Nekaru easily dodged it and once again slashed with the sabers.
This time it was for the legs, and nothing could block them.

If he was still there. Id had Teleported to the far side. He drew upon the energy of The Reactor. He punched the Ground. A massive Explosien occured at his fist, and spread outwards, every inch, causing a new explosion of the same size. An entire unblockable wall of Explosiens made their way accross the Arena. And in case Nekaru got the idea to Tleport behind it, that wouldn't work, Each Explosien kept reoccuring. Air shelds wouldn't work either, the air was the first thing taken away.

Id walked through the explosiens.

Frederick walked up to the reactor and put his hand on it, feeling the energy. He felt as if he could do anything, though the feeling quickly faded as he removed his palm.

"You said something about this being powered up meaning that the Gate of Divinity was active... Is there any way to shut it down again or reroute it?"

"And who might you be?" Maxim commented as he looked at the woman. She looked like a lab assistant that a fellow mad boy had once had before she'd accidentally blown herself up.

----

"I do not wish to seek atonement." Zeri commented as he'd accepted the fact of the fall and sought neither atonement nor revenge nor restoration.

"Nor do I seek the Gate. My goals and desires are different from one such as yourself that has accepted nothingness." He added as he felt Blackfire attempt to filch some of his energy, and smiled at the self-destructiveness contained within that action. When thesis and antithesis met, in this instant the intrinsic creationist abilities of an angel, fallen or otherwise, and the nihilistic properties of the void, chaos would likely be the least of the worries the area would have to worry about.

"My name is Marissa. I, don't know how I got here, but, I am relieved, not to be alone." She said. She walked over and embraced him.

"Thank you." She said. She was incredibly soft, and beautiful. She ionspired, certain Thoughts, in nearly every man who saw her.

----

"I will kill you anyway. You might think your Creationist powers worry me, but it is The Void that should worry you. It is Older, it is from before anything existed. I have enough control to void the Reaction."

Blackfire went for Zeri's heart, and continued to drain his Life essence.

"No. Zohar Radiates its energy, only two objects can truely collect and use it properly. One is Razeal's Tree, the other, is The Gate of Divinity."

"Razeal's Tree, is a massive Computer that contains All Knowledge, even that which is unlearned or secret."

"The Gate of Divinity, is the single greatest Treasure. When fully powered, with both the Energy of Creation, and the power of The void, All things become truely possibly, and those who walk through it, get anything they wish. anything. The only thing limiting them, is their own imaginations."

Nekaru found he was alone. Everyone else was at the bottom.

At the bottom, after everyone is together....

They found a set of stairs going up.

At the top of the Base, they found a pathway.

The energy levels were INTENSE.

Then they found that the Colloumn and the Base DID NOT TOUCH!

Quis and Kado walked with intrepidation. The Column set down around them.

It was as a giant arena.

Id stood in the center, waiting for Nekaru.

Quis and Kado stepped aside.

"T'leen, this is his fight, and his alone to deal with. A Rivalry that spans years. Were the three of us to interfere, it would lessen his victory. we will watch." Quis said.

Kado and Quis put protective spells on themselves and T'leen.

"Well, now that you have mommy and daddy's permission little boy, why don't you come over and play?" Id called insultingly.

Thunder rolled, and The Void expanded from Id, filling the area.

"That's stupid. The only fair fight is one you survive. The only worthwhile fight is one where you win. Honor and all that romantic bullshit goes right out the window, and all you have to work with is your buddies, your gun, and a few disposable heroes. Revenge and holding a grudge just clouds things and makes fools of us all."

(OOC: Whee! Spiritual Experience!)

Frederick found himself in an endless plane of green, entirely peaceful. A natural concept for one who has lived through endless conflict.

He stood and enjoyed the peace and tranquility for a moment, before doubts formed in his head.

Peace is boring and uninteresting... life thrives on conflict.

With that thought, the green plain grew towns, which turned into cities, and eventually it turned into a plane of endless war.

But war is hell.

All of a sudden, with this realisation, he found himself in a simple house. Looking out of a window, he saw nothing but bleak, endless void.

He walked out the door.

His bag and rifle drifted away from him. He didn't mind.

Everything eventually becomes nothing. Is that all there is?

In a fit of denial, he ran forwards as fast as he could go. His clothing, his body, his being peeled away from him as he ran. He became a formless being of spirit, running forwards in a vain attempt to find an end to the void.

Slowly, a hint of green came into view. He ran harder towards it.

He came to a tiny sprout, green and leafy.

The sprout grew, leaves forming then dropping away, blossoming into a great tree. Seeds fell from it, and they grew into other plants.

Frederick watched as a world unfolded itself before his very eyes. He watched, silent and formless, as the first monkeys looked at the stars and wondered. He watched, as the entire history of the human race played before his eyes, pondering.

As it sped up, he saw great inventors, philosophers and artists, those who revolutionised and made indelible marks upon history.

Paradise is what you make it.

Everything dissappeared. He was once again on the bleak plane of void.

In his hands were a packet of seeds and a trowel.

He began digging.

OOC: Its your dragon, you RP it.

IC:

The Gatekeeper continued his conversation with Ros.

"Remember the other Realties man." Gatekeeper said.

It shot 100 Gigavolts of Electricty at Johnathan. Johnathan would barely have the warning to move.

Johnathon collapsed to the floor unconcious if there was one thing he could stand a 100 Gigavolt electric shock was not one of them. The Dragon that had been summoned looked at the Gatekeeper, the unconcious body of Johnathon and at Ros.

Thinking better of it's orders, especially since the person that had gave the orders was now unconcious the Dragon stood over it's masters body in a defensive position, just in case something attacked.

It asked in common "Can I be of any assistance since my master has obviously got himself knocked unconcious?"

Michael had been lagging behind...he liked to take everything in and this place was certainly a place that needed to be taken in.

As he caught up to the old man and Johnny he surmised this was a bad time to actually be catching up.

Electrical shocks, flying stone, collapsing walls, and talking dragons.

"Balls"

He assumed as Ros had said that the Dragon was indeed now chummy with Johnny...well hopfully.

So that left the stone thrower...or whatever he was.

I really hope this still works here....

He made himself unseen as it were,
Michael did not consider what he could magical or special powers it ws to him a matter of will---you cant hit me---was essentially the thought.
Dont look at me
that type thing.

He really woulndt know if it was working until he was hit...or at least shot...but then these people ...things..dont seem to do much shooting.

He drew his weapon....which he was now fairly certain would be useless or near it as it might kill a bear of buffalo with a single shot things here seemed a bit more resiliant.

I can shoot through an inch of steel or shatter rock with this bird and it did nothing to the dragon...who doesnt seem very inclined to attack the rock thrower...balls.

He drew his long knife and began shooting....

He unlike many didnt shoot in hails of bullets(or flechetes as it were) he took his shots seriously and this thing at least looked like man.

He simple advanced taking a shot every three or foour steps.

If he jammed enough of these things in the bastard maybe he just wouldnt be able to move....

Damn I wish someone would just die

OOC: I was actually serious about maybe doing it another time. Already got it set up for CW's character to do it in a thread. TBH, its actually, if done correctly, not a bad disguise idea.

Of course, they did none of those things. They were here on a specific mission and, as such, it was business before pleasure. Thus, the met up in the lobby before heading out to find a guide.

Unlike the Imperials, the RCO group were not as strict about following their mission. As such, some went off to explore the hotel while Frost and Isaak talked a few hours before both nodded off across the table from each other while planning what to do next.

OOC: *Snickers* Now this ought to be interesting for the RCO gang.

*In a conversational, friendly tone.* "Well, I plan on killing all of you unless you can prove your strength. Johnathan has, he didn't die from 100 Gigavolts of Electricty. He can pass. Ros has strength hidden within he has not realised yet. You are a summoned creature, bound to one man. You have yet to prove your strength as a summoned creature." The Gatekeeper said.

Ros looked at Johnathan in horror.
Memories, death, destruction, horror. Paradise, learning, life, Creation, Beauty. He remembered a whole host of spells he had forgotten.

"Yes! That's it!" Gatekeeper said.

Ros covored Johnathan in Regeneration Moss.

"You will find something below you will not like."

He launched A Slimy tenticle at the Black Dragon, to choke it back into the Gun.

Michael stopped shooting.

Indeed

He clicked his tongue in his mouth

"Alrighty then..."

He holsterd the weapon...only after strongly considering simply throwing it over his shoulder.

He looked at the knife and considered the others on his person....well they at least least had not failed him yet...

He produced cigarette, and lit it.

No olive for this.

He walked over to the limp body of Johnny and began to scope him up onto to his shoulder...

Michael was not particularly large so effort was required...luckily once in a fireman carry the boys weight would be no problem.

OOC: Sorry I just pictured Ros as an old man.

A White Glow, and the three of them too, were in the great cavern of Paradise, each seeing Paradise exactly as they liked it.

Free of his armor, whole in body and spirit, T'leen trod the blazing halls of the Lord of Light. "And they summoned me to join in with them, to the dance of the dead, into the circle of fire I followed them. Into the middle I was led. As if time had stopped still I was numb with fear, but still I wanted to go. And the blaze of the fire did no hurt upon me, as I walked onto the coals. And I felt I was in a trance, and my spirit was lifted from me, and if only someone had a chance to witness what had happened to me. Free your soul and let it fly, give your life to the Lord of Light, keep your secrets and rain on me, all I see are mysteries..." Seeking out those he knew should be here, he entered the great hall of his God...

Michael's efforts did not go unnoticed and Michael certainly was brave considering that while the dragon was no longer ontop of Johnathon it was certainly near and engaged in struggle with a tenticle. Illusion or not, the strain on his heart from the fear, and the devouring properties of Hellfire were all too much for Id.

Nekaru won, once and for all, and forever more over The feared Demon of Elru. Everything settled down, as Nekaru celebrated his victory over Id.

Then, with a huge Rattle, The tower part of The Zohar Reactor Levitated above the base, a full five feet. Enough for Nekaru to escape from beneath The Reactor. He could feel the way the others had taken, down, into the Paradise Caverns.

The Dragon got a bit of enjoyment out of making Ros jump

"Before collapsing he said nothing about allies." The Dragon stated despite knowing full well that they were.

"Hey, you. It's going to be easier for me to carry him." The Dragon said to Michael as he put his claw on the ground for Michael to put Johnathon in to carry.

"My name is Xyzog, And I was summoned by the unconcious man so as long as he's unconcious I'm the one that looks after him? Got it?"

For some reason Xyzog was very protective of Johnathon

OOC: Except for the Duchess, everyone else, Imperial and RCO, are out cold. Right now, I'm just trying to see how much I can dig out of you on Kajeenith and put out some theories of my own on him. *Evil snicker* Well, that's what you get for being so damn evasive about it.

Morganna found herself before the real Elder Brain. It had just as many Defenses up as she did.

Xos was on a Table. They were going to insert a Larva in his brain to make Xos undergo Ceremorphosis. They had saws and other impliments.

Morganna carefully strengthened her defenses while examining her opponent. She noticed a strong aura of magic around the individual so she prepped a Prismatic Sphere.

“So, you are the fleshbag behind this. I suppose we can’t just say Hello and let things be done with, although your men did initiate the first strike. I am willing to forget and forgive if you are.”

“You don’t seem to like the idea so I guess this is the way things will have to be. Remember, I did give you a chance, so don’t complain about it later, provided you still could.”

Morganna let some of her power filter through the suppression. The air in the room began to waver like way it does above a hot summer highway. This was not an intended effect but part of the manifestation of her Power within the chamber the two opponents were within. She generated a couple more virtual minds and set them as offensive so they could handle individual attacks.

“Defend yourself.”

Morganna manifested her Telekinetic ability by materializing some of here energy around the fallen form of Xos and pulled him out of the Anti-magic Spell’s area of effect. She set him down safely out of the way while another aspect of her mind administered a Remove Disease spell, destroying the parasitic eggs deposited within the unconscious Xos. She then reabsorbed the two minds that accomplished the task.

“Ok, bring it on Braniac.”

She stepped close to the Elder Brain and activated the Prismatic Sphere. A globe of brilliant scintillating colors materialized around Morganna where she was. It was a ten foot radius sphere that caused the normal Mindflayers to be blinded by the brilliant colors of the immobile effect.

“Ok, bring it on Braniac.”

OOC: Remember, you RP Morganna's battle with the brain.

Morganna could feel the multiple foci of several slave brains which were absorbed by the Elder Brain. She concentrated her defenses and shunted a couple offense ones to help shield her from the press. They were trying to get through her shields by brute force. The biggest difference was she could move around and the brain was stuck in a tank.

Morganna noticed Xos was still held by the chains and it seemed as if they were giving him a problem. She triggered her ExoTeleport ability and removed the chains, making them appear over the Elder brain. As they were seized by gravity, she got another great idea. She would use the metal as a conductor.

Accessing another mind, she used her Electrokinesis Ability to trigger her Surge Power and caused the static electricity within the room to build up to the point the air almost crackled. Then she used the Lightening Power to cause it all to discharge into the steel chains as they contacted the fleshy surface of the Elder Brain. Multiple forks of raw electricity arched from seemingly random points about the room striking the chain, discharging their electrical load in their own attempts of negating the huge charge within the room. The links of the chain began to glow white hot and liquefy, causing the fluid of the tank to bubble and steam as the heat was dissipated into the surrounding area, both liquid and tissue.

She jumped back to Xos to see if there was anything she could do to assist him.

OOC:

Morganna began to giggle. The necromancy spell really amused her.

“Hey old ‘Brain Stew’, did that hurt? I know something you don’t know. Necromancy spells only work on the bodies of the living and the spirits or bodies of the dead. Guess what, I am neither dead nor do I have a body. All you have done is to entertain me…”

Suddenly the Mind Stab struck one of her shields, shattering it with its power. If she hadn’t another secondary defense set up, it might have gotten through. As it was, the second barely held. She quickly shored up her defenses to be sure that doesn’t happen again.

“I see, the spell was only a distraction. Very clever for a bag of flesh, too bad you will soon be splattered all over the floor.”
Morganna suddenly pressed the attack, striking from multiple directions using the same attack, the Mental Stab and Mind Sword. She was looking for the opening to slip in a Mental Blast, hopefully causing a stun effect so she could do a finishing blow on the annoyance.

She also used Cryokinesis upon the bubbling fluid; perhaps a case of Brain Freeze would give it a headache. It worked on humans that ate ice cream too fast.

The turmoil on the Ethereal Plane did not affect her, Ta’Nar existing solely upon the Material Plane. They were not ghosts and did not dwell partially upon the Ethereal Plane so an ethereal attack would not affect them because they are not there to be affected, much the same way a normal human would not be affected by an Ethereal or Astral attack. Ta’Nar were not incorporeal, they didn’t have any bodies at all. They were pure minds, evolved out of their bodies long ago.

Seeing that Xos was in the pool with the Elder Brain, Morganna grabbed him using her Telekinetic Ability and pulled him free. She placed him the furthest she could away from the pool so he would not accidentally fall in again. She attempted to banish his fogginess so he would not put himself in danger again.

Unfortunately, that was all the actions she was able to take other than strengthening her defenses, she had to use them to save Xos.

Nekaru entered the cavern. It was vast, going on as far as his eyes could see.
There were souls there, covering the floor, countless of them. Many were dying in a sea of blood, and others screamed in mercy as hooded figures butchered the corpses. Groans and pleas to various gods were all made, with the same result of the sound of axes and other sharp objects entering their bodies, accompanied with the usual screams.
Nekaru looked, and laughed. He laughed long and loud, but it was a laugh without mercy, a laugh of glee and hatred.
"I FEEL ALIVE!! ALIVE!!!"

certainly this should be some strange joke, or trap, but then where every here had seemed difficult it was in retrospect really not.

He considered for a moment that...

Easy, this was all so easy.

His pace slowed and he kept the Dragon toting Johnny in his sights but was suddenly irrated.

I dont like being led by my nose and that was certainly what was going on here.

He lit another cigarette.

as they reached the entrance to this cavern he thought he could things...but it faded and then returned ...like shimmering sound.

As he entered all of reality seemed to do this at onnce he could see Johnny and the dragon.
Then nothing
Then Ros
Then nothing
And others as well, some far off and some not so...
Then nothing.

His head ached and he felt sick to his stomach like going down a hill on a roller coaster or suffering vertigo.

It was merely a mtter of self control, find a point and focus on it, allow your head to clear.

Morganna had just set Xos upon the floor and reinforced her defenses when a mighty blow struck her shields. One by one they cracked and crumbled under the massive strain of the Elder Brain’s attack. Morganna was driven backwards physically by the attack. As the attack ate through her shields, she was pitting everything she had into erecting something, anything solid behind the ones that were crumbling. She was running out of options as she shifted her final virtual mind in between her and the last crumbling shield. She poured every last ounce of power she could. Her illusionary form flickered out as well as her psychokinetic body, the power being diverted to building the last shield she could.

The crumbling shield fell and the remainder of the blast seeped through and slammed into the last shield she so desperately powered up with almost everything she had. If she had possessed a body, the attack would have easily made it through, the presence of a body taking up some of the power so desperately needed.

The last of the attack crumbled the final shield and the little left slammed into Morganna throwing her backwards. All that energy that collapsed twelve Mental Shields was used up in collapsing them. The amount that slithered through was enough to cause her a nasty headache, and she didn’t even have a head to begin with.

She hid her presence from the Elder Brain to give her a chance to recover, but something in her Id triggered one of her survival skills, the Vampiric Mind Drain Ability.

Out of control and guided purely by instinct, she connected psionicly with the Elder Brain and began to drain out power.

She hid her presence from the Elder Brain to give her a chance to recover, but something in her Id triggered one of her survival skills, the Vampiric Mind Drain Ability.

Out of control and guided purely by instinct, she connected psionicly with the Elder Brain and began to drain out power.

The Elder Brain, for all its power, did not know how to stop it. She could feel it Flailing Mentally, trying to disconnect her. Along with Powers, she got Memories, knowledge, Places from all over Creation. This was because part of an Elder brain's power WAS all its knowledge.

However, Despite all its knowledge, she found nothing of those she and her people sought.

Xos Could feel what was happening, and used a nameless Magic to Psionic spell To push the rest of God brain's power into Morganna.

Before it was completly powerless, it sent 100 Mind stabs at Morganna, but they were really weak.

Since Morganna was busy absorbing power, Xos used a Magic to Psionic spell to Dampen the Mind stabs even further, and even stopped 90 of them. He hoped Morganna could at least withstand the other 10.

Xos meanwhile, set fire to God Brain's pool, and God brain itself.

If Morganna survived, she won.

In thrall to her instinct, Morganna kept drawing the essence of the Elder Brain into her. She was completely ruled by the desire to hunt and feed. Morganna continued, oblivious to everything.

Xos, who was working hard to save his companion, noticed a brief flickering of some sort of form standing at 5 meters height. The barely visible shape was just a haze standing over the stricken form of the Elder Brain as motes of light were drawn from the dying Godbrain into the Ta’Nar. A faint glow of red shone in the mist and smoke for an instant. Xos, unsure if it was some of the essence or if it was the Ta’Nar continued in his endeavors.

The Elder Brain lashed out with his last energy, attacking with all it’s remaining might. Xos managed to deflect most of the attacks but some got through his efforts. Morganna was oblivious to the attacks so there was no defense against them. They struck true and dead on. The attacks caused terrific damage, but the energy being devoured by Morganna’s Id only repaired the damage. The end result was causing the instinctual beast within to lock its psionic fangs firmly upon the Elder Brain’s essence and drain it dry.

Xos, stunned by the ferocity of Morganna’s attacks, stepped back into the shadows and attempted to hide himself from attracting her attention. He knew when a beast feeds, sometimes it will keep on feeding until all the food is gone in an area and he was bound and determined to not become the aforementioned food. He forced himself to calm his emotions, becoming an empty slate emotion-wise.

Morganna finished with the Elder Brain and cast it’s awareness around for more food. It detected several points of fear and was drawn to them. She followed the “scent” of fear until she came across a stunned mindflayer. She stripped the flesh off it and devoured its mind in a flash and then gleefully leapt to the next one. Xos was relieved to notice the screams of the mindflayers were becoming more distant as time passed.

A while later, Xos could feel Morganna touch his mind from afar.

“Are you OK? I didn’t hurt you, did I?”

"I am quite fine, hiding in a corner behind barrels of what I think is more brain juice gave me a chance to recharge. Calm emotional states help, and it just so happens, that such a state also seemed to help me hide from you. I felt it more prudent to let you finish your primal rage rather than egg it on and activly defend myself. If your quite finished with the savagry, I think we should move on. Powerful we may be, but even Gods can be overwhelmed by an army of mortals." Xos said. He stood up, two spells ready to tear Morganna apart, in case it was a ruse, a trap.

Morganna turned and started walking in a direction.

“I think I found the path onward. It is back here behind this concealed door.”

Near the door was the mangled corpse of a mindflayer. Its skull was torn as if an explosion occurred from within. It seemed as if it was trying to get away using the secret door.

Xos dispelled the spells he had ready, and opened the secret door.

"Yep, that definatly leads downward." he said. He stepped through.

A little while later they came to a massive machine. It was on, and absorbing The Energy of The Zohar Reactor. A massive Holographic Image of the DNA Molecule rose up. Xos wipped some dust off a panel, then gasped in shock.

"This, This, This, This." was all he could manage.

His mind was in utter shock and amazement, and overflowed with Joy, like he had found the purpose of his being.

The panel had only two words on it. "Razeal's Tree."
There was a panel with which Morganna could plainly see, that the Machine was a computer. It operated by thought alone, and had the word this four times on its screens, in response to Xos.

"Word found. In the Human Languages, Especially The English Varient, the word "this" is used to indicate a particular object. Commonly opposed to the word "That", as in "This or That", a favored expression by parents, to make their offspring make a choice between two objects." The screen read.

Xos's mind finally cleared.

He knew what it was, but thought it best to let Morganna read about it herself.

"Razeal's Tree." Xos said.

"Razeal's Tree. Originating from the Book of Razeal, the Arcangel that sat at the curtain before God's throne, The Book of Razeal was said to contain all the secrets there was. Razeal's book was written in such an Arcane Language, that not even the other Angels could decipher it. In time, after the creation of Mankind, Razeal chose to give his book to Enoch, so that it might benifit mankind. Enoch eventually give it off as his own.

Over the many Eons that passed, with the discovery of diffrent Species and races of high Intellect, Enoch and Razeal's book, was turned into Razeal's Tree, The machine that sits before you. Razeal's Tree uses more energy to operate, than a standerd star can produce. Coupled with the negative side effects with star Death, The Gods built The Zohar Reactor, to power Razeal's Tree.

Razeal's Tree contains all knowledge that is. Merely speak of what you wish to know, and Razeal's Tree shall bring forth that knowledge."

"now you know." XOs said to Morganna.

When they fell asleep, RCO and Imperial, They all had the EXACT same dream. This was entirely because it was not a dream.

The Imperials and RCO found themselves in an Arena, all on the same side.

On the other, was Kajeenith.

"Geheh, you want to get to the depths of Om? Geheheheheh, None may pass into the depths, without first deafeating a Guardian of the Depths.
As The strongest entity on this world, the choice is mine and mine alone who each faces. I could throw dragons, large armies, The Gatekeeper, Id, My wife, The Dark Priestess, but I have a feeling you silly Vampires would somehow figure away past without actually struggling. So I reached into the past, and brought forward an OLD Friend of yours. You might recognise him. You know him as The Blood God. Enslaved to my will and my will alone, he's going to kill you, or die trying." Kajeenith said.

He disappeared, Replaced by The Blood God, as he was, when he was strongest.

OOC: You yourself said, you wanted The Blood God as a test, now here it is. You must RP both The Blood God, and your Imperials and RCO members. Due to Kajeenith's Will, The Blood God will not be able to Favor any side, and is helpless to do anything but attack all equally.

OOC: Damn! The Blood God really only has one real weakness and I didn't want to reveal it this early (I had planned a less than full-powered Blood God). So, I'm going to have to figure a way around it so it doesn't come out ahead of schedule. Still, going by the time period you stipulated, that Blood God would have one hell of an ego, so, I'll see if I can utlize it.

IC: "Coward," muttered the Blood God as he appeared, "Kajeenith is such a pathetic coward. Had to drag me out here to fight one of his battles. But, meh, I'm not complaining, its letting me get out and stretch my legs."

He looked at the RCO and Imperial groups with his blood red eyes.

"So," he asked, "who's first?"

One of the RCO group, a Sargent Major ranked as a Blade Master, drew his swords and charged. When he got in range, he began to methodically and tactically strike at the apparently unarmed Blood God. Even though, the BG managed to dodge practically every strike. Those that did hit only grazing him. The wounds closing up instantly.

OOC: Yeah, I know, I'm making this Blood God have the personality of one hell of an ass.
And, meh, might as well get rid of some of the RCO cannon fodder.

After Xos was done, she would see if there was a file on The Overlords and then check to see if there was a way to save Om.

If you turn away, and come to the Core, then maybe you might be able to save Om, provided you and anyone else making their way down here, can withstand the power of The Void. "You shouldn't let your guard down so easily," smirked the Duchess as she blasted him in the chest from behind with a bolt of energy from the green crystal topping her spear.

"Impressive," chuckled MBG as he turned to see how the spines that usually wrapped around the crystal had swung out making the spear tip look like a flower in bloom, "but not good enough."

Blood congealed in the wound and filled it up once more revealing undamaged flesh.

"Shame," he sighed, "I really liked that shirt."

"Why you..." growled Astharoshe as she blasted off both his arms and blasted through his guts seperating his upper half from the lower.

"Still not powerful enough," laughed MBG from the floor as the blood like substance reached out from his severed parts allowing them to rejoin.

"Now its my turn," he continued as he stood up.

With that, MBG launched a flury of punches that sent the RCO Sargent Major flying backwards so hard he fell to ground knocked out after striking the far wall with enough force to shatter the material.

OOC: Yeah, like I said, a very big ego. Oh, and wait untill you see what I've got in mind for how I'm going to defeat him this time.

Morganna began to move slowly toward the door, She reached out with her mind and asked the computer a single question not related in any way to The Overlords.

“How can I destroy Kajeenith and Save Om?”

Morganna expected to receive the answer through her Cyberpsi link with the computer as she moved toward the door. It really was completely in total compliance with what Kajeenith stated…

As she got her answer, she exited the room and entered the next area.

Morganna recieved the answer.

"Find the sword that creates the ignored, the uncreated and raises the downtrodden. If Kajeenith's powers are rooted in the ignored, then to oppose them one must not ignore them. The single greatest weapon based on this theory, is the Sword of Recognition. But it can only be obtained by the one called Xos, and even then, it will only ever be used once in battle, and then to restore the lost. Afterwards, it will be gone forever, but so will Kajeenith. Beware the children of Kajeenith, for they shall inherit Kajeenith, and spread his deadly disease."

Xos followed Morganna out.

Meanwhile...

The Imperial and RCO Factions of Trinity blood, found that they were unable to wake up. In full control of their dreams, they were able to kae it as wonderful as they wanted.

Back with Xos and Morganna...

They found their way into Paradise Cavern.

Due to Morganna's strong Psionic skills, she was able to see it for what it was, a trap.

Things, large super psionicly powerful bugs skittered about a large cavern. These bugs had no species name, but a large super powered sleep suggustion filled the cavern. They were not mean harmful bugs, just misguided. They fed on the brainwaves of happy people. The sort of happyness of being in a place that makes you supremely happy. A place called Paradise.

They put people to sleep, and caused their minds to believe they were in such a place. They cared for their captives every need. Food, drink, and security. They were in Cocoon like shells, that transmitted their Paradise like thoughts.

Xos immediatly fell into such a sleep, but Morganna was proof against it.

At roughly the same moment in time, from all over Om, various people were kidnapped and placed in these Cocoons.

Morganna could easily recognise the other Magi-masters., and the people that they were with, as well as the few theat weren't with a Magi-master, they must have been other explorers in Om. She was their greatest hope, their best bet to wake up from a life of false Paradise. Their only hope to live past the next few hours, when Kajeenith destroyed Om.

But that did not mean they could not wake up on their own. There was one flaw in the Cocoons, and the Paradise sleep. Tiny easily missed errors. It would be diffrent for everybody, except Mr. Grey who refused to let himself be happy. Surely he would recognise the easiest, that what he was seeing was not Real. If they recognised on their own that the Paradise, the dreams they were having were not real, were not true, then they might just be able to wake themselves up, and have a chance to defeat Kajeenith, and save their lives, and the life of every other living thing on in and beyond Om.

Xos and the other Magi-masters, they didn't want to wake up. They needed outside intervention, whether it was from Morganna, or someone else who forced them out of the Cocoon.

See, their Paradise was a world without Violence, hunger, pain, suffering, evil, hatred or hurt. It was a world where everyone, and everything was completly happy and satisfied with their lives. There was no need for magic, for science, for technology and machines. It was a world where they could just rest. They wanted so much to believe the dream was real, that for them, it was. It became real. If they were not woken up inside of an hour, the Magi-masters would be gone forever.

OOC: So, this is how it breaks down.
All of you appear in Paradise Cavern at roughly the same time, and fall victim to the super powered Sleep and dream of Paradise suggustion at roughly the same time, except Trinity, who was stolen in her sleep, and her dream was transferred into the Paradise sleep.

You have a good chance of realising this is a dream, and waking yourself up.

There is no outward escape from Paradise Cavern. Its past the point of no return.

Balrogga, since he has the Character with the strongest Psi, was just volunteered to help make sure everyone wakes up, unless you want to die in Paradise Cavern.

Simply post ICly what you decide. Wake up on your own, at which point you end with waking up, and sitting up. Do you want Morganna to assist you with waking up, or do you just want to remain asleep forever, and die in Paradise Cavern?

Bal, I advise waiting until the rest have posted, and then make a monster post based on that.

Frederick was content, in his own little self-made paradise.

Then, fortune saved him from a death in the trance-like dream-sleep.

It was only a little mistake. Such a tiny little detail. But it was enough.

He watched, horrified, as that one mistake cascaded into an immense wave of destruction, consuming all he had made in the accelerated-time paradise he had. In the end, it was only a void again.

Standing in shock, he became aware of the sensation of falling.

His physical form returned, his bag and rifle replacing themselves on his body.

He was the first to awaken.

"EYAAAARGH!"

I am Frederick Percival Orwell. I am an explorer. I came to Om seeking peace, and instead have found purpose. he thought as he remembered who he was.

He saw a figure walking around, and started tapping on the side of the cocoon.

"This isn't right... they should be here too....."

"Exactly my thoughts...."

"This has to be a dream!" he said

"And we are in each others dream because of our link through the gun."

As the realisation hit both of them they suddenly found themselves awake... in a cavern they saw that everyone was asleep..... Apart from Morgana and Frederick but he had so far yet to even notice Frederick

"I must be still dreaming." Johnathon said as he blinked.

It was then that he heard the knocking on a cocoon and grabbing his knife out he cut Frederick free.

He knew there were other people right there...Johnny, Ros, that infernal Lizard.
Others there were others as well.

But still nothing, like the grave, or a deep sleep, but he wasnt asleep.

He had the sensation of being both standing and flat on his back.

He wanted a cigarette, and so it seemed he did have one...but he hadnt lit a cigarette...

He was not what he seemed...this was a reality, he was not what he seemed.

He was standing, or had been, the shock of coming awake...or whatever had knocked him down...

He could see Johnny.

What in the hell?

As he stepped into the hall of his Lord, something was subtly Wrong. With a capitol W. There at the head of the hall was the Sun-in-Glory, and there the Eternal Flame that destroyed or redeemed souls. But where was The Lord himself? Surely not this pale man? Blasphemy in the highest form. And the dream shattered, with a scream of rage and hate, first one massive hand, then his deadly hook punched through the cocoon. Smashing and hacking, he burst free, prepared to kill whatever had done this to him. And there was nothing there either. And that's what his eyes told him. It was a dream, and all he had to do was wake up. Nekaru was only too happy to do so.

OOC: Each dreams their own seperate dreams, and except for Trinity and me, there is no mass dreaming. Trinity's characters all dream the same dream, and my Magi-masters are all in the same dream. Nekaru was in his own dream Though, if you wanted it to evolve to where he couldn't kill, that's fine with me.

"Thank you. I'm Frederick, an explorer." said the newly-wakened persona of Frederick, climbing out of the cocoon.

He looked around and saw all manner of other people sealed in these prisons, including the Magi-Masters, Xanith, and a couple of people in impressive but bland power armour.

Remembering the shattered hilt, he took it from his bag and looked at Johnathon. "I'll go down this way," pointing in the direction his Draconic buddy was, "and you go down that way." gesturing in the other direction.

He moved down systematically, using the still-sharp sword to slice open the cocoons. After cutting open ten (and incidentally opening Xanith's cocoon with the last cut) he paused and looked along the opened cocoons. Among them were the powersuits, The two Magi he had been travelling with and Xanith (obviously), besides the people he hadn't the slightest clue about.

The power armour clearly offending his sense of aesthetics, he rifled through one of the other people's posessions and procured a can of metallic red spray paint.

He then proceeded to give the front of their armours a nice coat.

Meanwhile...

The Imperial and RCO Factions of Trinity blood, found that they were unable to wake up. In full control of their dreams, they were able to kae it as wonderful as they wanted.

After the Duchess had defeated Kajeenith's AMBG puppet, she and Frost looked at each other for a moment and then nodded as if they had come to a mutual agreement. Leaping into the stands, they headed for where Kajeenith's voice had come from. Isaak just stood there, watching. While the Imperial Ensigns and RCO Enlisted dozed off into their own random dream sequences.

Isaak, Frost, and Astharoshe weren't so easy for the 'Paradise Dream' to fool. All three knew not to trust things that came so easily. If they looked, they could see their comrades in the Dream World's representation of the analogy of the bug's cacoons.

"They'll be safe for now, Duchess," said Frost as the two raced for Kajeenith's last known location.

"Agreed," she replied, "for now, we'll work together."

Frost nodded in agreement. The two both knew that the body can't survive without the mind. Thus, if they destroyed Kajeenith's mind in the Dream World, his body would die in the physical world.

OOC: It being so close to the end, I'll have my main trio 'wake up' in my next post. I'll leave the surviving cannon fodder in the cacoons until we leave.

In his dream world, Beckenbauer walked as man for the first time in millenia. Gone was the armour that was his tomb and life sentence, and he felt air against his face and ground beneath his feet. He walked past yet another parade, and was truly amazed. All was the State, For the State...yet it felt wrong somehow. This feeling of peace, of calm...it ran against all that National Socialism stood for. A random fragment of memory slipped into his mind,
The war against The Bolshevik and the Jew can never be won. It is a war that cannot end, that must always be fought. To claim that it is over is lies, for there is always one more bastion of Zionism or coven of communists to be smashed into the dust. Struggle and suffering is what we are, as National Socialists we are broke and re-forged in the crucible of battle.
And where was his armour? He couldn't not wear it, it was who he was.
"Hans Beckenbauer died eons ago!" He cried to the sky, "I am Storm-General Beckenbauer through force of will. Through fields of blood and pain I march on, now undo this Bolshevik machinations!"

He struggled to reach consciousness, and would hopefully break through the Dream in the next couple of minutes.

Svetranova stopped, mid-salute.

Something was wrong.

Turning to the woman next to her, she roared "ACTION!" and was answered with a quiet "Unity."

"No," she cried, punching the woman in the face, "this is not real! It cannot be real! Fascism thrives on action, action is driven by violence, and violence is born of hate - this is but a vile mockery of true paradise!"

Screaming her hate and rage, she began cutting her way through the crowd towards the gesticulating figure on the podium. Her victims' sheep-like countenances infuriating her even more.

"This foul trick must end! What nightmare is this?!"

The Two Magi-masters whose Cocoon were cut open still did not wake up.

In Trinity's dream....

Kajeenith was waiting for them.

"I know what your thinking. Destroy me in the dream world, destroy me. Ahh the desires of mortals, so simple and uncomplicated. Gods are not so easy to destroy. I am beyond Godhood. I am The Void. I am all things that do not exist. And yet they do, I do, in Paradox. I just wish to be destroyed, to completly not exist. Its not fair, is what it is. Why should I have to Exist, Just because the Omnisource does? I was here before the Omnisource, I was content with complete non-existence. But then Omnisource came along, and I've been forced to continually exist, and everytime I complete cease to exist, I always somehow come back again. Since I cannot cease to exist, until EVERYTHING ceases to exist, well. I have a solution to my problem.

But this is no illusion of my mind. I am physicly here, in the dreamworld. This IS my Body, because this is Om. Towards the surface, beneath a great mountain this Arena lies. Your minds and spirits are here, given a temporary PK body, and the power to make what you will, while your real bodies are consumed by bugs. I suggust you wake up. Or else you'll never actually get me." Kajeenith said.

Then, he was gone.

Maxim was churning out machines, inventions and -o-mats by the boat load. As he paused to move a mimmoth out of a collection of gears, he looked around for a Dingbot. Part of the function of Dingbots were to replicate themselves, as well as serving as maintence, mimmoth control and organizing small parts.

There were not a large number of dingbots, especially considering the amounts of supplies around. Puzzled at the oddity of the fact that it was not function, he looked around and noticed one of the -o-mats. It was aptly named the reality-o-mat.

With the machine's activation, in the space of a blink he found himself in a strange white something. He began poking it with a screwdriver, slowly making a steadily larger hole. He found himself in a strange place that wasn't his new lab and began looking around.

******************************

Zeri had found that he could manifest things with a thought in this strange place. It confirmed his ideas that paradise was what you made of it. Since he was not ready to spend eternity in paradise, in any form, he concentrated and willed himself out of paradise and back to Om.

Opening his eyes, he found himself in a white crysallis like thing. Stretching, he broke out and after stepping out, he looked around.

Morganna walked out of the room with the strange computer and noticed a sign. Xos continued walking but Morganna took another look around the cavern ahead. In the eerie green glow she could see many mounds of crystalline growths. She suddenly heard a noise and turned to see Xos lying on the ground with a silly smile on his face. Several large mounds began to move toward Xos at a frightening pace. They quickly excreted a white crystalline material over Xos and formed a crystal cocoon over the prone hero.

Morganna then noticed several other cocoons spread throughout the room, along with smashed ones, blood, and pieces of bodies adorning the walls and floor. It looks like Kajeenith already passed through the room.

Moving into the center of the large chamber, Morganna concentrated her power and sent out a pulse of ultrasonic energy. A visible wave of distortion erupted and flowed away from her, shattering the crystalline structures as it pulsed through the cocoons. This caused great distress on the car-sized bugs. They scurried about and began to scream in a high pitched shill sound. Morganna realized the sound would soon shatter the minds of those asleep and took matters into her own hands.

Morganna sent a Command into the insectoid minds of the large bugs. She told the consciousness of the insects to SLEEP. One by one they dropped off into unconsciousness. The room became silent again except for the few waking individuals.

Morganna was puzzled why there were some who did not awaken while others clearly did. She theorized that they either didn’t know they were asleep or they didn’t want to wake up. She would have to go in and get them.

Morganna activated her Dream Travel ability of her Astral Projection power and the real world faded away. She appeared within the dream world of one of those slumbering. She could see a large group of mages lying upon a hill top in the last sun watching the clouds drift peacefully by. She approached them.

“What are you doing? This is a dream and you are going to be bug food if you don’t wake up fight away. The others need you to save them and here you lay dreaming. This all is nothing but a fake trap and the deaths of billions will be on your hands if you don’t wake up NOW!”

When she said the word now, she shouted and placed power behind her words, hopefully stunning them out of their sleep. She then went onto the next she found sleeping and entered their dreams to awake them. After she woke everyone up she turned off her Dream Travel ability.

“Is that everyone? If so, we should keep moving forward.”

Thanks to Morganna's help, Everyone was now awake, and free from the trap.

The Magi masters said nothing, but sat upright. The act of being in paradise, and having it ripped away had a positive effect.

"The Flares." Xos.

"I can't believe how much we forgot, being reincarnated. I feel there's something left." Khalan said.

Ray looked around.

By this point, everyone had woken up, and either broke out, or was broken out of their coccoon by another.

"I see Big K's been by." Ray said.

Reminded of why he was here in the first place, Xos stood up. He rubbed his throat for a few minutes, and then spoke, loud enough to be heard by all.

"Alright, if I can just have everyone's attention." he said.

He cracked his neck.

"Observe the carnage around you. None of us here has done this. It leads downward, to the core, where the Gate of Divinity is. This was done by a God, an insane mad psychotic God. There is no reasoning with it. There is no trying to pretend its not happening. Kajeenith, the name of that god, hates and despises every living thing, why, few people know, and even fewer still live, still exist. Kajeenith wants to destroy everyone, and everything. He wants to completly uncreate all things, and cease to exist permanently. I can go on about this for days, but we don't have the time. I can go on about how we all have the right to exist our varied existences, regardless of who disagrees with it. The fact remains, we're all in very serious trouble, if we ourselves do not hurry to the Core and stop Kajeenith ourselves. You see, at the Core of this world, lies the most powerful artifact ever created. Its called the Gate of Divinity, and allows any who pass through it, to obtain anything they so desire. Anything, be they Living, undead, Mortal, Divine, Demonic, Ta'nar, it does not matter. If Kajeenith activates it and steps through, then he will wish for everything to cease to exist, and there will not be anything we can do about it, no matter how strong our armor is, no matter how powerful our weapons, no matter how great our minds, or our magic. We all come from diffrent paths, and might even hate each other, but I ask you, for the sake of all things that exist, even your own lives, goals and plans, to set aside all diffrences for now, and come with me, and everyone else to the Core, to stop Kajeenith now.

If you want proof I'm telling the truth, I have plenty. I show you this very cavern, covered in blood, and dead bodies. I offer the surface dwellers of Om, and the citizens of inner om in the Eastren Hemisphere. I offer the Innocent Ri-anese, tortured for no other reason than that they exist, a people who never wronged any other soul in their life, and often went to extremes to keep peace.

I offer you the children themselves, the most innocent of beings, never given the chance to grow up, slain in their cradles, in their little beds. Tortured and twisted beyond recognition, even by their own parents.
I offer the dieties of peace, love and friendship, tortured and Crucified on Black Reverse Crosses, and left to slowly bleed to death. I have many reasons why you should set your pasts, your lives aside, and come with me.

How are we to defeat a God? I know where very powerful weapons are. Come, I know the path to the Lost treasures of Om." xos said. Determination, burning fiercly in his eyes, spoke of his honesty, and just how far he was willing to go to make this happen.

"The madman robot is correct. It is immaterial if they hear us coming. While his choice of music is suitably atrocious, he has the right idea. We are about to face something for which none of us is truly prepared. And I, personally, will raise all audible hell as I go to war. The psychological aspect is often more important than the physical, as demonstrated by the Terran "Confederate States of America", in the late 19th century ano domini. It was also demonstrated by the Coalition Troops in Desert Storm, when tanks would charge into battle, destroying the morale of the enemy with ear shattering Hard Rock and Heavy Metal. It was even demonstrated as far back as the time of the Gael, when they employed massive drums and the eerie wailing of their pipes to whip themselves into frenzy and terrify their opponents. In every incidence of this, the soldiers or warriors in question performed with greater effectiveness, and were even able to defeat numerically superior foes through terror and shock. That must be our strategy. We cannot simply kill them all. We must make them flee. Break their minds and we have broken them, fail to do that and we cannot prevail." As he spoke, a single bell tolled through the passage, 5 times, and an eerie grinding guitar rhythm followed it, as well as the thunder of drums and the crash of cymbals. Orchestral majesty flowed in and around the screaming terror of the electronic power. "Take a look to the sky just before you die, it's the last time you will. Blackened roar, massive roar fills the crumbling sky, shattered goal fills your soul with a ruthless cry. Stranger now are his eyes to this mystery, hears the silence so loud. Final dawn all is gone except the will to be, now they see what will be blind eyes to see."

A few steps more, and he paused to speak. "It's true you know. Time marches on. For whom the bell tolls."

Chron, The Magi-master of Time spoke up.

"Actually, Time doesn't march, it more or less flows like a gentle stream." Chron said. He was ready to launch in to a full lecture about how time moves, but Stella, Kado, and Khalan all three shot him a glare. The three women had looks in their eyes that spoke volumes about what they would do to him if he continued.

Chron blushed several shades of red, one shade of purple, and even managed to get som black in there.

He slunk towards the back.

They reached a small area. All of the Methusulah that had come from Trinity Blood were impaled on wooden spikes. Their heads were severed and nailed to the wall, using Railroad spikes through the eyes.

Xos, who was in the lead, called a momentary stop.

"Poor people. They died in their sleep, caught unawares. What kind of a Coward refuses his victims the chance to properly defend themselves?" he wondered aloud.

A white glow spread from his hands. Them, and the blood, were gone.

He continued to lead the massive party on.

They entered a great wide hall, enough for everyone to comfortably walk in their own space. Bones, dust, and cobwebs were strewn about.

Xos turned aside and a great crack in the wall.

"Om, Worldspirit of this place, We ask that you open the pathway to your hidden treasures, that we might remove the foulness within." Xos prayed softly.

It seemed as if nothing but the party had heard him, providing some oppurtunity for jeers and insults about the mans intelligence, but this soon ended, when a with a great rumble, the wall slid open.

Xos stood, and lead the way forward.

The Colors were dim, and depressing. Everyone could feel the atmosphere of Despair. After everyone went through, the wall would close behind them.

There was an enchantment about this long hallway. It prompted silence, as though speaking was wrong. It also caused one to reach deep in their minds, and think on all the negative parts.

The Magi-masters all slowly slumped their shoulders in depression, as they thought about how they never actually got a chance to just sit back and relax. There was always this to study, that to teach, this thing that needed saving, people that needed guidance. It might seem an easy life to some, but to those that lived the life continuously for many, many long life times, it was a source of despair. When were they going to have a chance to relax, like others did. They weren't even afforded the luxery of a long death, due to instant reincarnation. But these were the private thoughts of the Magi-masters, and they spoke little.

Both mad-boy and fallen angel's thoughts were much the same as they travelled down the hallway after the others. Each was thinking of what might happen and what death might mean thought here they differed as thier goals differed also.

Zeri's mind was on the brutal falling out that would inevitably happen amongst those who remained after facing this mad god. For a prize like the Gate only one survivor would be left, short of unusual circumstances. He would just have to make sure he was through it before any other.

The thoughts travelling through Maxim's mind were on the destination as well, but concerning what might be present and how best to take it apart to see how it functioned over anything else.

"That is not the method by which it operates. By announcing our coming in as dramatic a method as possible, we tell them that we are confident in our ability to defeat them. They begin to wonder if our confidence is truly misplaced, and it eats away at their souls. If they send out scouts to investigate, and we slaughter the scouts, then they have to contend with the knowledge that they are individually no match for us. And that we are possibly threatening enough to cause them grievous hurt. That is why we crank the music, and take our time as much s we can." And as he had talked, the music had moved on. Through Metallica's Don't Tread on Me, to Iron Maiden's The Trooper. The thunder and thrash of the music would make its impression. Anything hearing it would know they were coming, and anything hearing it would know fear...

Morganna "spoke" in a quiet voice that seemed to whisper in the backs of those minds that could hear it. The telepathic communication would only reach her companians.

"Well, now that everyone that needs a pecking order has established one I suggest we get moving before we bore God-Boy's army to death waiting for us to arrive."

With that, morganna turned her back and simply walked away, following the indicated path.

After Xos open the wall and they entered the Hall, she began to pick up the depression the others felt, especially those who were still suffering from their false visit to Paradise. Morganna immediately recognised the energy from the enchantment eminating from the very walls themselves. She could counter the enchantments laid upon the blocks but it would take them more time than they had remaining so she did the next best thing.

Morganna used her empathy and began broadcasting hope trying to give the others a chance to fight their despair.

In addition to the negative parts of their life, as it is now, their memories became subject to the enchantment, and those began to surface, even the more unpleasant ones that may have been blocked, or thought to have been forgotten.

The walls coloring got intresting, but not in a good way.

Though it was one solid pattern, everyone saw something diffrent. They saw their memories played out into the walls.

Xos cast a little spell. A golden glow surrounded surrounded him. It didn't neutralise the depression, but it made it bearable. It spread from him to everyone else.

All of them deserved it and normal as a special ops, BSAS, operative he would normally be able to handle this but the effects of the hall exacerbated the situation. He was about to question himself before. He realised something, everyone of those was a person that not only would have killed him but would of not hesitatedto destroy hundreds, thousands if not millions in their various quests for domination in the arenas that they were in.

With steely determination that was renewed pressed on determined to not let the images nor the effects stop him.

Xyzog was aware of what was happening , but that did not stop the emotional side but it certainly helped, Xyzog was able to disregard the images and was able to concentrate on something within himself that kept the dragon going forward.

The Storm-General's mind has snapped again under the pressure of the enchantment.

He recalled the fateful letter from the CFSS.
It has been confirmed that your wife was killed by Atopian Dedication Division, our apologies. Serve her memory by serving Skgorria.

He recalled his daughter's first command deployment.
"But Father, it's just the Blubs. And besides, you were far younger when you served Skgorria."

He recalled his Awakening.
"About time, get up. I've been doing this pissing ritual for three days and I need a shag."

But what traumatised him the most was his memory of serving the Soviet Union.
"I, Hans Beckenbauer, promise to serve the Party and State in all forms."

"I was a Bolshevik! A filthy Bolshevik, whore of the Jew and slave of the Arab. Oh, woe is me!" he sobbed briefly, before straightening up. His eye-units flashed green, and his boots made a clanking noise as the rollerblades deployed.

The next corner lead to the final hallway.

Its enchantment caused great anger. It didn't even need a reason, it just made you angry, and angry people found their own reasons to be angry.

It seemed a straight rock hall, The rocks were dull grey. The strangest thing was, kind of a blessing actually, they all found themselves alone. It looked like the same hallway, but it wasn't.

The 8 Magi-masters knew it was an enchantment, and knew they couldn't lift it. That was what made them mad, the fact that they had to be mad.

That of course, stirred up memories of their past lives, when they knew more. That upset them even more, the fact they knew more in their previous lives, and were forced to forget things during reincarnation.

The memories of their past lives however, stirred up memories of learning that magic, and all the practice it took to perfect it.

These Memories brought back that magic, which helped them, and then they remebered that day, that fateful day when they learned how to become one with their element, and became the Magi-masters. And it was all because of HIM! He took their happiness away. They had finally found a life, where they could sit, relax, and take a vacation from Gods and magic and struggling and fighting. Then he came and took that all away, uncreating an entire Reality.

That's what made them the angriest.

Ahh, at last, the end of the halls.

But, all others would arrive before the Magi-masters.

But what a sight the Magi-masters must be.

An upset magic worker is a very dangerous magic worker. One could see that which normally could not be seen, the raw power of magic. It glowed in their eyes, and all around them, like an oversized aura, visible to all. The magic twisted and responded to each's element.

They had temporarily lost reason and understanding.

They glared at everyone else, practicly daring them with their eyes to make even one false move.

It took only a second, but it was a second that seemed to stretch into forever. The Glow faded from their eyes, and the magic auras faded, replaced by reason, and understanding.

"My, it seems we found it." Xos said, looking around the giant room.

Found it indeed, for they had all reached the armoury, which contained all the lost treasures of Om.

Gold, Silver, Copper, Bronze, Mithril, Swords, Knifes, Arrows, Bows, armor, Guns, Ammo, Shields. It was all there, enough treasure to practicly buy anything. There were even large scale bombs to be dropped from Space going ships, and ship mounted weapons.

There were also parts and upgrades for mechs, such as Beckenbaur, and Svetranova.

"Get armed and ready, The Gate is down this way." Xos said.

His pockets had some things in there, as did the other Magi-masters.

She was pissed they would rather bicker among themselves instead of working together. She was pissed a number of them only understood Power, not knowledge. She was pissed that she was trying to provide a means for them to overcome their despair and again they never even bothered to thank her. She was pissed.

As she became angrier and angrier, her aura grew. The crackling energy almost solidified but it continued to grow. The walls began to crack and smolder from the press of her energy and her power continued to grow. As she grew angrier, her image began to shift, becoming less human and more war like. She grew spikes on her arms and her hair writhed in the air like a strong wind was blowing it. She seemed to acquire various pieces of armor on her form like bracers, a shoulder guard, shin guards, ect… Her eyes turned pitch black, orbs of nothingness from which came a purplish glow. A smoldering path of scorched and melted stone trailed back from where she came. Small fragments of stone knocked from the ceiling incinerated as they fell towards the floor never making it all the way as they were anhilated by her aura.

Morganna was pissed.

Then she stepped from the effects of the hall and she seemed to blink for a second. The aura quickly was retracted and her image melted, becoming her usual form.

“What was that?”

She turned around and looked at the enchantments laid upon the stone and realized what was woven into the hall. After another moment of looking at the destruction she caused, she realized what she might have looked like and turned back to her companions.

“I beg your forgiveness. I did not mean such a display.”

T'leen gravitated towards several weapons with which he was intimately familiar. Rifles, cannon, revolvers, beam pistols and automatics all lined the walls. He quickly made his selections. Grabbing 4 of the largest revolvers anyone had ever seen, he mag-clamped them to his suit, before grabbing a strange looking gun he'd never seen before, which he holstered at his side. Next came a massive gun, obviously an infantry support weapon. The only thing he could get straight out of it was a heavy concentration of gamma radiation, and a frightening whiff of antimatter. He slung it across his back, and went back for more, grabbing a pair of rifles. Moving on to melee weapons, he grabbed several truly evil looking knives, as well as a sword that was fitted quite well to his massive frame. One last thing remained, as he began to seek out ammunition for his various implements of destruction. A box of odd looking shells for the strange gun was the first choice, followed by several boxes of bullets, also strange, for the revolvers. The massive cannon seemed to operate on a charge, and there was no further ammunition for it available, but he did find nearly 40 magazines for the rifles he had selected.

Once he was finished, he appeared ridiculously overarmed, loaded down with weaponry and ammunition enough to outfit a conventional fire team. Or a very small squad. And, just to emphasize his preparedness for the coming fight, he picked up a pair of submachine guns, and loaded them. "Are we ready yet? I swear I've got enough guns now."

Frederick became uncharacteristically angry, his thoughts turned to ones of anger despite his constant attempts to rationalise how they shouldn't even be able to make him angry.

Things as simple as a chip missing from a wall were enraging him, and he rather much tuned out as he tried to rein in his emotions. He was carrying a gun (which, oddly enough, made him angry too) and it would not do to lose control and get himself killed.

As he walked through the door to the armoury his extreme emotions passed as suddenly as they came. Regaining focus, he turned around and saw the effects of the hallway on the magi masters, and backed away slowly in fear before their usual infuriatingly calm demeanor returned.

Note to self: Do not make magi masters angry.

The imminent danger having passed, and his draconic friend having vanished into a convenient plot hole (which he picked up and put away for later), Frederick looked over the armoury.

Within, was practically everything that was used in war, and much more besides. He swept his gaze over the supplies there, and looked as Xos.

"What's in the great hall?"

There were many things he saw that would make the inevitable final confrontation with Kajeenith easier, but they couldn't possibly all be taken with them. Things needed to be prioritised, and if there was something that wouldn't survive the trip to the core there was no point in taking it.

Johnathon felt that he had something he had to do as well.. If there was an army.. surely there was a leader, and without the leader surely the army would be easier to handle as they could not execute the leaders various. As he went forward he was looking for a place to just duck out the side.

Xyzog liked the idea of a large cavern, for the first time since being summoned he could fly.

The only exit was behind Xos, and him and his robes completly filled it. There was howvere, several nooks and cranny's he could hide in for a few moments quiet, should he need it. Mostly these were filled with gold.

Bags of Holding were strewn about.

Nekaru began to grow slowly angry.
These pathetic creatures. They were acting so tough, so proud, yet all he had to do was close his fist, and they would turn into dust.
He really didn't understand why he didn't kill them. Maybe he should....
And then he entered the treasure room.

Nekaru looked around and saw many things, mostly worthless.
He did find a suit of some material that claimed to be fire-resistant.
Highly useful,Nekaru thought, as he put it on.

Frederick nodded. "I suppose we'll just have to prepare as best we can."

He wandered off, looking through the staggeringly large assortment of items. He picked his way through, looking for anything that might be of use.

He came to a shimmering chain shirt sitting on a rack. Amongst a series of other nearly identical chain shirts, to be fair, but it did appear to be in a better condition than any of the others. Examining it closely, he took out a small hammer and struck it as hard as he could. The head broke off from the shaft and rolled away.

"Amazing..." he muttered to himself, removing his jacket and pulling on the chain shirt. The shirt vanished, though he could still feel its presence. As he moved his arms, he noticed that the shirt, which ought to have been bulky, was light as a feather and he could move around in it with no problem. Wearing his jacket again, he moved on.

(OOC: Wearing a +2 Glamered Mithral Shirt of Invulnerability)

After a few moments Frederick rejoined the others, also having taken a bag of holding and an entire matched set of the tiny model vehicles, stored in the bag. He had also grabbed a short sword, given that the shivered hilt was not an appropriate melee weapon.

"I doubt I'm as ready as I could be, but we haven't the time to pick through everything and test."

Maxim had finished disassembling his machine and had rebuilt it as a klank. What had been a pilotable tank-like thing had been turned into a walking, orderable tank-like thing. Looking around, he tripped over a bag. Looking around, he began putting stuff that might be useful or just interesting to figure out how it was made into the bag.

Zeri had been watched the others and decided to wander around as if there some angelic items present, it was a fair bet that there would be more.

There it was, all this gold, strewn about. There were many reasons that Johnathon could think of not to go ahead and get the gold.

Ranging from it's a trap, to how is he going to be able to fight trying to look after all this gold (OOC: He'd have no idea that Bags of Holding even exist), not to forget the noise it would make. And that's just the tactical reasons, a member of the Bazalonian special forces suddenly coming into a load of money in itself is supsicious, not to forget it wouldn't be quite right anyway.

But there could be something else in there... He decided just to give the gold a quick search to see if he could find anything that would be worthwhile.

"Oh, alright then. Let me know when we're moving on."

Frederick wandered off again, passing time locating more full sets and stowing them away in convenient wooden cases before putting them in his bag of holding. They were so incredibly detailed!

Over the course of his explorations in the armoury he exchanged the short sword for a fine rapier which glowed faintly white and collected four more sets of the funny little detailed models.

All the while totally clueless as to their true nature, and likely happier that way.

As he searched further he found a cloak that he liked. It would help hide him. As he put it on he disappeared. It was a cloak of invisibility, which perfectly suited Johnathon. Noticing that he only had a couple of clips left. Johnathon came across a large supply of clips for his gun, Armour peircing rounds of the exact calibre and style that his gun was designed for. Almost like someone had left them for him.

It took awhile for everyone else to get their things assembled, in that time T'leen did some extra shopping. With his suit he could carry massive weights, and he proceeded to load several bags with various pistols, rifles, support weapons, and even a few smaller artillery pieces. Mostly though, he took ammunition. So many different types of ammunition, some not even conceived of in the wildest dreams of Solari soldiers or scientists. He would take it all, and he'd turn it over to BuWeaps as soon as he got back. Assuming he survived the battle. The last thing he grabbed was seemingly innocuous, a model of a space station, bristling with weaponry and armor.

After a moment, this had sunk in properly, and he picked the little fighter up again. It hadn't been dented in any way, as far as he could tell.

"There... isn't anyone inside any of these, right?"

He shrugged.

The Storm-General most impressed by the selection of weaponry and upgrades. A far larger selection than Special Action Unit 209's Armoury he thought as he leant down and picked up an atomic dispersion cannon and plugged it into his empty arm socket. The weapon began to hum as Beckenbauer's internal computer integrated and processed the weapon's potential.

Next he took what appeared to be an internal processor and inserted it into a small opening that revealed itself on the back of his head. As the armoured shutter clamped down, he shuddered as the processor began to take command of the internal repair systems and began to remake his insides. Wires were shifted, buffers added, vital systems were armoured and slowly it seemed that armoured treads were beginning to appear on the sides of his legs. He felt a new surge of programming come through, one that was very strange indeed.

He then moved onto the next section and began to integrate all sorts of death-dealing goodness. A small Field:Shield emitter first, a retractable CQB aid for his remaining fist, an additional weapons system for his helmet and a self-feeding large-calibre artillery piece was mounted on his back. He then attached a small grenade launcher to his atomic dispersion cannon. Beckenbauer had no idea what type of grenade was in it, but he was confident that it would be fun.

"I am ready," stated Beckenbauer, "into the Crucible of Battle!"

Xos looked around, everyone looked suitably well prepared.

"Alright, lets go kick some Divine butt!" he yelled. He lead everyone down the long, but unenchanted hallway.

They came out in another really Big room. They wey they came closed when they reached the middle. As did all other doors.

"Geheh. So, you bunch of losers want the Gate. No God in their right or wrong mind would ever let a Mortal get their hands on The Gate of Divinity. We may not be able to use, but we can't just trust you damn mortals with it either, so NO ONE gets the Gate." Kajeenith said on one side of the hall.

"That's right. The gods long ago agreed that the Gate was too powerful, and signed an Oath in blood never to use it, never to let anyone use it. It is therefore, with much regret, and sorrow, that I must agree with my Brother.
Therefore, your journey ends right here, Right now." Warfare said.
He winked at Xos, Kajeenith didn't catch it, but everyone esle might be able to.

Kajeenith Cast a Ball of Nothing at Warfare, and Warfare disappeared in a howl of agony and pain.

Then two doors opened, and hordes and hordes of people, and Creatures charged the group. Kajeenith disappeared, laughing.

The Magi-masters had that enraged "I dare you to mess with me" look and feel about them.

Then their powers expanded and rose to great heights.

The entire room shook and trembled, and even the armies stopped and stared at them.

Ray, Magi-master of fire, spontainiously combusted, in an impressive explosion. The fire expanded, then contracted into a small seven foot star.

Quis, Magi-master of Water, seemed to Melt, then the water expanded, and formed a great Vortex, a Maelstrom no ship could escape from.
Something could be seen with in it, but had no definate form or Shape.

Ros, Magi-master of Earth, shifted into an Earth Troll, Great Thorny Vines exploded out of his armes,, each needle, dripping poison. His Claws were sharp, and cut the very stones of the Temple. Grass and all sorts of life expanded out from him.

The Air itself grew dense and Foggy, Kado, Magi-mistress of Sky magic, Became a bolt of lightning, lost in the fog It twisted, and turned, and rose to the ceiling, a full fledged f5 Hurricane.

Scria, Magi Mistress of Runes, Disappeared into a single Rune on the wall, from which all other runes sprang.

Agrinja, Magi-master of Void magic, lost all color, becoming a dense sphere of Black. A black Hole, without the massive Gravity.

Stella, Magi-mistress of Space Magic, became a Dense Nebula, as the Room itself bent and warped as space itself twisted.

Time itself seemed to slow to a crawl, and Chron was just simply Gone, yet he was still there, Simultainously everywhere, and nowhere, in the same second.

Khalan, Magi-mistress of Life And Death magics let out a horrendous scream.
A Great scyth appeared in her hands, and all the Grass and everything else caused by Ros's transformation just curled up and died on the spot. The entire front line of both sides just keeled over, Dead, as a Dense Green Fog Extending from Khalan's Mouth Reached them, yet at the same time, Her Allies felt themselves strengthened.

Xos was the brightest of them all, he became a ball of Pure Focused energy. Anyone capable of taking energy readings would discover he seemed to be generating more power in one moment, than most stars generate in an entire lifetime.

"Die." Was all Khalan said.

Fire appeared from nowhere, cast by no one. The magic field itself seemed to spontainiously cast the spells. 23 Void soldiers burned to ashes.

14 were pulled into Quis's Vortex, and never seen again.

30 were pulled into the stones by Vines.

The Hurricane on the Ceiling seemed shot 25 of them with 30 Terravolts of energy. (That's 30 Trillion Volts of Energy)

The Runes on the wall glittered. A flock of Wire thin birds flew through the Soldiers, wiping out close to 100.

The Gravity less Black Hole Glimmered for a moment. 1,000 disappeared on the spot.

500 Flattend out into a wafer then sheet of Blood Guts and Gore, with Metal mixed in.

600 found themselves erased from time.

Khalan waved a hand. 2000 soldiers died, as their entire Skeletal structure erupted from their body, becoming Skeleton soldiers on Khalan's side. They turned on their fellows, downing close to 1,000.

Finally, from out of nowhere, seven great explosions like Nuclear Blasts without the Radioactivity took out 20,000.

Still more poured through.

The numbers in total where close to 500,000.

OOC: Never upset a mage.

Nekaru made a very long set of hand motions, then stopped.
Instantly a roar was heard. It drowned all out other noises, and as one of the enemy soldiers attempted to yell to another, he realised in horror that he couldn't even hear what he was saying.
Had the others looked, Nekaru's mouth was mouthing something- looked like a chant.
And too late, just too late, did one of the enemy soldiers realize that he had heard this noise before- when he had seen a tsunami hit land.
Then one soldier was picked up, then two, the hundreds, then every soldier in there by the great tidal wave of air.
And all the time, Nekaru was chanting in some weird toungue that no one could comprehend.
Then he stopped and raised one hand.
Before that, the wave had picked up soldiers and sent them spinning everywhere. The lucky ones were impaled by great spikes located in the air and died quickly. The unlucky ones were still alive.
As Nekaru raised his hand, the tidal wave came crashing down, killing some, but imprisoning all in a tomb of air, which they couldn't even move a finger. However, a few soldiers who had fire-based weapons managed to cut their way through the air, setting themselves free.
Nekaru stopped, and slammed his hands on the ground, and the air imploded on itself, killing hundreds.
The resulting shockwaves caused the earth to shake, and everyone sturggled to keep their balance.

Resulting damage: 100% of all soldiers in wave who had no fire-based weapons.
60% of soldiers in wave who did have fire-based weapons.

Frederick emptied out the plot hole containing Xithal and unshouldered his rifle.

Levelling it at the charging horde, he emptied the rest of his magazine at them, pulling the bolt furiously. As usual, it caused not one iota of damage.

Sighing in frustration, he reshouldered the pointless firearm and drew the rapier, which he had initially intended on using as a secondary weapon.

The rogue charged into the waves of soldiers, rapier held point forward. Impaling one of the members of the horde, he continued to weave about, running his foes through with the blade while Xithal took flight.

Eventually, the charging forces came close to overwhelming Frederick, as he couldn't kill them fast enough. Just as he ran out of maneuvering space he yelled out "<Xithal, NOW!>".

Great gouts of flame erupted from the gold dragon's mouth, setting all hundred of the warriors aflame, while Frederick leapt into the air, lobbing the Tuber of the Drunken Archmage at one of them for good measure.

As the potato returned to his hand, he landed and began drawing large concentrations of the soldiers to himself.

The Invisible Johnathon picked off one enemy after another, the noise of the battle and Johnathons currently unrealised minor psychic power saw to it that the only clue that Johnathon was there was the dead corpses lying on the floor.

Meanwhile while the Magi-masters did their amazingly terrifying bits Xyzog was impressed, "There goes my thunder." and Xyzog took to the air. Despite Johnathon being invisible Xyzog always seemed to know where he was, because of the gun the dragon was linked to. Though Xyzog did pick up the occassional enemy with it's claws and used it as a bomb.

T'leen had been sitting quiet, and unnoticed under the active-camo systems of his suit. Now he began to slowly walk forward, presenting his SMGs to the enemy, and ripping loose with every bullet in the magazines. Nearly 100 soldiers dropped as the bullets impacted, exploding with flashes of antimatter and gamma radiation. His first two guns expended, he dropped them, and drew out the mysterious pistol he'd found. It only held a single shot, but when it fired, it cut a line nearly ten deep trough the encroaching ranks. He reholstered it, and hefted the massive support weapon he'd selected, sweeping its beam across the front of the enemy line, mowing them down in job lots, as washes of radiation scrambled protiens and reduced humans to nerveless sacks. Dropping the rapidly expended gun, he hefted the first of his two rifles, unleashing a torrent of rounds similar to those of the SMGs, punching holes through armor and detonating in fabulous flashes of light, heat, and destructive radiation. Dropping the expended rifle, without bothering to reload, as the enemies were too close, he drew out three of the revolvers, and began firing wildly, watching in wonder as each shot punched clear through a soldier, and then they were in his face and the sword came out, cleaving a blazing arc through the ranks of the enemy, as the hook that replaced his hand caught weapons and blocked strikes.

There were too many. First one, then another blade slipped through. Grenades detonated all around him, clearing a temporary space, and allowing him to blast away several more enemies using his pistols. Then the blades clashed again. Hit after hit shattered enemies, but he took hits himself, and finally he was out of grenades. Enemies crowded around him, and he had to drop his long blade. The daggers came out, and flashed with an inner fel light, striking with power beyond that which should have been contained in such small packages. Heavy metal sundered the air, the imagery and the terror of Iron Maidens "The Trooper" brought to life by the magic of one of the daggers. 600 screaming anachronistic British Cavalrymen thundered across the expanse of the cavern. Carbines and pistols thundered, and sabers flashed, artillery fell among the gathered hordes, and the cavalry smashed deep, before being overwhelmed by the assault. T'leen hadn't noticed exactly what happened, but he realized that there were suddenly a few hundred more dead enemies than there had been before, and that he was still fighting. A sudden roar of engines filled the cavern, and bombers dropped their loads, as the frantic pulse of Aces High ripped through the cavern. At this point he couldn't help but notice the effects, as swathes of enemies were tossed away by the impacts of thousand pound bombs, and fighters guns ripped away at defenses. The massive guns couldn't actually kill a soldier, but they could weaken him. And when the old Spitfires finnaly crashed, the impact would cause some fatalities. Obviously the playlist had become something that might turn the tide, instead of something to mess with morale...

As the hordes rushed from the doors, Morganna sent out a pulse. The pulse enveloped her comrades, attuning them to her Power so her actions would not affect them. This would allow her to unleash her wrath upon the enemy without worrying if someone was in the way. She then let her “talent” work instead of holding it back.

All Ta’Nar have some sort of Talent. It can be simply the ability to make things glow, knowing the answer to questions being asked, to slipping through protected minds like there was nothing defending. Her was to be able to cause a mind numbing “static”. This would cause others to be unable to concentrate when too close to her. It would disrupt aiming, casting, or anything that involved concentration. The susceptibility of an individual was variable depending on a case-by-case situation but she had personally seen minor headaches or insanity.

She decided to not hold anything back.

This would cause the soldiers to make mistakes and stumble into the flames, onto the swords, or even wander in the way of their fellow troopers. It would cause disorder in the enemy ranks. It would make them easier to cut down.

Other than that, she took no action against the hordes. They were cannon fodder and she was here to fight their leaders. They have yet to show themselves. This fodder was beneath her abilities and they did not deserve to die by her direct action. The others seemed to be having fun.

Morganna looked for more appropriate opponents to show themselves.

"Enough of this. I'm getting bored"
Nekaru abruptly put out the flames and drew his sabers, then waded into the crowd of others.
There were many, and many observing the lone figure wade in the crowd with nothing than a pair of lightsabers, charged him out of glee.
The result was incredible. Nekaru seemed to be everywhere, his eyes telling him at all times where not to be and how to avoid the enemy's futile stabs and slashes.
Others tried to block Nekaru's swords, only to stand there gaping as they sliced through their weapons and limbs.
As his work continued, leaving the dead and dying piling up, Nekaru began laughing. This was where he belonged- among the corpses, watching them die and hearing their futile screams.

This was exactly the sort of situation in which Beckenbauer thrived: there were no friendlies, no objectives, merely targets.
"Action Without Delay!" he yelled, thumping the nearest enemy in the face with the barrel of his atomic dispersion cannon and then firing a burst. His multi-laser fired a continuous stream of light into the enemy, sending hundreds of them flying into the air. He ripped into those who got too close with his chainsabre bayonet, covering all near him in gore and brains. As the enemy swarmed around him and closed in, he activated the piece of programming that he had picked up earlier.
Alternate Mode: Engage he selected from his visual menu, and he began to change. His legs flattened, his arms retracted and clamped to his sides as his entire body was converted into a small tank. The artillery piece stored on his back became the main gun, and it belched firey death into the ranks. He ploughed forward, screaming obscenities and crushing many beneath his armoured treads.

It was jolly fun for him

As Beckenbauer's tank-form disappeared under the mass of the enemy, Svetranova smiled.

Her eight chainguns blurted a stream of lead into the seething forms in front of her. The flame-thrower incinerated those who threatened to flank her. The railgun boomed three times, clearing three long paths through the enemy in a welter of red mist and scraps of bone and tissue. Rockets ripple-fired from their pods, gouging holes in the phalanx to the front.

From the rear of the Brigadier, a single 10 kt tactical nuclear missile leapt forth, burning high into the air before arcing downwards to detonate 100m above the enemy's rear ranks.

Svetranova's particle shield prevented the blast from harming her or her Brigadier - the same could not be said for most of the enemy army.

The army, and its waves were defeated.

Xos and the others stepped out of their powered up states.

They lead the way forward, to a small area. There was a Golden arch enlaid with six rubies on each side sit into the very wall. They had reached the end of their journed, for now everyone stood before, The Gate of Divinity.

Then, Kajeenith appeared in front of it.

He glared at everyone with such pure hatred that there was no mistaking he was going to kill them all, or die trying.

"Why?" was all Xos asked.

"Why? Why what, Why am I opposing you? Why would anyone try to protect their own life, and their own belongings?"

"No, Why are you so bent on Destroying everything?"

"Why do the Gods sit back and let their mortals suffer? Why do Kings and Emperors, and Presidents and chiefs and all other rulers ignore the voices of their citizens? Why do people who are supposedly good let innocent people suffer hunger and homelessness, while still claiming tobe good people, that would help if they could, ignoring the ways they can help? Those that exist don't deserve to exist. They claim to have higher morality than others, then go on to put them down, to keep them in cages, to kill maim and destroy them, claiming its for the good. Why should I let those live, who go on to perpetuate those same cycles of violence they claim to oppose, only spun diffrently? I will Kill and destroy every Guilty party, ending it forever, and everyone is guilty, because the Gods and Demons themselves are guilty of the very same things they claim to be better than. The Guiltiest one of all is The Omnisource itself, claiming to have peace and love for all things, wanting only the best for them. Well fuck that damn liar. If he/She/It/Them wanted only the best for me, then they would let me completly cease to exist, permanently. But NO, EVERYTIME I do, THEY FORCE me to exist again, as a Balance. Why DO I have to live an existence of pain, just for everyone, and everything else to be happy? Your all guilty of existing, The most heinious sin there is, and it is completly unforgeviable. Your punishment is death, destruction, and complete uncreation." Kajeenith raved.
There was no sanity in his eyes.

He raised on hand, and clenched it into a fist. The walls began to tremble and shake.

Outside Om...

The space ships and such of the various parties beneath Om were caught up in the Void, as it surrounded Om and surged to the Planets surface.

The Void surged down to the surface, and into the Temple via the open doors, swallowing everything on the surface.

It surged therough every room in the Temple, swallowing and uncreating everything, it surged through the inside-outside, swallowing the the massive city and all its citizens.

It surged into the depths of Om, swallowing and uncreating weverything there.
It surged ever downwards through Om, and slammd into the Core where everyone was at.

At the same instant, all the Magi-masters except Xos Cast the Nameless Spells of True Creation and Countered The Void, but Kajeenith's will was stronger.

Everything and everyone wavered, and disappeared as everything went white.

When the white faded, each person would find themselves alone with Kajeenith. They were surrounded by seven tall figures. No details could be seen, but their eyes glowed.

The Figures were at least, 1000 feet tall, but seemed to disappear beneath the Platform they were on.

On one end, was The Gate of Divinity. But only Kajeenith could completly activate it, or Agrinja. It took the power of the Void, combined with the power of The Zohar reactor on the other side of the Battle Field to completly power up.

In all instances, Kajeenith did the same thing. He doubled up his fist, and punched himself in the chest. The hilt of a sword popped out of it, surrounded by a glow. He grabbed it, and slowly pulled a sword out of his chest, growling with pain all the way.

The sword glimmered and glowed, and was named Dissolution. The sword of Dissolution cut through the very fabric of reality itself, and nothing was completly safe from it, not even Morganna. The sword left a very visable trail.

Kajeenith shimmered, and suddenly, was right next to each person on the field. He Brought his sword crashing down on them.

OOC:
So here we are.

It was an instinctual reaction, if he had to think about it would have been too late. He grabbed Kajeenith wrist, twirled into close body-to-body contact and then flipped him almost like a pro-wrestling move. Kajeenith was on his back by the time he had landed he had his gun aimed on Kajeenith with his foot holding Kajeenith's arm with the sword in it onto the ground.

---

Xyzog just managed to move so that the sword just nicked him. Only a slight amount of Damage, Xyzog leapt into the air trying to knock Kajeenith over with his tail to give him time to get into a circling pattern above Kajeenith to deliver his deadly acid attacks.

"Well," murmured Svetranova, "glory and death!"

With that, she fired her remaining nuclear missile into Kajeenth's face. Then, aware of the fact that a deity would be likely to simply shrug it off, opened up with everything else. Rockets, chainguns, the quantum impeller, flamethrower, railgun, lasers, masers... and she prepared the Last Resort.

The Last Resort was a single small cylinder made of a gloss black material. It was a singularity grenade; this tiny weapon, when primed and thrown, would create a black hole. This weapon was designed to eradicate solar systems in the event of a catastrophic defeat for Atopian forces.

Stalactites and stalagmites surged out of the floor and ceiling at him from all directions. They were made out of superhard crystal.

Morganna simply smiled and faded away as she abandoned her physical manifestation and stepped into Kajeenith, easily avoiding the blow.

Inside Kajeenith Morganna found Void. In the center of the void was a glowing sphere she assumed was his Power. There was nothing beneath his skin but Void. It was a good thing she was metaphysical in origin and nothing existed of her physically or she would have been obliterated. That only meant the battle with Kajeenith was to take place within his mind. A mind complicated by her Talent and his rage. It would give her an advantage that meant it would be hard for him to concentrate on defending but in turn he was dividing his power among all the others. He was severely handicapped against her way of battling.

“So you twisted fuck, you want to cease your existence? I will be gracious enough to give it to you.”

Morganna began to draw power from within her and channel it into her Telepathy power. Massive amounts of psionic power began to fill her awareness and being. The energy flowed into her from both her inner being and through the Link. She channeled it into a single ability: Mindwipe.

Morganna began to erase the bits and pieces of Kajeenith from within his own mind, eradicating it forever leaving a blank and emptiness deeper than the Void that he existed as. Morganna continued to draw and channel raw power into the Mindwipe.

------

Elsewhere, Nhur-Galladu felt what his trusted advisor was doing and came to a decision. He used his own consciousness to command a Gestalt with the rest of the Ta’Nar, merging their consciousness into a single mind. He then directed the Ta’Nar and Childer group mind to direct the immense power of the Gestalt through the Link into Morganna. This is what he meant by those words he spoke to her before she left. Ta’Nar can only truly rely upon Ta’Nar. The Power of the entire nation began to flow through the Gestalt into Morganna.

------

Morganna was taken by surprise when she heard a voice in the back of her mind from the Link. She recognized everyone’s voice that she knew in those words. “Morganna, we are here with all our strength. Take it and do with it as you need.”

With even more resolve, she took all they had to give her and began to carve huge chunks of awareness out of Kajeenith. He would be loosing massive blocks of memories with every stroke and her super powered Talent would make it hard to resist her attack. She could feel his memories of his marriage and his family fades away. His memories of when he and Warfare were a single being that was his father began to fade. His memories of his wife became non-existent. His anguish at being reborn was forgotten.

She began to tear away his emotions. His anger was the first thing she attacked, followed by his hate. The last thing she attacked was his Love. He had it but with all the other baggage, it was overcome by the hatred and fear of existence. She allowed him to feel love as his final emotion for that is the kindest thing she could to in this situation.

She continued the attack until there was nothing left of his consciousness or awareness, even that supported by his other aspects. It would cause enough of a distraction for the others to get in their own blows, perhaps enough for Xos to get the sword.

"Wha?"
It appears that the singularity grenade failed
"FAILED!?"
Apparently so
"Well, fuck this for a game of soldiers then."

In her frustration, Svetranova grabbed the demon-thing with the Brigadier's powered fists, tearing and ripping at it.

"If this doesn't work I may as well get out and bite the bastard."

Kajeenith's strong body resisted tearing, but progress was obviously being made on hurting him.

He punched her with great strong blows. Each Blow lowered the strength and resistence of her armor.

Bazalonia: Johnathan felt his energies return.

---

Xyzog heard a pained scream.

As Johnny recovered who he was, the spark of attack once again glinted in his eye. "Oh, I see you have having a bit of trouble there. Would you like some help there?" He said holstering his gun "Let me introduce you to my friiends who can help you with that." quickly drawing his knifes Johnathon lunged with one of them into Kajeenith's stomach.

---

"Aww.. Is the little child scared of little old me?" mocked Xyzog which used his accute sense of smell to locate to pinpoint his location. All the time building up a concentrated glob of acid which was hurtled towards his unseen location.

"Damn it."
And Nekaru snapped his fingers.
But this was no ordinary flame that poured out. Nekaru altered the chemical content of the air- rather than it being th ordinary oxygen flame that he normally used, the flame was burning different chemicals- and was now emitting smoke in large quantities.
The smoke enveloped the two, and neither could see the other at all.
The flame went out, but the smoke was so dense, that neither could see the other normally at all.

As the knives got Closer, Kajeenith's foot shot out to kick him in the head.

---

As the acid hurtled through the air, it cleared away the foilage, and struck...

a child.

Kajeenith popped out of a bush, grinning maniecly.
"So, your so intent to win you would harm a child? Bloody ruthless monster."

The child was gone, but it served its purpose as a distraction. Kajeenith brough his sword to bear on the dragon's neck, to slice right through.

Kajeenith caused explosions to riddle the air around him, and the spread outward.

"There is no prayer for the dying. There is only damnation. There is a time to live, and there is a time to die, and there is a time to meet your maker. There is a time to live, but isn't it strange, that as soon as you're born you're dying?"

An eerie and haunting guitar melody began to seep into the background, hinting of frightening things to come, and the terror of the fray. Ephemeral shapes seemed to rise up around T'leen, each as tall and as broad as the Mardukan. Sowly they took on solid form. Flagbearers all, many were not Mardukan. There were devotees of Khorne, and the other Chaos Gods, there were Humans from millennia past, carrying pistols, sabers and muskets, hatchets and swords. There were Legionaries with guidons, SS with their own twisted icons, and Allies with their symbols of freedom. Hebrew soldiers with censers of smoke and fire, a Terran Marine with the flag of the Dominion on his left breast. T'leen had summoned to his side, through the magic of the dagger, an army. Flagbearers and bodyguards, elites and grunts. They had stood their ground under the harshest conditions, and proved their mettle time and again. The haunting and poignant lyrics screamed through the cavern, vitalizing the troops. Soldiers fixed bayonets and readied spears, drew sabers and swords. Chainswords screamed their death knell through the tumult, and a massive Daemon Prince stepped forward, bearing an axe larger than several of the humans present. Guns could be heard cocking, and the roar of the ocean could be heard in the background, summoned from the power of Om. Navies of disparate nations, and from histories ancient and modern aimed their batteries towards the mad god. Iowa, Bismarck, Hood and Yamato stood side by side with Victory, Monitor, Virginia, Alabama, and a hundred hundred other ships from the depths of the past. The blackness of the void opened up before them, and revealed the might of a thousand nations soaring overhead. Ships that had fought to the last in glorious defense, or fallen for their cause. Megalodon, Coredias pride, floated next to Executor and Eclipse. The Solari Intimidator stood in the wall beside the Terran Death. More ships, unidentified and unidentifiabkle, from intrasystem frigates, to might Dreadnoughts and planetoids. All were called to battle against the ending of the world. Tanks and noble vehicles that had fallen, but were not forgotten roared, jet turbines screaming, and treads clanking. Tigers and Shermans next to Abrams and Challengers, a lonely Bolo and a massive SheVa gun, Brunhilde and Gudrun. Nothing would deny them their glory. Centerpiece of the army was an ancient Centurion, surrounded by rotting corpses, walking, still clutching their guns. Standing atop the turret, a figure from darkest nightmare, brandishing a Sturmgewehr. And in front of it all stood T'leen Targ, carpet trader turned Mercenary, Mercenary turned professional soldier, and professional soldier turned hero.

"This is why you cannot win Kajeenith. There is no prayer for the dying, just one last breath." He took a single step forward, and guns shuddered. Artillery and naval batteries hammered down around the lunatic god, the crackle of musketry, the roar of lasers, and the hypersonic racks of Bolt Gun shells filled the air. Ballista and arbalest bolts flickered alongside rocket assisted guided rounds. Tank cannon shuddered, and the terrifying thunder of metalstorm weaponry finally registered, after all of their thousands of rounds had been expended. Massive slugs from orbit reached out to crush the demon, and grasers and lasers scoured the area around him to nothingness. 7th Cavalry and Scots Dragoons charged together, rifles firing, and sabers rattling. Nazis, Samurai and Americans charged, bayonets fixed and forward. Knights and men at arms brandished steel and advanced, while Blue and Grey vollied their fire in unison, before advancing at the run, to the wild yipping and howling of the Rebel Yell. Terrans and Po'oslenar stood together, and fought the Gods for the survival of their races. Arabs and Templar and Cathars, alongside Goths and Britons and Celts and Romans. No man who had lived and fought and died for his land would allow Kajeenith to succeed. They were old soldiers all. And old soldiers never die.

Frederick smashed into the ground, the force of the impact shattering the floor. He himself tumbled with the blow, the armour absorbing the impact and shielding him from an otherwise lethal strike.

He stood again, swaying slightly giddily, a hint of blood showing at the side of his mouth.

"Is that it?"

Frederick felt terrible, but was determined not to allow Kajeenith to win. He stood, flat footed, but ready to react before Kajeenith's next attack.

Johnathon staggers back, but it would take more than that to really get him down. And then he realised something...

"You now," he said." Diamonds are the hardest material known to man." He said pulling out the Dimond that he picked up. "So simple, just pure carbon and yet there is nothing that can beat it."

And in one single and very quick move he flicked his knife which sailed with deadly accuracy and speed towards Kajeenith's throat

----

As Kajeenith was made his attack, Xyzog adopted his human form, thus dramatically reducing his size and area Xyzog was standing about 5 meters away from Kajeenith, of course the sword missed. "Did you really expect me to fall for a ploy that a Wyrmling would have been able to see from space? But then again when you are King of nothing, you have nothing but an illusion."

Taking a few steps back Xyzog returned to his Dragon form and at point blank range gave Kajeenith the full force of his acid breath

"Heh, Heros are remembered, but Legends never die." Kajeenith said.

Then, he died. The white orb of the Nega-Reality hung there.

It began to absorb the spirits and souls of all the old soldiers, and all the ships.

"But you fail to understand. All things must come to an end. With the passage of strange Aeons, even death too may die. And where does everything go, when its existed for a good long time? When its time for the final rest, living, dead, or otherwise. Even Omnisource itself must eventually cease to exist. Your mistake is in thinking I was ever alive to begin with. I have never lived, nor have I ever died. I have only been, niether law, nor Chaos, Good, nor Evil. No Definition can apply to me, save to say, I am not. I have used and consumed many Gods and personalities, in order to assume a reality appropriate guise, with which to keep the balance between all things that are, and all things that are not. Very few understand what that means, not even Magi-masters or Gods are counted among that number.

Now, it has become unbalanced, due to the last God I consumed, Kajeenith. Like an appendix in human beings though, I am no longer neccessary, and must be destroyed myself, or I will continually return, tearing families apart, hurting and harming the innocent, and many other undesirable activities, such as hunt each and every one of you down and uncreate you, permanently, niether existing, nor not existing, just, not being, except as a memory.

Do not forget the Balance though. Each of you are touched, and your battle is not yet over, yet it will end for a time, and next time, The Guardian of The Crystal of The Heart of Creation, shall be the ione to completly fight, destroy, and END this. " A nameless, sourceless voice said from inside the white sphere.

It crackled, and The Gate of Divinity sprang to life.

Xos crept in the Gate, waiting, hidden by it.

Then, a full minute later, he emerged, carrying a sword that could not be described by any means, save to say, it could not be described, by any means, which was the most accurate description ever achieved by any mind.

The Gate shattered, and existed no more.

"My wish was three fold. One, to obtain the Sword. Second, to take this outside of the Void, as the last habitable cavern of Om hurtles towards Om's Sister Spirit. And finally, that the Gate be destroyed, least someone irresponsible wish Kajeenith back." Xos said.

The Orb flickered, and Kajeenith returned, yet again.

"Did you mention my name?" he asked.

Om materialised, and Kajeenith completly absorbed him, taking his energy.
Then, everyone was racked with great pain that never ended.

The Magi-masters all kneeled in pain.

Xos stood, gripping the sword.

"This battle, I must fight alone, and I will do so, but one thing only can I take. Your strength. brothers, sisters Lend me your strength, your power."

OOC: Congratulations go to Demon for summoning up entire armies and overpowering Kajeenith to complete death. As always, the basterd just won't die peacefully, but this time, I'm destroying him, mostly. You'll see.

When the gate of divinity shattered, Frederick felt strangely at peace - not the anger he thought he would feel at the act.

It had to be done. Indeed, I would have wished it, given the same circumstances.

Once again Frederick found himself in a position where he could do no more than watch.

Doubling over in pain, he was helpless as no more than an observer. He concentrated his will and projected his thoughts in a way normally impossible.

Truly, the extraordinary circumstances unlocked powers not normally possible in the mind.

I am with you.

What do you mean by summoning entire armies? And Kajeenth isn't totally dead, right? I wasn't finished yet:(
IC:

Nekaru gasped in anger as the Gate shattered.
Wasn't that why he had come? To find the Gate and his desires? More than anything, Nekaru was furious. He didn't want to lend his strength, but he was. He didn't get power, the power he craved and desired.
And then the pain began.
He stood, would stand. I will stand.... I will stand and let them know that I am not to be trifled with!
And his eyes closed abruptly. Then they reopened, but the shape that they had had changed, with the former black spots now taking the shape of a pinwheel.

Zeri and Maxim had, for the most part, avoided the large scale battle as it had not been of much interest to either of them.

When each found themselves with the mad god thier actions differed, thought ultimately resulted in the same since, to the perspectives of both, Kajeenith simply disappeared.

When the pain began Mahzerius fell to a knee while Maxim dropped from his seat on his mechanical toy.

Almost as one however both mentally offered Xos aid.

OOC: All the power, all the heros of the past, entire ships. I've always had a scale, which I've never shared with anyone, and you reached a combined power greater than what Kajeenith had, thus ending the battle. I had to destroy the gate though. If I didn't, Kajeenith would have been wished back, by his own children. I never said your wish wouldn't be granted, just not by the Gate.

There will be other chances though, as the children of Kajeenith search for The Crystal of The Heart of Creation, and then in May, One last thread, in which Kajeenith, his children, all of Ri-an, and everything associated with me are destroyed, except the Constantine, and a few other things, before I leave Nationstates, forever.

IC:

Xos held the sword, and it took from everyone, their combined strength and power, and glowed with a renewed light. Then he put the sword away, and took out a common longsword.

He turned, and blocked Kajeenith's sword of Dissolution.

He kicked Kajeenith hard, and leaped back, avoiding a roundhose kick.

Xos cast Terraflare, and Leaves, and sticks, and trees and rocks and boulders and tonnes and tonnes of Shrapnel blew from everywhere, straight at Kajeenith.

Kajeenith, cast Black Hole of Segetar, and Xos lost 30% of his own strength.

Xos cast Luminous Flare of Angel, and regained the strength, plus 40% more, which was taken directly from Kajeenith.

Kajeenith Turned in place and threw his entire sword at Xos.

Xos Flipped in a horizontal spin over it, and used gravity to swing it around and throw it at Kajeenith.

Kajeenith side stepped, and grabbed the hilt.

Xos used Chaos Freak, and Kajeenith lost his right arm in a small field of Chaos.

Meanwhile, The Cave opening showed nothing but outser space. It was hurtling, and spinning in all sorts of directions.

OOC: More to come.

Aww, you're serious? Well, I'm pre-reserving my spot in that May thread.

OOC: Kajeenith, Warfare, my entire nation, are parts of a book I've been trying to write forever. I used NS as a Tool to hammer out and refine various aspects and parts of it. It might have seemed like bad writing to others, but that is because no one knows the entire story, everything involved with each part of my nation. Now I have decided, I cannot both try to write, and play NS in the same lifetime, and my writing is more important to me, than Nationstates. So As the obvious choice, I am going to cut away Nationstates.

In the meantime though, keep an Eye out for a general Ri-an events thread. You can take part in it, at various points in time. But I'll TG you about those parts before they occur, so you know what's up.

Kajeenith caused another arm to appear, and several Ninja stars Embedded themselves in Xos's chest, Blood began to flow, but Xos's blood Orbited around Xos, and everyone else, creating a sort of shield.

Xos sliced wounds open in Kajeenith's Leg, arm, and heart, and Kajeenith opened a great gaping wound in Xos's side.

Xos lost complete self-control, and did something he normally would not do. He cast the most powerful offensive spell he could, the greatest Magiscience spell ever created to be castable by mortals. Based on the Atomic Bomb, the Energy Flare delivered a 90 Terraton Blast.

But it wasn't so obvious at first.

first, the air seemed alive with energy, and things grew white, as an unvoiced high pitched scream of fevered energy could be heard. Then a massive Explosion occured, that vaporised everything not protected by Xos's blood. Which meant Kajeenith and the rock cavern were in serious trouble. The starships, under the control of a mysterious unknown benevolent force, were uneffected, being just out of range.

Xos hovered there in mid-air. Thanks to his Blood, no one really needed to worry about air, except for the ancient in-born primal instinct that demanded a continous air supply. But no one would suffocate today.

Kajeenith knelt, as they hurtled towards a region of space trapped in the Void.

"I'll be back in a moment." he said. Then he shattered, leaving the same white orb that continued rebirthing him.

Xos, without even thinking about what he was doing whipped out the sword of Recognition, and plunged it into the Orb, right as Kajeenith reappeard.

Kajeenith let out a sound he had never made before, a scream of death, but the Orb let out a cry of Joy.

Great bolts of energy flashed, and everyone's strength, power, and energy was returned.

More Energy flashed, the Void began rolling back, away from them.

Energy lanced towards the world they hurtled helplessly towards.

It wasn't quite clear what happened below, maybe it would never be entirely clear, but, the world got brighter, and prettier, even, cheerful.

One last great blast of energy shot out, and it touched everywhere, everyone, and everything, past, present, and future, in every possible, impossible, concievable timeline Reality, Dimension, Creation, Multiverse, and everything and everyone else that did and did not exist, without exception, in the exact same instant.

The only thing left of Kajeenith, was an image every bit as transparent as Morganna normally was.

"Its, Its gone. I don't hurt anymore. I don't want to destroy, hurt, harm or maim. I, I actually want to help, but, now, its, its too late." he said as he faded away, and was gone, he was, no more. At least as far as anyone could tell.

Things went black.

When vision returned, they were all laying on a Barren, Lifeless field. The space ships everyone who rode one in on was out in orbit.

Nearby, a strange odd woman, seemingly made entirely of flowers, bushes and water was passed out.

She awoke as everyone else did.

"I am, Lady Ri-an, Worldspirit of the world of Ri-an, Sister to the World of Om, both just a minor aspect of The mother spirit of Creation, and in mother's name, I great you in peace. It, it seems my brother and the gate was destroyed. But a great debt is owed, both for my freedom, and for the destruction of the monster you destroyed.

So, since the gate is no more, Mother has granted me permission and power to grant you any wish you might make, but only this once. Beware, some wishes take longer to grant than others. And I must give the classic warning, becareful what you wish for, you might get it."

She stood, and as she stood, a forest sprouted and grew around them and rose to the sky, helping them stand. As it grew, Other Vegetation and forms of life seemingly appeared from behind the trees, and birds could be heard in the sky. Grass grew out of the ground.

"I wish I could be healed." Xos said as he passed out from loss of blood.

"Granted." And he was healed.

She looked at the others.

"Some of you just appeared at brother's Temple, with no real way home. I shall assist your return." Lady Ri-an said.

Johnathon thought about what he wanted most... He could wish for power.. he could wish for wealth beyond all imagination. All these crossed his mind but there was something that he longed for.
