The hulking fleet of the Alliance covered space around the homeworld. The rebels would find only horror where they expected conquest.

The Striker Class Battleship continued to approach the icy planet, the ship was built for any type of climate, and the Berraxs could withstand hard weather. The Shield was "turned" on, and the engine power was reduced by 50%. The gigantic ship could be easily seen, but could not be easily destroyed.

As soon as the ship was detected the home fleet had already began to approach it. There chrome bodys shown as stars galaxy's wide shined off of them. They had no need of hiding, for they believe they didnt need to. Underground sensors station would see a large red dot with multiple blue dots approaching(red is enemy and blue is ally).

The Battleship continued to approach, it let off a volley of Ion cannons into the middle of nowhere to show the home fleet who they were dealing with. The Megabolt cannons were on and ready. The Lasers were also charged and ready, the battle would began soon. The nukes in the hold of the battle were ready to fire.

The Striker class battleship continued moving toward the planet, but it was noticeable that the ship slowed down. The Nukes were ready for launching. The captain hesitated, but it was dishonor to surrender, they could always jump out of there, but the captain did not do that either, he continued sending his ship toward the planet, toward certain death.

The battleship did not send a response. The captain had a discussion with the other senior officers to what to do.

As the enemy ships began to fire, they were detected on radar, the captain, reluctantly pressed a button that fire nuke after nuke, not at the enemy ships, but the planet itself, each nuke was 10 megatons. As the Plasma torpedoes ripped open the "second hold", 30 fighters plus 4 gunboats came out of the battleship and headed toward the enemy ships, before the fighters left the battleship, Megabolt cannons and Megabolt torpedoes were fired. The Plasma charged nukes destroyed the back part of the ship, and all the Techar prisoners were killed.

Every nuke in the ship's hold was fired at the planet, and some at the enemy's biggest ships, then the captain moved his attention to the damage on the ship, large sections of the ship was destroyed, but the shield managed to prevent any more damage for now. Now the Heavy lasers and the Heavy Ion cannons were fired, along with their bigger counterpart, the Megabolt cannon. 3 of the big gunboats were destroyed by the enemy fighters, since the gunboat was fully equipped for a battle like this. The Fighters were however ready for the battle, and despite being outnumbered, they continued to fight. the last remaining gunboat fired off some lasers at a nearby enemy ship.

The Contact fighters swirmed left and right, firing plasma-sidewinders as they locked onto there enemys and fired there dual smaller plasma-rays. The Striker Class Battleship moved toward one of the large enemy ships, it seemed almost as if the battleship wanted a duel with another big ship. 10 fighters were destroyed by the enemy plasma sidewinders, the fighters fired back with anti-matter torpedoes. The gunboat was destroyed, and it was nothing more then a piece of floating debris. The battleship also fired off some Megabolt torpedoes and cannons at the frigates responsible for the destruction of the gunboats.

Six contact fighters were torn apart by there counterparts. Another frigate was "sunk" when it was impact by the incoming fire. The battle raged as the rest of the fleet continued pouring fire into the vessle, they would begin boarding soon.

The Battleship's shield was now down to 60%, even after all the attacks, the shields held strongly, but the shields were beginning to break. Crews on board struggled to contain fires and the damage on the ship, the automatic repair system was doing all it could to "fix" the ship. Another barrage of lasers and megabolt cannons were fired at the galactic Class ship. Anti-Matter torpedoes were also fired from the missile batteries on the battleship at the other enemy ships, meanwhile, 5 more fighters went down top the fighting.

And worst for the Berraxs, a fleet was detected near the fighting, the Imperial fleets had arrived.......

The Alliance Collective interlect was now aware of the attack, as the massive fleets from the nearby worlds had already began by hitting hyperspace towards the homeworld to deal with the attacker. The galactic was down to 50% sheilds and the damaged scavenger was destroyed.

The fleets that were approaching the battle, were not more Berrax ships, but they came from Greal. The Greal High command had heard about the battleship being hijacked, so they sent a large fleet to deal with the battleship. A message was sent to the AIW.

This is the Greal 2nd fleet. We are here to help you wipe out this annoying Berrax rebel ship.

The battleship was aware of the fleets converging on the battleship. The battleship moved away from the planet, but ti still fired every weapon it had at the enemy fleet. The fighters returned to the battleship, one by one, they had lost half their number.

And so it began, plans were drawn up to destroy every living Berrax. Most of the Berraxs lived on the planet called Nova Max. Nova Max was a planet that had poisonous gases, and volcanoes everywhere on the planet. Nova Max however, was heavily guarded by defensive systems, and for years the techars tried to attack Nova Max, but it never did succeed. Now, with the AIW helping them, they might be able to destroy the planet for good.

"The planet that most Berraxs live on, Nova Max, will be invaded by our forces soon. Please get a fleet ready for the invasion. Good Luck to you."

Then the fleet left back for Hurtrix , where they would mass a gigantic fleet. Plus thousands of fighters and maybe a million troops.

They sent a message back.

"Imitators, did you bring any ground forces? We are outnumbered by 30."

The Techar army began dropping off men onto the volcano planet, the Greal troops were armed to the teeth and had suits on to protect them from the poisonous gases on the planet. Berrax ships suddenly halted and turned around and fired a volley of Ion batteries and lasers. There were flashes in the sky that could be seen from the ground. Berrax ground fighters began attacking the Greal transports and troops, Techar patrol ships fought back hard since they were more heavily armed.

On board the flagship, Bootis

"Sir, ground forces are beginning to land, I also sent the message back to Meklon asking for more reinforcements. They will send 40,000 more troops plus 20 Frimtrix class cruisers and 10 Lasom Class frigates to escort them here."said a aide talking with the admiral.

"Thank you for the information, whats the damage report?"asked the Admiral, he was siting at his desk in his room on board the battleship. He had 4 marines outside guarding the room.

"4 frigates and 2 cruisers destroyed. This ship is slightly damaged, but the damage is already fixed. Our fleet did well today.....so did the Imitators."said the aide with a little loathing in his voice.

"The Imitators will be taken care of. Dismissed."

The fleet in had a total of 100,000 Alliance Marines that were going to be used for the invasion, as they being beamed down, the ships that held the most troops were the Galactic Class. The scene was set as a Calaverian imitator boot hit the ground his blue glowing goggled scanned the area, his plasma-ray rifle hoisted up. Unlike normal tactic, this invasion was planned as the armey was pepperd over the homeworlds important bases, the enemy would be hit from attacks from all sides at once.

Greal troops, armed with Ion rifles and Hand Lasers advanced through the land. Greal ships were flying over, bombard bases and killing thousands of Berraxs. 20,000 Battle robots marched through the volcano land, firing at any Berrax targets. Greal "tank robots" (http://i237.photobucket.com/albums/ff41/838millionman/GrealTankman.jpg?t=1204016855) blasted everything in their path. Though the Berrax troops heavily outnumbered the Imitators and the Techars, the Berraxs had bad armour, and their weapons were only average. Ion Rifles were deadly on thei planet war.

The Berraxs however, would fight to the last man, and leave no one alive, even if one of their troops got stunned, they were afraid of what the Imitators would do to the poor stunned Berrax, so they usually shoot the stunned Berraxs. Techars, ho had enough problems already carrying a heavy suit, and a heavy weapon just shot the Berraxs anyway, no prisoners were taken during the battle of the volcanoes.

100,000 Berraxs stood in the way of the Imitators, the Berraxs had Battle robots also, and some of the newest Battle droids. Meanwhile, Berrax cruisers regrouped and struck hard at the Imitator ships.

The reamaining Berrax fleet that had regrouped was just a remanent of what it had been earlier, it was quickly met by Scavenger battleship Torpedoes and rays, the galactics fired all torpedoes and nukes. The frigates, were beaming down supplys to the marines, already noticing the change in enemy tactics, the imitators changed back to vaporzie as there preffered setting, meaning the shots would be fired semi-auto, like a rifle, but would devastate. The Cruisers suffered heavy damage, but they continued to fire more and more torpedoes at the enemy fleet. Meanwhile, on Nova Max, Berrax troops were being slaughtered in groups, but Berrax fighters above came to their aid by firing torpedoes at the tanks and Battle cars.

Very well. I will connect my ship to yours via a docking tube to connected our airlocks.
Unit 323956 manuvered the scout closer to the frigate. Interfacing with the controls, a snaking metal tube latching onto the side of the Greal frigate. The female android unstrapped itself from it's seat in the scout and walked down the tube to wait patiently at the airlock door of the frigate. As before said, the apperance of an Xiscapian, and the android in particular, can frighten one who is not prepared. It imitates the cells its surrounded with, then it assimilates the others, because the the other cells cant tell which is friendly and which is hostile, the body is helpless. The symbiote calls itself the Imitators. What is does is it directly infects the bloodstream with the bacteria, usually by forceable incertion, aka attacking it's victim to mix its blood with theirs. The process is short, mere minutes, before the symbiote takes total control. The host is not a host except in the loosest sense of the word, as the mind dies once the Imitator takes control. From that point the Imitator looks entirely normal. Blood tests in lab animals show no difference before or after. We've determined that the Imitators have the same intelligence as whatever they infect, making them very dangerious if they infect a human or kitsune. However, they will not be able to call upon the host's memories to supply them with answers to questions, so to an outside observer is appears that the host is suffering amnesia or forgetfullness. Becuase the Imitator is as intelligent as whatever it controls, a physically impressive being, such as a soldier would be a great asset to them. An intellectual, such as a scientist or teacher would have comparitively little use, as they cannot absorb host memories and thus cannot absorb skills. It can learn, and respond to situations, but each Imitator starts from scratch."

Alliance marines marched towards the pounded enemy lines, the planet would fall shortly, and all life assimilated or killed. Seeing as the plant was volcanic, the terrassimilator that showed up just stayed neutral in the conflict, as it needed a planet of some water bases to infect the world, the perfect way of infection. Plasma rays flew out into the smoke, as Berraxs were vaporized, or blown apart from other weapons, the dead imitators sat still and silent, there only hope now, was if a helpless creature were to stumble up it and infect itself on accident.

Berrax battle robots somethings wandered onto the bodies of the Imitators and grabbed their weapons. Then left. The shelling killed a thousand Berraxs, but still, a hundred thousand Berraxs waited for an assault on their defenses. Their defenses were blocking the Imitators from getting into one of the Berrax cities. "Robot tanks" were moved up to combat the Imitators.

Meanwhile, the battle in the sky continued between Berrax fighters+Berrax missile launchers and the Techars, who now had control of the space, Techars nuked several Berrax cities killing 10 million Berrax civilians.

The Imitator/Techar fleet seemed to have won the battle for orbit, and now the last of the Berrax on the ground were being wiped out. However, they still had a huge stronghold left. Unit 323956 shot the scout though the atmosphere, still cloaked, passing over Imiator and Techar battalions and vehicle convoys, smoking ruins of tanks and battlecars, and thousands of dead, mostly, she noted, Berrax and robots. Slowing down she surveyed the firey battleground as the little ship glided for the fortress. Sensors and scanners registered ships, ground vehicles, troops, robots, weapons and destroyed buildings. Far off across the planet radiation levels were spiking, indicating nuclear strikes, probably on major population and industrial centers. Her creators would not be pleased when they heard about the massacure of innocent civilians...

Of course, none of the Techar troops saw a scout ship flying over them. Fighters flying nearby did not detect anything either. More military bases around the planet were nuked, saving the Techars the trouble of killing thousands by using Techars.

Meanwhile, a massive Techar fleet was coming toward the planet, the massive fleet was exactly the same size as the fleet at the Berraxs, except that the fleet had a Superbattleship.........

The scout and android inside noticed the fleet incoming, and after listing priorities to herself, Unit 323956 lauched a number of tiny probes, about the size of baseballs, to record what remained of the ground battle. The probes were so small they were hard to see, and zipped though the air using a extremely small amount of power. They were like miniture scout ships, eyes and ears of the android on the battlefield to record and compile data. Some twenty of these went out. Splitting up, some followed Imitator troops and mechanized forces, some followed Techar forces, and some followed the Berrax. A final few went with the scout into orbit to get different perspectives of the space battle, observing the ships in action. This would be important later.

A Techar battle robot noticed something flying by. The response was to go on, ignore the flying "ball". Techar troops continued to pound the Berrax defensive position with everything, even the Striker Class Battleship bombarded the position with cannons. The Berrax fleet had long gone, they regrouped somewhere else and planned to strike back soon.

Sider Remetrix waited, he estimated it would take them 4 and a half days to get to this position, he was worried that the imitators would leave as soon as the combat was finished, he drew up plans for the battle.

On the frigate, Sider Remetrix was worried, he sent a message to the scout ship that her creator's fleet better move faster, the Imitators are already leaving. The other Techar fleet finally arrived. The Mobas Class Superbattleship had arrived, along with a massive fleet. The superbattleship was big enough to sacred the hell out of the Berraxs. The Techars were ready.

On board the flagship, the superbattleship Jirex

"Well sir?"asked an aide.

"Are all weapons charged?"asked the Admiral

"Yes sir, all lasers and Megabolt cannons ready for battle, 500 Heavy lasers ought to destroy anything."said the aide with a beam.

"Open fire now."said the Admiral, this decision could plunge the Techars and the Imitators into the long war.

The Superbattleship fired at 2 Galatic class ships, at the same time, Techar fighters flying back to the carriers reversed and attacked the nearest ships. The Striker Class Battleships fired at the other big ships. Drone fighters poured out in hundreds attacking the Scavenger ships. The Imitator ships beaming up its troops were attacked by torpedoes and cannon fire. The war had begun......

1 Lasom Class Frigate was destroyed by the plasma-rays. Another cruiser was damaged. The Superbattleship opened fire it 500 Heavy lasers at a Galatic class, it also hundreds of Anti-matter torpedoes at the Nova class ships. Hundreds of Techar fighters were rushed into battle. Automated Suicide fighters were flown out with lots of explosives to the biggest enemy ships, but the Automated Suicide fighters were very fast and hard to shoot down, once they collided with the enemy ship, all the warheads on the fighter would explode and probably damage the ship. Megabolt cannons were fired from the Striker Class battleship dueling with another enemy ship.

The anti-matter torpedoes that were thrown at the novas, were countered by AA fire, three Nova's were eventually overwhelmed by the massive salvo. Space was lit afire as the two factions were now at war. Ships were hyper jumping towards the motherland as the front line ships would fight to the death. The survivors that jumped away were

2 Galactic class.

The Superbattleship plus the other Techar battleships and cruisers grouped up into one gigantic force, they attacked each survivor, one by one. 50 techar fighters were destroyed during the fighting, which brought the number of Techar fighters in battle to 870. Since some of the Imitator ships were jumping away, the Techars now outnumbered the survivors, but eventually, some of them would be too damaged to jump. A Thunder Class Cruiser was destroyed in the fighting. Another one was damaged badly.

As the Scavenger ships moved to collide with the Greal ships, the Greal ships fired a gigantic barrage of weapons, then it moved out of the way before the savenger ship could crash into them. 2 cruisers were not so lucky, they did not moved in them and were destroyed by the scavenger ship. The Superbattleship, though slow to move, it would be likely that a ship heading for a head on collision would be destroyed by the superbattleship's weapons. The Techars sent a message back home, they defeated the Berraxs and The Imitators in a space battle. The President of Greal authorized the Greal fleets around the Empire to prepare for war. They also have to prepare for the Imitator invasion, they were going to strike back soon. Thousands of Techar troops on the Berrax planet retreated back onto the ships. Unit 323956 received a message stating that the fleet has better arrive soon. If she was capable of emotions she would have been exhasperated. Obviously the President of Greal did not know the logistics of troop and fleet movement. First the ships had to get all the spacers and supplies together, then actually lift off, then travel to the site. Her estimate had been optomistic, surely they realized the fleet could not possibly get here in time to help them? Her controls blared and her probes in space began to record. The Techar fleet had already begun the attack! There was no logic in it. If they had waited to finish of their primary enemy, at least, the Berrax, then that war would be over. But Berrax still survived on the surface, and now the Techar fleet had no one to help them. At the very least the Techar could have moved their ships and troops into good flanking positions before the attack. Better still, they should have waited, found the location of Imitator worlds, and struck in a terrible Blitzkrieg, tearing apart Imitator ships and leaving troops and buildings on the ground to be destroyed by orbital strikes. But now they had taken more casualties then a good commander would have, and were left alone to fight the Imitators and the remaining Berrax on their own. Unit 323956 watched as the last of the Imitator ships fled the battle. In light of these new circumstances she was unsure if her creators would want to help the Techar any longer, especially after their strikes on civilian cities. Now would begin a long and bloody war. Now the Xiscapians would have to decide if they would be a part of it.

The Techars lost 3 frigates, 4 cruisers and 100 fighters. The Imitators, according to Techar estimates, lost 2 Galactic ships, 2 scavenger ships, 5 Shredder ships, 3 Nova ships. The Berraxs lost too many ships.

Recalling the probes to come back to their mothership, Unit 323956 opened a line of communication with the fleet, whose preparations for launch were under way.
Cholk System...
Vice Admiral Dovenhawk strode into the newly rebuilt communications center on the moon of FourL, or 4L on non-official documents. He was a tall, slim kitsune with brown hair, tawny fur, and orange eyes. His skin tone suggested his parentage were of the pale Padgan decent, sallow and milky white. A navy blue katana sword rested comfortably at his hip, shining with polish. He had been tasked with taking a small squadron of ships to assist in the Berrax-Imitator-Techar situation. He had been in his office overseeing final preparations to get the fleet into space when he had been told the scout in the Berrax system had requested his presence for a secure packet of data. At the sight of his black uniform the two Marines guarding the door snapped off a salute. He walked though them without a glance to the incoming communications array display was located. The Communications Officer leaned away so the Vice Admiral could see the screen. Thousands of bytes ran down the screen, indicating a massive amount of incoming data. Videos, pictures, scans, audio, schematics and documents were all a part of what made up the intelligence incoming from the android, the scout and the probes. The Officer typed into the control panel and the Unit 323956 appeared on the screen.
"Vice Admiral."
Dovenhawk nodded. "Unit 323956. What do you have for me?"
"Vice Admiral, the information I have just sent you concerns the Greal situation. Due to recent events in the system, we may want to reconsider this entire operation."
"Indeed? Tell me, in a nutshell, what you have found."
"Included in the information I have transmitted are three variables which we did not know of before. The first consists of video feed which would indicate that the Imitators have a higher number of ships then we previously thought. Also inside are recording of Imitator vessels being hit multiple times by powerful Techar and Berrax weapons and continuing to function at a level of space worthiness. One must take into account the quality separating the Techar, Berrax and Imitator ships from ours. Nonetheless, they are more powerful then we anticipated, and should act accordingly based on this data."
Dovenhawk nodded. "Continue."
"Secondly there is the apparent incompetence in the Techar's command. They lack strategic foresight, or, indeed, any tactics at all. Nearly all Techar ships shown use the brute force tactic of throwing themselves repeatedly forward until either the enemy is destroyed or they are. There is little signs of even basics such as flanking maneuvers, the targeting of critical areas and systems, assessing the most effective weapons to be used against certain ship, et cetera."
"Go on."
"Thirdly and finally there is the case of the ground battle. Early on in the course of the fighting my scout vessel’s sensors picked up a radiation spike of three hundred percent in multiple areas. Further investigation revealed that several major Berrax population centers, containing millions of innocent civilians, were stuck and subsequently annihilated by nuclear weapons fired by Techar forces from orbit. This is a direct violation of Xiscapian policy in warfare and international dealings, Article Three B stating that any and all civilians in an armed conflict must be taken alive and unharmed."
Dovenhawk looked troubled. "How many cities?"
"Unknown, but I estimate some four cities were destroyed by separate nuclear devices."
"This is most disturbing. The Emperor would never tolerate this. Sit tight and wait for further instructions."
"Affirmative, Vice Admiral."
The screen blinked to black as Unit 323956 cut the connection.
Dovenhawk turned to the Communications Officer in charge of relaying messages outward.
"Get me Head Admiral Krystal as quickly as possible."
"Aye Vice Admiral."

The battle was not a disaster for the Greal's ships, but it was a disaster for the Admiral in charge of the attack. He, along with 5 other admirals was sacked by the president because of problems in leadership. Half of the new Admirals were humans, the rest were Techars. As the country prepared for a long war, companies were profiting from it. 200 million new jobs were open in the war factories. On ocean planets, most of the factroies were underwater in "water bases". Ships were recalled from escorting cargo ships, while ships bought recently from foreign storefronts would take over their places. 2 million more soldiers and crewmen were expected to be recruited.

However, the rings under her eyes and the tired look in her green pupils betrayed maturity far beyond her years. Living and working in control of an entire nations Navy was no small task, and even on the best of days the burden weighed heavily. Commanding so many ships and troops robbed her of her youthful, carefree innocence. Though not visible, Krystal walked with a slight but noticeable limb in her right leg, testament to a failed assassination attempt not so long ago by the rouge faction ARA. The Rebellion. Home matters had been conflicting them all terribly, and Krystal had questioned the sense in sending a fleet to help these people they had never heard of when the danger was very real and in their own backyard, so to speak. Still, she had authorized it, turning command of the fleet over to Vice Admiral Dovenhawk.

"Vice Admiral," she said, looking weary but managing a smile, "what seems to be the problem?"
Krystal was as pale as Dovenhawk, but unlike him her fur was rust red, her hair pink and tied into a tail. She was grim nowadays, but she tried to hide it with smiles and pleasantness. As if all could not tell of the terrible strain put upon her.
"Head Admiral, we have a situation. According to our scout android, the Greal situation has turned ugly. In brief the Imitators are far stronger and more numerious then we originally thought. Also our allies there, the Techar, struck at the wrong time. The Imitators were able to recover with minimal losses, and now the two are gearing up to go to full-scale war. Lastly the Techar massacred innocent Berrax civilians in a series of nuclear strikes on major population centers in the assault on the Berrax home world."

Krystal was silent for a moment. "These are all compelling reasons to call off the fleet. The slaughter of civilians alone is more than enough, never mind Imitator strength and tactical blunders. This is what I propose: Keep the fleet on standby. Let us crush the Rebellion, and then see how the war is going. You will, of course, be in contact with the Greal leader. Should the situation warrant such I believe we should still send the fleet. The deaths of innocents is not a sin easily forgiven, it is one of the Atrocities. But we were once not so different. The tactical error can be repaired. As to the Imitators...we still far outclass them, if not in numbers then in power. For now, talk with those in command, and have the scout continue the observations. Wait and see, Vice Admiral. When you have definite information to attack or not attack contact me again."
"Yes Head Admiral. I will."

President Rollins sat at his desk, he was facing more problems then ever, a few Berrax suicide bombers managed to avoid Techar security and blew up an Government building, it was not the bombing that was the problem, but who died in it, there was a group from a nearby school that was visiting the building when it exploded. The bombing caused outrage throughout Greal, they called for action. President Rollins instead ordered another nuclear attack on the military bases of Berraxs, 120,000 Berrax civilians and troops perished in the nuclear explosion. The Berraxs struck back by bombing a cruise ship, then the Techars struck back by more nuclear bombings, it was a endless war between the Berraxs and Techars. The Humans meanwhile ignored the violence and tried to launch peace talks. Rollins was a human, but so many of his government officials were Techars, that he did what the Techars wanted.

This pitiful, weak human in front of him had better come up with some answers, and fast.

"The Galactic Congress is dominated by the Techars, I did not order the first nuclear strikes, but I ordered the next nuclear strike, on a military base. The Berraxs always put their bases right next to a city, civilian deaths can't be avoided. What do you want me to do, order the Techars to not nuke the Berraxs, they throw me out of power, the congress can make me resign just as easily. I run a weird empire." said the President, Sider Remetrix, who was nearby, was one of the few Techars that was for peace with the Berraxs

"Yes, Mister President," said Dovenhawk softly, dangerously, "that is exactly what I want you to do. Order no more nuclear strikes. If your Congress tries to override you, dissolve it and place less biased sentiants in place. The strikes on the military bases are entirely unnecessary. To save civilian lives in time of war, attack the bases with conventional bombing runs and artillery bombardments, if you cannot make precise enough orbital strikes. The planet's fleet has been wiped out. All that is left to do is to destroy their standing army, and that can be done without the use of Weapons of Mass Destruction, Mister President. Let me make myself very clear: If the massacre of civilians continues, we will withdraw our support and set about on a peace keeping mission to restore stability and sense to your country."
What Dovenhawk was saying was a thinly veiled threat. If the President did not change his ways, the Empire would send a small force to remove him and Congress, placing a new government in it's place, one willing to resolve the conflict peacefully, without the loss of lives. Dovenhawk's eyes flashed and his fur raised ever so slightly, but these were the only signs of emotion. If the Empire had to use force to achieve peace, so be it. But let it never be said that they would not try diplomacy first.

The fleet and army was assembled, while keeping a strong defense, the collective generals had decided on two campagines that would thrown at the Techars and Human betrayers. The fleet carried an army of 700,000 Soldiers and 1,000 Physco Battle tanks, 3,000 Battlecars, and were covered by 1,000 fighters and 500 solar bombers. This attack force would engage Techar and Human forces to compete for dominance. The second campaign was infilitration, they needed to infect a source to there homeworld, if they could get one in there was a chance of spreading it, the best would be to get Terrassimilators into there atmosphere without being shot down, which would be terribly hard. This campaign would be silent and deadly as they could turn there own brothers against them, infiltration of high command would be one of there top prioritys.

"The Congress has 5,000 members, and 4,500 of them are Techars. if I dissolve the Congress, I'm asking for a rebellion from the Techars. The Berraxs would have a fleet up by now, their shipbuilding capacity is amazing. Though I am guessing the Imitators will finish off the Berraxs. As for the nuclear strikes, I will try to veto them, but that will be unlikely that it will be stopped by me."said the president
As they were talking, The Techars fired another nuclear missile at the shipbuilding factories of Nova Max. A million Berrax civilians and workers were killed in the blast. The missile could be seen from the presidential building, the building the admiral and president was siting in.

Configured in such a way that the President could not hear from his screen, another screen was broadcasting to Dovenhawk. It was Unit 323956, reporting yet another nuclear strike. Dovenhawk was chilled with the realization that the man before him was a puppet, a vassel for Techar influence. He had no control, no power. Dovenhawk didn't beleive that the Berrax had rebuilt their Navy so quickly, even with hundreds of factories running it would still take weeks at the very least to build even a cruiser. They must have had them in storage, or perhaps out somewhere else in the galaxy. It was useless talking to this man.
"Mister President, please do what you can. We are still behind you, do not fear. In the meantime, I have thought of something. Can you please get me in touch with the highest ranking Techar on Congress?"
If the President was a puppet, then Dovenhawk would go to where the real power lay: Congress. And inside Congress, the most power belonged to the highest Senator. Therefore it would be him or her pulling the strings. If he had to threaten this person, so be it. The killings had to stop.

Dovenhawk turned away from the screen as Zillar cut the connection. Behind him Unit 323956 watched him passively from the other screen. Stroking his smooth chin thoughtfully, tail twitching back and fourth, he stared at a wall of monitors, unseeing, lost in consideration. He knew it would not be long before the Imitators attacked again, except now they would be fighting the Berrax and the Techars. He wondered as to the outcome. The Imitators would probably destroy the Berrax, but they and the Techar seemed evenly matched. If he truly wanted to prevent civilian casualties, they would need to get to Nova Max before the Imitators. The fleet was ready to go, now, but the actual travel would take several days. Contacting Head Admiral Krystal, he related what he knew and requested permission to continue the operation.
Krystal was pleased to have an update so quickly. At the request she nodded. "If the fleet is ready, then make haste for Nova Max. Keep me updated. When the Rebellion is crushed you can probably expect reinforcements."
Turning to Unit 323956, he spoke in a clipped manner. "Continue your observations, contact me immediately if there are any major changes in the situation."
The android nodded her head. "Of course, Vice Admiral."
His orders were sent and printed, and now Dovenhawk stood at the 4L dockyard, overseeing his small fleet. Dovenhawk was Vice Admiral of the Third Assault Fleet, three Dominator class Battleships (http://img181.imageshack.us/img181/6416/minmatarbattleshiphl8.jpg), Smoke, Ice, and Pocky, two Annihilator class Destroyers (http://www.sealiesoftware.com/starblazers/6.jpg), the Servant and Warrior, three Wasp class Battlecruisers (http://www.moddb.com/images/cache/mods/82/8237/gallery/thumbmoty_53379.jpg), Speed, Legacy, and Luck, one Protection class Medical Ship (http://i19.photobucket.com/albums/b184/Upum/Star%20Wars/Nebulon-B-Frigate.jpg), the Spirit, and one Nova class Carrier (http://www.theforce.net/swtc/Pix/books/sw2ij/mc1sw2ij.jpg), the Ritual. This was some 10,723 crewmembers, not counting the Xiscapian Grand Army and Mechanized Division strike force he was also bringing. This added two Guild class Cargo (http://www.intotheblack.ca/files/images/SamsaraTop.jpg) ships and six Crusher class Troop transports (http://premium1.uploadit.org/MaxOutrider/ShipImages/Escort-Carrier.jpg) to his little fleet, a company of Light Assault Mecha, a company of Heavy Assault Mecha and a brigade of XGA infantry. In addition there was a single black shuttle with a silver exploding nova on the wings, containing a squad of Shadow Operations soldiers. Just in case. They were all ready to go, the fleet having been assembled when they heard the news of the Imitator threat. Thousands of kitsune, male and female, soldiers and spacers and pilots and medics, were anticipating the upcoming battle with the Imitators. But first they needed to actually get there.

On board his flagship, the XIW Smoke, Dovenhawk stood with his hands clasped behind his back, gazing out at the blue field of the strange dimension of hyperspace. Bridge Officers worked quietly around him, until the Communications Officer lifted her hand. "Vice Admiral, incoming message from our scout." Dovenhawk nodded. "Patch it though to my personal communicator." He lifted his wrist, which held the tiny silver screen on it, perfect for private conversations. Unit 323956 appeared there, looking as passive and calm as ever. "Imitator forces have appeared at the edge of the Nova Max system. Eighty four capital ships, five of which we have never seen before, and over a thousand fighters. The Berrax fleet is preparing itself, but your fleet has a 11.6 percent chance of arriving in time to assist in the battle." Dovenhawk looked grim. The Berrax would only be able to hold for so long, and having already engaged in a battle once they would probably be in no condition to do so again. "Keep me informed." Unit 323956 bowed her head and the connection cut. Dovenhawk resumed staring out the window. Eighty four capital ships...Qonn, we can't hope to fight that many. Again, the frigates and cruisers left off a volley of lasers and Megabolt cannons. The Berrax fighter force now numbered 500, down from 900, it had suffered heavy losses. The battle was still on.

In a final push three Nova class's headed to run into the cruisers, while the Insurgents picked off the enemy ships with ease. The biggest threat was the fighters, but these were being countered the remaining Contact fighters and Nova/shredder AA defense net.

100 more fighters were destroyed. 2 Berrax cruisers were destroyed. Berrax nuclear missiles were being fired from the Berrax homeworld to the Imitator fleet. Berrax fighters made a solid wall of torpedoes and fired them at the AA defense.

As the Berraxs continued to fight, 2 more Berrax frigates were destroyed. Debris of hundreds of destroyed Berraxs fighters were seen everywhere. There was no more hope for the Berraxs. Then, suddenly, another fleet appeared at nearby.

The Techars had arrived.

Dovenhawk was sitting in his quarters, writing a report to Command about the journey. So far, it had been boring. Hours of travel turned seamlessly to days in the strange, blue/black tunnel that was hyperspace. Weapons and equipment had been checked and rechecked, battle plans poured over, systems tested and soldiers drilled. There was little to do, and most on board, when not on duty, played cards, read, practiced or played in the VR rooms or surfed the HoloNet located on the ship. Dovenhawk had just saved the final part of his report when his communicator chimed and Unit 323956 appeared on the screen. Dovenhawk folded his hands and licked his lips. "More news from the front?"
The kitsune android nodded. "Affirmative. The Imitator Fleet engaged the Berrax fleet over Nova Max and decimated them. The Berrax were only able to inflict moderate casualties on the Imitators. As the Berrax launched their last ditch attempt to save their planet the Techar fleet appeared, over a hundred fifty ships and upward of a thousand fighter craft. The Imitator fleet retreated upon their approach, leaving a damaged frigate behind. The Techar descended on Nova Max and easily claimed the planet from the Berrax. The frigate surrendered to the Techar, who beamed one prisoner aboard and then destroyed it."
For what felt like the hundredth time since this had started, Dovenhawk paled. "They beamed aboard a prisoner? Get me their Admiral. Now."
The Imitators were a crafty bunch. If at all possible, the Imitator held aboard the ship would silently infect others. The disease would spread, and, like a certain unfortunate Xiscapian colony, those who realized it would realize far too late. They could easily infect the entire ship, then the fleet, then, if the opportunity presented itself, whole planets.

At Cryoartica the war effort had been going smoothly, news of victory over the Berrax's had no affect on the imitators, it was just there, no emotion nor hate for the enemy, just survival...an imitators primal instinct. Malik stood up and walked around the cell, he came up to one of the guards and used his mandiles to taste the robot, seeking anything organic.

As Malik came forward, the robot suddenly was alarmed and took out a weapon

"Stop." said the robot in a cold loud tone.

The robot fired its weapon, it was a "electric shocker", it could paralyze any living thing for a few hours. An alarm was on.

Malik screeched at a very high pitched tune and squirmed, his eyes rolled into the back of his head, and he scrachted wildy at the air and the ground as he rolled around, until he slowly stopped and lay on his side.

The robot scanned him and left, the Imitator was still alive, but he would be paralyzed for a few hours.

He was able to move again soon enough and grabbed his helmet and put it on, he scaned the robot, it showed no vital signs at all, It seemed combat would defeat the robot, failure would result in a delay of paralyzation of a few hours. he did what imitators did best, imitated a normal human. He walked up to the robot, re-adjusting his armor.

" I think we should talk, seeing as your my captor you may want information I see, well, can i know what's going on in the war, are you winning or are you losing?"

The robot said nothing, it left the cell room and the door was shut in a second.

The voice was turned off, and the trip continued, it seemed like forever, even the TV in the room was off.

Malik decided to fall asleep for awhile, he dozed off, keeping his helmet on and sitting in the corner of the room to avoid looking like he was off guard.
