z's going to make us some dinner." he finished. And if on cue, EZ entered the room.

He strapped his bokken to his back and ran out to find some friends, nearly knocking down EZ in the process.

Lord JWolf wakes up ready to go ride on his R1 after only sleep two hours.

He gets out of the bed and puts his shirt and his duster on. Then walk to the closet and looks at the top shelf. His see the Dark Jedi Master's helmet. He get the helmet and put in on.

He move his right hand at his lightsabers on the end table by the bed.

The lightsabers flies into his hands then he puts them on his belt and walk out of his door.

He starts heading to the hanger to unload the bike.

Erik got the door and knocked. There was no answer. So, Erik start walking to the dueling room.

Daniel headed to the dueling room, and bumped into a younger kid.

"Hey how're you? Wait a minute...Erik?"

Banak shook his head and moved through the other students. After a while he headed through the dorm room area, towards his own chambers. His were private, but were the closest to the initiates.

After changing, the small Jedi walked to one of the main entrances, intending to go back to the docking bay, and dismissed the man there at first, before recognizing the face. "Aren't you a bit old to be an initiate?"

Kartion laughed as he watched Daniel go down the corridor. Turning to E Z, he patted the trusty droid on the shoulder.

"Looks like we're going to have alot of fun E Z." Kartion said. E Z nodded, and turned to look at Kartion.

"So what shall I prepare Master Elesto?" E Z asked.

Kartion contemplated this. He had an urge to go for the Voltan stew (a Voltan is a herbivorious animal native to Yavin), but he did have his god son to think about. Suddenly, he remembered Daniel's favourite food. Grinning, he looked up at E Z.

"Two Banthaburgers with cheese, and a large portion of fries, for both of us please EZ." Kartion asked. E Z tilted his head slightly.

"Why that Master Elesto?" E Z asked.

"Because our new roommate, who is my god son E Z, loves Bantha burgers. And so, I'm going to cater for his needs as well as mine. And anyway, it's been a while since I've had a good bantha burger." Kartion replied. E Z thought about this, and then did his imitation of a shrug.

"Very well Master Elesto." E Z said, before dissapearing. Shaking his head, he sat down on the sofa facing the holoscreen, and decided to watch some holodramas...

Eamonn continued to explore the academy grounds. The more he wandered however, the less familiar the hallways became. In fact noticing the lack of people in this particular hallway, the young boy wondered if he was in an area off limits to most. He turned to go back the way he had come.

Daniel headed to the dueling room, and bumped into a younger kid.

"Hey how're you? Wait a minute...Erik?"

"Daniel! Sorry I did see you there. Hey check this out." said Erik as he held the blue crystal, with gold spot in it, out. "Lord JWolf said it was a gift for my father."

He saw a man in a helmet walk for the hanger. He said "I think that man is Lord JWolf but I have never seen him with that helmet on."

"That's cool! Hey, do you want to do a little practice before dinner?" The older boy beamed.

"That's cool! Hey, do you want to do a little practice before dinner?" The older boy beamed.

"Sure." said Erik putting his sword out. His blade is so dull that it could not cut butter.

"Alright!" Daniel pulled out his bokken and went into a stance his father taught him: the chudan position. The wooden katana was at an angle, pointed towards Erik, and his body in a horse (or kaadu) stance. He waited, daring Erik to make the first move.


Meanwhile, Master Elendil was strolling the corridors when he spotted a young boy, Eamonn. "Ah, hello. What brings you here?"

Eamonn looked up at Master Elendil. "Umm, sorry I was just looking around," he apoligised, not wanting to get into any trouble. "I didn't know I wasn't supposed to be here."

On a dark remote planet on the edge of space, scavangers are hiding from the Imperial Remnant. After a fierce crash-landing they limp to the ruins of an ancient temple. Behind them, the rapidly approaching footsteps of Remnant Storm Troopers are clearly heard on the undergrowth.

Scavanger 1: "This is it isn't it? We're gonna die."

Scavanger 2: "Just keep quiet. This temple is big enough for the two of us to hide in."

Scavanger 1: "Yeah but, they'll just bomb it won't they?"

Scavanger 1 pondered the thought for a moment. Indeed the idea of being atomised as Tie-bombers drop their payload upon them was not in anyway appealing, but surely capture was an even less appealing idea.

Scavanger 1: "We don't have any choice. We can hide in the catacombs where their sensors can't trace us.

Outside, Captain Lovett stood in front of the temple. Remnant troopers were positioning themselves around the entrance.

Lovett: "You are completely surrounded! If you do not surrender now, we will destroy this temple with you inside it. You will either die, or be entombed forever!"

Lovett's aide, Kammel joined him. His nerves were getting the better of him.

Kammel: "Captain, I REALLY think we should get out of here now!"

Lovett: "Nonsance! There are only two of them and they are no threat to us."

Kammel: "Its not the scavengers I'm worried about captain. Its the..."

A bloodcurdling scream suddenly rings out from within the darkenss of the temple. The Storm Troopers ready their weapons and Kammel ducks behind Lovett, who even he reacts with a start. One of the troopers scans the entrance.

Trooper: "Sir. Their lifesigns have stopped."

Kammel: "That means they are dead!"

Lovett: "Keep calm Kammel. Whatever is in there, we can handle it."

Kammel: "But sir, you don't know what this place is. Its..."

Kammel's sentence is interrpted when a dark figure, shrouded in a black cloak emerges from the temple entrance. Lovett reacts as any overconfident Remnemt officer would.

Lovett: "Halt. You are interfering with Imperial business. You will surrender yourself or face the concequences!"

There is no response as the mysterious figure stands silent. Lovett signals the troops to move towards him. Lovett's confidence disappears as quickly as it came when the troopers are lifted off the ground by an unseen force. They hover for a few moments before their bodies are tossed aside, crashing into the ground. The figure steps forward and Lovett orders his men to open fire. The weapons they have relied so much become as useful as water pistols as the energy bolts are deflected by the same unseen force. The shooting stops when all the storm troopers lay dead on the ground, struck by their own firepower.
With no sign of effort on him, the figure approaches Lovett as he tries to reach his weapon. Lovett is a skilled marksman and rarely misses, but that didn't matter now that HE was the one being held above the ground. He choked as he could feel his life draining away, but more than that, he could feel his mind being ripped apart. Lovett's memories and experiences were being pulled from him. In his dying moments, Lovett realised the stanger was reading his mind. That was until his limp body fell to the ground. The dark stranger pondered for a minute, looking through the memories Lovett had once possessed. Then he turned to Kammel who was cowering behind a bush.

Kammel: "Wh... who are you?"

The stranger replied, his voice quiet and relaxed,

Stranger: "I am the Warlord Tak'a-Tamen. If you value your life, take me to Yavin."

Kammel didn't hesitate for a moment.

A faint smile appeared on Master Elendil's face. "Well, this is the Masters' hall, where our offices and rooms are located. and yes, it's off limits unless you are called for missions or something. Why don't you try the dueling room *gives directions*? There are a lot of students there that you might like to meet."

After watching 'Love across the Stars', Kartion yawned, and turned off the holoscreen. Daniel wouldn't be back for a little while, and the Banthaburgers had only just been put on to cook.

Sitting back, he thought about the future, until suddenly, something hit him in the head...hard. He fell to the ground, and turned to see a black figure over him, lightsabre in hand. With a sinister laugh, a red shaft of light came down on Kartion...

Kartion jumped with a start. He'd had a premonition of some kind, and a worrying one at that...

Glancing at his chrono, he saw only a few seconds had past. Gritting his teeth, he shook his head and rubbed it gingerly, before getting up. He had nothing to do, and he couldn't think of anything he needed to...

But there was...

Stepping on the holoprojector pad in his bedroom, Kartion gave out a few complex bits of code. After a few seconds, readouts and blue filled the large screen in front of him, until a face appeared...

Andrew Masaki's...

Grinning, Kartion did a quick bow to the Emperor.

"Andrew! How's it going?" Kartion asked...

"Alright!" Daniel pulled out his bokken and went into a stance his father taught him: the chudan position. The wooden katana was at an angle, pointed towards Erik, and his body in a horse (or kaadu) stance. He waited, daring Erik to make the first move.


Erik got in a stand that Lord JWolf has taught. His eyes where watching Daniel ever move. Then does a front flip over Daniel and swing his sword at Daniel.

Lord JWolf got in his ship and unload his R1.

He started in up and rev it a couple of times.

The R1 is a protype made by the Wolf Inc. Auto division. It engine has been overhaul. So it is fast than a normal R1. 0 to 60 in least than 2 seconds. Top speed is unknown because nobody will try it.

The R1 shot out of the hanger and head for the forest.

The Emperor pressed a blinking red button on his desk and a man appeared on the holoscreen. "Kartion! I'm fine. How are you? Haven't seen you for a while."

Erik jump back and block all shot. Then put his dull dagger out of his boot and start swing his two blades at Danny, aiming for his feet.

"Indeed my good friend. I'm great thanks, I've persuaded Daniel to live with me in my room, so it'll make my life easier to train him. I've also given him the lightsabre that I made him years ago. The Arca jem is working better than ever, and he's out making friends. Anyway, Daniel mentioned you had a pirate infestation, care to let me in on that?" Kartion asked.

He decided that he would just wait here until someone came.

"Good. Glad to see Daniel's ok. About the pirates, it's worse than he let on, almost a full fledged war. You see, the pirates have been given ships from an unknown source, and we're having trouble tracking the source down. My Star Destroyers are constantly on alert, and it's draining the troops little by little, exhausting them." Andrew sighed. "It's getting so bad I'm soon going to ask the High Council to let loose Jedi teams to take care of them. I'm afraid that training could be accelerated or made more intense in the coming weeks and months."

To be honest, I've been watching Chudda for a while with Elendil, and we think she might be doing something 'fringe', " he said, with a wink, "I think Chudda is our best bet Andrew." he finally finished.

"I also think that there may be someone or a small group pulling the strings. Someone versed in the Force as we are. Doesn't sound good, either way." He shook his head.

"All right." Daniel resheathed his sword and walked out with Erik.

Kartion nodded, and his eyes turned alot sharper, meaning that what he said next was very insulting or very serious.

"Andrew, a few minutes a go, I had a premonition. It was rather short, but it was very clear. I've even got a bruise on the back of my head. Anyway, I was knocked to the ground by some unseen force. I turned to see a dark man over me. He just laughed, and brought down his sabre.

"Then, I woke up on the floor. But I'm still confused about it. If it was a premonition, how did I get a bruise, and what does it mean? I doubt you know, but did you have anything like that?" Kartion asked, rubbing the back of his head. He'd need to take some pain killers, the bruise was really starting to hurt.

"Hmm. Interesting and disturbing at the same time. I haven't had anything like that so far." Andrew said. "I will let you know if I do."

"Thank you, but lets forget all this negative business. I mean, we can sort it out soon, and it's been years since I last saw you, and I don't want to talk about bad things. So..." Kartion paused for a second thinking of something to talk about, "Erm...how's Jenny?" he asked.

"Yes, Master." Daniel said respectfully. "Lord JWolf, right?"

"Yes, young one." said Lord JWolf "Now Erik where is that crystal that your father got to you?"

Erik said "Here." give it to Lord JWolf.

Then Lord JWolf put out a lightsaber for his duster pocket, it was the lightsaber from the Dark Jedi Master that he kill and change the red crystal with Erik's crystal.

Lord JWolf try in out. The light for the lightsaber was blue with a gold color at the bottom.

Lord JWolf said to Erik "Here it is yours."

Erik holds the lightsaber in his hand and said "Thank you, Lord JWolf."

Lord JWolf turn to Daniel and asked "How is your father doing?"

"She's fine. I daresay that she's very good at dealing with the Senate (she's a Senator), long has she put up with their politics." Andrew said with a laugh.

"Dad is real busy these days, as you probably know." Daniel said. "The pirates are getting more organized every day, and the fleet is...well, they're good, but they're losing morale. Other than that, he's fine."

Then he looks at his chronowatch. "Man! I'm late! I'll see you later!"

Daniel went back inside, to his dorm where Kartion seemed to be finished cooking. "Mmmm! What's cooking?"

Kartion chuckled, "Good to hear mate. She certainly reminds me of Leia Organa Solo, probably because of her passion for politics. Either way, sounds like the Masaki's are getting on well, aside of the Pirate issue. Anyway, how's your grandfather? I haven't heard anything of him since I've been on Yavin (five years).

Natalia glanced at the odd man leaving the room, then shook her head and looked up. She had enjoyed fencing, and it was obvious this girl needed someone to spend time with... a few blood blisters were worth an ally. "I'm sorry, I just arrived myself. I've done a little. It wasn't really widely available where I'm from, but when I started acting seriously I got some lessons. For stage fighting; we were putting on a play set on some neobarb world where they were using swords, so I had to learn a bit. I enjoyed it, but I wouldn't say I'm compitent. I'll spar with you if feel like beating up on someone."

OOC I've fenced a little in RL... she has all the basic footwork and parrys/attacks down, but she's not an advanced student. However, her latent force abilities and dance training make her quite good at what she knows... but she won't be a match for Kasandral

Beaming, Kasandral answers,"Really? Give me a few minutes to set up the boundaries and such, and we can go. I've fenced since I was 6 or 7...I was raised by a master. By the way, I'm Kasandral Xerephen...from Ybronneb, on Earth. And you are?"
While waiting for an answer, Kasandral sets up the match.

OOC: I've been fencing in RL for a couple years...mostly epee...some foil. Little to no saber. Kasandral has been fencing for about 10 years...and was trained by an expert.

What? I'm fine! Master Masaki sent, irritated about everyone worried about his health. "Ah, hello young ones." He said as he walked in, leaning on a cane. He sat down on a plush sofa.

"Or maybe not." Andrew smiled. "He's as good as ever."

"That's right, Andrew." Tenchi smiled. "Now, how is that young Daniel so far?"

At this point, Daniel walked in. "Hey Dad, Grandfather Tenchi! I'm here and ready to learn!"

Once there he walked inside the dueling room to see who was there.

Kartion turned around, "Great. But that'll have to wait until after the banthaburgers and chips Daniel. Now, go and sit down in the dining room, and I'll be there in a few," Kartion said.

"OK!"

"Banthaburgers?" Andrew raised an eyebrow. "Now I'm hungry. I leave you guys to eat now. May the Force be with you, Kartion."

He ended the conversation. "Grandfather, you didn't come in just to talk to Daniel, did you?"

"Yes, and the fact that there is a disturbance in the Force. A feeling I have not felt in a long time." Tenchi said. "Your father, Alex."

Andrew went white. "What? He's..."

"Alive? Yes, and I am going to find out what happened." Tenchi said. "I feel that he's not...his old self anymore."

"Mmm. But you aren't..."

"As young as I used to be? Perhaps. But I do think that there may be a chance."

"For so long, I don't think so. But be careful, ok?"

"I will. Goodbye then, Andrew." Tenchi said, perhaps for the last time...

Kasandral began laying holo-tape in a roughly octagonal shape, about 20 meters across. When she was almost halfway done, she realized that she was setting up for a new-age fencing match.
"Oh! I'm sorry...do you fence new or old age? I mean, just the straight strip or the octagon. New age is much looser...less rules. More like real life."
Then, seeing several other people enter then leave the room, she takes out her practice rapier and begins stretching.

Looking up, she sees Eamon enter the dueling chamber. She continues stretching.

Eamonn looked over at Kasandral, she looked busy so he passed her by as he crossed the dueling room. He took note of what weapons were there, wondering which he would be allowed to use.

"Octagonal? I've never done that... I learned foil and sabre on a regular piste.. but one of the things that always annoyed me about fencing were the confining rules." Natalia gave a feral grin, "The fewer the rules, the better I do. What are the rules, pray tell?" She glanced back at the door. "Oh hey Eamonn, we were just setting up for a practice bout. You can come in and watch if you like... maybe take a turn after Kasandral destroys me." She grinned, friendily.

Eamonn looked over and smiled at her. "Sure," he said.

Getting up, Kasandral answers Natalia."Well, you can only use the weapon agreed on for the bout...I can supply a rapier if you need one. Also, you automatically lose if you are touched with the opponents blade on your chest, back, or head. You also lose if you cross the boundaries. Some people enjoy putting obstacles throughout...I have done it both ways. That is up to you. Thats all I can think of right now." She looks at Eamonn. "You can watch if you'd like..."

She finishes setting the tape.

Eamonn sat down and waited for them to begin.

"Okay...I find it easier to use a force shield ring instead of mask and jacket, if you don't mind. It also glows red wherever it is struck. Very useful. We'll go to...say...5 touches?"

*tosses Natalia a practice rapier and force shield ring*

"Perfect". Natalia caught the rapier awkwardly, and settled into an 'en guard' position, blade in front, pointing up at Kasandral's face at a 30 degree angle, hand rotated 90degrees clockwise with the wrist ifacing up, and her left hand balanced loosely above her left shoulder.

Kasandral mimicks Natalia's posture, already slightly bobbing. She waits for Natalia to make the first move.

OOC: Kasandral's known for her unorthodox tactics...don't be surprised if she pulls something weird.

Without any warning (remember that one of her main abilities is that people can't detect her emotions or intentions) she advanced a step, flicker her blade in a beat at Kasandral'a blade, and slid smoothly into a disengage-lunge.

Expertly maneuvering her rapier back into place, Kasandral beats Natalia's blade off target and sidesteps to get a better target of her own. She leaps forward into a lunge, aiming for Natalia's chest.

Frantically, Natalia brought her blade around in a hard parry as she blocked Kasandral's thrust. Unfortunately, this forced her to twist to the side before she was able to recover from the lunge. She fell away from Kasandral and hit the ground, but absorbed the impact with her free hand. Without missing a beat, she attempted sissored her legs through her opponant's knees, hoping to drive her off balance long enough that she could regain her feet.

Kasandral tumbled forward, off balance. She expertly lands on her hands and flips over Natalia. She spins around in mid air and brings her blade down toward Natalia's face...

OOC: What's Eamonn doing during all this...just watching?

Eamonn watched the fight with interest. He was hoping that Natalia would be victorious.

Natalia rolled backwards, slamming her feet towards where Kasandral would be landing. The sword tip caught in the side ofher pants as she rolled, but it didn;t matter. and might dislodge it from Kasandral's grip.

Kasandral's rapier caught in Natalia's pants, and bounced away. Kasandral hit the ground, rolling to absorb the impact. The rolls sideways to where her rapier had landed. She brought it up, expecting an attack from Natalia. Then she realized something...
Damn! She had rolled outside the boundary. She gets up, and bows to Natalia.

"Good bout."

Natalia got up, nursing her shoulder. "Well, it was fun, but I'm not sure I'd call it fencing. I want to see if I can do that again... doubt it."

Eamonn applauded them, "Good fight," he said.

Chuckling, Kasandral begins peeling the holo tape off the floor.
"Perhaps some other time. Wow! Whatever it was, fencing or not, I don't often get beaten like that!" She laughs and looks towards Eamonn. "What did you think?"



OOC: The only reason I ended it is because I have to go soon. I can finish this conversation though....

"Just as well, I think I pulled something when I fell over... but we need to do this again sometime. How about you show me some fencing, and I show you some of the streetfighting I picked up in the slums?" She prodded her shoulder and winced. "But maybe tomorrow?"

After maybe 10 mins. Lord JWolf ride the R1 back into the hanger where the Wolf One is. He load it and walk down the ramp. The ramp close after he step off.

After that, he start heading for his room.

Johsm Kariv had lost track of time.

Slightly irked that he had lost himself in practice, missing the arrival of the new students and first impressions, he now headed for the dinning hall.

The Imperial Remnant Shuttle entered the Yavin system. Inside, Kammel cowers as he pilots the shuttle on course. Tak'a-Tamen stands with his arms crossed in an apparent trance. Every so often, Kammel steals a glance towards him, but doesn't dare look any longer than he could get away with.

Kammel: "If we go any closer, the perimeter sensors will pick us up and they will send fighters after us."

Tak'a-Tamen is silent for a moment, then he steps forward, his expression emotionless and calm.

Tak'a-Tamen: "They will not be aware of us. Their reliance on technology will be their undoing."

Confused, Kammel accepts the statement, even though it made no sense to him. He makes another subtle glance and notices Tak'a-Tamen focusing his senses on Yavin's 4th moon.

Tak'a-Tamen: "Such innocence. So the Jedi have not been wiped out after all."

His eyes widen as if suprised,

Tak'a-Tamen: "An heir? This is better than I could have hoped!"

Kammel: "An heir? What do you mean?"

Tak'a-Tamen: "There is royal blood... Ah and I know who. Young Daniel Masaki's soul is indeed powerful and I intend to have it!"

Kammel: "He is the heir to the Core throne, how can you get near him?"

Tak'a-Tamen: "Through trust and betrayal. He is young and inexperienced and can be easily turned to the dark side of the force. But patience first. Take us out of here, I will make alliances and then... he will be MINE!!"

Odcal headed toward the dueling room but after a minute of watching the fencers decided they were too skilled at him. He was much better with just fighting. He headed to the dining hall for a bit of food.

"Ow!" He had accidentally bumped into someone and though the other remained standing, with his small size and awkwardness, he had fallen down.

Chuckling slightly, Johsm looked down at the fallen boy saying, "I think we need to work on your awareness first."

He reached down offering him a hand up.

In the dark corners of the galaxy, the man formerly known as Alex Masaki meditated in the Dark Side. He knows what he must do. He must somehow find and corrupt young Daniel towards his ways, the true path of the Force. But the boy is well protected. He must ally with someone...someone who can help him do so.

He picked up his black-chrome lightsaber and ignited it, a blood-red blade among the green of the planet's plants. The 65-year-old Jedi went through a powerful kata of Form II (like Dooku), the better to train for the coming confrontation with his father, son and grandson and any Jedi friends of theirs that follow.

In the middle of the kata, he remembered an acquaintence he met once, a man named Tak'a-Tamen. He smiled as he ended his kata. Birds of a feather...

He stretched his feelings out beyond the planet, beyond the red star, and sent a message to Tak'a-Tamen. Come to me, old friend, come to me.

"Hmm. You're Galcian, right?" She smiled. "Here's a paper of everything you need to know, from your room, to the classes and training areas."


"Thank you so much for your help. How exactly do I get to my room though? Which hall do I take?"

"The residence halls are that way." She pointed. "Shouldn't be hard to find your room, as it's clearly marked on the door."

Chuckling slightly, Johsm looked down at the fallen boy saying, "I think we need to work on your awareness first."

He reached down offering him a hand up.

Odcal went slightly red as he got up. "Sorry about that. I was just preoccupied." His stomach growled. "Mostly with that. Want to grab a bite?"

Later at night...

Daniel dreamed. He dreamed of a stormy place and of choices he makes. On one hand is his friends about to...have something terrible happen to them. On the other is two sinister men who want him on his side, one that seems strangely familiar. The men seem to want to have him join on their side, but something makes him resist. The men become furious and ignite red lightsabers...and struck.

Daniel woke up with a shout, sweaty and pale in the middle of the night. A nightmare. He ran his fingers through his hair, trying to clear the images from his mind, but they seemed so real. He sighed and tried to get back to sleep. It took a long time for him to fall asleep.

A vision of six Dark Jedis fighting a Jedi and the Jedi lost the battle. It woke Lord JWolf up.

Lord JWolf sat up in bed and said "That was me but I didn't lose." then looks at the table and see all 15 lightsabers there. What does that mean?

He got out of bed and walk over to his case that he had the robot put in here. He open one up and put a bottle out. The bottle had the word Coke Cola on it. He pot the top off and took a drink then walk outside into the hall.

Exactly one hour after dinner....

Odcal headed out to his room for sleep. He got into bed and turned off the lights. The moment he fell asleep he went into another world. Everything seemed normal but there was a slight feeling about the place. Then he heard very faint words as though from far off. "They are coming ..... you must help ......... or else. Everyone must ..... or ..... shall fall..." Try as he might Odcal couldn't hear anymore. All of a sudden a red beam struck through the air. He instantly raised his hands in defense and found his staff. Amazingly, the sturdy staff blocked the attack but another one went straight into his heart. Odcal screamed and woke up with a start.

Just a dream. It was just a dream. He lifted his hands to wipe the sleep out of his eyes. What the...? He found in his hands his short staff which was carved out of wood with a steel backing and encased a pure black gem. Must have grabbed it in my sleep. He returned the staff to its proper position on the table next to his bed and fortunately had a dreamless sleep.

After leaving the dueling room, Kuzar had done some more exploring on his own and he had grabbed something to eat during dinner time. After that, he had continued to explore the Academy, still wondering why the Jedi had even done this, or if it wasn't them, who was to blame for it. He had gone past the dueling room to see if there still were people there, and obviously, there were, and he gave up that thought for that day.

He had gone to the guest room he had been given after quite a hearty amount of exploring and begun to sleep... Or more like meditate, as was his way. He had made sure the door to his room was locked, as he did not want anyone to barge in whilst he was meditating on darker thoughts. That was something he did each and every night. It was enough to reinvigorate him for the next day.

But something was different this time... It almost felt like something was coming... Or that something was focusing its thoughts on the Academy. Something... Dark. But he knew it could not be one of his own Order. The feeling was too different. It was almost as if... The Sith were there, lurking in the shadows of his mind. He found it quite discontenting, and he emptied his mind.

And he "woke up" feeling much better, although he was sure that something was going to happen, and he knew that he would not like it.

(OOC: Damn it, one day away and you people do like 7 new pages full of stuff. Figures.)

During the night, Eamonn could hardly sleep. It was all down to the fact that he was in a strange place place along way from his mother and his home. He would eventually get used to the academy, but for now it was a strange place full of strangers. As he lay on the bed with his eyes closed, he knew it was morning and that he would have to get up soon. The lack of sleep meant that he was in for a long day.

"Gah!" Kartion yelled. Jumping out of his bed with a start, he called his lightsabre to his hand. He'd had a vision again, but this one, was too clear to be in the future, it had to be...

"Kriff!" Kartion cursed. Gritting his teeth, images went through his mind. A Lambda shuttle landing somewhere on Yavin. A dark man and an Imperial Officer. A big duel, and another...

"Another Dark man? Wait, he was the one from my first dream...I recognise the face...but where from...?" he wondered. His mind drew a blank. Shaking his head, he walked out into the living room.

Using the Force to make him as quiet as possible, Kartion tipped toed over to the other side of the room. Taking a deep breath, his hands went over the door knob, and slowly, he opened the door to Daniel's room...

Daniel was still trying to fall asleep at this point, trying to figure out what's going on. Who are these men? What do they want?

Deciding that calling him might startle him, he sent a message to him.

Are you alright?

"I don't know." Daniel sat up. "Can't sleep."

Kartion nodded.

"I think something bad might happen soon Daniel. Because we're both getting these weird dreams. But we call them premonitions. They're visions of the future, and they usually aren't good," he said, gritting his teeth.

"Well, we're both awake, lets have an early breakfast, and then I'll show you the basics of using a lightsabre, how does that sound little dude?" Kartion asked.

Lord JWolf open his door and called his two lightsaber to him. Put them on his belt.

Then start walking to Erik's room.

OOC: He has no shirt on. He has a wolf tattoo on his back.

Kartion nodded.

"Ace, get some trousers on, and go to the Dining Room, I just need to wake up E Z." Kartion said. Holstering his sabre staff, Kartion left Daniel's room, and went up to a red door. Sighing, and scratching the back of his head, he knocked on the door. After a few seconds, the door opened, and E Z filled looked up at Kartion.

"Oh! Master Elesto! Is everything alright? My internal chronometer tells me it's still night time." E Z said. Kartion shook his head.

"Me and Daniel couldn't sleep. And seeing as it'll be a while before anyone else wakes up, I figured I'd give Dan a bit of training in advance," he said, winking.

"Anyway, go and fix something filling, and bear in mind you're serving a child E Z. He'll get into the stews and stuff later." Kartion ordered. E Z bowed.

"Of course Master Elesto, although I could advise that before you go and train, that you put some item of clothing on." E Z said, walking away, his voice with a hint of humour. Kartion's mouth dropped open, and he looked down.

"Kriff..." he swore. Quickly jogging back to his room, Kartion pulled on some boxers and some dark trousers. Stretching, Kartion groaned, and he made his way to the Dining room...

Kartion sat down, and saw E Z putting whatever he'd made on their respective plates. Shaking his head, Kartion wondered where Daniel was.

Yawning, Daniel has his brown trousers on and is ready to eat. "What's for breakfast?"

His senses had always been his strong point. Tak'a-Tamen could feel that he was being beckoned to a far off distant place. Kammel was piloting the shuttle and was wisly keeping to himself.
Tak'a-Tamen remembered a place long ago, a place he knew was a dead world, but he felt drawn to it.

Tak'a-Tamen: "Take us to Tentenerikis V." His voice was quiet yet chilling.

Kammel: "Done. Its a distant world, it may take a while to get there."

Tak'a-Tamen: "Patience is something I have learned over an eternity. An old aquaintence awaits me."

Kammel: "May I ask who it is?"

Tak'a-Tamen: "An ally. Masaki!"

The shuttle accelerated into hyperspace, it's inevitable destination known only to those who serve the dark side.

The relatively old man waited for his old acquaintence in his wooden hut. He is beginning to form a plan to take young Daniel away from the Jedi, but he needs the help of Tak'a-Tamen and a military to deal with his own son.

Lord JWolf knocked on Erik’s door. After a few seconds past, Erik open the door.

“Lord JWolf, you don’t have a shirt on.” said Erik yawning.

“I know. Are you ready for breakfast?” said Lord JWolf.

“Sure.” answer Erik.

“Put your robe on and get your blades & lightsaber.” said Lord JWolf.

“Ok, my lord.” said Erik. Then Erik put his robe and got his blades & lightsaber. He then said “I’m ready.”

“Follow me, young one.” said Lord JWolf as he walk to his room.

"I dunno, E Z, what is it?" Kartion asked. E Z set down the plates with the appropriate cutlery.

"It's my 'E Z' to make chocolate souffle. I added a few fruit jellies to the mixture, making it at least marginally healthy. Enjoy sirs." E Z said.

The brown souffles sent the lovely smell of chocolate up Kartion's nostrils. Sniffing it in, and savouring the smell, he sighed.

"Dig in little dude!" Kartion said. Using the Force, he lifted the knife and fork, and guided them over to the souffle. While the fork stabbed into the souffle, the knife cut through it, giving him a perfect sized piece.

Guiding the knife down, he took the fork in his hand and put it into his mouth. His eyes widened as his taste buds overloaded with the taste of warm chocolate. Chewing, he looked up at E Z.

"Delicious!" Kartion said, giving him the up. He then turned to Daniel, to see what his reaction was.

Kasandral looks at Natalia and nods. "Tomorrow then." Kasandral collects the gear, leaving the ring and spare rapier for Natalia to practice with, if she wants, and leaves in the direction of her room. She sets the dueling equipment in the closet, and unpacks her clothes into a dresser. She puts on her signature black and dark red outfit, with the cape as well. She hooks the sheath of her real rapier to her hip, and puts the rapier in it. Then she leaves in the direction of the dining hall.

Somewhere along the way, she gets lost in the residential hall for padawans. She turns around corner after corner, but can not find the dining hall. She reaches yet another hall of rooms. She begins looking at name plates by the doors, trying to see if she knows anyone who can help her. Astrella....Gerand....Kuzar...She knew none of these people. She stops outside Kuzar's room and sits down, trying to remember where the dining hall is.

"I dunno, E Z, what is it?" Kartion asked. E Z set down the plates with the appropriate cutlery.

Eamonn got out of bed and put his robe on before leaving the room. He heading off to the dining room, he took great care in not getting lost again like he did yesterday. Once got to the dining room, he looked around to see who was there.

IC: E Z bowed. "My pleasure Mr. Masaki." E Z replied.

Once Kartion and Daniel had finished, E Z collected the plates and cutlery and started to wash up. Kartion stood up and went over to Daniel.

"Collect your lightsabre, and meet me outside in two minutes. What we're doing isn't exactly...standard practice, especially for someone like you, but I think you should do it either way, now run along and get it." Kartion said. Unholstering his sabre staff, Kartion walked out of the Dining room...

Lord JWolf and Erik are in Lord JWolf's room.

Lord JWolf said pointing to a case "The breakfast food is in there."

Erik said "Ok." and got here some food and sat down at the table where the lightsabers are.

Daniel wondered what's up when he cleaned up and grabbed the new lightsaber given to him. Someday he'll make his own, but for now, it'll be his to use.

Along the way, Daniel took notice of another boy, Eamonn, but moved on outside.

"So what are you going to teach me today, Master?" Daniel said with a smirk.

"How to kick Banak's arse." Kartion replied with a smirk.

"Oh, that Yoda look-alike?" Daniel asked. "Cool."

Kartion laughed, "You could say he looks like that." he said, before looking up.

The night was clouded, and volitile, which meant Kartion's favourite time and place to duel: Some godforsaken mud hole while it's raining. And as if by Kartion's will, rain started to drop from the sky. Kartion savoured the moment.

"We duel here. Now, hold your lightsabre like you would any sword." Kartion said.

"Right." Daniel placed his left hand below his right hand, being righthanded. The right grip is slightly looser than the left.

Eamonn sat at an empty table, a blanced breakfast in front of him. As he tucked in, he kept looking around.

"Good. Now, close your eyes, and let the force flow through you, and itno the lightsabre, and be sure to point the thing away from me and you!" Kartion said.

Erik finished eating.

Lord JWolf had his shirt on and start putting his duster. He said "Erik, follow me." as he walk out of his room.

Erik jumps up and got his blades & lightsaber and followed Lord JWolf.

Daniel stepped back and closed his eyes. He focused on the lightsaber in his hands, letting the Force flow through it like electricity. A silvery-white blade emanated from the emitter matrix.
"Better than just pressing the button." The boy commented.

Kartion grinned, it had worked. But then he noticed something. The blades was getting longer and longer...

"Oh crud...." Kartion said. It grew longer and longer, going past Kartion, and extending into the bushes ahead. Kartion looked over to Daniel.

"It's more than the emitter matrix Daniel! This show's you've got a lot of power, but try and get the force to flow into the length adjuster as well, and imagine how long the blade should be in your eyes, and try and get the force to make it happen. You can do it, but hurry little dude, you might hit something, and trust me, it won't like it!" Kartion shouted as the rain intensified.

"Right!" Daniel almost panicked, but calmed down and envisioned what his blade length should be: the same size as a normal blade. The silver shaft shrank back to a regular length.

Kartion was amazed. But why should he be? What would he have expected from the son of his best friend, who was nearly as powerful as him (sorry, but I like to imagine that Kartion has a great force mastery, but I think Daniel is gonna surpass me). Returning to reality, Kartion grinned at the twelve year old.

"Excellent Daniel. Now then, close your eyes, and leave them closed. Okay? Now, let the force flow through every wire, circuit emmiter and jewel, and create a mental picture of the lightsabre's inside." Kartion ordered.

Daniel did what he was told. In a few second, he could 'see' the lightsaber inside and out. "Wow." He breathed. "It's like taking a scanner on it."

Kartion grinned.

"Great, now, try and find the power adjuster, and set it as low as possible." Kartion ordered.

He had left the room to only notice that it seemed to be becoming a popular trend to wake up and go do whatever before sunrise. But it didn't matter, people can do whatever they please. Hell, that was exactly what he had been doing, too. He didn't have a master or anything assigned to him, even if he was still "just" a Padawan. It had more to do with his... Lack of ambition to rise from that rank. And as he was just a Padawan, no one really cared about him.

He had gone to grab something to eat for breakfast after leaving the room, which he took with him instead of staying in the hall like the others seemed to be doing. He didn't want to start any awkward conversations with the "other" Jedi this early in the morning, anyway. As he walked out of the hall, he had seen some apprentice walking away with some master. He didn't recognize either of them.

But something... Something about the two piqued his curiosity. He followed them from a distance whilst eating his breakfast. They went outside... And he followed them, still keeping his distance to avoid detection.

Time passed. The two were talking about something unimportant. The other activated his lightsaber... Except... Except it wasn't a lightsaber. Kuzar could feel the wild Force power flow through the weapon. It was... Something like a Force lightsaber. Yet that was something one could do with a regular one if so inclined, without actually draining Force in the process. An odd idea, he thought, as he continued to watch.

Alright. Length adjustor, power converter, superconductor. Ah, there it is! Daniel found the adjustor and lowered it so that it's no more than a stun-stick. "Ready."

The wooden hut was dark. The surrounding sounds of the nocturnal wildlife filled the night air. It was always night on Tentenerikis V, but then that's how the dark side came to know of it. Tak'a-Tamen, the ageless warlord was the master of stealth and proved it so by appearing in the doorway of the hut.

Tak'a-Tamen: "So Masaki. You survived the Shivan war after all. I never doubted it."

"Brilliant!" Kartion said. Now they could progress.

Near unconsciously, Kartion activated his saber staff, red blades out either end. Earlier, Kartion had set the power to practically nil, meaning Daniel would get a mild shock, and nothing else. Twizzling the staff between his fingers, Kartion watched Daniel, probed what he was thinking, analyzed what his first move might be, and what stance he was in.

After a few seconds, he stomped his right foot in front of his left, and stuck his staff out in front of him horizontally. Using the free hand, he gave him the 'you first', and waited...

Daniel had to be careful and so he went into a Hasso stance, as taught by his dad. He struck, driving the blade towards Kartion's legs.

Kartion staff blocked the blow, and then Kartion whipped it up, throwing Daniel's arm away,and then jabbed towards Daniel's chest.

Alex smiled, back turned as he sensed his old ally. "Not many could sneak up on me, old friend. Ahh, the Shivans. They would have been a useful ally, but they are too destructive for their own ends. I prefer slightly more subtle means. You do know why I called you?"


Tak'a-Tamen: "There is a tremor in the force. The young heir, Daniel Masaki is training to become a Jedi."

He walked toward the centre of the room, his emotionless expression as prominent now as it was a millenia ago.

Tak'a-Tamen: "You seek to turn him to the dark side."

Daniel had to back up to avoid and block the blade. He recovered and attacked Kartion's neck.

Using one end, Kartion blocked it, and then unexpectedly, he lessened his grip of the saber and sidestepped, making the attack miss, but make Daniel's attack go against him. The other end rushed towards Daniel's knee...

Tak'a-Tamen: "There is a tremor in the force. The young heir, Daniel Masaki is training to become a Jedi."

He walked toward the centre of the room, his emotionless expression as prominent now as it was a millenia ago.

Tak'a-Tamen: "You seek to turn him to the dark side."
"I do. My grandson will become a powerful ally if he turns. Many stand in the way of that, however, including my father and son."

At this point, Old Tenchi is piloting a shuttle, searching out for Alex. He is determined to find the truth about what happened to him. There is a small number of young guards with him, all expendables.

"My father nears." Alex said, looking up at the sky.

Finally, Kasandral remembered where the dining hall was. She was just about to get up when the man who had been practicing in the dueling hall left the room she was by. She got up to talk to him, but he seemed to be in a hurry. She decided against it. She began walking towards where she thought the dining hall was. Finally, she found it.

Several other students sat at tables around the mess hall. Two padawans spoke in a corner. A master sat eating with his apprentice. I wonder when I'll be assigned a master, Kasandral thought to herself. She began walking towards the food line, looking around the hall for anyone she recognised. She saw the man from the dueling chambers again, but she didn't spot Natalia. She was really looking forward to the days training with her. She had always wanted to improve her street-fighting skills. She didn't see that boy either...I think his name was Eamonn.... Ah well.... She took her plate of bantha sausage and eggs, and sat at an empty table. She had slept very little last night, having been woken up by nightmare after nightmare. Almost all had to do with jedi...good jedi...killing her. Or her falling, with the good jedi fading...getting farther and farther away. She was determined to not let these dreams bother her, though. She would atack her lessons vigorously when the time came. She brought her fork to her mouth and bit off a piece of bantha sausage.

Using one end, Kartion blocked it, and then unexpectedly, he lessened his grip of the saber and sidestepped, making the attack miss, but make Daniel's attack go against him. The other end rushed towards Daniel's knee...
"Ow!" The blade connected. "Man..."

Daniel moved to side, rubbing his knee. He then struck quickly, in a series of offensive/defensive blows, trying to break through the double blades.

"I do. My grandson will become a powerful ally if he turns. Many stand in the way of that, however, including my father and son."

At this point, Old Tenchi is piloting a shuttle, searching out for Alex. He is determined to find the truth about what happened to him. There is a small number of young guards with him, all expendables.

"My father nears." Alex said, looking up at the sky.


Tak'a-Tamen: "I have waited for a thousand years to absorb the soul of a royal Jedi. But you have served me well in the past against our enemies so I shall settle with the other Jedi souls. In exchange, I will help you turn young Masaki to the dark side."

AS he concluded his sentence, Tak'a-Tamen sensed the approaching shuttle with Alex's father on board.

Tak'a-Tamen: "Indeed he does. His curiosity will surely destroy him."

The red blades of Kartion's staff whirred to intercept them. Kartion caught the last one with oen blade, shoved it away with one while using the other to hit him in the right arm...

"Let the force guide you Daniel! Use it to find a way past my attacks! You can do it, just have faith!" Kartion shouted. The rain had become a torrent now, soaking Kartion to the bone, but he didn't mind, he loved the rain...

Once Eamonn had finished his breakfast, he got up and left the dining room. Deciding that he needed to start his training, the young boy sought out the classrooms to find out when his lessons started.

Tak'a-Tamen: "I have waited for a thousand years to absorb the soul of a royal Jedi. But you have served me well in the past against our enemies so I shall settle with the other Jedi souls. In exchange, I will help you turn young Masaki to the dark side."

AS he concluded his sentence, Tak'a-Tamen sensed the approaching shuttle with Alex's father on board.

Tak'a-Tamen: "Indeed he does. His curiosity will surely destroy him."

"I will confront the old fool." Alex said, and walked out of the hut. "Thank you, old friend."

The shuttle landed near the abode and Tenchi and his guards walked out. The four men fanned out to protect the ship, while Tenchi goes to confront him.

"Interesting...there's not one, but two dark presences here. I shall be careful."
The two men, twenty or so years apart, moved closer and closer towards the inevitable confrontation...

Rain hissed on the lightsabers as the two circled each other. Daniel calmed himself, centering himself in the storm of the Force, and struck again! He lashed out for the shoulder, then the midsection, then feinted at the legs before whirling and going for the chest again. For a second there, Daniel allowed the Force to guide his actions and found a point where Kartion least expected it. It will take some time before Daniel would be able to do so again.

Kartion ignored the jab he'd recieved. He'd found a way in, but this was only the beginning. Whirring his saber, he went on the offensive, and using the force, he increased the speed of his attacks. He continually feinted, jabbed, and glanced (like a paper cut or a quick tap), and followed the same tactic again and again.

"Daniel! C'mon little dude! Use the force to guide your actions, use it to help you defend against my attacks!" Kartion shouted as he hit Damiel on the arm. The gorund had turned into mud, and every took they took, the went slightly deeper in the mud puddle, but it didn't matter, Dnaiel was learning, and Kartion was lovin' it.

Kasandral got up, threw away the remains of her breakfast, and looked around. Several initiates were looking at a sign, talking excitedly. Kasandral walked up as well. She could see it was the schedules. It had a box where, when you supplied your name, would give you a data chip. The data chip would contain your schedule. Kasandral walked up to it.
"Kasandral Xerephen."
The box extended and she plucked the chip from it. She inserted it in her datapad and began looking at it as she waled aimlessly through the halls.
It read as follows:

The shuttle landed near the abode and Tenchi and his guards walked out. The four men fanned out to protect the ship, while Tenchi goes to confront him.

"Interesting...there's not one, but two dark presences here. I shall be careful."
The two men, twenty or so years apart, moved closer and closer towards the inevitable confrontation...


Tak'a-Tamen waited patiently inside the hut. His patience was as eternal as his own existence, but his frustration could become just as dark. He could feel Tenchi's presence. His soul was indeed powerful. He moved to the outside of the hut, his skillful stealth rendering him completely undetectable. He would wait until Tenchi would fall, then... his soul would be Tak'a-Tamen's for the taking.

Kartion ignored the jab he'd recieved. He'd found a way in, but this was only the beginning. Whirring his saber, he went on the offensive, and using the force, he increased the speed of his attacks. He continually feinted, jabbed, and glanced (like a paper cut or a quick tap), and followed the same tactic again and again.

"Daniel! C'mon little dude! Use the force to guide your actions, use it to help you defend against my attacks!" Kartion shouted as he hit Damiel on the arm. The gorund had turned into mud, and every took they took, the went slightly deeper in the mud puddle, but it didn't matter, Dnaiel was learning, and Kartion was lovin' it.
Daniel tried to access that fleeting feeling of calm and serious action, but he found himself frustrated and getting tired. "I know! I'm trying!"

OOC: Yeah, that's cool. Wouldn't have been able to do it myself anyway. Not at this pace.

With a quick flurry, Kartion knocked the saber out of Daniel's hand. Grinning, he did two glances on either hip, before, twirling his staff around, and bringing it down, hitting Daniel square in the face, and knocking him into the mud. Cursing, Kartion deactivated his staff and crouched beside him.

"Sorry about that little dude! You alright?" Kartion asked, concern all voer his face.

Boring. The Jedi could be so boring. Even when fighting with each other. Simple lightsaber practice, nothing really fancy. They even had made their sabers non-lethal. And he had no food left.

Figures. The only thing not boring about them was the fact that the older man, obviously the other one's master, had a red saber. Apparently he could've had one himself, too. And he thought that red was the color only used by those of the Dark Side, as it symbolizes the darker emotions.

He chose to stop watching them and went back to the Academy. He wasn't all that wet due to the fact that he had been under something that had sheltered him from it.

What to do now? He had no idea what to do. He had already explored much of the Academy during his stay, but there wasn't all that much one could do there, at least one who didn't exactly require basic training anymore. And trying to turn some of the newcomers to the Dark Side wasn't exactly something he wanted to do... Avoiding detection, surviving, was much more important.

So again he just darted through the corridors of the Academy, just walking around, looking for anything of interest. Maybe there's someone worth dueling with, who knows.

Kasandral again dreamed horrible dreams. She did not realize that they were basic premonitions...that they meant that she would one day fall to the dark side. She did not...could not realize this. This time the dream was of a jedi, blue lightsaber ignited, standi;ng over a shallow pit. Kasandral was in that pit. Suddenly, the pit seemed to grow deeper and deeper, the jedi farther and farther away. She collapsed it the pit, the air turning dark and red mist creeping through cracks in the sides of the pit....

Kasandral awoke with a start. She had slept peacefully for nearly 2 hours. But then the dream had struck. She got up, rubbing her eyes. She donned clean clothes, much like the other outfit, and left her room. Classes started tomorrow, so she had plenty of time. She left the academy, rapier at her side, and ventured out into the rain. She lifted her hood to provide some shelter against the storm. In the distance, a man stood over a boy, who was lying in the mud. Kasandral avoided them, not knowing why. She had heard of some ancient primitive villages...just huts. Perhaps she would go in search of one of those....

After a short walk, Eamonn finally found the classrooms. From there he tried looking for one of the academy's teachers.

Kasandral trudged through the dense jungle, somehow both knowing and not knowing where she was going. Suddenly, she came out of the jungle into the pouring rain again. There was a village of huts in the distance. She made her way toward the village.

OOC: Maybe this is where she turns? Meets the bad dude? Its up to Core and Earth.

As he waited, Tak'a-Tamen reached out with his thoughts. There was another on Yavin IV who could be of some use. He searched with effortless ease and finally homed in on what it was that interested him

Tak'a-Tamen: "Ah, Kasandral. Another potential ally."

He sent out his influence, knowing that Kasandral would hear him.

Tak'a-Tamen: "Come to the planet Tentenerikis V Kasandral. Follow the voice in your head. Come to me!"

Kasandral shook her head...she was hearing voices. But she was...intrigued. She went back to the academy, got in her ship, and began heading toward Tentenerikis V......

"Oh yeah! I got Force Studies now!" Daniel picked up his saber and headed for the temple. "Thanks for the practice!"

"Anytime, kid!" Kartion smirked. Yup, the kid needs some work, but with time and training, he may surpass even me and Andrew...

Daniel went to his dorm room and took a shower. After the shower, he chose a clean set of trousers, tunic and robes, put them on, and then headed to class.

Tenchi and Alex soon found themselves on a recently scorched part of the ground.

"Father." Alex said.

"Son." Tenchi replied.

"You should not have come."

"I see. I sense the Dark Side in you. You've failed me, you've failed your family, and you failed your country." Tenchi said simply.

"There is nothing more for you to teach me, old man." Alex hissed. "For when I left you, I was but the learner, but now, I'm the Master!"

Massive bolts of deadly lightning slashed out for Tenchi, who held out a hand to deflect them, setting fires to the dry underbrush. "Only a master of evil, Alex. You have learned many things, but there is still much to learn. Hate is not the way."

Boulders were thrown at Tenchi in reply, who simply pushed them aside. "For one such as you, your soul will be consumed by the darkness. That is the price of the Dark Side."

Alex glared at his old father, igniting his red blade in the process. "Your powers are weak, old man. I can feel it."

"Really? Then we'll see who's the greater." Tenchi ignited his electric-blue blade in reply. A blur like nothing before seen is all anyone could see, as father and son fought to the death. Sparks flew each time the blades clashed. The men were evenly matched, one Light, one Dark, and they fought for many minutes. Neither Tenchi nor Alex let up on attack and defense, thrust and parry...

The Jedi Masters and Andrew felt the grave disturbance in the Force of the titanic battle, and knew that there is nothing they could do to help. Not now.

Tenchi's guards were searching the undergrowth. They knew something wasn't right when their scanners picked up two lifeforms.

Guard 1: "It's near. We're getting closer!"

Guard 2: "Maybe we should wait for Master Tenchi?"

Guard 1: "I guess you're right. Lets..."

Before they could turn, a dark figure, dressed all in black stood before them. His emotionless face filled the guards with fear as they drew their weapons.

Tak'a-Tamen: "You should not have come here."

He raised his hands and the guards were lifted off the ground. They choked as they grasped for air as much as they could.

Tak'a-Tamen: "Look into my eyes and see the death that awaits you all!!"

Despite the choking grip on them, each guard let out a bloodcurdling scream as their minds were filled with horrors they had never before imagined. Their faces became twisted and contorted as they were literally scared to death. Their bodies hung limp in the air for a few moments before Tak'a-Tamen dropped them to the ground, their faces still twisted and pale.

Tak'a-Tamen: "Hardly a challange."

Again he reached out with his mind and felt the ship. An impressive construct. A pity it wouldn't last any longer. He walked over to the ship and found the fuel intake valve. The pilot inside was blissfully unaware, concentrating on atmospheric readouts until the reactor alert blared out. He dashed back to his console, only to find that he had only ten seconds to live and the engine core reached critical mass and exploded.

Odcal woke up to a noise. He looked out a window and saw a ship soaring away. Wonder what that was.

He quickly dressed and went to have breakfast. He wandered about the Academy until he found the classrooms. Quickly looking up and down through the doors he chose the one he felt he needed most. He headed towards the stealth classroom. He checked quickly to make sure it was empty then headed inside. He scanned the room. He saw a closet full of strange equipment, a bunch of holographic projecters, and a big book. He quickly started reading the book which was titled Stealthiness of a Jedi. Try as he might though, he could only get a few point out of the book. Guess that's why adults teach and not kids. However, what he could learn was useful if somewhat basic. He learned how to use the Force to keep his balance in order to go through narrow areas, how to blend in with the shadows, and how to repeatedly strike and retreat so his enemy couldn't attack him.

He closed the book and wandered to the projectors. I wonder what this button does... He hit a button and was stuck in a hologram. Uh oh... The words Level One appeared in the air. A message appeared below it. OBJECTIVE: Sneak through the enemy base without being detected. Odcal started to try and sneak his way through the base. He used what he learned in the book to hide from guards and knock them out when they weren't looking.

He was two yards away from the end when someone yelled, "INTRUDER!" and the hologram ended. Aw man... He looked at his watch. Time to go! He left the room and wandered around some more.

OOC: I must regretfully go now. Its 12:00am in the U.K, (incase you guys are not in the U.K) and I gotta go to bed. I'll catch up when you lot are asleep. (giggle) :)

Minutes turned into an hour, and it was then, that Tenchi began to tire. His body was covered in scars from the battle, the blood seeping from wounds, sapping his strength. An all-out offensive from Alex forced the old man to swing more wildly, giving him the chance to cut off a leg. Tenchi gasped in pain and realized that it would soon be over.

"You may have defeated me, Son, but you will never get Daniel!" Tenchi managed to gasp. "Andrew and the others will see to it!"

Alex chuckled darkly. "I'm afraid that there's no stopping me, Father. Soon, the boy will be mine, and the galaxy will fall to the Dark Side, the True Path."

He stabbed his own father in the chest, feeling the life energy flow away. Tenchi's life ebbed away as the blade finished it's path in and out of his heart, and his body collapsed to the ground, and will soon disappear. His death reverberated across the cosmos through the Force, a sign that terrible days are just ahead. Days of darkness and destruction, of death and blood to be spilt.

Far away, Andrew suddenly stood up as if he felt the pain himself. "No! Grandfather!"

Master Elendil snapped his head up in sudden despair. "Tenchi..."

Though Daniel and the other apprentices were yet to be fully trained, they were able to feel it. "Master..."

Daniel had to look away. "Grandfather Tenchi...no, it can't be..."

Jedi Master Tenchi Masaki has fallen to the blade of the Dark Side of the Force.

Blood drained away from Eamonns face, a terrible sadness came over him. He had never felt anyone die before, it was a horrible feeling one which he hoped he would never feel again. The young boy leaned against the wall and slid down until his arms were on his knees. He closed his eyes and lay his head flat against the wall.

After a short walk, Eamonn finally found the classrooms. From there he tried looking for one of the academy's teachers.

Johsm felt it too, the cold shudder wavering through him. Breathing deep he steps into the room, looking around he notices a student, crumpled against a wall.

Sighing, "I take it you noticed it too, I don't know what to say to help you, but I'd sugest doing something, it helps to take your mind off such feelings and thoughts."

Eamonn kept his eyes closed. "I know," he said quietly, not moving an inch. "It is... it's just that..." He shook his head before saying, "It reminded me how I felt after my father was killed."

Daniel sighed. He knows now what he must do. He must train hard in the ways of the Force. Old Tenchi has been killed, and whoever has done it will likely come after him.

In the Force-training class, he learned how to use his psychokinetic abilities to pick up rocks and feathers and make them dance the cha-cha. He got stung in Saber-training by the remotes' blaster bolts and his rear is sore. He loved hearing the stories of Jedi past in the Jedi History class, including some Luke Skywalker retellings. His favorite was Demolitions, where the students learned to blow up stuff with conventional explosives and blow out doors and walls with the Force. Good stuff. There were many classes he took, and many more to go.

The boy is well on his way to becoming a Jedi Knight.

OOC: Ugh. Been on the road, moving stuff from one apartment top another so the power outages coming from Jeanne don't spoil our food. Meaning: Last post retconned, as I'm too damn lazy to read each page to see if anyone came up and talked to Banak.

IC: After changing into another set of Jedi robes, Banak walked back down the corridors, seeming slightly... bored. The howlers provided some excitement, but this year is probably not going to be overly stimulating. he thought, turning a corner into the cartography room. Moving to a console, he called up a list of some of the places he had been in the galaxy. Nar-Shaddaa, Tattoinne, Korriban, Dagobah, Hoth... ah, Bespin. I wonder if he's still there...

Calling up another screen, he sends a message to Cloud City and smiles, leaving a message for a certain droid to come to the Academy, for old times sake and maybe to show the initiates a thing or two about close combat.

Erik finished eating.

Lord JWolf had his shirt on and start putting his duster. He said "Erik, follow me." as he walk out of his room.

Erik jumps up and got his blades & lightsaber and followed Lord JWolf.

They stop a mile away for the academy.

Lord JWolf said "Erik, I'm your Jedi Master. My master has said that I can be your master."

Erik said "OK, master."

Lord JWolf said "This area is are train area. You will sleep in the drom and come here to be trian. Do you understand?"

Erik said "I understand, Master."

Lord JWolf said "Now, Erik take out your lightsaber and hold it like a sword." Erik pulls his lightsaber out and held it like his sword. "Now press that button at the top." said Lord JWolf.

Erik pressed the button and the blue blade come out.

Lord JWolf said "Now, Erik cut that tree down." Erik swung at the tree and the blade went all the way thought it. The tree start fall at Erik. Put Lird JWolf at fast and Erik out of the way. The tree fall.

Lord JWolf pulls both of his lightsabers and cut the tree to make firewood.

He move all of the cut pieces of wood and make a nice stack of wood.

Lord JWolf said " Now, Erik move that small rock over there only use your mind."

Lord JWolf said "Now, head back to the academy. You have class to go to."

Erik said "As you wish, Master."

Erik ran back to the academy and Lord JWolf follow.

After few mins.....

Erik was in his room and taking a shower. And head for his classes.

The Jedi Knight David Miles and his ships arive on Yavin 4. They unload quickly, with their stuff beside them and the ships get ready for shore-leave. The Jedi and his son leave towards their rooms. His son, Mike, leaves for the room beside his fathers. While they are walking, or in the case of the President--floating, up the stairs, the Knight says, "So, are you a little anxious about learning the ways of the Jedi?"
"Well yeah! What were you expecting, me to think it was a circus?"
"That's my boy! Cynical and sarcastic as ever! Well, you're gonna have to forget that if you expect to advance in the Order. That's why my saber's blade looks like it does." The former President wields his light-saber and turns it on to reveal gold and red baldes intertwined to create a single one.
"Now you try, son." Mike obeys and grabs the saber. It turns into a greyish blue blade.
"Whoa! How did it do that?"
"The crystals that focus the blade were made in Crystal Ireland, and thus are enchanted inherently. These were made especially for lightsabers and the blade takes on the form of the user's soul. Mine's like it is because I have good intentions and actions but they are carried out and based off predjudice and hate of an unseen enemy. You know I served in the War on Terror, and you can see what it did to me. I warn you on taking a path similar to mine."
"Yes sir." The two then reached their rooms, and enter their respective quarters. The Knight unpacks using the Force and is finished in two minutes, he runs by next door and says, "I'm going to fix up my class room and stop by some of the dorms and meet the pupils. I'll be back in a few hours. don't worry about waiting for me on dinner. Just make yourself some Quesedilias." With that, he leaves for his new classroom, a room in the downstairs South wing. He sets everythin up and places a placard on the door saying, "Demolitions, Professor Jedi Miles. DO NOT knock! It may set something off!" He then prepares his outside labortory in a similar manner and then continues to Lord JWolf's dorm room.

Odcal blanched along with everyone else as Master Tenchi died. How can it be... In a last ditch effort to take his mind off things, he went through his normal class schedule. He was like a robot. However, even though he didn't seem to be paying attention, a small part of his mind was still untouched and was filing away the information for later examination.

These are a few useful tricks he learned and proved useful when he was in trouble with his wife. With luck, Lord JWolf would not sense him untill he was within 4 feet nor see him untill he chose to be revealed. This might just spark interest in his class.

Minutes turned into an hour, and it was then, that Tenchi began to tire. His body was covered in scars from the battle, the seeping from wounds, sapping his strength. An all-out offensive from Alex forced the old man to swing more wildly, giving him the chance to cut off a leg. Tenchi gasped in pain and realized that it would soon be over.

"You may have defeated me, Son, but you will never get Daniel!" Tenchi managed to gasp. "Andrew and the others will see to it!"

Alex chuckled darkly. "I'm afraid that there's no stopping me, Father. Soon, the boy will be mine, and the galaxy will fall to the Dark Side, the True Path."

He stabbed his own father in the chest, feeling the life energy flow away. Tenchi's life ebbed away as the blade finished it's path in and out of his heart, and his body collapsed to the ground, and will soon disappear. His reverberated across the cosmos through the Force, a sign that terrible days are just ahead. Days of darkness and destruction, of and to be spilt.

Far away, Andrew suddenly stood up as if he felt the pain himself. "No! Grandfather!"

Master Elendil snapped his head up in sudden despair. "Tenchi..."

Though Daniel and the other apprentices were yet to be fully trained, they were able to feel it. "Master..."

Daniel had to look away. "Grandfather Tenchi...no, it can't be..."

Kartion was sat meditating outside when it hit him...

"Tenchi! NOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!" he shouted, his eyes flying open.

A large bolt of lightning hit just next to where he was, but Kartion didn't care. Tenchi had passed on into the Force, and at the hands of a Sith.

Anger welled up inside of Kartion. While it was not the Jedi way, Kartion didn't care. He could shove out the Dark Side. Mind you, the Dark Side was the reason for Tenchi's ...

Kartion trudged in, soaked to the bone in rain. Gritting his teeth, he went up to his door and knocked. After a few seconds, the door opened, and E Z's head popped out.

"Oh, Master Elesto! You're soaked! Come on inside and lets get you changed!" E Z said, grabbing his arm, and taking him inside...

About five minutes later, Kartion was dressed in his dark ceremonial robes. Walking into his room, he stepped onto the holoprojector pad. Saying the same complex sequence of code, the screen showed jsut picture and code, before a man's face appeared on the screen once again...

Andrew's...

Sighing, Kartion bowed, "Andrew..."

Tak'a-Tamen stood over the fallen body of Master Tenchi. His body a broken and bloody mass. Tak'a-Tamen closed his eyes and raised both his arms. His hands stretched out as he focused his mind on this simple and rewarding task. For a moment, Tenchi's body levitated above the ground and shimmered against the darkness. Then a sudden and abrupt jolt forced the body back to the ground as Tak'a-Tamen reeled in the last of Tenchi's power. Tanchi's body vanished as it hit the ground, leaving only the tattered clothes he had worn.
There was silence for a moment, which seemed an eternity. Then Tak'a-Tamen relaxed as the faintest signs of a sadistic smile came across his face. It disappeared as quickly as it came when he opened his eyes.

Tak'a-Tamen: "I know now, Tenchi's thoughts and soul betray him. There is a rival to the heir, Eamonn Jarlath!"

He turns to Alex, resuming his calm and emotionless posture,

Tak'a-Tamen: "Daniel Masaki will become powerful and must be turned to the darkside. But Eamonn Jarlath, is mine."

IC: After changing into another set of Jedi robes, Banak walked back down the corridors, seeming slightly... bored. The howlers provided some excitement, but this year is probably not going to be overly stimulating. he thought, turning a corner into the cartography room. Moving to a console, he called up a list of some of the places he had been in the galaxy. Nar-Shaddaa, Tattoinne, Korriban, Dagobah, Hoth... ah, Bespin. I wonder if he's still there...

Calling up another screen, he sends a message to Cloud City and smiles, leaving a message for a certain droid to come to the Academy, for old times sake and maybe to show the initiates a thing or two about close combat.

HK-96 Mk2, or Andruid for convenience, cocked his head slightly, his circuitry alerting him to a message, Wait, 2, They displayed themselves on his internal display, one from Banak, no-less, and another, from a Contractor, pleased with his work on Bespin, an alarm sounded in the distance.

Andruid turned himself back to striding down the corridor, towards the Hangar, He Had a ship, of course, what any self respecting Bounty Hunter didnt? It wasnt anything special, no, but it was a Sleek two man ship, with a rather.. large cargo hold, but, no need to explain what that is for.

Andruid seated himself within the cockpit, checking the displays and flicking buttons, calling up the Navcom.

Andruid's cold metal hand found the uplink, turning into a attachment, and he wired himself into the computer, he bypassed the security protocols locking his ship down in the security alert, his ship blasted itself away, into the sky, burning away at the atmosphere, his ship glided through space, escaping the deathly gravity well of Bespin, his ship blinked and disappeared, into Hyperspace, once in the Yavin system, he would find Banak and see what other reason he had invited him for, He was sure the Meatbag's skills wernt lacking all that much.

OOC: You can RP him arriving if you want, Crimmond :).

Konas ran, and ran, and ran, as fast as he could go. He made it to where Master Tenchi's body once lay, and threw himself onto the ground, kneeling down he looked over the pile of clothes.
"Old freind...." He said, and bowed his head.
He looked around, he sensed darkness close by, he picked up the clothes and ran off, he made way, and hopped into his ship, a Starhead. He rose up into the air with it, and soared above the atmosphere into space, he then entered hyperspace, he was going back to the Yavin system, he had to give them all that was left of Tenchi.

Passing Miles in the corridor, he kept walking without any form of recognition. Not as a sign of insult, but as a sign that the smaller Jedi was busy thinking about some battle somewhere. That trait of glorifying his paast experiences so much that he missed what was happening around him had gotton him lectures by the Council before. Not that it ever did any good.

He exited the living areas and moved towards the docking bays. As the doors opened, a cargo ship was lifting off. Instead of another replacing it, a ship he hadn't seen in years swept in through the clouds and down, into the hanger. As it touched down, Banak made his way to the lift down from the observation platform, moving to greet his old friend.

OOC: Okay... Hurricane Jeanne to hit in juuust a few hours so I may not have power for a day or so. Stupid Florida and it's crappy weather...

Kasandral slumped in the cockpit of the Wombat as the wave of force power from Tenchi's death hit her. Groaning, she sat up and continued to her destination.

Slowly, Eamonn began to rise to his feet. He opened his eyes and let out a sigh.

Andruid Detached himself from the ships systems, his scanners picked up a lifeform in close proximity, force-gifted.. ah Banak.

He Stood and made his way out down the ramp slowly sliding out. His feet made contact with the floor with a heavy metal clunk sound.

He walked over to Banak, they had a mutual respect of each other from past experiences, he bowed slightly.

"Greeting: Hello, Master Banak" He said.

Andrew sighed as he told Jenny what happened. She was crying, but she composed herself and decided that both will do what they need to do: announce the death to the galaxy.

Several hours later, Kasandral caught sight of Tentenerikis V on her external scanners. She looked around the planet, trying to find a place to land where she would be near the strange voice. Finally, she found the small hut where the voice was leading her. She killed the engines and hit her repulsors to guide the ship gracefully down to the hut. She landed about 100 meters away and disembarks, looking around. She begins cautiously walking towards the hut.....

Kartion nodded. "I'll stay close to him from now on. But I don't think we should worry too much about Daniel. He's a good fighter, and he's got great potential...even greater than yours or mine. The force is flowing with him all the time, and he grows stronger every day. I wish I had a son like Daniel, Andrew, you raised him well, and he reminds me alot of you," he said, before sighing.

"But I fear that it may be too late. He's progressing faster and faster, but you know as well as I do that they'll reach him long before he's ready. All we can do now is show him the path, and hope that he doesn't lose it. But Andrew," Kartion's eyes sharpened more than they'd ever had before, "I'll die before I'll let them get Daniel. You understand?" He said, his voice sharp and serious.

A red blade snapped to life in the shadows and a sinister voice said, "Who are you, girl? Know that a wrong move, and you'll be dead."

"I feel the same way, Kartion." Andrew said seriously. "We need to train him as well as we can. Take a looks at this."
He held up a news article on his datapad, enlarged for Kartion to see:

This has the Republic on alert for increased piracy attacks on Jedi and citizens, and the Chancellor has called for the miltiary to use lethal methods in the hopes of cracking down...<snip>

"As you can see, piracy is on the rise. I recommend you train him with bolt deflection and Force usage every day, as well as the saber-to-saber training. He's going to really need it."

"We do indeed..." Kartion said, eyeing the article, "But do you want some Jedi to come over and guard you? The palace is safe, but it isn't completely break in proof."
