As Balfar walked into the room he felt a slight tug and in an instant was pulled into another dimension in the room he was pulled to there was a great book in the middle of the room runes on it glowing a deep blue"This is not the artefact you are looking for.

"Hmmm. What is it then? And where is the artifact that I am looking for?"

Balfar recognised most of the runes, but a select few were new to him.

Izual decided he would acompany Kain, wherever he was going. He wearily eyed the inquisitors as he did not trust them at all.

"Read from the book and you will see the artefact"

Kain roared at her, sending a extremely powerful crippling blow upon her mind, which would bring her pain, without even harming her. Kain's black aura flared in responce as Kain's eyes flashed in flame red.

Kain let go of the Brightblade and it flew from his hands going for her midsection sideways. It greated a wide gash into her, not fatal. She fell to the floor as the Brightblade ripped into her, causing great pain as it burnt.

Kain got a cloven fist and picked her up, making locked eye contact with her, lifting her into the air as she bled a little from the wound of the Brightblade. Kain's eyes revealed his anger, his torment, great whirlpools of pain and fury and uncontrolable pain which he would inflict. Kain was a horrifying figure to behold in this state.

"You will tell me before I rench it out of your mind woman! I do not bargin, I will only spare your life if you do tell me, and a great deal of pain. Do not test me again, or I will kill you!" Kain meant every word, his aura growing larger when he shouted at her.

The lady gasped as the Brightblade cut into her.

"Ah, how refreshing," she remarked, as if tantalizing her opponent. "Brute force will get you no where with me."

Feeling his dark force and demonic side, she smiled. "Keep calm, for your own good. A clear and clam mind is the best mind."

She began to summon dark power from the sceen. Kain's anger and hostility fueled her powers, which she responded to with an innocent smile and giggle.

From the power gained, she established a strong aura of dark power. Imploying this power, she clouded her mind. She would not allow her mind, thoughts, memories to be used against her or Mephisto. She closed her eyes as to not stare directly into Kain's eyes and smiled.

"Now Kain. You forgot something."

She drove the rod, from Mephisto, right below his clavicle. She smiled weakly, for she knew this would cost her dearly.

Sorry, I have been away for a couple days. If you ever must just play my character. I am not anal about people playing my character, so long as they keep the concepts of the character in tact. Sorry again about being gone. I had a busy weekend so far and have not even had time to properly rest.

Mephisto laughed as he felt Kain's soul come to him. The Inquisitors charged at The Lady. "No-one kills #57 but me!"

Kain powerless to do anything, he felt in horror as the rod hit in in the midsection, his entrie skin flashing lighting blue in responce. Kain felt an intolerable tug at his soul as it was being leeched out. He could not allow this! His skin did as much as it could but it was failing...his soul was being dragged away....

"No! This shall not occour! I will not allow it!" Kain bellowed as he threw her off of him, the rod going with her. But had the process gone to far? Kain fell to the floor, his anger transending what it was...but would his soul be too far-gone? Would the process continue? He threw her a wide way away, his fury of being in this situation immense and refelcted in his strength.

(OOC Would the rod continue to work upon Kain even though it was no longer touching? And if Kain's soul was taken, would there be any further rp there? I do like to be realistic in the damage done....but I do not paticulary want my character to die. Or if his soul was taken, would he still live and be able to get his soul back by going into hell etc? RP possibilitys there....)

OOC: Not hell, the shop. He's going to become a proper vampire. The thing the Inquisitors exist to combat.

Of course, Mephisto is willing to return his soul for something... something only Kain has. That's the point of the matter.

(OOC AHA! I see the entire thing now! Very devious....and Kain is a proper vampire, why would you think otherwise?)

Kain felt extreme vertigo come over him, his entire world span. He felt as though he was falling.....they where falling. The Brighblade knew what was goign to occour...yet it could not leave Kain. Kain needed the Brightblade, and the Brightblade needed him for his own freedom and revenge.

Kain formed....

OOC: I meant the 'children of the night', unholy monster type of vampire.

(OOC I see....carry on. He is forming within the shop, or wherever you want him to go.)

"Greetings, Kain. Welcome to my shop." Mephisto said to the captured soul. "Into the bottle with you until your body arrives, if he arrives."

Kain did so. He had no other choice.

"What is your motive for doing all of this I ask? If it is the Brightblade, you obviously more deluded than I orginally thought." Kain said without hatred or anger. He was in positition to make threats, perhaps learn something baout his enemy.

"Why?" Mephisto snorted. "Why? Because I grow tired of your family, of the Shentavo line. You should be mine, all of you! But no, you cling to your goodness. It sickens me."

He spat. "The blade will go on my mantlepiece. I shall never see the creature released."

Kain chuckled for a few seconds, and then it turned into long drawn out laughter.

"You seriously think that I am a Shentavo! Do you not know what I did? I am not longer a Shentavo....to attack me and her is to simply attack exiles. My name is Kain Irnenicus."


(Irenicus means, "Broken One, Exiled One.")

"Your name is unimportant. You were sired by a Shentavo. And I will do to you what I so long to do to Azrael... I will make your life hell. Look upon your body, fool! See what you have become!"

He holds the crystal to the bottle for Kain to look into.

Izual was powerless to prevent the lady stealing Kain's soul, but he was not going to let them get Kain's body.

He stepped forward, unleashing a blast of fury towards the lady and the inquisitors. In the confusion, Izual took hold of Kain's dazed body. With a burst of energy, Izual and Kain were flying above the clouds, away from the lady and the inquisitors.

Izual sent out a message to Ceran and Balfar.

"Help! They did something to Kain.

Balfar stepped up to the book, opening it to the first page. As he concentrated on the ancient script, the room began to shimmer.......

Suddenly Balfar was struck by Izual's message.

"Damn. We'll have to hurry up."

The Inquisitors gather around Kain. "#57! Wake up!"

"We shall get the srtefact later now we have other things to do"Ceran said as he teleported to were Izual was he appeared infront of Izual and knocked back the inquisitors with a shockwave and saying quietly to Izual "Run"

Balfar leaves the temple in a burst of energy. He relocates himself into the air, a few metres in front of Izual.

Daniella felt Kain's presence, but immediatly knew something was wrong. She was too weak to do anything about it.

The lady now lying on the ground from Kain dispelling her looked up at the sky. She did not know what she had just done, but that she had done something terrible.

She watched as everyone dispersed, and she alone remained on the cold damp forested ground. She continued to gaze up, as she began to talk to herself.

"What is it that I have just done? I only did what I was told. I wonder what it is Mephisto wanted."

Her thoughts skipped until she resolved to see Mephisto herself. She wanted to know what it was that she had just done. She stood up, still bleeding from her wound. Slowly she walked into the darkness.

Kain's body was completely dazed, the soul ebing leeched out of it. The body looked completely dumbfounded and was limp. He had galzed over eyes, but still listened to what was said. It was an automation, like a golem of some sort.

Kain's spirit meanwhile, was stiing within the bottle, stroking his chin thoughtfully. He had no fear, fear does nothing to help. Calm watchfulness would help however.

"Do you truelly believe that you will cause me more pain than I have already felt? I have felt different pain, one far greater than any magic or sword could deal to me, and I still bear that pain still. You are simply out of luck when it comes to that.....I was sired by a Shentavo yes, but I am no longer Shentavo. You couldn't even capture a true Shentavo, you captures a vampire, nothing more, nothing less and you captured a shattered and weak one at that!" Kain laughed in derision.

Kain's spirit sent a message slowly into the Ladys mind...his voice calm, and his words spoken slowly to emphises them.

"When I am free, you shall suffer a far worse fate than I. Your death shall not be quick. Do you even relise what you have done? Who you have dealt with? Not only have you doomed myself, you have doomed my love and fledgling, and....you have more importantly, you have given him the one devise which may allow him to enter this world with his legions you stupid little corpse! If have any kind of self-presivation you would try your dammed hardest you get the sword and me away from this shop! Do you think they will spare you? What can you grant to a greater demon! You have condemned yourself woman, your own punishment should I not be able to get free is enough, your own painful demise will be a certain one should they discover the truth of the potental upon that sword!" Kain warned her. He was taking a huge gamble, if she did not lsiten and tell him, he might have doomed them all. But....if she did listen.....there still might be hope.

(OOC BTW, Kain is bluffing, although they would not know what the Brightblade could fully do. It is simply a greater demon trapped within a sword.)

The lady walked out of the darkness into Mephisto's shop. She sat upon a stool and silently sat there looking in amazement at all of the artifacts and objects.

She saw in front of her a minute crystal sphere. Curious, as she was, she picked it up and began to play with it, giggling.

Woman! Aid me to save yourself and this world!

The lady looked around puzzled. She heard a voice, inside her head, but she could not tell where it was coming from.

Still sitting upon the stool she ceased playing with the object and looked around still. She thought, "Now, I know I heard someone speak, but who was it and where are they. And why do they want me to help them and myself? Could I be of assistance to this voice?"

"I feel that I should reveal my true form." Mephisto stepped into the shadows. They brightened as the evil beast revealed his true, diabolic form. And my purpose... is simple. The end of days is soon. And the side you are on is the one that will win. The prediction is simple. "The shattered one shall lead to victory." With your soul ripped from your body, you are on my side. And so, the darkness will become ascendant. All that is good and true shall be despoiled. And you will help me to do it. My master is now your master, my purpose is now your purpose.

Balfar closely examined Kain for a few seconds. He then turned to Izual.

"What happened?"

"The woman touched Kain with some kind of rod, then he slowly went limp."

"I see. They have taken his soul. This isn't good."

Balfar sent a message to Ceran.

"They have taken Kain's soul......"

The Inquisitors stare at the body. "Where is his soul, then?"

We have him, Arithon! We have him!

A frown crossed Balfar's face.

"Mephisto....."

Arithon heard Mephisto's message.

Excellent. Things are going well. I shall send more demons to hunt for the traitors.

This entire thing was orchestrated then! From the very outset, my own creation and shattering was predicted and depended upon! Those bastards, did the Seer know this too? Did they know of this preordaned destiny of mine? Damn this to hell, I will defy this destiny, I am going to cut the strings....there is a wildcard in the carefully set deck of cards.

"And makes you so certain that I would even serve you? Never in my entire existance have I called anyone "master" or "lord". I do not intend to do so for any cause, lgiht or shadow.....yet. One time I mihgt have accepted your offer of joining, but I refuse now. Even though I have disgraced my name, I will not disgrace it further. Enough of my words, think what you will, it makes no difference to me, I am no pawn." Kain said quietly in the bottle, not even bothering to look at the demons's true form. he knew it well enough already.

It is me Kain, the one you so obediantly ripped the soul out of. I am within this bottle.....with your master apparently. Which side are you on, I take it you are on your own side....do you even relise what will occour do to this? Ask Mephisto should you not fear the truth." Kain sent to her.

Mephisto shrunk back to his human form. "Yes, but you see, your body is an empty vessel... and an empty vessel begs to be filled. You! Krlyt! Possess this creature's body. As for you... I would ask your precious Azrael the truth, next time you see her. After I kill her."

The inquisitors cross themselves at the mention of Mephisto.

"Well...I really did not want to do this....but you leave me no choice. You have permission perission to do as you wish Dalazar should the oppertunity come. Really Mephisto, do you think the demon within the Birghtblade would allow this to occour? Should any of your minions try to inabit my body....the demon within the Brightblade shall inhabit me. I am sure you do not want that to happen....that demon could do considerably more damage then I ever could. " Kain slumped back into the bottle, at least knowing that they wouldn't get it.

The demon smiled in glee within the Brightblade, and was ready at any point to fully possess Kain.

Mephisto sent waves of pain over Kain. "Should you dare to speak his name one more time, I will eat your fledgling. In front of you. Please, do you really think the Inquisitors won't notice that? Balfar would turn against you should you allow that beast freedom! I know not what lies he has told you, but the creature is never to be believed. His freedom would hasten the end of all!" Mephisto said, enraged. "Fine, release the beast. Once you do so, you have no further hold on him. And he won't keep his promise."

Arithon! The fool is about to release Dalazar! Do something

Ceran after hearing the message teleported in the position of Izual and Balfar he bagan to hover in one spot and asked"How did she get to him i assume it has to do with Mephisto and Arithon?

Kain fell to his knees in pain, but still held his aura of superioty.

"Oh yes the Inquisitors would notice, but what is that to your apparent plan? The same conclusion regarding that side. And he would not gain total freedom, I have ensured that. You underestimate me Mephisto, I still have ways of manipualting my body still...." Kain said almost in a whisper to him.

Cloak, you know what to do.
Indeed. It shall be done Kain.

Demon, you know of what you can and cannot do, and the consequences.
You scare me Kain, and I am a demon. Your intellegence is great....I do as I wish within the bounds you have given me should the event arise.
Taste freedom in this weak form, you shall regain freedom soon enough when I escape. Keep that form in good condition.
Of course, I know that you will need it to release me from the Seer.
Good.

Kain pleased that he had the upper hand slightly, sat and closed his eyes, pleased with the quick plan he had constructed. They could not attempt to possess his body, least the demon Dalazar possess me. Should they allow that to ahppen, the demon would be able to retreat back to the demon world and raise another army which was waiting. If they did nothing, Kain was sure he could be freed in time.....either way, the demons lost. The demon was the wildcard, Kain had not expected all of this, but he knew what resources he did have available to him.

Daniella began to feel again. Something had happened. She had strength again. She opened her eyes slowly, and saw the bottle of angel tears on her neck leaking.

She decided not to sit up.

Kain, the tears have saved me again . . . I am strong.

Good...I have this entire situation under my control.I must admit that I had not indended this to happened but we now have the upper hand. The demon can do nothing to my body, least I do something terrible against him. This will give me time to get someone here Daniella, or perhaps I will find a way to escape. Regardless there is no imediate threat....yet. Keep calm and focused and mindful of what is going on. Something I have learned, control is everything. I have put this demon in a position where he can do nothing, thus making him frustrated. That is when he shall make a mistake, hopefully one to do with that Lady over there....That is quite a remarkable item you have there....what is it? Kain asked, his shadowy figure retaining its former control and air of calmness, even though he was transparant and accasionally shimmering.

The vile of tears? It was given to me by an Angel in the first battle of the demons . . . the night I was sired . . .

Daniella suddenly got a bright idea.

Offer me to them.

What? Do not be foolish. it would acchieve nothing but my own pain and thier own gain.

But you would be free of them. I will give my body for your own safety.

Even if you where to proceed with this plan, they would not even accept your offer, they want me. They used to you to get to me in a way. I became careless in my rage. I must learn from this. Regardless, they would nto accept. They need my body and trapped spirit. What we need is someone outside to help. For now....we just sit and wait. There is nothing more we can do my dear, unfortunate though it is. I shall try and find some kind of weak chink in the prison around us, although I doubt it would be so. Souls are easily contained if within the correct container....yet I will try and find something..... Kain said as he got up within the small bottle which was about the size of a room to Kain. He looked around, analysising the construction and spells.

Daniella sighed dispite herself.

If you can't get out safely, I will take action.

The lady heard the voice again. It was not until after he said whom he was that it made sense to her. She sat upon the stool. She had no idea how to contact him.

She thought to herself, "If he is in a bottle, I wonder which one it would be. What is Mephisto planning anyhow?"

She grew angry at this thought as she looked around, taking notice to many of bottles and old artifacts. Her anger overwhelmed her and she quickly stood up.

Yelling, Mephisto, what is it that you are planning. Talk to me this instant. Are your intentions evil and destructive? Come here and talk to me, Mephisto. I demand to know what is going on."

She fumed. She was so confused and annoyed. She held the small sphere clasped in her hand, her fist tightening around it.

Mephisto, you come here. I need to talk with you."

She thought, "Am I just a pawn? What is Mephisto planning? Where is that girl he took? Is she alright? I did not mind her, she seemed kind...protective, but caring. Yes, caring. I wonder where she is. Does she need any help? Is Kain in trouble? Or maybe Kain is alright and so is this girl and they are trying to lure me in. Maybe Mephisto is in trouble? No one is in sight, perhaps something terribly wrong has happened? And who were those people back there? Have I gone mad?"

Her thoughts flooded her in a wave. She grew more irate and confused second after second. She stood there with the sphere tightly clenched in her hands.

"I believe we may have our help Daniella." Kain sent over to her quietly when he stood up to see the massive form of the Lady before his eyes.

Izual looked up at Ceran.

"She touched him with a rod...... then he went limp."

Balfar spoke up.

"So shall we go and help Kain?"

Without warning several dozen demons appeared around Izual, Ceran and Balfar. Before any of them could react they were all blasted towards the ground by an immense wave of demonic energy. As they fell, Izual noticed Kain was gone.......

The demons laughed as they held onto Kain's body.

Where to now master?

Go to the place these humans call..... the moon.

With a outburst of dark power, the demons were gone. They intended to continue cast spells of containment around the limp body.

The demons that Arithon had sent appeared in the shop, surrounding Kain's bottle. Immediately they began casting several spells of confinement in an attempt to contain the demon.

I have sent spellcasters to contain the demon. And the body has been taken care of.

OOC: Christoniac..... don't chase after Kain. We'll worry about his soul first.

The inquisitors watched, confused. But they eventually get things sorted out. "I take it you three would be looking for the moon? We'll help."

Mephisto watches the lady, amused. "Come now, my dear. I am your lord and master. And soon, Kain will be yours. Just wait a while. Wait until..." He snaps his fingers. Demons appear all around her, capturing her. "I decide to free you. Put her in my special cage. There's a whole circle waiting for her back in Hell."

He walked to her, staring her straight in the eyes. "Did you really think you could make a deal with a Devil and get out of it free? Really?" He threw his head back and laughed.

"We must get his soul first i just hope we can get into the "shop""

Daniella heard Mephist capture the girl. The Angel tears were beginning to lose their effect. She began to feel the thirst again. Then she lost it. A tear fell down fom her ryr. He would know she was awake.

"Ah, my darling, you have awoken." Mephisto said to Daniella. He snapped his fingers again, and the goblet once more appeared within the cage. "Now, will you drink?"

"You still wish me to drink when you have Kain?" She asked, untrustingly. She sat up, pulling her long, dark hair from her face and shivering.

"You will be just as useful to me as him. I plan to send you to Azrael with a message, and I can't do that with you dead."

This caught Daniella off guard. She frouned.

"No. I will let myself die. I will ask, though, for a cloak. I'm cold. I want to die warm."

"The time when you had a choice in the matter was long past." Mephisto snapped his fingers. Another child was bought to him. "Drink, or this child dies."

The child screamed in terror.

The excitement and loss of energy was too much. She brought the cup to her lips, but before she could drink, passed out from lack of energy.

When she woke up, two demons were roughly forcing the red liquid down her throat.

"Dear me, girl. Now, are you ready?"

She drank, but slowly and reproachfully. When the cup was drained, she looked into his eyes.

"Please . . . A cloak, or a blanket, or warmer clothes. Please."

She reached out, touching his face with her hands. They were as cold as ice cubes. She had a fever.

"YOU WANT WARMTH?" Mephisto spun around. Fires broak out all over the place. The shop began to shimmer as the horror behind it appeared. "A blanket?"

A woollen blanket hung tantalysingly close. "What do you have to bargain?"

Daniella backed up into the bars of the cage, frightened.

"Dude, I'm sick. The blood you gave me was demon blood, or tainted by your precoius demons."

"I offered you human blood, you refused." Mephisto shook his head. "If you want, I can find you a convicted felon to drain."

"You don't get it, do you? I'm too young to have that kind of blood. It was too strong for me. You might have just bought my doom."

Mephisto smiled. "We'll see. I've never heard of that... and should you die, I can always brin..." He clapped his hands to his ears. "GAH! What does he want?"

The room rumbled. The demons fell to the floor.

"Master, can I help you?" Mephisto cowered.

BRING ME THE GIRL!

Daniella gulped.

"Me?"

"Whatever the bossman wants..." Mephisto grabbed the cage and returned to the void. He waited patiently.

An immense eye blinked. A dim outline, of a horrific shape, could be seen in the darkness. "Stupid Lucifer going on holiday, leave me to report to the

SILENCE!

"Yes, master. What do you want, master?" Mephisto bowed.


IS THIS ONE OF THE TRAITORS, DEFILERS OF THE WORD VAMPIRE?

Daniella moved as far from the shape as she could.

"Answer the nice Arch-Archdevil, Daniella" Mephisto prodded her.

"I am a fledgling, not yet strong enoug to be called a vampire, but yes." She looked at Mephisto pleadingly, wanting to know what was happening.

WHAT YEAR IS IT? DO YOU KNOW?

Mephisto started at that. "My lord, it's not"


SILENCE! PERHAPS REVEALING MY TRUE FORM WILL SHOW YOU BOTH SOME RESPECT!

Fire burst from everywhere. And His Dark Majesty's full form was revealed. Bat wings extended into the distance. Far, far below were the creature's bestial hooves. Massive ramshorns curled from his huge glaring skull. But the most frightening thing were the chains. Countless numbers of them, holding the creature down.

As they watched, several of them snapped.

Daniella was horrified.

"What do you want with me?"

Kain looked on, deeply curious and fasicanted, but at the same time afraid. Not for himself, but for Daniella. He continued to watch...

Kain, what is that . . . thing?

Kain relised who it was....

......powerful.....do not...... Kain was still too shocked..he appeared normal, but his mind raced at the possiblities of this....why was she so important?

Do not what? It frightens me!

Kain shook his head and took control.

Listen to me, that being before you is the master of the darkness I believe....be careful what you do

Daniella bit her lower lip.

What can it do to me?

I am not entirely sure...but remember what I said. Use extreme caution Daniella, for your own sakes!

She threw another pleading look to Mephisto.

I will be on my best behavior, Kain.

Kain looked on and was not sure what to expect. After all, what would the master of all evil do? He had never had the unfortuant pleasure of meeting it.

Daniella breathed slowly. A tear formed in her eye, but she refused to let it fall.

Mephisto watches the lady, amused. "Come now, my dear. I am your lord and master. And soon, Kain will be yours. Just wait a while. Wait until..." He snaps his fingers. Demons appear all around her, capturing her. "I decide to free you. Put her in my special cage. There's a whole circle waiting for her back in Hell."

He walked to her, staring her straight in the eyes. "Did you really think you could make a deal with a Devil and get out of it free? Really?" He threw his head back and laughed.

The lady giggled.

"Why Mephisto, such hostility."

She sat there playing with the little sphere.

"If I were you I would kill me now."

She began to sing to herself.

"In my fields of paper flowers, and candy clouds of lullaby...I lie inside myself for hours...and watch my purple sky fly over me..."

She sat there playing with the sphere, now humming. She broke off her hum. "Mephisto, what do you plan to do now?"

She sat silent now, a deathly silence.

kain doubted that even now that she would be able to release himself and Daniella should she feel inclined to by his answer due to the new presance. But....there still might be hope. Kain watched on...

The lady, sitting in her silence, was gathering the dark power prevalent in that room.

She smiled and laughed gleefully.

"Oh Mephisto," she tantingly called out. "Now why did you do this?"

She started to hum again, still gathering dark power and disguising her growing aura.

"Kain," she called. "Daniella. Could any of you hear me?"

"I hear you loud and clear, My Lady." Daniella called from the cage.

"Of course." Kain replied staring at the walls of the bottle blankly.

"Now, will you work with me?," she inquired in a childish voice.

Daniella looked at the Dark Lord apprehensively. What she was about to do was stupid, but it had to be done.

"Your slave here likes to make bargans. He took my life's only pleasure so I could save a child. Apparently, I am still alive and of some use. If I become your . . . humble servant, and give you whatever you desire, will you let Kain go?"

She couldn't look at him. She knew Kain would talk her out of it. Butif he were free . . .

Kain was distressed at this. he immediately got up and started banging on the side of the bottle, not that it made any noise, his soul could not effect the matieral realm.

"This is maddness! Stop this at once Daniella! Should you do this I will not be able to help you! You would be under a Geas, a promise which you must forfill! Do not do it!" Kain bellowed, his voice quieter than what it should be.

Kain, if they keep you, there is no hope. He will not kill me.

The lady sat there hearing a faint pounding. She smiled.

"Yes Kain, remain angry. Let me build my power from your anger, both of you. Then I will break free from this confined place and help you out. But you need to trust me, which is pretty much near nill, correct? Mephisto played me like a pawn. I want to piss him off now, what better than to free you both from his grip."

Damn this I am not losing you due to this! Yet...there is no other way. I swear I will get you back..... Kain said to her.

"Fine. Get on with it. What do you need us to do, and what would you want of Daniella?" Kain asked.

Daniella shook her head.

Kain, there is no other way. Even if the Lady can get to you, I would be lost. If you can escape, and remember me, then maybe you could come back for me . . .

I damn well will....and when I come back....I will be far stronger you hear? I will enter the chamber of the Seer! Kain said to her, filled wth zeal. he did not want to lose her....he was basicly all he had got.

Daniella nodded, wishing she could hug him one last time.

"Is the offer acceptable?" She asked.

The lady feeling the dark power elevate her, began to laugh playing with the sphere.

"You know Kain, if you tell me which bottle you are in, I could try and break you out of it with this little cystal sphere, if my aim allows me to. It is worth the wild shot though. I just can not find which bottle you are in."

kain looked round in relation to where he was.

"I am over by that small black box with goldern binds around it, to your left, around two feet." Kain said as he backed off from the side of the bottle.

She looked for the box and spotted it, the bottle next to it. She took close aim. She had only one chance, and she refused to fail.

She took aim through the bars of the cage and bit the side of her tongue. She threw it and it hit the bar and bounced back, hitting her in the head.

"Ouch, I bit my tongue," she said as she she played with her tongue and rubbed her head. Fortunately, the sphere landed next to her and did not shatter. She took even better aim this time.

She threw it, caressing her tongue off of the roof of her mouth. The sphere smashed into the bottle. The bottle rocked back on forth rapidly, she clenched her jaw hoping that it would fall off.

SMASH

She let out an ear piercing shriek of joy as the bottle fell to the ground, breaking into minute shards.

(OOC Are you sure the demon dude would not be interfering with this? I am pretty sure he would...best wait, although the sound of freedom does sound really good, all of these events are taking place without accordance to what the demons want and see. Leave it there for a while until we get some feedback, we can easily edit this should the demons react, which I think they certainly will.)

Ceran performed sacred rituals in the air summoning the darkest powers he let out a roar as a great crack tore open the air and it showed a picture of hell a doorway to it demons were gibberingt Ceran said lets go and jumped in!

Daniella was horrified.

"What do you want with me?"

A whirl of energy shuddered around Daniella. She was sent flying away...

Mephisto returned to his Shop. "Damn him... that was my ticket to heaven... to vengeance!" He looked around. The bottle had shattered. "Lady."

He snapped his fingers. The demons came to his summons. "GO! Kill Kain! Kill The Lady!"

A horde of demons chased after the treacherous Lady and Kain.

Down below, the Inquisitors carefully watched as Kain's body began to stir.

Daniella nodded, wishing she could hug him one last time.

"Is the offer acceptable?" She asked.

She was no longer in the void. Instead, she was far away, in a place of horrible torment.

All around her, hundreds of demons worked. They saw her. So, this is our new supervisor, is it? Get to work, girl! We need this weapon ready in 3 years time.

Mephisto...if you wish to say something to me...say it yourself... A voice rung in his head and the air changed slightly to a lighter note...and one of hope...yet still no one appeared. Kain fled the bottle, his spirit soaring, the feeling of freedom was wonderful but he was not drunk by the experience. He knew of the dangers still present, and he did not underestimate them. In this form Kain could do little. He winded around, the feeling of extreme vertigo and displacement coming over him as he closed his eyes can inhabited his old being. He was glad that the Brightblade had not taken over…else Kain would be stuck within this existence. He entered through the mouth, as his body flickered and sat upright in a sudden jolt.

Kain coughed hard, as his body recovered from the shock, his pupils where dilated and having trouble focusing. He couldn’t breath for a short while.

Daniella stood and spoke to the nearest demon.

"What the hell is going on?" She asked.

Phoenix slowly steped out of the darkness behind the Inquisitors and smirked slightly. The vampire in him had become more powerful than befor. He was now a half breed vampire. He quickly knocked 2 of them out.

The lady looked in amazement at her victory. However, her proud self assurance was dilapidated upon the sight of a haord of demons.

"Oh no," she bearly audiably muttered. "I think I made Mephisto mad," she let out in a slight giggle. "Opps."

She yelled to Kain, "Go now. Schnell," she yelled as she slapped her hand with the back of her other hand.

Kain heard the distant words as he began to inhibit his body once more.

Kain is on the moon and his surrounded my MANY spell casting demons.

ic: Balfar reached into the portal and pulled Ceran back out.

"What do you think you're doing? You don't stand a change against Hell. Perhaps you didn't notice..... but Kain is revived. He will need our help though. We must get to the moon."

Izual nodded.

"Agreed. But there are many demons up there."

Arithon watches as events pass.

Mephisto! How could you let them go? Kain is back in his body! But the girl..... she is here in hell. I shall send reinforcements.

Several more demons appeared within Mephisto's shop and on the cold surface of the moon.

"How could I? When the master called, I went to him!"

The Inquisitors turn and smile as Pheonix damages his hands incredibly. "Greetings, Phalanixian."

"You dare question my power it migh take a while but i'd take on hell without being destroyed fine we will go to the moon and help him"

kain began to stand up...but he was greeted by the sights of earth....he nwas greeted by the dusty plains of the moon. Kain almost panicked...he could not channel! He was no longer in contact with the Earth's spirit, she would not lend him strength. But Kain got up groggy, and considered what to do. He was stunned by what he saw....

Countless demons surronded him, thier faces grinning in anticipation of the new prey, thier feet stamping the ground. Kain gritted his teeth and drew the Brightblade. Kain knew nothing about the moon....he almost fel over due to low gravity....however the demons knew exactly how to deal with the enviorment.

Kain gathered himself and held his sword ready to strike, his mind erratic. He definately knew he was in an extremely dire situation, he was still weak and still slightly feverish, his throat burned...he had not fed in so long....yet the Brightblade sustained him.

The sword gleemed an malicous black, the demon's around him hesitated. But it was only for a few seconds, for they knew the consequences of failure. They leaped towards Kain, a tidal wave of magic, claws and brute force. Kain retaliated.....he was now fighting for his life, his soul and his fledgling....

Mephisto watched. "That's it, Kain. Tire yourself out."

Kain sent a brief spell to counter-act the multitude of spells which where going against him. He was planning on using the spells against each other and reduce the power. He redirected some of the spells...but obviously he could not handle them all.

Meanwhile he leapt into one of the demons, his face full of innate rage. He had to get Daniella back, his fury kept him alive....just.

He thrust with the screaming sword, punishing the demon's attack upon him. But as he fell under the tidal wave of his fellow demons, Kain desprately tried to defend himself. He could barely get an attack in, he was fighting harder than he had ever done, his skin glowed a brillaint blue in reaction to the spells against him.

A dark bolt of energy rocketed above Kain and slammed into him, throwing Kain onto the floor, he was bleeding heavily, yet his wounds healed, yet slower than he would have liked.

He got up slowly, his mind dizzy as the demon's roared again, the avalanche about to crash onto him again. Kain kept on stepping backwards...parrying, countering the spells against him....but he kept on getting hit. His own blood was falling onto the ground....Kain was getting tierd and thristy. He continued to fall back....the intensity of the battle was too much...Kain was too weak. He was only a fledgling yet the Brightblade grew a more brillaint black and red, as it moved on it's own accrod to help Kain. It saved him countless times, yet even it's power was still not enough in this form.....

And the battle had only just begun!

Mephisto shook his head and closed the globe.

And with it, the portal. "Farewell, Kain. We shall not meet again... or rather, we shall. And this time, you will be my guest permanently."

He cackled loudly.

How deceived you are Mephisto...and you forgot something about your dear friend Azrael... A voice said playfully, but there was no image to match it.

"I don't care how strong you are. I know the forces of hell. I used to be a part of them. They can do far worse things to you in there than kill you. Anyway, lets go."

Balfar turned back to Izual.

"Are you coming?"

"Yes."

Without another word, Balfar's staff began to glow as a large sphere surrounded him, Izual and Ceran. Within seconds they had rocketed off towards the moon, travelling at near light speeds, they arrived within seconds.

A barage of talons and spikes were directed at Kain in an attempt to drain him of his blood. The demons tore at his flesh with an intense bloodlust, several spells were being put in place around him and two demons easily 15 ft tall approached Kain.

The larger demon looked down at Daniella as she stared at him.

"I SAID WORK!"

It raised a talon and swung hard. The blow knocked Daniella through the air and into a large pile of hot coals.

Kain was breathing hasly, his blood flowed freely in many places. Yet his blood was not a problem, the Brightblade sustained him, but it did nothing to ease the pain.

Diving from the downward fist of a demon's claw, Kain dived into another demon by mistakew. With a word of command, Kain tunrned into a collumn of flame and burst through the demon through it's chest out the other side, incinerating it's midsection.

Kain came out the other side, even more tierd due to the spell. He turned around only to be met by the crack of one of the larger demon's tails, as it wrapped around him. He hear his bones cracking as he moaned in the pain, as the scaled crimson demon tail constricted him.

"So this is Kain....not much." The demon mocked as he saw Kain being slowly crushed. He smiled....then turned into a face of rage.

Kain's Cloak passed an electrical current within it, senting electrivity through the tail. THe magic was strong, enough to demon to wince in pain, as it had to release Kain.

Kain fell to the ground with a thud, breathless, with the sword still tight within his hand. He was almost dead....but he tried to get up....but he couldn't. Darkness was begining to sweep over him, his body screamed in protest as it became like lead.

But Kain refused to give up....he still had some measure of magic. The demons leapt into him again.....Kain did not know if he would survive as the dark shadows overtook him...

"Miss me?" Phoenix says while a grey goo starts to cover his hands and begens to heal them. "Hope you don't mind a half-breed join in the party."

(OOC Kain is on his own here...and how the hell did you get to the moon? You can join in but I would like to know how the hell he got up there.)

Daniella got up quickly, weakened by the coals.

"What do I do?" She asked. She needed blood. She would pass out soon.

OOC: You are on the moon, near Kain. Mephisto is deliberately ignoring Rave, because he hates her and she's trying to bait him.

The Inquisitors are about to shoot Pheonix, or they were. Right now, they are going to board their dropship and run for the moon.

"Silence, imp." An archdemon slapped the beast aside. "The dark lord, as you would call him, has sent you here to help us reforge his blade. You will mine. And work in the forge. And as you do, you will know that you help bring about the end of all you hold dear. Do I make myself clear, Daniella?"

"Come, brother of Kelly. We await your command. I suppose you shall be wanting to go to the moon? Prince Alexander ordered us to obey your orders as we would Kelly's, and to obey her as we would Cardinal Richelieu."

OOC: Kain was taken to the moon by the demons to prevent his soul from returning to his body. But his soul escaped before they could finish their binding spells. Kain is about to recieve aid.

IC: Balfar, Izual and Ceran landed on the moon, just behind the large group of demons. Balfar raised his staff. As he pointed it towards the mass of demons, the embedded crystal began to grow extremely bright. Before long it was illuminating the entire area. Balfar uttered a few incantations as he unleashed a wave of energy that clearly knocked many of the demons off the moon, now lost forever in the depths of space.

Izual casually strode towards the demons, morphing into his own demonic form.

With each fledgling you make, a little less of the angelic is passed on. I am sure you realised that when you saw what Kain had become.

Kain saw the magical blast as he wavered, his world spinning. Everything seemed to be slower.... every breath seemed to last for hours, his heartbeat was a deep drum in which played in the background. Kain had the Brightblade at his side, as it started to panic a little. But then…help arrived. A wave of demons appeared in the background yet help arrived, many of the demons where blown aside, their cries echoing throughout space unnaturally.

The battle came in again, Kain defended himself as best he could, and his own blood mixed with the blood o his sword, as it ran down freely from a deep cut on his arm. It was healing very slowly, compared to the instantaneous healing that would normally occour. He did his best, sometimes the sheer will keeping his alive, refusing to give up.

Daniella looked at him.

"And if I refuse?"

"....Well this is kinda new," Phoenix says "Well then what the f**k is going on here?"

Izual leapt into the crowd of demons with a fury never seen within him before. Although he had found a tempoary purpose, he was still confused.

He tore at demon hide with his razor sharp talons, spilling demon blood everywhere. Whenever the chance presented itself, he fed on the helpless demons. The years had made him strong. Much stronger than most half breeds.

Balfar blasted his way through the crowd until he reached Kain.

"I noticed you could use a hand."

(OOC I doubt that the three of them could beat the entire demon hoarde. I suggest a hit and run, fleeing perhaps? You have to bear in mind that these demons are pretty tough, that is why Kain got totally beaten. Give a few points to the bad guys....I am sure they are tierd of this kind of thing. I admit, Kain is strong due to the Brightblade and you ppl etc. But this is an extremely strong force. I do not think some people appreciate how strong even a lower demon is....just saying tis' all.)

Kain was far more tierd than he had ever been in his existance....his body screamed in protest as the sword parried and sent vibrations along his arm. Then...they came. The demons where caught off guard, a flank attack giving Kain some breathing space. But Kain knew that they could not win....they where too powerful.

"Thanks....appreciate..it" Kain breathed out as he readyied himself for another attack, his wounds healing a little bit more, but they where numerous and caused great pain. A great deal of Kain's body was covered in blood, a mixture of his own and the demons.

"We need to flee!" Kain managed to say to them, as he parried another blow and thrust with his other hand which was parried in turn by the demon. Kain was strong, but he could not win against a demon in this state. Kain was thrown back a little, but Kain kept his ground. He summoned a small fire blast towards his assailant, the demon was hurt moderatly by it, but he soon roared on again, undetered.

OOC: Agreed. That's what I had intended.

IC: Balfar was bowled over by several demons, they began tearing at his flesh. With an explosive outburst of power, Balfar flung him off. He was beginning to tire. The demon had wounded him and his spells were taxing.

Izual erupted in a surge of demonic flame and powerful energies. It is very rare to see Izual use his magical abilities, but he was being swarmed by demons.

Balfar planted his staff into the ground next to Kain, errecting a force field around the two.

"Agreed. Izual we must flee. There are too many."

Izual charged into the demonic crowd, his flesh being torn and scratched as he powered through the demons. By the time he reached the protection of the field, he collapsed as a bloodied mess.

Balfar took hold of his staff, the glow illuminating the moon again.

"I just need a few seconds to get us out of here. Can you make sure the shield doesn't break."

At first the demons attempted to pound on the shield. But they soon learned that pshysical might would get them nowhere. Within seconds a barrage of varying spells were pounding Balfar's shield.

Kain attempted a spell, his mind trying to remmeber the complexites of the spell quickly. Kain's mind worked as it should and his skin flared blue as he performed his spells.

Although a fledgling, Kain was once a Psi....and this reflected greatly in his magic.

Blue energy, like tidal waves swept over the shield, repairing it where it went. Kain contiuedous chanted, sending out more than one "wave". It gave a pleasant "whoosh" sound as it repaired, but it did no drown out the demon's mocks and bellows. Kain outstreached his hands, moving the tidel waves in continuos motions...at some places, the demons broke through, only to beswiftly countered by Kain.

Many times, Kain thought that the shield would collapse under the strain, but it was hold on by a thread..

"Done! Now let's get out of here. I have left a nasty little surprise for the demons."

Balfar ripped his staff out of the ground, causing the shield to give way. The mass of demon spells came hurtling towards them. As soon as the spell faded, they were gone.

The demonic spells did hit something. They broke another shield Balfar had created. This one holding a large amount of pure energy. As the barrier broke, all the demons in the front line were obliterated by Balfar's sly trap.

The blue shield surrounded the small forest grove, within Daniella Shentavo. Balfar, Kain, Izual and Ceran all appeared within the grove. The shield faded and Balfar fell to the ground.

"That..... was close."

Daniella was frightened.

Kain, are you safe?

Kain opened his eyes...he was within the wood. Relief took over him, and his defences went down. He was still bleeding, but his wounds where beigning to heal more rapidly.

Wavering on the spot, Kain collapsed onto the floor....from sheer exaustion. His body could not cope. His Cloak faded from the black into a lightish blue colour...the tarnished white symbol of Kain still emblazoned on the back.

...... Was all Daniella heard. He gave no responce, he couldn't.

Kain!

Daniella was frantic. She went back to feeding the flames, so as not to draw attention to herself. She had to get out. She had to help him.

...I feel like hammered shit......but I am safe now. I will save you Daniella....please hold on.....are you safe? What have...they been doing to you? Kain's voice was nothing of what it should be. Kain's usual confidant and strong voice was alien to the one spoken here. His voice was shaky and extremely tierd.....he had trouble sending the message.

Izual lay on the ground bleeding. His many many wounds were healing but he had sustained quite a bit of damage.

Balfar lay next to him, exhausted from the use of magiks.

Arithon watched on as Kain, Izual, Balfar and Ceran escaped.

ARRGGGGGHHH! They escape everytime. They shall suffer for the inconvenience they cause me. Mephisto! Where are you and what are you doing with the demons I send you?

I am being forced to work with the demons to reforge te evil man's sword. They hurt me! I have been brned, but am in no immediate danger. Will you be okay? You don't sound like yourself. Is the brightblade with you?

Yes...if it was not...I would already be dead....Where are you?

I . . . I don't know . . . Her usually strong demeanor was reduced to that of a lost child. She wanted to cry, to hug someone, to be safe . . .

It's alright....just..just stay alive....When I come.....I will not be alone. I will get you out of there....

Kain began to stir...he slowly got up and sat down, his head in his hands, recovering. He was covered in a great deal of drying blood.

Daniella couldn't bring herself to respond. She had broken down. She lost her pride and spunk.

I know it is tough, but...you have to get through this. Help will be coming soon....just keep faith.

"Thanks....but we still have..work to do.We have to get Daniella...." Kain said, recovering slowly. He felt like his body had turned to cold liquid lead. But he could not rest...not now. He had to get her free....he had to.

"Do any of you know where she is?" Kain asked hopefully, some glimmer of a clue would be helpful. Else Kain only had a prayer....well, something more than that...but he did not like the thought of it, not if they already knew.

Faith in what? she said bitterly. In a future here . . .

Faith in me. You will not be spending you life there. I do not care how long it takes, I shall free you...I will make sure of that.

Daniella nods, trying to compose herself.

If you will be in danger, don't come after me.

"Just get out of here. And tell my sister that I may not be able to make her birthday and that I love her," Phoenix says as he runns off starting to look for any others

I don't care. I have already failed too many people in my existance, I am not going to fail you.

The lady stood there.

"Kain," she called. "Do you need any help?"

She couldn't get more out, as another demon had begun to lash her again.

Kain turned on his heel and walked up to her. He was still rbeathing heavily, and was tempted to smack her. He almost did. But he remained calm....he relised what she had done.

"Thank you for helping me.....but I must ask one more thing. Where is Daniella now? She is being held with some kind of demons, and being forced to reforge some kind of sword.....do you know aboything about this?" Kain asked, his words where fast and urgant.

The lady stood there giggling.

"Daniella?" She contemplated on the matter for moment.

"She may be...no perhaps not...or perhaps..."

She stood there finger on mouth thinking.

"Damn it woman be serious! Tell me where she is, she could die!" Kain roared at her for her childish nature.

She stood there still, pressing her finger to her mouth and looking at him with childlike innocence.

Kain's face darkened, his rage was barely contained, his Cloak grew darker in colour...

"You test me.....tell me where she is!" Kain roared at her louder, he could barely contain his anger at her childish nature.

Her face dropped as she looked to the ground and played at the ground with her foot.

"But...I do not remember. I can not remember when Mephisto would have her. He could have taken her to the shop, but that may be too easy."

Ask her where the evil one is forging the sword! Daniella chimed in.

"Fine. But where is he forging the powerful sword Daniella speaks of. One of great evil I hear....what do you know of that?" Kain asked, his words where sharp like his sword.

She started to back up.

"I know nothing at all. Please, I know nothing."

She walked backed faster now.

"I know..."

Kain was growing extremely impatiant. And Kain was a patiant vampire.

"I know you know! I will rench that infomation from your mind if you do not tell me girl! I will not allow Daniella to die because of YOU!" Kain roared as he was about to grip her hea within his cloven hand.

"You will not wrench anything from me," she yelled as she jumped backward. She lifted and floated from the ground before coming back down, much farther away.

"Think," she said. "I will help you. I feel threatened though. And I do not help where I am threatened."

She took another leap back for safety.

"Mephisto works for Arithon, a hell loving beast. If you were to hold someone captive...would you not hold them on the grounds you would fight best it to your adavantage?"

She stood there thinking again. "If you go to her, I want to help. Two people helping is better than one. Plus, I make a good diversion or interference," she giggled.

Kain scowled...but he thought about it, but he did not like the idea.

"Fine! Help me then....and I help you." Kain remarked.

Ravelyn's voice echoed not only to Mephistop, but to the surrounding error. HAVE YOU NOT NOTICED AT ALL? You are blind..you are so blind...Qui would never serve you...he is my son and loyal to only I and what I have taught him. HAve you not noticed? Have you not notice at all? He's taking on my celestial abilities, everything. He is becoming angelic whether he wants to accept it or not. His bloodline is awakening. The Inquisitors saluted Pheonix, and faded out of view. They reappeared in their dropship, mere 5 minutes later. "Where are we going?"

"After #57. He's back on the tracking device."

The dropship tore off, following Kain's energy symbol.

Daniella jumped back and returned to work.

The Roanians are going to get a PlaneShifter. If Pheonix comes with them, then... they can 'leap' to the Demon World.

OOC:GREAT!!! Shadow travel!!!!!
IC: Phoenix smirks for a moment and walks towards a shadow and enters into the shadow relem that his friends and him have created. He slowly walked towards the shadows near the Roanians and appered out of the shadows right infront of them.

The Roanians turn. "Greetings, Phalanixian. We thought you would be around." Bright lights flickered on, dispelling the shadows. "Sit back and relax. We're going to Roania to pick something up."

"Turn down the lights," Phoenix says slightly annoyed

"It is far too dark with them on. Don't worry..." The dropship broke the sound barrier. "It's only for 5 more minutes."

"Well it has been almost 1 month since I have seen so much light. Now turn it down damn it befor I have to my self," Phoenix says

The dropship pulls to a stop in Port Agua. The lights dim. The Inquisitors leap outside. "This way, Pheonix. We have a PlaneShifter to catch. We've recieved very nasty information from our contact in the angelic realms."

"Damn it why is everything so damn bright?" Phoenix asks himself "Thats he last time I go drinking with Death."

A sound made him look up. A massive, spider shaped machine was striding down the street towards him. An unearthly blue glow surrounded it. It lowered and a hatch opened. "Jump up, Pheonix!"

Phoenix just front fliped onto the platform and smiled slightly. He loved doing that for some reason

The platform suddenly retracted in. "Please keep all appendages inside the PlaneShifter at all times."

The machine rumbled suddenly, and constantly.

Phoenix just rolls his eyes. "Shadow shifting is much more simple," he says under his breath

The machine disapeared from the real universe. Bright, multicolored lights flickered on and off.

OOC: Are they actually going to hell? As in the place where Arithon is. Let's be realistic here. None of them have a chance at all of taking on the Lord of Hell and his many many demons.

Perhaps we should make the forge place..... a kind of sub dimension. With a limited amount of demons and no Arithon. Then they have a chance of rescuing Daniella and not getting incinerated.

OOC: there's no way they are going to Hell. They will be going to the forgeworld, but first they have to check on something.

The PlaneShifter slowed to a halt. It shuttered one more time. And then the door opened into a magical city.

Humans and Elves walked alongside creatures far stranger. Above, angels flew through the air. "Welcome, Pheonix, to Roa."

"Damn now this is f*cked," Phoenix says

"Yes, when we weren't trying to conquer our universe we expanded to this world. It's a city of 300 million people, or there-abouts. Of course, it never obeys the Council, except under the direst of circumstances. We want to check on the forge world."

Balfar walked up to Kain.

"What is she doing. I'm sure I can help as I know a fair bit about demon worlds."

Izual was also standing, most of his wounds completely healed.

"No I'm looking for nothing. I still don't belong here. I belong in the shadows being the observer," Phoenix says

The 50 ft demons looked down on the people of Roa. After releasing a roar so terrifying that buildings began to crumble, they began their onslaught.

Hundreds of Angels swoop down. The people clear the streets. "STOP!"

Thousands of elven and human warriors line up. Lan watches. "Is this the end of my dream?"

The massive demons look down on the warriors before them. With another roar of fury, many warriors were sent flying through the air.

The faint glow of the spells surround the demons could be seen. Without warning, they all burst into flame. As the huge beasts moved, they spread an intense demonic flame around them.

"Shit! Get me a sword quick!" Phoenix says

Inquisitors fired holy spells at the creature. Bells of warning tolled. Priests of all religions ran to the battle, trying to rip the magic shields away.

The angels counterattacked, but failed.

The demons laughed in pleasure. Disarming the spells of Lord Arithon would be far more difficult than they could ever imagine.

As the beasts opened their mouths to roar again, a wave of demonic black flame was there instead. This was a rare flame, more intense than any other flame known to existence. The arc of jet black fire shot out towards the angels attacking the demons.

Lan watched, horrified. "No..."

Dozens of angels died, and fell from the skies.

((Would you mind if Rapheal interfered?))

"DAMN IT GET ME A SWORD!!!!" Phoenix shouts

ooc: Not at all.

IC: The demons considered their onslaught. Several buildings were burnt to the ground by the intense heat. Anything to get in the way of these rampaging demons was incinerated.

There is an incredibly bright light. Rapheal swoops down. "Creatures of Darkness, begone!" He is batted out of the sky. "Damn..."

"Bout damn time," Phoenix says as starts to run towards the demons bearing his sword. He quickly jumped over falling rubble and continued towards them

A light above them, and angels appeared in the sky. There were nine of them...no not angels...The Powers.The Powers are also known as the Dynamis, the Potentiates, and the Authorities. They are said to be the first angels created by God, apart from seraphim, and are said to reside along the border between the first and second heavens. Their job is to guard against demons, and will fall rule to the call and command of three remaining seraphim still in the alignment. Nine angels...under Azrael's control. Nine angels to help Kain and Daniella. Nine angels to destroy 5000 demons....and a pissed off Seraphim to...Rave was no where to be found.

They can search all they want...they'll never find me. You know me too well...think...

(OOC Wait. I am a little confused. Does the Lady know where Daniella is? If not, what does she know, and what has she said she will help with....)

"We cannot charge headfirst into this, we would be slaughtered. Even a small proportion of thier demon army almost killed us. No...there has to be another way....as much as I do not like it, the Lady has a point. We cannot use brute force, we need to use cunning...." Kain said, and waited for the Lady's plan, she apparently knew of a way.

(OOC Please just suggest an intellegent plan, I have one of my own but Kain would not even suggest it....)

OOC: From what I gather..... the lady does not know. But Balfar would. He just needs to know what Daniella has said about the place.

I'm kind of stuck as to how they are going to get in, get Daniella and get out safely.

"Firstly. We need to know where Daniella is. Can you locate her Balfar?" Kain asked hopefully.

"I have knowledge of most demon realms. What did she tell you?"

Izual was now standing, his wounds completely healed. Although he was still weak from the loss of bloody. He slowly began to drift off into his own thoughts.

Kain looked like he had war-paint on, the demon blood covering his face. It was rather a frightening prospect to look upon for the normal people who only heard of demons in fable.

"She said something of a powerful sword being re-forged....one of great evil I hear. That should resonate a powerful beacon, can you work on that? I am not exactly skilled in that area of magic." Kain said

Balfar's face changed in realisation.

"That can only be one place. The demon realm of Fo'Tqua. Or Forge World. I know where it is and how to get there, but there is a problem. It is heavily gaurded by many demon. It would be a very difficult task to free her."

Kain scowled in frustration. "Damn it! We would need a whole army to get into there! We cannot get past those defences...." Kain sighed. He might have to...he considered the option. He really did not want to do it....truelly he did not...but it might be the only way.

Balfar considered his words carefully.

"I can get us in and out. We would most likely be detected though. That's where the problem lies. We cannont defeat the amount of demons stationed there. Unless we can distract them somehow."

Kain sighed deeply and considered it. He had spoken to the sword...it had agreed.

"I might be able to provide a distraction....the Brightblade. Obviously I do not intend to give it to them, but myself and the sword are heavily prized amoungst the demons. They would pay more attention to us that you. So...it might be up to you to save Daniella while I allow you to get in and out. Obviously I would be in a great deal of danger....but if it means saving Daniella. So be it...." Kain said, determined.



(OOC Would this little war count as a distraction? It is draining resources isn't it? And where is the war taking place in realtion to Daniella?)

"Huh"Ceran said mockingly.
"I can provide the distraction.Their is no need for kain to he's more valuable at the moment and he'll be risking everything hes got.And I get in and out at the same speed the only problem is if they know it's a distraction and ignore me then i can kill all with in a certain radius butthen they'll ignore me."

"Once in there, finding Daniella won't be difficult. We will have to stay hidden until the distraction is well under way. I think Ceran can handle the distraction. Kain, we need you to find Daniella. Don't you have a connection with your fledgling?"

Balfar calmly awaited a response.

OOC: The little war could be the distraction. It would be on the forge world but away from Daniella. She wouldn't see it.

The demons had been driven back, at great cost. Hundreds of people lay dead or dying.

As the demons are driven back, away from this realm, they leave a parting gift.

A large black orb is launched into the centre of the city. As the surviving demons depart, the orb's energy is unleashed. A tidal wave of more black flame is released upon the already damaged city. The wave incinerates EVERYTHING within a 100m^2 radius.

The powers still continued to fight, driving their swords and essense into the demons. Their strong will under Azrael's command had many possibilities.

As the demons are driven back, away from this realm, they leave a parting gift.

A large black orb is launched into the centre of the city. As the surviving demons depart, the orb's energy is unleashed. A tidal wave of more black flame is released upon the already damaged city. The wave incinerates EVERYTHING within a 100m^2 radius.

Roa dies.

But at the last, Pheonix, the Inquisitors, and Rapheal get onto the PlaneShifter. Indeed, the evacuation had begun when the attack began

The powers look for a moment, and in seconds vanish in white flashes of light.

Azrael watches...but she was not present. Her taunting didn't provoke Mephisto...and to that she was disappointed...but her chains were almost broken...and when they were....

The demons could do no more. They were been driven back by these new forces.

With a burst of demonic flame, the 5 surviving demons departed Roa and returned to Hell.

Sorry, I am confused as well. The lady does not know where Daneilla is. She is just making random suggestions to throw Kain off. Sorry Kain, that is just the nature of this particular character. It may seem that my character despises people here, but I love posting with you all. Thanks for a good time. So, where are we now? I am most confused about that, our location.

Ceran, The Lady, Kain, Balfar and Izual are in a forest in the nation of Daniella Shentavo. They are working out a plan to rescue Daniella from the demon forge world.

Demons were forcing Daniella to work harder and faster than before. Since she had had no blood, her energy was waivering. But since half of the demons had dissapeared, she could tell something was wrong.
